Hi, my name is Caitlyn Rivers. My life is just like any other student — school, study, rest and repeat. If there was one thing I would say was different from others, it would be that I am obsessed with reading. So much so that I have my own library; A total of 36 books. All my most favourite romance titles. 

Okay, maybe calling 36 books a library was exaggerating it a bit, but in my heart, it is the most awesome library. It even comes with my very own movie theater... Of 10 movies. But I bought them all with my own allowance! I am absolutely proud of my collection... But only at home. It's not that I don't want to show it off to others, but when you get too immersed talking about your hobby? Sometimes, mean people talk, and words do in fact hurt. 

Even so, I love reading them. I love watching them too! Novels, movies, even Japanese shoujo manga. I love immersing my thoughts into their worlds, dreaming about being the heroine of the story, finding my own love. 

One thing I never understood from them, was why the second leads are always just... Second. They are clearly just as handsome as the main lead, they are definitely much more approachable than the main leads, and some of them are even more perfect! If I were the heroines, I would definitely pick them.

At least, I wished real life worked as easily as the heroines in these stories. Too bad I'm much too introverted, much too shy to even be able to approach boys like that. But I've decided that this year, will be the year that I will try to make some friends of my own for once and maybe even find my own love in the process. Hopefully, with a new and improved mindset, I can finish high school with a bang!

[SORRY ABOUT THE DELAY] 

Right now I was in my room, which had finally been enchanted with rune's and charm's which i had learned in America, and I must say that it really is beautiful, I mean it's literally like another world in here. The room had been enlarged to make it 2 time's as large, I could've made it bigger but it wasn't really necessary. The wall's have been enchanted to display a forest and it really is amazing, the rune's I've used make it seem as though you are actually in a forest. The ceiling had also been enchanted to make it seem like a the night sky with  star's and planet's. Honestly I really wanted to show her this, I still haven't even showed her my brief case. Her gobsmacked face would truly be worth it...hehe...maybe I might even get some reward's, "insert perverted face" .

As I lay on the bed, I realized that the animagus potion had taken affect, as during the past two week's, I've felt that my magic was like a ravaging ocean, it was unsettling, my magical power grew and became more concentrated, it took most of my will to keep it in check. I really didn't have to focus on my animagus as I knew that the first would obviously be a wolf... the dragon that would take time, as I still wasn't ready.  I knew that I would soon transform, the thought really excited me. 

But I was once again distracted by my thought's from the conversation that I had with Snape, a few day's back.

A week or so after the Christmas holiday's had begun, Snape called me into his office. Thinking it was a matter regarding my apprenticeship, I made my way there in a long time as I had taken a small break due to me becoming somewhat of a master in potion's, and also considering the fact that I had to spend most of my time before the holiday's, teaching Daphne about potion's and spell's and charm's in the room of requirement's as the incident with the boggart made me realize that she needed to be able to protect herself, as I couldn't always be there, anything could happen and she needed a way to defend herself. 

And boy was she amazing, in her studies she probably even out ranked Hermione, dueling wise she might even be able to handle a fourth year student, her hex's were particularly nasty, especially toward's the male's, shiver's went down my spine as I thought about the time I had annoyed her so much during a practice match, that she had then aimed every hex she knew at my little brother. With an icy glare that might've sent him to a permanent coma, never to rise again. *Shiver*, she really was scary when she's angry.

Though by practicing with her I realized that she was much more attuned to be a healer, as she really was a genius in this category due to her amazing patience and precise control of her magic, I suggested her to take an apprenticeship with the nurse and she really was happy that I supported her decision, as normally it was seemed lesser of a noble heir to become a healer, "That's just bullshit", I told her when she explained this to me and I must say I certainly enjoyed the joyful, beautiful smile and the amazing reward's that followed.
 
Getting out of my stupor, I walked into Snape's office, I was greeted by him and he gave me a rare smile and gestured me to sit. He stared at me for few moment's, it was silent and quite weird, not gonna lie, you really can never get used to his stare's, they make you feel like you got molested.. It's as though his gaze was creeping into you, trying to gouge out your deepest, darkest secret's.

Anyway, after staring at me for a few moment's he released a sigh and asked me, "Orion, these past few week's....the incident with the dementor's...the boggart...what's going on? I am your teacher, and your master...I can help you", he said with a stoic expression, but in a worried tone, and one full of compassion and concern, something he rarely if ever showed, in fact I think this is the first time I've ever seen him showing this much emotion.

Seeing that I wasn't going to talk he released an exasperated sigh ,and told me about his past, no not the love and shit like that but his past of abuse and how he could only survive due to the love of his mother and a special friend. He only told me of his life before Hogwart's and though he didn't mention the name of his friend, I knew it was lily potter, but didn't say anything as I knew better.

He was basically trying to show his compassion to me to open me up. And boy did the guy have a depressing childhood, the dude was only able to survive his abusive father due to his mother's love and also thank's to his friendship with Lily, and since lily was his first friend, it was what caused him to treasure her so much, to love her so much. The man truly didn't deserve his past, it was bad...though, well not as bad as mine.

Since he had opened up a bit to me, I did the same and boy was he surprised, after hearing about my life story, till the part I got adopted by Ollivander, he was silent, quite surprised by my past, my parent's. And dare I say I saw tear's in the man's eye's. I was quite surprised but I guess he would be one of the people who could perhaps understand what it meant to be betrayed by family. How it meant to be betrayed by the very one's that were meant to love you.

Since it was too emotional and kind of awkward, I decided to quickly leave, though before I left , I did decide to say something that might help him. Looking back at the teary eyed man who gazed at me with worry, sorrow and even compassion, the same man that was said to be an emotionless and cruel man, devoid of emotion's. 

Looking at him, I said, "Life is truly painful, Living is even worse...especially for men like us, the one's who walk through and have lived nightmare's...but you know...sometimes...you got to find you purpose...Something meaningful, someone...meaningful....And I surprisingly found mine, quite early, someone so amazing, so pure. I love her, she is my everything, for she is my purpose...for in her smile I see something more beautiful than even the stars....and to protect that smile I would burn this world." I said with a bit of a smile thinking of my Queen, whilst unknowingly making the air colder, and increase the pressure . Snape looked at me with a mixture of emotion's, from surprise, to pain and perhaps even understanding. Leaving him in his thought's, I quickly left the room. Though I knew that an old-fart was listening in on our conversation.

As Orion had left the room, Dumbledore appeared before Snape, said man was looking at Dumbledore with a pained expressions as tear's fell down his face. Dumbledore, looked at him with o small amount of pain and sadness, and said, " I truly am sorry my boy...you have suffered...and you mostly likely will continue to suffer. But, as young Orion said, perhaps it's time you found your purpose". Snape glared at Dumbledore in rage and fury, "Who's fault is it? Who's fault is it that I suffer? Whos??", asked Snape angrily, his magic going rampant, glaring at the older man in rage and hate, whilst said older man looked sad and quilty, even ashamed.

After an unknown time, Snape said in a rather depressed and hopless tone, " I am to far gone Albus...to far.....". Dumbledore with tear's in his eye's could only look at the man whose life he had unknowingly destroyed.

I haven't visited Snape since that talk as I found out that he had left school for a supposed vacation, he might've gone to think over what I said or may have token about it with Dumbledore. Whatever the case, I really hope that the man get's over his pain, as if any one deserve 's love, it's that man. A man who fought a lone war in memory of a girl whom he loved and yet left him for his greatest enemy.

Think about it, it was one word that broke Snape and Lily's relationship, one word, and no reconciliation, neither of them fixed it. Lily knew hi best, Lily knew of what he was becoming, a death eater and yet she help him, she didn't do enough. She choose James over him, breaking his heart, his soul-the final push that made him become a death eater, Dumbledore's spy. And in end..we have a dead man, a man who is still obsessed with the same girl to the point where he protect's her child, living a life where he could easily die, all for her, all for his memory for. He truly does deserve a chance at love.

Speaking of love, I really couldn't help but think of Daphne, her dying or even in pain would easily break me, the boggart incident easily proved it. I could very well lose my sanity, burning this world in flames, in madness if I'd lost her. The very thought grip's my heart, tearing it apart, weakening me. I can barely breath whenever I see the image of her corpse I saw in the boggart. I need strength, unparalleled, and untouchable. I need power for her sake, for our sake, just so that I could gaze upon that beautiful smile every waking moment of my life, just so that I can embrace her warmth, her *chuckle* icy warmth.

With those thought's I made my way back to the Room of Requirement's, to become stronger. For life I would be stronger, for love, and for her.

School vacation's have almost ended but F#$k that, right now I am in the forest near the lake,  looking at the lake and infront of me I see a creature an enormous on at that, a beast, one that would only appear in one's worst and darkest nightmare's, an embodiment of fear. A beast of fear.

A beast with fur black as the night, claw's like sword's, teeth that could easily tear into anything. And Blood red eye's that shine through the night, haunting you, giving you the sense of death, of fear, the sense that you are nothing.....nothing more than prey in it's eye's. The sense of hopelessness. 

Yes, ladies and gentle men, I have finally done it...I have become an animagus.
