Waking up disoriented in Ollivander's wand shop is new to me. Apparently, I'm a witch now and during my first waving of a wand, it made a book soar and hit my head. I'm a witch and I'm also the new tenant for this 11-years-old body named Louise Stephens. God help me.

Roland was startled by the unknown sound that appeared out of no where. He looked around and yet could not find the source of the sound. 
What was that? Where did that sound come from? Roland thought to himself while scanning the area around him.
"Congratulation to the Host for awakening the Witch System!"
"As the host of the Witch System, you are able to use the points awarded by the system to exchange for items"
System? Witch System? What is this? Am i finally receiving my main character buff? Roland thought.
Roland tried to communicate with the system in his mind. "Witch System? What is a Witch System? How did you appear in my mind?" 
"Witch System is a system created by a witch with a unique power from another universe that hoped to save the witches from the church."
"However before the creator of the system manage to use the system to help in saving the witches, she was hunted by the church and was executed for associating with the devils and gathering the witches to fight against the God."
"Just before the creator was captured by the church, she managed to send a small part of her power containing the system into a black portal with the help of a witch that has power over space, hoping that someone could use the system she created to achieve what she couldn't do."
As the system was explaining, Roland was dumbstruck and could hardly believe anything that the system has mentioned to him. "What can the System do?" Roland asked in his mind. 
"You can exchange for items in the System shop."
"Shop? Can you show me the shop?" Roland asked the system
In the next moment, Roland felt that something appeared in his mind. As he tries to focus on the window that popped in his mind, he could see that it's a shop menu with different items and category. As Roland explores the shop, he found that there are weapons, potions, skills, materials, and many different items. He has also noticed that the in order to purchase these items, he needed a special currency which is the points awarded by the system. 
"Your Highness! Your Highness" 
Hearing the voice of Barov calling him, Roland returned to his sense.
"Your Highness, we should execute this witch as soon as possible before other witches arrive to save her" Barov said in a serious tone with a hint of fear.
"No, that will not be the case." Roland replied immediately, dismissed Barov suggestion without a second thought.
"What! Why? Your Highness, this is not the time for your joke, you cannot act recklessly as you pleased. This is a serious matter that concern the town and the life of the citizens. It is best that we execute this witch as quickly as possible before the other witches arrived" Barov said hurriedly.
"What? Did you really think that witches are evil and are associate with the devil?" Roland replied unhurriedly. "Are they not? Witches are really evil according to the church's teaching. Your Highness, you had not seen a real witch before today, therefore it's understandable that you are not familiar with them." Barov looked bewildered at first before solemnly answering Roland. "Those are part of the church's propaganda and should not be taken seriously. Who knows why they are declaring that the witches are evil. It could be that they are afraid of the power that witches could use, or it could affect their plan in taking over the world." Roland said while looking at the witch in the prison before continuing. "Have you seen any difference between normal people and the witches? Do they look like devils?"

This is an alternate universe where Chen Yan, Prince Roland awakens a system that will change his life in the world of Witches.

"Xiao Man, turn off the stream! Today’s stream is over!" the Witch said with an angry huff.

Xiao Man bitterly nodded her head and said to the camera, "Handsome guys and beautiful ladies in the chat—today’s show ends here! Don’t forget to subscribe to the Witch’s Taobao Store!"

"And... cut!" Xiao Man said. The viewers were still bubbling with excitement when she exited the stream and put away her device.

When Chu Xian heard this last sentence, he was dazed for a bit. Then, an idea popped into his head. His eyes shone with an unusual light as he looked at the Witch.

"Let’s go! We can find a place to gamble for real!" the Witch said, to his surprise.

"Eh, I’m not playing, but if you want we can have some tea," Chu Xian said helplessly.

The Witch’s expression changed back and forth – she was a streamer and a magician; though the cards in her hand seemed normal, any good magician could figure out something was off. If Chu Xian wasn’t a magician, then he had to be a pro-gambler. Just judging from past experience, he was probably the latter. This situation made her curious and she wanted to figure him out.

But Chu Xian’s straightforward answer rendered her speechless. All she could do for a moment was stand and stare at him.

"Why don’t you both come into my shop and sit?" Chu Xian graciously extended the invitation—he had some ideas of his own as well.

"Okay!" the Witch agreed without hesitation. Her eyes brightened as she curiously asked, "What's your shop? Is it a casino?"

Chu Xian’s face turned black. Without any pleasantry, he replied, "Where do you think we are? Macao? A casino?!"

After saying these words, he walked to the small shop nearby and took out the keys.

"Ah? This?" the Witch said, with some disappointment. The store had the three words ‘Ornamental Fish Shop’ carved onto a wooden board hanging in front.

Chu Xian didn’t pay her any mind; it was best if they came in, but it didn’t matter much to him if they didn’t—his idea would just go smoother if they helped him.

"You sell small goldfish?" the girls asked after walking into the shop and seeing all the tanks and fish.

"Of course. I’m just an ornamental fish vendor, not some magician, and certainly not a god of gambling like you thought! Water?" Chu Xian asked.

"I’m not thirsty. Then how'd you know which card was which?" the Witch asked curiously.

"I just have a good memory. When you showed me the cards, I remembered the order," Chu Xian lied.

"That simple?" the Witch said in disbelief.

"That simple. I really don’t know any magic tricks, and I definitely don’t have any gambling skills!" Chu Xian said with a shrug.

"Fine then!" the Witch said, disappointed. Looking at Chu Xian’s honest expression and at the fish in his shop, she turned away, bored.

"Okay, can I ask you a question?" Chu Xian asked hurriedly when he saw her preparing to leave.

"What kind of question? I didn’t lose to you, so if you ask any weird questions I’m not going to answer!" the Witch replied with a wary look.

"Eh..." Chu Xian muttered, a little speechless. Waving his hand he said, "It’s nothing like that. I just wanted to ask—if you help me sell my fish online, how much would that cost?"

"You want me to sell fish?" the Witch said, full of surprise. Pointing at the ornamental fish she said, "You're asking me to advertise your shop, selling these small fish? You’re better off without me; the advertising fee would be more expensive than all these fish together!"

"Of course I’m not asking you to advertise these common ornamental fish. If I want you to stream the fish I want, how much would that be?" Chu Xian asked again.

"Eh, this?" the Witch said hesitantly. "I’ve never done any advertising, much less advertising on a stream. I think I’ll pass."

Chu Xian was a little disappointed at the Witch’s refusal, but after thinking a little, he asked again, "Then where do you think would be the best place to advertise ornamental fish?"

"I’m also not sure, but if you want to sell your fish, you can try the Fast Hands app. You can post videos of your fish or stream them live and introduce them that way!" the Witch suggested.

"Fast Hands," Chu Xian muttered. He immediately used his phone to download the app. He’d played with this app for a little bit before, and it had some funny videos, big boobs and slender leg videos—pretty much an entertainment platform—but after he switched phones, he hadn’t bothered to download it again.

"You also use this Fast Hands app?" Chu Xian lifted his head and asked.

"Of course! I have more than two million fans!" the Witch replied with some satisfaction.

"Oh? What's your account number? Let me check it out."

Chu Xian looked at the Witch’s profile, and it was true—she did have two million plus fans. He said, "Okay then beautiful lady(1), can you follow me? I’ll post some goldfish videos later. If you want any, I’ll give you a discount!"

The Witch’s mouth twitched, but she didn't refuse. "Fine, give me your account number and I'll follow you."

"En," Chu Xian nodded.

The two girls left after a few more minutes. Afterwards, Chu Xian immediately closed the door. Turning towards the hundred plus goldfish, he began to remold them one at a time.

By the time night came, Chu Xian had only molded a little over fifty of the goldfish divided among eight varieties in five hours—remolding was both time and energy consuming.

After rubbing his eyes a little, Chu Xian turned back to his beautiful, luxurious goldfish. Smiling, he scooped out a Panda Goldfish and put it into a small tank by itself. Chu Xian took out his phone and started filming with the app.

After filming a couple of different videos, Chu Xian chose the one that he liked best, and after some thought, he wrote in the text section: "Selling all kinds of precious ornamental goldfish. Panda Goldfish video—price 2000 RMB. If you’re interested, please add me on WeChat: 15xxxxxx."

Chu Xian clicked the ‘Submit’ button and reviewed his ‘My Works’ tab with satisfaction.

Pushing open the shop door, Chu Xian left and looked for a restaurant to have dinner.

After returning, Chu Xian started his battle once again and continued remolding until all the fish had been transformed. After stopping an hour to midnight, Chu Xian looked at all the tanks full of exquisite goldfish with a face full of excitement.

After taking out his mat and blanket, Chu Xian dove under the covers and took out his phone. Opening the Fast Hands app, he clicked on the ‘My Works’ tab.

"Thirty thousand clicks?" Chu Xian said with shock. "It looks like I’m trending!"

Chu Xian happily looked through the trending searches and started reading the comments. Having so many people viewing his work could spread the news about his goldfish quickly.

as I woke up after that good night of sleep I started to hear dozen of notification witch I swiftly turned off as sat up and began to collect my self as commanded my system to compress all the info as much as possible witch it did in less than a second as I opened it up.

after reading the compressed report I was shocked at how many my shadow killed and when I went to look at how they did it I discovered that while dying due to being swarmed by ants the shadows learned to change hunting ground and how to go to different nest but soon dyed due to being eaten by frog and the other being rip apart by soilders ants that surprised it witch I quickly exit not wanting to see my self get ripped apart.

smiling I bought 8 more Shadow's for 8 for 800 points and after reaching 10 shadows the number needed to by them increased by 10 times.

after that I bought a compound bow along with the [mana arrow] skill witch create a arrow made from my mama and compress and allows me to shoot it.

after I did this I summoned all my shadows as as have 6 of them now while the rest got sword I then broke them up into two teams as sent them to hunt in the yard witch after a few minutes notification started appearing but deciding to turn them off I swiftly got dress as I headed out.

I was now standing in front of the in famous pops barber shop and judging by the day it's a little before the Barber shop got lit up by some gangster bastards.

so heading inside I see a pops giving a young teen a shape up so after looking around I took a seat somewhere close to pop as he spoke.

"I never seen you before so what brings you around here"

after he said that I smiled as I spoke 

"nothing much I like to go a go around to new places and so I came here after I heard about this place"

nodding pops went back to focusing on the young mans hair as he luke came out from the back as the talk began witch prompted me to take out cigarettes I bought as I walked out of the Barber shop as I told pop I going to smoke.

when I'm out side I call I walk a little don the street as I wait and when I saw the gangs car from the show I walk straight in front of there car as they started cursing me out but before they could tell me to move two shadow appeared on my side as they fired bows into the car king all occupants as a notification popped up.

All the people walking in Diagon Alley had the same harried, anxious look as Mrs Weasley, and nobody was stopping to talk anymore; the shoppers stayed together in their own tightly knit groups, moving intently about their business. Nobody seemed to be shopping alone.
"So what subjects are you taking this year, Dennis?" Chris asked noticing that Dennis was glancing around frequently and was unusually quiet.
Dennis suddenly looked very nervous as he stumbled for words. "Ca-care of Magical Creatures and Arithmancy."
"Wow," exclaimed Chris smiling. "Arithmancy, huh? It's Hermione's favourite subject, I have heard. I think you will be great at it too."
"Thanks," Dennis smiled and looked a little less nervous. "I am just glad, I got to attend Hogwarts this year. I thought I will never see Hogwarts again."
"Why?" asked Ginny who was talking to Luna till now.
"Dad didn't want to let us —" Dennis began but Colin jumped in.
"We will talk about this later, Dennis," said Colin seriously. "Look, there is 'Eeylops Owl Emporium'."
But as they drew nearer they realized the shop was closed.
"What happened?" said Luna looking at the empty, deserted shop.
"Must have been left, considering the situation," said Cedric hastily. "Never mind, I know, a magical creature shop just over there, come on."
Cedric quickly steered Luna away from the shop and Chris and the rest followed.
They entered a shop named, "MagicalMenagerie". There wasn't much room inside. Every inch of wall was hidden by cages. It was smelly and very noisy because the occupants of these cages were all squeaking, squawking, jabbering, or hissing. The witch behind the counter came scurrying to them, clearly looking pleased to have customers.
"What will you like to see dears?" she asked kindly.
"Can we looked around a bit?" asked Ginny looking at a particular weird looking cat, who was purring looking at them.
"Of course," said the witch and went back to her counter.
As Ginny, Luna and Dennis started to look around and Cedric stood near the door looking around for any signs of dangers; Chris pulled Colin aside.
"Spill, what's going on?" said Chris, pretending to be interested in a pair of enormous purple toads, who sat gulping wetly and feasting on dead blowflies.
Colin sighed before speaking. "After the last incident in the Department of Mysteries, my parents refused to let us go to Hogwarts again. They were really worried and the news on the Daily Prophet didn't help either. They understood that the Muggle-borns are in more danger than anyone so they. . ."
"Then how did you managed to —?" Chris began now staring at a Fire Crab.
"Dumbledore," said Colin, also staring at the Fire Crab. "I wrote him a letter and he personally came to our home and ensured Dennis and my security at Hogwarts. He said nothing will happen to the Muggle-born students till he is alive."
"That's great," said Chris feeling a little guilty.
"I heard from Luna," said Colin. "About the — legend."
Chris remained silent looking at a fat white rabbit, who kept changing into a silk top hat and back again with a loud popping noise.
"I will be with you but I am just worried about Dennis," sighed Colin looking back his brother, who was staring at a basket of funny custard-coloured furballs that were humming loudly. "Dad asked me to take care of him but he wants to join me in everything."
"Colin, you don't have to —"
"Not again Chris," Colin glared at Chris. "I am not leaving you three alone, alright? I just have to find a way to distract Dennis, that's all. I will manage that."
"So are you buying him an owl to distract him?" Chris said trying to sound casual, as her heart filled with gratitude and contentment at Colin' words.
"Honestly, yes," smiled Colin a little. "Also, mom, Dad wanted to hear from us every day and I am a Prefect now, so —"
"You are kidding," said Chris loudly. "Congratulations!"
Grinning Chris hugged Colin.
"What happened?" asked Ginny quickly coming over them.
"Colin is Prefect too and he kept that quiet," said Chris.
Everyone started to Congratulated Colin and they went back to looking around the shop. After some time, Colin forced Dennis to choose an owl (because he was too busy fawning at everything in the shop) and he choose a handsome tawny owl but Ginny looked uncertain as she asked the price of a white cat.
"That's the best one in their kind, dear, five Galleons and two Sickles," said the witch on the counter.
"Oh!" Ginny flushed. "Alright. I think I will take that owl." She pointed at a barn owl.
"That will be one Galleon."
"What's so special about that cat? If you don't mind me asking," Chris asked the witch.
"She is a half-Kneazle, a very special kind of Kneazle," said the witch. "Very rare nowadays."
"Oh," Chris nodded in understanding. "She isn't the first half-kneazle in your shop, is she?"
"Of course not," replied the witch shaking her head. "There were plenty. The problem was, sometimes it gets very difficult to differentiate normal cats and half-kneazles. Anyway, which one did you say you want dear?" 
"Take the cat, if you really want," Chris whispered to Ginny as she pointed at the barn owl.
"No, it's fine," said Ginny quickly. "I like the owl."
"She is nice looking," said Chris looking at the white cat. "I will cover the rest of her price and don't give you a birthday present next month."
Ginny looked like she was about to protest but then looked back at the snow-white cat, who was purring fondly looking at Chris and Ginny.
"Deal," Ginny grinned at Chris then turned to the witch who was now bringing the barn owl. "I will take the cat. Does she have any name or I can give her one?"
After paying for the owl and the cat, they left the shop and made their way to Flourish and Blotts.
"Thanks, Chris," smiled Ginny, in her arms the white cat purred loudly. "I always wanted a cat. Especially after playing with Crookshanks. Cats are so fun."
"They are," nodded Luna wisely. "They are very regal creatures. Grubbers doesn't bother cats at all. They are the only creatures who are Grubbers free."
"Grubbers?" Dennis looked at Colin.
"Something very fascinating," replied Colin smiling at Chris.
Chris chuckled.
"I will name her Heavenleigh," said Ginny smiling.
"Everyone all right?" said Mrs Weasley, they were waiting outside the shop with Ron, Harry and Hermione. "Got your — Ginny! What's that?"
"Mom, she is Heavenleigh," said Ginny fondly scratching the cat. "Isn't she lovely?"
"But what about owl — we will talk about this later," Mrs Weasley sighed. "Right then, we can pop in at the Apothecary on the way to Fred and George's — stick close, now. . . ."
Chris and the rest brought their new potion equipment there, then with Mrs Weasley checking her watch every minute or so, they headed farther along the street in search of Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, the joke shop run by Fred and George.
"We really haven't got too long," Mrs Weasley said. "So we'll just have a quick look around and then back to the car. We must be close, that's number ninety-two . . . ninety-four . . ."
"Whoa," said Ron, stopping in his tracks.
Set against the dull, poster-muffled shop fronts around them, Fred and George's windows hit the eye like a firework display. Casual passersby were looking back over their shoulders at the windows, and a few rather stunned-looking people had actually come to a halt, transfixed. The left-hand window was dazzlingly full of an assortment of goods that revolved, popped, flashed, bounced, and shrieked. The right-hand window was covered with a gigantic poster, purple like those of the Ministry, but emblazoned with flashing yellow letters:
WHY ARE YOU WORRYING ABOUT YOU-KNOW-WHO?
YOU SHOULD BE WORRYING ABOUT U-NO-POO —
THE CONSTIPATION SENSATION THAT'S GRIPPING THE NATION!
Chris burst out laughing. Soon everyone else joined her except Mrs Weasley, who was gazing, dumbfounded, at the poster. Her lips moved silently, mouthing the name "U-No-Poo."
"They'll be murdered in their beds!" she whispered.
"No they won't!" said Ron laughing. "This is brilliant!"

No matter how great the Four Seasons Garden’s secret plane was, it did not belong to him. Therefore, Leylin did not want to reveal his trump cards for the sake of it.

Also, as a newly advanced Magus, it was just a pipe dream for him to own a secret plane all to himself.

Apart from these couple stray thoughts, Leylin did not have any better methods that he wanted to employ.

Seven days later, the crisp caw of a Nighthawk sounded. Leylin sat on the back of a Dragon Crown Nighthawk while flying back to the Nightless City.

The missions to maintain the secret plane were indeed some of the most popular missions.

Leylin and Oak only spent seven days to cleanse the eastern part of the secret plane. Not only was the disease cured, they managed to drive away droves of ferocious beasts.

After which, Leylin and the others who, had nothing else left to do, were sent out of the secret plane. On each of their tokens, there was a huge number of contribution points added.

“I can try my earlier plan now. Also, I need to find several more servants. If I were to do everything myself, it would be a waste of my time…” Leylin thought.

After a span of four months, the backlash from consuming the Darkness crystals disappeared. However, the Four Seasons Garden’s supply was far from enough, so Leylin could only shift his attention to that old witch in the Nightless City.

He remembered that the old witch’s shop had a number of good items.

The sea of people in the Nightless City was the same as before. Leylin flew directly to the passage that hosted the revered magicians and showed his ring to the guards, before entering the city under the respectful bows of the guards.

Suddenly, Leylin’s robes shook. A green light forcefully radiated through his robes.

“En?”

Leylin furrowed his brow, and withdrew a pocket sized diary.

A green secret imprint flashed with light, and from it, the voice of an old lady sounded. “Hey Leylin, are you here yet?”

From the tone of the voice, Leylin could detect a sense of urgency.

Ever since he had handed over a copy of his research on spirits from when he was an acolyte to the old witch, she had proved to have an extreme interest in it. Furthermore, she even given her secret imprint to Leylin.

During these past few months, she seemed to have gotten some progress in her experiment, but she was caught in a bottleneck. Hence, she had been continuously sending messages to Leylin.

It was a pity, however, that Leylin had been inside the Four Seasons Garden brewing potions to exchange for contribution points, so he hadn’t paid her any heed.

However, this old witch was extremely patient, and had been sending Leylin a message every few days.

“What is it? Didn’t I say that I would try my best to come over as quickly as possible?”

Leylin said to the secret imprint.

At the same time, his footsteps halted, and changed directions towards a deserted alley. He also applied a layer of isolation magic on his body.

“This time, I have amassed many items. Do you remember the crystallised Darkness energy particles? I have a total of 500 grams here, and I swear that you won’t regret it…”

Knowing Leylin’s temperament, the old witch hurriedly tossed out her bargaining chip.

“500 grams?” Leylin’s brows relaxed, and the original feeling of tension disappeared.

With that many Darkness crystals,combined with the ones he had been saving, it would definitely bring his elemental essence conversion up by another notch.

However, the Darkness crystals were not almighty. According to Leylin’s estimation and the A.I. Chip’s calculations, if these crystals were to bring his elemental essence conversion up to 70%, then it would already be a godsend.

What’s more, the backlash would be extremely terrifying. If his vitality was not superior to other normal magicians, he wouldn’t dare to be this crazy.

“Yeah, this time I spared no expense, and even owe some old freaks a couple of favours now… Do you remember our previous transaction? Seeing Leylin entering the shop, the witch immediately closed the main doors. It seemed that she was prepared to stop operating her business for the rest of the day.

“You and I are both Magi, but if not for the fact that we both had something the other party wanted, we would not be gathered like this. Don’t bother trying to play these mind games!”

Leylin carefully scrutinised the old witch’s appearance.

She looked more aged as compared to before. Furthermore, her hair was shrivelling and falling out. It seemed like she had gotten older by thirty to forty years.

“What has happened to you?”

Leylin casually asked.

“It’s nothing much, just a backlash from an experiment!” The old witch obviously did not intend to elaborate.

“All 500 grams of Darkness crystals are here!” The old witch shook her head and placed a black bottle on the counter. Her body was extremely thin, as if she could collapse and die any given moment.

Inside the bottle, there was a layer of half solid and half liquid translucent crystals—the same as what Leylin had seen before.

“Before this, how about the thing I had entrusted you to look for previously? Are there really any prospects now?”

He had made a request to the old witch before, and that matter was no ordinary task.

“Of course, people who are similar are the most sensitive to one another. From your aura, I completely believe in your identity as a dark Magus. Furthermore, the guild behind me is very willing to have you join us…”

The old witch panted and sat on a chair made of vines while talking.

What Leylin had asked of the old witch from before was naturally to seek out an organisation operated by dark Magi.

Even within the Nightless City, which was controlled by the light Magi, there would definitely still be the existence of shadows. These were the grounds where the dark Magi would operate!

After all, Leylin was still a dark Magus through and through. To him, slowly gathering resources like other Magi, and spending time and effort to seek a chance to break through, was far too inefficient for him!

Furthermore, Leylin did not own a secret plane, and with his current wealth, he would definitely not be able to establish one. As a result, he could only work for an organisation in exchange for resources. Such a cumbersome process was unbearable to him.

“What about my reward?” The old witch refused.

“First, look at this!” Leylin tossed a scroll to her after thinking.

The old witch caught the scroll, and her eyes squinted. “En! It seems to be an introduction to a type of spiritual force potion. The ingredients required are really rare; you actually need a spirit…”

“Guk Kuk…” Suddenly, as if something got stuck in the old witch’s throat, she let off a gag, her face filled with disbelief.

“This is… A spiritual force formula of the ancient Magi! The primary steps have actually been filled in…”

She looked at Leylin in alarm. “Give me the rest of this information, and the deal will be sealed! I can even give you other types of compensation, and my treasures will be for your taking!”

Towards the old witch’s suggestion, Leylin scoffed. “Are you kidding? A copy of a spiritual force potion of the ancient Magi is only worth this much?”

“Then what do you want?”

The old witch’s face darkened, and a dark spiritual force energy wave emanated from her body.

*Whoosh!* As if a strong wind had passed through, the items in the shop began to shake.

“You wish to attack? Don’t forget that we’re in the Nightless City right now!”

Leylin reminded her as he smiled gently. After which, his eyes flashed, and an immense wave of spiritual force with an inconceivable darkness enveloped the shop.

*Bang!*

The two forces clashed, and several explosions occurred in the air. The glass bottles in the surroundings cracked open, and several organs and fresh blood seeped from them.

“You actually have such a huge improvement in your spiritual force?” The old witch staggered back two steps, apparently shocked.

“Not only that, look at this too!” Leylin withdrew the identification badge of the Four Seasons Garden, and flashed it at the witch.

“The identity token of the Four Seasons Garden! To think that you had already joined them!”

The old witch was evidently more afraid now.

“Hey hey! Is this Elm Street #231, Marie’s Emporium? I detected strong spiritual force energy waves from your shop earlier; do you need any assistance?”

A milky white light from a secret imprint floated on the old witch’s counter.

“No… It’s nothing. Just a leakage of a failed experiment from earlier…” The old witch looked Leylin in the eye, and said to the secret imprint.

The other party was silent for a moment. “Then I will make this record. Moreover, you have flouted clause 762 of the Nightless City’s security law; please come to the communal centre to pay your fines before the 13th…”

Evidently, the other party had his suspicions, but as the perpetrator of this event, the old witch did not voice any problems, so the other party did not bother to pursue the matter any further.

“I know!” The old witch answered the other party in a superficial manner, before shutting off the secret imprint.

In the Magus world, strength alone was not everything. One needed to have some kind of backing as well.

Hearing the strangers mentioning the witch, Rishi and Raj got alerted. It is the kind of information they exactly wanted since their inception into the town. Both started focussing on their words, pretending to eat and often looking at each other.

"Is it true?" another person asked secretly.

"Yes.. in fact.." he stopped speaking, realizing other people were sitting beside him.

Rishi and Raj understood why they stopped speaking suddenly. Raj immediately starts conversing with him.

"Pardon me for eavesdropping. Do you really know Ramesh? Because we are looking for him," Raj asked.

"It's Ok, I don't blame you since we're sitting so close. So.. I know Ramesh. What do you need with him?" the person asked casually.

"We are actually from the neighbouring kingdom. We needed a few things and we heard of him to be the right person to buy them from. So we came here. But after listening to what you just said, guess all we heard was wrong," Raj said with a disappointed expression.

"You came to purchase things? What a lucky man you are," the other person interrupted, "My cousin also sells the same things as Ramesh. In fact his shop is also quite popular these days. So if you want, I can take you to his shop,"

"You are a nice person. Thank you for the help. But is it really true? What you were saying about Ramesh, supplying goods to the.." Raj asked.

"Yes.. But you don't need to believe that story young man. That fellow's shop is not at all popular but somehow he started earning well recently. I also often heard that he went to meet the witch," the person said.

"If that's true, why don't you report him to the king? You all know it is dangerous, right?" Raj asked seriously.

"You don't worry about that. Everyone feels that it is just a false rumor because till now, that witch hasn't harmed anyone nor even shown any signs of her existence. So everyone continued to be busy with their lives," the person remarked.

The person felt guilty after hearing Raj's words. Raj then asked, "Mister, Would you mind if I ask where Ramesh lives? I assume his shop will be nearby. We need to meet him once." 

"No problem. It's located just in the next street," the person answered.

"Thank you and don't worry, we will visit your cousin's shop also," Raj said.

The person smiled and nodded. Rishi stood up and said, "Thank you for the information. Just keep this in mind, the King or the soldiers won't come help you everytime you're stuck in a problem. You should be brave enough to cut it at its roots. Otherwise it will eat you all up leaving no time to even respond to help from the King. Also remember this, don't spread any news unless you are sure about it." 

Rishi and Raj left the place leaving the strangers to shame. "Why did I have a feeling that the King himself came and taught us a lesson?" one asked the other before gulping the entire glass of water.

Rishi and Raj went towards Ramesh's shop without any delay. It is located at the end of the street and it is not at all crowded. They went near the shop and looked at it with surprise.

"Rishi, they said that he is earning a lot recently but why is this shop not crowded at all?" Raj asked.

"People believe in rumours better than the truth. Truth takes time to reveal itself and until then, people behave like this only. We also can't decide whether he did it or not without listening to his side of the story," Rishi commented.

"Hmm.. Indeed. Let's check it out then. Less customers for him, less trouble for us." Raj said while walking into the shop.

When they entered the shop and called Ramesh's name twice, there was no reply. Meanwhile, they started observing the shop. It is small yet everything is neatly arranged. In one shelf there are some glass boxes which are filled with different colors of powder. Some wooden items, ropes and some horse goofs are present on another shelf. Overall the space is full with all kinds of materials.

While both of them are busy checking, a male husky voice is heard from inside. A middle aged man came out from the room asking, "what do you want?"

"Are you Ramesh?" Raj questioned.

When the person nodded, Raj said, "We came here to buy something."

"What? Did you come to the wrong place?" Ramesh asked with a bitter smile.

Ramesh tried pretending to be feeling well but there is no liveliness in his voice nor in his face. He looks very dull and the shop also seems to be covered by some black smoke. There is no positivity in the shop. 

Rishi frowned and asked, "What do you mean?"

"It seems you came to the wrong place. By the looks of you, I can tell you are new to this town," Ramesh said.

"Yes we are and we heard that you earned a lot recently and your shop is very famous. But why aren't there any customers here?" Raj asked.

Ramesh sighed and said, "I am not rich nor is my shop famous. Those all are false rumours. So don't believe them".

"Yeah we don't believe in them and that is the reason we came here today," Rishi said.

Ramesh's eyes lighten up after listening to Rishi's words. Until now no one trusted him, not even his friends and relatives to whom he said the same thing a thousand times. But today an unknown person trusts him and it seemed unreal for himself.

"You.. you really trust me???" Ramesh stammered.

"Yes..!" Rishi said with determination. There is no need to believe in rumours because what if he didn't do it? Even though he did that in what circumstances he did that? It is not wise to judge someone without knowing them.

In his father's incident, Rishi did thorough investigation before blaming his uncle. He started his investigation on his uncle when he got doubt on him. After so many conclusions he came to know that his uncle is full of greed and thirsty for power. He can't let him leave without scratch this time. He will make sure that his uncle will receive the punishment he deserves.

After selecting some things which are needed for their horses, Raj and Rishi seated on two chairs which were placed by Ramesh and he also sat in front of them to discuss the total amount for their purchases.

"Mister.. We want to discuss something with you," Raj said.

"Please tell me," Ramesh said politely.

"I don't want to beat around the bush. So I will directly come to the point. Do you know any witch?" Rishi asked straightly.

Ramesh froze on the spot and looked at them with shock. "You said you trust me??" Ramesh asked.

"Yes that is the reason I am asking you to make it clear. Listen, I know there is a story. Now I want you to explain your side of the story. If you trust me then tell me and I promise you that I will make this rumour go away once and for all. Remember your justification about your story should be reliable," Rishi said calmly while looking straight into Ramesh's eyes.

"Again, If you tell me the truth then I will help in every possible way but if anything you say doesn't add up and concludes a lie then.." Rishi trailed off when Ramesh interrupted him.

"No.. No I will tell you the truth please clear my name. I don't want to live like this anymore," Ramesh pleaded.

"Go on," Rishi said.

Ramesh doesn't know why he senses fear while talking with Rishi but he has the confidence that Rishi will surely help him out. He gathered all the courage and he wanted to give it a shot.

"My business was not well and I am also feeling very low. At that time one woman came to me and gave me a kind offer" Ramesh started speaking.

"What offer?" Raj asked.

He go toward the counter, there is a witch keeping guard there.

The witch ask with a smile " what do you need boy ? " Allan return the smile.

" I need robes madam " Allan say as he gaze at her.

" Hogwarts ? " the witch ask and Allan nod.

" Allan Deathfalls " she froze a little, Allan don't mind.

" a peculiar name, you can go buy your supply it'll take time after all " Allan nod at her word.

" then I'll come later, thank you madam " then he exit the shop.

Allan go to other shop, first he buy a trunk with scretching spell on it and it also can turn smaller, it cost 20 Galleon.

He later buy Cauldron , quill, phial and others after he done the only things is book and wand.

He enter flourish and blotts and he search for the book he must have first, after he found the books, he search for books that interesting for him.

The book is stacked toward the ceiling so he has difficulty in search of book that interesting to him.

Allan nod " how much it will be ? " he ask.

" it'll be 10 Galleon " Allan nod toward her, he place them at the trunk and then take out 10 Galleon from his sack.

" thank you dear " Allan nod as he smile.

" your welcome " then Allan exit the shop while composing himself for the last thing.

After arriving at the castle town, I immediately go to the apothecary to sell off my stocked medicines and potions.

"For low-quality health potions, they are almost reaching intermediate quality. Would you mind telling me how you compounded them?" The pharmacist, the same man that treated Naofumi fairly in the series, asked.

"It's the power of my Legendary Sword," I replied honestly.

I have two methods to compound medicines and potions. First: I use the crafting/compounding feature of the Legendary Sword; using this method produces normal products. Second: craft/compound something normally.

The first method is more convenient. The effect boosters that I have Mastered are also applied to the product, so I normally craft/compound something using that method.

The pharmacist hums thoughtfully. After that, he speaks, "Normally, the price of one vial of low-quality health potion is a piece of silver, but I can pay a bit more since the quality is approaching intermediate level."

"I don't mind being paid by normal price."

"Are you sure?" The pharmacist raises his brows at me.

"Yeah. I'm sure." I nod at him.

Although I'm not the poster of a decent human being, I have my moments to be a decent sort of guy. This is just that one of rare moments.

"That helps a lot. Because of the Wave of Catastrophe, my stock is quickly depleted," the pharmacist explained as he put down the vial on the counter.

"By the way, how much is the price for intermediate and high quality potions?" I asked for a reference.

"Intermediate is around five pieces of silver, and the high quality, a piece of gold," he answered while rummaging the drawer under the counter.

I whistle at the price.

"Here... 27 pieces of silver. You can count them," said the pharmacist.

"Thanks!"

After that, I head to the magic shop.

On the way, I sense several hidden presences tailing after me. When I check the Map, the details say that they are Shadows of the Church and the Queen.

(The Shadows, huh? I wonder if I should get a ninja girl in the future...)

I drop the matter as I arrive at the magic shop. I enter and silently inspect the interior.

The shelves are lined with old, dusty books, and there are some crystal balls lined up behind the counter. There are some staves and wands around… pretty much what you would expect for a magic shop.

"Welcome, dear customer! What could I do for you?" The chubby witch welcomed me with a smile.

"Could you help me to test my affinity? Also, I would be grateful if you tell me how to use magic, ma'am."

"Oh?" The witch seems intrigued.

She inspects my appearance until her gaze stops at my sheathed sword. Recognition flashed in her eyes.

"My word! Apologies, Sword Hero! I don't know that it's you!" (Witch)

"Never mind. Just treat me normally, ma'am."

"Oh, my, aren't you a humble and polite young man? Anyway, you're here for checking out your affinity, aren't you? Come here, come here! I'll check your affinity for you!" The witch waved her hand in come hither motion.

I approach the counter. She goes behind the counter, takes a crystal ball off of the shelf, and begins chanting a spell over it. 

"Yes. Now then, Sword Hero, please look deep into the ball." (Witch)

"…Okay."

I follow the witch's instruction and look deep into the ball. Something is shining, but I can't really see anything in particular. Also, I sense something that I can't put in words.

[Magic Detection learned!]

Is that something actually magic power, I wonder.

"My word!" The witch shouted and seemed dumbfounded.

I blink and stare at her uncertainly. "Er, what was that?"

The witch forcefully regains her composure and gives me a stare as if she's seeing a freak of nature. "I suppose I shouldn't have been so surprised. Holy Heroes are beyond the common sense of this world and came from a different world, after all."

I stare at her quizzically. What's with her, I wonder.

"Anyway," she began after clearing her throat, "It looks like you have all affinities for magic. That's truly unprecedented. Even the Holy Heroes summoned in the past only have one or two affinities they excelled."

So, I have all affinities for magic, huh? I suppose it's due to my unique skill.

"Now," the witch continued, catching my attention, "About teaching you the magic of this world, I think you should learn it from Grimoires. Would you like one? I have Grimoires from low to high level magic here."

"How much are they?"

I'm ready to buy one. I don't have a problem with Melromarc Language because I have learned and increased its level to level 5, enough to be literate. Also, I have around 2 pieces of gold, give and take several dozen pieces of silver.

"A piece of gold for a low-level grimoire, five pieces of gold for intermediate level, and lastly ten pieces of gold for high level," she listed off with a sweet smile.

I also give her a sweet smile and speak, "How much is for the testing my affinity?"

"That's free because you've pleasantly surprised me with your special aptitude," she replied.

"Then, give me a low-level grimoire, please."

"Of course, of course! Please wait here for a few moments. Alright, deary?" She said before going behind the counter to get a grimoire from the shelf.

She soon returns with a thick and old book.

"By the way, can someone else use this after I finished with it?"

"Yes." The witch nods easily.

"I see..." I nod, relieved.

So, it's reusable. That's good. If I have traveling companions in the future, I can use this grimoire to teach them magic.

"Alright. A piece of gold, isn't it?"

"Indeed, Sword Hero," the witch replied.

I take out one hundred pieces of silver from Storage and put it on the table. "Here, ma'am. Please count it."

"No need! I have good eyes to see people's character, and I can see that you're a good lad. You won't cheat me," said the witch while shoving the coins into the money drawer under the counter.

Inwardly, I wryly smile and think, (Sorry, ma'am. But, you're mistaken about me. I'm not a decent sort of a guy. It's just that my Acting is maxed out, so it looks so natural.)

After that, I exit the magic shop as an owner of a new grimoire, despite it looks old.

(Next is visiting the castle to see if there are interesting Skill Orbs. I hope that I can get some ores to Enchant my Sword...)
