For many months, Merem had spent his time training to be an Aerial Knight. He had initially joined because he wanted money. However, once he learned that he would be able to fly in the sky like a bird, he was ecstatic. He would be able to do something amazing; flying must be so awesome, he thought.

Then came the training. The physical training was rather easy, he was quite fit and the workouts they made him do weren't that tough. The other training wasn't so easy. He had to endure hours of being spun around while having images projected in his head of being thrown through the air. It was quite the torturous experience. In the beginning, he couldn't help but vomit. However, now he was quite used to it and the experience, though unpleasant, was no longer able to cause such severe reactions in him.

He had also spent much of his time studying the flight manual. He learned everything there was to know about flight. He almost felt like he knew too much. After all, he didn't need to know Bernoulli's principle to know that when a plane moves forward, it will rise. Who was this Bernoulli person anyways he wondered. The manual had detailed what the controls would look like on a plane. He spent time imagining flying a plane, since he couldn't actually do it, and he often pulled and pushed at imaginary levers while imagining himself flying.

Today, something out of the ordinary happened. He was called to the field. The last time this happened, he witnessed her Highness Tilly flying with the glider. Perhaps now it would be something just as momentous.

When he got to the field, he saw three large metal constructs sitting on runways. They looked like larger versions of the glider. After they all gathered, Tilly came up to them and started speaking.

"Listen up trainees." Tilly got the attention of everyone there. "The planes have been finished. I have determined that you are now ready enough to begin using them. I have already tested and helped improve them and can guarantee that these planes are flyable. Now, it is up to you all to learn to fly. You will take turns in the planes. There are only three of them right now, so most of you will have to wait. Make sure to watch the others fly so you can learn from them. If you screw up and the plane is about to crash, eject and Lightning will catch you."

"That doesn't mean that crashing a plane is okay. These planes are very valuable." Tilly glared at all of the trainee pilots. "Even though Lightning will save you from the crash, she won't save you from me. So you better not crash the plane."

Merem felt a shiver run through his spine. He definitely wasn't going to crash a plane.

"Alright, it is time for the first group to try." Tilly pointed at three people. "You three will be first."

Merem noticed that one of the people selected was him. After he got out of his shock, he began walked toward the planes. He was very nervous. It was going to be his first time flying a plane.

After Merem arrived in his assigned plane, he started taking deep breaths to calm himself. "I've got this", he thought to himself.

"Runways clear", the ground crew shouted. Merem started up his engine. The plane began rumbling as the fuel was ignited and the engine began to turn. He saw the men waving green flags. "Go!" Merem stepped on the pedal and the plane started moving forward.

As the plane started speeding up, it lifted off the ground. Soon, the plane began rising into the sky. Merem was almost overcome with excitement. The plane rose higher and higher. As Merem looked down, he noted that the people seemed rather tiny to him. He adjusted the plane so that it stopped rising.

Merem began cruising along at a stable height. Then, he decided to do some maneuvers. He adjusted a lever and the plane started turning to the left. The plane made a wide arc as it turned. Eventually, it was facing in the opposite direction and the plane started heading back. He saw the other two planes flying in the air. They were quite far away from him and there wasn't any danger of them crashing into him.

Merem made the plane take a dive. The plane's head tilted downward slightly and it picked up speed. He also had the plane tilt to the side as it traced out a curved path to the ground. Then, he changed course and the plane began gaining altitude again. He took the plane through several more turns before the timer attached to the plane rang. It was time to head back down.

He took the plane into a gradual descent. It glided toward the ground and its wheels touched the surface of the runway. He applied the brakes and the plane began to slow down as it slid to a stop. He saw the other two planes land on the runways to his side.

As he got out of the plane, the adrenaline rush wore off. What he did just hit him. He just flew in the sky! Merem could barely contain his excitement as he walked toward the rest of the group. Once he got there, Tilly instructed him and the other two to start sharing their experiences.

Merem began describing his feelings while flying. He talked about what he did and how he did it. He made sure to emphasize important details like how the plane was quite sensitive to altitude change so they shouldn't push the levers too far too quickly. After giving his tips on flying, the other two shared. During this time, everyone paid close attention to what was said. Even Merem listened to the other two pilots. Flying was dangerous and one could never be too prepared for it.

By the end of the day, everyone had been able to fly a plane once. This was to be their new schedule. Every morning they would show up for practice and they would take turns flying around the planes. Merem went to sleep full of anticipation for the future.

Commander Xia brought Luo Yuan and his team quickly towards the last transport plane, along with Mu Wenwen.

However, such intentions were not stated outright in a blunt manner, as the soldiers were mostly mere acquaintances.
 
Their eyes were darting around the plane, with an initial feeling of novelty, which soon wore off. The interior was encrusted with exposed metal; filling the air with a pungent, rusty smell. The interior workmanship was no better; rough and shabby, with some parts welded carelessly, resembling a poor excuse of a twisted earthworm. Likewise, the iron flooring was not the least bit smoothened, with remnants of metallic pricks and debris on it.
 
The transport plane gave them a glaring impression that it was built in a hurry.
However, this was expected, as artisans during wartime did not have the luxury of time to meticulously work through the details, and unlike more tranquil working conditions, quantity triumphed over quality
 
Time was ticking slowly and soon enough, more than 10 minutes had passed. 
The engine roared from afar, and one by one, the transport planes breezed through the long runway and made its way into the air. Soon, it was their turn to adjourn.
 
Their bodies swayed slightly as the planes took off. Huang Jiahui, who was beside Luo Yuan, suddenly clung onto his arm tightly and nervously. The rest were no better. They held onto the railing as tightly as they could and their bodies were tense; rigid with nervousness.
 
In fact, Luo Yuan was worried too, but he didn't let it show.

Even though there aren’t any flying mutated beasts in the air, it’s still dangerous to fly in the sky. We had our transport planes fly back and forth, and out of five times, two planes had crashed.”
 
When they heard what Commander Xia said, their tranquil state of mind turned turbulent once more.
 
“Could the transport plane’s quality be responsible for those incidents?” asked Huo Dong, feeling tense.
 
“It could be, but the main reason is still the discharge of electricity at high altitudes, which seriously tampers with our electromagnetic waves. You’ll find out later.” Commander Xia said, with a slightly serious face, “Many newspapers are currently speculating that it could be the one causing mutation and global warming. Such phenomenons were increasingly occurring, at greater strengths. A year ago, the electricity discharge was almost undetectable and did not affect the various instruments in the plane at all. However, as it was now more apparent, and if it was not for the anti-electromagnetic interference equipments in the planes, it would cease to function entirely.”
 
“This issue has not been made known to the public yet, to prevent panic in the society. So, please keep it between us.”
 
“It was said that the violent supernova explosion hundreds of light-years away had caused a massive stir in the galaxy. The situation in the transport plane cabin appeared to be rather tense, as everyone was worried sick and their breathing had become heavier too.
 
All their hair was standing stiff on its ends as a result of the static electricity, but nobody was in the mood to laugh. “Don't worry, we’ll be alright.” said Luo Yuan in dire attempts to comfort them, upon sensing their uneasiness. 
 
Instead of only comforting the others, what he really was doing was indeed comforting himself too. He hated not being able to control his fate, and to surrender his life to luck. If he were to be on earth, he would at least be able to struggle out of this, instead of being incapable of doing anything but to rely on Lady Luck.
 
As the clock was ticking, their heart was palpitating according to the brightness of the light.
 
Then, the light blinked a few times, exploded with a few sparks, and turned off as though signifying something. The very next moment, a series of bangs were heard and all the lights immediately extinguished, and emanated a burnt smell. The cabin was engulfed in darkness with only a few weak lights flickering in the air. 
 
The ladies were so frightened; they were screaming and their faces were white as sheet.
 
“Could you check if everything in the cockpit is alright?” Luo Yuan said to Commander Xia.
 
“I’ll go now!” the commander stood up quickly while fumbling for his torch.
“Wait a second; I want to check it out too.” Luo Yuan shouted.
 
“Ok!” Commander Xia nodded without any hesitation. This act was apparently against their discipline but he no longer had a care in the world now.
 
They briskly walked upstairs, and opened the door of the cockpit. The light had malfunctioned there too; only leaving the instruments radiating with light, as they were still working perfectly.
 
Commander Xia immediately asked, “What’s happening?”
 
“We’re unlucky this time, as we’ve ran into a strong electromagnetic storm. Fortunately, the destruction wasn't critical. The backup electricity still works fine, only undergoing some complications with the electrical circuit outside.” The co-pilot said with a shudder, “But the weather conditions are not any good. The storm from the universe is somewhat intensive – causing instability to the ionospheric layer above, which may affect us anytime. We are preparing to fly another 500 meters lower.”
 
Luo Yuan looked at one of the meters on dashboard with a number showing 5000m, clearly indicating the altitude. Through the thick glass, he looked towards the sky in the distance. With his extraordinarily sharp eyes, he could see that imperceptible flashes of light haphazardly lit up the pitch-black sky, some colliding to form a thick electric arc.

The malfunctioned air-conditioning unit had lowered the temperature in the transport plane very quickly.

Due of the initially warm temperature, they did not have much clothes on their backs. They were still able to endure the cold nonetheless, thanks to their relatively good physical attributes, but not much can be said about the three kids.
 
They were freezing cold to a point where their lips had turned to purple, but they continued staying silent.
 
Huang Jiahui felt a pang in her heart and hugged Chen Jiayi. As she felt herself shivering, she requested, “Luo Yuan, get them some food!”
 
Luo Yuan nodded, walked towards the spot where they placed their parcels to pick up about half a catty of snake heart. “Then, how else can we possibly eat it?” asked Huo Dong, swallowing it whole, without so much as chewing it at all.
 
“Eat it after grinding it into smaller pieces, of course! There’s no way to bite into it in this form at all.” Commander Xia was still unable to disintegrate it after several chews and munches. Knowing his efforts were in vain, he had no choice but to follow suit and swallow it whole.
 
“Such luxury is not possible given the circumstances. We’re already grateful to even have food to eat.” Luo Yuan also picked up a piece, put it into his mouth, and said with a smile.
 
“Yes, you are probably right!” Commander Xia ate a few pieces, before stopping midway, as it caused redness to his face.
 
Despite having half a catty of heart being rationed to so many people, there were still about seven to eight pieces left. ''This is Manfred, visibility is low, large cloud formations, we might have problems keeping the enemies on our tails, please be prepared.'' I reported over the radio, the plane shook I was going an average of 800 km/h, due to the heavy winds and low visibility I could not go the top speed of 900 km/h, ''Men we are going to use the multiple altitude formation flying.'' I ordered them, 20 planes go at a higher altitude of a few hundred meters and 20 planes go to a lower altitude of a few hundred meters, while 10 planes keep a V-shaped formation on the middle. With the immense speed we fly right through the enemy aircraft formation, Immediately calls were sent to the ground to alert the compound, but all was for nought as Phase one destroyed all communications equipment. 

The enemy planes noticed that no response came from the compound. Their worst fear comes forwards, thinking that the ground already has fallen to the enemy. The men were like beasts in those planes and started to chase the enemy planes. ''Now men reduce speed to 500-600 km/h, and disperse!'' I ordered the men, and the formation split into 3 parts, the planes above started to climb, the planes below started to dive and the middle group banked left and right splitting into two V-shaped plane formations.  

The enemy planes split into 4 groups, each group had 30 planes. Enemy machine guns opened fire upon us, ''evasive manoeuvres!'' I ordered and It immediately came to be like a dogfight, but there were 120 planes vs 50, so they had to get the planes further away for the HMS Dreadnought to get close to the base. ''SIR!'' A Raven shouted but it was too late 8 enemy planes caught up before the raven could accelerate. A large fireball appeared as the Me262 blew up. 'How dare they!' I cursed, I increased throttle and started to tail one of the 8 planes.

''Sir, we have reached the designated area. How do we proceed?'' A raven with 2 enemies on his tails asks nervously. ''Pair up, we are changing phase Two slightly, kill these fuckers!'' I ordered angrily. And with that said I opened fire with my 20mm cannons. Immediately the plane in front of me bursts into a fireball, 'Savages, they dare kill my students!' I curse the Union's pilots. I unleash hell upon my next target, plane after plane fell at my hands. ''SIR! ENEMIES INBOUND!'' A raven shouted who was being chased by 4 enemy planes.   'Oh Fuck.....' ''ALL PLANES FREE FIRE ALLOWED!'' I ordered the men before disengaging my enemy. ''This Is Manfred, Phase Two has been compromised, I repeat Phase Two has been compromised!'' I reported over the Radio, 'Oh god, how are we going to stop 500 enemy planes!' I curse. ''All ravens assemble V formation around me!'' I ordered the men.

On the HMS dreadnought currently all hell is breaking loose as they try to fix the plan, ''We cannot fall back!'' Kyle shouted at the men. The HMS Dreadnought positioned itself above the clouds at perfect angle and range for the maximum devastation of the Artillery Barrage. In the distance, you could see explosions and shadows of planes through the thick clouds. 

''SIR I AM GOING DOWN!!!!'' A raven shouted as more than 20 enemy planes unleash a hail of bullets upon him. ''All Ravens are allowed to use engine boosting!'' I ordered the men, engine boosting consists of ejecting more fuel into the compartment, which will increase engine output and thereby increase the speed, but at the cost of increased fuel consumption and overheating, long periods of using the engine boost will cause metal fatigue and stress on the aircraft itself. This allowed the pilots to reach 1100 km/h. '' All men, Disperse!'' I continued with my barrage of orders, with an immense speed we headed in the opposite direction of the HMS Dreadnought. Shouts came from all over the radio flooding the communications room, ''STATUS REPORT!'' Kyle ordered, ''Sir, 29 planes of the 50 have been destroyed, 103 of the enemy has been taken down!'' An Oberst reported.

It was at this moment when two howls were heard suddenly. Tang Wulin raised his head with great effort to look up to find two dark shadows sweeping past the sides of the Skywing F-17 in a split second. Those were also fighter aircraft but at a faster speed than they had.

Once again, the voice came through Xie Xie's earphone.
"You are ordered to return immediately. If you refuse to comply, we will open fire."
Xie Xie spoke in disdain, "Fire if you can. What else can you do?" As he spoke, he suddenly pushed the cyclic control to increase the speed of the aircraft and flew downward diagonally. Leave alone the Northsea Army Corps, even Ye Xinglan was greatly startled by this maneuver.
The six fighter aircraft in the sky hastily changed their direction as aircrafts continued to surround them.
Nevertheless, there was no doubt that Xie Xie's flying skill could not compare with theirs.

Shen Yue frowned. "How long before Number One Northsea Mecha Regiment is in position?"
Colonel Liu Ming answered, "T minus one minute to position. T minus twenty seconds for the advanced troop to reach position."
Shen Yue heaved a sigh of relief. "Initiate airborne target acquisition immediately when the mecha regiment is in position. Bring them back to me. Remember, I want them alive. No one is allowed to harm them."
"Understood." Fighter aircraft were more skilled in mid-air attacks. It was an extremely difficult task to complete target acquisition without the mecha regiment's assistance.
In the Skywing F-17...
"These bastards thought they could use the tail radar to affect us. What do we do if we can't make it out?" Xie Xie was infuriated. They were already very close to the archipelago, but the six planes in the air were so masterfully flown that they continuously blocked and compelled their F-17 into flying off course. Soon after, large nets were shot at high speed into the air, aimed at their Skywing F-17.
The nets were shot in such a precise manner that the nets avoided the aircraft's turbine ejectors and immediately tightened after the aircraft was covered. The power of six planes was far greater than their single aircraft, so they were pulled back to the base.
Airborne target acquisition had succeeded!
Leave alone seeing it with his eyes, Tang Wulin had never even heard of this method before so this was an eye-opening experience for him.
Meanwhile, Tang Wulin, who had been crouching on the back of the aircraft all along, suddenly sat up straight.

The Floating City appeared at night. Thick clouds floated overhead. The Floating City hovered at an altitude of over 30000 miles. All of this meant that, with the exception of some powerful individuals, no one in New Demon City had discovered the massive construct hovering above their heads.
The reason some powerful ones had been able to discover the Floating City was that the space vibrations resulting from such the massive construct jumping through space were very strong. Even powerful individuals who were over 1,000 miles away were able to detect the intense changes in space, let alone those who were in New Demon City.
Said changes quickly stabilized. The people who were far away were unable to see that far, but they knew well that New Demon City was not a place that they could easily peer into, so nobody continued to observe what was happening.
The Floating City continued moving upwards and Saleen did nothing to stop it. He only knew that he was able to control the Floating City like he controlled the Magical Element Tower. He let the Floating City keep climbing upwards. They would have attracted too much attention otherwise.
Just one jump consumed hundreds of Saleen's elemental creatures. To pay such a cost was truly heart-wrenching.
Jason saw his student's pained looks. He pointed out to him, "With this thing, you'll be able to mobilize your armies as you fancy. You could even attack Holy City right away with it. Regardless of the fuel cost, it is worth it."
"I know, I know..." Saleen kept repeating that, but he was unable to suppress his sour mood.
Jason was exasperated as well. His student was a decent person, yet he had the character flaw of being tight-fisted.
"Well, there is nothing around. How about we test the flight abilities of this thing for a bit?" Jason had no intention of saying more. A mage could raise their levels, but not necessarily change their personality and temperament. It was nonetheless a good thing that Saleen knew conservation and moderation. If he were to be unrestrained with his spending, no amount of wealth would have been able to keep him afloat for long.
Saleen was steeped in thought for a bit. If he wanted to fly, common magic nuclei would have sufficed. Magic power furnaces were capable of eating anything, regardless of energy levels. However, the cost of such a flight would be massive nonetheless, so he deemed it necessary to find a specific destination.
"Master, how about a trip to Alchemy City then?"
"No. The Floating City is still empty. I'd only head there if you're capable of forking out tens of thousands of enchanters for me right now," Saleen replied to Nailisi. There were only 3,600 enchanters in the Floating City, making it wholly inadequate for taking on Alchemy City. There was no way he and his teacher alone would be able to overpower all of the top-notch powerful people in Alchemy City, as their city was armed with a large scale magic amplifier.
As for the 500 thousand lightning puppets, while they would have all of the advantages if taking on common professionals, their limited lightning powers would only render a few mages in Alchemy City temporarily paralyzed. That limited power was not enough to kill their enemies.
"Master, isn't this thing capable of doing space jumps?" Nailisi, of course, meant running away if they were unable to take down their enemies.
Saleen wore a bitter smile and gave Nailisi an answer without waiting for Jason to comment.
"This space-jumping magic array is not actually complete. In ancient times, humanity possessed detailed data regarding every space coordinate, but not even they would have been able to calculate how to move such massive equipment with pinpoint accuracy. If I were to use that magic array again, what would most likely take place is simply us getting teleported back to the interdimensional space. It would be lucky if things actually turned out that way. The worst that could happen would be us getting teleported to somewhere unknown. This is called sequential coordinates..."
"I get it..." Nailisi had begun to learn magic and had memorized countless magic terminologies.
Sequential coordinates referred to a set of coordinates a jump was made to if no specific coordinates were found, based solely on the memories of the Sky City.
The Floating City would most likely jump back to Myers Mainland in its first teleportation. That was something that both Saleen and Jason knew. This time, however, Saleen had no idea where the sequential coordinates would lead them to. If said coordinates prevented them from ever returning to Myers Mainland, it would be very troublesome. After all, Sky City was used specifically for traversing planes.
It was a common tactic of the ancient humans to have the Sky Cities carry the Ancients, transporting their troops to other planes.
Fuel costs for the Ancients were far smaller than for the Sky City, yet they were the most cost-effective standard equipment used for fighting within a plane. The standard operating procedure back then was probably to have one powerful human professional make it to the destination plane, who would then have calculated the detailed plane coordinates there, which were then transferred back to the Sky Cities.
Such coordinates were not meant for transporting several people, but landmasses at lengths measuring over 1,000 miles. Even if Saleen's mental powers were boosted ten times over what they were now, he still would not be able to make the calculations all on his own.
Furthermore, such space-jumping magic arrays were actually the most energy-efficient method for teleportation between planes. Teleportation done within the same plane was actually done by traversing two planes consecutively, enabling the teleported thing to return to Myers Mainland.
Such a design was not unreasonable. It was simply done due to safety reasons.
Ancient humans were capable of simply throwing a broken divine persona in to serve as fuel for their magic power furnaces. However, Saleen could not afford to spend like that. He was reluctant to even spend captured elemental creatures like that, let alone using divine personas as fuel.
"My liege, let's return to Nature City. Along the way, we can..." Eleanor gave Saleen a suggestion.
She did not finish her sentence. By "along the way," she no doubt meant raising Saleen's status in the minds of the adherents of the Nature Faith. Furthermore, there were doubts about Baudelaire's ability to perform as a pope. The very reason that Saleen did not get involved was to gauge Baudelaire's performance.
"Sounds good." Saleen felt the idea to be a decent one. Pompeii City was the nearest destination, but there were hardly any humans there, so it would be a waste of effort. There should have been hundreds of thousands of adherents at Nature City by then. He could deliver some subliminal messages to the adherents of Nature Faith by flying there with his Sky City. This would also make it easier for the adherents to fall in the future.
Floating City gradually began to move. It was a huge construct after all. The activation process of the Magical Element Tower's flight abilities was extremely quick, but the Floating City was only able to fly at an initial speed of just over 30 miles per hour. It was fortunate that the fuel cost of such flight was far less than what Saleen had imagined it would be.
Activating one large scale magic power furnace within the Floating City would have enabled the Floating City to fly.
Furthermore, the rate of consumption did not change after the speed increased. The construct was only slow to start. Its fuel cost during flight was actually only over 20 times that of the Magical Element Tower.
If he were to be willing to let it fly slowly, the Floating City's fuel cost could be reduced to that of the Magical Element Tower.
If Saleen was not in a hurry, he would have simply spent his time training on the Floating City while traveling over the entire mainland.
The Floating City's cruising altitude continued to be adjusted until he finally deemed that 30,000 meters was the perfect height for flying efficiently. Above that, the air was so thin that it was almost non-existent.
If they were to stay in a true vacuum, their fuel cost would skyrocket. Flying in a vacuum required putting up an invisible protective layer around the city to keep the air from dissipating into the vacuum.
Getting the Floating City down on the ground would not cut fuel costs by a lot either. The entire Floating City was like a piece of land within an energy fortress. The magic arrays' consumption did not stop simply because they landed.
When Saleen had first found the Floating City, the energy within had been depleted long ago. It had been necessary for it to sacrifice its own materials to keep it afloat. It could have crumbled otherwise.
As such, the Floating City he'd seen back then was nothing like how it now looked. The Floating City only regained its vigor after he had infused it with huge amounts of Six Elements' Heavy Water, Genesis Stock Solution, and bone crystals of the giant. All the magic arrays on it were restored, again capable of being used in battle.
The Floating City measured 36 square miles. The height of its wall measured 900 meters. A city like that was on par with the likes of Holy Rock City.
The Floating City moved increasingly fast. It only stopped accelerating after reaching 300 miles per hour. Flying any faster, fuel consumption would double.
The northern and southern ends of Qin were about 20,000 miles away from each other. However, the two cities situated on either end were less than 10,000 miles away from each other. The Floating City simply required one day to travel over 7,000 miles. Saleen was above Nature City with his Floating City within just a day and a half.
Nailisi went about making their arrival a bigger deal than it would have normally been, sending a flying demon down dressed in temple knight garb to sneak into Nature City. Nailisi was the one who had designed the badges of the temple knights, so creating another one was an easy feat.
A complete religious structure had already formed within Nature City.
Baudelaire had proved himself to be very competent. Despite being an infamous figure, he had actually managed to become the pope. Don had become the leader of the temple knights, enabling him to expand the knights' corps. As for Water Fox, she had naturally made it into Nature City as well.
Water Fox claimed to be a soul clone of the Goddess of Nature, creating her own oracle temple.
The core of Nature City was a true temple, so none of the adherents of the faith doubted anything. They fully affirmed and acknowledged the identity of those three.
Of the three, only Don was truly a human. That fitted well with the Goddess of Nature's teachings. Where there was life, there was nature.
The believers received a divine omen when the sun rose. It was the second divine omen to appear to them since the establishment of the Nature Faith. The first one was only known to those who had betrayed the Holy See. There was no doubt that even that one had been faked.
This divine omen seemed rather weird. It had simply told the believers that when the sun rose to the highest point, they would receive...
There was nothing else said after the word "receive."
However, all of the believers would have listened to and followed along with anything their God told them to do. There were almost a million believers gathered at the Nature City. Most of the believers were peasants, but there were also a handful of nobles, craftsmen, and soldiers among them.
Over 800 thousand believers waited at the great plaza of the Nature City. When the shadows of the pillars had almost disappeared, a massive construct descended from the sky.
Under the sunlight's reflection, the golden Floating City glittered brilliantly.
It seemed as if the sun had fallen from the sky, yet it was not a scorching one. Saleen played his tricks and shrouded the area within a 120-mile radius with Lightning Constellation.
The "sun" disappeared and the stars circled around the Floating City. Blue electricity jumped among the shadows of the countless stars.
All the believers were stunned at this sight. 
Saleen's Thundering Sound said to them, "I'm Saleen. Saleen Metatrin. I shall assist in the goddess' resurrection and repel the heretical gods of other planes. Pope, come see me right now!" Saleen's voice could be heard throughout all of Nature City.


It is said that the true meaning of a mage is to fully understand the truth of the world. A mage named Saleen Metatrin goes on many missions as a normal mage to try and change his fate. This in turn led to many problems and adventures.

A runway specially designed for fighter planes to take a flight. 100 of F-4 aircraft and Helicopters awaiting a signal, To go and destroy their target. Alan appeared in a commercial helicopter. He was with Elfin, Honga, and Loki. The door opened and they came out one by one. Theo was there in his salute and every pilot on his back. Elfin doesn't even bother to be shocked anymore. She knew that human magic is out of her league.

Theo- Good morning sir. The best pilots as you had asked. On your order, we will declare war against the Prolions.
Alan- Hmm...Theo, tell me, is it true that my planes don't need fuel and guns don't need ammo?
Theo- True sir. They don't. 
Alan- Then why should we bother to show our trump card so soon?
Theo-.....I don't get it, sir.
Alan- We will show them that we have an army of these flying monsters when we have to. Not for a declaration of war. Send only three helicopters to their capital and destroy the most important monument, then left the scene with the declaration of war. I will show them what they are in front of us humans. And Loki, is our ship ready to sail?
Loki- Ah yes my lord. Sagarika is on standby in Cost city.

Before Griffin could have completed his sentence, a large bang was heard followed by a shockwave. when everyone reached there, they were speechless. The place which once was the Palace, now that was just a hip of rubbish. Those three helicopters lowered the altitude.

John- (through the mic in the copter) Brethren of Prolion Kingdom, you had decided to go a full-on war against the Elfina Kingdom. You destroyed the cities killed the citizens. As a friend of Elfina Kingdom, Lord of the humans Lord Alan hereby declares war against Prolion.

They flew away from Prolion. Griffin was stunned. Arika the battlemage was beside him.

Arika- That...that's impossible! Mother Nature had demolished the humans! They..... How can they be alive!?
Griffin-.....Just as the monsters are listening to me. ......Elfina Kindom has resurrected humans......Arika, I want my mother in the torcher room.

Every fiber of his entire being was changing at an unprecedented rate. Within a mere moment his body became comparable to level 1 warriors and the change didn't stop there. It soon became comparable to level 2 warrior.

In the world of Hongmeng cosmos, a level 6 warrior could easily smash a gaint boulder into pieces while a saint level warrior could destroy mountains without breaking a sweat.
They were so strong that they were not even allowed to take part in wars and would only be allowed to fight other saint level warriors.
But becoming a saint level warrior was as difficult as climbing to heavens.
Only one person out of several thousands might reach to the peak of level 6 warrior which shows that even that was an unparalleled feat and breaking through the several fetters to reach saint layer was a feat that even in best cases might not even happen for several tens of years in mortal planes.

This change happened practically in an instant and not a single soul in the entire five nations became aware that a monster had appeared in their midst having the power and strength rivalling that of a bijuu if not more.
Hiroshi opened his eyes and felt an immediate change. Everything had changed. The entire world had changed.
"No, it is not the world that changed but me."
His eyes turned sharper and could now see better and far. His body grew taller and was brimming with strength.
It was not only his body that experienced rebirth, his mind and soul have experienced change as well.
His thoughts were being processed at an unprecedented rate and the previously clouded thoughts cleared up as well.
"Has the world always been so beautiful?"
Hiroshi asked himself pleasantly surprised with everything he was experiencing.
His aura became more distinct and started imposing itself on the surroundings causing wind to blow in the room itself.
But before things could go out of hands, Hiroshi forcibly brought everything under control before heading out.
The night sky remained the same but when Hiroshi saw it, he could gaze into the far off galaxies as if seeing clouds of gases and previously dimmed stars that filled the entire night sky changed into great luminous sources, brightening up the night sky and enabling him to see just like in the day.
"I wonder what would happen if I use Byakugan after it activates."
Hiroshi then activated Sharingan to see if there was someone around and after confirming, he gave out a small chuckle.
"Alright, time to take a flight test!!"
Saints could fly and Hiroshi really wanted to experience that. Although he could fly using the heart hybrid gear, he could only do so for a small distance. The flight ability of saints on the other hand was in a totally different league.
With a thought, Hiroshi started levitating and after he reached a certain altitude.

He went full power and broke the sound barrier alerting everyone in the village.
People wondered if the magical words have worked for someone.
The barrier team was alerted as well. They couldn't believe that someone went out of the village through air and it was so fast that they couldn't even see the figure properly.
After covering some distance, Hiroshi landed in an open area and started checking out his strength. Despite the sharp increase in power, Hiroshi was able to control it rather naturally that he believed was a perk from The God.
After wrecking havoc to his heart's content, Hiroshi decided to stop only to see that the entire landscape had changed; the mountains now had holes in them and entire place around him looked like it has experienced calamities after calamities.
"Now let us move on to the abilities of Kamiya Yato."
Kamiya Yato was a highschool student who was given special ability from a small god of his universe but was not sent to the different world due to that god's negligence.
And Now, Hiroshi was given two of the three skills that he was given namely, Magic creation and super growth.
After giving it a thought, Hiroshi made up his mind on what to do next. Currently, he needed two things very urgently. They were appraisal and teleportation. The first to check his own status precisely and the other... to get back to his house.

"F*ck these motherfuckers! How dare they attack my home while I'm gone!" Jiang Fei hissed angrily as he stood at the inner entrance of his base. There were countless Mutants and Unknowns working on cannons that were shooting constantly. 
Jiang Fei's base was now weathered with damage but as the base was made of pure Namekian's metal, even after being attacked for so long, it would still take more than just a few cannons to actually make a hole in its walls. At this point, the New Saint's Guards were no longer standing outside the base as they were already running low on energy, unable to continue their counterattack. They were all taking cover inside the base where it was safe and secure. 
Judging from the damage of the base, the amount of debris left on the ground and the external walls, the number of empty crystal shells discarded, Jiang Fei could see that the bombing had started and lasted for several days. Several layers of protection were already destroyed, leaving the base's walls at its bare foundation. The number of casualties were high and many of the New Saint's Guards were either KIA or rendered unable to continue fighting. This, in particular, made Jiang Fei really mad. 
Even though the girls were born into this world via alien Bio-Technology, they were sentient and were treated and seen as close members to Jiang Fei. He was not going to sit idly by while his family members were getting killed! 
"0541, prepare a squadron of bomber planes! I want these f*ckers to know who they are messing with!" He ordered. Knowing fully well what he was capable of, Jiang Fei had a change of mindset and perspective toward Earth and its occupants. From his point of view, if there was anything that he deemed wrong, he would make them right, by hook or by crook. 
"Aye, captain!" 0541 replied. Even though he was inside Braveheart's Data Management Center, he was still able to communicate with Jiang Fei via the ring. 
After a few minutes, the skies above China suddenly made a loud crack. A large bright object was seen leaving a trail of dust as it entered the Earth's atmosphere. As soon as it completed its atmospheric entrance, the shuttlecraft sent in by 0541 started to whirl loudly, the roaring of the engine deep and deafening. Another minute later, planes came close and started to hover approximately a thousand meters above ground level. 
The rear hatch opened and countless unmanned Striker Drones were released. As soon as they entered a neat, square formation, Jiang Fei ordered, "Fire at will!" 
Before the Mutants and Unknowns knew what was going on, the drones started to fly around at mach 5 speeds. The enemies were caught with their pants down. After a single wave of attack, the enemy's formation was now a no-man-zone. Some of the drone attacks had even struck an underground water flow, causing many craters to be instantly filled with fresh water. 
These drones were different from the ones Jiang Fei had the time he fought the American fighter jets. Since he had requested bomber planes and Namekian tech had nothing of such, 0541 quickly affixed powerful heavy artillery weapons onto these drones. These artillery cannons were not like normal energy cannons as their power output was stronger than a corvette ship. 
"This… a little too much…" Jiang Fei gasped with both horror and excitement. He had only ordered bomber planes at the spur of the moment when he was slightly consumed with rage. From the looks of it, what 0541 had sent in were bomber ships, the kind that were meant to destroy spaceships and not regular ground infantry! It's like using a flamethrower to light a candle. 
Not surprisingly, the result was satisfactory. All the Mutants and Unknowns attacking Jiang Fei's base were now ashes. They barely even had time to react, what more contacting the others to inform them about Jiang Fei's superior weaponry. 
"0541, if you're done with the area here, find the other Unknowns and Mutants inside China and destroy them!" said Jiang Fei. He originally wanted to catch the Unknowns and "brainwash" them into becoming his own assets, but after he knew what they had done, the blood they had split, the lives of China citizen they had claimed, Jiang Fei did not want to keep them alive even if they were to willingly come to him on a bent knee.
"Aye, Captain," 0541 replied. Braveheart was damaged but when it came to targeting a few individuals, it was nothing but a walk in the park. 
The enemies were using Namekian technology but they were severely lacking materials and facilities to craft their weapons and armor. Most, if not all, of their products were amalgamation of Earthly materials and Namekian's engineering. Compared to Braveheart, their weapons were like toys and their armor wooden planks. 
"Oh, and please, for the love of China and everything she stands for, do not turn my beloved country into a barren wasteland," Jiang Fei added. He had mistakenly ordered an aerial strike at the spur of the moment, or rather, in the midst of his rage. As a result, a vast area, approximately hundreds of kilometers in radius was rendered barren and infertile. Realizing his mistake, Jiang Fei quickly reminded 0541 to not repeat the same kind of strike package that was to be delivered throughout China. 
"I know," 0541 replied. He was completely in control. Even when Jiang Fei had ordered him to rid him of his enemies, he did it in consideration. If he hadn't, the land that Jiang Fei stood on currently would have already been vaporized. Nonetheless, Jiang Fei's additional comment made 0541 readjust the firepower of the attack drones. 
After resupplying with the shuttlecraft where the drones took in more energy for travel and mass shooting, they flew out in an orderly manner toward all of China. 
Being small, high mobility attack drones, these aerial weapons were still able to carry powerful artillery cannons. With its high altitude superiority, 0541 was able to manually control all of them and corner every single Mutant and Unknown that were still lurking in the streets of China. With swift actions, China's earth was now drinking the blood of her enemies. 
"Captain, I am pleased to report that all the Mutants and Unknowns on China's ground has been terminated." 
It had only been less than two hours since Jiang Fei had ordered the kill, and every hiding Mutant and Unknown in China had been terminated, demonstrating the power of Braveheart. Of course, that was only what it did in China. Its full potential was yet to be discovered! 
"Now that the pests at home are gone, it is time to start a major clean up of the front yard," said Jiang Fei. 
"0541, do me a favor and sink all nautical vessels belonging to America and Europe." 
"As you wish," said 0541. Instead of his usual "yes, captain" or "aye, captain", 0541's acknowledgment of Jiang Fei's order was different. He was not on the same page but did not reject him. 
From 0541's point of view, Jiang Fei's strike order to sink vessels was wasteful. He should only be sinking those ships armed with Namekian weapons, or more specifically, military-affiliated ships. The others, no matter how superior they were, would not pose any threat to China. But Jiang Fei was mad and needed some way to vent his anger. Since it was only going to affect Jiang Fei positively, 0541 did not even attempt to stop him.
Some time later, three shuttlecraft were launched into Earth and this time, more than hundreds, almost a thousand drones were dispatched. Like the Mutants and Unknowns, the ship captains had less than enough time to react to the drones as they sunk into the ocean. Any vessel, small ship or even cargo ship included, did not stand a chance. 
To help vent Jiang Fei's anger and to deliver his stern warning to both America and Europe, 0541 made sure he did not miss any nautical vessels on the face of the Earth. Right now, all that's left for America and Europe were small, no larger than three-meter ships.
