Born into a wealthy family, Gu Shenwei was spoiled and carefree. However, at the age of 14, his entire family were brutally murdered, and he was caught by some bandits who sold him into slavery. As a slave boy, he entered Golden Roc Fort by chance and found the man who had slaughtered his family. He endured insults and worked hard to improve his kung fu while working as a slave boy. He learned from and plotted against his enemy under the enemy’s nose. He became increasingly ambitious as he became more and more powerful. He would only be satisfied if he completely destroyed his enemy—by fair means or foul. Gradually his bitter experience turned him into a totally different person. 
This is a kung fu fiction that is full of mysteries and surprises. This is a story dealing with love, betrayals and distances. This is the journey of an ordinary boy who, against all odds, fought against formidable foes. This is a tale regarding a person who felt abandoned by the world made unremitting efforts to create a new world of his own, in which he was alone.

As the threads of fate entwine to form the first scripture - the World Scripture.

As the first word were written onto the worlds core - Without the world how does life form.

A hollow crust yet filled, the world trembles.

As the threads of fate entwine they form the second scripture - the Energy Scripture.

And so on and so forth, fate weaves new scriptures as laws for life to exist.

Part 1:
Picture in your mind for a moment a sunrise. Sunrays bursting forth, beautiful color, 
incredible potential, hope for a new day. The sun, the source of unbelievable and, for all 
practical purposes, virtually unlimited power. The sun, the focus of our existence as the 
earth revolves around it. Without the sun, life as we know it would be non-existent. The sun 
is the source of light and power for our entire planetary system. 
Without the sun, we would be in complete darkness. Night and day are determined by 
the sunrise and sunset. The sun gives us illumination that scatters the darkness so we can see 
and observe by the natural eye the things that are hidden without its light. How confining 
life would be without its light.
The rays of the sun provide warmth, light, and power. Without the sun, we would 
have no plant life or food to sustain us. Stanford University research professor Philip Scher-
rer once said, "To the best of our knowledge our sun is the only star proven to grow vege-
tables." Without the sun, life on earth would not exist. And yet, following the sun rays, the 
delicate sunflower lifts its head gently and moves with the sun throughout the day.
Through scientific discovery we have learned that the activity on the surface of the 
sun impacts the earth. Solar storms and solar flares on the surface of the sun can actually 
cause electrical blackouts and make communications systems inoperable on the earth.
In recent years, technology has developed to capture the power of the sun. With this 
power, we are now able to generate energy for millions of homes and businesses. 
When a mirror is placed in the right relationship to the sun, it can reflect blinding 
light for many miles even though it does not have the power to produce light on its own. 
Batteries of panels, also positioned in the right relationship to the sun, receive the sunlight 
and then transform it into massive generating power for heating, cooling, lighting homes,and powering industry.
We have come to understand that physical laws govern the relationship of the earth 
to the sun and the outcomes of that relationship. Human activity in harmony with these 
physical laws results in huge benefits for mankind. However, when we ignore, disregard, or 
abuse those physical laws, the results can be devastating.
As children, many of us learn facts about the sun and how it influences the earth. We 
also learn how the sun impacts us individually. While we enjoy the warmth of the sun's rays, 
we also know that our skin can be burned and we can experience long-term consequences 
such as skin cancer when we are not careful. A proper understanding of the sun and how to 
interact with it is critical.
Jesus Christ, God's Son
A little more than two thousand years ago, God's Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, appeared in 
this world and "broke the power of death and illuminated the way to life and immortality" 
(2 Timothy 1:10). This was a big deal. In fact, it is the most 
important event in history. 
 Jesus, the Son of God, entered our world, bringing light 
and life and hope. The Son illumines for us the only way to 
God, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through 
me" (John 14:6). Without Jesus in our lives, we live in darkness, spiritual darkness.
Jesus came to bring us a new way of life. This new life includes his power working 
in and through us. We don't need good deeds or self-sacrifice in order to make ourselves 
acceptable to God. Only Jesus can do that. It is because of his sacrifice on the cross that not 
only are we justified before God, we also have the gift of eternal life.
"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life."
 —John 6:47, NKJV
Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God's Son does not have 
life.
 —1 John 5:12
Just as the sun is the source of life for the earth, we find that Jesus is the source of our 
relationship with God. Jesus' payment for our sin debt provides the way for us to come to 
the Father. Jesus is the only source of eternal life. Just as the earth cannot recreate what the 
sun provides, we cannot recreate for ourselves salvation, eternal life, or the power we need 
to live our lives for God's purposes. We need Jesus' power in order to live in harmony with
God's will for our lives. Only Jesus' divine power and precious promises enable us to tap into 
the supernatural power God offers us. 
As believers, our life is to revolve around the Son. The apostle Paul wrote, "He [Jesus] died 
for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, 
they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them" (2 Corinthians 5:15). Jesus Christ is 
to be the center of our life, he is the source of our power which is enabled within us through the 
work of the Holy Spirit. As we grow in our relationship with God and as Jesus becomes more and 
more central to our lives, he causes us to bring everything into conformance with God's will and 
purposes. As we rotate our lives around the Son, we become more sensitive to his authority over 
us. As we live in a proper relationship to God through Jesus Christ, we submit to his life-giving 
power. Jesus, the Son, illuminates to us the way of life both for this world and the world to come.
"I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." 
 —John10:10, NKJV
"Don't be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seek-
ing the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you."
 —John 6:27
Son Power
The sun provides a broad range of energy, including all the energy that is vital for life on 
earth. In order for the earth to receive its many benefits from the sun, scientific research has 
discovered that the relationship between the earth and the sun is critical. Not only is the 
earth positioned in just the right place to receive all the benefits of the sun without being 
destroyed by it, its precise position allows for correct gravitational pull between the two 
entities. The earth receives essential power because of its precise proximity to the sun.
Believers who have their hearts properly positioned in relationship to God are re-
newed and empowered daily by the Son. As we study God's 
Word, we learn to trust Christ as he lives his life in us and 
through us by his Holy Spirit. Jesus, God's Son, beams God's 
power to us just as the sun beams its power to the earth. Paul 
wrote to the Colossians in the New Testament, "Christ lives 
in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory" (Colos-
sians 1:27).
We are talking about real power here—God's power given to us by his Son and 
through the Holy Spirit!
The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But 
we who are being saved know it is the very power of God.
 —1 Corinthians 1:18
But to those called by God to salvation … Christ is the power of God and the 
wisdom of God. 
 —1 Corinthians 1:24
For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at 
work, saving everyone who believes. 
 —Romans 1:16
My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ 
lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved 
me and gave himself for me. 
 —Galatians 2:20
The power of the Son is accessible to us through the work of the Holy Spirit. This 
begins when we trust in Jesus as our Savior. In the book of Acts we read these words, "Each 
of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ 
for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit" (2:38, 
emphasis added). It is the Holy Spirit who enlightens us, empowers us, convicts us when we 
need correction, and transforms us into the likeness of Christ.
For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit 
to fill our hearts with his love.
 —Romans 5:5
Just as the earth revolves around the sun, absorbing light and life, we receive light and 
spiritual life through the Son. This is true Son Power; the saving work of Jesus Christ, God's 
Son, working in and through us.
We need to learn from the sunflower. It lifts its head gently toward the sun and fol-
lows it throughout the day. We will find our greatest joy and purpose and strength when we 
focus on the Son and follow him throughout our day.At the end of each chapter, you'll find three questions to help you apply what you have just 
read as you consider how you can experience more Son Power in your life.

Talk to God
A key principle in KingdomNomics is "Soak, Sow, Flow." Soak your mind and heart in the 
Word of God, sow the Word of God back to him, and let the Holy Spirit flow through you. 
Sowing the Word of God involves memorizing Scripture and reciting it. One of my favorite 
verses is Psalm 45:1, "My heart is stirred by a noble theme as I recite my verses for the king" 
(NIV). Sowing the Word of God involves reciting that Word back to him in prayer. I often 
choose a Scripture verse or passage and use the words verbatim or the ideas presented as I 
talk to God. I often find other Scripture phrases becoming a part of my prayer as well. Even 
though I don't usually reference the phrases I use, they simply "flow" out of me, you'll find 
the references in small print just for your information.
Under this section of "Talk to God," after every chapter I will include one of my 
prayers that I've written down as God has been teaching me about Son Power. You can 
either read the prayer as your own or use it to inspire you to pray your own variation of it. I 
truly believe that this allows me to pray in conformance with God's will as I use his Word to 
praise and bring requests to him.

"Then Christ will make his home in your hearts
as you trust in him.
Your roots will grow down into God's love
and keep you strong."

Prayer
 Father, I have the greatest respect for you and your Word. I am totally 
trusting in you. I want to make sure that my heart is positioned in a right rela-
tionship to you. I know that your eyes are scanning the entire earth, looking to 
find those whose hearts are fixed on you (2 Chronicles 16:9). I choose to soakmy heart in your truth, desiring the roots of my innermost being to grow deep-
ly into the soil of your truth. May you make yourself known and strengthen 
me with your living presence. You are the dynamic God, always on the move, 
always transforming all of creation to approve your magnificent will (Romans 
12:2).
 I am calling on you because you promise to answer me and to reveal to me 
the things that I do not know (Jeremiah 33:3). In accordance with your Word, 
I have the expectation that the Son will rise in my heart with healing on his 
wings (Malachi 4:2), first to heal the imperfections in my heart, and then to 
help heal what is broken in this world. 
 Listen, O Lord, and act. Come and make your home in my heart. Rise in 
the strength of the Holy Spirit to change me and the world around me. Only 
then can I be free of the hindrances of this world to serve you in a way that 
will bear fruit for all of eternity. Amen.

It took place in Judea.
2. They are angry with Him  for healing a man's whole body on the Sabbath.

As a matter of fact, this monk actually possessed amazing power as he could walk with ease despite he's carrying a thousand pound giant bell.
He could release but not retain; although he had mastered the technique, he had yet to attain the meaning behind Dharma. Like a round boundless solar disk that could not shine brightly.
The bronze bell entered the square as it chimes. It dashed up to the sky and landed on the ground steadily while a humble looking monk appeared.
People could tell that he was not Huike while some could recognize this monk who clearly had been cultivating the Jingang Temple's King Kong Strength.
The ringing sound was dull but powerful, it took a while for it to stop ringing.
The monk placed his palms together and said, "I am Hongzhen, my master, Huike, wants to ask the Venerable about the ringing bell."
Baoyue the Venerable had his eyes fixed on the monk, with a faint smile he asked, "What would he like to ask?"
Everyone knew that Huike had got the ball rolling.
Shen Lian's gaze fell on Hongzhen. This monk was exactly the same as the first time he met him. In other words, he had yet to make any improvements since then.
Although it was not too long ago when they last met the study of cultivation was like sailing against the current; one either keep moving forward or one falls behind. But Shen Lian could not sense any difference in him ever since their last encounter.
As if his cultivation experience was fixed, there were no improvements nor any deterioration.
Shen Lian felt that it was strange.
At this very moment, everyone present was waiting eagerly to see how would Hongzen ask on behalf of Huike.
Hongzhen did not let them wait for too long. He closed his eyes and opened it again. His eyes were brightly shining and one could tell that his cultivation of the physical body was actually pretty good.
He said, "My master made a verse out of the ringing bell." With a clear voice, he proceeded to recite the verse.
"Shadow came from the shape, a ringing sound came from noise. Without shape, one wouldn't know the shadow. Stop the sound, one wouldn't know the source of the ring. Eliminate troubles to contemplate nirvana is similar to doing away of shape to look for the shadow. But if you seek the Buddha fruit from living beings, it is similar to wanting to hear sound in silent. We should know that ignorance and foolishness are not the same. A piece of work is not famous because of its name. Making reasons out of no reasons are controversial. Is it a fantasy or is it real? Who is right or who is wrong? Whims are not facts, what exists and what doesn't?"
The Buddhist verse was a little long but the audience was uncertain about it. Even Daoist Huanzhen had his thinking face on.
This verse contained Buddhism and Daoism's charisma and had a deep meaning towards it. The phrase 'without shape, one wouldn't know the shadow', was originated from the 'Nanhua Scripture', specifically the first scripture of The Way of Heaven. It describes how Shi Chengqi sidled away from Laozi's shadow; then he retraced his steps, advanced forward and asked, how should he cultivate himself. The person that Shi Chengqi asked was the Daoist Master, and the Daoist Master answered it was what he expressed on the outside and not his nature.
It could be described as 'Seeking truth and getting rid off absurdity, is like trying to learn shape without shadow. If experiencing absurdity is real, then it's like being under shade to put the shadows to rest'. Ordinary cultivators were puzzled by the debate, only people like Baishi, Huanzhen, and Shen Lian would be able to make sense of it.
They too had the qualities of Powang and breakthrough but understanding this concept did not necessarily mean achieving it.
Just like how there were no substances in unfounded absurdity, whims.
Shen Lian had this idea that perhaps Huike was not referring to breaking through whims, he had other objectives instead.
It was because whims were highly subjective and unexplainable as everyone had their own definition of it. Some would kill holy deities or their ancestors to obtain immortality; while some were, benevolent, and rendered good for evil and eventually attained the truth.
But the essence of it was just theories. Turning into a demon was just a fine line away from becoming Buddha. What separated the two was 'intention'.
Baoyue the Venerable listened to the verse and smiled like a flower in spring. He said, "Since Huike asked so, he must have known the answer. It's unnecessary for him to ask me." 
Hongzhen replied, "Although my master knew the answer he still needed the Venerable to clear his doubts."
Baoyue the Venerable sighed, "Since he made a verse, I will answer him with another verse. Please listen carefully."
Considering Baoyue's age, things got a little more solemn. The Buddhist chants echoed throughout the hall and entered the crowd's ears, "Brace yourself to see the truth, the unexpected truth. In the dream, rubies are debris; but in consciousness, those are in fact pearls. There is no difference in ignorance and wisdom; once mastered, everything is the same. The next generation, pen their own books. There is no difference between your body and Buddha, so why should we look further?"
The verse was a shock not to the Daoist cultivators but to the Bhikkhu monks and nuns of Xi Huang.
It was because Baoyue the Venerable has further explained Huike's word. Huike believed that all beings have the same innate. If they could give up fantasies and return to what is true, they would have achieved the realm where beings and saints are equal. Therefore, there was no difference between a being and Buddha; and therefore it was not right for monks to promote the old Buddhist studies that enslaved the poor and viewed highly of the nobles.
Huike's studies were not originally by him but had roots of Buddhism. It was also known as the Buddha Mind Sect by non-Buddhist, and there were also people who called it 'Zen'.
The Buddha Mind Sect was secretly spread in the Zhou Dynasty and eventually gained influence.
The condensation of the Buddha Mind Sect today could not match the original eight schools of Buddhism- Tattvasiddhi, Kushashu, Risshu, Madhyamaka, Tiantai, Yogacara, Huayan, and Shingon.
However, it was more directed to the human mind and very few immortal Zhenren recognized it for its vigorous vitality.
Now that Baoyue the Venerable went for the opposite approach, this showed that times had changed in the Buddhist sect.
Most of the monks who came for the debate were at a loss.
Huike had yet to show up but had achieved his purpose.
The reason why the debate generated such huge buzz was that they wanted to establish the image of Buddha's mind in a magnificent scene.
It was also an omen to a revolution in the Buddhist sect and the world of cultivation.
Huanzhen was pissed. Firstly, he did not manage to humiliate Shen Lian and secondly, people would be paying attention to the internal strife between Buddhist sects and that would be disadvantageous to the influence of the Guangqing Celestial Sect.
On top of that, the debate between Baoyue and Huike has garnered the attention of several Daoists. All sentient beings have Buddhism doctrine in them and it did not conflict with Daoism's Powang. Many scattered Daoists and even pure Dao sects would be more than happy to interact with Buddhist sects and use them to open many other doors.
The Ming Wang Temple had not been doing anything big in the past thousands of years and who knew that they would achieve something so big this time around.
Plus besides the four main Daoist sects, other cultivators would not look too much into the differences between Buddhism and Daoism, as long as they could achieve immortality.
As long as it benefits their Dao, it did not matter if they had to go bald. To them, it was just like changing skin.
At this very moment, a demonic wind swept through the square and a whirl of demonic clouds covered the moon.
Baoyue the Venerable looked up to the sky as his face sunk. He raised his hands and used the golden Buddhist ray with the intentions of suppressing the demonic clouds.
Laughters could be heard coming from the demonic cloud, "Scramble away if you don't want to die."
The sudden spiritual pressure in the sky has caused the ripples in the void.
Several cultivators felt the spiritual pressure and knew that a demon of immortal Zhenren level was here. It was not unusual for normal beings to suffer from the battles between celestials.
In the blink of an eye, instruments in the square dispersed in four directions.


What is a Daoist Master? One that is imageless in ten directions and vanishes in the six paths; unrestrained by the three realms and the five elements.                                                                                                                                           
After a day at the clinic, Dr. Li Feng met with an accident on his way home. When he regained consciousness, Li Feng found himself in the body of a weak teenage boy who was born out of wedlock, Shen Lian. Who was the father? The mother would not tell. A scripture he found among his mother’s remnants was the only thing he knew about his father.                                                                                                    
The mother came from a wealthy and well known family. When Shen Lian was recalled back to the Shen family, he was entitled for part of the grandfather’s inheritance and businesses. Despite the grand value, Shen Lian did not take a cent with him when he decided to leave the family. Why would he leave this comfortable life behind?                                      
His journey with this new identity brought him into this new world as he travelled between realms in search of knowledge to improve his Daoist skills. As he conquered trial after trial, would he become the chosen one? Will he succeed in becoming the Daoist Master? Only time will tell.

Darren opened his eyes with a start, looking around the unfamiliar environment. 

Oh, right. He was at the athletics lab. 

Sweat dripped between his creased brows. His heavy breath caught in the back of his throat as he struggled to breathe. His throat was dry and hoarse as he coughed. 

Darren gripped the bedsheet as he remained on his back, looking up at the ceiling. He could see the micro-grooves on the ceiling and the white paint that was slowly flaking off. He shook his head as he placed his hands on his temple. He must have activated his supervision again. 

When Darren sat up, his head struck the ceiling. "Ow," he whined. He shook his head as he sat up. He looked down to see the floor and his bed, empty with about three meters of space between him and the mattress. He was floating - sleep-floating. His ability to fly must have activated when he was asleep. 

As he was distracted, he fell from his position. "Whoa." He bounced slightly on the mattress when he hit the bed. 

Oh, thank goodness for the bed. He was not thankful because he was afraid of being hurt from the fall. He was worried that he would fall straight through the floor. 

Alesia was doing him a favor. Darren did not want to destroy her home.

'Like I destroyed everything else.' The thought disappeared as soon as it came as Darren shook his head.  

"Aida, what time is it?" he asked. 

"It is currently 5:48, which is just under one hour before sunrise," said the virtual assistant. "Is there anything else I can do for you?" 

"No. That's all, thanks." 

Darren remained on the bed for a while, but he did not try to go back to sleep. He did not want to go back to sleep. The night had been filled with nightmares, and every time he closed his eyes, his fears would manifest in his dreams. And his most recent nightmare was the worst of them. 

Darren sat in front of the glass windows, his feet curled beneath him as he trained his eyes on the mountains. Although he was afraid of his powers, he preferred the sound of the shrubbery that covered the hills over the silence of his white-walled room. 

As Darren calmed down, and his heartbeat slowed. He sat up straight in a lotus position with his hands on knees. Tora always told him that meditation could help him relax whenever he felt anxious. He heard many things about meditating on scripture whenever he went to church. He tried it before but found himself getting distracted. Although he used the breathing techniques to help curb his panic attacks, he found it challenging to sit down and think about breathing. 

It had been a long time since he tried it. Darren decided to try meditation again. 

Darren sat, inhaling deeply, then exhaling, focusing solely on his breathing. He watched his hands and made sure to loosen the muscles in his feet. With his back straight and his eyes at half-mast, he watched his chest rise and fall with each breath. 

As Darren meditated, he went back to his dream. He saw the orbs of light. He saw the explosions and the children die, then he saw the world reduced to nothing. He continued to focus, keeping his breathing steady. He moved on from the vision. 

His mind settled on a Bible verse from 1 Corinthians 10, verse 13. 

Darren opened his eyes as he repeated, "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide a way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." His mind continued to move from the verse. 

Darren remembered what Tora told him: "Only by overcoming the things we fear can become stronger." 

He moved past Tora to another figure. Darren looked at his younger self in his mind, who looked at him. His younger self smiled and nodded with satisfaction. "If we don't experience good and bad things, then how will we know when something good happens or when something bad happens. We have to accept the bad with the good, or life won't be worth living." 

It was something he said to Tora when they were in their teens. Several years passed, but Tora still cried over her father at night. She missed her brother also. 

Darren wanted to help her mitigate her sorrow. He said those words to her before telling her not to give up on seeing her father. They could never know what the future might bring. Her father could appear before her at any moment, just as he wished his father would appear before him. 

His younger self told Tora, "When my mom died, I was really sad, but I was happy because my dad was still with me. A man risked his life to save us and inspired me to want to be a superhero. When my dad left, I was also sad and angry because he abandoned me. Then, I met you, and I was really happy because I made a new friend, and I wasn't alone anymore."

Darren took one more deep breath before opening his eyes fully, just as the sun was peeking its crown over the mountains. Darren stood up in front of the window with arms wide open, letting his skin bathed in the early morning sun. 

His body shimmered through all the colors of the rainbow, red to violet. He felt the movement of the sun's energy seeping through his skin and into his blood. It went into every cell in his body, energizing him. 

Darren brought his arms down and clenched his fists. "Everything is going to be okay," he reassured himself. 

After a nice long shower, Darren dressed in the EXosuit and strapped on the watch. The day is gym day; it was the day to gauge his strength, speed, and other physical abilities. 

The EXosuit and the smartwatch would keep track of his vitals while he exercised to make sure everything stayed in a healthy range. If anything unusual happened with his heart, temperature, or breathing, they could stop the experiment so he would not get hurt. 

The Titan Athletics Laboratory was a fitting name for the facility, Darren thought as he entered the part of the building dubbed the Fitness Laboratory. 

There were doors and hallways on the side that were marked as Basketball court, swimming pool, dance studio, and even a batting cage? Why? Darren wondered as his eyes glanced around him. 

The walls were high, probably around ten meters, with a blue and yellow color scheme. The walls were painted blue, while the words on the wall were painted yellow. "Strength, endurance, training, discipline, hard work," Darren read off the walls. 

Each term was associated with an image that correlated with the concept. Above the words were some tinted glass windows that he could not see through. 

All the latest equipment ran parallel to the mirrors of the elongated room. 

They entered through the part of the room where small objects lined the walls and racks. Balls, jump ropes, yoga mats, hoops, and multiple smaller exercising equipment greeted them at the entrance. 

Next were the machines: stair climbers, bikes, ellipticals, and treadmills were abundant. They made their way to the last section of the room: the weights. Hundreds of dumbbells and tens of barbells organized in a V formation that led to a great machine at the end of the room. 

The machine reached high up to the ceiling as if the room was made around it. It was a pulley weight stack, with a monitor where it seems they could input how much weight they wanted to be lifted off the stack. The chain that dropped into the loads was marked 200 kilograms. The weights of the floor went from the lightest at 500 kilograms to a ten-tonne slab of metal.

"Whoa!" he said. "This place just keeps getting more awesome."

"I'm glad you like it." 

Darren and the company heard the voice boom in the room, but they had no idea where it came from. As Tora, Miriam, Nathan, and Matt were already in the gym, and the voice was not Aida, Darren concluded that someone else was in the building. As he searched for the origin of the sound, a part of the wall rose up. 

A set of feet walked down the sets of stairs, with her face still remaining in the shadows. As she walked down the stairs, more of her body came into view from her black and white high sole shoes to her tight black and white EXosuit. 

Darren's eyes were wide as he finally saw the face of the young genius, heiress of the century: Alesia Wang-Haines. 

"But you haven't seen anything yet," she said with an arrogant smile as an orange twinkle appeared in her eyes. Standing like she owned the place, which she did, she placed her hand on her hips as she said, "Hello everyone. It's nice to finally meet you face to face."

Superhumans, Aliens, and Magic. Not an uncommon sight to Darren Kershaw. They're necessary for the protection of mankind from dangerous creatures and other superbeings who use their powers to do harm to civilians. 
During a fight between a Super and Prowler, Darren is struck by lightning in an act of heroism to save a child. He falls into a coma. 
He wakes up after several months only to discover that his body has gone through a transformation that will change his life forever. Is this change for the better or for worse?

The sun continued setting in the west.
Egypt's poor vegetation coverage made the earth's capability to retain heat to be almost zero. When the sun was strong, the ground heated up rapidly. Just as the sun rays weakened, the heat would dissipate equally quickly.
It was only at this time of the day that local Egyptians came out from their homes and offices to start outdoor activities. These would last until three o'clock in the morning.
Foreign businessmen who had just arrived in Egypt generally found it difficult to adapt to the Egyptian work and rest cycle. Yet in a foreign land, one had no choice but to fit in and do as the locals did.
Therefore, if you were traveling to Egypt during the peak season and wanted to avoid the bustling groups of tourists, the best way was to get up early.
Zhang Zian, mimicking the other elfins, squatted amongst the ruins and silently watched Fina's back.
It sat alone amongst pieces of the broken wall, sometimes giving off a stupid look, sometimes an angry one. It made the group feel for Fina, yet it was a seemingly unbearable feeling—a feeling reminiscent of the loss of love.
Zhang Zian could not decide if bringing Fina here had been the correct choice. He was worried that he was being cruel, deliberately re-opening Fina's wounds and making it bleed once more.
Yet even as it continued to put on a strong front, it should seek to remove the armor protecting its inner, weak self. By letting the sorrow flow out, one could preserve oneself much better. Much like a dam, storing too much water would only lead the dam to collapse one day.
Since arriving in Egypt, Fina had been behaving normally. Yet the normalcy in behavior was in itself abnormal. It should not have been so calm. It was precisely this sense of calm that had led it to firmly decide to come to this place, which had the effect of removing the disguise.
It had simply...been too long in the ruins.
Not even Zhang Zian had expected the pain in Fina's heart to run so deeply. Would today's venting get it settled, once and for all?
"In my opinion, if the Temple of Bastet had not been destroyed, it would've been the best place to store the statue of the cat god," Old Time Tea said. "A powerful pseudo-god is nevertheless still a false god. If we place it in the Temple of Bastet and under the supervision of the goddess, it should no longer be able to cause trouble."
"This is not necessarily true." Zhang Zian offered a different opinion. Although he had a great deal of respect for Old Time Tea, he would not allow his mistake to simply slide away out of respect.
"Oh? I want to hear the details," Old Time Tea said, asking humbly without flinching.
Zhang Zian took a moment to organize his thoughts and explained his views to them.
The ancient Egyptians had a very complex relationship with the cat god Bastet. On one hand, their belief in Bastet was very strong. There were many legends about Bastet, especially in later periods of ancient Egypt, such as the era of the Ptolemy dynasty. Almost every household had a statue of Bastet, and they worshipped the god every day and night...
The Temple of Bastet was not the grandest of temples, and the initial Bastet Carnival was not very grand. It was only when generations upon generations of pharaohs supported and built it up that the worship of Bastet reached its peak.
Yet on the other hand, if Bastet had been an important cat god, it was puzzling as to why it was not included in the ancient Egyptian book of gods. In other words, Bastet was not an official god of ancient Egypt, which was difficult to explain.
As for the ancient Egyptian book of gods, the most authoritative source at present was the Book of the Dead.
The Book of the Dead was not a book but a verse written by the ancient Egyptian clerk for the deceased. It included spells, hymns, lengthy essays, various ceremonial mantras, and the original names of important gods.
Similar to the game system devised in "Pet Hunter," the ancient Egyptians valued the real names of the gods. For example, they viewed the sun god as immortal because Zeus had given him a name that no one knew about or guessed. 
When pharaohs or important officials were buried, scrolls of scripture would be placed next to their mummified self. Alternatively, the scripture would be carved on the walls of the sarcophagus or the pyramid. Later, when tomb raiders dug up these tombs and discovered these verses, they often coined them as "The Book of the Dead." This was because they could not understand ancient Egyptian writings.
There were different versions of the Book of the Dead, but in any version found so far, there was no mention of the cat god Bastet. However, the name of one lioness god, Tvnut, was found instead. There was a possibility that both Bastet and Tvnut referred to the same god.
Yet in any case, the list of gods in the Book of the Dead reflected all the gods identified by the ancient Egyptian priests of Pluto Osiris. Their authority on the matter could not be questioned. There simply was no Bastet, the cat god.
Therefore, for many ancient Egyptians who valued real names, the absence of a name meant that Bastet was not an official god.
It was then worrisome for a non-god to have the powers of one.
Perhaps this was why the statue of the cat god had been restored and ravaged at least twice. It was an indication that Bastet was not powerful enough to control its powers. 
Thus, unless a modern, more complete, authoritative version of the Book of the Dead was found by future archaeologists, it would be difficult to see how this cat goddess could transcend from being a folk legend for the people into a formal, complete god...
Before leaving from China, Zhang Zian, in his quest to look for the statue of the cat god, decided to focus his efforts on locating the Temple of Bastet. Alas, after a quick search, he discovered that the Temple of Bastet had been ravaged by the fires of war. A further search revealed that even if the Temple of Bastet had existed, it still would not have sufficed to seal the cat statue.
Perhaps Fina had known this conclusion for a very long time. Therefore, very early on, it had pointed out that the statue of the cat god should be placed inside the pyramid and under the protection of the gods. Not in the Temple of Bastet.
Zhang Zian explained what he had learned to the other elfins. After they heard it, they understood that the relationship between the gods of ancient Egypt was highly complicated...
"So we can only continue to look for a pyramid that has been very well preserved so far and has yet to be discovered by man. This is ridiculously difficult…" Famous said with a sigh.
Zhang Zian shrugged. "I'm sorry, but there is no other way. I do hope that the expedition team can find something in the western desert. Otherwise, we will have to return the cat god statue to Binhai City. This is not only a waste of effort but also a waste of shipping fees."
Everyone knew that the possibility of achieving their goals was minuscule. Although more than 100 pyramids had been discovered in Egypt thus far, finding an option that fit their goal was like finding a needle in a haystack. One could have better luck winning the lottery than this.
After wrapping up his conversation with his team, Zhang Zian looked at the time and noticed that Fina seemed to have calmed down. It stood between the broken walls, casting a figure that looked as fragile as porcelain.
He hesitated as to whether to say a few words. He wondered if he should instead release Snowy Lionet and let it handle Fina instead.
At that moment, Richard patted his head with his wings and motioned him to look back. "Hey! We seem to have company!"

Dear Z and A,
I know you two have a lot on your plate. But I hope you find time to study this. I offered L to send him some of my sermon notes so that he can peruse it as it seems that giving him this information would be extremely beneficial for the future. But he rejected it.
He said that he would rather listen to me speak about it personally. Apparently, he wants to believe in it and given his intellectual bias, he may turn deaf ears to the lessons in my notes. He wanted to not only know of what I know but have a chance in believing and he hopes that listening to me would do far more benefit than just reading some letters. I understand his intentions. The best way to learn about something is to believe in it. So he suggested having a personal meeting. I'm wanted to conduct a Bible study but with the way things are now, I guess it will have to wait.
Z, I hope our previous discussions from so long ago, (it feels like it's been another lifetime, right?) have somehow created a foundation of belief. Perhaps what had happened to you is one of the miracles that the Almighty allowed. I firmly believe this. So I am hoping this letter would allow you to better understand what actions to take and that you could pass this information along to anyone who you think could help in this. You have been taking the right steps and I guess it would be attributed to our talks from long ago.
Anyway, here is the draft of a conference message I've prepared to give on one of our upcoming Bible Conferences. Perhaps this may give you some insight on what to do with your life and how you can be of benefit to the lives of others.
Also, that kid from Psalms 1 might also benefit from reading this. I have a feeling that he wouldn't want to attend a Bible study hosted by me because of our 'conflicting' methods.

A Study on Typology (I will be discussing more of this during the Bible Study and explain the key aspects in detail. Treat this study as a primer for the things to be discussed soon.)
Prophecy has always been something that people found intriguing and mystifying.
The Bible contains the most prophecies that have been accurately fulfilled in human history.
For example, the prophecy on Tyre in Ezekiel 26…
In that Prophecy, several prophetic elements that seem extremely unlikely to be fulfilled if we apply the science of probability. For the sake of time, I will only go over several key aspects of the Prophecies and will not deal with any other prophecies made against Tyre on other verses in the Bible.
I have selected five of the 'most intriguing' prophecies that were fulfilled right down to the dot and remind you, that the chapter consists of more elements that have been fulfilled.
As a background, Tyre as a city is composed of two parts. One city in the mainland, called 'Ushu' or Old Tyre, and another city built on a small island about half a mile away from the shore of Old Tyre. This city on the small island is commonly known as Tyre.
In Ezekiel 26, Tyre was supposed to be:
1.       Attacked by Nebuchadnezzar (v. 7)
2.       Attacked by "many nations" (v.3)
3.       The stone and timbers of this city would be thrown in the sea (v.12)
4.       Will be scrapped like a bare rock (v.4)
5.       The Ocean depths will rise over it (v.19)
A popular opinion regarding prophecies is that any prophecy may eventually be fulfilled as time pass by as the things that have been written may be fulfilled by chance. If Chapter 26 of Ezekiel talks about any city, with any conqueror, that is indeed true but this chapter exclusively talks about the city of Tyre.
This prophecy is not talking of any city. No, it's not the city of New Birth Forth or the City of World's Helm. It's taking about the city of Tyre.
And this city is to be attacked by Nebuchadnezzar. Not by Hitler, not by the Fire Nation, not by Team Rocket, but by Nebuchadnezzar. A specific person living in a specific time. And this city would also be attacked by many nations, its stone and timbers would be thrown in the sea and the city will be scrapped like a bare rock and that the Ocean will somehow rise over the city itself. It's interesting how specific it is.
Now, historically, the first aspect was easily fulfilled.
About a decade after the prophecy was believed to be written, Nebuchadnezzar attacked the city and we have evidence to support this historic fact. But Nebuchadnezzar was only able to conquer Old Tyre as the other city on the small island was naturally protected by the sea and Tyre had an impressive fleet of ships.
So none of the other prophecies were fulfilled. Numbers two to five on our prophecy list were not fulfilled during this attack.
Should we now mock the Bible for its inaccuracy?
Be aware, that the remaining clauses of this prophecy are almost impossible to fulfill.
Why would the city be attacked and someone would be so bored as to take the stones and timbers from the wrecked city and throw it on the ocean? Why would they do that to the point of scrapping the ruins of the city to a point that what remains will look like a bare rock? And how will the ocean rise over it?
The fulfillment of the other aspects of the prophecy occurred nearly 200 years later.
The Prophecy was written sometime on 587-586 BC, Nebuchadnezzar attacked it on 573BC, but the fulfillment of prophecy points numbers 2-5 would be on 332BC when a man who conquered nations led an army consisting of armies coming from different nations and attacked the very city of Tyre.
We know this man to be "Alexander the Great."
We know Alexander the Great would force another nation to submit and aid him in his conquest so many nations could easily be fulfilled at this point.
He led his armies and attacked Tyre, conquering Old Tyre once more. But this wasn't enough.
Tyre was arrogant and mocked Alexander for failing once more as the settlers have retreated to their city-island protected by their vast fleet of ships. Seeing as how Tyre remained safe like a turtle and having the sea as a natural barrier with a fleet of ships that even Alexander the Great could not easily destroy, Alexander and his armies came up with an ingenious plan.
A great task of building a man-made bridge from the coast of Old Tyre to New Tyre started. Alexander ordered his men to take the ruins of Old Tyre, throw it to the sea to build a bridge to which they can use to attack the city of Tyre.
In this, Prophecy points numbers 2-4 have been fulfilled. The prophecies which seem almost impossible actually happened.
Many nations came, attacked Tyre, took the ruins of the city and threw it to the ocean to make a small bridge, scrapping Old Tyre like a rock.
But what about number 5?
Well, because of the man-made bridge which supported and allowed Alexander to send his armies to attack Tyre, the topography of the island changed making the bridge leading to Tyre into a peninsula which exists to this day. Because of this change which led to a massive geographic change on the area, the location of the Old Tyre was eventually buried by sand and water ultimately, burying the location of Old Tyre underwater forever.
God sent Nebuchadnezzar and later fulfilled it some 200 years later in the person of Alexander the Great. But the last bit of prophecy would be fulfilled about a thousand years later as the coastline of Tyre changed because of the man-made bridge of Alexander.
Now you calculate the odds of this prophecy being fulfilled? What other nation, since 587 BC, was named Tyre, attacked by a Nebuchadnezzar and later by many nations, and apparently, the entire city structure is thrown to the sea, scraped like bare rock, and later sinks to the ocean? What are the odds of that happening? And remember, I haven't listed ALL the prophecies that Tyre is supposed to fulfill!
Now this may come as an intriguing historical study, but the reason I'm discussing Tyre is to formally challenge whether or not this Prophecy would have only ONE fulfillment or will it be fulfilled again? What if, the verses in the Bible may be foreshadowing something that will happen in the future.
Now, let me clarify, I honestly believe that in Ezekiel 26, most of the prophecies written there have already been fulfilled. What I'm saying, is that we open our exegesis to the possibility that it could be fulfilled again!
How would something that had literally happened be fulfilled again? To argue, I would like to point you to the study of Eschatology, or the interpretation of the End of Times. We call it the Apocalypse, the Last Days and so on. Many camps and theological schools all have different opinions and interpretations as to their fulfillment. And throughout the course of history, there have been several interpretations which the people of that time were sure of because it made sense.
During the time of Apostolic era, if you read the Book of Revelation, you would say, the anti-Christ is Rome.
Hundreds of years later, Martin Luther made the same conclusion during the Reformation period. Their study of the Word led to this conclusion.
Back in World War 2, everyone believed that the Anti-Christ was Hitler. The Jews who suffered so much would certainly think so as well.
During World War 3, everyone then blamed Graden Pouterfisx to be the Anti-Christ as it led to the further destruction of Israel.
Right now, because of the Australian Avarice, many even say that Australia is the Anti-Christ.
And for the Australian natives of today, they would say, Harker or that gamer-turned-terrorist Lowengren is the Anti-Christ. (Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised.)
Others believe, that it's the World Governing Powers, and still some point to that miraculous E-Sport Gamer, Seeker Carlean to be the Anti-Christ as he must have sold his soul to the devil to be that good in Piercing! (Z, as you noticed, I like to add current events like this as a sermon illustrations to draw attention to the younger audience. It really makes most gamers listen to my sermon if I mention famous e-sport players.)
And quite honestly, except those saying its Seeker, the rest had a valid reason to claim that this was the Anti-Christ as they displayed a shocking level of depravity, wickedness, and immorality.
Are we to assume that they were all wrong? Perhaps… Or maybe perhaps from Hitler, all the way to the Australian Avarice, they have been "Types" or signs that will simply point us to a Final Anti-Christ. Perhaps, God, in order to constantly remind us that His Word is True and indeed miraculous, has destined history, as written in the Bible to have several fulfillments, many of which are partial fulfillments or foreshadowing to a final fulfillment?
And it is in this vein, that we find ourselves in the study of Typology.
Typology is the study of signs, symbols and the interpretation of Types.
Let me take a positive example to further cement my case…
You've heard me say several times that I say Samuel in the book of 1 Samuel of a "typology" or a sign that points to Jesus. In many ways, an appropriate approach would be to read 1 Samuel with the assumption that Samuel foreshadows Jesus.
If we go to the prophecy in 1 Samuel 2, God got angry at the current High Priest, Eli, and prophesied to Eli that Eli's lineage would-be priest who wouldn't reach old age and that their line would stop serving in the altar. After that, God gave this prophecy in 1 Samuel 2:35,
"I will raise up for myself a faithful priest, who will do according to what is in my heart and mind. I will firmly establish his priestly house, and they will minister before my anointed one always."
Now the immediate assumption as to the fulfillment of this prophecy, if we follow that story, is that we would assume it to be fulfilled through the priest to Samuel. Samuel took over when Eli died, he ministered faithfully and replaced the line of Priest that served in Israel.
According to the Bible, we do not have any records of Samuel ever committing sin, and even on his death, he challenged Israel of this, to which Israel responded that they have noted no sin in Samuel's lifetime. If you think David had a magnificent title, "a man after God's own heart," consider Samuel's title. A man who will do according to God's own heart and mind.
But on the other hand, many would challenge that this verse does not refer to Samuel but to Jesus because of the clause that this priest will "minister before God's anointed ones, always." Which basically implies this priestly line will forever serve God. And only Jesus could fulfill this role.
My interpretation and I hope this congregation's interpretation and conviction, would be that this verse was fulfilled in two ways.
Samuel was the initial fulfillment and is a typology to the final fulfillment, which is Jesus.
The Bible has been doing this several times and using a certain Old Testament verse and make it a sign that eventually points to Jesus. In other words, these verses have more than one fulfillment.
A partial fulfillment of the sign in the form of Samuel, a righteous Priest who was impeccable in actions and wisdom, and later the Great High Priest that we have in Jesus.
1 Samuel also introduces David, a typology of Jesus in the areas of being a King.
But of course, this alone could not be supporting evidence for my theory in the study of Typologies. So let's take a look at another interesting and puzzling verse which shows a unique example of a typology.
We go to Hosea 11:1 and find an interesting phrase here that was used by the Gospel writer Matthew.
"Out of Egypt, I called my Son."
This is a strange verse to use because mainly, according to the context of Hosea 11:1, the son here refers to the nation Israel. Why did Matthew later use this verse to mean Jesus? We all stand with the idea that the Holy Scripture is inerrant. So why would Matthew, in the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, use this verse in its wrong context?
My answer is Typology.
Let us first analyze what's going on in Matthew.
Joseph and Mary had escaped from Bethlehem because of Herod. They lived in Egypt and waited for Herod to die. Upon Herod's death, Joseph returns to Israel and so, Matthew summarizes it in verse 15 of chapter 2, And so was fulfilled what the Lord had said through the prophet: "Out of Egypt I called my son."
Matthew quotes Hosea 11:1 and immediately assumes that this is speaking of Jesus when in actuality, the context rules that we so hardly adhere to, dictates that Hosea 11 is talking about the nation Israel!
Typology easily resolves this issue. If we are to assume that Israel has always been a typology of Jesus, a temporary sign and can have more than one fulfillment in the great passage of time, we can then easily accept this verse.
By accepting that Israel in Hosea 11, represents Jesus, we can actually see that in many ways Israel did foreshadow Jesus.
Jesus, like Israel, stays in Egypt and leaves to return to the Promised Land. Jesus, Like Israel, is sent to the wilderness to spend a passage of time connected with the number of 40. Israel spent 40 years wandering in the desert, Jesus spent 40 days in the desert.
The Gospel records that Jesus was sent to the wilderness to be tempted and tried, wasn't this the case for Israel?
And isn't it interesting, that in the famous encounter between Jesus and the Devil in that same wilderness where Israel was tested, Jesus answered the Devil quoting verses from the book of Deuteronomy?
Deuteronomy discusses most of the consequences that Israel suffered because they failed. In this Typology, Jesus acts as the perfect version of Israel. He goes out of Egypt, is tempted by the devil in the wilderness exposing Him to hunger, thirst, and the danger of being killed by wild animals.
In Israel's hunger, they complained to God, and the reluctant response of God was to send Manna from heaven, Satan uses this same strategy and tells Jesus to make stone bread, but Jesus quotes from Deuteronomy saying that man shall not live by bread alone.
Jesus fasted in that 40 days in the desert. The Israelites feasted with unlimited manna and even by sending birds which the Israelites can easily capture and eat. I can go on and on, but if you analyze the remaining challenges that Satan poised to Jesus, we find that the Israelites actually failed on all of these temptations. In fact, I would go as far to say that the temptations Jesus faced and the temptations Israel faced were roughly the same!
But it doesn't stop here, if you've read through the Bible, you will know that the moment Israel finally enters the Promised Land, you'll be reading through the Book of Joshua. And in Hebrew, the name for Joshua is Yeshua, the very same name to which we translate the Name, Jesus!
So Joshua becomes a typology, a foreshadowing that the book of Joshua will also repeat in history. We've already seen hints of that! That scene in Joshua 10 where kings in their retreat hid in caves to flee from Israel. Is this not the same vivid imagery explained in the book of Revelation which will be the scene when Jesus returns?
At this point, I argue, that perhaps in the dogmatic ways of our interpretation of Scripture, we have long set aside the possibility that if the Bible is promised to be the Word of God, Inerrant, relevant and true, then would it not be true for all ages? Is it possible to see this foreshadowing's again and again?
I will not be surprised, ladies and gentlemen, that in the near future, the very events we read in the book of Revelation will become a typology! A sign that we may soon see, in anticipation of the Second Coming!
We have long interpreted the book of Revelation and its various events to have passed! How many writers and Bible teachers have risen up to explain how World War Three fulfilled many of the verses in Revelation.
I'm not saying they're wrong. I'm saying they could be right. But in this sense, that what they explained are but typologies and these signs that may repeat itself unto final fulfillment.
So read the Book of Revelation! Read the book of Joshua! Read the Book of Daniel! Of Zacharias, of the many verses and the many books in the Bible which speaks or alludes to the coming end!
We could all come witness to various typologies of events that will have its ultimate fulfillment when Christ return. As for me, I may sound insane, but with the recent events that have been happening, I am certain now, we will bear witness to many foreshadowing's itself! Make no mistake!

Reward for the Overcomers: The victor: I will make him a pillar in the sanctuary of My God, and he will never go out again. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God—the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God—and My new name.

Praise and Commendation: The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Originator[b] of God's creation says: 15 I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were cold or hot.

Problem: 

Because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I am going to vomit[c] you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, 'I'm rich; I have become wealthy and need nothing,' and you don't know that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked.

Advice:

Buy from Me gold refined in the fire so that you may be rich, white clothes so that you may be dressed and your shameful nakedness not be exposed, and ointment to spread on your eyes so that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and discipline. So be committed[d] and repent.

Warning: As many as He loves, He would rebuke and discipline.

Reward for the Overcomers:  Listen! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and have dinner with him, and he with Me. 21 The victor: I will give him the right to sit with Me on My throne, just as I also won the victory and sat down with My Father on His throne.

II. The verse that made an impact for me today, is in verse 11, "

  I am coming quickly. Hold on to what you have, so that no one takes your crown."

It has been 5 years since I have been reincarnated in this world and from all the information I can gather I have come to the conclusion that I am the same age as Chen Xi the MC of this world which he would no longer be after I take his cheat away.
I have the identity of the Crown Prince of the Darchu Dynasty and the only son of strongest man and best armament refiner of the Darchu Dynasty .
I have about 11 years to take the Jade Pendant which houses The Fuxi Manor form Chen Xi that is not the difficult part the actual problem consists of the mark his mother left on the jade pendant I
must find a way around it with the help of the system.
And last but no the least The Void System which I can say is outright cheating. It has every thing of the worlds which are  unlocked right now and I have to say this that I got lucky with my starter pack it helped me get some of the most costly items out there in the novel verse.
I have started to practice the three techniques and God knows they are Godly .

I obtained QianKun Sword in one of the system lucky draws but it only can ot as an quasi- imortal artifact instead of in it's peak state like the ones from the beginners pack.
The Decivers Vile was also obtained from lucky draw does the work of hiding me from Divinations and also stopping others from seeing through me , it gives me a kind of immeasurable feeling.
The Void compass is the most OP thing in my inventory it points to any thing I desire , I mean literally anything suppose I want a treasure I just have to feed it my thoughts and it will give me exact coordinates . It even makes traveling to other fiction worlds possible if given enough Void Points.
