The royal doctor flashed a light into Billie, well more so- "Florence's" eyes, asking her to follow it and to see if she was simply a bit slow. Having done multiple small check ups the doctor had then turned towards the King and Queen, giving a small shake of his head. 

"She is fine, healthier than I expected in fact! Considering how big her fall from the castle roof was, she seems to be perfectly fine." The doctor reassure them, before continuing, "however, the fall could have given her some brain damage, leaving her to have amnesia and forgetting many things!" 

Florence's father, King DeCapulet, gasped in an overly dramatic way, putting a stern hand into the doctors shoulder. "But she is healable isn't she? We can fix it? We have magic doctor, amnesia must be solvable!" The doctor glanced at Queen DeCapulet, who only rolled her eyes and shook her head back at him. 

"While we are advanced in medicinal technology and magic..Amnesia is sadly not something even we have the capability to heal, not as of yet at least. Those are near fifteen years worth of memories and forcing her to remember them may cause more damage than help, as sorry as I am to say." 

Billie looked up at her, "father," seeing a single tear roll down his face as he once again for the second time that day, dropped to his knees clinging to Billie-er- Florence. 

"My Flower, My beautiful heir, sun of my life!" He chanted, causing the Queen to groan, "how could you forget daddy! Your father, what did I do for you to forget me!?" 

Billie thought back to the novel, "A Court of Roses." Being so surprised that the King of the South, the iron fist whose single gaze could send even the most noble of knights running for the hills. Yet here he sat, crying like a baby over his daughter supposedly losing her memories. In the novel, Billie couldn't remember the King being so-emotional, much less towards Florence! 

When the novel began Billie remembered that Florence and her parents had a very rocky relationship, so when Florence was married off to the Northern Prince, Adrien, Florence had little to no backing. So what was going on? 

With hesitant hands and an awkward smile, Billie hugged Florence's father and patted his back. "I apologize, Papa, had I a choice, I wouldn't have ever forgotten you." She played up her acting, even fooling the her father who hugged her tightly back and petted her wavy hair. 

Another pair of arms wrapped around them and it was the Queen who gave a small smile towards Florence. "Well had I been you, I would have forgotten your father. He's quite annoying isn't he?" She joked, poking her husband. 

"Belle! How could you say that, if you forgotten me to I would hope I was dead!" Billie couldn't help but chuckle, as confusing as this was it was obvious these two shared a strong and loving relationship.  

None of this was in the novel, and Billie couldn't help but wonder, was this truly , "A Court of Roses?" The characters lined up look wise and name wise, yet the way they behaved? Billie would have to go through her memories of the novel from the beginning once more to make sure she wasn't crazy. 

Queen Belle pulled her clingy husband off and took a seat next to Florence on the bed. "Florence, if you truly have forgotten everything I fear you may have gone dumb." Wow, such a blunt statement! 

"I assure you, your Highness, while she may not have her memories, her body should be able to remember basic functions that have been practiced through out her life. Though she may need to be retaught things." The doctor said.

"Of course. Though she may want to hope that her body remembers basic fighting, or her getting back into training will be a nightmare." Her mother said in an almost sadistic manner. 

Training? 

The doctor hummed and pushed his round glasses up, "Your Highness, Princess Florence shouldn't over exert her body for the time being, just a few months. While I know how important training the princess's are, Princess Florence is still suffering injuries." The Queen sighed then made a hand gesture as to tell the doctor to leave. 

"A DeCapulet does not need much time to heal, she'll have one month, then she must resume her training."  The doctor nodded not denying the Queen and leaving as ordered. 

Queen Belle was a truly frightening woman. From what Billie could remember, she used to be called the 'Bloody General' and was responsible for taking down the previous King who was a known tyrant. It was due to Belles strong and fierce nature that the prince, now King Dorian, had fallen for her. But in the novel Belle was rarely ever around and only focused on the second daughter, Florence's sister, Peony. So there was never too much information about her. 

Billie was brought back by the sound of the door closing, she made eye contact with her father who smiled sadly. "My little one, I promise, we will do our best to help you recover... and-and if you don't." He held back, "then we will make more, better, happier memories!" What a dedicated father. 

"Well then, get some rest, I shall send your servant, Song, to come and watch over you." Queen Belle then pulled King Dorian by his shirt collar, dragging him out the door. 

Finally being left to some peace and quiet, Billie fell ungraciously unto the bed. 'This is insane! How did this happen? Is this what they call transmigrating?" While that sounded fun to transmigrate, Billie couldn't help but feel a bit angry over the fact that our if everyone she could have been turned into she was turned into a villain. A villain who was obsessive and horrific. 

The thoughts of what Florence did for her love for Prince Adrien made Billie want to puke. Now she was that horrible woman and she feared she may be doomed to die as she did in the novel. 

What a predicament.

Though it seems that god has decided to give her boring life some flare by gifting her a new life in her favorite novel “ A Court of Roses.” Though there’s a catch... Instead of waking up as the beautiful and innocent Female Lead or even an innocent bystander or second FL she wakes up as the notorious villain of the novel- Florence DeCapulet!! 
But it’s five years before the novel starts and Billie is going to do everything in her power to avoid her fate-Death. 
With a cold hearted Prince who seems to hate her for no reason, a hot headed but charming Magician on the run from the law and a female lead who is hiding a lot of secrets herself, Billie has her work cut out for her!

Jaehwan saw the people. Or rather, he saw those who were once 'human' just until a while ago. Unlike in <Chaos>, they didn't look like corpses. Rather, they were replaced by trees, rotten and dried up trees. Trees that knew that the land had no nutrients but couldn't leave the land. They were looking at Jaehwan.
'I see it now. I finally see it.'
Jaehwan then remembered Mulack's words. He said there was no Big Brother in the Nightmare of the Beginning.
This world did not have eyes because eyes were everywhere. They all looked directly at Jaehwan. Jaehwan looked back at them and smiled.
'If I can see them, I can fight them.'
There were countless eyes within those trees, and Jaehwan looked at them. There was the sound of roots being uprooted, just like a tree pulling out its own roots. Jaehwan walked and walked. The other trees were horrified.
How? How can this be?
How can a tree… walk on its own?
Trees were shaking — specifically their roots, trunks, and branches. They were terrified by Jaehwan who was not afraid of facing all these eyes. They wished that someone would punish that walking tree and burn it down. However, nobody volunteered and just moved out of the way. And Yoonhwan was among those trees.
'Ah…'
He wasn't sure why Jaehwan looked like he was shining in between all this chaos. He just saved a man and was walking back. That was it.
But why did it feel like he had witnessed that scene multiple times?
Yoonhwan teared up with an emotion that he could not understand or explain. He turned and there Seoyul was, crying. They smiled at each other as if they knew something like this had happened before. And then they looked at Jaehwan again.
"Well, have we become weird too?"
"…Maybe."
"It reminds me of that. The novel that he wrote once…"
Through the trees, Jaehwan was walking toward them. 
Just like people who found the exit out of a long nightmare, Yoonhwan and Seoyul ran toward Jaehwan.
The door to the new world was beginning to open a man's smallest and darkest box.

Unique worlds existed in this world. It was not a parallel universe. It always existed together in the same world that people could see. It was somtimes labeled as delusion, but the possibility was always there.
Of course, this unique world was different from the unique world that Jaehwan knew. 
In this place, having a unique world didn't allow him to make a [Setting] or utilize it. Unique worlds moved in a more complicated way in this world.
-Jaehwan, please…
The doctor gave him a small notebook that he took out from his clothes as he was taken to the hospital. It was the record of Jaehwan's story. It was so severely discolored that it showed how much it had been read through. Jaehwan understood how the doctor had succeeded in reaching his unique world.
-Jaehwan, there's only one way to defeat reality. It's not like <Chaos> or <Depth>. You cannot fight the world alone now.
Even in this place, people could enter someone else's unique world and believe in the same thing to live on. They could enjoy the free world outside or classical mechanics and other oppressions, but...
-I am just the first. You must let people know about your world.
That was only possible when a lot of people believed in that world. In the last page of the notebook, there was the doctor's short novel that Jaehwan once ripped away. The novel had been taped back with the pieces of paper.
'He didn't throw it away.'
Jaehwan read it again. It was a boring and uninteresting novel. But maybe the doctor wanted to change the world with this. Maybe he wanted to show it to the world and invite people over to the World After the Fall. Jaehwan touched the paragraphs of the novel for a long time.
'Doctor, if that is what your wish...'
Jaehwan turned on his laptop computer. There was an unedited novel that he was working on before he quit. He opened the document, erased everything, and began typing in other words.
One by one, the white document was soon filled. Memories slowly began coming back. In the same way he would stab or slash, Jaehwan kept on typing. Stories began to play from his head. Just like when he succeeded in his [World Stab] for the first time, or when he acquired the [Fall], his head exploded with countless realizations.
The paragraphs were rough and weak. He didn't have good metaphors and he had many grammatical errors.
But he kept on going. Just like he didn't give up on his stabs, he kept on writing. Even when a crude paragraph made him think harder, he did not give up and kept on typing everything down. He did it as if this was the reason why he lived that world, as if this were the reason for the history of his life. He grew suspicious, understood, forgot, created another theory, proved it, and edited.
He wrote and wrote again.
After an uncertain amount of time, Jaehwan finally finished the prologue of his novel. As he read through the completed prologue and fixed any errors, a certain question came to him.
'Oh, what was the doctor's name by the way?'
It was strange. The name that was clear until a while ago, the name that was shown in various media stations, was fuzzy now. Jaehwan then found the doctor's name written below the title of his short novel.
'…You've got to be kidding.'
Jaehwan smiled as he looked at the name. It was a funny name.
Jaehwan opened the web novel website and there were countless novels waiting to be read. Jaehwan saw all of these novels in a new light now. He thought maybe all these novels had their own unique worlds. Some were crude and some were great, but all of these had various unique worlds to create this universe as a whole.
Jaehwan typed in the doctor's name as the pen name and opened a novel with the same name as the doctor's short novel. Then a message popped up to add a description for the work.
Description?
Jaehwan thought long and hard about it as if he was a god showing his unique world for the first time. He couldn't make it sound too grand or else people would avoid it. But it couldn't still be too weak because people wouldn't anticipate it either.
Jaehwan opened up the note again.
In that note, Jaehwan read through the paragraphs that the doctor had left very slowly. And at some point, one sentence caught his attention. He grinned. Yes, maybe this was the only fitting sentence for the beginning of this story. This was it. Jaehwan positioned his hands over the keyboard. And he gave himself ample time to type in each word carefully.
-This is the story of a man who did not return while everyone else returned to the past.

This is the story of a man who had refused to go back into the past when everyone else had decided to do so.

Until the very end.

Before I start the introduction of this story, let me tell you an old and meaningful tale,
Long time ago, there lived a boy whose name was James, he wasn't a bright lad when it came to study. One day his teacher got infuriated because of James as he repeated the same mistakes for the 7th time, the teacher wrote a letter to the parents of James and summoned them to school as he wanted to have a talk with them about the future of James. When parents came, teacher bluntly said that James should never hope to study in his life. He should quit school and start looking for a low class job. The parents were infuriated upon hearing that and withdrew James from the school at an instant.
40 years later, the teacher was diagnosed with a severe and deadly disease. He looked everywhere, but none of the doctors and priests were able to cure him. The teacher, in devastated state of mind was about to give up hope when his friend told him about a mystical doctor that lived in about 500 miles away from teacher's hometown. The teacher hurried and as soon as he reached at the gate of hospital in which the mystical doctor worked, he fainted. The guards brought teacher inside and mystical doctor took a look at teacher's condition. He started the operation right away and after 8 hours of continuous yet tiring efforts, the teacher finally woke up and took a good look at the doctor who had a faint smile on his face. Teacher appeared to be stunned when he looked at the doctor's face, then his whole body turned blue and he died.
The doctor was shocked, the he looked around and saw that the janitor pulled the plug of the life support system which was keeping the teacher alive to replace it with plug of his vacuum cleaner . 
The name of the janitor was "JAMES". 
Yeah, you heard that right. If you thought that James was the mystical doctor then believe me, you've watched way too k-drama and read way too much cliché novels or manga. This type of shit is purely fantasy and fictional and have a really really low chance of happening in real life. And since you have this type of cliché mindset, you should definitely read this novel. 
Are you an edgy teenager who wants to commit suicide but you just can't, well don't worry cause this novel will force you to do it even if you don't want to, because it has so much bullshit that you'll have this constant urge to question your life and ultimately commit suicide. 
Or are you a depressed adult who does a 9 to 5 job, gets less pay and is stressful because your value is undermined in the work place, the don't worry cause this novel will make you feel even more depressed as you'll constantly question the IQ of characters(who are real). 
Or are you a kid, if you are below twelve(both physically and mentally) then you should fuck off cause this novel isn't for kids. 
Now to make things about the novel a bit clearer 
1. Language 
Now, I don't have my beginnings from an English family or a society so I might make some grammatical mistakes. I am still learning and will definitely improve in future. And as for grammar Nazis that are going to correct me no matter what, I have a few things to say to them 
i . I dun't hve a editur. 
ii . Hitler died and so did the Nazis, so it's  better if you stop being a Nazi. Hitler was a bad guy and Nazis followed him so they were also bad guys. So don't be the bad guy. 
iii . I respect the guy who killed Hitler..... 
Yeah...

Moving on 
2. Breaking the 4th wall 
The author has this constant urge of breaking the 4th wall so whenever he does that, it'll be in (these) brackets. 
3. Cursing 
The author is also a fan of EMINEM and HIP-HOP, so there's strong language in this novel and cursing is pretty normal. It also has mature humor so do read it at your own risk. 
4. Plot 
The plot is basically about some random people from random countries in a Facebook group, about how have nothing better to do except sit with mobile in their hands and waste the money that they either receive from their parents, or from their heritage and eat(except an African guy that the author will introduce later) and sleep. 
5. Main characters / Protagonist 
The author believes in communism in such peculiar cases so there's no protagonist. Or should I say EVERYONE IS A PROTAGONIST.

6. Games 
The author would mostly do games like quizzes or fun fact or stuff like that at the end of chapter. Just like the one that I did in the end of this introduction. 
7. Most of the content here would be real and there would be a low amount of fiction here. 
8. Releases 
Don't expect regular releases. I would try my best to make sure I do regular releases but I have a life of my own, I have to do my own stuff and I'll get little time to write this story but as I said, I'll try to release chapters regularly. 
9. Humor
Please don't expect that there would be humor in every chapter or every paragraph. Sometimes, you have to write some bland lines so that they can serve as a base for next joke or shit. I mean, we all know that NARUTO is one of the best anime out there but the amount of fillers in it is astonishing. And I am pretty darn sure that the amount of intellectuals on this planet are far fewer than the fillers that naruto has. 
10. Racism 
The author is strongly against any kinds of racism. He is not like the authors of Chinese novels who are being racist to other countries like in USS, AVL, OEM. CCG, etc. Since the author also believes in communism on certain things, he thinks that it's not being racist if you're racist to everyone (got 'em). 
11. MEMES
This novel has heavy meme references, so it'll also increase your meme knowledge if you want to be a part of latest online memes. And I am pretty sure MOTO MOTO will like you after you increase your knowledge of memes(its a meme, check out MOTO MOTO LIKES YOU on YouTube or Google)

The very next day, Wang Family received Wang Yu Jin in a gruesome condition, two of his legs were broken, one of his fingers was missing and his face was ruined. Madam Wang was heartbroken when she saw her son appearing like this.

The paramedic was shocked when he looked at the body of the injured boy.

 Madam Wang took the money, seeing the envelope, she knew this money was not enough for Wang Yu Jin's treatment, but this what she had. 
Wang Yu Jin was still in the operating theatre. After two hours, the doctor came out of the operating theatre. Madam Wang quickly approached the doctor.
"How is my son?" Madam Wang asked worriedly.
"I will talk about your son in my office, please allow me to clean myself first." The doctor said and turned towards the nurse. "Bring them to my office."
"Yes, Doctor He." The nurse obeyed his order.
"Everyone, please come and follow me." The nurse told Madam Wang and her daughters.
"Yes," Madam Wang and her daughters followed the nurse to the doctor's room. 
The nurse asked them to wait and to sit on the chair outside the room. Before the nurse left, she gave a weird look to Wang Fu Ya. When Wang Fu Ya saw it, the nurse quickly left them.
Wang Fu Ya frowned. Why did the nurse give her a weird look before she left? Did she do something weird? Not to mention, the passer-by also gave her a weird look when three of them were waiting for the doctor to come. 
When the doctor arrived, he invited three of them came into his office. Madam Wang sat together with Wang Fu Ya in front of the doctor while Wang Ha Na was standing behind her mother and sister.
The doctor sighed. His patient's condition was serious. The boy was only a 15 years old teenager. He did not know who was cruel enough to do something like this to a teenager. 
"How is my son, doctor?" Madam Wang asked when the doctor was still silent.
The doctor sighed again. "Your son is out of critical condition, but his condition is still bad. His legs have lost the function for mobility, he can not use his legs anymore due to late treatment. As well as one of his fingers, it was missing. If the finger is here and in range of the time, we can attach back but unfortunately, it was gone and out of the time. For his face, he will have scars. If you want to remove the scar, nowadays we have plastic surgery technology. If you have the money, you can do it to remove the scar." The doctor told the truth to the family members of his patient.
Madam Wang cried when she heard about her son's condition. Her son could not walk on his own legs anymore. How could she tell her son about this? That he was disabled. Wang Yu Jin might not accept that. That boy was still young and proud. He could not accept this new. He might shut of himself.
"Doctor, can you do something about that? Please." Madam Wang begged.
"I'm sorry, Madam. I already tried my best. As I said, he did not get the treatment in time that make it worsening his condition." The doctor explained. He continued again. "For the case like this, Madam, you better go and make a report to the police station. They beat a 15 years old teenager. They must be punished."  The doctor did not know the exact situation. So, he could not talk further detail.
When the doctor said that, Madam Wang felt it was right. She should report them to the police station. She wanted to make the men paid for what they had been doing to Wang Yu Jin.
"Yes, you are right. I will go and make a report at the police." Madam Wang nodded. "Fu Ya, you take care of your brother here. Ha Na and I will go to the police station to make a report about those men."
Wang Fu Ya and Wang Ha Na agreed with Madam Wang. 
"Thank you, doctor. We will count on you to treat my son." Madam Wang bowed to the doctor.
 Usually, Madam Wang was very arrogant to people but she could not afford to act like that to the doctor who would be the one to treat her son. She needed to respect the doctor.
Three of Wang Family members came out from the doctor's room. They went to the ward that Wang Yu Jin was placed at. Wang Yu Jin was placed in the intensive care unit (ICU). The visitors could not enter unless the visiting hour. 
"Fu Ya, you wait here. Ha Na and I will go and make the report." Madam Wang said to Wang Fu Ya.
"Okay." Wang Fu Ya nodded.
So, Madam Wang and Wang Ha Na went to the police station to make a report. Wang Fu Ya sat at the waiting place. There were some people that also waiting at the waiting place. They looked at Wang Fu Ya weirdly.

Franz burst into the room frantically with the royal doctor and Al on his heels.

Al and I hung back by the door, grave-faced. 

"I ran into Franz on the way," he whispered. "He has been panicking the entire time. Quite annoying, really."

I shot him a look. "She's his wife, it's normal for him to worry when she's sick."

"Nobody should worry that much."

"You're saying you wouldn't worry about me?" I teased. 

I meant is as a lighthearted comment, thinking he would come up with some sarcastic reply but he remained silent. 

Oh. He actually would worry about me. My stomach flip-flopped. I wasn't sure how to feel about that. 

After several very tense minutes, the doctor smiled at Franz. 

"Congratulations, Your Highness. The princess is with child! She appears to be about two months along."

Al and I both gaped at them but poor Franz looked even more shocked that we did. 

"I'm going to be a father?"

The doctor nodded. "I'm sure the king and queen will be most pleased to hear this news."

"Please do not tell them yet," Mariela finally spoke up, forcing herself to sit up with the ghost of a smile on her face. "I would like to wait a while longer."

Franz came back to his senses, his dazed expression replaced with his usual sharp one. 

"Yes, please refrain until the pregnancy is more stable. I would not want to excite the king and queen unnecessarily."

The doctor's eyes lit with understanding. "I see. I will not say anything, rest assured Your Highnesses. Many blessings on your child and Annalaias. I shall take my leave."

They both nodded as he left and Franz instantly knelt in front of his wife, clasping her hands in his. Joy and dread flitted across both of their faces. 

"We should go," Al said quietly. 

I nodded and followed him out. The atmosphere was clear to read. They were worried about their child. 

But why? Wasn't pregnancy supposed to be a happy thing? Although…Mariela had never gotten pregnant in the novel. 

I was horrified at the thought but it might be because of me. My cheeks flamed. 

Their relationship improved after I meddled. But I only meddled because it was already supposed to be good in the novel! How had this happened?!

Al sighed and flopped onto the couch back in our room. "This isn't good."

"It's about the crown prince, isn't it," I surmised.

 Having time to think on the walk back it was the only conclusion I could come to. Since he was still childless he would see any royal baby as a threat. 

Sigmund and Rosenia had been married for almost four years and she had never been pregnant. 

If the baby was a boy…and the king died before Sigmund could produce an heir…the court might rule that it was better to have a king that could continue the bloodline. 

His position as crown prince could be threatened.  

"Yes. If Sigmund finds out he may try to do something to prevent the baby from being born. I imagine Franz isn't going to leave Mariela's side for a second to personally monitor all of her food and drinks for the next seven months."

"That's horrible," I shuddered. "Poor Mariela."

I couldn't even imagine it. I was in the middle of the worst kind of period drama. 

"This has always been how things work in the palace," Al said bitterly, not meeting my eyes. 

"My father didn't have to deal with it personally because he was the only surviving son but my grandmother had several miscarriages before he came along and foul play was suspected. 

"My grandfather wasn't originally the crown prince either. Sigmund is ruthless. He would do anything to keep his position. Do you understand now why I don't want to be involved? Siding with Franz puts targets on both of our backs. I'm used to it but you…I can't lose you."

"Sigmund doesn't know I'm working with Franz," I said uneasily. "If he did he would have made a move by now."

"And how much longer is that going to last? At the very least he knows you are close with Mariela. You are still a threat."

I suddenly remembered the 'hypothetical' question he posed to me a while back about what to do with a weak enemy that gains a powerful ally. My heart began to race. 

"You think he'll come after me?" I squeaked. 

"Eventually. I imagine once the news gets out about Mariela's pregnancy she will be the bigger priority."

"We have to do something!"

"We are doing something. Leaving. Then you'll never have to worry about the dangers of palace politics again," he said with a tone of finality. 

"But what about Mariela?" I asked in a panic. 

She was my friend; I couldn't leave her to fend for herself. 

"She has Franz. He's not an idiot; he'll keep her safe."

"But—"

Al sat up and put a finger against my lips. I was so startled that I stumbled backwards and he caught me and held me only a few inches away from his chest. 

"Katie. It's his job to take care of Mariela. My job is taking care of you. I promise we'll be out of here before anything big happens. We just have to wait it out. Understand?"

I nodded and he released me. I didn't like this. There had been absolutely no mention of inter-family violence and attempted fetus murder in the novel. 

Things had spun even farther out of my control. Did I really want to be involved in this? Could I afford to back out now?

Flopping onto the bed, I lay there with my heart racing for quite some time trying to process it all. 

All this time I thought I could fix the plot by erasing myself from the equation. 

Clearly that was no longer the case. Another life had been brought into existence—a new character that did not exist in the novel—and I wasn't entirely sure whether or not I was involved in making that happen. 

Mariela and Franz had a decent relationship the whole time in the novel but that relationship didn't yield a child. 

Had I really done this? Was I capable of changing the story so much? 

I could get divorced. I could make sure Marcy's plan was still enacted. I couldn't 'undo' a life being created. 

The story had already changed and I had no idea what that meant for me.

She abruptly shook her head and declared, "It's okay, I can wait outside. Dress first and let's talk after that. Call the reception once you are ready."

She heard the man chuckle as if amused, a familiar sound that made her turned around. She gasped when she almost bumped into a man's wet chest.

"Um sorry, you sound familiar." She said slightly, bowing her head to hide her flushed face.

She felt the man's arm encircled her waist while she was abruptly pulled towards him.

He then leaned forward and scornfully whispered into her ear, "Aren't you here to negotiate? I was hoping you had a better offer."

Arya frowned and abruptly pushed the man, attempting to get away from him. Instead, she was pushed back until she could feel her back pinned against the wall.

She tilted her head to look up at the rude man and was left with open-mouthed looking at a familiar face.

She was shocked but mumbled, "Ryu?"

Ryu smirked and stared at Arya's slightly opened lips and said, "Did you miss me? How about this?"

Before Arya can utter another word, Ryu captured her lips abruptly and kissed her roughly.

Arya felt the familiar lips that were deeply probing hers. It was the familiar conquering lips that, for six months, she had missed terribly.

The kiss that made her legs weak. They trembled slightly. Butterflies fluttered from her throat down to her stomach, sending a shiver through her core.

This was the kiss she had been longing for her entire life.

Inside the hospital room was a boy currently sitting on his bed while reading a novel.
"Phew.. well finally finished Vol. 6 of the novel though not as good as the previous volume it's still engaging none the less, the way the story progress is really good and the character development was really well done. The only thing I'm pissed about is how beta this MC is. I mean come on they're literally throwing themselves at you and the only thing you could do is blushed or passed out from shock? And don't get me started on how dense he is the girl is literally making lunch for you every day and after he was asked what he thinks of her he says she's like a sister to him are you kidding me? can't you see her passionate gaze towards you ?"
"And the student council president, I can't even count on how many times she let you off the hook. Did you really think she let you off because she was nice? can't you see how she harshly reprimands others while only giving you stern warnings. Or how about the silver-haired beauty you're the only one she speaks to at school and you're the only one who saw her charming smile and that smile was even directed at you !!! god I can feel my blood boiling just from remembering it "
I sighed as I closed the novel and placed it on the table near me. Looking at the clock it was already 3:00 pm my next operation is in two hours. I was looking outside the window watching little kids play under the sun while reminiscing about my childhood.
My name is Tenya Kazuki. right about now I'm 15 years old. Looking at my frail body I can only sigh at my pitiful look, I wasn't always like this. Back when I was 4 years old I was really energetic and healthy. I was running around and playing pranks on everyone, I even had hopes of becoming a professional athlete when I grow up and become a coach of a team after i retire. but alas things won't always go the way you want it to be.
It started when I became 6 years old while I was playing with my friends, after running for a few minutes my vision blurred a bit and it became harder to breathe I was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. at first the doctor just said it was asthma so after giving me an inhaler I was sent back home. After a few weeks, I became better and me and my parents thought everything will be back to normal, oh how wrong we were back then.
A week after that I was rushed again to the hospital while resting on the hospital bed I saw my parents outside talking to the doctor and judging from their expression my condition is probably not that good. After they finished talking to the doctor they went inside to greet me. With my curiosity I asked them what's wrong with me they paused for a while and said to me it's nothing serious. They tried to tell me it's nothing serious but their earlier expression tells me otherwise.
Many days pass no matter how hard my parents keep it from me I knew my condition was pretty severe adding to the fact that I grew weaker every day. months came by and I already lost count on how many operations were done to me I was already starting to lose hope. My parents and friends kept visiting me and telling me to stay strong. Well at the very least money for my medical expenses was not really an issue because my father was a successful businessman while my mom was the CEO of a clothing company.
Two hours past by and two persons entered my room, I immediately recognize them as they are my mom and dad.
"Kazuki how are you? "
"I'm doing fine mom I just finished the novel you bought me"
"Oh is that the one with magic and stuff ?"
"Yeah dad it's really a fun read you should try reading it"
"haha I guess I'll try it during my break, by the way, the doctor said the preparation is already done for the operation I even heard they're very confident this time "
After hearing that I smiled wryly. after seeing my expression my mom frowned and lightly smacked my head.
"honestly this kid, no matter what happens don't give up the doctor said there is already a good chance this operation will work. nothing bad is going to happen to you even if something bad  happens I'll put a lock on the gates of heaven and drag your soul back to your body so stop that pathetic face of yours lest you want me to smack your head again"
"Ahh as expected of the red devil"
My father chimed in while my mother glared at him.
"hou to think I would see the infamous death glare of the red devil as expected of mother"
needless to say, I got another round of smacking while my father got beat the shit out of him. after the commotion was over we all laugh together.
"Your right mom sorry there is always a chance of success besides I still plan on becoming a professional basketball player"
"atta boy now let's get you to the operating room"
After that a group of nurses transferred me to another bed with wheels and escorted me to the operating room.

After being escorted to the operating room I was greeted with multiple surgeons they assured me many times that they're pretty confident this time.
I just nodded at them and relaxed my body as they put me to sleep.
An hour and a half has passed
"phew.....so far so good just needs a few more--"
suddenly a beep goes off
"Doctor he is seizing !!!!"
"What !? quick inject him"
After being injected his body calms down a bit however it didn't stop there, many things started to go wrong and the situation became dire, the surgeons did everything they can to stabilize Kazuki's body.
"he's flat-lining quick get the defibrillator"

The surgeons did everything they could but there was still no heartbeat after few minutes of using the defibrillator. With a defeated look the doctor looked towards the boy then towards the surgeons and said.
"Time of death 6:46 pm"

"Hmmm.. what's this ? was the operating room always this bright?"
I woke up in this strange room while looking around I noticed my body feels light. I tried to move my body around and to my surprise there was no pain when trying to move my body.
"w-was the operation successful? am I finally cured ?"
"Sorry but that's not the case"
I immediately turned around to see who spoke only to see a beautiful girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. What shocked me the most was how perfect she looked. She looks like she came out of a painting, beautiful blue eyes with curly blonde hair that extends all the way to her back and smooth porcelain white skin with curves all in the right place. I can't help but stare at her chest. My god is that an F cup? while staring at her humongous mountains she suddenly spoke.
"Ara ara like what you see ?"
I immediately turn my face on the other side. that was really embarrassing, but I can't help it, I mean this is the first time I saw a person this beautiful.
"fufufu aren't you cute well back to the matter at hand I'm really sorry to inform you but you're already dead"
"...."
"I'm sorry do you need some time to process this ?"
"Nah I already knew I was dying, I was optimistic about the operation but not that optimistic"

"I think that should already be obvious since the child that they love passed away, even right now they are still grieving. But don't worry they're both strong and they will be able to move on with the passage of time"
As I remember my parents I can't help but feel guilty. My parents were the best parents I could ever ask for. My dad was supportive of me and would always make time for his family even with his hectic schedule and as for my mom even though she is strict I know she loves me a lot. When I was hospitalized they splurge lots of money so I could have the best accommodation in the hospital. Every day they visit me and kept encouraging me to stay strong, they even bring things to entertain myself like novels and manga. Honestly they didn't deserve to have a sickly child that spends most of his time at the hospital. I sighed as I look back at the person in front of me.
"Since you said I'm already dead does that mean you're God? and what happens now? do I go to heaven or hell?"
I asked the second part nervously so far I really never committed any sins, wait does reading an erotic novel count? I was even staring at her chest earlier what if she's pissed and sends me to hell. she was smiling earlier but that doesn't mean she's genuinely smiling I know because sometimes my mom smiles while having this terrifying aura.
