I wake up to warmth. Not the kind that causes you to sweat, but just the right temperature to make you feel comfortable and blissful. Kaleb decided to text his boyfriend and tell him about the pregnancy. They always wanted to get pregnant but it never seemed to happen. Until now.

"I will take the day off tomorrow, so that I can go to the appointment with you. I would never miss this for the world. I love you and our tiny baby growing inside of you." Josh replied, which made Kaleb cry a little. He was lucky to have such an amazing man in his life.

"It's 7:45 at the hospital." Kaleb sent the message and set his phone on the table next to the bed. He still couldn't believe that he was pregnant.

The next morning came by quickly and Kaleb was sitting beside his boyfriend at the hospital.

"Are you nervous?" Josh asked softly and grabbed Kaleb's hand. He shook his head slightly and rubbed his boyfriend's hand.

"I'm alright. I am just excited about being pregnant and all. " Kaleb says with excitement.

"Kaleb Jones. " A young nurse called out and Kaleb stood up with Josh. They followed behind the nurse into a small room. "Let's get this started. I want you to get into this gown. After that, lay down across that bed and put your feet on the rails. " The lady says softly and handed him a paper gown to put on. "I will be back in a moment." Then she turned around and left the room.

Kaleb stripped down naked and got into the gown. He laid down on the tiny bed and set his feet on the foot rails.  Shortly the nurse came back in with an ultrasound machine. She set everything up and pulled Kaleb's gown up. The nurse rubbed her hand against his flat belly and pressed a bit harder. Then rubbed cold gel around and placed the wand on his belly. The nurse moved the wand around and pointed to the screen. "That's your baby. You won't be able to see it now but you are pregnant." The nurse says happily and pulled his gown down after cleaning the gel off his stomach. "Come back in two months for another ultrasound and check up. Okay? Take it easy young man."

Kaleb smiled widely and nodded. "Thank you ma'am. I appreciate it and see you in two months." He says, dressing back into his clothes before hugging Josh. It was official. 

Pregnancy in men is much more complicated than when women are pregnant. A man only has a tiny hole in his private and would make natural birth difficult. A C-section would be a much better choice and won't be as painful as a natural birth. In the 1900's in Australia a young man was found to be pregnant. "This is our baby and it deserves to have a life. I will do anything to bring this child to life."

In the third month of the pregnancy, Kaleb's belly began to grow and that only made him even happier to see his child grow inside of him. They were back at the hospital for a check up and to see the progress of the baby. He was laying on the bed in that paper gown again and his legs were spread out for the nurse to check things out.

"I hope you're doing well, Mr. Jones." The lady says, putting on gloves and stood at the end of the bed. She looked between Kaleb's legs and placed her fingers into his private, only to see if he was able to give natural birth. 

"I am doing well. I felt the baby kick a few times throughout the night. " He says and rubbed his belly.

"Great, I am happy for you. It looks like everything down here is good. Which means you can give natural birth. Now the next thing I need to do is an ultrasound." The nurse says, throwing away the gloves and putting on fresh ones. She pulled Kaleb's gown up and rubbed some gel across his growing belly. Then ran the wand around. "That's your baby! It's growing very good and looks like it's healthy." The nurse smiled softly and cleaned his stomach before pulling the gown down. 

"Come back in another month for another checkup and to know the gender of your baby!"

Kaleb nods softly and changed back into his clothes. He placed a hand on his small baby bump and felt his baby kick which made him smile. Through the next two weeks, his belly expanded and he looked six months pregnant. He waddled across the house with his hands on his belly. Kaleb was shirtless since his clothes became to small for him as his belly continued to grow. When the fifth month came, he was back at the hospital and the same nurse was there. The nurse looked shocked to see his belly so big.

"Your belly has grown since the last time that I've seen you!" She says, rubbing her hands across his bump and began the ultrasound. "Mm...this explains a lot. You are pregnant with triplets." She says, looking over at Kaleb who's face went pale. He was pregnant with triplets?

"This is such a surprise! I'm pregnant with three babies!" He says in excitement.

The nurse nods softly. "All boys!" She says, smiling at the pregnant man. "Your due date is in December. Four months from today."

Kaleb thanked the nurse and went home to tell his boyfriend. They had to prepare for three babies and that was going to be difficult. 

It was close to December, Kaleb was already having strong contractions and was already dilating very quickly.  He was laying in the bed at the hospital and the pain became agonizing. The nurse was preparing everything for the young man to give birth. She had spread his legs wide apart, pointing his knees to the ceiling. Another nurse had pulled up his gown, placing a monitor across his large belly. 

Josh rubbed Kaleb's hand and whispered soothing words to him. After getting Kaleb into a comfortable position, the nurse placed two fingers into his private and nodded to another nurse. 

"You are fully dilated. It's time to start pushing." The woman says, looking between Kaleb's legs. "When you start having a contraction, I want you to start pushing."

Kaleb nodded, suddenly feeling a strong contraction and knew that he needed to start pushing. He leaned forward, pressing his chin to his chest and started pushing. The pain was unbearable and he could only scream. His opening began to stretch, as bodily fluids gushing out.

"You are doing well!" The nurse says softly and rubbed his knee. "Push!"

Kaleb bared his butt down on the bed and pushed. His face turning solid red as sweat started to drip down his face. The pain was horrible and his private only swelled with pressure. The nurse grabbed her medical tools and set them on the table.

"Relax and take a deep breathe. On the next contraction, I want you to push hard. Okay?"

Kaleb laid back and breathed deeply. As he felt another contraction begin, he started to push hard and cried in pain.

"The head is crowning! Give me a big push and the head will be out."

Kaleb eyes widen as the pain grew stronger and he gave a huge push. Suddenly he felt a pop and knew the baby's head was out.

"The baby's head is out. " The woman says, placing a hand underneath the baby's head. ""You are doing amazing. On the next contraction, give me a hard push."

Kaleb takes a deep breathe and began to push along with the contraction. The baby's shoulders slides through the tiny hole of his private and then the baby fell into the nurses waiting hands. Cries filled the room and Kaleb sighed in relief. He gave birth to his first baby.

He was in labor for twelve hours and had been giving birth for three hours. All three babies were born.

Josh kisses his boyfriend's face all over and was so proud of him. "You just gave birth naturally to all three of our babies. I am so proud of you!"

Kaleb smiled, extremely exhausted and had drifted off to sleep once he was done giving birth.

Li Jinnan was nudged twice, but it didn't seem like he had any intention of opening his eyes at all. Ye Youyou lifted his arms in a bid to move him atop the bed. 
His lips smiled ever so slightly. With a quick movement of his arm, he had her trapped in his embrace. She had not expected him to do that, so she was caught unaware in his arms.

With that, she put in more effort in her struggle to push him off. But, she was no match for Li Jinnan's strength. He didn't even budge.
Li Jinnan flipped over and had her pinned under his body. He leaned his head on her shoulder. As he suddenly opened his eyes, his gaze was shockingly bright under the glow of the night light. In a hoarse and low voice, he asked, "Then, should I lie down atop you instead?"
Ye Youyou had no idea if it was due to shock or some other factor, but her heartbeat began to speed up.
Li Jinnan leaned his face closer in. He shifted his body a little to rearrange his position before saying, "It's actually quite comfortable."
"You…" Ye Youyou was about to say more, but before she could continue, she saw darkness engulf her vision.
