Not only did his latest experiment fail, he was even punished from that failure by making him manage a shipment transport!
 For Artos, whose pride lies on the fact that he was an enlightened academic, being forced to manage an airship was something that stung him deeply!

"Tsk, I just wanted to see if I can make a 100-layered Symbol Matrix on a piece of paper. Do they really need to punish me when the paper exploded at the 10th layer?" Artos angrily mumbled to himself as he leaned back on his chair. 
"They could have just asked me to pay for the damages! That is the rule in the lab! But no, my supervisors decided that it will be better if I just join the laborers here in this effing airship! Learn to be humble my ass! They just want me out of the labs so that they won't be bothered by me anymore! F**king geezers…" Artos said these words angrily as he shook his head. "What a waste of my time!"

If Artos could use his power to leave this airship, then he could have done so already. 
But he can't, as he has to follow the directives given to him right now. 
Artos is a Symbolist, so he had no choice but to follow the instructions given to him.
Being this obedient might sound absurd, but following protocols and directives was something that should be done so that each Symbolist can be considered mentally fit to use their abilities.

If a Symbolist does not follow a directive, then that will constitute an instant punishment.
"…" Artos personally knew what happens to those who don't follow the directives, so had no choice left but to join the airship. 
"Hmph, I could have been using all this free time to read some good academic papers... Instead, I have to supervise this useless ship! Bah!" Artos could not contain his anger anymore, as he kicked one of the guards standing beside him.

"Thud." To his disappointment, his kick did nothing to his guard, who only gave Artos a blank stare.

"Effing Body Symbolists..." Artos muttered to himself as he let out a sigh. "Why do you always have to be this tough? You make this shipment so boring!"

For Artos, the existence of Body Symbolists was something that he found to be extremely undesirable.
After all Body Symbolists were just crazy people!


Originally, Symbolists write their Symbols on the medium around them.

Air, fluids, papers, wood, metal, as long as it was within the Symbolist's presence, they can use their power there.

However, there were some crazy Symbolists who place their Symbols on their bodies!

That was extremely outrageous for Artos, as the human body was not just suited to be inscripted with Symbols!
Symbols were the manifestation of a Symbolist's knowledge and imagination. 
Something like the human body, which has a life on its own, will usually reject the presence of these Symbols.
That observation could be said to be true from the results of Symbolists aspiring to be Body Symbolists.
Out of the many Symbolists who put Symbols on their bodies, only few survives, and by that time, their minds and bodies were already warped beyond recognition.
Even if their body somehow accepted the Symbols, their bodies has to change in order to accommodate these Symbols.

One such example of that were Artos' two bodyguards, who were both Body Symbolists.
Their skins were cracked and hardened beyond recognition, their heads were misshapen and their limbs were long and spindly,  giving them a hideous appearance that only the Devourers could beat.
Even he was with these guards for a year already, Artos still felt some shivers as he looked at the appearance of his guards.


But even if he disdains the existence of the Body Symbolists, Artos could still appreciate the power and efficiency of the Body Symbolists.

A Symbolist's focus was their mind and knowledge, as their power comes from there. 
With their focus only on their minds, the body of a normal Symbolist was just comparable to a normal human.
The Body Symbolists on the other hand, had no such limitation.

With their body marked with Symbols, a Body Symbolist's body was considerably tougher compared to a normal Symbolist.

With this kind of trait, most of the Body Symbolists were hired to protect Symbolists of high position. 

Of course some Symbolic Artifacts can help protect a normal Symbolist from harm, but the presence of a Body Symbolist can give better protection to a normal Symbolist.

Oh, and their tough bodies also mean that they can take some beating without any harm, which Artos had been doing for the past 6 hours already.

"Tsk…" As Artos continued kicking his two bodyguards, he let out another sigh as he remembered the second reason for his bad mood today.

"F**king Red Moon…." Artos muttered to himself as he looked up, seeing the feared Moon releasing its red light onto the darkness. "If you did not appear, I could have been back to my lab already! But because of you, I have to take some detours! F**k!"

When the Red Moon appeared minutes earlier, Artos and everyone in the ship naturally panicked, and the first thing that Artos decided to do was to change the ship's destination and head to the nearest Symbol Tower.

But before Artos could give this command to the ship captain, he received a long-distance message, which came from the Grand Symbolist himself.
Because it was the strongest Symbolist in the world who gave the message, Artos had no choice but to receive it.

To deny it was to deny the Grand Symbolist, and Artos was not that crazy to do that.

[[[To all the Symbolists out in the field tonight. The Red Moon, codenamed Claret has appeared. With the previous happenings from the first three moons, it is highly likely that a Fourth Faction is about to rise tonight. However, I, as the Grand Symbolist, had deemed it extremely dangerous to let another faction rise. The world already reached its balance with the Three Factions, and the appearance of a fourth faction will destroy this balance.]]]

"η γνώση είναι δύναμη…" Artos muttered unenthusiastically as the message of the Grand Symbolist came to an end. "Do we really need to look for them now? I want to go home already!"
"Sir Artos, you heard the commandment of the Grand Symbolist." Ted, one of the guards that Artos was kicking earlier, said as he stared at him. "As your guards, we won't let you go back unless we catch members of the fourth faction."

"…" Artos resisted the urge to shout at Ted, as he knew that doing so will be just a blatant act of disrespect against the Grand Symbolist's commandment.

"Hmph, of course I know about that." Artos replied angrily as he crossed his arms. He then looked at the captain of this ship, who was a Symbolist like him.

Unlike Artos, who was one of the heads of a Polis(City State), the ship captain was just one of their normal residents. 

There's no way for the captain to refuse Artos' order, and he naturally took advantage of that.
 
"Use your full speed on this ship! As for the other Symbolists, use your power to detect any abnormalities on the ground below!" Artos said as he began to bark commands on the ship crew. "Make sure that you do your job well, or else, you could be sent to the containment camps!"

These words of Artos seemed to have done its magic, as all the crews of the ship started to move, with panic evident on their faces.

"In order for me to get a member of the fourth faction, I have to go to a populated area." Artos muttered to himself as he leaned back on his chair. "Going to a Polis won't do right now. I'm sure other Symbolists have already secured themselves there… So in that case, I just have to go to a city with non-powered people… I'm sure only few Symbolists will place their attention there."

"You! Where is the nearest non-powered city from here?" Artos barked at the ship captain, who seemed to be doing his best to keep the ship on its optimum state.

"There is a merchant city, around 3 leagues from here, Sir Artos." The ship captain replied as he wiped the sweat from his forehead. "It will take us 3 minutes to arrive there at our current state."

"Good. Now, plot your destination on that place. The faster that we get there, the better it will be for all of us." Artos dismissively said as he tilted his head.

"Understood, Sir Artos." Artos did not show any indication that he heard this reply, as he started to let out a bored yawn.

"This is so boring…"

However, this sentiment of his changed when one of the ship's crew members suddenly let out an excited shout.

"Sir Artos, I detected an anomaly, around 100 paces on our left side! It came from the top of a barren mountain!"

"Good! Let's head there right now!" Artos shouted as he pointed his finger at the ship captain. "What are you doing? Go there!"

"Yes Sir Artos!" The poor ship captain was unable to even let out a whimper as he forced the ship to decelerate and detour.


As the ship let out some groaning sounds, Artos let out an excited smile as he prepared his stele. The stele glowed brightly inside the ship, displaying that enthusiasm that Artos was feeling right now.

After all the things that he had done in his life, Alex realized that it was already his time to die. 

But a sudden encounter with a weird person will turn his whole life around.

The next day Edwin dodged his friends request to visit Hogsmeade and chose to finish creating an outline for his runes Script, Inside the room of requirement books and pages was scatted on and around the table that Edwin was working at, most of the books on the table are muggle books that had Edwin purchased from a secondhand bookstore to use as a reference to what his rune script needs to contain.

" Why can't I find any clue to make It work!" Edwin shouted face-palming himself, Edwin had been trying to find a way to make the Script following what he had been reading but Edwin ran into a problem to make everything to work he would need to give meaning to each instruction by hand which meant he would have to create a rune for each 1 and 0's( or code ?) combination that the books use.

Laying back on the chair Edwin put on the Walkman and the song Under Pressure by Queen started to play but with the Walkman on  Edwin couldn't hear the door opening.

A girl with dirty blond hair walked through the door she had an unusual smile on her face as she saw Edwin at the table she walked towards him and tapped his shoulder 

Edwin jumped out of the chair startle and called out " Luna !... you jumped me " 

"  sorry Edwin... but what are you doing " Luna stated with a curious expression on her face

" I'm taking a break," Edwin said sitting back down " how come you're not with Ysabel ?"

" She's with her friends and they don't seem to like me," Luna said, " what are you taking a break from ?" 

Edwin told Luna what he was trying to do with runes Luna looked at Edwin and said with a warm smile " Don't give up keep trying you'll get.. even if you don't at least you tried "

" Which book should I start with, " Luna said picking up the books on the table " I'm going to help you "

" Aren't you here to do something ?" Edwin asked 

" Yes but Moonfrogs could wait a friend need help " Luna replied with a smile, 

" what are Moonfrogs " Edwin asked

" there are frogs that came from the moon "

" that would be cool to see "Edwin said handing Luna Rune introduction and computer coding to read Edwin turned off the Walkman and started to focus back on creating the Rune Script by drawing symbols and weird letters.

The symbols and letter did not have any magic meaning as yet but will serve as a template when Edwin would give them meaning when Luna finished reading the Rune introduction and had started to start reading coding Luna looked as though she had an idea.

" Do you know how to create runes ?" Luna asks putting down the book 

" yeah it's actuality simple the only hard part is creating the letters or symbols " Edwin replied " it's just like creating spells but easier you Focus on what you're are intending the rune to mean and write it on something then the rune would then mean that... it could change depending on who is writing it but that's a whole other thing " 

" So if you can create runes that mean anything you want it to then why are you following this " Luna said raising the coding book up " Runes and this code is different "

" Well you see I never created something like this and wanted to use Muggle codes that are like runes to-" Edwin said but as he was to continue he stopped to think.

" Luna I just found out what I've been doing wrong," Edwin said holding Luna's shoulder and shaking her " I have been trying to use runes as codes but runes are not codes its magic and could be anything why couldn't I see it before "

" Because You were trying to copy someone else work " Luna stated with a blank expression 

Edwin faced turned into a frown " you're right... if it wasn't for you I might have been stuck Th-"

" I'm always happy to help a friend, " Luna said with a smile before Edwin could say thank you 

Edwin collected the paper that was on the table and floor into a pile "  Incendio" the pile of paper caught on fire and soon turned into ash " Even though I figure out what I have to do it'll take time "

" If you need help you always have me "

Luna started to look for records of Moonfrogs Edwin with new ideas on how to use runes went back to the drawing board as Edwin taught of ideas on how to use the runes a thought came to his mind  " why don't I just use using Ravenclaw Diadem won't learning be easier  "

Edwin headed to the chamber of secrets to retrieve Ravenclaws's Diadem when inside the chamber of secrets Edwin checked to see if the Basilisk had started to melt but the ice didn't seem to move at all.

Being extra careful Edwin did not touch the Diadem as he didn't know if there was a curse on it as most of the Horcruxes that Voldemort made has, with the Diadem floating behind Edwin carried into the washroom and covered it with his robes.

Edwin planned to take Diadem to Snape's and ask if he could check and remove any curses that the Diadem may have when Edwin arrived at Snape's office he was just leaving " Professor Snape " Edwin called out 

" What is it, " Snape said and continue to walk passing Edwin

Edwin walked up to Snape trying to keep up he said " I found something interesting but it's giving off a strange vibe "  

Snape came to a stop " Is it curse " Snape hissed 

" Possibly " Edwin replied with a smirk 

" Leave it in my office draw and do not touch a thing, " Snape said  

" Thank you, Professor Snape, " 

Before Edwin could walk away Snape called him " When my meeting is over we'll have a little chat "

"Since ancient times, there existed the basic hundred runic symbols. The basic runic symbols are what allows for Artificers to merge and combine the symbols together to form an entirely new symbol. Till this day, the Artificer Union of the Divided Continent have created over millions of combinations, forming many new runes!"

"That is amazing! Millions of combinations!" That was the first time Wang Li Tian had heard of something being able to achieve such a large number. Of course, Long Tang Yun was feeling rather low-spirited from Li Tian's reaction. Why couldn't he act this way when I spoke about my achievement?!

"However, the number of combined runes that are effective are actually very much lesser. The biggest reason for that is due to the complexity in the combined runes. Some new runic symbols were a culmination of 50 different basic symbols. The instability will result in the overall rune to collapse. That is why I emphasise to you that…?" Long Tang Yun was waiting for Wang Li Tian to reply that 'a strong foundation is very important', yet all that he received from the boy was a confused expression on his face.

"A strong foundation is very important, Little Li Tian! Understand?" The little boy was slightly shook when Long Tang Yun suddenly raised his voice. He nodded and agreed along with his teacher. 

"Ah…" Long Tang Yun was exhausted from speaking so much. If only his disciple could read and get an understanding of the knowledge from books. Sadly, this was not possible and so he had to explain everything by himself. Shaking his head, he focused back on giving his disciple his assignment.

"Now, I shall give you your assignment. The first thing any disciple in the School of Artificing has to learn is the 100 basic runic symbols. 33 are able to form primary Wards, another 33 form the primary Glyphs and another 33 form the primary Observers. There is one runic symbol that is special. It is an all-rounded runic symbol that has traits of all three types." The stack of paper that had runic symbols were passed to Wang Li Tian. Those runic symbols are the basic runic symbols that Long Tang Yun talked about. 

"You will be stationed in this room until you finish memorising every single runic symbol. You will not be able to step out of here. There will be food delivered to you. When you have used up that stack of paper, I shall replenish it." Standing up, Long Tang Yun walked to the door before finally turning around to look at Li Tian. "I wish you all the best my disciple."

"…" The door was closed and Wang Li Tian sat on the cushion, looking at the door with a dazed expression.

On the other side, Long Tang Yun paced himself around the room, his arms was behind his back. Was that too mean of me? Should I have not done that? What if this assignment is too hard for Little Li Tian and he has to be stuck in that room forever? Should I have given him more aid and not just drop him down such a steep learning curve?

No matter how much the Prime Elder thought about it, his pride got the better of him and would not allow him to reenact his decision. Worse comes to worse, should it prove to be too difficult for him, I can only hope that little Li Tian would request to give up. 

Inside the room, Wang Li Tian sat in his seat, stoned. It was only when Li Tian realised a crucial problem, did he react to his situation. "Oh no! I have a meeting with Elder Phoenix tonight!"

Wang Li Tian did not know what he should do. After all, his teacher told him that he was not allowed to leave this room until he memorised the runic symbols. On the other hand, Elder Phoenix's meeting was equally important. Wang Li Tian hated disobeying the requests of others, especially when he cared about those people. Although he had only met both his teacher and Elder Phoenix yesterday, his heart tells him that they were both great people.

As Wang Li Tian was thinking about what he should do, a glowing red object pierced through the rice paper window and it's speed slowed down considerably when it went into the room. As it flew directly above Li Tian, the red object started to drift down and landed on the table. It was a feather with nice details. Wang Li Tian picked it up. The feather started to glow even more and a voice transmitted into the boy's head. 

"Young one, this is the Old Phoenix speaking. I see that your teacher has given you a large task for you to complete. Do not worry about tonight's meeting with me and just focus on your task. My consciousness is able to spread across the entire academy and so I was able to know of your circumstance. In regards to your task, there is one hint I could give impart on you. The Demonic Beast language is all-encompassing and comprehensive. There is more to it than meets the eye."

The message ended there and the feather dissipated into thin air. With regards to the mysterious hint, Wang Li Tian wasn't really focused on it. After all, he was more worried about the meeting with Elder Phoenix. Since Elder Phoenix does not have any problems with it, I shall start memorising! Pulling up his sleeves, Wang Li Tian got into a comfortable posture and started to look through the runic symbols that Elder Long gave to him.

One runic symbol, two runic symbols, three runic symbols, four runic symbols in, Wang Li Tian was hit with a rush of exhaustion. He shook his head, trying dispel the tiredness. It was not that Li Tian does not enjoy learning new things, it was more that if he had to focus on something unfamiliar, there would always be a wave of fatigue that strikes him. Luckily, this would not be the case for things that he had already learnt. 

Ah whatever! Maybe writing it out will help me with memorising… Wang Li Tian picked up his ink brush. As he referred to the master copy, he copied down the symbol. Like he had done it before, his hand flowed and slithered across the paper. The finish product looked as if he had drawn this runic symbol before. That's weird…

Zayne looked at her, feeling complicated, before asking: "Can you answer my questions first? I need to understand what happened to me." 

Leonie looked back at him, feeling vexed, then pouting sweetly "So only you can have your questions answered? I want to know what happened as well!" 

Zayne answered with a harrumph. "How am I going to answer you, if I don't even know what's going on?" then asked the things he wanted to know most. "What's teleportation? What's a grand mage? Also, how did you put on your clothes so fast, that I didn't even notice? What did you do to the plan I gave you? And what did you do to me?" 

Leonie was stumped. Did he not know anything? Even the most backward mortal would've heard of the feats of the legendary grand mages. It was, after all, a folklore passed down since time immemorial. She inquired: "You aren't from this plane, are you?" 

Zayne shook his head while responding in a troubled tone: "What's a plane?" 

Leonie felt irked enough, so she told him: "Before we do anything, we should head to my mansion. Tell no one who you truly are. Inform them you are my new personal butler." She paused before thinking of something. "Right. What's your name?" 

Zayne answered while standing up and dusting his pants, "Sure, we can go. My name is Zayne Norwood." 

Leonie said: "Then, let's go." Before walking toward the distant mansion. Zayne followed behind her. 
As they were walking further away from the pond the sound from the waterfall faded as the sound of grasshoppers filled the air. The air was moist from the distant waterfall, leaving the plants with a faint shimmer from the moon. 

The landscape could clearly be seen, not many trees were in the way, leaving a spectacular view to be seen. Mountains could be seen around them in all directions, many huge waterfalls led many streams down the bowl-shaped grass plane, the water all entered the mansion, leaving a mystery as to how it continued on from there. 

Leonie was still thinking about what she should do next. She, a beautiful, talented princess was now bound to a mortal by a love charm, that just so happened to be a slave contract. As she scanned her body for any way to remove the brand, she detected that there was no brand on her body. 

She turned, looking at the mortal man walking behind her. Thinking that she was lucky for being bound to a handsome young man and not to some old and disgusting pig. 

She then used her spirit eye to scan his body, finding two marks on his chest, although not visible to the naked eye, for her, it was as big as a stone. After revising the happenings, she assumed, that the brand must've backfired because of the mysterious leather parchment together with her lack of mana to retaliate at that moment. 

But it was still weird that the brand for her was also placed on his body as if they were the same entity or something similar. 

Zayne too was looking at her. The moment their gazes met she shuddered. Something in eyes had changed. She tried finding out what it was, but couldn't see anything. She gave up after a short while, guessing that it was due to the brand. After all, she had never experienced such a spell on herself before. 

Zayne, on the other hand, was looking at her as suddenly a weird page like looking 'thing' popped out in his view. 

He was startled by it and as he was looking at it, he noticed many lines of strange symbols. He couldn't understand the strange symbols, because he was illiterate, so he was left with this weird 'thing' that made him wonder what it could be. 

The moment he wanted to get rid of the 'thing' it disappeared as if it had never existed in the first place. Zayne was again baffled by what he saw, but not as much as the last few times. 

He now had a better grasp of what was going on, and he had calmed down a lot, he didn't feel the same pressure anymore, when looking at the maiden in front of him instead he felt a bit of bliss as well as a little complacency. 

Why might you ask? Because of himself, a poor stone pusher, kissing a princess. Not just an ordinary princess, but a beautiful one. She totally fit his criteria as a wife for himself. 

Nodding in satisfaction, he reminisced about the taste of her mouth, entangling his tongue with hers. But the moment he thought about this, the girl in front of him, blushed in a deep crimson color before turning away from him. 

He wondered why she reacted so strangely as he suddenly heard a voice in his mind, "you truly are an idiotic mortal, letting me listen to your thoughts freely."

Not knowing how to respond in his mind he spoke out loud: "How do I stop it?"

Leonie looked at him: "You? You need to understand how to control your mind first. I'll teach you later. Until then keep your mind free of dirty thoughts."

Zayne nodded, but thought to himself: "control my mind? What is that supposed to mean?" 
Leonie then answered, "It means that you need to muster your thoughts and avoid coming in contact with my part of the brand in your mind."

Zayne was confused, he thought to himself, "But she didn't notice me thinking about the weird symbols, will she also not hear my thoughts this time?" 

He waited for an answer, but nothing came. Then enlightenment struck him, he only needed to think of the symbols, so she wouldn't hear him. 

He thought he was a truly talented person and then thought about her curvaceous body while intermittently thinking of the symbols, leaving his thoughts hidden from Leonie. 
Leonie was also startled by this, asking: "You have already understood the way to hide your thoughts?" 

Zayne was still thinking at this moment and with the sudden words he lost his concentration, he forgot to think about the symbols, leaving a slur of images, depicting the naked princess in her meditative stance out in the open. 

Leonie reddened again. She started to hurry to the mansion, leaving Zayne behind. 
Zayne felt sorry, saying: "I didn't mean to let you see that." 

Leonie rolled her eyes thinking to herself "Ohhhh, so that's what you're apologizing for? Great." 
Time passed, and they soon closed in on the mansion. The closer they reached, the bigger the mansion seemed to be. Zayne looked up the mansion, thinking about how such a big building surely required thousands of people to construct. He also believed such a building needed many skilled sculptors because of the many details. 

Engravings of many life forms were decorating the walls of the glistening marble mansion, creating a feeling of harmony with the world around it. 

The guards that were patrolling wore tight-fitting clothes, as to not hinder their movements. They looked muscular, clearly focusing on strengthening their body. 

They entered through the main gate that also had many details but this time depictions of trees that rose high into the sky. It was made of very dark wood, creating a strong contrast with the walls that had a clear style to them. 

The guards noticed them, greeting respectfully, "Welcome Back, princess Leonie." They also looked at Zayne, confusion plastered on their faces. They, however, were just guards, not daring to question why she brought back a mortal man. 

Leonie ignored them, bringing Zayne to her personal courtyard.

Many maids in her house looked at Zayne weirdly, thinking to themselves: "young miss surely has special interests, collecting handsome mortals now, is she?"

Leonie first rang a bell, alerting all maids to assemble. They looked at Leonie, expecting an explanation. After all, she was an esteemed princess, bringing a random mortal man back home with her, a handsome one at that would surely bring trouble if word got out. 

Leonie then Introduced: "This is Zayne Norwood, my new butler. You all can go to the maid's tower for today, I need some free time." 

The maids answered in unison: "Yes, my princess." Then they left. 

Leonie brought Zayne to her bedroom before saying: "Now we can talk. Ask away."

[Where... Where am I...]
Ashlynn is awoken to a scene of a shadowy world. Its her father's old house, back in her old life. She looks behind her, but there is nothing but smoke. A car can be heard coming.
[1970s Ford Bronco¹... just like mom's..!]
The car stops in front of the house. Out from the driver side comes a nineteen-twenty year old woman. The woman has blonde hair, clear blue eyes, and bright red lips.
[Am I seeing that day again? But why?]
The woman marches right up to the house, rings the doorbell and then waits. Tapping her foot rapidly while waiting. After several minutes a gruff, late twenties looking tall man with a large beard and brown eyes comes out. The two argue for a couple minutes, the man looking exasperated and the woman getting angrier and angrier the longer the conversation lasts. Eventually the conversation explodes, and the woman angrily marches back to the car. A minute later a commotion happens in the car, with a five year old kid with a backpack coming out of the car, slamming the door.
[Ah.. I remember, that woman didn't want to come with me as I met my father for the first time in my life. I felt so betrayed that day...]
The kid, no, Alex begrudgingly walks up the steps to the man, stopping half-way through to look back at the car where the woman was, only to see her to start to leave. Alex starts to rush back, running down the stairs but doesn't reach in time. He reaches the pavement only to have her already down the road, turning away from the block. 
Suddenly Ashlynn is looking through the eyes of Alex, as he stares down the road. He catches a glimpse of her before she disappears, only its not Alex's mother, its Katrina.
[Mother?!]
The scene shifts. Now in the torture chamber Ashlynn was in before she fell unconscious. Another Ashlynn is on the chair in the center of the room. Slowly symbols start to appear above the other Ashlynn's skin. The Sith symbols for Passion, power, strength, victory all appear with electric currents connecting them all. Slowly the symbols start to glow. From a Dark red, to a glowing yellow they slowly start to creep up as if the symbols were a hot iron. They start to creep down slowly, almost reaching her skin. 
[Hot... burning hot...]
Unknown as to when, Ashlynn's perspective is now in the chair. Her body in this shadowy world and her mind becoming one. She can see the symbols floating just above her skin, she can feel the heat radiating from them. They attempt to complete the final step and go into Ashlynn's skin.
[HOOTT! Aaaaaaagh!]
But they are rebounded, unable to merge with her. The lightning network, seemingly upset over the failed merging, separates from the network of symbols and attempts to invade her eyes. Her neural network lights up, pain wracking her eyes, head and body. And then the lightning disappears, and the whole world goes black.

Ashlynn's eyes shoot open. The beautiful gray tainted by a tiny shade of yellowish red and flickering with purple lightning. She jumps out of bed.
[Where am I?! Where's Mom? Where's...]
Ashlynn's eyes start to wander. She is in a tiny room, her hands able to reach the ceiling if she tiptoes. The room is narrow, and sparsely decorated. Only a metal bed with a dirty mattress, a badly kept carpet, and a mirror with cracks running through the whole surface. A flickering light built into the ceiling above. 
[Wait..]
The prior evening's activities flares back from obscurity. The collaring, and the.. Branding. 
[They... How Dare they?!] Ashlynn's anger flares. And she takes off her shirt, reaching to her back. It takes her a minute but she eventually feels the burnt, mangled flesh. She turns her back to the mirror, the Brand in full view. A circle with the letter V inside reaching the circle. In the middle of the V is a mini empire symbol, symbolizing the family's historical standing with the empire despite not having force-sensitives inside their family. Tracing over the symbols, Ashlynn's eyes flare with noticeable traces of lightning.
[Utter barbarians this family... Wait, Lightning?]
Ashlynn hurriedly turns around, drawing close to the mirror and inspects her eyes. There are faint traces of lightning flickering in her eyes alongside a yellowish red tone tainting the outer bits of her Sclera².
[Is the force already showing? But I have not at all used the force during my time in this universe as far as I can recall. In fact, when I tried around a year ago, no matter how hard I tried, I could not feel any connection to the force. I postured over a mirror for a minute trying to get something to happen...]
Ashlynn blushes, and shakes her head in an attempt to get the embarrassing thought out of her head. She leans in again, focusing on the lightning visible in her eyes and tries to make it move. Nothing happens. She tries again, focusing harder... And the lightning refuses to budge. She focuses extra hard, her face turning red in the process... and nothing. 
"haaah... this is hard..." she mutters, blinking and massaging her neck. 
[One more try...]
She leans back into the mirror, studying her eye only to notice the lightning alongside the yellowish-red tone are gone. 
"What?!" Ashlynn screams in shock.
[Are they really gone? My one tiny glimpse of space magic gone in a blink?! Damn it!!]
*Shiink*
The door opens just as Ashlynn leans again to the mirror. Leena comes into the room with a myriad of various things such as a bowl, a spoon, multiple rags, a new set of clothes, etc.
"Ashlynn!" Yells Leena.
*Crash* Leena drops everything she has onto the floor and rushes to Ashlynn, dragging her into a hug. After a minute of hugging Leena turns Ashlynn around, and exclaims,
"How are you feeling? Is there any burns or bruises? Is there-"
"I'm fine." Ashlynn assures, cutting off Leena. "Or, I think I am. Besides that, what happened? How long have I been asleep? Where's Mother?"
"Your Mother is working, but first, the Young Master would likely want to speak with you." answers Leena, then continues, "I mean Geez, he's been antsy all week about you waking up. If he was so worried, he shouldn't have thought to brand a FIVE YEAR OLD CHILD!" 
"The Young Master wants to see me?" exclaims the surprised Ashlynn.
[I mean, I remember something about the Young Master before I fell unconscious... But the whole event is a little fuzzy...]
Ashlynn shivers, a thought appearing in her head,
[Except the burning. I can still... feel that part...]
"Well... I should probably go see the Young Master... But.. Before that... can I go put on my shirt..?" mutters Ashlynn to Leena, pointing to her shirt on the floor.

A small group of friends decide to come back to Star Wars: The Old Republic and all make new characters... Only as they finish their character creation they are transported into the world of Star Wars! May the Force be with them.. This will follow the Inquisitor's story and be from her point of view. The Story will follow the class missions pretty linearly for a good while until I get more comfortable writing... I obviously don't own Star Wars: The Old Republic so all rights for Star Wars: The Old Republic goes to Bioware and their Overlord, Electronic Arts Inc. Releases will be Monday with three chapters and Friday with four chapters around 2:00 Pacific Standard Time

"Fuuh." Fang Lin let out a deep breath as he made it back to Shamaila in 'one piece'. Shamaila looked relieved too, as if her worst fears did not come true.
"Oh my, were you really that scared for me?" Fang Lin said as he re-hooked his elbow with hers. "What's the worst that could happen to me?"
Shamaila then looked down as she muttered,
"Everytime there was a boy that I allowed to see me and tried asking me out, they will suddenly disappear the next day, never to be found again."
"...…."
Shamaila then stared straight at Fang Lin as she said,
"Only the boys that I asked out by my own seems to be safe from that disappearance."
"Oh wait, aside from me, how many else did you ask out before?" Fang Lin asked smugly.
"Actually….. you are the first one that I invited."
"What the? Does that mean that any boys who tried to get near Shamaila before me are all dead? And form the way she worded it, I seem to be the only one who managed to be alive after meeting her!" 
Fang Lin grimaced inwardly, knowing that it was Shax who was involved in the disappearance cases.
"Really, he must have a lot of daughters already. Why does he even dote on Shamaila so much? Hmm….." Fang Lin's mind churned as he thought of a good reason.
"It's either he just loves his daughter or there is something special with her body! Well whatever, I have a party to attend first."
Fang Lin knew that his attitude and behavior at this party will affect how he will blend in on the Median Layer. He had to take calculated steps to make sure that he will not do anything stupid.
Fang Lin and Shamaila then walked together towards her huge mansion.
"...…."
The first thing that Fang Lin noted was the brightness of the place. Countless light sources could be seen everywhere, letting out intense light beams that illuminated the whole place.
"These people sure do love their lights…" Fang Lin knew that because they were situated under the ground, these people here lack the light coming from this planet's resident star. Because of that, they must have been craving for things that replicate that sensation. 
And since this is a party, more lights will be needed here just to increase the festivity.
One more thing that Fang Lin noticed was that the people who attended this party all had their own bodyguards.
Fang Lin felt powerful soul fluctuations from these bodyguards, indicating that they were soul fighters.
But his wariness against them vanished when he saw the foods and drinks laid on the long table located at the middle of the venue.
Even Fang Lin who had tasted good food before could not help but salivate upon seeing these delicacies laid in front of him.
Shamaila saw where Fang Lin's gaze was concentrated on. She let out a giggle as she led Fang Lin towards the table.
"Eat lots Lin Fang, you are going to need it later." Shamaila said as she and Fang Lin joined the visitors on getting their food.
While he was stuffing his mouth with foods, Fang Lin noticed something weird.
"It's your coming of age ceremony right? Why none of these visitors greeted you when we arrived? Is that some sort of tradition?"
"Ah, you noticed that?" Shamaila smiled as she said,
"Nobody greeted me because they do not know what that I am here."
"What do you mean by that?" Fang Lin said as he tilted his head.
"My father gave me a special artifact that makes me undetectable to anyone if I want. That means if I do not want to be seen or even detected by a person I do not like, I will just use these artifact and poof, I will be invisible to that person already."
"So that means you are using your artifact right now on the visitors? So they could not detect you at all?"
Shamaila nodded as she said "You are absolutely right."
Fang Lin gave a curious look to Shamaila as he asked, "How does that artifact work by the way?"

"It's actually just simple." Shamaila said as she subconsciously rubbed her earrings. "My artifact works by diverting people's attention elsewhere. That meant that if a person looks my way, my artifact will do something to make him look away from me. This diversion also works on the other senses, including the divine sense."
"I can use this artifact on multiple people or just on a few people. Since you can see me, that means that I did not use my artifact to divert your attention away from me."
Shamaila then leaned forward as she muttered,
"Aside from that, I decided to include you under the effects of this artifact. Now, this artifact will divert the attention of anyone who tries to look at us. That means nobody can bother us right now. We can enjoy this party together without any obstructions before father arrives."
"..." Fang Lin then thought that if this girl was using that artifact all the time, then does that mean that when she saw his 'Fang Xiushang' appearance earlier, she decided to dispel its effect just to talk to him?
If that's the case, then she was attracted by  his current face?
Fang Lin hid his disgruntlement by that fact as he continued chowing down his meals.
With Shamaila's artifact activated, Fang Lin and Shamaila did lots of shameless things on their visitors.
Of course it was Fang Lin who initiated it.
They tipped over some wineglasses, touched the shoulders of some unsuspecting visitors and even pushed some of them forward.
These poor visitors could only panic as they did not know where these invisible attacks came from.
Both Fang Lin and Shamaila were laughing upon seeing those visitors flopping around like headless chickens.
"Oh my, I did not expect that I can do something like this!" Shamaila said as she wiped the tears of her eyes that came from excessive laughing. "Let's do more of this in the future!"
"Yeah let's." Fang Lin muttered as he felt a powerful presence approaching.
It's been 4 hours already after the start of the party, and Fang Lin was waiting for Shax's arrival.
Fang Lin slightly tensed his body as he realized the real party was about to start.
"Everyone!" The doors of the mansion opened, and out there came Shax.
He wore a perfectly white suit which contrasted well with his tanned skin.
His businessman-like smile made Fang Lin cringe inwardly. The visitors on the other hand indicated no sign of surprise at his arrival.
They all clapped as they all made a slight bow.
"Greetings to the Great Shax."
"Yeah, yeah greetings." Shax said as he waved his hand nonchalantly.
He looked at everyone as he asked,
"Are you all enjoying this party?"
All the visitors nodded, indicating their approval.
"As you all might know, this night is the night of my daughter Shamaila. She's about to be an adult!" Shax said as he faked some sobbing sounds. "As her father, I must ensure that this night will bet the night of her life!"
Everyone clapped, applauding this overly enthusiastic daddy.
"But before we celebrate my daughter's coming of age ceremony, we must appease the Great Solomon first."
The atmosphere suddenly turned solemn as Fang Lin realized that everyone in the mansion had a piteous look on their face. 
Even Shamaila who was red from laughing earlier, looked calm and serene.
She crossed both of her hands in front of her stomach, as if she was praying.
Fang Lin looked around, and he realized that everyone was doing the same pose.
He hastily did the same, just to not arouse any suspicions from Shamaila.
"The Great Solomon blessed us with the benefits of the Underground." Shax said as if he was in a trance. "Since he gave everything to us, we must give something back to Him."
"Give something back!!!!!" The visitors, including Shamaila shouted in unison.
"As such, a sacrifice is necessary."
"A sacrifice is necessary!!!!!"
"I do not like where this is going…." Fang Lin thought to himself as the 'S' word does not sound good to him.
"Let's make the sacrifice."
"Let's make the sacrifice!!!!!"
A huge cloth then draped over the wall of the mansion.
Fang Lin squinted his eyes as he saw that the cloth projected an event.
"So this cloth seems to show us an event happening right now, but at a different place." Fang Lin thought as what the cloth showed began to become clearer.
"Oh my..." That was what Fang Lin could say as he saw what was projected in the cloth.
He saw a large cauldron with many figures and symbols adorning its body.
Even with his knowledge, Fang Lin was not able to recognize what these symbols are.
This cauldron was placed on a raised platform.
Even the platform itself was adorned with the same symbols.
The room where the cauldron was in looked ancient and sophisticated. There were more of these unknown symbols adoring the whole room.
"Is this some sort of an altar?" That was what Fang Lin surmised from what he saw. "If this is an altar, it surely is a creepy one."
Fang Lin then looked around him, realizing that everyone was slightly bowing in front of the projection.
He hastily mimicked them as he continued watching what happens next.
The next thing he saw was a tied-up woman being placed in front of the cauldron. Fang Lin felt cold upon seeing who the woman was.
It was Andromeda!
"Holy s**t! Why is she there! And how about Tang Li? No no no no…. This is super bad..." Fang Lin thought as he realized that he had to find a way to save Andromeda right now!
Meanwhile.....
"Burp!" 
Tagn Li let out a satisfied sigh as she threw the milk bottle she was drinking.
"Clink!"
Anyone who will see Tang Li right now will be flabbergasted.
There was a 10-meter tall pile of discarded milk bottles right beside Tang Li!
Nobody will find it believable that this baby was able to drink it all.
But Tang Li did, and now she was regretting this.
"Muu…. I can't move…." Tang Li tired flying, but she was so full that she could hardly even move.
"Muuu… guessh I will shleep fiwsht to digesht my milk! Aftew I wake up, I will tell Sis about Andwomeda!" 
Tang Li then fell in slumber in the milk factory, with her body still in stealth mode.

"Unlike you, i didn't see the symbols in the girl's dreams, but in one of the very old scrolls our Yuren family has" Henry finally spoke
"What does it contain?" Rima asked intrigued by the revelation, after all, the Yoren dynasty was something every demon knew about since it was them who lead the fight against the demons for the gods, the name wasn't so sweet on their tongues but right now it sounded like a lullaby in their akward situation... 
Unknown to the three of them, the water under the island was shifting, slowly to not gain their attention but something malicious was gathering around the squad of demons who made it alive, unfortunately for them, they were all too focus on what would the human king reveal they failed to notice the threat not a few feet away from them...

" 
"Isn't it obvious? we were not able to walk these lands before because of the creation energy" Rima said a bit confused
"That goes for the purebloods like yourself, but for a hybrid like me, i can still walk the grounds if i pushed my human blood up, i just cannot use my demon powers at all" Eren stated, slowly getting what Henry was talking about... 
"Correct, even with the creation energy, i am well sure that the gods are way too paranoid to be satisfied with that, but still, they didn't bother to set any defenses, which means they were sure that the demons won't be able to pass some point, and my guess is, this point is nothing but this rock here"

The Academy Circle Fest: Day Three (1)

Our search yesterday come to an end after we part way with Diefa. We couldn't find the other students on our list. Seriously, these people are hard to find. Are they a mole or something? Well, I already told Reiya to pull over any of them if he saw them and we would meet at grand fountain later on. I was thinking about those while training. 


Of course, I am not training in the Hearth mountain. I don't want to meet him again, once is enough. I am not a fan of getting hurt.

Anyway, right now I am at the Rocky hills doing some basic work out. It seems ineffective at once, but the truth was different. Maybe it would be ineffective if I do it normally, but right now I am using gravitational magic although it only twice of this world gravitation force. You might think about what the use of that with my superhuman strength, but the truth it makes significant changes. First, it makes my body weight increase by two times. Which disturbing my sense of balance, half of my strength drained just for keeping me standing straight.

 You might think it only changes from one to two, so it would be easy. Just used two times of strength. Unfortunately, it didn't work like that, indeed you could lift your body with force twice as for how you did it normally as nothing happens if it only for matters of minutes. But when it goes on for a long period of times, you could tell that not enough blood gets to your head. I could tell the pressure keep compressing my body... I hope I won't get shorter.

Second, since not enough blood gets to my head, it makes me light headed. This is because of my heart haven't got used to pumping my blood with two times gravity. So not enough oxygen goes through there.

Third... The oxygen around me gets denser as the gravitation increasing. Which mean it harder to breathe than normal. Also, I spending more energy to move around. 

So, that is the reasons why I use half of my strength just to be able to do things normally. I've only run around for an hour, but I've completely out of breath even with my improved potential. 

Then when I dispell the gravitational magic, it gives me a new reason. I could feel a sudden rush of blood pressure to my entire body! The heck, this must be because of the sudden change of gravitation. My heart was pumping really hard to supply blood to my head before, then suddenly the pressure that holding it was released. I could feel it beating hard, as my nose starting to bleed. Damn, some of my veins definitely ruptured, because it got compressed before by the pressure. Then when I suddenly changed the gravitation to normal, it got decompressed with the sudden rush of blood that flowing hard because of my fast heartbeats. I used healing magic at once, as I sitting on the ground and stabilizing my heartbeat and breath.

This is really bad, I could also feel my muscle got strained by the sudden change. Now I regret my decision to using that magic for training. Although the results were great, by one session my potential increase around 0.07 across the board. I wonder if I could become like that anime character by training under multiplied gravitation. Still, there never side effects for them when they training in that hyper something chamber. Reality never works the same, I guess. 

After the morning training, I return to my room as if nothing happens. My mana has recovered after doing that self-meditation and healing. It keeps growing tho. When I return surprisingly Silva still in the room, he looks at me profoundly.

"Have you done your morning training?"

"Done. What are you up to, Silva?

" I need a favor."

"You need my help?"

"... Yes."

He answers me bashfully, I could see his face goes red as he glancing on his desk. On his desk there... A pile of paper that shredded. When I pick some of it, I could tell that it was drawn with something. It the pe— I mean some weird dog picture from before.

"... Seriously, what were you trying to draw?"

"That... The reason I need your favor. Although you are a bastard and trash of a noble... I must admit, that you were one of the best in painting. Your art class was one of the best in noble faculty before."

"... Get to the point Silva, hearing your compliments scared me."

"... Teach me how to draw this magic circle."

I look at the book he pulls out, as I take a look on the opened page. It magic formation, with dual circle... The hell, how did he made this look like a pe—weird dog face. Is it because I saw it upside down before? Also... This words around it... Alphabet? Honestly, I got zero knowledge about magic formation and engraving magic. It wasn't included in my study as noble lineage, or my curriculum from before. Since I was completely at talentless with magic in the past, I've never tried to learn it. But this is the first time I see a magic circle using the alphabet, I was used seeing Yvain works after all.

"Okay? How did you make this magic formation, to become like a pen—weird dog face? And what with this scribble here?"

He scratching his head when I spoke those words.

"This is past heroes magic formation. He invents it using his world language."

I see... This is the magic formation of a hero that comes from Earth. It a dual circular formation, with a triangle connecting the center of both circle. I don't know what is the other symbols in the circles or outside it. But I definitely understand the words. I could tell that the first circle was used to drawn out fire elemental from the air, while the other one is used to make wind magic. Then this triangle is a formation to combine both magic. I am basically reading it! The maker writes it plainly, whoever understand English can read it! He only writes 'fire burn every oxygen on the first circle', then on the second one was 'wind make a tornado', and 'combine both magic and burn everything in front of me' ... While there also some image is drawn there, which symbolized the element. I don't understand the other tho, but if I wasn't wrong this should be the magic circuit.

Somehow the image of complicated magic formation and engraving in my mind got clearer. 

It wasn't so complicated it as it seems to be before! Also, the words in this diagram weren't so clear, I guess this wasn't written by the person itself. I am sure because those alphabets look like scribble. But it a good discovery for me, since I found out that, you can used alphabets in stead of those magic letters that used by this world. 

"Question, how did a magic formation works?"

"Eh? You draw the formation based on the element, then write the magic letters while imbuing it with mana. Usually, the words would be based on magic chants. While the magic circuit used to comprehend the sequence of the engraved words. Well this magic formation definitely weird tho... I can't decipher this magic circuit. All I could understand is the fire symbol, wind symbol, and mana symbol."

I observing the magic circle once again, when Silva said those... Hold on, why does this symbols seems familiar, and all those branch from the symbols... Is it... Are you kidding me? It logic gate symbols! That a symbol for and, or, xor, nand.... Now this is really crazy. Predecessor are you a f*cking electrical engineer or maybe IT grad student? You could make a magic formation like this too?

The magic sequence itself is a phenomenon of mana when it took shape of the natural occurrence based on your imagination. The magic would fail to cast if your imagination isn't in accordance with the natural order or you don't have enough mana to make the magic sequence. Although you could force it if you used a higher amount of mana. But the results won't be as good as if you understand the natural order. That why I am changing to my uniform, I already made an appointment with Reiya yesterday. We would meet at the grand fountain after my morning training. Since he got something to do first in the morning, it was things for all freshman. That why we plan to meet there after the 4th bells. I also told him to just pull our target of recruitment if he ever saw them. 

I go right away after I wore my uniform and teleport near the artificial lake. It one of the spots that hardly get anyone there in this kind of seasons. I wear my mask as I arrive there before I stride over to the grand fountain. It wasn't far from here after all this place is located behind the swordsmanship faculty. It only took me around 10 mins to reach the grand fountain.

When I arrive there, I couldn't found his figure. Well, it wasn't the time yet so it normal. But somehow as I am standing there alone, many students starting to gather around me. They looking at me like they found celebrities. on Earth. I got a feeling if I am on Earth right now, they would pull out their phone and starting to take pictures of me. Then a girl suddenly rummaging her bag, and pull out a pen and paper. While being bashful she comes to me.

"Se-senior fox, could I ask for an autograph?"

Yep, she asked me an autograph, as she pushes the paper and writing tool to me. I was speechless since the thing really happens, but I keep my cool as I took over the pen.

"Sure."

I said that while writing a signature of Johnny in this world letters. She smiles brightly before she bowing down, seems like I have done something I shouldn't have done. I look at my surrounding which starting to rummaging their belongings. Fortunately, I found Reiya figures from behind the crowd with another person. It was a student with a tall stocky figure. He got a blazing red hair and sharp eyebrows. His pupils colored dark brown same as mud color, although he doesn't seem like muddle-headed. Since it got clear conscience while looking at the crowd. His looks are average outside of those. What really made me jealous of him is his height of course, which around 190. I walk through the crowd and approaching them. Fortunately, they didn't even try to block my path. The crowd opened a path for me without any need of me to say anything.

When I stand in front of them, the student which I assume as Rood, looking at me in admiration.

"You're finally here."

"Sorry to make you waiting for us, brother. This—"

"We should move on first. This place is overcrowded."

I cut his words, as I gesture them to follow me. They nod in agreement and come along with me. No one stopping us from leaving the place, nor they following us. There some disappointment noise from them tho. After walking for quite a while we arrive near the lake once again. It's as deserted as before. 

"Alright, this place got much more privacy than the grand fountain."

"Yes. Anyway, brother, this is—"

"M-my name is Rood! Brother fox, I've heard your deed yesterday! You're a really amazing person."

Before Reiya could finish his words, once again someone cut him. It Rood this time, he spoke those words full of energy as he offering handshake with me. Yep, somehow that Johnny got an alias as brother fox now. All the students called me those, I never told Johnny alias to the other students after all. I shake his hand, which make him got more energetic.

"Ah!! Brother fox shakes my hand. My roommate would be jealous of me for sure when I told them this!"

This is embarrassing... As I look at him staring at his hand that just shaking mine. Reiya got a wry smile too, as he looks at the spectacle. 

"Cough. Anyway, Reiya, have you told him about it?"

"... Not yet brother. When I told him, a senior of mine want to meet him, he agrees at once. I think he already guesses it you since he been expecting about it so much."

"I see. Then Rood—"

When I change my view back to him, he still dazedly looking at his hand, while mumbling and laughing about something. Okay, this is weird. Should I hit him? But before I could do those, Reiya nudges his shoulder. He looks at him right away, then he realized we're still there.

"Ah. I apologize, senior, I was out of my mind before. What were we talking about?"

"It fine. Anyway, we haven't talked about anything. So I guess let's start talking about the reason, I want to meet you. I want—"

"I agree!"

"..."

Me and Reiya completely speechless since he agreeing without hearing my words. What the heck is this guy? Did he get tendencies to ask for a beating by not listening to the other? Looking at us being speechless he scratches his head.

"I don't know what noble friend Reiya and senior want to ask me for, but if it for the admirable senior fox, I would even cross a mountain of swords!"

"... No need. We only want to ask you to join our circle."

"Yo-you want me to join your circle?! I want to join! No, let me join your circle."

He rummaging his belonging at once, and pulled a pen and an ink stone. This fella is really energetic. Since he agreed to join us, I give him the form. He wrote his name and signature at once.

"Alright, then we should meet again next week by the grand fountain. I got another thing to do now, right Reiya told the other to come there by next week."

"I understand brother. But what was your plan now?"

"Something to do with that couple."

"Ah... I got it. I wish you good luck then."

With those parting words, I move away and teleport to our family mansion in the capital. Of course, I go to my own room. Now then, I need a material that got a good conductivity of mana and I could start doing my research. Well, I am not sure how magic engraving works. But from Silva explanation I got a rough idea how to make it. All I need is understanding of the magic that I plan to engrave, a mana stone to be use as a fuel, material that could conduct mana, then the structure of the magic item that I want to create. It basically like a machine that using mana as energy, but the differences is the circuit made by engraving the magic symbols. 

Well, simple magic item can be made just by engraving magic on the material and arrange it to make a magic formation. For example like boundary  magic item those adventurers bring when they diving a dungeon. They only need to activating the magic stake and plant it on 6 directions. 

It only used to hide their presences from dungeon monsters. It blocking their scent and sounds, although it doesn't block monsters to got inside. But dungeon monsters hardly go outside their room except they sense a presence. So it good enough as long the adventurer clear the monsters in the room before setting up the boundaries magic formation. It drains a mana stone every hours tho, that why the adventurer only used it when they plan to dive to the deepest of a dungeon. 

Anyway, that magic formation wasn't so hard to make. While here I make a new concept of magic formations. But I guess it would work if I used the predecessor technique. Luckily I was an electrical engineering student beforehand, although I change my major midways because some circumstances. Hmmm... I need to put a mana detection, mana absorbing, and loop so it could recharge. The only problems is mana absorbing magic, I never knew how to do it. Because I absorb mana without using magic, I only meditating and breathing in the mana in the air before changing it to my own. Ah, I guess I need a mana converting magic too. The structure of mana in the air is kinda different from those in people body after all.

"Well let's get to work."

People called me as a trash noble, or shitty bastard. That is who am I in the public eyes as my oldself doing many shitty things. As for me?
