The gunners also had pronounced weaknesses. When it came to their reaction, speed, and strength, they would always be inferior to ability users and ancient warriors. 
"No! There's no way he can do it!"
What she was about to witness would leave her shocked.
Just like the arrows, Qin Feng triggered the assault cannon, pelting the Neapolitan Mastiff with a hail of bullets.
Pow! Pow! Pow! Pow! Pow!
When the smoke and gunpowder cleared, the Neapolitan Mastiff was clearly maimed by the relentless shelling.
"Aaaoooouuuuuu!" The Neapolitan Mastiff howled as it was sent flying into the air.
Unlike Lu Meng, Qin Feng did not keep his finger on the trigger unremittingly. It was always twisting the nozzle with a click, raising it a little, and then a steady pull.
With no mercy whatsoever, another shower of bullets flooded the Neapolitan Mastiff, piercing the most vulnerable part of its body, its abdomen, and punching holes into its vital organs.
Just like that, with two attacks, the Neapolitan Mastiff was severely wounded.
"Aooouuuuuuu!" The Neapolitan Mastiff fell from the sky, howling soulfully as if its end was near.
Although the injuries inflicted on him were not deadly for now, if the fight were to continue, it would surely die.
So, it called out, signaling for its pack.
One by one, pairs of glowing red eyes began to flicker in the dense forest.
Red-eyed jackals!
When the Neapolitan Mastiff was hunting its prey, they were watching by the side, not participating left the beast general might think that they were going for its food.
Now that they were allowed to join the hunt, their crimson eyes were practically dripping with blood, mouths drooling to the ground as they glared at Qin Feng, eager to tear into him.
"Come on then!" Qin Feng deftly grabbed onto the assault tower.
It would seem the assault cannon had a spirit of its own, as it mimicked his movements and ferociously shredded the jackals into pieces.
Qin Feng noticed a pair of red eyes before one of the jackals even made a move, and pulled the trigger!
In a blink of an eye, the jackal was pattered with over twenty bullets.
"Aaaaooouuuuu!"
The smell of blood set off the pack of jackals, with three of them charging directly towards their assailant! Qin Feng shifted the assault tower and sent bullets flying everywhere again.
Fight them off!!!
Fight them off again!
"Come and help me reload the canon if you are still breathing!" Qin Feng's icy tone muddled between the deafening shots.
Lu Meng suddenly snapped out of her daze and crawled to Qin Feng while trying to bear the pain.
Li Yaoyao quickly ran to her friend and tended to her wound. But her eyes were glued on Qin Feng. That young man looked so calm, and besides, there was a charm about him.
Swoosh!
Rows of ammunition were being loaded into the weapon. Lu Meng watched Qin Feng's antics in amusement – that precision, that skill; it was mesmerizing.
Qin Feng finished shooting one last round and then stopped.
When Lu Meng saw that he had ceased fire, she panicked. "What is it? Why did you stop? You ran out of ammo?"
Qin Feng turned to look Lu Meng in the eye. "They're all dead. We'll split the loot between us. The Neapolitan Mastiff is mine!"
Lu Meng looked around and saw the lifeless red-eyed jackals scattered all over the field. The nightmare that was pursuing them was now already dead.
"They're all dead!" Lu Meng's eyes widened.
Qin Feng ignored the naïve little girl and was already standing over the corpses, absorbing the energy into his body, which was supposed to strengthen him and increase his speed.
When as he walked up to the Neapolitan Mastiff, a massive wave of energy shocked him!
Buzz!
Qin Feng felt his surroundings tremble, and his strength got a substantial unexpected boost.
G2 tier!
If he told anyone, at all, that on the second day of his awakening, he had risen to two tiers without any potions, their jaws would have fallen to their feet!
That was Qin Feng's ability, however.
This ability that awakened only a minute after the injection could potentially reach S tier.
Right now, however, Qin Feng still had not mastered this special ability, having not honed himself to exploit it to its fullest.
Qin Feng suppressed his newly acquired as a measure for discretion and began to collect his loot.
The red-eyed jackal's fur and sharp claws were materials that could be sold. 
Ultimately, to make the exchange with Chengbei colony's officials, he needed to cut out the ears of the red-eyed jackals.
But forty over red-eyed jackals could definitely not compare to one Neapolitan Mastiff.
That. Now that was a beast general!
Qin Feng carved into the Neapolitan Mastiff's body with his dagger, expertly removing its pelt, teeth, and claws.
The most important part was actually located at the center of the creature's chest, near the heart.
Squirt!
Fresh blood splattered as the muscles were quickly sliced. After the ribs were removed, what looked like a spherical red bead was revealed.
Neapolitan Mastiffs were categorized as beast generals because of this energy core in its body, the source of energy for its awakened speed and strength. Most of these were located next to the heart.
This red bead could be used directly to enhance its physique and was many times stronger than G-tier strengthening potions.
Qin Feng pocketed the bead then squeezed the remainder of the materials into his backpack. That was only one Neapolitan Mastiff's worth, and yet his backpack was now fully stuffed!
On the other side of the field, Lu Meng and Li Mengmeng looked as pale as ghosts. When Lu Meng saw the insides of the sliced corpse, she nearly threw up the meal she had last night.
"If it weren't for you, I would've been dead. I still haven't thanked you yet. Please take all of these with you!" Lu Meng protested.
She was never one to stand the sight of blood from dissecting corpses.
Qin Feng glanced at Lu Meng and answered, unreserved, "Sure!"
He was, in fact, about to give the rest to her to minimize her losses, but it seemed like she did not care anyway.
Materials from these red-eyed jackals were not even worth nearly as much as the bullets used tonight!
Right now, Qin Feng needed to create some fortune. After all, he had just been reborn. While he might not have been very successful in his previous life, he was at least a valiant mercenary who had fought hundreds of battles, and one who did not lack money either. 
Currently, he was poor as a pauper and needed a lot of resources to support his training.
He dragged all the red-eyed jackals to a pile and then removed their nails and ears. As their coats were too tattered, he did not collect them.
After a few minutes, Qin Feng had bagged all the materials gathered into his sleeping bag. That thing was nothing very valuable anyway. Even if there were bloodstains on it, he could just replace it with a new one.
Once he was done, he turned around and saw the frightened Lu Meng and Li Yaoyao shuddering on the ground, looking very lost and exhausted.
The sun was rising, and the skies were bright. This meant that the vehicles would start making rounds soon, and they could finally return home!
Qin Feng tied up his sleeping bag and looked around to determine the direction they should head.
"Come with me, let's get back to the colony!" Qin Feng said, dragging the sleeping back behind him.
"Thank you! Thank you!" Li Yaoyao quickly said. She was truly grateful that Qin Feng had helped them and, for the most part, kept them alive to see another day.

Flora watched the humongous metal moon like it would explode any second.
"Isn't it great? We will show the terrorists not to mess with us!" Jake glowed with pride.
Frantically, Flora tried to remember the Star Wars movies but then gave up. In too many of them were death stars, and none of them survived the whole trilogy.
"Aidan, we are going to look for escape routes. Map every path and learn the fastest way to space ship hangars. Hopefully, they provide escape pods."
The scene shifted again. A cute blue bipedal elephant stood before Flora. 
"I'm the forewoman of your shift, Elma Phen. Touch this crystal, dear."
Elma carried a clipboard, and Flora stared at it. When you are on a doomed star in the middle of space, and an elephant is talking to you, your brain latches on the things you can understand. Flora understood clipboards very well.
"Hey! Doom Moon to Flowing Flowers! Touch that crystal, granny."
"Sure, sure." Flora got a grip on herself.

"Nice reg. Have you worked on turrets before?"
"No."
"Now, you will."
Elma pressed four jacks and a package into Flora's hand.

Then the scene changed again.
Next, Flora stood in front of three robots. One looked like the child of a fire hydrant and R2D2, one like the chimera of a spider and Thing T. Thing from Adams family and the last one like a fork lifter transformer.
"Um, hi?" 
The hydrant chirped, the spider snapped its fingers, and the transformer buzzed.
"Milady, you have to insert the jacks into your nocks first."
"Every decade they get crazier with edits in movies. You think switching from scene to scene every minute is confusing, think again! In five years, they will make scenarios with only a few seconds between each switch!" Flora sighed and smiled. She had needed that rant!
After inserting the nocks, she opened the package. It contained what she identified as a greenish uniform, a goldfish bowl, a portable gaming system, and a tool that looked like it belonged to a dentist specializing in the care of whales. 
First, she equipped the uniform. The belt spotted besides an indention the size of the console, a clasp for the tool. So she put them there.
"Where do I get a goldfish for the bowl?"
"It's a space helmet, Milady."
"Nevermind." She put it into her inventory.
 "Let's try this again. Hello, I'm Flowing Flowers. You may call me Auntie Flow or Milady. I got fond of the last address, and I believe I have to use the time you robots are still nice to get some respect from you before you will become the tyrannical machine overlords and enslave humankind."
"Hello, Auntie Flow! I'm R2R7UT, an astromech bot, and I promise not to enslave humanity in the next three months." The hydrant sounded like a cheeky child.
"I'm calling you, Clyde. Welcome to the team, and I hold you to that promise."
"Hello, Milady! I'm a maintenance bot called M2H43." Her voice was eager and chippy. 
"I will call you Handy. Welcome to the team."
"Greetings, Milady! I'm a general labor bot L5TW8 specialized on heavy lifting." To Flora's amusement, he sounded like a British butler.
"Welcome to the team, Forky!" Flora looked around. "Where is the fourth robot?"
"There are only three helpers, Milady. Forky needs ten mana/minute when he lifts heavy containers. Therefore he requires two nocks."
"Alright. What about the hand-held?" Flora unplugged the gizmo from her belt and inspected it from all sides. 
"It's a datapad for communication."
'No battery compartment accessible without a screwdriver.' 
But she found two sockets, with one them looking like the Cetviwos standard jack would fit in, and she inserted one of Aidan's. Finally, she pressed a button that looked like the power switch.
The first screen was a list of her assigned work.

'Not now.' Flora got a new icon on her HUD: 'Pending Quests'.
After Flora checked with Aidan, that he had full access to her datapad, she browsed the other features: communication with the team and foreman, material requests, maps 'Download!', blueprints of turrets 'Download!', and manuals for a multitool and the bots 'Download!'.
Immediately, she assigned Aidan the tedious work, searching the maps for escape routes and herself the exciting work to browse the manuals.
Instantly, she fell in love with the multitool she had mistaken as a dentist gizmo. It was not only an all-purpose socket wrench, a grip, and a bit driver but also contained a small vibroblade and even a toothpick.
"Aidan, order another one!"
"They want a reason, Milady. Lost, broken, or other."
"The reason is, I have two hands!" Flora paused. "Also add religious beliefs. I'm sure Evai wants me to have an abundance of the best tools."
After that, she familiarized herself with the capabilities of the bots, including opening their maintenance slots. She closed Handy's innards very quickly. They looked as if someone made spaghetti bolognese out of cables and motor oil. She couldn't identify the material of the hash, and she didn't want to.
The other two bots guts were more orderly, but not by much. At least Flora learned a lot just by observing the joints and the actuation.
Now, Flora felt ready to proceed.
'I accept the quest.'

The scene changed again, and Flora found herself in a room full of turrets. 
After she ran a diagnosis program on the datapad, she ordered Clyde and Handy to start the repair. 
First, Flora did what competent engineers did in the company of skilled technicians: she kept her mouth closed and her eyes on the blueprint. Usually, she respected the time of other professionals too much to annoy them with basic questions, but she had less concern with robots. 
Handy and Clyde endured rapidly fired questions for the rest of the repair. 
Flora did all the checks on the list of the datapad successfully, and the completion message appeared.

Flora's crew dismantled the old turret, and Forky put the base of the new one in place. Flora found a spot where she wasn't in the way and compared the progress with the blueprint. The robots worked well together. Forky provided the materials, and Handy did the mechanics and Clyde the electronics. Now and then, Flora asked why they've chosen a particular order, but they couldn't provide an answer, but 'it's in the guide'. Flora made Aidan take notes of her ramblings on optimization. 
After assembling the gun and security checks, this quest finished as well.

Flora found herself in a canteen. A shiny hologram hung 'Happy Birthday Screw Sue" over a buffet table with mostly humans and a few aliens milling around and trying to have a conversation over the music.
'What can be deadly at a birthday party?'
First, Flora checked out the buffet. The punch glowed neon green, but as far as alcoholic party trinks went, that was pretty normal.
A cake in the form of a hexagon nut and some colorful appetizers convinced Flora that she had to eat them to evaluate their danger level.
Food Buff: Doom Moon party snacks: + 3 OV to physical micro-control.
The cake was delicious. Therefore Flora extended her testing. 'You have to be thorough!'
"Hey, Auntie Flora!" Jake stumbled towards her and put his arm around her for balance. "Look, my little Hope called me daddy!"
A hologram with Elena and Hope started to play. 
"Say hello to your daddy." Elena coaxed.
"Ello, Momma!" The toddler cheered.
"Only know-it-alls get it on the first try. Wait for it." Jake said with his eyes never leaving the display.
"Daddy, Honey. Say it to your daddy."
"Dada!" 
"Yes! Did you hear it, my daughter is a genius!"
"Yes, dear. Hope is the second cutest genius in the whole universe." Flora patted Jake's back.
"Haha. When she's second, who would dare to claim the first spot?"  
Unfortunately, Flora couldn't access her cloud drive for baby pics of Robby, but she compensated with verbal bragging.
After they joked around for a bit, they compromised on a shared first place and sealed the agreement with a few toasts on their offspring. Jake leaned in and whispered. "I'll show you something amazing."
When Flora caught herself silent movie tiptoeing after Jake through the lively party room, she decided that the punch had been poisonous. 'Someone spiked it with ethanol, probably!'
They left the party, slinked into a train, and left near the surface of the planet. Flora elbowed Jake to walk normally when they tiptoed into a patrol of armored troops. 
Flora stared at the ceiling. "Are these the cables we are to told needing check?"
"Yes, cables. I like the cables very much. I'm the papa of cables. They call me ca-pa-ble." Jake double over laughing at his joke, but the patrol passed them without an issue.
When they reached an elevator door, Jake brandished his multitool and started to work on the keypad. 
"Heavens, Jake. You could get fired for this! Let's go back to the party."
"Come on, old bat! I need you to see this!"
Flora remembered that she was in-game and joined Jake. 
"In RL, I would've dragged you back on your earlobe! I'm still thinking about spanking you for calling me an old bat!"
Jake chuckled weakly but grew silent when the doors opened. 
Display cases with heads filled the room! 
You could see the grey matter beginning to spill out of an alien with a cracked skull. Some heads had open mouthes with their last scream forever etched in their faces.   
Flora shuddered and looked at the floor. 
"This is horrifying! Why did you take me here?"
"We are in the trophy room of Lady Mnoder." He pronounced the name like it was the devil's favorite saint. "The heads and plasma swords belong to the enemies of the empire she had slain. She recorded all of her experiences."
Now, guided by Jake, she spotted the statues holding the display cabinets. Crouching down, she touched the black stone of the humanoid figure.

Lady Mnoder versus Hunibar Trebol - Mannequin-Routine
"Do you feel alive?" Flora's body asked the old man who kneeled exhausted before her.
"I feel nothing but energy. I was born in energy and will return to energy after you kill me."
"You missed out."
Her red gloved hand patted the man's head. 
Faster than Flora could process the movement, she brandished her plasma sword and beheaded him. Flora felt the familiar sensation of casting magical pull. The head didn't hit the floor but flew directly into her hand. 
The routine ended.

"Auntie Flow, do you think we are the good guys? Lady Mnoder is one of the most respected generals of the empire, and she sure as hell doesn't behave like it." Jake's big blue eyes shone with seriousness. 
Thousands of thoughts razed through Flora's head. 
'You and me, we are the good guys.'
'Burned toast, how did you father a child with this level of naivety?'
'You are precious. Don't let them destroy you!'
'What if they are not the bad guys. Maybe this death star is for defensive purposes only? I shouldn't mix up movie knowledge and what the scenario showed me.'
Before Flora could formulate an answer, the elevator began to move.
"Hide!" She spat and ran behind a bigger cabinet in the back of the room.

After Flora Fluss burns down the kitchen, her son insists she is too old to live alone. She's got two choices. Either move into a retirement home or spend the rest of her life within a virtual reality game governed by society's most advanced artificial intelligence. When you've worked a lifetime as an engineer for home appliances, naturally, you go with the option that has more toasters. 
Soon, Flora finds out that the virtual world is more familiar than she thought. Though, it takes her a while to get used to the idea that tanks don't hold water or oil but the aggro of mobs.

"So… what do we do now?" Ashe asked as Arthur walked through the streets of Vale, not really caring where he was headed as after everything with Emerald he needed to think for a bit and not worry or think about the others.

"Depends, the next term is starting soon, and there shouldn't be much to worry about then as everything will start unravelling during the second semester" he began to explain, "My main problem will most definitely be Jacques, his butler, Cinder and Salem"

"Though, I think for now my biggest concern will be the butler and whoever Cinder sends to try and catch me"

"What about Torchwick and Neo? Think she'll send them? Or maybe Adam?" she suggested.

Taking a second to think Arthur replied, "I doubt she'd send Torchwick, he's a thief and a crook, not a kidnapper, or even strong enough to catch me, he's got the brains, so she might get him to try. Neo… she's a possibility, I don't know how her Illusions work or if Siri will even be able to see through them" he contemplated

"And Adam, he's a tricky one to predict, I don't think he would easily accept just trying to capture me, I'm not really a big figure, I may have a bit of fame but nothing that would get the White Fang to try anything to me"

"But he might still do it, because I do have a bit of fame, something like a warning, and if he learns where Blake is then the chances are much larger that he'll come out to do something, though he might still send people after me if he is tasked to do it"

"Out of all three, Neo is the most likely along with the White Fang, but there's also a possibility of there being someone else, someone I don't know, whose not in the story we know of"

Ashe sighed, "Well, we'll be back to Beacon in a few days, so we shouldn't need to worry about it too much, for now at least" she said as Arthur froze as he stepped around a corner, a feeling as if someone was watching him taking over.

Slowly looking around the relatively empty street Arthur couldn't see anyone who was staring so unceasingly at him and with such hostile intent, just as he shut his eyes to activate his soul seeing skill he felt a shiver run down his back as he quickly dodged to the side, coming just a hair breadth away from having a small dagger plunged into his back as it quickly lodged itself in the ground where he was standing.

Turning his head to see where it had come from Arthur, as he did the dagger pulled itself from the ground and flew towards the top of one of the buildings where he could see the figure of a person wearing a ninjas costume, one which had multiple stitches over the chest resembling claw marks.

"Is she…" Ashe muttered, remembering the one 'ninja' that Arthur had torn the clothing of, and who looked to be particularly angered by having her clothing torn. Ashe began to laugh, "Wow, you met her once when she tried to kidnap you and she's already following you around"

"Not now Ashe…" he said as he watched the girl jump towards one of the buildings behind her, disappearing into the rooftops of Vale, "Let's add her to the list of problems, I have a feeling we're gonna be seeing a lot of each other" he muttered to himself and shook his head, turning around he continued to walk down the street.

It wasn't long before another interesting event happened for the day, as he continued to walk, it wasn't him who noticed it, but Ashe, "Um, Arthur…" she muttered as she floated next to him, now making use of Siri's illusions to keep herself hidden so as to not attract any prying eyes.

"Isn't that her?" she said, getting him to turn where her pages were open to, which was towards a small ice-cream parlour, nothing fancy, it was clean and white with ice-cream shaped decorations on the wall, and that was about the most interesting thing about it.

But what attracted his gaze wasn't the cute little ice-cream cone mascot statue that was standing outside, but the girl who was currently in front of the elderly, shop keep who handed her a cone of ice-cream with three scoops on it, the all to famous vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice-cream mixture that made up the neapolitan.

"She's actually eating a neapolitan… does that count as cannibalism?" Ashe asked, sounding curious if it actually did.

Arthur didn't respond, instead just watching as the half pink, half brown hair girl began to pat her pockets looking for her wallet or just some spare Lien, but coming up empty as she continued to search for some Lien, the shopkeeper quickly beginning to gain a frown at her continued searching as he kept hold of the ice-cream, making sure it was out of her reach.

Sighing Ashe said, "Just do it, maybe getting on her good side will be a good thing in the future"

"You do realize she could easily just make her own money with an illusion right?" he retorted.

"Yes, but the cute chibi ice-cream flavoured girl is 'struggling' to pay for her ice-cream, which is ironically the same flavour as her" and she really was 'chibi' standing nearly 40 centimetres smaller than Arthur.

"I don't even want to respond to that…" Arthur sighed, shaking his head at Ashe's choice of wording.

"What, I can't be the only one who wants to taste her" She thought aloud

"Stop using 'taste' when you talk about a living person, you sound like Hannibal" he chuckled.

"Ew, no, I don't like fava beans or chianti" she shivered in disgust, getting a snort from Arthur as she conveniently left out the liver part of the quote, Ashe giving him a wide smile and wink.

"Now hurry up and go pay for the ice-cream, and maybe get your own, make it cookies and cream, keep the colour scheme going, I will divorce you if you don't" she threatened.

"And how would you do that?" Arthur laughed, knowing full well that unless he died or agreed they were stuck together for awhile.

"I'll stop talking to you" she crossed her arms and nodded, not being believable at all.

"That a threat or a promise?" Arthur gave her a wink of his own, seeing that Neo was still looking for her money, while the ice-cream had been placed in a holder behind the glass pane to keep it chilled until she could find her wallet.

"Here, this should be enough right?" Arthur said placing a blue lien card on the counter, one for 50 lien, "I'll have a scoop of red velvet, cookies and cream and caramel" he said, "Now give the girl her ice-cream" he gave the old shop keep a small smile.

The shop keep as well as Neo gave him a small look, but the shop keep quickly took the lien card and handed the cone to Neo before getting the scoops Arthur asked for and handing it to him, taking it from the shop keep Arthur turned to Neo who was looking up at him with a small smile.

"Really should make sure you have some money before you try to buy something" he said to her as he tasted the strange mixture of caramel, cookies and cream and red velvet ice-cream, Neo response, or lack thereof was to just look at him with squinted eyes as she slowly took a lick from her own ice-cream.

And thus they engaged in a short duel as Arthur silently stared down at her while she stared up at him, their eyes locked in an intense game of no blinking, Arthur lost, he always looses, but he did get a chance to see what she looked like, even if it did dry his eyes out after a minute.

She was short as he already knew so short that she was shorter than Ruby, even in high-heels, her hair was long pink and brown hair one half pink the other brown, the pink having a few strands of white in it, really giving her that Neapolitan look. Her eyes were the same, one pink the other brown, the pink half having a few white streaks through it, which would swap colours whenever she blinked. 

She wore a white tail jacket, the jacket part ending at the top of her belly while the tail fell over her hips with a pink interior, the jacket also had a single button buttoned at the centre of her surprisingly large for her size chest, at around a large B, maybe C cup. Which was accentuated as the jacket opened up on to, really revealing the top part of her chest while still being modest enough that it wouldn't be considered revealing.

Under her jacket she also wore a brown corset which curved in the middle and bottom showing a small part of her hips, the part that curved down entering under her pants which were also brown and long which had her boots pulled over them, these being long, knee high, high-heel white boots with numerous buttons running down the sides of them and had a black tip.

Lastly she wore numerous black pearl necklasses worn haphazardly around her neck, loosly flowing over her bust and shoulders, and black gloves finished off her outfit.

Neo seeing Arthur blinking to wet his eyes silently laughed in victory as her expression loosened to become less suspicious of him, turning around she made her way towards a table in the parlour, lightly swinging her umbrella until she unceremoniously 'plopped' down onto the bench, nodding her head to the side as she locked eyes with Arthur saying he could sit by her.

Quickly taking the seat across from her Arthur noticed that her eyes never once separated from his, even as she continued to eat her ice-cream she kept her eyes locked on his, their colours swapping every time she blinked, which was an interesting site to say the least.

An idea formed in Arthur's mind as a smile formed on his face, as he looked into Neo's eyes he quickly blinked, willing his eyes to swap their colours and invert them, something he had never done before, well, with his own thoughts as it normally happened whenever he was in a bad mood.

Neo's eyes widened as a smirk formed on her face when she saw his eyes suddenly turn black after he blinked, taking this as a challenge she rapidly blinked two times, each time her eyes changing colour, Arthur doing the same, but instead blinking three times within a second changing their colours each time, it was actually surprisingly easy, but if he could see them himself he would notice they weren't fully black, instead becoming lightly speckled with black spots that seemed to fade away into the sclera creating small grey rings around the speckles.

They both continued this game of who could blink/change their eye colours fastest for nearly five minutes straight, once again ending in Arthur's loss as he gave up when she started turning her eyes red, purple, green blue and every other colour under the sun, and then some.

"Okay, you win, you win, I've only got that" he waved his hand in surrender, both their ice-creams having mostly disappeared leaving only a scoop of caramel for him and chocolate for her, Neo gave a small fist pump as he expression turned to one of victory.

Which quickly changed ass her scroll began to let out a small bell chime jingle, pulling it out she opened it up and saw she had gotten a message, quickly reading through it she closed her scroll and once again locked eyes with Arthur's, somehow conveying her thoughts without words.

"Gotta go?" he asked, Neo not responding or nodding as she continued looking into his eyes, "Well, before you go, want to tell me your name?" 

Neo smilled and swapped her eyes between white, brown a pink and the pointed to her ice-cream cone, "Ice-cream that is white, pink and brown, Neapolitan? Your names Neapolitan?" she locked eyes with him.

"Not Neapolitan?" she didn't respond, just blinked with a smirk on her face, "Neo? Neo Politan?" seeing he got the message she smiled and stood up, "Well, Neo, it was a pleasure meeting you"

Neo walked next to him, taking another lick from what was left of her ice-cream, as she passed him she quickly pushed her umbrella under his hand that held the ice-cream cone, pushing the cone into his nose, leaving a small part of it on the tip of his nose and a small, caramel coloured moustache.

"Oh you little-" he quickly turned to her, a false anger expression on his face that quickly turned to one of surprise as Neo leaned down, her eyes wide open as she quickly licked the ice-cream off his nose, leaving Arthur with his own eyes wide.

Giving him a wink Arthur saw her eye turn pure white with multiple black speckles in it, mimicing what she had seen from him, not even giving him enough time to say anything as her entire body shattered like glass, the shards fading into the air, leaving where Neo had been standing empty, as if she had never been there.

Behind him Arthur could hear the shop-keep say, "Where'd the Lien go?" while scratching the top of his head in confusion, he hadn't taken anything out, and yet it was all gone, and no one had robbed him yet.

"I'm really starting to feel like I've got some charm ability" Arthur muttered to himself as he wiped his caramel moustache off with his thumb and licked it off, tasting a little bit of chocolate and vanilla along with it, "I don't have like some hidden ability do I?" he asked her.

"You look happy" Roman noted as Neo walked into the warehouse where their hideout was located, Neo locking her eyes with him, "Oh, you skim some schmuck?", she rolled her eyes, "Oh, tricked someone into getting you something" he realized as Neo also pulled out numerous lien cards from her pocket between her fingers, mostly blue and white cards.

"Good girl, always go for the register when they never expect it" he chuckled as Neo smirked, "I know its obvious…" he said, Neo's smirk persisting, "That was one time, long ago" he said trying to refute her silence.

"Fine, twice" he sighed as Neo pumped her fist, "Anyways, crazy in red wants us, or well you, to catch someone and bring them to her, apparently she can't do it herself" Roman said, moving the subject forward and dug under in his coat, pulling out a small piece of paper and throwing it towards her, it spinning with enough force that it remained in the air.

Neo easily catching it between two fingers, and flipping it over to see who she was to look for, "Arthur Fielder, 'The Angel of Vale'" Roman's coice mocking the title, "Hmm?" he said noticing Neo, continued silence as she stared at the photo, "You meet him before?" she looked up to him, "Oh, nice one, he's the one you skimmed off of, makes your job easier then"

Darth Vader is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. He is a primary antagonist in the original trilogy, but, as Anakin Skywalker, is the main protagonist of the prequel trilogy. Series creator George Lucas initially wrote the series' main villain as separate from Luke Starkiller's father Annikin [sic]. Various combinations of names for the character were built upon the phrase "Dark Water". Then Lucas "added lots of last names, Vaders and Wilsons and Smiths, and [he] just came up with the combination of Darth and Vader." I was about to give up sharing my experience, since… sometimes I really think that people don't care. And I felt it'd be pointless to reveal all your insides to the public, since it would seem as if I was a kind of exhibitionist violating the sight of the public. But out of responsibility I should finish my reflective journal for at least myself.

Anyway, it was a good date, I think. We eventually exchanged contacts under the mutual agreement of replying messages after seeing them and not ignoring them. It is indeed a phenomena I observed from most of the people today. I guess it is unavoidable since humans are avoidant by nature - when they see something beyond their perception, they would put up ignorance in response to it, especially when nothing would happen to them if no prompt action was taken in the first place. Once you slid your smartphone back into your pocket, the conversation seemingly never happened.

Anything happened in the chatroom, remains in the chatroom. 

So to ensure the commitment, the keen interest being there, we had the unwritten contract signed by words of mouth. It's childish but, who aren't childish in the world today? We lost interest to something quickly, we threw a tantrum when things did not go our way, we were more inclined to new stuffs we bought, we always thought that very good thing we had just gotten would be of eternity till the next came after. 

"So have you heard about the serial killing happening in the town? It was so bizarre that I hesitate dead seriously to go on a date sometimes…" 
"Hah, really? Well, you can't be that unlucky person if you are kind." 
"Hopefully… I heard the killer gets to people by using the lo- Oh?" 
His eyes rose towards the outside.

Perhaps time lapsed so fast that we became a bunch of overgrown kids in the end, pretending as an adult. 
And we would always be supervised by something, somehow.

"Welcome, how may I help you… m…ma… madam?" The disoriented tone of the owner had distracted me from our conversation. And that was the moment I saw her, a sylphlike figure in a dark one-piece, her hands waving in her dark silk gloves, her eyes blinked expressively like two openings to the abyss underneath the feather hat of hers. She was literally a lady, a lass to be eyed upon. The owner sounded unsure when he was addressing her, but why? Her appearance was self-explanatory for someone to be called "madam". 

She took a glance at me, then hauled a smile, "Thank you but I'll help myself instead. Carry on with whatever you had been doing." The laces of her one-piece danced as she lifted her steps and waddled to the counter. The tangerine bits of the sunlight barely escaped through the gaps of her dress. She raised her hand at one seat by the window, the waitress seemed to have understood her gesture upon first glance as she ran into the kitchen with a note. She sat with her hands crossed afterwards, with her eyes wandering… at me?

"Hey… are you alright?" 
"Oh… I'm fine. I'm fine." 
Thanks to that dark gown lass, I almost forfeited my perfect conversation. 
"Heh." She smiled, with her fingers crossed lovingly, at me.

"Here's your Neapolitan and steak, half-done." The food had arrived and we were pretty famished apparently that we spent the next 20 minutes getting indulged with our very own gourmet's experience. We did not say a word. We just chewed our food, like a well-behaved child at the dining table. While I slurped my Neapolitan pasta my eyes could not get off her for some reason. The whole time she had her eyes fixed on our table, till the waitress served her a glass of plain water. She left the place afterwards. 

Psssss…
Huh?
"Did you see that guy just now?" 
He seemed very much interested by that majestic girl just now. 
I guess she looked attractive by standards today. Thought so, I nodded my head indifferently as I put the last piece of sausage into my mouth.
"He's kind of cute, don't you think?" 
"Not really. She's sort of a goth trying too hard." 
"She?" 
We all got quiet.
…
"Hahaha… I kind of dig it…" 
Embarrassed he was as he scratched his head, though something was felt amiss…
"She's pretty I must admit." 
Well I mustn't sound like a jealous sissy sulking for attention.
"Pretty?" 
He raised his brows in bewilderment. 
Did I say something wrong?
"Yeah… Her features were one-of-a-kind I supposed?" 
"Are we talking about the same person?" 
He asked for confirmation. 
"Okay, are you talking about the person who entered the cafe and told the cafe owner not to serve her?" 
I got to be specific and clear… we were in fact talking about the same person, weren't we?
"Yeah but that's a guy obviously. You might need to get a new pair of glasses." 
Concluded he with a tease.
"What do you mean that was a guy? She's wearing a dark one piece! With laces!" 
There was no way I could see it wrong! 
"He is wearing dark but it was a pair of dark trousers, with a dark coat too."
Huh?
He had been looking at me while facing the back to the girl, how could he be so sure?

"Oh…" halted my words, "Oh yeah… I had mistaken. So you were talking about *that* guy huh? Yes, he's cute in fact…" 
Okay, now, play dumb so the first impression would not be ruined. 
"But not cute as me!" Winked, I pulled my tongue out a bit. 
"If you think eating spaghetti like quantum singularity is cute, alright then." 
A premium tease from an knowledgeable man, it felt sweet as nectar from the heaven, like how most men enjoyed the process of teasing their other half, you know, a kind of guilty pleasure? 
"Silly cow." Sneered he. A kind of acceptance and recognition much more valuable than anything else in the world… 

I eventually could not follow conversation and bade him a premature farewell. With the girl haunting my mind, the fact that I identified a completely different gender than the others, they were disturbing. 

This is not a fantasy novel to begin with. We ain't seeing wizardry here.

I exited the cafe with a rumbling stomach. Neapolitan was rather a quick bite than a meal to me. I had no idea how the others survived with only grace of the food and not the portion of it. I went to a wet market nearby and found a Wanton noodle stall. "One Wanton noodle, extra large." The order escaped from my mouth naturally as I sat down. 
 
Phew… At least I had discovered another guy with impeccable compatibility.
Oh no… I forgot to ask more about his background…

We had been blabbering on how the new album for the singer would not work and we did not even do a formal introductions… I grabbed my head and tapped it few times. I withdrew my smartphone and spent the next 30 minutes clinging on it. We did exchange contact, which turned out to be the silver lining on my gloomy salad day. He should be calling… or at least messaging… Oh well…

<Hey, I forgot to ask for your name. Let me introduce myself, I'm…>
I typed my name demurely. To my relief, I received his reply immediately, since most people would run away after I did my introduction.

<So what do you work as? I'm sort of a freelancer.>
"So you are a bum?" Replied he, trying to be witty at his words.
<I am a professional bum, if you would insist.>
"Still, a bum." 
<Better than you, you're an expired bun.>
"It's better than a lazy, idiotic bum." 
Did his 5-year-old brother take over in the midst of our talk?
"Almost forgot, you're a lying bum too."
How am I a lying- 
"It was a guy and you said it's a girl. Bloody lies." 
I failed to reply on time as that line came rapidly.
<Well, lying or not, you still love me, don't you?>  
"No, your face looks like someone had driven a car over a pile of smelly dog poo." 
I seriously doubted if his 3-year-old brother snatched his phone and was replying this somewhere on his treehouse this time.

"I don't get what a dog poo like you are saying. Play lesser games, it makes you retarded."
<Okay, fine, your face looks like it caught on fire and someone tried to put it out with a fork.>
"Your face looks like a poop-hole. With ulcerated hernias." 

I wasn't sure if forcing bombastic words in an argument would make the argument more sound and offensive.

<You looked like an Chestoguru, but without the ability Telepathy in a Twin Battle.>
"Don't make up words just because you ran out of them."
<It looks like someone is too lazy to even search up the words they don't know. Shame.>
"Well, obviously 'Chestoguru' isn't a term."
<Yeah, like your name isn't a term too yet no one said your parents had run out of words when naming you.>

I could almost hear him snapping. 

"Why are you replying then?"
<Because out of courtesy? A virtue that someone didn't have apparently? I guess sophistication only comes from overuse of pompous words and marginalized cultures of generalization.>
"Ok, you know what? The date was out of courtesy too. You know, when my eyes spotted that bubbly trash hanging over you, I was going to throw up because I had never seen such a flagrant big fatso in my entire life. Have you ever tried a mirror or the reflection of your piss whenever you attempted a conversation with somebody? I seriously was impressed by the fact that I could sit through that hour with you, while staying sane." 
It took me 3 minutes to read through.
My thumb nearly cracked the screen.
<Why don't you just stop replying?>
"I'll stop replying and you'll stop too."

That was it…

I melted on the plastic chair before the noodles that had gone cold, with the change by the side. I looked upon the sky, asking why the sky was always so high, as the weight of my smartphone which somehow increased itself by 50 times pulled my hand in pain. I gargled the soaked noodles in splats. Abandoned the change, I headed the home straight after. 

Listening to Die to Live and Springtime Sadness might be a little rare among the public, they are still overpopulated by blustering, peculiar kinds like us and we are proud of it, as if it is a form of universal law compulsory to greater humanity in the very beginning.

But that does not make us special in a way, especially one like me.

"So why do you want to see my weapon arsenal?" Ivy broke the awkward silence after she order bubble tea and a slice of Neapolitan cake. She was fidgeting a lot with her fork, she never like awkward silence, its brother was much better than this.

Scarlett completely forgot that's why she was here, she so focused on today's agenda that she had a meeting with Ivy. Then again, she didn't want to have the meeting as it was kinda weird to talk to Ivy. Something that surrounded Ivy made her feel uncertain about Ivy.

"Ai, don't worry about the meeting however I wouldn't mind seeing your arsenal as I wonder how skilled you are," Scarlett waved her hand side to side as she too didn't care too much about the meeting, however, she had a feeling that Ivy would is like Jack of all Spades. "Why is dagger and gun your style of choice?'

The question wasn't new, Ivy has been asked that question of few times by Rosalina and her teammates. She didn't have a straight answer to why she uses dagger and gun, it isn't like she has a hidden knowledge of using blade and gun. She was just an odd natural to it.

Seeing Scarlett wave her hand in front of Ivy's face, she snapped out of little thoughts. "I'm just used to it." Ivy left the answer vague as she saw Scarlett's face saying "Give me more" face.

Seeing that Ivy wasn't giving to elaborate on her vague answer, Scarlett sighed deeply before packing her stuff up and getting ready to leave. She was going to be late for her meeting with Ruby, though she doubted that meeting would be of anything but fun.

Ivy wasn't going to waste the Neapolitan cake, she quickly asked a waiter to wrap it up before taking another sip of her bubble tea. She knew that Ruby tends to be curious, strict, annoying, and a lot of other things but her being...stress and scared of something to happen is something strange.

'Maybe I should ask her or spy on her for a bit,' Ivy thought as she received her wrapped cake, she left the cafe and checked the time before groaning. She was going to be a little late for her first class.

"As you know, Apathy is one of the most difficult monsters. They are known to be able to drain the willpower of Hunters and drain your Aura simply by a high pitch scream. Now does anyone know how to attack an Apathy when you are under the influence of the monster?" Professor Leviathan asked the students, most of them were bored or just not paying attention while there were a few that actively listens and took notes. 

The classroom was like a college room, rows of seats being higher and higher with two-entryway behind the students and two at the front on the sides. The room was simple, dark-ish brown seating and floor, very lighten white walls, a digital board that had today's lesson and a table in the middle.

Professor Leviathan wore basic clothing, a white top with dark purple-colored jeans, her hair was either dyed or natural as Ivy could see the imperfection on her head where there were strands of navy and purple just coincidentally where Neko ears would be. From a distance, Professor Leviathan wasn't very short, she was at least five feet and eleven inches tall.

Back to the lesson, no one seemed to raise their hands which slightly annoyed Professor Leviathan. Sighing quietly, Ivy raised her hand as Professor Leviathan called on her. She sat up, making it a bit easy for her voice to reach the whole room. "There aren't many ways to attack an Apathy, however, to wake up from the Apathy's scream, have a friend inflict a small amount of pain through your body and vice versa."

"Very good Miss Ivy, say do you have an idea what to use to inflict pain?" Professor Leviathan was indeed curious about Ivy's intelligence, she was still wary about Ivy having a demon inside but she seemed to control it inside.

"A simple cut if you encounter a few like five or less but be in a dark tunnel with twenty or more and it would be very hard to wake someone up unless they have eye implants or just a cyborg," Ivy spoke normally as she very much had the right to, she has had experience with Apathies before just in mass quantity.

Professor Leviathan nodded as everything that Ivy spoke was right, she was even surprised that Ivy knew about the small increase of empowerment they get for each Apathy that is with them. There was no doubt that Ivy wasn't like most students when it comes to monster information.

Ring ring.

The students started packing up their notes and pencil, same goes for Ivy and her teammates as they were seated together in the middle of the room. York and Eden were already gone as Rosalina was just finishing a few notes about the Apathy monster. Lilith waited beside Ivy as the two waited for Rosalina.

"Miss Ivy, can I speak with you for a few minutes?" Professor Leviathan called, she was alining some stacks of papers before stapling them together.

Hoping that she wasn't in trouble, Ivy walked over to Professor Leviathan's desk as she waited for Professor Leviathan to speak her mind or question. She did wonder why she was called, seems odd to be called on after class unless she was in trouble or maybe something good happened. Who knows? Well, except the readers.

Professor Leviathan stretched her back as she turned to face Ivy, she towered Ivy which in some cases made Ivy annoyed but in most, she didn't mind. Professor Leviathan smiled before speaking, "How much do you know about the monsters in this world?"

The question was surprising, Ivy rarely needed to explain why she knew so much but that may just because she worked alone for a long time. She pondered on the thought before replying to Professor Leviathan's question: "I had my AI search a lot of audio and clips of monsters, I let it play the audio or clips while I'm not doing anything important."

Ivy made sure to not say the gender of her AI as it would be very weird for her to say a feminine word than a neutral word.

"Ah, I see. Got any suggestions for me to know? I may know a lot but my research tends to get limited," Professor Leviathan chuckled as she rubbed the back of her head. She may be the Monster expert when it comes to their anatomy but she still always lacks the more extreme cases of monsters.

"Hm, I say the Book of Remnant is to start with then the History of the Two Brothers, there aren't any clips that I can remember clearly but there should be a video with a monster called the Leviathan," seeing Professor Leviathan's expression, Ivy quickly cleared the wording. "Not you, Leviathan, but a massive sea creature that roams around deep around."

Nodding, Professor Leviathan made sure that her AI jotted these books and the Leviathan clip. She smiled before she dismissed Ivy to her next class.

Sighing a relief, Ivy made quick leg work to reach up to Lilith and Rosalina who were waiting for her. Kind girls, they are. Lilith asked what Professor Leviathan wanted but Ivy simply shrugged it off and said it was nothing important.

Dragged into the remains of old Toyko alley, Ruby was threated by being sexually assaulted. Having luck still on her side, a strange person helped Ruby escape. Soon after their encounter, turns out the stranger was the most wanted thief throughout the Lumina Kingdom, Ivy. A twenty-one-year-old girl who doesn't remember anything but being experimented and emotionally unstable during her youth. However, what once was a deep hatred slowly turns into a deep feeling relationship right off the bat. Ivy being presented to the king, the man who sought Ivy's capture, was now given a new life, new opportunity, and a new chance to fail everyone.

Sorry, things keep popping up lately and there are too many tasks to keep track of. After the recent failure of my Amalgam Xianxia, I've been thinking of bringing back an old story of mine in its place.

I've already thought about what I'll do after ending this Arc, and to keep up with the current writing trends, I'll be writing Battlefield Restart 3 after this Arc is finished rather than Battlefield Restart 2- An Adventure Beyond Greatness. The reason being is that not only can that story tie in perfectly into earlier entries but also independently exist by itself.

The story will be called Battlefield Restart 3- An Ascendance Beyond Destiny, and will be more about the 'growing up' aspect of Idealism Vs Cynicism and the concept of 'Hero Squads'.

I know writing a the last story in a 'trilogy' before the first story is being too out there and weird, but I feel as if such a story I'm thinking of will keep up with the trends and invite that feeling of nostalgia.

If Battlefield Restart- An Identity Beyond Self is a story of an Isekai'd MC, and Battlefield Restart 2- An Adventure Beyond Greatness is a mete deconstruction of The Hero's Journey, Then Battlefield Restart 3- An Ascendance Beyond Destiny is about self-betterment (as cheesy as it sounds... Meh, this has Magical Girls anyway).

The story is built like Reincarnator but with less set goals. He aims to stop an Apocalypse by 'creating Heroes' but that in itself has already failed as a plan the first time. The last fighters of Earth just before the humanity became extinct (because they died as well) were the 'Contractors' of the MC of the previous entry in this trilogy (BR 2, basically).

The main character will be 'Mr Mascot', someone who is closely related to things that happened in both the first Battlefield Restart and its sequel. A guy who was the 'Hero Forger' in the past.

He is sent back in time to try again. Although I say this story is like Reincarnator, he has a lot more cynicism and a lot more softer heart than the guy in that story. A guy who can't fight by himself.

Unlike others in his team that could have been sent back, like those who can rewrite reality or are essentially immortal, he is sent back because only he is great at bringing people together, as the rest of them are too reliant on their overpowered Gifts.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that there will be delays but I'll make sure to get this Arc ended with a more satisfying conclusion than last time (in my own perspective). I hope to finish this soon!

This is a story I worked on ages ago that has been refined and edited by adding foreshadowing to events while also simplifying the power system better than before. This story can be considered a prequel to An Adventure Beyond Greatness as it takes place years prior to the events of that story.

Short Synopsis:
After retiring from the battlefield, my life became empty and lifeless. The regrets of my past haunt me in my sleep. Then a change occurred, a King from another world summoned me to fight for his kingdom, but I died even before I could give him my answer. Now, after a fake God allowed me to reincarnate (albeit imperfectly) with my memories intact, into a world filled with magic and swords.

Long Synopsis:
This is about a flawed protagonist who only knew to rely on others and not socialise who gets a second chance to change himself in order to live the life he aimed for in his past life. The narrator isn’t exactly trustworthy since it is purely in his bias perspective while other perspectives given by others fill in the blanks that he either leaves out or twists to suit the situation.

The story itself can be considered a parody of Isekai’s classic tropes which are given a sense of reality as time goes by. As there exists no ‘Demon Lord’, there is also no black and white, only characters opinions and counter-opinions throughout the story.

Mikhail cannot calm his racing heart. How could someone calm after hearing that but he is not a reckless person because he knows that haste makes a waste! He needs to make some preparation first if he wants to go hunting somewhere.


Mikhail then going home to prepare some item to go hunting and the wolf puppy followed him.


"That's right. I should give you a name first." Mikhail looking the wolf puppy and begin pondering.


"Since, you are a demonic wolf. Then your name will be Momon. That's a cool name right? Like some digital monster." Mikhail stared at Momon and smiled at it. Momon looks happy too and runs encircling him while barking.


When Mikhail arrived at his home, he immediately going to prepare for tomorrow's hunting. First, he needs a ranged weapon and decided to bring a grizzly gun. Second, of course, a compass is a must. The third is a complete map. Fourth is a headlight because it would be inconvenient to fight while holding a flashlight. Fifth is a body protector since he decided to fight and not to running away, as usual, it is a must to have some protection.


 At first, he wants to wear the armor like some western knight. He saw it on display window in some ownerless shop on the way home. But when he tried and wearing it, he can't even move his body anymore so how could he fight while using it. So he decided to wear the body protector in the end. 


If Mikhail must choose between forest and sewer. He much prefers sewer, because the vision in the forest is limited by bush and tree. It is easy to get lost and you could even be ambushed by origin beast. So the sixth, he must prepare a pair of boots.


The next evening at 03.30 PM, Mikhail stuffed Momon into his backpack and go to the sewer. Because at this time around, the giant werewolf usually has been finished hunting. 


Before entering the sewer Mikhail summon the shadow sword and change its form to a ring and wear it, then he holds his grizzly gun and turns on his headlight.


Mikhail knew that he should kill his opponent with shadow sword in order to level it up but if he is outnumbered and surrounded by several origin beasts then his life will cease to exist. It is better to play safe than sorry.


Mikhail entered the sewer carefully and observes his surroundings. The sewer is dark and humid but at least it is quite narrow so it would be hard if the opponent wants to surround him. Inside sewer there are actually many intersections if you don't have the map, you will easily get lost. 


"Sh*t… How could this compass be so strange?  It's not working at all. Thankfully I checked it before going inside too far or I already getting lost my way." Mikhail grumbled. He didn't turn at the intersection and only going forward all the way to avoid getting lost in the sewer.


Mikhail's face turned serious when he feeling some movement in front of him. Then he saw three rats as big as a Neapolitan mastiff coming at him with incredible speed.


BANG… BANG… BANG…

Mikhail aimed and shooting his grizzly gun to one of the rats but the bullet bouncing off like meet with some steel. 


"SHIT… HOW COULD THIS RAT'S SKIN IS HARD LIKE A STEEL???" Mikhail shouted and throws away his grizzly gun. It is already too late to run away and he won't be able to outrun the three rat's speed anyway. So the only choice right now is only to fight.


He quickly changes his shadow sword form to a spear. The spear extended and stabbed toward one of the rats killing it easily but the other two already swiftly approached Mikhail and jumped at him.

With his thought, the form of spear instantly changes again and another two spearheads coming out from its spear grip pierce the other two rats above his head and slay them too.

Mikhail is breathing hard right now. It is very close if he slower even 0.1 seconds he would be dead by now.


"So it is what it feels like, playing RPG in real life. Not bad… But it would be better if I have my HP bar above my head." Mikhail sighed and smiles wryly.

Mikhail is breaking up with his girlfriend.

Out of heartbreak, he brought all games and food in the store and swore to not coming out of his room until he finished all the games.

After one year, he finished all the games but after he coming out what he found the world is already on its end.

"Ahahaha, you must be kidding with me right? This must be a dream!"

Unfortunately no Mikhail this is not.

Gemini stood at the door looking out in to the court yard. " The sun is setting they should be back by now." Gemini said with worry in her voice. Elena crosses the kitchen. She reaches out and softly touches Gemini's arm. She looks out the glass as her eyes shift to a solid white.  " They are asleep by the river." Looks like they have exhausted them selves. " Elena laughs softly. 

Her eyes shifting back to red. As she slowly shifts her gaze to Gemini. Her gold eyes still locked on the court yard. As Elena gently touches Gemini's hair moving if from her face. Silent and beautiful Gemini looks at her. It's almost like she is seeing her for the first time. Grabbing Elena's hand softly she pulls her closer. Gemini's heart is about to beat out of her chest. 

Reaching up Gemini softly touches Elena's face gently with the back of her fingers. " You are so beautiful." Gemini whispers as she softly presses her lips to Elena's and kisses her slowly and passionately. Lifting her lips slightly as Elena grabs her and pulls her close "Stay with me tonight." Elena asks softly. Gently touching her forehead to Gemini's. Gemini responds softly. " I will stay with you." Touching Elena's face Gemini softly asks " Can you show me your true self.... please." 

Slowly shifting she begins to tower over Gemini her wings gently laying against her back. Her skin becomes silver her teeth begin to grow and sharpen. Kneeling Elena looks down.  Gemini quickly moves closer. Quickly grabbing Elena she kisses her passionately. Grabbing Gemini gently in her arms. Elena carries her to the bed room. Gently laying Gemini in bed. Elena kneels at the side. Gemini slowly pulls her shirt and pants off. Followed by her under garments. Until she is sitting in the center of the bed naked softly shaking. Elena wraps her arms around Gemini. Silently she pulls her wings tightly around her. "Don't be afraid little Rafe I would never hurt you." Elena whispers pulling Gemini against her tightly. Pulling Elena's face to hers Gemini whispers " I am not afraid of you Elena." Gemini says softly "I have never been close to someone like this...I don't know what to do." Slowly shifting back Elena pulls Gemini's lips to hers. 

Elena gasps shocked. Lowering her head Gemini whimpers " I am sorry ...." Elena lips crash in to hers. She begins to run her hands over Gemini. Whispering softly Elena responds " Don't  be.....sorry" Gasping Gemini shudders. Smiling Elena gently lays Gemini down. Slowly kissing and nibbling her way from her lips down her neck. Gently kissing her chest and softly teasing her nipples. Gemini moans softly Elena pulls her down the bed. Slowly kissing her way down between her legs. Passionately kissing her thighs Elena looks at Gemini. Her breathing begins change. Elena lowers her lips gently teasing Gemini. She begins by sucking and licking slowly at first. Then adjusting as Gemini shudders breathing rapidly. Grabbing Elena's hair gently. Gemini arch's her back as her legs begin to quiver. " Elena..." Gemini moans her voice quivering softly. 

Suddenly her whole body quakes. Causing her legs to lock around Elena tightly. Elena feels her energy building. Gemini screams loudly. Followed by a flood of wetness hits Elena's lips. Sucking and enjoying the taste. Savoring the feeling of Gemini against her lips. Pulling her face away Elena whimpers softly shaking. " You taste so good." She kisses Gemini softly while she slowly moves up to her lips. Gemini quickly pulls Elena to her. Gemini still shaking softly kisses Elena's lips. Elena smiles and kisses Gemini softly on the neck. Whispering softly Elena says " I want to feel you." Shaking Gemini takes Elena's hand a slides It to her thighs. 

Kissing Elena gently Gemini whispers " I want to taste you." " You will little Rafe....." Elena seductively whispers. Smiling Elena begins to nibble on her neck. Elena gently rubs Gemini's lips. Teasing her she gently slides a finger into Gemini. Gemini quivers and gasps softly shuddering. Sliding in and out slowly Elena moans softly in Gemini's ear " I need you" moving deeper each time she pushes in to her. Stopping suddenly with her fingers inside. Elena pauses kissing her softly. " Your still untouched."  Elena gasps quivering with excitement. Gemini moans loudly as Elena rubs against her deep inside. Her wetness flowing over Elena. Pulling her fingers slowly from Gemini. Elena gently lowered her self on to Gemini.  

Gemini moans and begins to cry out. " Please don't stop I want to feel you." Gently sliding between her legs Elena moves to her ear. " My little rafe." She whispers softly. As she slowly thrusts her hips gently against Gemini. Slowly working her way in to Gemini. Gasping Gemini claws at Elena's back. As she feels her slowly begin to work her way inside. Eagerly she pushes deeper stretching to reach deep inside her. Falling back Gemini gasps moaning in both pain and pleasure. 

Elena begins to push stretching her inside as she pushes deeper. Elena's moans softly " You are so wet and so tight ." Trembling as she hovers over Gemini. She slowly thrusts gently working her way in. Suddenly feeling a pop deep inside. Gemini cry's out in pain and claws Elena's back. Elena gently pushes in slowly. Then gently she pulls softly sliding out. Gemini's cry's turn from pain to moans of pleasure. Elena feels her self begin to coil and throb inside Gemini. Grabbing Gemini she rolls over with Gemini in top. Taking her hips she slides her down. Gemini moans loudly she begins to use her hips. Rhythmically driving Elena deep Inside her. Gemini's muscles begin to suck Elena deeper. Her wetness begins to flow over Elena. Feeling Elena throbbing inside her. 

Gemini leans in kisses Elena passionately. Suddenly pushes her hips down driving Elena all the way inside her. Gasping Elena shudders as Gemini rides her. Ruffly grinding her deeper in to her. Elena screams as Gemini pushes her deeply in to the perfect spot. Elena quivers and shudders as she explodes. Gemini grinding her deeper as she feel her hot sensation fill her. Elena roars loudly grabbing Gemini. She pulls her close. Elena wraps her arms around Gemini. Kissing her softly Gemini falls in to her. She tucks her head in to Elena's chest quickly falling asleep. 


Waking to the sound of water flowing gently over rocks. Ava's arms still wrapped tightly around me. I gently slide from her arms. Slowly I walk down to the waters edge. Reaching down I splash some on my face. Turning around Ava still asleep. I turn and walk in to the water to wash my body. The cold water tingles as it rolls across my skin. Opening my eyes I see Ava roll over and sit up. Her red hair falling across her face she gently tosses it to the side and smiles. I motion for her to come join me. 

Pulling her close I wrap my legs around her. I gently rub my hands across her skin. Smiling she raises and eyebrow. "Really?" Grinding against her I feel her searching. Pulling away slightly teasing I feel it in the right spot. Suddenly tightening my grip I thrust her deep inside. Gasping she moans loudly. " Lex ... ohh ." Gasping and breathing heavily she grinds against me. Savoring the feeling her throbbing against me inside.  Ava moans as a hot sensation begin to fill me inside. Shuddering she holds on to me as she screams. Her body explodes her energy deep in side me. Suddenly causing a huge shock wave. That blows us out of the river on to the ground. Shaking Ava crawls to me pulling her face to mine. " Are you ok Lex?" Smiling I pull her to me " Yes  I am ok." Ava smiles " Come on we need to get back before they worry to much." Sighing as we get up. "Ummm ... give me a second." Think I got up to fast feeling the world spin. Catching me Ava smiles you probably just need to eat. Kissing her softly I whisper. " I love you." Ava smiles and responds " I love you to Lex." Softly placing her hand on my chest. Ava reaches up and kisses me. Grabbing our clothes we dress. Preparing to head back to the house.

We come in to the middle of this with recovering and barley alive. Crippling flashes of emotion pull you apart. Scared broken your love taken and the Elios (bond) severed the loss so great your soul struggles to recover. But it may seem fate has other plans. When a beautiful Bio Hacker who is more than what she appears has scooped you from the rubble and begins to help you heal.
