My future schedule is as follows.

Today (May 2)... Into the detention room. You can call in the duty lawyer after today. There is only one chance.

Tomorrow (May 3)... Go to the district prosecutor's office, to be questioned by the prosecutor. Depending on the outcome, a trial will be decided. If the prosecutor judges it is necessary and the court recognizes it, I will be held for a further 10 to 20 days. Once in custody, family members are allowed to visit me.

After the trial, the middle aged man took me to the fourth floor. The whole of that floor is the detention room and its associated facilities. He handed me over to the uniformed police.

There's some work to be done before we get into the jail. In addition to taking photos, body tests and taking fingerprints, I also took swabs from my mouth, DNA was taken and a physical examination conducted in the form of underwear.

Then the police quietly explained to me the rules of the detention room. The room is only allowed to bring in the necessary minimum.

I didn't have to change into a prisoner's uniform, just wear the clothes when I came in. But the belt and shoes were taken away. They gave me slippers instead.

Then I was taken to the shelf and told that I could choose three books to read in the room. I was rather surprised that I can read books here. In addition to library books and cartoons, there are several books laws. I chose two manga and Law books.

I thought that if I could read a book, I could also listen to music, so I tried to ask if I could play music, but it was not permitted.

When it was over, the police took me to my cell. 

There are already two people inside. I don't know why I imagined the cell to be a private room, but I didn't expect I need to live with others. I was disappointed. I don't have the confidence to get along with the other suspects.

The policeman unlocked the door. It was a dirty room with no windows and six mats on the floor.

Two people sitting on the mats turned to look at me at the same time. Both are teenagers, and this may be a special room for teenagers.

One looks like a gangster.

The other was wearing glasses and looked like an honest teenager who felt like he was on my side. What was his crime?

"New arrival, take care of him!" The police said.

"Behind that partition is the toilet," said the policeman, pointing to the partition in the back of the room.

"Well, what did you get arrested for?" the glasses guy whispered to me.

"Sorry, I don't want to talk about it."

"Oh, yes, that's right. I'm sorry."

"Never mind."

The silence lasted for some time. I was about to say something to soften the blow, glasses guy and I spoke at the same time:

"But I have no problem in saying why I was arrested."

Without waiting for an answer, he began. 

"I'm a college student. Because of the project, I went back late yesterday. Then walk in the night road, suddenly there was a policeman came to me asking me questions. I was so angry that I said, no, I don't want to answer anything and I wanted to leave. Then the police radioed for backup, and in an instant five men surrounded me and check my belongings. They found a screwdriver and that's why I got arrested."

There are two questions.

"Why were you arrested for a screwdriver?"

"I see. But why are you carrying a screwdriver?"

"When painting, you need to remove the nails that hold the canvas and wood frame together, and a screwdriver is used for that. So I brought it from my house. I didn't know it was against the law. No, of course not. Well, what happens after that?" sighed the glasses. "that young detective said, 'you have the right to hire a lawyer,' but I don't know any lawyer, and a poor student can't afford a consulting fee."

Xiang Wan felt a broken spider web looming above her head.
Standing in front of a pile of messed up spider silks, someone requested her to clear it strand by strand.
That someone was Bai Muchuan, the detective whose working style was "a little nervous" in Xiang Wan's novel.
In order to complete the task of publishing the next chapter before dawn, Xiang Wan got herself a cup of coffee.
Thereafter, she sat in the office of the 720 Special Task Force, feeling refreshed and energetic.
The office was brightly lit that night.
There were a lot of detectives who was working late into the night just like her.
Xiang Wan could feel the hardship of the detectives, as well as gaining a first hand experience of how a detective works. Hence, when she wrote this part of the plot, she could do it with ease.

Upon completion, she vet her story one more time and felt satisfied with herself.
After the document was sent to Bai Muchuan, she suddenly felt a whim to send him an SMS.
Xiang Wan: "Detective Bai, is your unit recruiting external consultants?"
Bai Muchuan: "?"
He glanced over casually and replied to the text.
The office was very quiet, so the two of them had tacitly chosen to message each other.

In the beginning, Xiang Wan waited for updates everyday and looked forward to the end of her idol's novel. But now… she no longer hoped for Second Young Master Mu to end his book.
She was worried that her lazy idol would not start a new book if the current book ended.
After all, her lazy idol only managed to write around two million words in three years; Xiang Wan had good reasons to believe that he would stop writing a new book.
And if the worst happened, she would lose a source of inspiration!
Bai Muchuan tilted his head to glance at her. This time, he did not choose to text her but directly made a comment in her face. "You have too much free time."

After Xiang Wan published the chapter, she looked at Bai Muchuan who was sitting in front of the computer, looking solemn and seemingly busy with something. She didn't want to disturb him so she opened her review and comments page.
The now tepid novel "Murder The Dream Guy" had recently gained a lot of new readers.
Some of them were even male readers.
They objectively expressed their views—the novel was written poorly.
At the same time, they were also amazed at the latest two chapters she updated. They commented that the author adopted a novelty direction in writing as she obviously knew about Zhao Jiahang's case and deliberately "borrowed the real life case to make conjectures". The details of the case was written vividly. The characters seemed to come alive as if they had a soul. Regardless if the author was right on mark for the case or not, at least the author was very creative.
Most of the comments were positive.
There were also a small number of people with dark thoughts who still held the belief that the author herself was the murderer or prime suspect. They felt that the author was plotting something big. Someone said that the author must be crazy over pretty boys as the words used to describe the striking, gorgeous Officer Gu Yusheng were filled with romantic desires—that led to the comment section being flooded with numerous replies which stacked one after another. If the replies to the comment were buildings, that comment would have been a really tall building.
"So, are we shipping Rong Xiaonuan and Gu Yusheng?"
"… Why do I feel that the 'wise and brilliant' Detective Fang Yelan is sexier and appeals more to me? I ship FangRong."
"FangRong? Why not ship [1]Fang Tai instead? Rong Xiaonuan is so idiotic and cute, Officer Gu should be the best match for her, okay?"
Xiang Wan continued to look at the comments. "…"
The readers of romance fiction were really adorable.
They could actually come up with a romance plot by themselves from a complicated and confusing homicide story; their mind must be full of pink bubbles…
The book reviews and comment section was booming with activity.
However, this was considered "fake" popularity as the current sensation and liveliness was because of the criminal case.
The curious masses had brought along traffic, however, the number of new subscriptions to her novel "Murder The Dream Guy"—was still dismal!
No choice. If one did a random search on the internet, one could find a lot of pirated sites. She could not stop anyone from reading her latest updates from a pirated website. Furthermore, the readers who read pirated material did not have any guilt in doing so. Such was the social environment, although upsetting, she could do nothing about it.
Huang He happened to see Xiang Wan yawning when he came into the office. "Teacher Xiang, you're tired?"
People were accustomed to addressing those who deal with literature as "teacher". Huang He only came to understand online Chinese literature upon coming in contact with the case. Thus, he followed this practice of addressing Xiang Wan as Teacher Xiang.
However, as an author who had written three books—three of which did terribly—and now on her fourth book, she felt she was not so worthy of that form of address.
She smiled as she shook her head, feeling embarrassed as she rubbed away her tears from the yawn.
"Are you so busy every day?" she asked.
"Not really," Huang He chortled, "in a year or so, we'll still get some days off occasionally."

Xiang Wan saw Huang He walking up to Bai Muchuan and tried to speak in a murmur. "Boss, your family sent supper over!"
According to Xiang Wan's observation, the actual detectives were rather different from what was portrayed in movies and television dramas. She saw that the detectives were all males. So far, she had not seen a female detective that was on Bai Muchuan's fieldworks team.
When a bunch of men gathered together, they would just make do with their daily meals. They would eat everyday at their canteen or order takeouts, even Detective Bai who owned a seven-digit limited edition watch, was no exception to that.
Therefore, when Nanny Li came into their office with piping hot supper, the whole office of 720 task force was seething with excitement.

He remained on his seat and swept a gloomy glance across the office. "Is this still an office?"

Translator Review:
This is a novel encompassed with mystery, ethics, family ties, and romance. Of course, the highlights of this book are the murder cases. 
Although it’s a modern setup where none of the characters have a system or any other cheats, the Author managed to delight me with her writing, creative plots and a good pace without dragging her story. 
I marvel at the way the Author links up the clues and plot to explain the individual cases as well as paving the way to unravel the huge conspiracy behind the individual murders. Romantic plots are light-hearted so readers could take a breather from the plots of gruesome murders.

INT. - GERRI'S CAR to OPHELIA AGENCY - NIGHT

Kinsey sat silently in the passenger's seat of Gerri's Charger, just grateful they were parked when the detective took Ray's call. Bad enough she was trapped in the front with Gerri's bheast trying to beat its way through her body and let loose, but if they'd been driving, Kinsey was sure they'd have caused a massive pile up by now.
As it was, she found herself placing a wall of power between her and Gerri, a subtle thing that came from instinct. She could have used her ability to calm the detective, to prematurely end her fit of anger. But, Kinsey made herself an unspoken promise shortly after discovering what her grandmother did to her. That she would never use her power against others unless her life depended on it. And though Gerri's fit would have been terrifying to anyone else, Kinsey was sure her friend would never hurt her.
Okay, was reasonably sure. The little wall of separation-meant to cut Gerri's bheast off if it came Kinsey's way-was just in case.
It only took Gerri a few minutes to pull herself together. She was panting and sweating by the end of it. Kinsey watched her lean forward, resting her forehead on the steering wheel, breathing through her open mouth, knuckles white.
"Holy shit, Kins," the detective whispered. "I'm losing control of this thing."
The wolf around her faded suddenly, as though sensing Gerri's fear of it. Kinsey exhaled softly, reaching over at last, letting the wall drop as she squeezed the redhead's knee.
"It's going to be okay," she said, meaning it.
Gerri turned her head, green eyes afraid. "Is it? You're sure?"
Kinsey nodded. "I won't let it take you over," she said. Okay, so she'd never use her power on another unless it meant saving her own life or saving Gerri. And Ray. Exceptions accepted.
It seemed to be enough for Gerri who leaned back, shaking a bit, licking her lips. "You got the gist of what Ray said?"
"Something about time of death." Kinsey barely heard the conversation, just snippets as Gerri held the phone out so Kinsey could catch a few words.
"Was off by an hour. MacIntosh died at 11PM."
"So, whose alibi is shot with that information?" Kinsey tried to guide Gerri to the bright side. This might give them the break they needed.
Gerri grunted softly, shook her head. Pulled out her notebook. And grinned suddenly. Wickedly. "Well, what do you know? We have a winner."
She drove off before Kinsey could ask her who their target was. But she didn't think she needed to. And as they pulled up a few minutes later outside Ophelia Agency, she was gratified to know she was right.
Donald Ipps's secretary was nowhere in sight, the place dark and closed for the evening. But the whirring sound from inside his office said someone was home. Gerri pushed her way inside, Kinsey right behind her, catching him in the act of shredding documents.
"Hey there, Donald," Gerri said in her brightest voice, a warning for Kinsey things were about to get ugly. "Have a few questions for you."
She wasn't expecting him to leap to his feet with a gun in his hands. Though she wasn't surprised when Gerri drew just as quickly, stepping in front of Kinsey. She almost tsked in frustration, though the logical part of her knew she should be afraid of a man with a gun pointed in her direction.
"Don't be stupid," Gerri said. "Put it down, Donald."
Kinsey peeked around the detective's shoulder, her Nightshade power reading the panic in him, her ears picking it up easily as he spoke in a cracking voice.
"It wasn't supposed to happen this way." One trembling hand held the gun, the other a pile of papers he dangled over the now silent shredder. "We could have kept this up indefinitely. That fucking asshole, he ruined everything."
"Zed?" Kinsey didn't mean to speak, even as Gerri's shoulders twitched in answer to her interruption. But Donald just shook his head.
"Malcolm." The name came out like a growl. "Zed and I were going to work things out. I was willing to phase him into a new deal. But he got greedy."
Gerri laughed. "Wanting recognition for his own work, greedy." She shifted, settling into her stance. Kinsey had seen her shoot enough to know she would pull the trigger if he made her. "That's rich."
"You have no idea how cutthroat this business is." Donald's short retort lost steam a second later. "Those two assholes would have ruined me."
"I guess you weren't on a call to Australia at 11PM last night. So why not kill Zed instead of Malcolm?" Gerri took a slow step forward.
"Eliminate the golden goose?" Donald shook his head with a rough laugh. "When Zed could write five or six more books and attribute them to MacIntosh post mortem? We'd make billions."
Lives ruined over money and reputation. Kinsey was hardly surprised, but it didn't make it any less tragic.
"I didn't mean to kill him." Donald crumpled slightly, gun wavering. Kinsey caught the barely perceptible loosening of Gerri's stance, prep for a dive forward. She was going to take a run at him as soon as the gun was clear. "But the fucking moron thought he could write. When Zed gave us his ultimatum, MacIntosh laughed. Said he'd write the books from now on." His eyes took on a desperate expression. "He would have destroyed me."
The gun shifted down again, Donald seemingly lost in his despair. Kinsey stayed back, out of the way, as Gerri's tall body lunged forward. The agent didn't try to defend himself, dropping the gun as she hit him hard. He collapsed into his chair, Gerri reaching for her cuffs as he began to weep.

Friday, just one day before his big date with Laney, there was another damn fire. Zach swore a blue streak to himself as he stared at the charred trash pile in the middle of the high school's landscaping shed.
The building was mostly vacant due to summer vacation, but some of the staff were still in the building getting things squared away before the end of the year. One of those was the head groundskeeper, who'd been out mowing the baseball and football fields. He'd come back just in time to put out the fire before it caught any of the walls or, worse yet, the stored cans of gasoline.
Once again, Lester Greene was quick to point the finger at Parker and Jacob, though again, no one had gotten a good look at anyone who shouldn't have been on the property. This time, though, the department's sole crime scene tech found fingerprints on the one empty gas can the groundskeeper couldn't identify as belonging to the school.
"Shannon, I think you should wait back at the office," Detective Jennings said with a frown. "People aren't coming out and saying it yet, but there've been hints that you're helping cover things up for the Burroughs boy."
"That's crap, and you know it." Zach had told the other detective about the threatening letters to Laney and Parker, even had her log them in as evidence. A new letter from this morning had been added - Zach had taken to stopping by the library on his lunch hour to check.
"I know." Marla sighed, but she held her ground. "But you're too close to this. Let me run with it. I promise not to be bulldozed into anything. Okay?"
Reluctantly, he nodded. "Check with Miss Mamie first. She's been trying to keep the boys busy at the library to make sure someone could speak for their whereabouts. Earlier this morning, she had them painting the storerooms in the basement." The old librarian had come through for Laney, agreeing immediately to the plan Zach had suggested.
"Will do," she assured him. "You might want to have a chat with the boss - see if he can talk Ralph into backing off on this. I think Ralph sees it as the one last big case before he retires. He wants it closed, like, yesterday. Maybe your old man can get him to chill."
"I shouldn't, but I will." Zach pondered the problem as he drove back to the station.
When Marla Jennings walked into the library, Laney could tell by the look on her face she hadn't come to check out a book.
"What can I do for you, Detective?" Laney set aside the DVD's she'd been sorting and stood as the deputy walked up to the counter.
"I need to know if your nephew Parker and Jacob Riley are here at the library, Ms. Burroughs." At least, her smile was slightly apologetic. Laney understood. She was only doing her job. She wondered if Zach had been too chicken to come himself.
Laney crooked a finger at the page shelving books nearby and left the counter as the page took her place. She turned toward the back of the library. "Follow me, please."
Without argument, Marla fell into step behind her. They didn't speak a word as Laney led the other woman through the back section of the first floor and down the stairs to the children's department. Back behind the shelves was a small room filled with beanbags and other chairs, so moms could read to their little ones, or older kids could curl up with a book. Once a week they held story-time here for toddlers. Miss Mamie had decided yesterday that the room needed a new coat of bright yellow paint.
The entire floor of the room was covered by a clear plastic tarp, which was now liberally spattered with yellow paint. Parker stood on a stepladder, with a small brush, painting the edge of the wall around the ceiling molding, marked off with blue painter's tape. Jacob used a roller to fill in large sections of the opposite wall. In the center, Gabe Gonzales, the custodian, painted a bookshelf in bright, contrasting red. Miss Mamie perched on a stool just outside the danger zone, supervising with a knowing grin.
"Detective, how kind of you to stop by." Mamie stood and extended her hand to Marla. "What can we do for you today?"
"I see you've got yourself a couple of good workers," Marla noted, nodding at the boys. "How long have they been here working?"
"Since nine this morning." Her voice was sweet and civil, but her bright eyes glared daggers at the detective. "Is there a problem? I assure you, no child labor laws are being broken. They're here on a purely volunteer basis."
Laney hovered nearby as Marla questioned Miss Mamie about lunch, about whether the boys had been continuously supervised, about whether either of them had left at any time. Gabe corroborated Miss Mamie's statement. Between the two of them, Parker and Jacob hadn't been left a lone for a moment. And the whole crew had shared pizza for lunch in the staff lounge. Once again, the boys were well and truly in the clear. On the way back upstairs, Marla admitted to Laney that yes, there had been another fire.
"This one was in the school's landscaping shed. If the gas cans stored there had exploded, well, it could have turned deadly. A prosecutor could try this one as attempted murder."
Laney shook her head. "I understand that. What I don't understand is why nobody is even looking at any other suspects. All you have against Parker and Jacob is hearsay - from people who don't like them and want to see them hurt. Why would the police believe people like that?"
"Because even though we try not to let it, money talks." Marla bit her lip and leaned a shoulder against the hallway wall. "That's right!" Cheng Lingfei nodded in approval. "As expected of Detective Zhao's police lover, you are right! Indeed, I went overboard. My original intention was to use Yang Zebiao's DNA to confuse you, so you wouldn't be able to see the real motive. Otherwise, when Wu Fangfang and Jiang Ke's photos appeared it would have been too obvious there was a conspiracy going on."
"Of course, I'll admit that I was also trying to provoke you," Cheng Lingfei said, looking straight at Zhao Yu. "Didn't Detective Zhao already arrest Jiang Ke? Didn't Detective Zhao already solve the Demon case? Isn't Detective Zhao known as the unsolved case master? Alright, here's Yang Zebiao's DNA, come and get me!"
F*ck… Zhao Yu was at a loss and frowned. Who would have known the situation was so complicated?
"But as it turns out, I ended up implicating myself…" Cheng Lingfei said coldly. "Everything I did was based on the assumption that you would die in the explosion on the bridge, so from my point of view it was a good decision!"
That's right! Zhao Yu recalled that it was indeed Yang Zebiao's DNA that threw the entire investigation off course. If not for the DNA, he would have sent a few men to interrogate Jiang Ke upon discovering the photos, and he wouldn't have gone to Yao Ming himself. But the appearance of Yang Zebiao gave Zhao Yu hope that he would be able to solve the Rural Cooperatives Homicide Case, and looking at the bigger picture, he personally went to interrogate Jiang Ke. This caused him to fall into Cheng Lingfei's trap.
"Although looking at it now, Jiang Ke's prison break was still considered a failure. When I found out that Cao Sifen sent men to capture Jiang Ke, and that there had been an explosion at the seafood market, I realized that I had to start making new plans! It's a shame. I thought luck was still on my side and refused to let go of the empire that I had so painstakingly built. Despite knowing that Jiang Ke's investors had already been arrested, I was still obsessed with that huge fire, hoping it would erase all the evidence," Cheng Lingfei said, looking at Zhao Yu and sighing with resentment. "Argh! If I had known that you didn't die then, I would have definitely left!"
Ha… Zhao Yu broke into a cold sweat. Looking back, it was ingenious of him to stay low and play dead. If not, he would never have been able to investigate Cheng Lingfei and she would have been long gone by then! "This is called karma!" Miao Ying chimed in. "Tell us about your escape plans!"
Cheng Lingfei had no qualms and immediately continued her story, talking about how she had needed a helicopter and a ship to smuggle herself abroad. Upon reaching her destination, she had planned for her network to assist her. Everything had been thought out well in advance.
Judging by her honest confession, Zhao Yu could tell that Cheng Lingfei had completely given up. He decided to take this chance and find out exactly what had happened with each murder. Wu Fangfang had been killed by the female killer, He Yubing, with a hammer. The murders of Cao Sifen, Tao Wenming, and the person who poisoned Yu Fusheng, were all Cheng Lingfei's doing. As for the huge fire, it was a joint effort between Liu Guangxin and He Yubing. After a large number of questions, the interrogation was nearly complete. The remaining minor details could wait until the police station.
"Anyway, my mother, Jiang Er, and Ah Biao are all innocent. All these cases had nothing to do with them. The revenge I've sought all these years has been carried out now, and all those who deserve justice have been punished!" Cheng Lingfei said with the same cold expression. "Being caught by the police was also expected, so don't worry, I'll cooperate and tell you everything. Not just my stories, I also know some interesting secrets related to both the government and the commercial world. I think I will be dragging a lot of people down with me. Ha! Since so many people are accompanying me to the grave, it's still a win for me!" Cheng Lingfei let out a chilling laugh.
"Cheng Lingfei…" Miao Ying said seriously. "I have one last question that I really want to know the answer to…"
"Ask away!" Cheng Lingfei said indifferently.
"When you close your eyes, do you ever see Xie Mengqin's daughter?" Miao Ying asked, staring at Cheng Lingfei. When she heard this, Cheng Lingfei's face tightened up and twitched.
"Really, not even once?" Miao Ying continued in an icy tone. "You shot a six-year-old girl with your own hands. Doesn't it weigh on your conscious? Do you not feel any remorse? When you fired the gun, did you see the fear on her face?"
"That…" Cheng Lingfei trembled slightly, seemingly embarrassed.
Miao Ying pressed on. "You keep talking about your revenge, but have you ever thought about it from another point of view? What if Jiang Er was the one who had been shot to death?"
"No! No!" Cheng Lingfei shouted agitatedly. "Stop talking, stop talking!"
"You have caused the deaths of so many people, have you never thought about how you've become a homicidal maniac?" Miao Ying continued. "Have you ever thought about the people you've killed and their families? Or their loved ones?"
"Stop talking! They all deserved it!" Cheng Lingfei said, getting more agitated. Her hair looked disheveled. "If they had not treated me so cruelly, I would not have had to do what I did. They all deserved it…"
"She's right," Zhao Yu took a deep breath and said. "There's no end to revenge. Cheng Lingfei, you know why the pugilistic world has to abide by rules? If you want revenge, you can have it, but it has to be fair! They scolded you, great. At most, you scold them back. If not, you could have beaten them up. But you went so far as to kill them without giving them a chance to repent. There's no morality to that!"
"I am not some pugilistic figure! I only care about the motive, not morality!" Cheng Lingfei shouted hysterically, no longer able to keep her composure. "I don't want to hear these pretentious things from you people!"
"Wrong!" Zhao Yu shook his head and sighed. "I'm not Buddha either, why would I bother teaching you? I'm just trying to make you see it from another angle. I want you to understand that your current plight is the result of your own obsessions. You had a choice and happiness was within your grasp, but you ruined it yourself."
"I don't need you to tell me what happiness is!" Cheng Lingfei screamed.
"Do you consider this twisted love you and Yang Zebiao have to be true happiness?" Miao Ying shot back. "In the future when your child is grown and finds out about you two, what will he think?"
"Shut up!" Cheng Lingfei shouted. "You guys are not fit to judge me or my relationship! You guys have never experienced what I have so you'll never understand! They wouldn't even give me my cello, I had to take it back for myself!"
Hearing this, Miao Ying wanted to keep pressing Cheng Lingfei, but Zhao Yu stopped her. "Cheng Lingfei, that's enough!" Zhao Yu said. "You don't have to get so worked up. About your hatred, you said you read many books but never found the answer, right?" He paused before continuing. "Alright then, let me give you the answer. It has been in front of your face this whole time, but the books you've been reading were too profound."
"What? An answer?" Hearing Zhao Yu's words, Cheng Lingfei finally calmed down and asked curiously. "You know the answer?"
"Yes!" Zhao Yu said. "The answer lies in what I've just said, which is: revenge is not the end. The story continues with one last sentence, and that is to learn to forgive!"
"Wh… what? Learn to forgive?" Cheng Lingfei trembled as she repeated what Zhao Yu said over and over again. "Learn to forgive…"


A little ruffian who fought recklessly without any morals and bottomline accidentally time-traveled to parallel space and became a Key Case Investigation Team agent. The huge change in identity had him creating chaos in the police station. However, a strange miracle system helped him repeatedly solve mysterious cases, turning him into an impudent ruffian detective!

At long last I found a place to live next year, as well as the inspiration to write! I hate my boyfriend's mother sometimes, she drives me insane. Anyways, I had writer's block because I wasn't sure whereto go from the last chapter, and well, I came up with this filler chapter before another exciting battle occurs! I decided to put Coby back in because he just fits in well in the story, and Conan will meet Whitebeard as well as Luffy, I'm just not sure when or how. Thanks for being patient and enjoy!

San Faldo was an interesting place, Conan decided. Also known as "The Carnival City", it was a metropolitan design with a bunch of shopping areas that seemed to design itself for tourists. And in the center of it, it seemed to have a connecting river providing a sort of avenues for the town, similar to Venice. Currently, the young detective was standing outside a clothing store, waiting for Ace. After docking, Ace promptly knocked out Coby and went straight to clothes-shopping, eager to rid himself of the navy garb. Not that Conan blamed him, blue and white almost seemed redundant as a combination. Frowning, the boy thought of something: now that he had escaped, what was his next move? Tsuru had a point in that he couldn't back on his own, but he couldn't remain at Marineford either. As far as One Piece went, was he honestly interested enough to actually confirm his theory? He wasn't sure; if Ace was going to continue to travel with him like this, then it was out of the question. Raised as a traditional Shintoist, Conan knew that going to another man's home without permission was a grave insult. On the other hand, he couldn't help but be curious if the treasure was really all that great. Perhaps Roger announced One Piece, but it didn't actually exist? Conan had no clue, all he knew was that he had to get more dirt on the World Government, that way he could at least have enough leverage to blackmail them. And then there was the sea-stone molecules…what was he supposed to do? Allow a genocide or futilely stop it? That was another thing about Ace that would be beneficial…if he could talk to Whitebeard, he could warn everyone in the pirate-community. But getting Whitebeard involved was a huge gamble and Conan knew it. But it seemed that high-stakes were a requirement in this game, whether he liked it or not.

"Hey kid." Conan jumped slightly when he heard Ace. The boy turned to the pirate, to see him dressed back down into just shorts, his hat that Conan hadn't noticed before was properly on his head, and he looked a little better cleaned up. "Let's check into a motel, we need to treat our injuries properly."

"Ah." The younger agreed.

"You should get new clothes too, yah know…for disguise." Ace prompted Conan into the shop he was just in. The fake child grimaced, remembering being dragged into clothing stores with Rachel and forced to stay there for hours while she tried stuff on. But he was dying to get out of the Navy clothes himself, and he'd stand out less if he had a disguise. Sighing, he allowed himself to be pushed into the shop by Ace, and went to pick out some clothes.

5min Later

"They look good." Ace complimented.

"Yeah, if my name was Scampy." Conan glared at his reflection, slightly pissed. Ace hadn't given him any say in what he could wear, and threw clothes randomly at him. What Conan found that had fit him was a black T-shirt with white dots on the abdomen, baggy cargo-shorts, and a head scarf with skulls on it. He looked like a kid playing dress-up.

"Come on kid, it's what we can afford, and I hate shopping." Ace reasoned.

"Fine." Conan snorted and let Ace buy the clothes, getting out of the shop as fast as possible. Turning to his older companion, he spoke up. "What now?"

"Welp…I have to get back to Oyaji's ship, and stop the shit from hitting the fan…and you…" Ace thought a moment, he honestly wasn't sure what to do with the kid. "Are your parents alive?"

"No." Conan lied, and realized Ace didn't know the whole cover up story. "I was abducted by the Bare-Knuckle pirates at a young age, and was forced to be their code-breaker, they left me for dead when the Navy came after us. I was told that they are dead."

"Ah." Ace nodded, believing the story. That was good, at least the Navy gave Conan a story that checked out with people around him. "I guess you should come with me, then."

"Thanks." He smiled and then realized something. "Ace-san?"

"Hm?"

"I can appreciate the fact that you're older than me, but don't take advantage of my youth and skip out on our deal. You're supposed to take me to Whitebeard-san, remember?" Conan smiled.

"Yeah, yeah…don't remind me." Ace groaned, hating to admit that he had been wrong about the kid. "That was pretty impressive though, you fooled the Navy completely, and you made the Fleet Admiral take back my execution."

"Do you think that'll be enough to stop Whitebeard-san and other pirates from going to war?" The detective sure hoped so.

"Probably. The crew probably thinks I'm at Impel Down." He sighed. "I guess that's where we should head next." Ace started walking, motioning Conan to follow.

"What's Impel Down?" Conan asked.

"It's a prison for the world's most heinous criminals." Ace answered simply. "I was there before being transferred to Marineford."

"What was it like?" Curious to know.

"The seven layers of hell kid, that's exactly what it is." Ace sighed and continued forward.

'Dante's inferno, huh?' Conan thought.

At a hotel

After finding a simple Inn on the island, Ace checked himself and the detective into a small room, which thankfully had two beds. They agreed to allow Ace to treat himself first due to the severity of his injuries. Conan felt the bandage on his neck, knowing that he needed a new one. He could probably get away without wearing one, but it'd be too awkward to have people stare at it, and he didn't want to remember the torture session anyways. Ace bought a First-Aid kit from the Inn gift shop, which thankfully ended up being free since the counter-girl liked Ace and thought she had a shot with him. Judging by the annoyance from the teen, Conan assumed that happened to him a lot.

"Kid!" Conan snapped his head up.

"Bathroom's all yours." Ace gestured to the small washroom behind himself. The detective nodded and wordlessly went in. After the pirate was sure his companion wasn't listening, he fished out a Den Den Mushi in the new bag he bought from the market; he swiped the snail off a marine when no one was looking. Setting the snail up, he began speaking. "Hello? Oyaji? Anyone there?"

"ACE!" Whitebeard's voice boomed through the Den Den Mushi.

"Ah. I'm here Oyaji, sorry about the confusion." Ace replied.

"Where are you? We've been going nuts looking for you!" Whitebeard yelled.

"I figured. Again…I'm sorry, and I'll explain in detail what happened at Marineford, but there's something you should know about the situation currently. One, I'm on Sal Faldo, so if we could meet up here or somewhere else that'd be great. The other thing: I'm not traveling alone…I'm not sure how to explain this, but a kid's with me." The pirate had to make something up about Conan, because there was no way the truth was seeing the light of day. If his crewmates found out a little kid saved him, they'd never let him live it down.

"Kid? Whose is he?" The old pirate was now confused. "What was he doing in prison at Marineford?"

"The boy's parents were killed. Apparently the scum group we know as the Bare-Knuckle crew, massacred his island and kidnapped him. Apparently the kid's a genius or something, because they were using him to break codes and solve riddles. The Navy made up some crap about conspiracy charges. He hasn't told me what the real reason for his imprisonment though." Ace frowned into the Den Den Mushi.

"Real reason?" Whitebeard repeated.

"Ah. It's obvious that the Navy was trying to use him for the same thing, he just doesn't want to say what it is. Whatever it was Oyaji, it must've been important. Also, I think the Navy's told this kid about certain pirate crews, he knew about us for example. Might be a good idea to bring him onto the ship for a while. What do you think?" Ace explained.

"Bring him along when you return. We'll be in Water Seven's docks within three days, meet us at the left seaport." The wise captain responded.

"Understood. And Oyaji…arigato…really." Ace looked to his feet, he avoided death and a war, he had to make things up to his father when he returned.

"No reason to blame yourself Ace, I shouldn't have let you go out to begin with." Whitebeard sighed. "Keep yourself and the kid safe, we'll see you soon. Keep out of sight with the Navy."

"Understood. I look forward to seeing everyone too. Ja ne!" Ace sighed and hung up the Den Den Mushi, that wasn't as bad as thought it was going to be. Snapping his head up, he noticed that Conan had come out of the bathroom.

"What's up?" He noticed the pirate looking at him.

"Nothing. We should order room service." Ace reasoned, he was getting hungry, and Conan most likely was too.

"Yeah. I'm starved."

After room service arrived

Conan had his complaints about the universe he was in, but the food was definitely not one of them. He and Ace ordered an octopus platter and a couple of sandwiches. Although, Ace gobbled almost everything down before Conan had a chance to reach for anything. Luckily, the pirate took pity on the boy and gave him the remaining portion of the food. It wasn't much but it would do.

"Hey kid, I need to tell yah something." Ace got his attention.

"Oyaji's agreed to meet with you, but only if you pull your weight around the ship. We've decided we're going to take you to a safe haven of ours; Oars and his men will help you." Ace told him.

"Where is his island exactly? How far from here?" Conan asked.

"It's about three days journey." Ace replied. "That okay with you?"

"Yes. Perfectly." Conan was relieved that he'd soon have an opening.

"Good. Oyaji will be here in a few days, don't go embarrassing me." Ace warned the younger boy.

"No worries." Conan figured Ace didn't want his crew to know about him busting the older boy out. Which was fine, just annoying.

The next day

"So, we have a few days to relax, what do you want to do?" Ace asked, walking down the boulevard with Conan.

"…Actually, could you drop me off at the library?" Ace really didn't strike Conan as the book type.

"You're a kid." Ace frowned. "Shouldn't you want to ride rides, or play games?"

"I find those games mindlessly simple, and the rides are often not worth the wait." Conan didn't even bother hiding that he didn't like carnivals.

"Yeesh…you're pleasant aren't you?" The pirate replied. "Well whatever, I'll drop you off at the library and find a pub. If I'm lucky there'll be someone with an actual spirit."

"Ha ha." Conan replied sardonically.

"I'm serious kid, lighten up." Ace said.

"I'll do that." Conan's eye twitched. "May we go, now?"

"Sure." Once again they started walking.

15min Later

Conan sighed and went through the books on the shelves pertaining to the Grand Line, other than advanced geographical maps, it wasn't very helpful. Another thing was, that the public information was completely different from the papers he read in the Navy HQ. For example, the books about Roger made him out to be a monster, while the Navy made him to be an extremely devious thief. Deciding to take another approach, he decided to look up that prison Ace mentioned, Impel Down. What better place to hide secrets where it's guarded by the most heinous criminals? Not to mention, he was fairly curious of what other dirt he could dig up about the World Government. "Edogawa-kun!" The boy jumped slightly and turned to the source of the voice, and to his surprise, it was Coby. "There you are! I've been looking all over for you!"

"Coby-san! What a surprise!" Conan exclaimed.

"What happened? Why are you dressed that way?" Coby frowned.

"I wanted fresh clothes, the marine clothes were starting to stink." He complained.

"Oh, I see." Nodding at the answer, he nudged Conan out of the shop. "Let's get to the marine base, they wanted to make sure you were okay. I was worried about you because your attendant never showed up, and you had disappeared. Why'd you wander off, Edogawa-kun?"

"I wanted to ride rides." He replied lamely.

"Well ask someone to go with you next time, I understand that it's exciting, but control yourself a little." Coby scolded. "Honestly, that was something Luffy would do!"

"Luffy?" That was a strange name.

"Monkey D. Luffy, captain of the Straw hat pirates, and a personal friend of mine." The marine smiled.

"A pirate is friends with a marine?" Conan asked confused.

"I know. It sounds a little strange." Coby chuckled. "But Monkey D. Luffy isn't your normal pirate, he's a kind, warm, and fun-loving. "

"Isn't he also the most infamous Supernova?" Conan pointed out.

"Ah. You've researched them, Edogawa-kun?" He asked surprised.

"Just a little, my research mentioned all the probable candidates for finding One Piece, and that included the Supernovas." He explained. "So where is the marine base, Coby-san?"

"On the beach actually, it's in a great location." He smiled. "Why?"

"Just curious. So there are books there?" Conan asked.

"Yep. From history to geography, don't worry, you won't get bored." Coby replied.

Conan smiled, he was stealing another Navy vessel. "Hey Coby-san, I was wondering…you any good at navigating?"

"You never miss any chance to make money, do you?" Mag sighed. "I'm so disappointed."
"I don't care."
"You win. Hide it after you're done disguising me."
A strange idea came to Mag's mind suddenly. "What do you say I charge parking fee outside of my restaurant?"
"The Aden Square is owned by the Lord of Chaos City. I don't think he'll allow it, and he might charge parking fee all over the square," answered the system.
"You have a point." It's truly a great idea for the city to make money.
"The clothes are ready. Do you want them now?" asked the system.
Mag looked around and nodded. "Yes."
A greyish black gown, a pair of cloth shoes, and a gray toupee appeared in the basket.
Mag changed into the old-fashioned gown and shoes, and put on the toupee following the system's instructions.
"Extend both your arms and close your eyes. I'll do the makeup for you. It will take about 30 seconds," said the system.
Mag closed his eyes. He felt brushes working on his face and his hands. After a while, they were gone, and the system said the makeup was finished.
Mag opened his eyes and looked at his hands. They had become heavily wrinkled, like those of an old man.
"Looks good. But I can't see my face." Mag stroked his gray beard.
"I can lend you a mirror for one copper coin," said the system.
"No, thanks," Mag answered, walking towards a well. "Hide my bike, please."
"Talk about stingy!" the system said with disapproval. It hid the bike, though.
"And talk about greedy!" Mag retorted.
The system fell silent.
Mag walked up to the well and looked down. Thankfully, the water was not far below. He could see it clear enough. The reflection in the water was that of an old man around 60. He looked quite like an old teacher even without any books in his hand.
Is this… me? His appearance had changed so much even Amy wouldn't have recognized him.
Suddenly, Mag somewhat believed that the system could disguise him as a succubus.
Mag nodded contentedly. Not bad. It's well worth the money. He wasted no time and walked towards his destination.
After 20 minutes, Mag was at the door of a detective agency. He stroked his beard and walked in.
A while later, Mag walked out with a young man in a gray shirt who was all smiles. "Mind your steps, mister," the young man said. "I have great admiration for people like you. Hope it will prove useful for your book. We have files on other species too, and they are new and reliable."
Mag nodded. "Thank you," he said in a hoarse voice, and walked off with a bag.
"Old people are so gullible! It's like taking candy from a baby," the young man said as he watched Mag leave, tossing the two dragon coins up.
Mag quickened his pace the moment he was out of sight. He took a look at the bag and smiled.
He bought files on incidents which had happened in the past five years and were related to elves. They were nothing confidential, but Mag was pretty satisfied. That detective agency might be the biggest one in all of Chaos City. He had chosen that one over the Sherlock Detective Agency because he hadn't been confident in his disguise.
Mag walked into a quiet alley and got his bike back from the system. He changed into his usual clothes and let the system undo the makeup. He was still amazed at the system's makeup skills.
"System, do you have any experience bags for doing makeup?" asked Mag.
"So you want to dress like a woman after all."
Mag did not deign to reply. He put the clothes and the bag in the basket and rode towards the Aden Square.
"Thank you for your 20 copper coins!" the system said.
"But it's less than an hour."
"I know," the system replied calmly.
"…"
Mag stopped at the Find All Job-finding Service. It was crowded as usual. He hesitated for a while, locked his bike, and walked towards the door.
Mag had been lucky to find Yabemiya, but that was not something that would happen every day, so he wanted to try his luck here.
"Is that the owner of Mamy Restaurant?" Sally thought aloud, looking at his back with surprise.


In Chaos City on the Norland Continent, there is a strange restaurant.

Here, elves and dwarves share tables. Beastmen are prohibited from making a din, and giant dragons can only seat around the tiny square in front of the restaurant. Even demons have to bring their own stools…

But it is such a strange restaurant that has long lines outside every day.

Elves are stuffing kebabs, paying no mind to their manners; giant dragons are sitting around a hot pot, strainers in their hands; demons are eating nice-looking dango…

"There's no other place on this continent where you can find food like that! The boss here is a genius!" a customer provides such a review. Then, he gives a furtive look at the door. "Also, don't you think of kidnapping the boss away or dine-and-dashing, or you will suffer a tragic death."

"Eat, pay, or you will be beaten to death." says a cute little girl in her childish voice as she trots forward. A five-meter tall dragon shivers when it meets her eyes.

 It's been 6yrs since I have activated my Emphatic mimicry so I'm now an 8 year old kid, since then I started writing a journal to keep track of my progress regarding my path to the peak of this world. Other than hanging out in the library of this huge mansion in the East Village, NY – USA, I have also been bonding with my father in the gym located at the west side of the house, in order to cultivate my body for it to handle different kind of powers in the future but I'm slowly accumulating the muscle build up cause I don't wanna be looking buffed like Guilano Straw the youngest body builder in Guiness World Record on Earth-Prime so it really show a lot to maintain this cute looks I've got as a second chance in life. (Can't avoid becoming narcissistic when you're given that appearance advantage from being a simple looking guy you know >:D) Even though the family I have now is rich as fuck and wants me to have the best education, I've persuaded them to enroll me in Midtown School of Science and Technology so that I can still be classmates with my childhood buddy THE Peter Parker (cause can't let that wuss be kept being bullied by Flash ya know and also get the radioactive spiders for research so I can provide my parents powers in the near future too cause it'll be just a waste in the hands of Norman Osborn) didn't even need to try hard convincing them cause of the good sample of a prick going by the name Harold Osborn. This guy got arrogant by the time we entered Middle school and only hanged out with other rich kids while looking down on Peter and Ned which really made me punch him for insulting Pete and Ned just to get me hang out with him instead, cause they almost avoided me to spare themselves for another heartbreak in thinking I might be another Harry that almost ruined one of my plans. Well since I can't save him from himself, can't blame me planning on taking those radioactive spiders and OZ serum research for myself then. 
 Another amazing event happened in school which I can't believe happened today that just bumped up the progress of my body and mind cultivation, f*cking JEAN GREY happened! Looking like Violet Verdandi an Instagram model back in Earth-Prime (A/N: Link in author's note.). Well since she's already within my reach might as well keep her too. She is a new student for this school year and the teach explained we had to get familiar with her since her family just moved in NY because her father found a job in Bard College a university nearby.

 Our group of friends just had another member with her around which is me, Peter, Ned and Jean (haven't included Michelle "MJ" Jones yet cause they need to build up their relationship in preparation for the Far from Home movie but still we're keeping each other an acquaintance for now), though I plan on keeping her from activating the Phoenix Force through the accident of her childhood friend that will be expected to happen in 3yrs cause who doesn't want to avoid the Dark Phoenix happening and waste a fine woman just because Prof. X messed with her head to early. So preventing the accident is the best way to avoid X-men's sight this early in the game, I also just found out that since Jean's ability is still sealed absorbing it takes a long time of being within her perimeter which caused a misunderstanding to Peter and Ned that I got struck by {Love at First Sight Syndrome} well it's not love but more like admiration only cause she is damn fine |*Daaaayum Meme*|. (Damn these hormonal kids!! Though I am one too)
 Oh can't forget to include our house's only black butler (A/N: Kuroshitsuji manga) too named Sebastian *Cough* *Cough* being the Alfred of this universe (Hmm… maybe it's one of the 'Easter egg' Truck-kun mentioned before my rebirth?)(A/N: Keep guessing… *Evil Smirk*), he is the very image of a young Liam Neeson and with that English accent to go with too. By the way I also face palmed big time when I saw my father's police badge when he forgot to bring it to work this morning that I had to drop by his office and learned that his middle name is Edogawa so the full name going by {Conan Edogawa Wayne}. Being named after my favorite young detective idol in Earth-Prime (Detective Conan) I will go kill myself again if you don't do justice to the name by being a top detective in the police force (Kidding! Dying is a hellish experience that I don't want to experience again so soon).
 There is also my daily routine of commuting going to and from the school (8 year old commuting?! Well he learned basic martial arts for his self-defense ever since he started doing light exercises with his dad back when he activated his powers) instead of being serviced by Alfred when I asked my parents I'll go commute to gain more social experience and learn more about the city, they are a bit disapproving at first but putting them charms such as puppy eyes works the best in persuading them. :3 Did this to completely familiarize myself of the whole city since a lot of my first activities for becoming a hero is here in New York. There is also that plan to remove the term {MUTANTS} and replace it with {METAHUMANS} (from DC of course). To remove the ingrained despise from the public from this term because 'Mutants' also a synonym for the term 'Cancer' that's why people will keep treating them as such.
 My routine is basically doing parkours |*Parkour! (Michael Scott)*| in which I gained [Acrobat (Black)] mastery by running around the city and kicking asses of some basic robbing thugs in the alleys whenever I encounter some by chance, wearing an overall get-up of black clothes consisting of (hoodie, bonnet, facemask, tinted goggles, gloves, pants and shoes) I made sure to cover everything in my body so I won't leave any DNA at the scene. I guess I'll also keep note regarding that for my super suit, and shit I'll also need to build a functional A.I. like Jarvis of Tony Starks' to help manage and protect my database of plans for future good thing I'm still keeping every data the old fashioned documenting way that is pen and paper under the secret compartment of my bed. O.o 

Nov. Xth, 2002
 Hmm… am still feeling lil bloated today cause of all the sweets I got from trick or treating with the gang this Halloween. I'm already 10 years old and finally managed to absorbed Jean's [Telepathy (Black)] ability, I was shocked how quickly I got it cause I was expecting to get it by New Years I guess it was also hastened by the circumstance where I tried to prevent the accident happening by jumping in to save Annie Richardson and get grazed by the side from the car speeding by and Jean upon seeing what happened almost broke and went Phoenix on me cause I passed out for almost 2 mins from the blunt force of the clash which loosened the seal on her abilities enough for me to complete the absorption process, though I can say to myself I managed the situation pretty well. Though after my parents received such news I got proper thrashing and scolding from my parents because of what happened regarding my recklessness, well what can I say? I had to watch on the sidelines without them noticing my presence to not change too much in the timeline (though its already messed up with me being here) and act on proper timing, and maan seeing Jean crying for my sake and hugging me kinda made me feel things too. :'> (This fucking hormonal body!! Can't say I like the feeling of spring from the maturing body of Jean though <3). And within weeks, didn't know how but my dad managed to catch the dufus who did the hit and run on what supposed to be Jean's childhood friend Annie, well that's Detective Conan *pun intended* for you! Still I got grounded the past few months and just got out again this Halloween.
 While being grounded I used this time for me to enhance my mental capacities so that any John or Jane Doe can't go in and make a mess inside my head such as the Professor and Emma Frost or any other telepaths. I managed to fix the space inside my mindscape into a Skyrim like world scenery with all them mods to increase gameplay experience instead of a vast empty void though this is the limit for now because of the balance with my body. My body now being able to handle about 6kg of weights because of the advantages provided by the [Telepathy (Black)] ability that increase the usage of my brain capacity (like Lucy movie increase in brain usage enables more access for power) which made my dad gasped at the strength I'm showing and encourage him to teach me more regarding martial arts gaining [Martial Arts (Black)] mastery. There is also large improvement regarding the benefits provided of the ability to my studies that help me gain a photographic and eidetic memory and finish all the books in our library including all the study materials needed to complete middle – high school upon which I went back to the old habit before I died of bumming out at home as a reward for myself in finishing all the books for at least 2 months before I tackled law, criminology, engineering, biochemistry, chemistry, genetics, psychology and languages for these skills will help me in the long run of my path to the peak. 
 First on the checklist is building an A.I. which I got the help of Peter (though he isn't aware of it yet) that is him working on the compiler and me for the rest. Next is the tech needed to run the program on which can be solved by looting OSCORP's secret labs that I managed to get the list of their addresses on through hacking. Since I managed to hack them I got too cocky and try hacking government facilities such as the PENTAGON for a test on my current ability then AREA 51 slowly building up to hacking SHIELD's system and check the data they have regarding the supernatural and get a list of addresses for my future recruits, making sure not to leave and data footprint that'll lead back to me and endanger my family. (Man the thrill and adrenaline I got from doing such venture manage to increase my Mental Powers 'MP' and have a breakthrough that resulted in upgrading my Body State to 'Yellow' level going through such stress. Though I swear I will never do again because I really cut it to close and them almost managing to track back everything to me. So I guess they'll be fortifying their firewalls to the tooth and nail). Again I have everything documented in the old fashioned way because I learned from the best of the best from the novels in Earth-Prime that it pays being can't be too careful regarding such stuff, which in turn make me run out of space in the secret compartment under my bed.

 Just in time during my daily routines of commuting to and from school while beating random robbing thugs in the alleys I managed to stumble upon an unconscious heavily injured Matthew Murdock in his first vigilante suit that is also a black overall get up with half face covered bandana near the border of Midtown Manhattan and Hell's Kitchen I guess lucky day for me and unlucky day for him for getting beat up until unconsciousness in his starting out as the Daredevil. While helping him out I manage to scan and enter his mind because him being unconscious with no mental preparation and defense looking at the list of card that is his current abilities and masteries that is:

 Everything is all in blue because he has already the Peak of human abilities with his [Radioactive Enhanced Physiology] when he had taken a bath with the splash from radioactive isotope in his younger days and his masteries too if not all taught by the ninja master Stick. Upon seeing his list of abilities I hurriedly absorbed [Telepathy(Blue)] first before everything else to upgrade my own in order to hasten the absorption for the other abilities I have my eyes on such as his physiology and healing factor to increase my body state in tandem with the mind. Within 5hrs I completed both task gaining a body state and telepathy level (Green), and noticing that Matthew is about to wake up based from his twitching fingers I managed to grab a little bit of his masteries before hightailing it out of there before he manage to memorize my heartbeat's pattern and be on his [Person Identification] skill. The masteries I got were all in (Black) level [Martial Arts], [Weapon Proficiency], [Acrobat]. Man if I had more time I could've reached peak Beta class too after cleaning him out of his abilities but I guess you win some you lose some, though this is already a blessing in disguise for me not expecting an early encounter with the guy too with these masteries I managed to raise my own [Martial Arts] and [Acrobat] to (Yellow) since I had martials arts learning from my father and acrobats with my daily routine. Now gaining a huge raise in my abilities my current target would be hunting this Healer guy that has [Healing] abilities from the comics that is currently doing some faith healing for the public being the good guy he is though dies a gruesome death just because he can heal. Because his ability will be a huge must considering my training that is slowly getting harsher as I grow old to further increase my body cultivation and considering I still have plans to build a Wayne Enterprise in this world as my own foothold for future endeavors.
