PHASE 23 - SEDUCTIVE GODDESSES MADE IT HARD FOR THE ENEMIES


When the Fake Outsider resumed the flow of time, somebody made her appearance.


A woman with divine aura landed beside Lord Freya. She has long strawberry-blonde hair twirled on her body, making a beautiful gown to cover her gargantuan breast and bulky buttocks. She's also wearing heeled boots that have blades on its rear. She has the appearance and presence of the Goddess of Beauty I once knew; Venus.


"I got to say, these Fake Gods are disgustingly ugly." Venus cringed.


"Don't let your guard down, Venus." Freya readied her revolvers which morphed to submachine guns. "They are more powerful than we thought."


Macho Steel skipped beside me and shouted to all the Gate Guardians nearby our battle tactics. "Change in tactics! Everyone in the infiltration team, support Lord Venus and Lord Freya!"


"Right!" We Gate Guardians shouted. Then, they proceeded to mow down the herds of enemies with their swords, axes, spears, and even shields.


I can see that all the men are pumped up. It's just natural because they will be serving two goddesses of beauty. Those two goddesses have some sort of magical charismatic ability that makes gentlemen hit hard.

"<Crimson Hellflare>!!!"


Cthulhu and Hastur's red eyes glowed, and lasers started to spread. The ground that got hit by the lasers exploded with flames. Freya and Venus jumped out of the way so that they can avoid being burnt by those bloody disco lights.


"<Elephant Tornado>!!!" Macho Steel spun and charged like a gigantic wind drill, aiming for Cthulhu.


Cthulhu's hair tentacles elongated and clashed with the spinning macho man in midair. Inch by inch, his tendrils were cut down to small takoyaki pieces.


"<Dance of Death>!!!" Freya took the opportunity to waltz in close and hit Cthulhu with her arm chops, swift kicks, and gun smacks. The octopus god used his dragon arms to block those short-ranged attacks.


"<Void Art - Limbo Spiral>!!!" I stabbed my sword, and a crimson tornado drill surged towards the enemy. My relentless spell shredded Cthulhu's limbs which opened up wounds throughout his body.


"Get back!" Freya cried as she raised her hand. Wind energy was absorbed by her fingers and then she swiped it to open a gigantic Gate above the tentacle god. "<Cobalt Nuke>!!!"


A missile came out from the magical portal and crashed towards Cthulhu. The area of impact became red for a short moment, and then a blinding flash of light exploded!


A mushroom cloud that has the size of a simple house emerged from where Cthulhu was standing. It was a mini-nuclear missile, but the octopus god only lost his right arm and half of his face. He also had his ribcage and burnt heart open. Cthulhu's dark flesh started to wiggle, indicating that he will regenerate soon. 


I must seize this opportunity to grab the Fake God Core! I jumped forward and ran towards it while my hand is coated with dark prana.


"<Void Art: God Core Assimilation>!!!" 


I pressed my claws on his chest, and forcibly drew a gray Quintessence orb. Finally, I got the first Fake God Core!


"N-Nooooo!!!" The Cursed Guardian melted as soon as the Fake God Core was out of his heart. 


That's so weird. Usually, a person will still survive if God's Core is taken away from his heart. But that Cursed Guardian I 'accidentally' killed feels like he's depending on the Fake God Core as the source of his life. 


"Homunculus. They are artificial but imperfect Cursed Guardians that feeds on the life force of that Fake God Core." Freya said. That cleared the ambiguity in my head.

Meanwhile, Venus is taking her time on fighting Hastur. The god in the yellow cloak unleashed tentacles on his hands to slice and pierce the Goddess of Beauty, but Venus commanded her hair to slap away those disgusting tendrils.


Hastur rushed forward, trying to defeat Venus in closed-range combat. He relentlessly whipped his tentacles, but the goddess just tumbled and skated away with her bladed boots.


"<Willow Kick>!!!" Venus jumped backward and then stood on her hands. She spread her legs and the blades on her boot expanded as she turned like a fidget spinner. 


"Gwahwahwahwahwahwah!" Hastur cried continuously as he tried desperately to block the attack with his tentacle hands. But those soft worm-like tendrils got ripped to shreds in no time at all upon touching Venus' bladed feet.


Suddenly, my eyes gave me a prediction. I immediately advised Venus to "Jump back!". I'm glad that she complied.


"<Fake God Core Release: Yellow Sign>!!!"


The yellow symbol on Hastur's forehead glowed goldenly. Anybody who has seen the sign directly will have his mind-controlled and heart cursed. Thankfully, nobody is on the effective range of the spell. Venus is already dozens of meters away from him.


"<Moonlight Slash>!!!" I made a silver-streak slash ripping Hastur's neck. Black blood gushed out.


"<Hair Vines>!!!" Venus' rapunzel hair dug underground, to be seen later on Hastur's feet. It constricted the yellow king's arms and legs, making him open for any attack.


This is my chance! I step in forward as I convert my right hand with void energy!


"<Void Art: God Core Assimilation>!!!"


Just like the vessel of Cthulhu, Hastur's flesh melted like disgusting burnt cheese upon having the Fake God Core robbed from his heart.


"Good work!" Venus said as she held my hand.


"You're so powerful, Aeternos!" Freya praised me as she held my biceps.


Being flattered by two goddesses is an achievement a man is supposed to be dreaming. Yeah, I'm being overwhelmed from the view of their cleavages. In fact, I'm blushing right now. Good thing my face is blurred.


I want to wrap my hands around these beautiful women and proclaim my victory as the king, but I just remembered that these goddesses; Freya and Venus are the mothers of my friends. I don't want to hit on middle-aged married women. I don't want to cheat behind Tiara's back.


I materialized the two Fake God Cores, which levitated above my hand. And then, I shouted.


"Now bring me Chronos!"


Everything became black and white as time stopped. The Outsider Yohan appeared in front of me with a smile. He happily took the Fake God Cores away from my hand like some kind of kid who just got offered with two limited-edition candy pops.


"Thanks for this!" Yohan laughed. "And oh, Chronos is on the top floor of that Research Facility building."


The Research Facility building he's talking about is a ten-story building fifty meters away from me. It's being guarded the most by Cursed Guardians, so sneaking is not possible. We will need to wipe out those jabronis fast.


"Be careful. Chronos is one of the most powerful Cursed Guardian as of this time." The Fake Outsider warned before disappearing like a bubble. 


Time resumed its flow.


"Chronos is on the highest floor of that building," I said to the goddesses. "I need to reach him."


Venus and Freya looked upwards, then downwards to the foot of the building. There are hundreds of Cursed Guardians guarding the perimeter. Fighting nuisances consumes time, and I'll be out of prana before I can reach Chronos.


I need my allies to eliminate the enemies as I rush towards my goal.


"Don't worry~" Freya made an assuring smile at me as she took a step forward.


"We can clear the way for you~" Venus made the same sweet expression. She also walked until she is standing side-by-side with Goddess Freya.


The two goddesses walked in front of the endless platoon of enemies, unfazed and confident that they can beat them all. These women even made a high-five at each other, and then faced the enemies with an evil grin.


"Please don't tell our husbands that we're going to do this," Freya said.


"Anyone who spreads the news will have their neck cut clean," Venus warned.


"Y-Yes! Ma'am, yes ma'am!" The male Gate Guardians, including Macho Steel, replied. Meanwhile, I'm just dumbstruck. I already know what they are planning to do.


Goddess Freya and Venus held their chest, channeling all the prana they will use in their 'most powerful' spell. Meanwhile, the hordes of Cursed Guardians opened their eyes wide, fully alert on what the Goddesses are plotting.


And then…


"<Nosebleed Paradise>!!!" The goddesses shouted as they momentarily stripped and flashed their naked bodies. A blinding flash of light brightened the area to white.


And just like that, all the male Cursed Guardians fall lifeless on the floor, their eyes and nose oozing with black blood.


My goodness, these goddesses are worse than cheaters. 

They are- may Jesus forgive me for uttering this word-  THOTS.

"I can feel Divine Power fluctuating nearby, but…"
"I'm very sure that Divine Power is fluctuating nearby!"
"Believe me…"
Li Yi fully believed in Aersith for the entire ten days, but he felt incredibly helpless from the result of the search.
He had been moving west the entire time without stop. Ten days had passed, and they had yet to find the place where the Divine Power resided.
Aersith's senses did not seem to be that accurate.
On the tenth day, Aersith finally told Li Yi the truth as she looked at his skeptical gaze.
"I've been using the Demonic Tribe's Divine Equipment to guide me all this while. I… I don't actually know the exact location…"
Li Yi was utterly speechless.
He had wasted ten full days just like that.
Freya, who was underneath his crotch, looked extremely tired. She had gone out to search for treasure five times every day for the past ten days. Although she had found a lot of amazing goods, the Death God's lost item which the Death God hinted at had yet to be found.
He looked at the time and there were only five hours left before the quest expired.
Li Yi's level would drop by ten if he could not finish the quest in time!
"Freya, search for some treasure one last time!"
Li Yi patted Freya's hip as he ordered her for the very last time.
Freya then slowly swam deep down into the abyss…
Aersith then screamed out loud, "I can feel it… The Divine Power is increasing!"
Li Yi waved at Aersith. "Go look for it yourself."
"I really felt a strong fluctuation of Divine Power. Listen to it for yourself. Beep beep. Beep beep. Isn't this it?"
Li Yi rolled his eyes and yawned as he stretched all four of his limbs.
For the past ten days, he had heard countless times of Aersith's senses. Now, all he could put his faith in was his little mermaid that would actually produce something. As for Aersith, he had completely lost faith in her.
Aersith had no choice but swim to the west alone since Li Yi did not believe her.
Ding!
"I've found the secret to the fluctuation of Divine Power. Come quickly!"
Li Yi received Aersith's message as he was yawning.
Li Yi was stunned as he immediately determined the direction and swam there.
Since he could not summon two mounts simultaneously and Freya was still hunting for treasure, he had no choice but to swim forward himself.
Li Yi found Aersith after some ten minutes. She was currently engaged in battle with a Vagabond player.
The Vagabond player was not tall, and he did not mask himself, revealing an innocent face. He had a crew cut and his name was above his head.
He was Ghostly Walker!
What could the Emperor of the Continent in his past life be doing here?
Li Yi was incredibly curious.
"The Demonic Tribe's Divine Equipment tells me that he's the source of the Divine Power!"
"Nihilistic Territory!"
Aersith huffed as she released a light purple territory, attempting to engulf Ghostly Walker.
"Thud thud…"
Two vortices appeared underneath Ghostly Walker's feet as he pushed himself upward, successfully evading Aersith's territory.
Li Yi squinted as he watched everything closely.
He did not expect Ghostly Walker to appear in this area.
To top it off, he did not expect Ghostly Walker was the source of the Divine Power too.
Although Li Yi was not sure what Demonic Tribe's Divine Equipment Aersith was using, he could tell based on her performance that it was an incredibly powerful Divine Equipment.
She was able to resurrect after death, protect against, and sense Divine Power. Aren't those abilities amazing?
Ghostly Walker was slightly shocked when he saw Li Yi. He scoffed as he clapped his hands and poof. A cloud of black smoke exploded and there was not a trace of him by the time it dissipated.
He ran away!
Aersith sounded confused. "The Divine Power has disappeared…" After a while, she shook her head again. "No, it's still here. It's… just not as strong as before."
There were two sources of Divine Power with different strengths?
Li Yi questioned, "Aersith, where is the weaker Divine Power fluctuating?"
Aersith pointed. "It's from the west!"
Li Yi's expression delayed when he heard her.
If the stronger Divine Power originated from Ghostly Walker, then there was a high possibility that the weaker Divine Power was actually a remnant of the Evil God's power.
He was probably right to keep swimming west and the search for the past ten days was not a big deal. As for encountering Ghostly Walker, it was probably just a coincidence…
Although the Endless Sea was filled with valuable treasure, the journey was far and the requirement to enter this map was very strict. Hence, very little players actually were willing to scout around here.
This map had always been cold and deserted. It was a rare occasion for players to even appear here.
The reason Ghostly Walker was here was probably because of a quest.
Since he had Divine Equipment on him, he would have probably become a demigod by now if he were lucky.
A demigod!
That was it!
Li Yi was excited as he said, "Aersith, try sensing if I have any Divine Power on me."
"You?"
Aersith nodded and closed her eyes as she started sensing him.
"A weak and close to non-existent Divine Power comes from the west… I don't sense any Divine Power, but your Territory Power is rather good. In fact, it's incredibly overwhelming…"
Aersith's words had caught Li Yi's attention.
Since the Death God had said that he was already a demigod, but he had yet to find a way to use Divine Power. Now, he was able to determine from Aersith that there was no Divine Power emitting from him. How could this not frustrate him?
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"Master! Master!"
Freya swam back and tried to locate Li Yi through her call.
Li Yi responded, and Freya found him briefly.
She had a black scroll in her mouth and Li Yi was ecstatic when he took it.
It was the Dark King Summoning Scroll!
A God-tiered Summoning Scroll. Furthermore, it was the dark series which was rarer than of the light. Li Yi had never seen one of these before, even in his past life.
"That's a good item. Good job~"
Freya was so happy that she swam above Li Yi a few rounds after receiving the praise.
Aersith was shocked. "The Dark God Summoning Scroll[1]. Wasn't this thing destroyed thousands of years ago by the gods?"
"Destroyed by the gods? Where did this come from then…"
The lightbulb in Li Yi's brain popped as he held onto Freya who was circling around on her own and asked, "Where did you find this scroll?"
Freya pointed to a direction. It was the east instead of the west.
Li Yi threw an Engineered Cable at Aersith as he pressed onto Freya and mounted her. "Go. Bring us there."
Freya rushed as fast as she could, and it took her half an hour to arrive at the digging site of the scroll.
Hundreds of small fishes gathered together and below them was a hole.
When Freya was searching for treasure, she would summon little fish to assist her. The hole at the bottom of the sea was the work of these little fishes.
"Try and sense what's over there, Aersith." Li Yi's tone was starting to fill with excitement.
There were only three hours left before the quest ended. How could he not be anxious?
"The Divine Power has increased but the direction is still in the west."
Aersith pointed to the west once more.
Li Yi took out an Engineered Shovel and started digging at the bottom of the sea as quickly as possible.
The sea became muddy as the little fishes surrounding Freya dispersed out of shock.
Li Yi could not care less as he started digging at the bottom of the sea with all the strength he had.
The Dark God Summoning Scroll had been wiped off the planet thousands of years ago. This was a good hint as it suggested that players were not able to obtain the scroll through normal means.
There was a very low chance that one could find such a scroll that was buried deep down the sea.
The Endless Sea was where the Ruler of Gods fought his final battle against the Evil God. Everything checked out since the Dark God Summoning Scroll could be found here. Naturally, there was a possibility that where the Evil God rested would have scrolls laying around.
"The Divine Power is obviously coming from the west, why are you…" Aersith could not understand Li Yi's behavior at all.
"You guys, go help him. He won't harm you."
Freya summoned the little fishes that had run away to help Li Yi.
While the strength of a little fish was limited, what about having thousands of them? The digging speed of tens of thousands of fishes was dozens of times faster than Li Yi's digging speed.
The area of the muddy water expanded greatly as Aersith and Freya were forced to back away. Li Yi was the only one inside it as he kept spamming the Engineered Shovel.
The punishment of decreasing ten levels was simply too harsh. Now that the God Wars were going on, it would definitely affect his final ranking if his level was unfortunately reduced.
"Click!"
Li Yi's Engineered Shovel hit onto something hard. He could not see it clearly as the seawater was simply too muddy. Hence, he played by ear as he subconsciously grabbed hold of it.
The item was cold, thick, and long…
Li Yi swam out of the muddy water and inspected it closer.
What was in his hand was a pitch-black staff with two moon-like shapes at the end. The handle was at the center and a chain of black-lighted stars could be seen when it was gently shaken…
[Hell God's Staff. Divine Weapon. Quest Item. Attributes could not be seen.]
[Ding!]
[Congratulations on fulfilling the Death God's request!]
'Is this what Death God wants me to find?'
Li Yi was shocked and happy at the same time.
"So, this is what master likes. I… I've seen it a lot of times, but I didn't take it back to you."
Freya at the side bit her lips as she looked embarrassed.
Li Yi was speechless…
He was the one who had ordered Freya to stop searching for a weapon. Although the Hell God's Staff was a quest item, it was still technically a weapon.
Aersith came over as well. "Is this the Hell God's weapon? Why can't I feel any Divine Power flowing through it?"
"It's been sealed, you idiot."
"Sealed?"
Li Yi nodded as he put the Hell God's Staff into his inventory.
Li Yi was no longer stressed out as he finished the quest in time. As for the Evil God's clue, he did not really care if he was able to find it.
Li Yi stopped digging as he looked at Freya ordering tens of thousands of little fishes to dig in.
The little fishes digging speed was not slow and it was much faster than him doing it himself.
Tens of thousands of little fishes took turns to bring the dirt away. The muddy water soon became clear away and a heptagram could be vaguely seen at the bottom of the sea.
"That's… that's the clue left behind by the Evil God!"

Li Yi once lived the dream of every pro gamer. He was at the top of his game with the best equipment, the highest stats, and everything a gamer could ever hope for. However, he soon realized that none of his ill-gotten gains for his to keep when he was branded Public Enemy Number One and killed in the biggest battle of the ages. 

Now, he has the chance to turn back the clock and return to a time before his first mistake put him on the path of no return. This time, Li Yi will make different choices. With that, comes many interesting encounters — like saving a woman in distress then making love to her seven times in a row while her child slept in the next room. However, will he get back to what truly matters?

One thing is for sure, with the memories retained from his past, he will become King of this game.

Chapter 3

The Nidhogg (1) Pact

 Loki overlooked the city of Orario from a balcony in Babel.  Her red hair, tied in a small ponytail, was pushed slightly by a small rush of wind.  It was chilly, as high up as they were, which was easily a good seven hundred feet, maybe closer to eight hundred.  The levels that mere mortals were allowed to go in Babel stopped with the six hundred sixty-sixth floor.  After that, only the gods were allowed, and only Ottarl, Freya's level seven captain, was the exception.  The mansions of the gods started at the ninth floor, and those mansions, becoming more numerous with each floor, climbed the tower ever higher and higher until clouds could be seen both above and below the tower's windows.

 "You do love to watch everything around you, Freya," Loki muttered.  "Are you actually Zeus?"

 "Zeus and I do share a deep for beauty," Freya giggled, "but our tastes for beauty are different."

 "I'm sure you didn't call for me to tell me what a pervert you are," Loki grumbled before turning to see her rival goddess.  "Why am I here, Freya?  I'll repeat myself when I say the top of Babel is not the place you would talk about whatever mortals you plan to seduce and steal kids from other Familias."

 "Oh?  Are we straight to business, then?" Freya smiled.  "I'm a little disappointed, Loki.  I was hoping for your snide remarks!"

 "You must be troubled if you're asking for my humor," Loki frowned.  "So?  What's the problem?"

 "We have a friend in Orario," Freya said plainly, walking over to the window and next to Loki.  She leaned on the windowsill, resting an elbow on the sill and her chin in her palm.  "Not a friend we want, mind you."

 "A friend?" Loki echoed.  "Does it have anything to do with an odd sense of power I felt inside the city yesterday?"

 "I'm afraid so," Freya nodded, sighing.  "There's a Titan in Orario."

 "Y-you're kidding me," Loki gulped.  "What would a Titan be doing here?  Don't those boring sticks-in-the-mud have the spirits of the dead to deal with?"

 "I would have thought so, too," Freya narrowed her eyes at the city far bellow her.  "But one is here, nonetheless.  So I asked Ouranus to meet us here… as well as the Titan."

 "Ouranus?!" Loki cried, her head quickly whipping around to look at the goddess of beauty.  "Are you crazy, Freya?!  Ouranus is the one who keeps the seal on the Dungeon from breaking and monsters flooding back into the world!"

 "He is," Freya nodded, not looking back at Loki.  "But, ever since the Titan came, the Dungeon has gone quiet.  It knows, somehow, the Titan is near to it.  I think Ouranus is thankful for the rare break."

 "Thankful?" Loki scoffed.  "Remind me again: why he hasn't just ordered the capture of this Titan to put a permanent stop to the Dungeon?"

 "The Titan would kill us all, I'm afraid," Freya almost smiled at Loki's obvious question.  "And not even the Dungeon wants the wrath of the High God."

 "I can't help but wonder what the High God does for the Lower World," Loki muttered.

 "Far more than you, Loki," a deep voice said gently, though firmly, to the goddess of mischief.  Loki and Freya turned behind them to see Ouranus, hooded and wearing a black cloak, along with another old man in grey robes, leaning on a staff.  The old man's eyes pierced Loki's, as if he were searching her soul.  He smiled kindly as Loki grimaced.

 "Oh, right," Loki muttered fearfully.  "Now I remember why."

 "It is good to see you two are well, Freya, Loki," Michael chuckled.  "I'm sure you both have had a pleasant time in the world."

 "It would be a lot more pleasant if you left," Loki growled suspiciously.  "What do you want, Michael?  Come to reap souls from kittens?"

 "The High God has willed me to seek aid for Asgard," Michael said, ignoring Loki's snide question.

 "Asgard is in trouble, I fear," Ouranus muttered with concern.  "Odin is dead.  The North needs as much help as we can give."

 "Thor is plenty capable of handling the dragons of the North," Loki shrugged, taking a seat near a lone table before propping her feet up.  "And while he may be just as stupid as Odin for joining the fight against monsters personally, the guy wields one of the most powerful weapons in all of Heaven!"

 "Thor's Familia is impressive," Michael agreed.  "And Thor is greatly skilled.  However, his Familia is not as large as Odin's was, nor as powerful.  Asgard, I fear, will be overrun by the dragons of the North, especially if the Black Dragon aids the dragons' siege on Asgard."

 "Siege?" Freya frowned.  "How had Orario not heard of this?"

 "I knew," Ouranus sighed.  "Or, at least, I suspected.  About a month ago, I received word from Odin, through means that is not unlike using Arcanum to communicate, that he planned on invading the Dragon Valley.  A week ago, through that same communication, I learned that Odin's invasion failed, and Odin was slain."

 "What communication?" Loki demanded.  Ouranus looked at Michael, who simply nodded at the old lesser god.

 "It is something I gave to a friend of his," Michael declared.  "Before Celestia and Gaia were torn apart from each other, there were Elves that learned smithery from you lesser gods.  Those Elves left behind knowledge in a secret place.  I showed that place to the friend of Ouranus, and he made a device that allowed Oranus to communicate without the use of Arcanum."

 "Fels, is the name," Ouranus sighed.  "And the device is called an 'occulus.' (2)  It is a pair of crystals that allows to see and hear anything that other crystal is able to pick up.  However, each crystal can only have one partner.  Fels has not been able to make the crystals commune with other occulus crystals."

 "Not even your mage has the strength and skill of the ancient Elves," Michael said.  "And even if he did, he would not have had the materials needed to make them as he wished.  Sheol and the Dragon Valley saw to that."

 "I remember Fels," Loki muttered, furrowing her brow.  "He has helped my kids on a number of occasions.  But that doesn't explain why you were meddling with the world.  You may serve the High God, but the Titans are neutral for a reason."

 "Neutral?" Michael turned his eyes to Loki, and she shrunk under their soul-piercing gaze.  "You confuse neutrality with orders.  The High God has seen it fit that we guide the dead and deal with the unseen powers.  Sheol still has terrors lurking in her pits that even you are unaware of.  The spirits of the gods who were thrown down to Lower World, what do you think became of them if their draconic bodies were slain?  Do you think they went to Celestia and begged forgiveness?  No, we have protected the souls of the dead from them, and they descended further, into the uttermost depths of Sheol to worship their Dark Queen, Enyo, gathering spirits to them that have been corrupted by their own evils.  Have you not seen?  They are growing stronger, breeding monsters with evil spirits, becoming demons made of pure magic.  How long until Enyo decides that she has the strength to finally push out of the Dungeon?"

 There was silence in the room.  Loki looked down and gritted her teeth, but Freya simply stared at Michael and Ouranus.  She studied them with a blank face, trying in vain to read their thoughts.

 "You made the Nidhogg Pact with Zeus and Hera," Freya said at last, slowly, but with power behind her lovely voice.  "Zeus, perhaps, was not as overconfident as he seemed, if he was willing for such diplomacy."

 Michael smiled at Freya's words and nodded.  The Nidhogg Pact was usually made between many gods to form an alliance against something that was likely greater than anyone could fight alone.  The Pact, however, was complex, and almost required the involvement of everyone, both god and adventurer, in Orario.  Even more so, the Pact was considered sacred to the gods, and breaking the Pact meant permanent exile, both god and Familia, to the Dungeon.  As such, given the unspoken rule about gods not entering the Dungeon, the Pact had never been used.  Freya, however, kept her surprise hidden behind her blank face.
 "But why would Zeus and Hera not want to publicly announce their use of the Nidhogg Pact?" Freya continued.  "They could have had all of Orario supporting them."

 "The Pact was made with me," Michael said, keeping his smile.  "Perhaps the two thought I, alone, offered them enough power to destroy the Black Dragon."

 "And what was your part of the deal?" Loki demanded.

 "To enter the Dungeon and gather information on Enyo's strength," Michael said.  "Zeus and Hera went to track down the Black Dragon and hold it until I could return to them, though they should have waited.  Given the power that the Dungeon holds, I was unable to use my ability to teleport; though I was able to keep myself hidden by traveling the Dungeon through the spirit world.  Enyo has been slowly preparing.  The spirits of the dark gods lay in her tomb, sleeping, but she is waking them, dressing them in power, giving them bodies once more through her vile magic.  Demons, they have become, made of shadow, earth, water, air, lightning, and flame, and those who are awake are teaching the corrupted spirits.  She is close now, I fear."

 "And what are we to do?" Freya asked, showing some concern at last.

 "I am here to reinstate the Nidhogg Pact," Michael said.  "What I ask, however, is a small number of Orario's children to join me on the way to Asgard.  And I already know who I want: three members of the Loki Familia, one member from the Freya Familia, one from the Oranus Familia, two from the Hestia Familia, and one member from the Zeus Familia."

The Nidhogg, according to Norse mythology, was known as a giant serpent that gnawed on the roots of Yggdrasil, the World Tree, though it would be more accurately described as the "Tree of the Cosmos."  During the events of Ragnarök, the Norse version of the end of the world, Nidhogg succeeds in destroying Yggdrasil, bringing the true end to all of creation by setting Yggdrasil to flame.  Nidhogg, however, is often confused with another massive serpent known as Jörmungandr, which was said to encircle the whole of Midgard (Earth).  Jörmungandr helps in destroying Midgard, though he is slain by Thor.  However, Yggdrasil is reborn of its own fruits, and Nidhogg is banished to a lake of sulfur (called "Hvergelmir,") under the old roots of Yggdrasil, and made to harass the dead that dwell there.
a. According the Book of Job, in Judeo-Christian text, there were two massive and mysterious creatures God made reference to known only as Behemoth and Leviathan.  Some Jewish and Christian scholars think of these creatures as references to a hippopotamus and a crocodile, but Scriptural texts describes such animals to be monstrous in size and raw power, God calling them His "first works" on the Earth.  It would be more plausible, therefore, that Behemoth and Leviathan were truly dinosaurs, if you consider the possibility that Job's story takes place somewhere during a pre-flood (or, at least, pre-Babel) Book of Genesis.  Genesis also, when observing its description of the Garden of Eden, (namely, the locations the four rivers pour into,) seems to highly support the scientific idea of Earth's seven continents being conjoined as the supercontinent called Pangea.  In either case, the Book of Job, from its description of Leviathan in Job 41:1-34, (Behemoth described in Job 40:15-24,) paints the image of fire-breathing sea dragon.  Its description also somewhat suggests that it has some small power over storms, calling down lightning through its sneezes.  The first verse of the 27th chapter of Isaiah also suggests that Leviathan is the serpent that deceived Eve in the Garden of Eden.

2. Occulus comes from a Latin word (oculus) that meant "eye," or "to see."  Some stories on the oculus gives the idea of a majorly overpowered pair of binoculars or a telescope.  Other stories make claim that an oculus can be a device to see glimpses of the future or what your heart truly desires.  The most powerful version of an oculus in fiction comes from J.R.R. Tolkien's works, that that version was a particular device called the "palantir."  The palantirί, seeing stones, were eight overpowered black-crystal orbs that were nearly indestructible.  Not only could the stones allow the user to see far away, but they allowed visions of the future, communication, mind control of another user, as well as being a powerful military strategic and tactical tool.  The only two major drawbacks of a palantir was that it could only be used by someone of sufficient strength of will, (unless the magically bound owner gave special permission,) and the stone was incredibly weak to fire.

Orario is not the only city to stand facing the threat of monsters.  To the far North, the ancient city of Asgard stands vigil over the Dragon Valley, home of powerful monsters like that in the Dungeon itself.  With the death of Odin, and the destruction of the Odin Familia, certain powers both within the Lower World and outside the Lower World are moving.  And in the center of it all, Bell Cranel must become the hero he has always dreamed to be.

My time with my loved ones has perished, these memories with my mom have been cherished, oh god where have I come from? why am I the one always getting punished? Underneath a blue sparkling sky stood once a black ugly devil, how come I never realised that I am the one who was evil. Swords clashed, Storms rose, Stars twinkled seeing two killers kill each other in the chaos. The Battle was never won, one was stunned and the other one was on the run. Its time to do things that were meant to be done, the things which were left undone.
The world I thought of was a lie. my story was tied by strings where the devil was controlling me like a puppet. I manipulated his thought of me that I could never go beyond his imagination. He says the world I lived in was virtual but why did it feel so real and natural?
The devil face is the same as mine but I cannot yet believe that he has my face because he can manipulate thoughts very easily and can drag you into a virtual world.
He is just like a mentalist or maybe a psychic but even more, he is like a god controlling parallel worlds, virtual worlds and throwing people into a different multiverse. He can even create new characters and pour life into them. He did not create any new body because something happened to him when he created a new character.
So now...
I am talking to a tree in the middle of Monfor with Man in the Mirror being my co-pilot screaming meaninglessly in my ear.
I forgot to mention that I have a recorder in my hand which happen to be a powerful taser. Whenever the recording stops the recorder will electrocute me and after that, I would be stunned. The devil himself used this cheap trick to play with my mind and he was the one who got me here from my world which happens to be virtual according to him.
This is my Dead End.
The story which happened till I caught this recording was true but after that, it is all just a trickery and an illusion what actually happened was that I listened to the recording then got electrocuted and the devil created a virtual time-space where I can roam around freely.
He is technically a god in these matters. But even Gods do make mistakes.
According to my intuitions till now, the girl named Lana was actually the first human body created by him. She was like a real human. And of course, the devil is never a sweet guy he left Lana into the wild and checked her capability of adapting but what she did was very surprising that he never thought human thoughts are so manipulative that she could still survive in the wild even though she is a little girl. He tried to erase her but he failed. She already knew the truth that some powers came from him.
Nobody is perfect. He didn't even think about the circumstances after creating a human or a living creature.
Lana was very adaptive and was very smart. She was planning something big right at the time when she felt the presence of the devil. She was the one who created the recorder. She used the recorder against the devil. She recorded her voice in the recorder as she was attacked by someone.
The devil fell right into her trap.
She threw that recording somewhere in the jungle. The devil was curious about the recorder even though he knew she was acting. He knew because he was tailing Lana from the time he created her.
The devil picked up that recording and listened to it. While the devil was listening to the recording Lana sneaked behind a tree and was analysing the devil.
Lana calculated the weakness of the devil.
The devil was laughing listening to the recording but Lana just gave a little smirk when he got electrocuted. But why would he be a God if he just got fainted by an electric shock? He just got dizzy. While the devil was dizzy she went to talk to the devil more like she wanted to interrogate him, He said that he was like a devil and his resemblance is closely like a God. She didn't like the word God so she tried to fully electrocute him and take him to her house.
*A flashing bright light*
Lana was blinded by that flashing bright light. The devil escaped. After that, I don't know what happened to Lana.
So, It is very hard to believe that all of that was my intuition. In order to crack down something that big, I need to be in someone's point of view right? I mean I need to be inside someone's mind right?
I want to reveal the Man in the mirror now.
The man in the mirror was none other than the devil. Yeah, that might sound anti-climatic and boring and the "what" word from your mouth but yes I was also created by the devil and same like Lana I too have some of the devil powers and also some "memories".
These memories keep screaming in my ears.
These memories are quite embarrassing and painful. It's embarrassing because I don't want his memories when he is peeing or when he is doing some other "personal" stuff.
The last time I saw Lana in my memories was when the light got flashed and the devil was taken back. I wonder where she went to. But what I am doing now is still talking to this tree to ask her name but she just plainly rejects me.
I found out the culprit who was flashing the light. It was none other than "Freya!" *Claps*
Freya and the Devil were two sides of a coin. Freya was godlier than the devil, she was very kind and she was mind-controlled by the devil. He controls all Freyas moves. But Before Freya was manipulated by him, she had some other fight with him. She maybe has the intension to conquer the world.
Freya has the power to make a virtual world into the real world. Bla...bla,bla...bla,bla!
Nothing interesting is happening! you know I don't have any thought of killing the Devil and throw some hero line and he will throw some villain lines and we both rap battle like that for eternity and then kill each other then one will survive which makes no difference to the world if even one of us lives. The Devil is very dumb that he will never understand how to rule a world like a god and I am also dumb not knowing how to control or use my own powers.
But Freya on the other side is very interesting, she can not only rule this world but can rule infinite worlds by creating them.
So, my plan is I will go to the Devil release Freya from her uneasiness and Freya will kill or maybe imprison him from his existence and maybe backstab me and she rules the world. But if she doesn't backstab me this will be very good to rule together and also finding Lana on the way.
Now! moving forward leaving this precious tree.
I don't want to leave with some suspense in my mind but I just found the coordinates of where Lana might be.
So what is the truth behind Freya and the Devil? You might never know.

A story of a brave swordsman who was forcibly thrown and abandoned into another human-less world and a human-less sword dimension where everything in that world works with sword power. He was made into an unknown human-like life form and trying to reclaim humanity in another world where there are no humans left. Slaying these monsters every day, day and night trying to find his human-like species and to find the truth about his life form. Whether he is still a human or he is something else is decided on his fate and the journey he takes. Will he live that long in that dimension or will he find out the truth or will he leave a legacy behind? Everything depends on becoming a sword hero in a sword dimension

Quest of Olga 

Olga was sweating profusely on her sleep. Having a nightmare. She was seeing herself in place of Risa. In her nightmare, Risa was doing the very same treatment to her. She woke up in the middle of the night.

With the first light of the day, she was on the way to Risa's house. She was thinking something incredibly unreasonable. Punishing her for entering her nightmare.  

On the way to her house, when she entered the almost desolate neighborhood, suddenly a white cloud-like shape began to be collected right in front of her. The spirit, Freya, who has made a contract with her spoke but this time, the source was the cloud, not in her mind.  

Freya: "Did you know? That spirits are able to read the minds of people, they made a contract with." 

Olga was cold toward her spirit. She asked her to teach her new gestures all the time. But Freya rejected every demand of her. She only learned a few gestures at the beginning. Gestures are ways to manipulate their respective elements. 

She crossed her arms and said: "So?" 
The cloud turned into the shape of a woman. 
Freya: "Do you think a person contracted by me can enslave others?" 
Olga: "I don't remember a rule like that." 
Freya: "Then let me teach you." 
The cloud-shaped woman, Freya just moved his cloud finger once.  
Freya: "Did you know? I am not the spirit of the wind." 

Suddenly Olga began to cough. She was not able to breathe. In the open field filled with air, she still could not breathe. She struggled a lot to breathe. She ran to different locations, could not even cry or scream. She could not even utter a sound because she could not take one bit of air in. She dropped to her knees just in one minute. Began to punch the ground in despair. Her eyes were terrified, they were completely filled with blood. Her ears began to bleed too.  

Freya: "Because I am the spirit of the air." 

She dispelled the unbreathable domain. Olga took a huge amount of air continuously. Breathing heavily. She kept non-stop breathing for almost another one minute to completely calm herself enough to be able to talk. 

Olga: "Enslaving someone has nothing to do with you. Why are you punishing me? I want everyone to taste the despair I have felt!" 
Freya: "If you want to live longer, you should give up that idea of yours. I can't disobey my contract to aid you when you make the gestures that I taught you. But I can kill you." 
Olga: "That is also a violation of the contact!" 
Freya: "Since when? I don't remember we made an agreement about me not killing you." 

Olga remembered it and realized that they really did not make an agreement such as that.  
Olga: "Why are you like that? Other people have better spirits. Even though you are picky, you never teach me any good gestures, you always meddle with my life!" 
Freya: "I have made a vow to God of Freedom. When he witnessed my vow, he bestowed the power to dispel slavery, brainwashing, controlling magics. This is also how you became free under my wings." 

Olga got surprised when Freya mentioned God of Freedom.  
Olga: "There is no god! If there was any, I would be saved earlier. If there was any, no one would suffer under the rule of the Puppetmaster Gorge. And a God of Freedom, you must be f*cking kidding me!" 
Freya: "I don't care about your beliefs since I am not called the Embodiment of Freedom for nothing. Your past does not let or mean that you can harm others." 

Olga was thinking about it. Free Risa or not... 
Freya: "If you don't free her, I will not dispel the unbreathable domain next time." 
After she said that the cloud got dissipated. Olga was cornered. She had to comply with her because there was no other way.  

Quest of Kepyun 

Kepyun searched all the streets again for the day. He really became a fan of cats. He fed some of them, made cat friends. But he could not find the cat he wanted. There was not even one night cat within the city. 

He was thinking if the old lady was lying. He decided to ask neighbors of her if she really had a night cat. He asked them a camouflaged question; 'Did you see any night cat?'. Some answered 'Yes, the old lady living in that house has one.'. 

This stopped suspecting her for lying. He was also thinking about Ethan, maybe the cat got stolen by him since he was the grandson of her who did not look like he loves her much in his opinion. He asked neighbors again and learned that Ethan has died years ago. He even found the tombstone of Ethan in the graveyard of the neighboorhood. He was sad for the old lady but he also thought that he had nothing to do about it since death is unavoidable.

But while he was in the graveyard, he realized something huge. While he was searching for Ethan, he never thought that he would be dead. So maybe the same applies to the cat. He remembered how her house smelled. The smell of dead... 

He ran to the house. 

Quest of Sakar 

The old man and Sakar were sitting beside a fireplace.  
Sakar: "Since you don't give out your name, may I call you grandpa?" 
Old man: "You can. You may be the only person in the world that can inhabit the same house with me anyway." 
Sakar: "Grandpa, what are you doing in this forest? 
Old man: "I am the guardian of this forest since this forest is also a border to Zagriba." 
Sakar: "But you are so old. And you can't defend against a whole country alone." 
Old man: "I can, I am strong." 
Sakar: "Hmm. I don't believe you but I got bored so can you tell me stories of your past?" 
Old man: "Do you know the story called 'Legend of the Moon'?" 
Sakar: "Of course I know. Everybody knows it. I wanted stories from your life, not fairy tales." 
Old man: "It is not a fairy tale. I have witnessed it." 
Sakar: "Now you are talking really big." 
Old man: "How old are you, Sakar?" 
Sakar: "I have never been so sure about my age. I would prefer to say I am five years old but they consider me fifteen. I don't remember the past." 
Old man: "What was the first thing you remember?" 
Sakar: "It was night, there was a shining blue lake and I was looking at the sky. Wait a minute, I remember it. I got disappointed at the sky like it lacked something I got used to. I did not care about it then but now that I think about it, why did I get disappointed?" 
Old man: "This is strange... Maybe, you searched for the Moon." 
Sakar: "It is just a story." 
Old man: "Every story has a reason to exist. Anyway, I am going to sleep. You should too." 
Sakar: "Are you really going to sleep this early?" 
Old man: "I spoke more then I should already. Go to sleep."

Sakar was a pervert. A pervert that some called him the personification of the lust itself. Ok, I exaggerated, let's be real, he didn't have a cool nickname such as that. All he was called was the Dick Brain.

Kepyun was a muscle maniac. His answer to all was muscle. Do you need power? Do you need happiness? Do you need to get handsome? What is the meaning of life? The answer to all of those was one word for him, the word 'muscle'. 

Olga was a beautiful albino girl. She was successful. She was popular. Every boy liked her, many love letters were addressed to her. These made the girls hateful of her though. 

These tree somehow got together and the funny story has begun.

How long has it been since the start of this training? Truen had lost track of time with the constant visits between the time-space dimension and Merlin's library. Sometimes, it felt as if the elf had gone through five years of studying but other times, it only felt like two days worth of magic sparring. Zero's mana regeneration pills were put to good use and the bodyguard smiled. Without them, he would have lost track of the days that went by in the real world.
Zero made a pill for each day left before they would complete their individual training. Truen was given a hundred and eighty pills to last approximately six months. Today, he consumed the seventy-eighth pill and smiled. He was ahead of schedule and there was only one last task to accomplish before he could formally graduate the training. Freya and Merlin were impressed with his progress. Although the wood elf was still not very good with weapons and combat, he was confident in his ability as a mage and an archer. he might not have accuracy but he had the speed for taking out armies within minutes. Freya's blessing on Sureshot was very handy and the cheating cranes he readied was going to complete the finishing touches this bow required.
Freya and Merlin were waiting for their student when Truen materialised in the time-space dimension, carrying the parchment containing his proposed modifications to the special bow.
"Did you rest well?" The Great Goddess asked with a fond smile. They'd spent a long time together and she was very proud of the wood elf for making so much progress. Sure, he might still have some of that self-sacrificing tendency still left in him but Merlin did a great job of beating most of that out. It was now replaced by a slightly more twisted sense of gratitude that they couldn't help but approve of.
Truen gave the Goddess of Beauty and War and dazzling smile. "Yes. I've also completed the blueprints for the converting of Sureshot as just a magic weapon to a magic medium-weapon. With this, I can cast spells while fighting at the same time. Please have a look at the rune designs and magic circles I intend to incorporate."
The Wizard God glanced at Truen's final product. While the wood elf didn't write a grimoire, he had several signature moves that the magician approved of. Freya looked at each page in detail and felt prouder with each spell proposed. As his second magic teacher and combat trainer, Freya was satisfied that Truen found a way to strike a balance between the two.
Merlin was impressed. The elf must have given it a lot of thought. It was definitely not something drawn overnight. Truen must have completed studying every book in his library before he started to choose his runes and magic circles. The limitations of not using a grimoire as a medium were the variety of spells one could use at disposal. Talismans can only hold one spell at a time and unlike a grimoire, the Sureshot bow didn't have a lot of places that talismans can be imbued into.
"Are these all the things you want to imbue?" Freya asked with a small frown. "Sureshot can hold up to twelve slots, you only have eight."
Truen nodded. He thought about it carefully and decided that with these eight, it was enough for him to guard Zero discreetly. Merlin and Freya didn't know if it would be alright. However, they couldn't see any flaws either.
[Signature Spell 1 - Elemental Golem]
This spell creates golem puppets that can assume any physical form and identity that is controlled by a Parallel Mind.
Freya looked at the first spell fondly. She had spent a good amount of time perfecting the formula for this with her student and Merlin helped with the aesthetic portion. Both teachers had smiles on their faces as they approved of it.
[Signature Spell 2 - Time Distortion]
This spell borrows the power of the Dream Dimension in the Training App to allow the caster to use less time to achieve desired effects for a span of three seconds in the physical dimension.
Freya nodded at this spell. She remembered her discussion with Isis, Merlin and Steve Jobs when Truen brought up his concerns to her. the rune was tricky to create because even for the Great Gods, nobody had created a bridge between magic and technology until recently. Steve Jobs and Merlin spent nights trying to put everything down into a tiny rune. Thankfully, nanochips existed and they were able to write codes into the rune to process mana the way it should while linking it to the app. The only thing Freya had to compromise with was the authenticity of Sureshot after the rune was imbued. Steve would be able to access Sureshot's data thanks to the nano chip in the rune. Freya would no longer be the only administrator. In normal circumstances, Freya would not have permitted it but for Truen's sake, she allowed it.
[Signature Spell 3 - Area Detection]
Fires a mana net covering a radius of a hundred miles to give information to the castor's Parallel Mind about the live signatures in the area, terrain and threats detected.
Merlin had no problems with this either. He remembered telling Truen about how some powerful magicians created towers that acted as a lighthouse. These Wizards were almost undefeatable because of how fast they were able to make preparations when the enemy appeared. Kingdoms usually did everything they could to employ these magicians. They were known as Court Magicians who was like the Kingdom's first line of defence during a demon raid back on the old Earth. His student found a way to replicate something like a Wizard's Tower and as his teacher, Merlin was proud.
[Signature Spell 4 - Homing Tracker]
Places a curse on the target that consumes the target's mana to sustain itself. The curse constantly gives the caster information about their whereabouts.
At this point, Freya raised a brow. She wasn't seeing many offensive or defensive spells. It was mostly spells used for reconnaissance, spying or information gathering. Merlin noticed it too and was curious.
"Why have you not included and defensive or offensive spells?" the Goddess of War asked.
Truen smiled. "It won't be needed. Zero doesn't like to see violence and would rather subdue his enemies with kindness. Besides, there is no real need for defensive spells with all the blessings and enchants on the clothes Zero is wearing. I doubt Zero will wear anything else willingly and if all fails, I will always ensure that Zero wears the underwear that had been enchanted."
Hearing Truen's explanation, Freya rolled her eyes. This was Truen's mother hen nature that they still couldn't erase despite the harsh training. Still, it was why they were so assured that things will be alright with Truen beside Zero. The wood elf had a good point, Zero was well protected even without the elf. The wood elf's main duty was to be Zero's moral compass and less of his physical bodyguard.
[Signature Spell 5 - Perfect World]
A powerful illusion spell to fool the target's mind and senses to give the caster an opening to take over the control of their body.
Merlin couldn't help but be reminded of Truen's experiments to leave his physical vessel and possess a golem. The first few times he tried that, it was disastrous. The Great Gods had bound Truen's soul to his vessel so tightly that when Truen possessed the golem, the golem and vessel ended up fusing together somehow. That was a mess that Merlin didn't wish to clean up after again. Thankfully, the following trial runs were less catastrophic and proved to be a huge success.
Freya studied the rune design and pointed out that there was a small flaw in the calculations that Merlin overlooked.
"The time frame is too long. Also, Parallel Minds cannot be separated from the spirit. There has to be some other way."
The Wizard God looked over the part that Freya pointed out and felt another headache coming along. All the eight runes created, this was the most difficult one to perfect. Thankfully, they had one more meeting before imbuing anything.
"Let me work on it, let's see the next rune..." Merlin sighed and made a copy of the problematic rune's design.
Likewise, Freya was also troubled by the concept of this rune. It was tricky and splitting the spirit from the vessel can be dangerous. the force between spirit and vessel becomes weaker each time the spirit leaves it. If possible, she didn't want Truen using the spell at all.
"How about using mana strings to control the target after he is shot? Inject your mana into the target to act as a parasite," Isis suggested. She was merely dropping by when she heard that they were finalising the runes. The Goddess of Time wanted to see how Steve Jobs and Merlin managed to create a rune to bridge the Dream Dimension using the app for Truen's spell.
"Oh! That's actually a good idea," Freya praised Isis and turned to Merlin. "We might have to try that out."
The Wizard God liked the counter-proposal better and told his student that they'll have to go back to the drawing board for this one.
"What's next?" the Egyptian Goddess asked and Truen continued his presentation.
[Signature Spell 6 - Seraph's Command]
Place a curse on the target shot that does not allow them to lie or remain silent when asked a question.
Truen blushed at the knowing looks he received. The wood elf definitely took inspiration from the angels to name this spell. His initial name for it just didn't compare to the grandiose of using the Seraph's name.
[Signature Spell 7 - Pagoda Prison]

Everyone paused when they read the description. So far, the spells have been nothing but peaceful pacification if not slightly sadistic with the mana drain torture. this last spell was just downright shady even if it wasn't as impressive as the first seven spells. It screamed 'badass mafia' and all three Gods couldn't help but applaud Truen for staying true to his yandere nature.
"We better keep this out of Zero's inspection," Isis commented and Merlin quickly edited the rune so that there would be a shield and a false description. Hopefully, it was enough to fool the Mind's Eye system created by the Great One.
The meeting soon concluded with Merlin taking back homework to revise the rune of possession and illusion with his apprentice. Isis and Freya chose to stay back in the Dream dimension for a while more and waited for the duo to leave.
"What do you think?" Freya asked the Goddess of Time.
Isis smiled. "He's probably the most perfect choice for a bodyguard. Still, I wonder if it is my imagination that Truen's nature was closer to a Demon lord than a wood elf."
Freya raised a brow and entertained the thought.
"Probably not," she shrugged and both Goddesses laughed.
To think that humans of the old world could prove to be this fearsome. No wonder Gods were falling left and right during the war. If Truen hadn't been on their side, the Great Gods and King Yama would have been the first to snub out the growing threat. Thankfully for them, Truen's soul was still their hostage.

After the journey toward Elnos helping Artemis. Alan and Aphrodite go back home with the addition of Artemis. They take rest for a few days without anything happen.

But that's not for long as a letter arrives at the gate. Aisha who about to go to the dungeon with Haruhime, and Lena took the letter and bring it to Alan that keeps grinding his cooking skill which he recently gets, it's Takumi Aldini Cooking Skill.

"Alan! A letter comes! It's from Apollo Familia. There's a crest on the front." Aisha runs back toward the mansion. "No need to panic Aisha. It's fine. I don't think they looking for trouble now. Also, Ishtar Familia will be silence after hearing my level up report. You can relax. Just put the letter at the table." Alan said while making Italian food.

"Ok then, I will go to the dungeon with Haruhime and Lena," Aisha said after putting the Letter at the table. "Oh! wait! Aisha, bring this letter to Finn from Loki Familia." Alan said while bringing out the letter from his pocket that he already prepared beforehand.

"Ok then but I want a kiss from you," Aisha said while coming close to Alan. Alan kiss her lightly on her lips. "There, don't go too hard on them."

Alan brings the food upstairs for Aphrodite "Ditey, Here's your food. By the way, there's an invitation to a party. Do you want to come?"Alan asks Aphrodite which gets a quick answer from Aphrodite "No *munch*". 'Right, no way you're coming.' Alan thought to hear Aphrodite answer quickly.

"Hmm... How about if you come to the party. Then, I will cook you more tomorrow. We can invite others to eat at our mansion." Alan said to get Aphrodite to go. "Okay, I will get dress after a short nap," Aphrodite said after gulp her food down.

Night soon come, Estas also get the invitation and come with Tsubaki. While Alan accompanies Aphrodite which still distracted by her dress "Alan.. It's hard to move." "Just bear with it, will you? For tomorrow." Alan said motivate Aphrodite.

The four of them arrive at the party. Loki brings Finn instead of Ais. Aphrodite, Alan, Estas, and Tsubaki talk to other God and Goddess. Some only saying formal stuff, ask for condition, etc.

Alan slips out with Aphrodite. Aphrodite going toward the food table. While Alan goes toward Finn "You got my letter Finn?" which Finn nod at Alan.

Soon Apollo gets inside the room, the light only shines on Apollo. "Welcome, all God and Goddess also with your loved children. Thank you for coming, Hope you all enjoy this party tonight."

After a few talks with other God and Goddess Apollo then walk toward Hestia and Bell's place "Hestia, I heard yesterday your children fight with my children. One of my children gets beaten up. Look." Apollo said and pointing at his Familia which looks like a mummy.

Alan quickly steps in before thing going further "Wahahahaha... isn't that the chibi that I beat yesterday. What are you saying Apollo? Well, sorry about that. I might break a few of his bones."

Apollo's voice stuck "What are you saying, Sigurd Alan? I have witnessed right here that watch yesterday situation." then 3 people showed up behind Apollo.

"What? what do you mean? I also have a witness right here. Right? Finn?" Alan calls Finn which Finn only nods at Alan. "Are you saying a member from Loki Familia will lie? Just yesterday we're drinking together and your familia mock me. So I beat him up."

Then Alan breaks one of his bones like Gintama's scene. "Aya~ Look, Your Familia even broke one of my arms." Hestia, Takemikazuchi, Miach, even Hermes look at Alan and thought 'Uuugh.. Cunning.. So cunning..'

"Now, I need to ask for compensation Apollo, I can go to the dungeon." Alan said and Aphrodite quickly runs to Alan and hugs his broken arm "Alan!! Kyaaa... What happens to your arm?".

"Oh, this. One of Apollo Familia broke it yesterday. Now I can't cook for several days for you." Alan said and fake his cry. "What!!?? Then what should I do?" Aphrodite said while dropping on her knees.

Alan crouch and whisper to Aphrodite. Aphrodite hearing what Alan said then stand up "Now, we from Aphrodite Familia want compensation. We want your mansion and everything inside it." being Rank D Familia, the mansion already takes all the money Apollo has.

Meanwhile, behind Apollo. Daphne Lauros and Cassandra Ilion is chatting. "Daphne, this is the chance. Like I said before that we anger a dragon. The dragon will swallow up the sun when the sun trying to get the rabbit. We just need to signal them. We can live happily."

Daphne and Cassandra move to the side to be seen by Aphrodite and pointing their finger at one another. Somehow, Aphrodite understands something "Also, I want both of them. Members of you familia." Aphrodite said while pointing at Daphne and Cassandra.

Alan that stands beside Aphrodite being proud that Aphrodite said something useful, quickly open his eyes when Aphrodite said the last sentence.

"Wait!!!! Timeout!!!" Alan shouts toward Apollo. Alan turns Aphrodite around and whispers "What are you doing? Why you ask for them?" "But you said to destroy their foundation. Those two might hold a quite high position for them standing behind him right?" Aphrodite said to Alan

"Hmm... hmm... That makes sense. Ok." Both of them turn again toward Apollo but Alan quickly slap Aphrodite's head "Like I will say that!!!"

"It still hurts you meanie!!!! I don't care, I have control here!!! Humph.... Now, Apollo will you accept our demand?" Aphrodite said to Apollo.

"But we haven't agreed about it yet," Apollo said. Aphrodite quickly turns to Alan "Then what should I do next? I don't know the next step if he disagrees." Aphrodite said.

"Ugh.. Throw you white glove to his face and said Aphrodite Familia challenge Apollo Familia to war games" Alan said. Aphrodite pulls her white gloves and throws both of it toward Apollo "Aphrodite Familia will challenge Apollo Familia to a War Games then."

"Just 1 glove is fine!! Why you throw both!!??" Alan said to Aphrodite. "I don't know, I'm in a panic. Humph... not my fault" Aphrodite said.

"Apollo Familia rejects the War Games." Apollo said, Aphrodite then puff her cheek "I don't care. you have to accept or I will destroy this mansion tonight."

Freya then joins the conversation "Are you really don't trust your children, Apollo?" Apollo being mocked than said "Don't you mock me, Fine, Apollo Familia accept. We will do impromptu Denatus tomorrow morning."

Aphrodite then said, "Alright, tomorrow Alan will be there in my stead!!". "Wait, Denatus is only for God, You can't run from this," Alan said to Aphrodite.

"It's fine, I will be the one that comes in her stead," Estas said to Alan. "Really Sister Estas? Yeey!!! Now, Let's go home!!"

Alan sigh at this and grin toward Apollo "See you Apollo!! Let me give you a reminder. Killing is allowed in War Games right?? I want to see who from your Familia gonna participate in the War Games." Alan then put his broken arm back to its place and follow Aphrodite that already running outside.

Hestia, Takemikazuchi, Miach, Hermes still keep their look 'He's arm pop back, cunning... so cunning...'. Loki look at Alan's back 'He's interesting. Wait... Do I really attracted to him?' Loki quickly shakes her head.

Freya waiting at the gate for Alan after saying that. "So, going according to plan?" Freya asks Alan. "Well, not all go according to plan."

Freya smiled at him "You make me want to bring you to my bed, Alan." Ottar hearing it, move but stop after Freya lift her hand.

"Shut up virgin Goddess, do you think your act gonna work on me? Looking at your Familia protecting your virginity like that makes me want to puke. Bye." Alan said and leave Freya.

Freya surprise hearing it and mutter 'So, you knew' Freya said with a sad smile.

Back at the mansion. Aphrodite already humming but realize that if Alan's hand is broken what about tomorrow's feast. "Alan!! How to heal your arm!?? Wait.. Your arm is back. Good. I will invite aunt Hestia."

'Are you really air-headed or something?' Alan thought. "Alright for War Games update my status will you. Every attribute reaches 5000 and 6000 on Agility and Dexterity. I should be able to level up."

"No, You hit me!!" Aphrodite said while pouting. "That's a shame, I can make the food better if you update my status," Alan said going inside the mansion. "WAIT!! I UPDATE YOUR STATUS NOW!!" Aphrodite chase Alan inside.

The next day, Estas come back from Denatus. "Thank you, Estas, What's the game?" Alan asks Estas.

"The game is to steal the castle. You have to beat the one that defends the throne and take the crown to win the game while other members will defend the castle. It's all vs all games." Estas said "Emm... Alan, can I ask you something? Why is Freya defending you?"

Alan chuckle and hug Estas "Relax Estas, I don't have anything for Freya yet, I guess. I just pity her."

"Pity her? even though she always sleeps with other men? and get everything she wanted?" Estas said frowning. "She won't get me if my wives not agree to it. I can promise you that. You are from a different Pantheon than her. So you might not know the truth. From what I know she's still a virgin." Alan said while smiling.

Estas surprised hearing it "But how? every rumor said that she always lust for men." "Have you ever see Ottar's eyes? Don't you see Ottar's eyes still have its clarity, she doesn't use charm on him? If she really lust for men. Why she hasn't been pregnant yet? She has Divinity for Fertility, a divinity to give life but not control life." Alan said explaining to Estas. "Well, that's a quiz for another time. Go change first, the other should almost be here. I will prepare the feast in the kitchen." added Alan.

It has been a few years after Henrik awakened his elder sister, Freya Mikaelson. He had been teaching her about [Force] and together they researched more on the Magic system of this world. 

Henrik had started to recover his lost magic at an optimum pace and had also prepared the materials for performing a ritual.

Ever since Henrik had found the Black Grimoire of the Corona family, he had been scheming to secretly attack [The Inner Shrine], [Naikū], which is located in the town of [Uji-tachi], south of central Ise, and is dedicated to the worship of [Amaterasu], where she is believed to dwell. 

The shrine buildings are made of solid cypress wood and use no nails but instead joined wood. 

[The Outer Shrine], [Gekū], is located about six kilometers from [Naikū] and dedicated to [Toyouke-Ōmikami], the god of agriculture, rice harvest, and industry. Besides [Naikū] and [Gekū], there are an additional 123 Shinto shrines in Ise City and the surrounding areas, 91 of them connected to [Naikū] and 32 to [Gekū].

Purportedly the home of the [Sacred Mirror], the shrine is one of Shinto's holiest and most important sites. Access to both sites is strictly limited, with the common public not allowed beyond sight of the thatched roofs of the central structures, hidden behind four tall wooden fences. 

The [Chief priest] or [Priestess] of [Ise Shrine] must come from the Imperial House of Japan and is responsible for watching over the Shrine. The current high priestess of the shrine is [Emperor Emeritus Akihito's daughter], [Sayaka Kuroda].

According to his sister's tracking spell, an enormous amount of [Divine-magic] was concentrated at the place and according to the nature of this energy, it is quite possible that the true divine spirit, the [Goddess of Universe and Sun], [Amaterasu] is currently living inside the shrine.

The indestructible pendants that Henrik created were modified by Freya and Him to make it able to house a [Divine spirit] regardless of strength. 

His plan was quite simple, silently attack the shrine, use the blood he took from the emperor to summon [Amaterasu] using the ritual, use the [Black Grimoire] to suppress her strength and bind her being to his own Pendant and indirectly bind her to his soul as the pendant is a soul-bounded item.

Henrik wasn't a Shinto believer, not was Freya. He wanted to have an assurance in case this world throws something too much for him to handle, what is better than having a true God as your subordinate and bodyguard.

He didn't give a damn about these gods, nor about the various spirits. Since he was living in Japan, therefore it will do him no harm to capture the [Shinto gods] as servants.

But the true reason behind his actions was revenge, though people may say that he was being a petty person who wants to capture spirits that didn't even harm him, he didn't care about their opinion.

ᒥ....The spirits weren't as innocent as people think, [Izanami] vowed to kill 1000 humans every day just because her husband saw her true appearance. Gods were even worse than humans, selfish, arrogant and whatnot....ᒧ

So he didn't think there was any problem with his plan and motive,

Spirits were the only thing that Henrik was afraid of, once he had taken care of all those Gods living in Japan, he would no longer have to worry about them. 

Humans will not leave something they fear....alone, they will always find a way to make it disappear and strike again and again and again until eventually the thing is destroyed. Henrik was once a human and as they say,

He couldn't leave them alone.

He couldn't kill them as they were immortals, just like him so all he could do was subjugate them and seal them inside the 6-pendants he created.

Henrik would seal [Amaterasu] inside his own pendant while he had chosen another god for his elder sister, someone who is extremely vengeful and evil while also being very strong and deadly.

With such arrangements, Henrik would never have to worry about his family's safety ever again.

Henrik had already asked Kiyohime to prepare some of the elders of the [Gerard Family] to assist him in his task. Protests were all suppressed by [Compulsion] and the fact that they were completely loyal to the family.

Henrik let out a smile as he, Freya, Kiyohime along with some elders headed towards Mei prefecture where the shrine was located.

The plan was to infiltrate the shrine using the night as cover and quickly take control of the whole place without alerting anyone.

Once [Amaterasu] would have appeared, Freya and Kiyohime would cast spells and the [Black Grimoire] will suppress the Goddess so that Henrik would be able to use his [Force] and [Magic] to bind her with the pendant he always wears around his neck.

The journey to the [Mei Prefecture] took some time, they took a few weeks to reach their destination.

Freya would set up a camp near the outer shrine to keep an eye on the place and be ready to act once the sun's going down.

After a few hours, the clean sky turned dark as the moon illuminated the black sky along with many stars.

ᒥ....It was time to move....ᒧ

Over the years, Henrik grew to crave the bond that his siblings had; the love and trust was the thing he wanted more than anything. So he made a plan, to escape his imprisonment, he started absorbing more and more magic from his prison world. This world was not only his prison but also the source of his power.

Henrik had a unique soul that caused his magic to grow more durable and more robust as he aged, this world steadily strengthened his soul so that his soul would become indestructible and handle his ever-growing magic. For a century he absorbed the magic around him and finally one day he was able to escape from the prison world successfully. He doesn't have a body; thus he created one for him, seeing that wherever his family went trouble would always follow he decided to escape from the clutches of the spirits and be reborn in a new word.

A world that is different yet similar to the previous one at the same time. Now that he is back, he will claim what is rightfully his, he will have his family, and he would do anything to achieve his goal.

If you have the grudge with Red D, then don't vent your rage on me. I'm not him. If you think King Hans is the true King, then I didn't hold you back either. You're free to choose who you want to side with."



"Yuina. Calm down." Kyra holds Yuina's hand who's sitting in front of her right now.


"Father." Freya walks inside the room making all of them turn their head to look at her.


"Honey, you should rest." Alba went to Freya. His voice turns soft along with his gaze.

Freya holds Alba's hand gently. She looks at him with a warm smile. "It's okay. I'm good." She went to the edge of the table and standing where Alba was standing before.


"Which one is the reincarnation?" She asks. Her voice already changes once she faces them all.


"Me." Yuina raises her hands up looking at the girl who is incredibly pretty and soft from her point of view.


"You?" She scoffs a bit and said again. "Please forget my father's word."


"Freya.." Alba look at her with a bit frowned.


"Father, she just a reincarnation. She doesn't have any memory of it. Let it go. Basically…she just…a doll that shouldn't be created by a god."


Again, Yuina was dumbstruck with the insulting statement. 'A doll? What the hell is the problem with this two-person?'


"Hey, Lady. Please. She's human and shows some respect here. If both of you keep going with this attitude, we're outta here." Hayden once again feels enraged with this insult.


Jett also sighing. Hayden's right. There's no point in arguing and fighting if they keep showing this rude attitude toward them. What's his problem anyway?


"I think we're done here." Yuina also cannot tolerate anymore insult from them. She's so tired and needs to rest her mind right now.


She standing up and leave the room followed by others to the deck.

"Wait, Wait." Freya stops them at the deck when they ready to go with their dragons.


"Look, if you can't accept my word, it's not my problem. If you wanna go, then fine. But...I need this physician girl and that man." Freya pointed her finger to Kyra and Hayden.


Yuina look displeases with her attitude. She wants them? Did she think that these people here is hers? Did she thought they are her tools?


"Why? Why do you need them both?" Yuina turns her body and facing her. That Freya girl is sure a bit taller than Yuina. She indeed a beauty but she lack of manner.


"First, the girl has a brain and I need her help to treat my friend. And second, this man.." She walks to Hayden who stood beside Yuina.


"He shall be my partner." She seductively looking at him while trailing her finger on Hayden's chest.


Scoffing, Yuina snatch her finger roughly from Hayden's body. Looking so angry with her bold move.


"Listen! First, my friend is not my tools. If you want her help, ask her nicely and politely. And second.." She pushes Hayden a bit far from Freya "He's mine. No one can take him from me. Not even you."


Hayden was a bit impressed on how Yuina bravely warned her. 'Hers? Did she already make up her mind?' Slowly he smiles a bit and immediately he hide his smile when he noticed others already look at them with a shocking expression too.


Smirking, she looks at Yuina. She clicks her tongue. "Tch! Maybe now he's yours. But soon, he'll be mine." She retrieves her finger and went to Kyra instead.



Once she approaching her, Grey immediately guard her up. Shielding her from Freya.


"Oh! God. Another one. Come on. I'm not interested in girls." Freya rolled her eyes.


"Just speak what do you want," Grey said firmly, indicating that he would not move from Kyra's side.


"Fine. Miss Kyra, I want to ask your help to treat my friend. She's been sick for months and we didn't find any cure for her. We've roamed every kingdom but none of it seems to have the answer. Because Asahi acknowledge your skills and you also manage to solve the problem in Aquamarine, I'm moved to seek your help." Still with her arrogant voice.


"Your friend? I didn't know a person who had a sharp tongue had a friend too." Kyra reply with sarcasm.


"Well..we grow up together and we both held high status. Even until now." She glares at Yuina, telling her that she just a fallen princess.


Kyra saw it. But then she smirks a bit. "I refuse to help. You insult my friend. You should be able to find help from a perfect person." Kyra said and turn her body around. Ready to ride Roux on the back.


Seeing Kyra really meant her word and they all start riding the dragons, she becomes a bit panic. Kyra is the last hope she had to help her friend.


"Wait! I will grant you with thousand coins of gold. Each one of you. She really needs help. I will not really beg you if it's not urgent." 



Kyra looks at Yuina like she asked her permission.


"You free to do what you want, Kyra. I will not hold you back. Helping people is what we're doing, right?" And that is where her soft spot shown. She really just can't ignore someone who is really in need.


Kyra then sighing. At one side she really doesn't mind on helping people but on the other side, she really hates how this girl keeps insulting Yuina. And even boldly said that she want Yuina's man! If it were her, of course, she would get so angry about it. How dare she want to steal her man.


She pressed her lips together. Her eyebrow knit together.


"I can help you. But with a few conditions." Kyra finally said.


"Speak." 


"First, my friends will come as well. Second, you need to refrain your word from insulting my friend ever again. Third, after I'm done treating your friend, we will part our way. Our goals and interest don't align and it best if we follow our own path after that." Kyra looks at her with seriousness.


"Just that?" Freya asks.


"Just that. But if I heard you insult my friends again, especially Yuina. I will cut this deal. Understand?"


"Well, clear as crystal. Deal then?" Freya outstretches her hand to Kyra.


Kyra took her hand for a handshake. "Deal."


"So, where is your friend?" Kyra asks her after that. The faster she help her friend, the faster they'll leave this ship.


"Oh, Peridot Kingdom. We'll go there, but now we need to make a stop on the nearest island. I need to do a proper funeral for my comrade."


"Per..Peridot..kingdom?" Kyra stammering a bit.


Others also surprise. They thought her friend that she mentions is in this ship. Who would've thought that it was in other Kingdom? A kingdom which is full of magic, fairies, and wizard among them.


To go there, they at least need four to five days, sailing across the ocean. Not only that, they are now a fugitive. No identification that they can show to the marine soldier to enter their kingdom.


'Oh! What disaster is this?'


"Yes, Peridot. Don't worry. I was from there too. I mean..I raise up in that land. They know me." She said casually and look at them.


"So just by knowing you, we can enter without any problem? Who the hell are you thinking you are?" Grey asks her.


"Well, …you could say I'm-"


"Honey, let's eat. Leave the chit chat later." Alba interrupts her and she invites them to have dinner with the crew too.


"Let's go. We need to fill our stomach."

Summary


Every Kingdom has its own tales. Long ago before the Zirconia Kingdom was formed, a Red Demon Dragon with four other dragons has descended to the earth where he manages to gather all four tribes from four provinces to be one kingdom. It is now known as the Zirconia Kingdom.


Because of his love toward the humankind, he decides to change his immortal form to be a human and lives as a King of Zirconia for the rest of his life. Four other dragons who are very loyal to him, decide to protect the kingdom at every four corners of this kingdom until he was reborn again.


A thousand years have passed, his reincarnation born with the abilities he had once he was a dragon. This time, he was reborn to be the ‘Princess’. She was supposed to get engaged with her knight when suddenly her crush killed her father and make her a fugitive in her own Kingdom. The prophecy told that once she was reborn, her kingdom will be at the edge of the doom. All other four kingdoms have been desiring to conquer Zirconia and to regain back her crown, she needs to find four other dragons guardian.



A Dragon Kingdom (Zirconia) is surrounded by the Viking Kingdom, the Fairy Kingdom, the Demon Kingdom, and the Hybrid Creatures Kingdom which is targeting to conquer the Zirconia Kingdom as a trophy. Will she succeed to regain her crown and protecting her Kingdom from four other Kingdom?
