Claire Dixon is the one woman that can win a game of hiding the salami without having ever set foot in a delicatessen. It all comes down to a good imagination, an extensive collection of romance novels, and a faceless partner on the other side of a seedy internet chat room.

At the countryside of Kiev, there was a mansion with a courtyard full of Dahurian larch trees.
In the dark basement, an altar, featuring a wolf head and human body, was erected.
A white woman with white dress sat beside the altar with a black cat on her lap and scrolled on her phone for news.
"The Eastern Hero. The new era's Pharos. Vigilante A was such a hardworking man. He dominated the news for a straight 24 hours, there are even bards singing praises about him." Maggie put down her phone with a tinge of jealousy and envy flashing through her face. She asked, "Tom, are you sure you no longer need me to go with you?"
The black cat stretched and nuzzled in Maggie's lap as it readjusted into a more comfortable posture.
It said, "Yes Maggie, Lord Death was happy with the sacrifices we provided. Vigilante A killed the Russian totem Spirit Bear twice alongside with more than two thousand Extraordinaires with power levels of at least Bucket-level, bringing it an ample amount of Death Energy to fortify its Divine Power with.
"It gifted me with a skill that only exists in myths, Death's Shadow Disguise. Vigilante A will never be able to detect me with that. Too bad he's moving around too quickly, sometimes here, sometimes there. If we could do it like we did before and determine his destination before he acted on it, we would be able to make the necessary preparation to utilize his massacre. If we could make it so that I would be wherever he appears, he could be Death's prime hunter."
Maggie nodded in agreement and soon asked in puzzlement, "Death could accrue power through all deaths, the stronger a person is when he dies, the stronger the energy Death will receive. Similarly, Vigilante A had been accruing his power with battles. I don't believe he was the kind who was completely impartial to anything, or he wouldn't have fought power with more power. Many powerhouses were guessing he was cultivating some sort of Killing-Intent- or Death-based martial arts. What do you think, Tom?"
Tom smirked. "Those are idiots. When talking about the nature of powers, I can see through it because I converse with Death. What Vigilante A is cultivating is not Death-based or Killing-Intent-based. He was cultivating the Path of Heavenly Punishment. His source of power is called Heavenly Axiom in the East, and the Will of Nature here in the West.
"So long as he punishes sinning and eradicates injustice, the new Heavenly Axiom, or the awakening of the Will of Nature, will grant him power appropriately. It was why he was so obsessed with upholding justice and increasing power. He will soon arrive at the top of the current world's power cap. Isn't he already at the peak of the Lake-level now according to his Dragon Clan's rating system?"
Maggie was enlightened and said with even more envy in her voice, "No wonder no evil could escape his sight. The Will of Nature is helping him. Doesn't that mean that he's the incarnation of Justice, an agent of God? This is more valuable than Death that we worship.
"What's more is that he could enjoy the worship and respect of other people without having to hide. Unlike us, we need to wear a layer of deception and call ourselves the keeper of balance in the world's powers but spread chaos and death in reality. I'm a little tired pretending that to be the case, to be honest. There are plenty of smart people who could see through our intention, it's just that no one pointed it out yet."
Tom frowned. Things had never turned out for the best for it.
Many organizations had changed their objectives again and again as time went by. Even someone as wise as it could feel the inner instability of the Power Balance Association from the change of this president's heart.
Maggie was a strong woman with tendencies to be vain, ungenuine, and materialistic enough to want all things classy and flamboyant, which was why it had let her take the presidency of the organization.
The words she had uttered just a moment before was her true personality. She had always wanted to stand on the stage so people could cheer for her, much like Joan of Arc or Queen Elizabeth II.
It had realized this problem much earlier, however it did not have a solid plan to solve it. It managed to come up with a new idea recently, but it was just a rough draft.
It comforted her. "Maggie, the things we do are greater than that, it's just that people didn't know. We are the ones who carried the burdens that people don't know about, we are the unsung hero, like Yu Wentuo from a certain Chinese game[1]... Only by helping the lawful Lord Death grow can he maintain the balance of the world's order and prevent the world from being destroyed by the chaotic demons because they feel like it."
Maggie nodded, her face glowing with a saintly radiance.
Seeing that, Tom continued, "Like the snake demon in Japan that spreads fear. It had gone ballistic ever since it was born, eating the men of an entire nation, forcing people to worship it in fear. Its followers, the Snake-worshiping Brigade, looked for us and tried to collaborate, but we refused them, didn't we? We are not chaotic, evil beings like them.
Hearing the name, disgust briefly appeared on Maggie's face. "Those filthy things only knew to spread fear and make people die in extreme terror. That is such a desecration of the Divine Death..."
Following that, her face showed a hint of total immersion. "Only by fighting to the death on the battlefield can the males show their most noble, shiny masculinity, that their lives are not wasted. The entire existence of males is to culminate into the moment they died on the battlefield!"
Black cat Tom shuddered. It was a male cat as well, but it would not want to show off the nobleness and shininess of its masculinity...

The great green insect sang as it flew, chasing enthusiastically at the head bobbing in and out of the fog. Three women followed behind it, seemingly helpless to the situation.
With someone who liked changing other people's lyrics, the mysterious fog did not seem scary at all...
The three could even see the head that appeared from time to time in front of them. Every time it turned back, its face was twitching, as if saying 'Where did this weirdo come from?'
The creatures were whispering in the fog yet again.
"Is this insect an idiot? Other people would only shudder in horror! It was still in the mood to sing?"
"Hmph, it must be an idiot. Wait till the Snake God appear, it will be scared shitless!"
The four ran for a long time until a cone-shaped mountain appeared before them that the head disappeared.
Seeing that, Ma Da yelped. "Isn't this the famous Japanese volcano? We ran all the way here!"
Lu Er took a glance and felt it was familiar. Even though it was covered in fog, it was easily recognizable.
She asked curiously, "Ma Da, how did you know this place so well?"
Ma Da looked at Zhu Hongying and shot Lu Er a glance. "I heard it from a friend, he'd been here for holidays before."
"Your shady friends?" Zhu Hongying glared at Ma Da, who just smiled.
After a while, they saw the volcano shake while fire and smoke rose from its peak.
Ma Da said immediately, "Lord Insect Prime, I think it's dangerous here, it must be a trap. It's too obvious, that mysterious head led us here with a purpose."
The great green insect scanned around and nodded. "Oh, you're right, Ma Da. It really is a huge pitfall trap. But don't worry, I won't fall."
Ma Da was relieved hearing that. "That's good."
The great green insect cackled as it put its hands on its waist. "I can fly! I can fly high and fast!"
Poof. Ma Da immediately spat blood. She should have thought about it. Elder Gui Er had warned them time after time that Lord Insect Prime was not very tactful. Before sending it to the battlefield, proper planning must be arranged.
"Hey, Ma Da, why are you spitting blood? Elder Gui Er said that if a fight was breaking out, I shall listen to Guardian Zhu first, you second, and ask Lu Er to lure the enemy away if needed as he could run fast..." asked the great green insect with concern.
Lu Er spat blood. 'Why is it like this?
'I was confident in my speed last year and had been very pretentious about it before Vigilante A gave me a mouthful and four months of re-education.
'I've been much more humble since then, but why would I be targeted by Elder Gui Er once more?'
The great green insect was not that slow. It soon realized. "Oh right, Lu Er and you can't fly, and Guardian Zhu couldn't fly fast. You three can stay far away to avoid falling in. I will scout out the place."
Ma Da was really moved by the offer. 'Lord Insect Prime is not one of those heartless CEOs, after all.' He said, "Lord Insect Prime, what I meant by 'trap' is not the usual kind. It's a manner of speech meaning the enemies might be hiding around here preparing an ambush. There might be some really scary things."
The great green insect laughed and said, "Oh, that's what you mean. Don't worry then. In my eyes, there is nothing scary in this world. All things fall under two categories for me."
Ma Da was completely reassured by then. Lord Insect Prime was born of the Celestial Clan with immeasurable power, even Bodhisattva was impressed by it.
He asked, "Which two?"
The great green insect said, "Edible and inedible."
At that instant, a weird and horror-inducing voice rang. "Is that so? Tell me, am I edible?"
An extremely long snake torso appeared on the peak of the volcano. It looked to be about several thousand meters long with its head as large as the largest truck, its gaze as cold as ice.
In the next moment, it dangled in front of the three women and an insect, staring at them.
Both Ma Da's and Lu Er's legs wobbled in weakness. They had never seen terrifying creatures like that in their lives!
They had seen the green dragon, but the green dragon was so saintly and powerful that the sight of him invoked respect. Unlike this snake, who only exuded a sense of a picky eater.
Zhu Hongying could still hold herself. After all, she had seen plenty of hair-raising scenes herself.
She stepped in front of the other two and aimed her spear at the snake head.
The great green insect was not scared at all. It flew in front of the snake and sized it up before its eyes sparkled and followed by confusion. It asked, "You speak! I have to ask someone if I can eat you."
As it spoke, it took its phone out as if no one was watching and opened up the Wechat thread to Vigilante A. It started typing with five of its limbs.

Vigilante A was vanquishing demons in a country southwest to China as a group of paparazzi with guts of steel took pictures.
Fang Ning, on the other hand, was sneakily browsing the internet in the System Cyber Cafe...
He received a Wechat message from Chong Daqing.
Eating While Singing wrote, "Great Green Dragon, I saw a huge snake several thousand meters long, it speaks, can I eat it?"
Fang Ning gave it a thought, 'Sir System did that a lot too, right?
'There was the King Cobra Shaz, and then there's the four-headed snake monster...
So he began typing, "As long as it's not humanoid and is a confirmed bad guy, you can eat it after taking off its head and tail."
He was about to hit "enter" when the System Notification popped up. [You have been disconnected to the internet.]
Fang Ning rolled his eyes and immediately knew who was behind that. He said, "What are you doing? I'm doing proper work..."
The System said, "You were browsing the internet... I don't care. Tell it that it's hard to determine... Make it wait a few minutes, I will be there myself."
Vigilante A had already turned around and flew toward a darkened area on the System Map. A large green spot was in the midst of black, indicating that was the location of the great green insect...
Fang Ning understood its intention immediately. "You're too shameless. It is just a ten-year-old kid, and you want to take its food away?"
The System said, "I'm younger than it. Technically I'm less than one year old."
Fang Ning was speechless.
After a while, he said helplessly, "Let's compromise. Sir, what you need the most was still the experience. You can kill it, but leave the food for Daqing. "You want to eat our Snake God? Know your place!"
"You shall know the meaning of fear soon... tsk tsk."
"Hmph, if you weren't girls, Snake God would have already swallowed you!"
The great green insect kept its three underlings behind it and glared at them with a pair of its eyes. "You inedible creatures, who are you trying to scare! If it weren't for me waiting for Great Green Dragon's reply, I'd have swallowed your snake god all at once! Hmph, this long worm is not scary to me, I am a master of disguise!"
[1] A major character of said game, widely misunderstood to be the villain of the game until the end when his noble intention was revealed to be misconstrued by the true villain


Procrastinator extraordinaire, Fang Ning, had lost his consciousness after banging his head on a night of celebration. He woke up to a realization that he no longer had control of his body, as a System had taken it over. Will he eventually regain control of his body or will he be trapped in his body forever? How does he maneuver this situation? What's in store for Fang Ning?

The next day when the two of them are once again leisurely staying at home, Amber received a call.
It came from her flip phone, the phone she only used during the times she acts as the Pianist.
"Long time no talk I suppose," she answered.
"We need your help," Luke was serious as he spoke.
"I can hear that, what can this humble one do for you?"
She opened her laptop and started typing away. At the same time, Ashton opened his.
She glanced at him and he looked at her, giving her a nod.
A smile crept up in her face as she realized what he would be doing.
As Shield, he will be strengthening the security surrounding her computer, her address and database. Allowing her to go all out without letting anyone, no matter how small, to find her.
He was ensuring that she wouldn't be found while helping the police.
They may be the police but Pianist was still famous enough for the police to look for.
"For you to call me only means that what you need is a countrywide view of all the CCTV cameras. Whether privately owned or not," Amber then said as her hands danced through the keyboard.
Luke glanced at the chief of police, the chief nodded.
"I'll be sending you a photo of the one we are looking for this time, he was notorious of kidnap for ransom but somehow was able to evade the police for so long," Luke started explaining as he send the photos she will be needing.
"And? This doesn't sound like a normal hunt, what is it that makes you this focus? Your voice tells me everything," she said as she waited for the photo he was sending.
Luke glanced at the chief one last time.
"He seemed to have thought highly of himself, he had taken his game on the next level…" Luke started explaining.
Amber saw the photo and she started her own search.
"Why do you keep delaying, just tell me who I am supposed to look for. The victims I mean," she said while her hands didn't stop moving.
"I'm sending their photos now, they are the latest kidnapped victims," Luke replied.
Amber waited for less than a minute before seeing the two pictures of two young children.
Her hand movements stopped for a bit before they started moving again, this time much faster and much fiercer.
Both were boys and each of them have similarities to two people she was acquainted with but never truly met.
"Then I guess we should hurry up to look for your children then," she said.
Luke's head snapped to the chief who was behind him. Both had this shock look in their eyes.
The Pianist knew of their children?
He knew of their family?
"Don't be too scared I wouldn't collaborate with anyone I have no idea who they would be. I just run some background check. I have no desire of going below and try to use those families of yours against you. Not then not ever."
Luke remained speechless.
"Now then, where could these people be? How long was it since they were kidnapped? And tell me where they were last seen."
"Ah.. Uhmm. At XX Academy during their lunch break. The two of them were seen together near the playground, which is also near the gate…"
Luke started explaining everything and Amber started typing out the places near the academy.
"That academy is a private one boasting off with their high security, why would your children be abducted within it?"
"They said that it was a delivery car that entered the premise before the two kids disappeared," Luke explained.
"With all those children surrounding them, I suppose the target was already set in stone. And? Have they contacted you already?" Amber asked.
"Regarding the ransom, but we couldn't trace the phone they used."
"Obviously being a notorious one, they would surely know what they are doing," she said.
Just then the search she was doing come up with a result.
The delivery car that was used and how the children were taken.
"Funny to use ice cream to lure the children," she commented.
Luke and the chief looked at each other, their children loves ice cream.
Despite having superior-junior relationship, both was actually good friends and so did their children.
"You have found the video already?" Luke realized what she said and asked.
"That part is quite easy but the follow through would be the difficult one," Amber replied as her fingers kept moving.
She started following where the car was going, this part was still easy but it wouldn't be if they were to change the outside appearance of the car.
Just as she had thought, the car's appearance has changed but this made her furrow her eyebrows.
Ashton noticed this but he didn't react and allowed her to concentrate.
The chief and Luke watched intently, at some point in time, Amber have already hacked one of their computers. What she was doing is being broadcasted on that same computer.
She was not that overconfident, she knew that there could still be minute changes that she wouldn't be able to notice. So having other people watching what was going on is a good way in succeeding in this operation.
Upon reaching the third change, which was already at the edge of the city, Amber stopped typing and a smirk appeared on her face.
Luke and the chief became confused when the car just moved away from the frame and there was no longer any change.
They then heard Pianist spoke on the other side of the call.
"Let him in."
Ashton just stared at her, there had been someone trying to pry open his defense in order to get a hold of the Pianist.
"What's going on?" Luke asked on the other side of the call.
"I guess one reason he stepped up his game is because he found out that I am helping you one way or another," Amber spoke to him once again.
"His after the pianist?"
"No, he is after the three of us. The chief of the main police force in Celestial country, the top hacker of the same police force and their helper," Amber chuckled before saying this.
She looked at Ashton and Ashton nodded at her.
Just then a message appeared in Amber's screen.
"It is my greatest pleasure to finally meet the Pianist, the most renowned hacker slash programmer of the whole world."
Amber replied, "Why bother with the kids?"
"Well, they are the best bait after all. Anyone would move as long as the kids are involved."
After reading this, Amber could tell that the person on the other side was laughing.
"So all you can do is to take kids because they are the easiest to get?"
She gave Ashton another look, Ashton fully understood what it meant as he started typing away on his own laptop.
Despite being the Shield, he was still very much acquainted with hacking for he too was half head of the security part of their own company.
He knew what Amber wanted him to do.
It was to strengthen her security and his then he would exchange with her and act as if he was the Pianist while she will be the one searching for his whereabouts.
"I have sent you all the CCTV shots, follow that truck closely, I'll go and search for his IP address," she then said to Luke.
"I understand."
Being a hacker himself, Luke was obviously one of the best.
It's just that he couldn't go all out and instantly get all the shots of every possible CCTV camera out there. The police force still had restrictions on private cameras.
Only the Pianist could and wouldn't mind doing it.
"That's where you are mistaken, I took them because the parents would work harder than anyone to get them back. If I take the parents then the children wouldn't be able to do anything."
"And? What do you need from me?"
This time it was already Ashton whom he was speaking with.
"I just want to have a challenge with you, the first to find the other?"
"Quite confident aren��t you?"
"Not really, it's just you barely come out so whenever you do come out and make a move, everyone thinks that you are still the best. They haven't noticed that it was already I..."
"Snake," Amber spoke as she looks at Ashton.
Ashton looked at her.
"That's his code name. The code name he gave himself," she added.
Ashton didn't have to ask as she kept going, "There is one hacker that has been copying what I have done in the past and he would play around the database of the police."
"Are you saying that he is just a psychopath?" Luke couldn't help but to ask as he follow the truck that was just going around town.
As if it was asking them to follow it.
"Someone who loves kidnapping children is but a psychopath, there's nothing you could call them," she answered.
"A weird psychopath," Ashton said on the side.


"An eye for an eye."

The day she burried her parents, this became Amber's motto. Their family just wanted to live their lives the way they wanted. But the royals didn't want them to do so.

To fulfill a 3 year promise, their family travelled. But was then ambushed causing her parents lives. She survived and caused their car to explode as if it crashed, leaving within it three bodies, their clones. She then dragged her parents in order to burry them properly despite the location.

After finding out who they would be helping, she declared, "I'll help you if you marry me. 5 year engagement, 5 year marriage. You have no choice you can only accept it."

"If they didn't want such a law abiding one, then we shall burry this company in the underground. They will regret ever taking action towards us."

Ashton declared and his already cold demeanor turned even colder and blood thirsty.

After giving him a strong head butt, Amber pointed at him angrily, "Get your head straight and remember this, the reason why I am also here is to support you. The moment that contract was signed I have vowed to protect you as well."

Chapter 35: The Snake Goddess
The monke's hardships with the black magic continued, "I can do it!" His fingers stretched above the keyboard! Michu closed his eyes, then his fingertips descended gently below. He typed what he had in mind, then opened his eyes.
[Jujdj Kawbe Guild.]
"Ah, so close! I was so close to typing 'High Heaven Guild' without looking at the keyboard!" Michu shook his head with a bright smile, but his sister chimed in.
She said, "Can you write properly while looking at the keyboard, big brother?"
"Uhh… I think I am doing better lately with black magic, so yes!" Michu replied positively and one simply couldn't doubt him any longer. Instead, Nana wished him good luck, but the uncle gogogo proved to be an amazing creation.
[Did you mean; High Heaven Guild?]
"Yes, uncle!" The monke clicked with the mouse, then the main website unfolded before his eyes.
Michu's eyes stretched more than before. The site was more shocking than Rhino's farts! Of course, could Lv. 35 monster compare to those players and NPCs under High Heaven Guild's banner?
Each of them wore clothes so naturally as if born into this world. The short clips of their battles pulled Michu's face closer to the screen and he looked at their coordination and seamless attacks with big eyes.
The players were cool and their hearts were brimming with excitement. Though ladies were also here, the videos didn't focus on their bodies yet Michu felt a charm. He often thought that a little exposed skin was what piqued his interest, but just now, he learned that it was not the case.
Kitted out in long robes, a particular player had a beauty that stopped the monke's eyes. Were the clothes tight or her figure was that thick? Michu saw, "Melons… Big melons." He could tell these were really big through the long robes.
The question was repeated.
"Peach?" He also wondered why her ass looked so interesting too? "Melons, peach, strawberry! Women are so mysterious." The monke caressed his chin, "If I won't be able to focus myself in the game, then what should I do?" His chin became hotter as Michu's question left him wondering for a long time.
On the other side, Nana had been glaring at him with dismissive eyes, "Just look at Venomous." She helped him and turned her eyes to the screen, "Now that I learned editing, I can see how heavily it is edited! But it still looks good and serves its purpose. They stopped you on their website and made you wonder, big brother… You fell straight into their trap!" It was easy to use women's beauty, though.
The website did a great job of accentuating the cool side of male and female players, but they also could grasp the side that a lot of males often couldn't suppress in the game. Nana sighed and said, "There is even an 18+ tab. Wow, this guild is also invested in that?"
"Nana!" Michu slapped his sister's hand, "You can't click it!" He shifted the laptop so that its light could only fall on his face, "But I can."
Click!
What seemed to be an opening of the new world left Michu with more questions. However, his interest in women increased and he thought out loud, "It's rude to look, it's rude to ask, then what should I do if I get interested?"
"Look out for Venomous," Nana chimed in, her face red.
Michu shook his head, "I already had a lap pillow! I can't ask for too much!"
"Good! Ah… Cough... Then ask someone else… Do you know about the polygamous relationship, big brother?"
"Polygamous relationship?" Michu titled his head.
"Yes, it's a relationship where either a man or woman has a lot of partners. It was a thing in the past where kings and emperors would strengthen their ties with other nobles through marriages. Since this world has the old medieval setting, there are a lot of players who are in such a relationship." They were like that with NPCs, though.
"Oh, residents! Do you think I should try out to get a companion?" Michu asked. He also mentioned that his assets were nothing and he had yet to develop his banana farm! He would begin his first steps toward it tomorrow.
"You can try to get a farmer lady to your banana farm. I mean, why not? You both will work together and have something in common, so it shouldn't mean much whether you are poor or not. It's a game and things are different here, Michu. Plus, you aren't in a relationship, so you can get an experience. Remember to not confuse two worlds."
"It would be great to get an experience!" Michu replied.
"Yes, good luck, big brother!" Nana stood up and went to the bathroom. When the doors closed, her face turned redder and became a tomato she had barely been able to hold back in Michu's presence.
She whispered to herself, "Venomous! You dare to play with my brother! He won't look out for you anymore and spend time with someone else!" Nana had a certain misunderstanding when it came to Michu and Venomous.
Her brother was bad with keyboards and all technology stuff, so Venomous told him to use an in-game keyboard and system to type messages to her and even send photos with it. Though it was impossible to type in the morning because of the school, Michu could use a laptop in the noon and type in the evening in the game.
Thus, Nana assumed… that Venomous forced Michu to send nude pictures!
Who knew if she hadn't sent some perverted pictures already? It would be easy to use Michu by sending some pictures with face and boob covered, leaving a mystery behind!
Nana couldn't sacrifice her new friend, Sandra, and so she planned things differently.

"I can't research this guild!" Michu honestly shared what he had in mind. He told Venomous that he wanted to learn about High Heaven Guild, but he got overwhelmed instead. They had many pop videos and live streams.
Those were so good that Michu spent ten minutes on each video, mindlessly looking at the exploration and new world he had yet to explore.
Then he found a charming woman with a bright smile; thirty minutes wasted.
Three categories gathered attention; Tournament, The Main Quest, and side quests done by the popular people. The streaming rights were in the guild's hands and TV would buy those for a hefty sum.
They also had players that genuinely enjoyed the popularity and knew how to act before the camera. It was still a little awkward, but this was also one of many charms the players had. In the worst and the most serious moments, the players became their real selves anyway and one could either become a fan or just enjoy the videos to the dinner.
It was just one of many things, though.
"They had that 18+ tab and in-game equipment. I don't understand why someone would pay a lot of money for panties, though." One of many things that piqued Michu's interest was the in-game equipment in that 18+ tab.
The samples of special subscriptions to some bold and open-minded women were also good, but what was the mystery behind those panties? "Those panties were so expensive, but they had a flaw!"
"A flaw?" Yumi replied, her eyes avoiding that heated monke.
"Yeah! They had a hole in the middle. Why would there be a hole in the panties? And why would someone pay so much to have those in the game?"
"Oh, that is a mystery you have to unveil in the future, Michu. Maybe if you see a woman with such panties one, you will be able to understand?" Yumi jested, but she halted when Michu's reply rang out in her mind.
What he said was, "Too expensive, but maybe one of the residents will have a pair! We are going to the royal houses, so they can have such stuff! I hope one of farmer woman's enter polygamous relationship with me and I will get experience with the opposite gender."
"Polygamous… relationship?" Yumi asked.
"Yeah. You don't know? In the old times… The Emperor and The King had a polygamous relationship… with each other… They wanted to get experience… too… with many women?" Did he say it right? Could the emperor and the king be in a relationship, though? "There are no boundaries in love!"
"Nana?" Yumi asked again.
"Nana told me about it," Michu replied.
This made Venomous hold her chin as she began to think deeply. Why would the sister speak about a polygamous relationship? Did she read too much news about top players' dramas with IRL girlfriends and NPCs?
A lot of things happened up there above!
The worst would be if Michu's interest grew to the point where he began to eye his sister!
Venomous also got a misunderstanding, but she was kinda worse. She instantly took an action, "Polygamous relationship can only happen with royalties. The farmer working for royalty is not the royal one."
"Eh, that's a bummer!" Michu shook his head, then took out a banana to cheer himself. He munched on it slowly.
"You also don't need to be in a relationship to have an experience with a woman," Venomous added.
"Oh, I know about it! Brothel, right?" Michu shook his head, however, "Someone in the laptop said that's wrong and that only desperate fools go to brothels. It's also expensive, but I am not a desperate fool. I just love women!"
"You can find both smart people and idiots on the internet. It's good that you managed to see the smart one's reply." Venomous nodded, "Now that you know you can get experience without a relationship, you should find a woman that will teach you."
"That sounds hard, though." Michu honestly replied. After everything Venomous said, it sounded way harder.
"What about me?"
"No. That gangster has hurt you, so you need time to rest. After we meet a noble, you must spend time on potions and poison instead of hunting! Also, I got a lap pillow from you, so it's enough! Too much and it's rude."
"You aren't a prince charming nor prince monke, but you have the qualities to become one, Michu. A prince… can not go around and ask every woman for help. There is a prince and there is a princess. I can be that princess." Yumi began developing feelings for Michu, so it wasn't like she was selling herself.
She also wouldn't let him get experience that easily.
It was not time to reveal that yet.
"Uhh… But… I would feel weird and bad to rely on you that much! What do you need me for, Yumi? A dungeon raid? Oh, banana?" Fortunately, Michu asked a good question and the snake slithered her arms.
She wrapped those around his neck and looked deeply into his eyes, "You have to work hard, that's all. I am not a cheap woman nor someone you can get an experience with that easily… Do you know where you can find a cheap woman? In a brothel. And who goes to a brothel?"
"Oh! Well, you are beautiful so I understand! Hehe, I will work hard for beautiful Yumi! What is my first quest?"
Startled by the words the monke just said, Yumi answered belatedly, "If you manage to sell one hundred golden bananas, I will fulfill one of your desires..."
"Oh!" While Michu exclaimed loudly, Venomous suddenly recalled her arms from his body. She looked before her eyes where the sudden game window appeared.
[KongFu's will has reached you!]

[Begone, snake! Bitch! History won't repeat itself in the new generation! I won't allow it! We, monkeys, always loved to go for phoenixes women! They are far better than you snakes! I made a mistake and so did my son, but the new inheritor won't fall for your charm and schemes!]

[If you give up on Michu, delete him from your friend list and swear to not come close to him, you will gain a clue to the second leaf and Snake Goddess - Medusa!]

"Michu, do you know KongFu?" Yumi asked with a wide smile, but behind it, deep anger and irritation could be seen.
Michu trembled and awkwardly averted his eyes, "I don't know…"
Venomous looked at him with narrowed eyes, then sighed. She knew that this KongFu's will appeared out of Michu and it was related to his class, so she didn't push too much. All she wanted to do was to become closer with him, but it somehow led to the unique class.
Though it was an enticing offer, Yumi didn't need more than a second to refuse it.
The monke was a person who believed her and his smile made her heart pound a little faster with content. How could she give up on him? Besides, KongFu acted like Big K so Yumi's first impression of this monkey god was already in one of the worst categories.
Michu also got a system message.
[KongFu's will has returned from the yellow river to help the new generation against Medusa, The Snake Goddess.]
[He can not materialize yet!]

[By completing the quest, the monkey god will help you on your journey to the top! His knowledge will assist you and your skills.]

The issue was that Michu was on his way to the farmer.
Thus, he had to choose.
The farmer and banana farm or the monkey god and his quest.
The former would bring Michu closer to his initial goal, but also Yumi would be happier with him working toward the future!
That was why the choice was easy.
"Let's go to the beginner city!"

Our protagonist, Michu, one day received a chance to play the VR Game! A game that has given another view to the fantasy for all earthlings. Countless prodigies had been born ever since and their reach exceeds that of celebrities. Their battles, videos, and live streams were just simply more thrilling and interesting.
Knowing that the game has changed the lives of many people, Michu entered the world of freedom intending to change his life as well.
His plan? Get the banana farm and sell high-quality bananas as his goal was to become The Monkey God! Bananas from the Monkey God will do wonders in the future!
And that was reality as Michu received a spiritual will of the monkey god!

When I opened my eyes I saw what can only be described as either the most epic nerd cave, or an incredibly depressing view on the effect pop culture has on youth.

Before me sat a 14-ish teenager in a kigurumi twirling around in what has got to be the most expensive and excessively branded gaming chair I have ever seen. The thing was covered in adds, from Mountain Drink and Dori-toes to Cloud8. 
Behind the kid on the desk and wall were at least 20 monitors, all of which seemed to be the most expensive ones out there and every one of them had something different on it. At least half of the had a variety of streamers, and the rest were various anime, TV shows, and movies. The main monitor in front had an open search engine of some kind with a smaller tab that had code so complex I couldn't even begin to understand it.

My first thought believe it or not in this situation was 

"What the fuck kind of search engine is called 'YOLO'???" 

The interface wasn't half bad either... wait hold on.

"Where the fuck am I?"
"Who the fuck are you?"
"What the fuck is going on?"

My intended delivery was completely of the mark as I struggled to lift myself of the ground and failed spectacularly. I tried about three more times before I gave up and flopped to the floor like a dead fish.

I craned my neck so I could get a better view of the kid as he stopped spinning his chair and liked at me. I couldn't get the best view of his face but what I saw scared the shit out of me. 

The kids face was pale, like ghost pale, as if he had never seen the sun before. 
And his eyes, his eyes were black and empty, like a dolls eyes. Focus, this is not the time for pop culture references.

His eyes were sunken and completely black, but you could see red veins from overuse even in the completely dark pupils. The hood fell back a bit and I could see his dark, dirty, greasy hair.
The kid looked like he hadn't left the chair in weeks, as I looked around what little else I could see in the dark room I found various types of empty take-out containers strewn about the room.

The kid stared at me for a good 5 minutes before he said anything.

"Wanna know how you died?"

My brain froze. "What?"

"Oh yeah, you're totally dead man. Donezo. Kaput. Kicked it. Finito. Insert other death reference here." 

The kids smiled and it was possible the creepiest thing I had ever seen in my life. I was certain that the smile didn't reach his eyes either. The thing was so full of ill will I started sweating, and I really don't like sweating.

"So, wanna know how you died?"

I gulped, "How?'

"Overwork. LOL!!!" 

The kid started ROFL-Coptering around the floor kicking over some of the various take-out containers. And I mean literally ROFL-Coptering, the words and various laughing emojis started coming off him like a bad particle effects.
I was definitely not in Kansas anymore.

The kid continued, 

"You just fell over and died at your computer, I mean, COME ON! So pathetic man, done in by excessive typing. LOL!" 

The brat's snickering was getting on my nerves.

"So, you're probably wondering who I am and what you're doing here."

I was but I wasn't gonna let him have the pleasure of me saying it, plus it seemed like a fairly rhetorical question.

The kid stared at me for a few seconds seeing if I was going to say anything, when it became clear I wasn't he continued.

"Well, the short version it is then. I'm the God of Video Games and Pop Culture and you sir have the unfortunate pleasure of having pissed me off right before you died. See, as I was enjoying the best DLC I've seen in a while on my favorite game, YOU had to go and break it. Now I have to find my pleasure elsewhere, and your death fortunately for me, has given me such an excellent idea for some FUN."

The word fun was dripping with what I can only describe as a perverse mix of excitement, mischief and sadism all in one and it terrified me. A drop of sweat streaked down my face as I made an audible gulp. Wow people actually do that when their scared, who knew?

Shortly after he finished talking the God of NEETs just spun his chair around and started typing into his computer. I tried to angle my neck so I could see something.

No luck. What I did here though was typing so fast I'm honestly surprised the keyboard didn't catch fire from the pure friction. 

Being a God has its perks I guess.

Finally, after what see what seemed an eternity, the little brat spun his chair around. The grin on his face was otherworldly, literally, The smile was a carbon copy of the Cheshire Cat's.

Creepy.

"So my little friend, to make this FUN, you're gonna get to do your own character creation, within MY bounds of course."

The word fun once again made my skin crawl, wait what...

"Uhhh... Character creation? Like in D&D?"

The wacko just smiled even more. I didn't think that was possible.

"So is this some Isekai shit?"

He just started laughing.

"Not for you it isn't. See YOU annoyed me, so you just get sent to the other world, no buffs, no op cheats, nothing."

Great. Through no fault of my own I pissed off, an asshole god that holds a grudge, that's gonna fuck me over royally.

"Now I'm a fair god right," the asshole then winked at me before continuing.

"So I'm not gonna curse you or anything, I'm even gonna let you pick your race and class."

"Really?"

I was starting to hope I at least had a chance for my new life not to suck ass. I should have known better.

"Yeah, but it's classic D&D so it's all dice rolls."

The grin split his face. Well shit.

The God of Tabletops handed me a d100. By gave me a d100 I mean he shoved it in my mouth.

"Now roll."

He grinned as I glared at him and spit the die out.
It landed on a one, I should have guessed.

"Critical Fail! LOL! Man you really shouldn't use the DM's dice man, next time you gotta bring your own."

He giggled before he shoved the die in my mouth again and I proceed to complete the same rolls over and over again and the roll never changed from a one. Should have known, my lucks always been shit even without a omnipotent entity purposely fucking me over.

At the end the God of Weaboos just looked at me for a few minutes with the most pitiful stare.

"I mean man shit. Honestly I fucked with your first roll but everything else was on you. Man RNJesus just hates you, what the fuck you do to piss him off?"

I sighed, I hoped it wasn't my notorious bad luck and that the god was just fucking with me but nope.

Ever since I was a kid anytime it came to games of chance or random events my luck had been consistently shit. In games I somehow never got anything other than cursed or white items. Dice rolls always landed on one unless that's what I was trying to get them they would land on whatever I least wanted to happen. My friends had taken to calling me snake eyes because of all the ones I got.

"Yeah, I should have know better."

The God just stared at me before he shrugged, spun his chair around and finished typing into what I could only guess what was my new character sheet. 

He started giggling again...

Finally, after a few minutes he spun around again.

"Well this is good bye my unlucky friend, I will always remember you fondly."

He sniffled as crocodile tears slid down one cheek before his smile came back and the finger slid down and pressed the enter key.

"TTFN buddy!"

And then I felt pain like I never had before as my body and soul were ripped apart pice by pice and were sucked into the unknown.

When Zane, a 20 something millennial dies in a freak accident he finds home self reincarnated in a fantasy world as a slime.

The problem: 

He finds that he’s just part of some other dudes stereotypical fantasy dungeon master reincarnation story; and the guys one of those... world domination, fantasy girl harem, maniacal laughter, etc..

Plus the wacko has control over all the mister in the dungeon, including Zane.

There wasn't much that changed except for some of the stats he saw. Some of his stats had increased because of all the typing he had been doing for the mobile game. His typing speed increased couple of points his strength and speed had also increased a couple of points most likely because of his jogging.

Since I get to keep the attributes I should put some points to improve my typing speed so I get tasks done much quicker.

"System, I want to put 20 Attribute Points into my typing speed." Ting thought as he wanted to find out how much faster his typing speed improved by.

["Add 20 Attributes to Typing Speed. Please confirm."] Ling Zhou's voice rang inside his head.

"Yes." Ting thought. When Ting thought of this he thought it was well worth the System Credits for the system upgrade. Instead of just reading the boxes and text that pop up in front of him. He gets to listen to the voice of a beauty. Ting just couldn't help have a grin plastered on his face. If anyone saw his face at this moment they would definitely call the police.

Why? Because his grin was too sinister, it was like he was up to no good.

["Confirmed. 20 Attributed Added to Typing Speed."] When Ting heard Ling Zhou's voice he felt a tingling feeling coursing through his body. After the tingling disipated, Ting felt like he could type even faster now. Of course because he added 20 points into typing speed.

Ting wanted to try out his new typing speed. So instead of using his computer in his room he also wanted to take a look at his pocket world. Long Zhou take me to the computer room pocket world.

"As you wish." Ling Zhou's ethereal voice sounded.

Tings conscience slowly faded and when he woke up again he was in a completely different room.

This was his very own pocket world. Although he couldn't control what happens here it was still good enough that he is able to move around and interact with objects like his computer.

In the room he woke up in was nothing but a computer setup which looked like it was fit for hacking. However, this computer desktop tower and monitor were gravely different from those he had seen.

There was no power adapter connected to his desktop tower, no cable connecting to his monitor it was completely wireless. What made Ting shocked the most wasn't these things it was how comfortable he felt inside the room.

He walked towards the jet-black chair, this chair wasn't resting on the ground however. It was actually floating. Besides this point it looked like a perfectly normal chair from earth.

Ting thought to himself that if his system took things from the future, he thought that if the future of ergonomics was floating chairs instead of the 5 leg chair designed to distribute weight evenly on the ground then how advanced was the civilization that his system took it from. He just couldn't help wonder why he was chooses as the host of this hacker system.

When he was in front of the seat, he sat down. Ting felt like he wasn't sitting down but was weightless as if he was in space, Ting didn't know how it felt to be in space but he could imagine how it would feel, he thought that it would probably feel something like what he is feeling right now. 

On the chair he could still move the chair very easily like there was no resistance. Now he tried to turn on his computer. But after a few moments his computer still wasn't on. It wasn't because it wasn't working but because Ting still haven't found the power button to his computer.

Ting decided to ask Ling Zhou for help. Ling Zhou said that to turn of his computer he just needed to think of turning on his computer. To turn off the computer, he needed to think of turning it off.

Now thinking of turning it on, his monitor flashed a white light and after a few seconds he was at his desktop screen. He didn't need to login, probably because he was the only person that could access his pocket world and there was no need for security when someone try's to access his account in person.

Now when the desktop screen flashed he was surprised again to find that his applications on his computer are all different then from he is used to. Instead of Windows his OS (Operating System) was unknown to him. His Operating System was called Satination. He wanted to investigate how his new OS worked but he located the internet browser and decided to go to a website he heard of for practising typing.

It was a website to race other people, it was like a game. When going against other people, instead of his screen consisting of only his car there are others as well. The goal of the game was to reach the finish line. At the start you are shown the text you are supposed to write.

When everyone is ready it will show a traffic light indicating that the race is going to begin. When it is green the traffic light disappears and the race begins. For every word you get right your car will move towards the finish line. When you reach the finish line you will be ranked from 1st to last. 

During the duration of the race the website will calculate your WPM(Words Per Minute) and display it for you to see. There you are able to play a game and practice typing faster.

Ting played this game before against his friends and was in the middle of the group in terms of typing speed. His WPM was 80 WPM. Now Ting was eager to find out his new typing speed.

Ting joined a game and the traffic light showed up and when it flashed green the race began. Ting began madly typing for him he could barely see what keys he were pressing. 

However, at first Ting was getting mistakes but afterwards he slowly was getting more used to his typing speed. Furthermore, he still needs quite a while to get used to his new typing speed.

At the end of the race he got 1st and his WPM  is now 130 WPM. It wasn't too insane but it was still quite good. 

After the race Ting wanted to explore his pocket world. Ting found the only door in the room and attempted to open it.

This, in turn, stems from the Latin draconem or Draco meaning "big serpent," which was derived from ancient Greek δράκων (drakon).


+ In Greek mythology, the Hesperian Dragon named Ladon was a hundred-headed serpent that guarded the golden apples in the garden of the Hesperides. There, in marked contrast to other world mythologies, the dragon was almost always seen in a positive light and particularly associated with life-giving rains and water sources. Considered the most auspicious year sign, worn on the robes of emperors, depicted in the most precious materials from gold jewelry to jade figurines, and with countless references in literature and the performing arts, the dragon was everywhere in ancient China and looms as large today in the Chinese psyche as ever.


+ One of the earliest creatures to appear in the tales and legends of ancient China, the dragon is most often depicted as a giant and lithe beast which dwells in either water sources or clouds.


+ The Chinese dragon is extraordinarily powerful, and when it flies, it is usually accompanied by lightning and thunder. When, by whom, and on what reality the dragon was first invented is not known, although some historians suggest a link with rainbows and a 'serpent of the sky' which is seen after rain showers or at waterfalls. Carved jade dragons have been excavated at sites of the Hongshan culture, which can be dated to 4500-3000 BCE, far before any written records of the creature appeared. The historian R. Dawson gives the following description of the Chinese dragon's physical attributes.


+ Alternative descriptions give similar attributes but sometimes with the body of a snake, the eyes of a rabbit, the belly of a frog, and the antlers of a deer. Other qualities of the dragon were that it could change its shape and size at will and disappear or reappear wherever it wished.

An interesting hypothesis, it does not, however, explain the appearance of dragons long before any such political associations existed in early Chinese communities.


+ Despite the dragon's fearsome aspect it was not usually seen as the bad-intentioned monster that inhabits the myths of other cultures around the world where it is typically slain by a brave hero figure. Indeed, in China, the dragon was and is regarded as being a just and benevolent creature.


+ It is for this reason they became associated with rulership and especially the emperors of China who, in their capacity as the holders of the Mandate of Heaven and as God's representative on earth, must always rule in a just and impartial manner for the good of all their subjects.

  Accessing Myths Selecting Dragons And Dragon Kings In Ancient Mythology]


+ We encounter dragons in almost every ancient culture of the world. Dragons played an important role in the beliefs of our ancestors and these creatures were depicted in a variety of ways.


+ Dragons can be placed in two groups- East and West dragons, and they were regarded as either good or very fearsome and evil creatures. In ancient China, the dragon was a highly significant creature that became a symbol of the Emperor and his throne was sometimes called the Dragon Throne.  Ancient Chinese believed dragons were in control the weather and water. These creatures were said to be able to manipulate oceans, floods, tornadoes, and storms.


+ There are nine distinctive Chinese dragons and some of them are serpent-like creatures with large bodies and long heads. The dragon in China is believed to be a benign creature that is said to bring wisdom, power, and luck. They are famous for their goodness and to ward off evil, protect the innocent and bring safety to all. Tradition and celebration of New Year in China can be traced to a dragon named Nien (or "year").


+ Nien was a legendary wild beast that attacked people at the end of the old year. Villagers would use loud noises and bright lights to scare the creature away, a practice that slowly morphed into the Chinese New Year festivities. Today the dragon has its own year on the Chinese calendar. On the British Isles and in Scandinavia, dragons were often depicted as wingless creatures. In this part of the world, the dragon was depicted as a more malevolent creature that was very difficult to kill. The West dragon was wingless and lived in dark places or wells where he was guarding hoard treasures. Approaching the dragon was almost impossible because of its poisonous fire breath. Dragons in British and Scandinavian mythology often appear in stories when a prince tries to save a young maiden from being abducted by the fearsome animal. 


+ If he can slay the dragon, he can become the new King and win the girl as his bride.n ancient Chinese mythology we encounter five enormous dragon kings who were rainmakers and rulers of the waters. Four of them were stationed at the cardinal points and ruled the seas. Their chief had his abode in the middle. The five dragon kings were named Lung Wang. The dragon kings of China lived in crystal palaces under the sea. 


+It was believed these underwater dwellings were part of the mysterious Underworld that could only be reached through underground mountain caves and special secret entrances. When the Water Dragons rose to the surface the caused typhoons and when they flew through the air caused heavy raining and hurricanes. The Dragon Kings are among the deified forces of nature of the Taoist religion. A dragon's head was one of the most famous symbols of the Vikings. 


+The Viking dragon was in many ways a representation of the Midgard Serpent, a mythical sea creature who fought with the Norse god, Thor. The reason why Vikings built ships with huge dragonheads was that they wanted to appear as frightening as possible from a long distance. Vikings called their longships "Drakkar" or dragon ships and the dragon was a powerful and fearsome symbol of war.


+ Many have seen the Welsh flag features a red dragon and that the Prince of Wales uses rampant dragons on his banner. The old British word "draig," meant leader, and the word, "pen," meant head. The two words combined to form Pendragon or Pen Draig, a noble surname in early Britain as early as the fifth century. The dragon symbol continued to be used by the last native Welsh princes of Wales, Llewelyn ap Gruffydd, and Owain Glyndwr, during their struggles against English occupation in the 14th and 15th centuries.


+ The Pendragon name in Welsh literature includes Uther Pendragon, father of the legendary King Arthur.

Computer interpreting mythological creatures. After that creates or tells small stories on them. This is mostly for fun I hope you can forgive me I do not think this would be interesting to most people but please give it a try.

"Chirp... Chirp,chirp"
"Ugh, so annoying. What is with all these birds chirping?"
Even before Wok opens his eyes, he realized something was wrong. He was suppose to be living in the middle of the city in a almost run down apartment complex.
He wasn't suppose to be hearing the sounds of birds in the first place. In fact the sound of nature wasn't suppose to be present at all. The sounds that Wok should of been heard is of cars, trucks, and of people screaming at each other to move out of the way or that they will be late.
Waking up Wok, looking at his surroundings, discovered he might have been sleeping in the middle of the forest the whole night as currently the sun was already up in the sky.
"Where am I?" Said Wok with a puzzled expression on his face.
Thinking back to the previous night, he recalled talking to what he believe was a spam bot. 
"Just who exactly was I typing to, was everything the other person typed the truth?"
"Am I currently in another world?'
"I have way to many questions that I need answering but now is not the time."
"If this was truly the type of world, XXXXXXXXX sent me to danger must be all around me."
While Wok was currently studying where he was. At the same time he was trying to see if he was given any cheat like skills that typical other world travelers received in the light novels that he read.
"Item bag!"
"Ah, that was embarrassing."
The only thing that he discovered thanks to his broken reading glasses that might have shattered when he was sent here, was that he had a bit better vision then before and that he might have been sturdier. That could have just been all in his mind though.
 There was a small amount of good news everything that was in his room was also sent with him. Though all of his electronics were ruined, he still had his books, a few kitchen tools, bag, and a survival kit.
"Thank the heavens I was preparing to head towards the mountains to live in case I decide to give up living in society. I was planning on one day, maybe up and disappearing, however being sent here saved me the trouble of making the choice."
 Knowing the area Wok was in was properly unsafe and that he had no cheat like ability what so ever. He had to be cautious. He had to blend into the surroundings and that he should shut up immediately.
 "This is going to be a game of the "survival of the fittest"." Wok whispered to himself.
In order to blend in with the surroundings, Wok started rolling around in the dirty to cover up his smell. Packing up everything he thinks he needs in his bag, Wok left in order to find an area with food and shelter. 
The only thing he ate was last night's ramen noodles. He actually had no food stored in his room, no snacks or any drinks. But considering how much he had in his wallet that was no strange situation.
But without food and water. Wok knew at best he could only survive seven days without water and 30 days without food. But due to how famished he usually is. Those numbers had almost no reliability to him at all. He be lucky if he can last two to three days in the wilderness without any preparations.
The few good bit of news was that he was sent to a habitable planet that could sustain human life.
Now where was that small creature that was chirping like a bird. Wondered Wok.
Wok knew he cannot just eat any random berry he found it might be poisonous.
Then he saw the small creature once again. Though it moved quite fast in the sky but it was hindered since it was in a forest. 
Wok thought about trying to kill the bird like creature and eating it, but it just moved way to fast for him to even think to bother with it anymore.
But that Wok knew that the bird had to eat as well and what ever it ate was bound to not be poisonous.
Wok was basically hugging the trees as he tailgated the small bird. Trying to make the least noise as he possibly could while not losing sight of it. Lucky he encountered no real danger along the path the bird took.
Wok soon ended up in a clear open meadow in the forest. In the middle of the giant patch of grass was a large tree of hanging vines and what looks to be fruits. But instead of rushing out to try and climb the tree to grab the fruits to secure food.
Wok halted his steps right before the open meadows. He continued staring at the bird, the bird flew towards the tree as it landed on one of its branches it started eating a fruit.
Standing where he was Wok just waited.
As the bird continued eating.
There was suddenly a loud sound at the base of the giant tree. The bird flew away chirping angrily.
"Thump"
"Thump"
"Thump!!!"
Hoping to get a better glimpse at what was at the base of the tree Wok started shifting his position closer and closer to the tree.
A three tailed boar like creature was bashing against the giant tree. It's back was cover in green moss. What was really different about it compared to boars back where he came from was that it was the size of a car!
"Looks like it is trying shake a fruit off of the tree."
It continued bashing the tree for a few more minute before the fruits finally fell off.
The boar had a grin of its face. 
As it was consuming the fruits that dropped from the tree. If one didn't look carefully the vines on the tree started moving.
The boar continued munching on the fruits with a joyful expression that could be felt from where even Wok was positioned.
Suddenly, without warning the vines have already entangled the entire boar!
The boar started roaring!
"Roar!!!!"
It struggled to get the constraints off of itself.
As the boar was slowly starting to lose all of its strength, the head of the vine showed itself to the boar! It was a snake with bull like horns.
It hissed at the boar."
"Hisssss"
"Roar!!!!"
With its last ditch attempt the boar to struggle free from the constraints of the snake It tried smashing it into the tree as hard as it can. But before it made contact, its last breath was already taken when the snake stabbed it's horns into the boar.
"Hissss!!!!"
The snake hissed as his cry of victory.
"No, wonder why this area was devoid of any creatures."
The bull horned snake must have been the king of the surrounding territory.
"Looks like I might not be eating today after all..." 
But before Wok can even finish his sentence. A loud screeching sound could be heard coming from the skies.
"SSScreechhh!!!"
The creature came down so fast Wok almost had no time to even react. The creature had 2 pairs of wings and a lance like beak.
The creature with its two giant claws grabbed the snake and with in no time at all using it's beak, pierced though the snake's head. 
The area's king died just as fast as it appeared. While leaving behind the boar it took the snake up into the air flying back from where it came.
Staring intently at the winged creature, Wok noticed the same small bird that he was originally following. It was the offspring of the winged creature. The bird must have brought it over here because it was angry.
As the area quiet down again, Wok wiped the sweat off his forehead. 
"That, was close..."
"This is most definitely a place where only the fittest survives."
Wok knew this was his chance.  
He acted on instinct rushing up to the tree.
He took out his cleaver knife quickly dissecting the boar at its joints, or what they say the path of least resistance. Even then it was still difficult cutting through its thick hide. After barely getting one kilogram of meat. He heard a loud grow.
"Growww!!!" 
"Oh, shoot now that the king of the area is dead the fight is on who will be its next ruler."
He stored the meat with leaves from the tree to prevent it from smelling and stuff it into his bag, before leaving he also grabbed a few fruits that fell when the boar was hitting the tree as well.
Wok quickly headed for cover. Though, he had regrets of not getting more meat he knew that it was still better then dying. 
As he was running out of the area he caught a glimpse of something heading over to the tree.
It was a really pitch black bear, if it was in the dark and not being illuminated in the light as it was now. You wouldn't even be able to see it. It had razor sharp claws and exoskeleton covering its back.
Not even daring to look at it any longer. Wok mange to escape back into the forest.
