In 2012 Tzuyu was discovered by talent scouts at the MUSE Performing Arts Workshop in Tainan, and moved to South Korea in November that year to start her training. In 2016, Tzuyu passed an exam at Tainan Municipal Fusing Junior High School to certify her middle school education. She attended high school at Hanlim Multi Art School in South Korea and graduated in February 2019. In 2015 Tzuyu participated in the South Korean reality television show Sixteen, hosted by JYP Entertainment and co-produced by Mnet. As one of nine successful participants, she went on to join the newly-formed girl group Twice. Unlike the other winners of Sixteen, Tzuyu was originally not included in the final lineup of winners, but was uniquely selected based on audience voting.

A smiling couple appeared when I am scrolling at my phone, I guess I haven't deleted all our photos yet. I am again lost at my own world while staring at my picture five years ago. I am indeed happy, see how long my hair was, how my eyes sparkle like stars as I looked at him. We were both happy, I'm still wondering what went wrong.

He gave me my happiest memories; he gave me so much things to remember but then one day he just left without saying goodbye. Kayla was right, it has been years since he left me hanging and yet here, I am unable to move on. I am still keeping our memories dear to my heart and hoping that one day he'll come back. Maybe that's the reason why I can't move on, I am still hoping for him to appear in front of me again. I hated myself for not fighting for my love, for not fighting enough and I let him go just like that, my deepest regret is keeping my distance when I knew I had so little chance to win. There are so many possibilities that would happen, but I never made anything that could make him stay.

I am not aware of what's happening around me as I was lost in my own thoughts. Kayla slapped my arm so hard that made me look at her angrily. This silly girl smiled took my phone and said "Stop thinking, and I will help you delete some of your memories with this man, sweety don't keep these kinds of things anymore. I know you and him, you both are my friends, but you are my best after all. I know you still hold him dear to your heart, but one day you need to open up. So please tell me if somethings bothering you ok? Hmm. Lala?"

Looking at her actions and listening to her endless blabber I smiled and hugged her tight, "Thank you for staying with me, thank you for understanding me. You really are the best". Though, I can't show her, and I seldom tell her my worries, I know she understands me the best, she knows me after all.

"There, there silly girl, you need to pull yourself together and bring that energy out because in a few hours we will be boarding and in time we will be at Taiwan. Aren't you excited Lala?" she said while giving back my phone. I looked at her and nodded, "Yes, and I guess someone has forgotten that this is her first flight and travel abroad. Her anxiety a while ago just vanished. Hmm. Kay-kay, aren't I the best medicine you have?"

Kayla laughed and looked at me with disdain, "You really think so high of yourself, eh? Ms. Roslin?", her calling me with my last name shows she's pissed because I reminded her about her anxiety.

Kayla Kim, a Korean Japanese national, Kayla or Kailla in Korea, is my best friend and roommate. We both worked in Sanno Hospital. She's a cardiologist. The funny thing about her is that, she was born and raised in Tokyo and haven't even tried traveling through a plane. She always said that she's kind of afraid but if she's with someone, she can travel without worry. Maybe that's the reason why she hasn't gone to her parent's country since I knew her. 

Kayla is a real beauty; her skin is as white as milk and so smooth that anyone would think she's one of those Korean celebrity. With her height of 5'5", she can become one of those top k-pops, but she chooses to be a doctor. Her parents went back to Korea during our college days, and they keep on bugging her to go back to their country so that she can run their hospital over there. But this friend of mine is stubborn and she wanted to make a name of her own.

We met during our college years and since then we never been apart. I am an Emergency Doctor and furthering my studies as a Neurologist. We both have a very busy schedule and this trip is what we needed to get away from the emergency room.

Kayla is still looking at me coldly, so I decided to distract her by asking her "Why did you choose Taiwan of all places? We are living in one of the most beautiful country in the world, and that is Japan, so why don't you just choose Hokkaido or somewhere here?"

She just shrugged and said "I want to leave Japan for once, and Taiwan is my first step. If we have our vacation near Tokyo, how can we really unwind without worrying of work? That is why I decided to leave for Taiwan, and I heard it's a really nice place."

"Oooookayy.." I wanted to say more but I know our conversation will open another door in my heart. Maybe she knew why I was reluctant but at the same time happy that we will stay abroad for a couple of days.

Taiwan was the place we decided to visit after our wedding, that was the plan, but he left me. All tickets were booked, and the only thing left was the wedding, but he left me hanging.

Then I heard from one of our friends he already left the country with his girlfriend. I was shattered and almost went insane. I blamed myself for letting him be, my deepest regret.

Kayla sensed something is not right with me so she brought me back to reality when she hugged me tight and said "Don't worry, you two didn't go to Taiwan together, so we will make our memories there. So, will you please wake up!!"

Then an announcement came, broadcasting that our flight will be delayed due to technical issues. We both looked at each other and laughed. "So, Lala, I was so excited that we will board soon but was delayed. Ohhhh. Now I remember, who was that guy again?" Kayla said as she looked at me with curiosity.

No judge would dare cause Qin Guan's failure in Taiwan. That would not be a smart idea. After more than 40 years, the film industry on the island was fading. The Golden Horse Festival only kept going so it could save its dignity.
If it weren't for the superstars, no one would be paying attention to a festival on such a tiny island. In an effort to flatter the mainlanders, the organizers had even replaced Zheng Yuling, the exclusive female distinguished guest, with Lin Zhiling, because of her recent success on the Chinese mainland.
They were certainly not brave enough to cause the award-winning actor's failure.
Taking advantage of this, Qin Guan escaped with the two ladies. The reporters regretted their words when they came back to their senses. They had missed the chance to get any useful information from him.
As soon as he reached his hotel, Qin Guan got lost in the delicious food of Taipei. The city was famous for its night markets. Only in its noisy, bustling markets did the stars get the chance to relax and focus on the food.
Foodies loved traditional night markets, as authentic tastes could only be found there. There was a variety of food available, including sticky tofu, fried squid tentacles and frog eggs. The most famous specialty there though was oyster omelette.
Just as its name implied, the omelette was made of fried oysters and eggs. Most people from the Chinese mainland couldn't tolerate its strange taste, as it was hard for the cook to clean all the oysters properly. Plus, oysters were not suitable for old people.
This was actually Qin Guan's favorite.
He followed the two ladies' suggestion and led his team to the busiest night market in Taipei. The oysters there came from Lok-kang and they were caught the same day at the harbor and transported to Taipei.
The fresh oysters looked large, tasty and juicy, so one portion per person would be enough. The owner of the stand was busy frying the oysters. A large pan of ingredients could satisfy 10 people, but he had to work consistently in order to feed his customers.
Qin Guan was waiting in line in leisure. Even waiting for such a snack was fun.
When the fresh oysters were half-cooked, the man poured egg whites, sweet potato powder, seafood juice and other spices to create a pancake. After a short while, the mixture turned golden yellow.
He divided the large pancake into smaller portions and put them on dishes. When he added a little hot sauce, they became authentic Taiwanese style oyster and eggs. The dish was soft and tasted like seafood. It tasted like the lifestyle and romanticism of the people in the city.

Chu Xian nodded as staff placed some beautiful, colorful shrimp on the table.
The shrimp were very small. The judges went up one by one, introducing their species and characteristics to the audience. In the end, a Procambarus Clarkii Crayfish from Primordial won. The entire shrimp was blue and extremely pretty.
And as expected, Germany's Primordial also won first place in sea ornamental fish with their Lionfish.
A Korean fish farm won the competition for goldfish. Chu Xian paid a lot of attention to this competition - after all, he made his first fortune with goldfish.

You will be here until your chemo session is finish," Takeshi replies to her then pinches her nose when seeing her sulky face. "I will be here whenever I have no work," Takeshi promises her. "Which is almost never," she pouts. Takeshi lets a small laughter. He then bends down to meet her in the eyes. "I will drop all my schedules to accompany you if you want me to," he looks her in the eyes solemnly. Aiko is silent for couple seconds then she shakes her head. "I don't want you to do it," she says. 

"Are you ready, Aiko-chan ?" A nurse that just entered the room asks her. Hesitanly, Aiko nods. "I will be here," Takeshi promises her. "No. I don't want you to see me after chemo. You should go back to your hotel and rest," Aiko rejects him. Takeshi pats her skullcap covered head couple of times then kisses her forehead. "I'll see you tomorrow," he whispers to her ear, "Be brave, okay ?" Aiko nods. She then moves from her bed to the wheelchair beside her bed. The nurse then takes her out of her room.

After sitting on the couch, Takeshi rubs both of his hands to his face and going up to his hair while exhales a heavy breath. Aiko's cancer has returned. It moves to her lung and it gets worse. According to what the doctor told Mr. Waseda, it spreads and grows aggresively. The doctor said it is no longer can be killed. All they can do is taming the cancer to grow slower. Without the treatment, Aiko can only live for 3 months at most. While with treatment she may live for a year. Last night, Mr. Waseda asked him to keep the condition a secret to Aiko. When she knows it, she will definitely refuse to be treated. 

Takeshi should be glad to hear about it. It means, his deal will last and he will be able to chase Xiao Ping back. But he is not glad, even less happy. It broke his heart, too when he heard the news. "Aiko-chan..," he calls her while pats her cheek gently. Her gaze slowly focuses on him. "Oh, Hi," she greets him with a blank stare. "Are you feeling well ?" Takeshi asks her. Putting the bouquet on her chest.

"Not really. This is for me ?" she grabs the flowers and sniffs them. The frangrant makes her smiles, "Thank you." 

"What do you mean 'You're not really well' ?" Takeshi asks her to explain her earlier answer. "What.. ?" Aiko asks him back in confusion. "I asked you 'Are you feeling well?' and you answered me 'Not really'. What did that mean ?" Takeshi explains his question.

"Oh.. Hmm.. I don't know.. I forgot why I answered that," Aiko answers him with a dazy look. "My mind is blurry now," she continues then sniffs the flowers again, "Thank you. I love it." Takeshi almost wants to say that she said thanks already, but he decides to keep his mouth shut.

"You should not come. I told you not to come after my therapy," she says in complain. "Your therapy  was two days ago," Takeshi reminds her. "It was ?!" Aiko seems surprised then sighs. "They gave me different drugs. These ones are stronger, I think. The drugs make me confuse and have terrible nausea," she explains in sad. "I look awful," she adds then covers her face with her hands. "You're beautiful," Takeshi whispers to her then opens her hands before kisses her forehead. Aiko thinly smile. Takeshi takes the bouquet from her lap and put it in the vase on the bedside. "Have you eaten ?" Takeshi asks again. "I don't have the appetite," Aiko answers him Takeshi opens the refrigerator. "Fruit, maybe ? You must eat something. Otherwise, you only become weaker," he advises her. "Ice cubes ? My mouth is so dry right now," Aiko says. Instead of bringing her ice cubes, Takeshi gives her a slice of watermelon that he found in the refrigerator. With a little hesitant, Aiko accepts and eats it. "Better ?" Takeshi asks. She nods then biting the watermelon again while Takeshi just staring at her.

"Tomorrow, I'm going to fly for another world concert tour. But this time it won't be long, only two weeks. After Taiwan, there won't be any more tour, and I asked Hiroshi to postpone all unassigned contracts so I can be on your side all the time." Takeshi tells her his plan. Aiko frowns but doesn't say a word. "I know I promised you to cancel my tour to Taiwan. I had. But my fans there were protesting. They even made ridiculous rumor. So I thought it is better to keep on the concert there. I hope you understand," Takeshi adds. Aiko nods. "I trust you," she says. "Thank you," Takeshi replies then kisses her skinny hand.

Luocheng walked out yawning, and upon seeing Lin Dong's reaction, he asked, "Nothing will happen, right?"
"Nah, people everywhere on the internet are jailbreaking things, as long as I don't sell it to people to make a profit, it's not like that woman is going to be monitoring my computer or the computers near me twenty-four-seven," Lin Dong replied.
"Oh…" Luocheng nodded, suddenly furrowing his brows after processing Lin Dong's words, "You said that woman was monitoring your computers and the computers near you?"
Lin Dong understood what Luocheng was implying immediately and rolled his eyes into the back of his head, "Do you think the internet police use P2P? They're not going to check our downloads or activity on PirateBay!"
"I just… hehe." Luocheng laughed dryly.
They were men, they had their privacy. Luocheng had really thought that there was some woman monitoring them from a remote place while their group of young men were busy complying to their bodily needs. How weird would that be!
You should know that because Li Meiqi had moved in with them and their computers were all placed in the living room, these boys had had to take their laptops and hide in their rooms whenever they wanted to watch something just to avoid any weird, unintended encounters.

The prize money continued to snowball and Boss Lei was as happy as a clam seeing all these people send themselves into the jaws of defeat.
The higher the prize, the more people it attracted, and even more people were coming with the intention of becoming the victor.
The rule was that whoever was the first to win against Team Skycrown would get the money. There wasn't a team under the sun who could maintain the legend of being undefeatable, after all, there were a few top-tier players in Shanghai who were gunning for the bounty that Team Skycrown had.
Team 71 T2 couldn't resist the temptation and had faced off against Team Skycrown during the weekend. The former had actually played against Team Skycrown back during their practice competition, and the score for the two matches had ended up as a 1 to 1.
However, after a year of growth and development, both teams had undergone some major changes, but still, Team 71 T2 didn't stand a chance under Team Skycrown's vicious attacks. Even though they did marginally better than most of the other teams and were able to make it past the twenty minute barrier to surrender, Team 71 T2's five players had ended the game with a grimace, being tortured in-game for 24 minutes wasn't a pleasant experience.
On Team Skycrown's side, they felt rejuvenated after the intense match. Being able to play with professional teams was always a delight, the fights where every second and action counted, where even planting a single ward could mean life or death, where a thousand abilities could fly overhead during a team fight and yet, everyone would be able to escape with the smallest sliver of health left.
Basically, by fighting with Team 71 T2, Team Skycrown was finally able to feel a little more satisfied with their game. If some other teams from the LPL were to show up, Team Skycrown would be even happier, they wouldn't have to deal with the rules about inviting LPL teams.
Of course, other than accepting challenges in Demacia Cafe and playing ranked, Team Skycrown had also just gotten new computers and they were going to play a 2 hour invitational match as training when the crowd had died out slightly in the afternoon.
Invitational training matches like these were chances for Team Skycrown's power to really shine through, and a lot of their more advanced tactics used to whittle down the enemy were only viable in games like these. 
Their training partner? The one and only Taiwan professional team—Team Mango!
Team Mango was also a new professional team from Taiwan. They weren't all that well-known, but there were two famous e-sports players in their lineup, both friendly past rivals of Team Wings. 
There had been many friendly clashes between the two teams, and apart from Team Skycrown fighting with Team Mango, members from either team would also play together with each other. Team Mango had a lot of connections within the e-sports community, mainly from the two famous professional players in their team. Usually once it hits 2pm, the professional player MSN group chat created by Team Mango would start to get a lot of traffic, varying *Min Languages would be shouted back and forth, and then came the bets on practice matches for some extra change. 
Of course, the teams added into the MSN group were those that weren't as bad to be around, plus, with a high-profile e-sports player like Bai Hu as the makeshift "leader" of the group, the few that wanted to stir up trouble wouldn't even get the chance. 
They couldn't deny, professional Taiwanese teams were incredibly strong. Team Skycrown had hung out with that bunch for almost half a year's time and their losses outnumbered their victories, their win-rate wasn't even at 50 percent. If the people back home found out about it, they would instantly become a laughingstock. 
But at the same time, their low win-rate also clarified the immense strength of the teams in the group, true diamonds in the rough!
Most afternoons were filled with proper training matches, a battle between two opposing teams, more serious than other matches, and to ensure that they didn't leak their strategies, most games were done anonymously. 
Most of the time, everyone was on MSN playing against each other, it was quite a fun time. 
Team Skycrown had gotten quite familiar with everyone in Bai Hu's group, Team IFKU, who was their most common training partner. With a name like, you didn't need a brain to figure out that Team IFKU was probably the alternate name for some super-strong Taiwanese team. 
The day ended with two of their usual training matches and Team Skycrown was just about to go offline when their opponents held them back. 
"Hey, China boy, lend us your Support for a bit," a guy named Xiao Zhuai said. 
Xiao Zhuai was the Jungler of Team IFKU and also their leader. Through all their encounters on the rift, Team IFKU and Team Skycrown were pretty close to the point that they would even randomly borrow some people from Team Skycrown to fight other teams.
"Again? It's 500 per match," Luocheng replied. Things like politeness and courtesy were far behind them.
"Then I'll give you 500!" Xiao Zhuai said cooly.
"I'm talking RMB here, don't give me your Taiwanese crap!" Luocheng shot back.
500 NTD was only worth 100 RMB, Luocheng wasn't going to lose out on money like this.
Team IFKU's Xiao Zhuai was your classic troublemaker, always provoking other teams and placing bets for one reason or another.
Teams playing against each other for private bets was a little frowned upon by Taiwan's E-sports Association, so it was mostly just a few members teaming up to fight within their social group, but most likely one or both of them just didn't have enough money for cigarettes.
"Enough talk, are you gonna play or not? I'm telling you there are gonna be a bunch of pros in this game!" Xiao Zhuai said.
Luocheng gave it a thought. He hadn't participated in one of these matches in quite a while, and he had heard stories about how some of the new guys weren't giving their due respects. Someone should teach them a lesson or two.

Five men in their boxers were huddling in the heater-warmed hall of an exquisite apartment complex.
There were two rows of computers in the hall, it was basically a miniature cybercafe.
The hall was a little messy, but overall quite clean, it would probably look better if there weren't wisps of smoke circling the room.
"You son of a-, if you want to smoke, get out!" Suddenly, a lion's roar came booming from outside the hall's entrance.
Xiao Zhuai looked over with a singlet on his back and a cigarette in his mouth, freezing up for a second before quickly putting his cigarette out, acting innocent.
Unfortunately, his gang of friends were already pointing in his direction, and the woman who had just burst in through the door looked at him like she could kill him with just her glare.
Xiao Zhuai laughed dryly, "There won't be a next time, old hag."
"You're a f*cking cad, call me that one more time and I'll put your little plaything in my next soup!"
Xiao Zhuai typed out a 'haha' before replying to the girl in front of him, "I got that kid to come out, get Huo Ma to come over."
"Which kid?" the raging girl asked.
"That leader from China. Huo Ma didn't believe that he was as strong as people were making him out to be, so tell him to get his sorry self over here so he can find out for himself," Xiao Zhuai said.
"He's talking with Bai Hu. I'll call him over, but a clash between China boy and Huo Ma, it's going to be quite the fight, right?" the lady said.
"Probably. Actually, I've been playing on the Mainland servers for a couple of months now, I've looked up a couple of the better Supports in the LPL, but I can't seem to find one that matches him…" Xiao Zhuai said.
Teams in the MSN group chat were anonymous, no one knew which teams were which, their team, Team TPB had only found out that these guys were from China by talking to them.
But even after scouring through exhaustive lists of China teams, none seemed to include information about them.
Especially the Support from China boy's team, he was a right legend. Xiao Zhuai himself was the Jungler from one of the two stars of Taiwan, Team TPB. The number of players that he thought were worth remembering could be easily counted on one hand, and that was in the entire world, not just Taiwan and Mainland China.
After playing against this China boy's team, Xiao Zhuai had realized that this China Team was really, irrefutably strong. They wouldn't be able to beat them if they didn't try hard, especially their leader, he was a real pain in the behind!
Now, basically everyone knew that this China Team had an off-meta Support with particularly strong skills to back up his quirkiness, but as the number one Support of Taiwan's rising star Team TPB, Huo Ma hadn't been too happy when he caught wind of another up-and-coming Support player. 
Someone could play the Support role better than him?
Huo Ma wouldn't believe it since he was the one who had been awarded the title of Best Support in the S International League's top 8. If you had told him of a better Support from Korea, he would be forced to face the facts since Korea's Team Xi's Support, An Luoxuan, had performed spectacularly during the finals, so much so that even Huo Ma had been in awe. But these kids were spreading word of a particularly good Support from China, awareness, shotcalling, play-making, all just as good as himself, and this enraged Huo Ma to no end!
He had mained as a Support for 30 years, all to become the world's number one Support! Yet, he had ended up getting absolutely outclassed by Modek's Support during the S International League, and just as he was recovering from that upset, out of nowhere, this China boy from Bai Hu's MSN professional player group chat pops up to irritate him further!
"Where is he, where's this little sh*t!? I'm going to beat him so hard he's going to run back crying to his mama!" Huo Ma stomped into the hall, shouting all the way. 
"He's online waiting for you." Xiao Zhuai pointed at the computer next to him. 
"Who did you invite to the match?" Huo Ma sat on his seat, realizing the foreign ID's in their lobby were a jumble of English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese. 
Of course, Huo Ma didn't bat an eye at this combination. 
The people from Bai Hu's MSN group were basically masters of the game recognized by the legend, Bai Hu himself. Who knew, maybe there were a few globally ranked pros from Korea and America! 
Each one of them had bought a name change, did they think he was an idiot!
Huo Ma quickly entered his account and password, entering the premade lobby.

It was her classmate and best friend since high school. The girl was running towards her.

"What are you doing here!"

"Enjoying the sunset!"

"What...this is not so Lisa like!"

"Why?" 
Lisa asked backed. Her eyebrow up her face a little.

"Because I mostly found you either enjoying horse ride or climbing up tall trees...or dancing...Hehehe it's so surprised to see you sit so still!"

Lisa laughed.

"I do sit still sometimes. Different activities at different times...!!"

"Umm ..Yep!..Ohh by the way, a guy friend told me to give this letter to you"

"Letter? What letter? From whom!"

"A love letter of course!...it's one of our old classmate at 12th grade... You remember that Nat boy.."

"Oh..Natty boy...Ahh..yes..I get it now. Take that letter back and tell him I feel indifferent."

"Why not read first?"

Manoban's family had been living in the edge of Chiang Rai Province for a little more than two decades.

Yep, she liked to play with small pots making food, selling salad (popular with Thai female kids). She also loved running there and this, climbing up the trees and playing football. She was well known to be good at high jump.

I hope you have been doing well. It's was all good all these years. Although you were in different place, we have been able to communicate. 
Your daughter must be quite lady now. I'm sure she will be as beautiful and elegant as Rasa.

I think it's time that perhaps the Chou family could reunite for once. You are Chou. We are brothers. Although, our mother seemed cold about you and your family. I'm sure it was only a surface. I'm sure she still really love you. If you just allow, I really want to support Lalisa in her farther studies. I want Lalisa to come to Taipei and soften our mother. I'm sure she can do it. Lunchtime was about to end, the silent, empty big reception hall, once again warm up. 

The staff, after their lunch break, together with the visitors, merged into the spacious, clean hall, giving a lively active atmosphere that warmed up the cold winter. 

Suddenly, there was chaos all around, the noisy atmosphere became still, all the people in the hall with their mouths opened, looked in the direction of the door. 

A man in tight-fitting black clothes, wearing dark sunglasses, his face expressionless, walked with smooth, silent quick footsteps towards the reception counter. 

No wonder everyone was taken by surprise. A person dressed like him should not appear in this type of office building in this business district. 

The receptionist from afar had seen him and immediately smiled and asked. "Please....please, can I help you?" 

"Is Ye Ruwei in?" The man in black coldly asked causing the receptionist to involuntarily shiver. 

"Ye.....Secretary Ye? Why do you need to see Secretary Ye?" 

"Do I have to tell you?" The man asked coldly. 

The receptionist trying to stop her shivering, clenched her teeth and once again squeezed a smile. "Then...do you have an appointment?" 

"Appointment?" His narrowed his eyes into a squint and the receptionist almost screamed with fright. "I'll tell you once again. I want to see Ye Ruwei. Tell me which floor she is on!" 

"She.....she is on the 9th Floor. The President's Secretary's Office." 

In order to save herself, without thinking, she let the man know of Ye Ruwei's whereabouts. Even if she was dismissed because of this mistake, it would be better than to lose her life! 

"Thank you." 

The man in black turned indifferently to the elevator. Everyone made way for him and in the elevator, he pressed the 9th-floor button. The elevator quickly arrived on the 9th floor. 

He walked out of the elevator, just as a beautiful young woman carrying a child passed him by. 

His sharp eyes turned around, accidentally found a man standing in front of the elevator, staring at him. 

He recognized that it was his formal rival in the past.....nicknamed 'Vulture'....Qi Wei 

Why was it referred as 'past'? 

Because, in the past, the Vulture's right hand was shot by him which ruined Vulture's career. Vulture who liked to interfere with his missions could no longer hold a gun and could only retire early and become an ordinary businessman. 

The man in black took a big step forward and swept past Qi Wei who was instantly on guard. 

"Do not be nervous. I am not here to give you trouble!" 

He could not stand to see Qi Wei's cautious look and reluctantly explained. 

Qi Wei was surprised to hear this. "You are not here to look for me?" 

Although he did not know why Solitary Wolf came but his intuition was particularly keen. He did not feel the murderous aura of Solitary Wolf and so he was sure Solitary Wolf was not on a killing mission. 

Solitary Wolf, the chief killer of the dark forces came here, not to kill, then what was his purpose for coming? 

Qi Wei thought for a moment, immediately followed behind Solitary Wolf. 

He had to see what Solitary Wolf was up to! 

He followed Solitary Wolf to the end of the corridor and was surprised to see him push the door open to enter into the President's Secretary's office. 

Could the person, Solitary Wolf was looking for, was the responsible and gentle Secretary Ye?! 

"President, just now Chen Jia Enterprise called and requested for your appointment time to be changed to three o'clock in the afternoon." 

Ye Ruwei was working on her computer with her back facing the door. When she heard the door opened, she thought that Qi Wei had come back after sending off his wife. So she immediately updated him on the changes in his appointment. 

"President?" She heard the door closing but did not hear any reply. Ye Ruwei turned her head around and looked. 

"Ah!" 

She jumped up in shock and accidentally knocked over the cup on the table. Instantly the water splashed on the table. She looked on as the water gradually spread, still in shock. She did not know whether she should first wipe the spreading water or turn around to hurry away. 

Finally, she chose to wipe the water to prevent the water from flowing to the keyboard. 

"You.....why are you here?" She clenched the towel in her hand and asked stiffly. 

"I am looking for you!" 

Mu Zheng stared at her, with his usual lonely eyes showing unspeakable complex emotions. 

Recalling the time, he has not seen her for five years! 

"Leave.....please go away!" 

"What did you say?" 

He walked towards her but every step he moved towards her, Ye Ruwei would move backward. Mu Zheng was dissatisfied and frowned. He caught hold of her hand and pulled her in front of him. 

"Do not hide from me!" 

He pinched her chin and forced her to look into his eyes. 

"Let me go....." Ye Ruwei turned her head, closed her eyes, afraid to look at the cold face that made her confused. 

"What did you say?" Mu Zheng's eyebrows knitted. 

"Let go! Mu Zheng....Please let go! I beg you not to appear in front of me...I cannot see you!" 

"Why can't you see me? Give me a reason. If you can convince me, then I'll never appear again!" 

"I cannot tell you. Please leave...leave...." 

"You are so anxious that I should leave, is it because of this child?" He took a picture from his pocket and handed it to her. 

"How did you get this picture?" Ye Ruwei asked fearfully. 

How could he have a picture of Qi An? Who gave it to him? 

"He is mine, right?" 

Solitary Wolf was hundred percent sure that the child was his! The child's appearance was a spitting image of him when he was young. 

"No! He is not your child!" 

Ye Ruwei desperately shook her head, sad tears, drop by drop rolled down her face. 

She had hidden for five years and in the end, he was still able to find them! What should she do? She did not want to see her child get hurt! 

"Why do you refuse to admit that he is mine!" Mu Zheng confidently said. 

"No, you are wrong. He is not your child!" 

"Why do you deny and why are you so frightened. Do you think I will hurt my own flesh and blood?" 

Mu Zheng got angrier, held her shoulders and shook her until she felt dizzy and nauseous. 

Five long years of missing him, the fear and agitation that was always in her heart, she could not take it anymore. A wave of darkness overcame her, her legs soften and almost fell to her knees on the ground. 

"Be careful!" 

Qi Wei who had been eavesdropping outside the door quickly rushed through the door and held her up before she fell to the ground. 

"What are you doing?" Solitary Wolf saw Qi Wei holding Ye Ruwei. He was furious and brandished a hand knife towards Qi Wei, snatching back Ye Ruwei. 

Ye Ruwei who had always been weak, could not bear the sudden movement, rolled her eyes and fainted. 

"Ruwei!" Solitary Wolf shouted, caressing the face of the already fainted Ye Ruwei. 

Qi Wei lifted his eyebrows. It was difficult to associate the man in front of him, with eyes full of fear, to the cold, murderous Solitary Wolf that he knew. 

Ye Ruwei was oblivious to her surroundings as she lay in the familiar embrace, feeling at peace in the infinite darkness. 

In these five years, she never had a good night's sleep. She could now deeply indulged in such happiness, sleeping and was not willing to wake up. 

She saw herself in a dream. 

Remembering five years ago, it was also such a winter... 

Five years ago, Hongye Hot Springs. 

Cold wave was here again. 

According to the weather report that morning, the minimum temperature of freshwater was about ten degrees Celsius. Hongye Hot Springs in Beitou was located higher in the mountains and their freshwater temperature was not much different. It could be due to the numerous hot springs around and thus Ye Ruwei did not feel cold. 

She wore a white sweater with a pair of blue jeans, with a vibrant appearance like a beautiful, lovely little daisy. 

She took a bamboo broom and swept the leaves that had fallen on the ground from the two trees that were standing outside the door. Seeing the beautiful red maple leaves, she picked up a few leaves and lovingly put them between the pages of her book. 

It was winter now and there should not be any maple leaves around. But Taiwan was located in the subtropical region, where winter would be warmer than other countries and so beautiful red maple leaves could still be seen in winter. 

She had studied in the United States for many years and naturally had seen maple leaves. She had always disliked the maple leaves there as they were too large and some varieties of the leaves were even larger than her face. She still favored the small maple leaves from the two trees for their meticulous beauty and the size of the red maple leaves were just right. The red maple leaves were like the evening sunset, so beautiful that it was impossible not to keep a collection. 

She swept the leaves into a dustpan, her cheeks flushed and her transparent, supple skin showed a tinge of rosy pink. 

Hongye Hot Springs, the hot spring restaurant belonged to her parents, who had migrated and she had taken over the business for less than a year. 

She remembered a year ago, just after she had returned from Los Angeles, her parents told her that their whole family was migrating to Australia. 

She had just returned from overseas and did not intend to leave Taiwan for the time being. She was also reluctant to leave Hongye Hot Springs, where she had grown up. So, she begged her parents not to sell the place and let her continue running the business. 

Her parents also did not want to sell the restaurant that they had built up for the past 20 years.  So they had granted her request to stay on in Taiwan to continue operating the restaurant. 

In order not to disappoint her parents, she worked hard and a year later, the restaurant was doing quite well. 

Over the past year, she had met a lot of people and all kinds of strange guests gathered a lot of knowledge and also broaden her horizons. She really liked the job! 

"Welcome!" 

From the corner of her eyes, she saw someone enter the door, immediately looked up and smiled to welcome the guest. As soon as she saw the person, her eyes widen. 

It's him! Someone whose name she did not know, a cold man. 

She had actually noticed him for quite some time. 

He was a frequent visitor for the past six months. He would come alone, two to three times a week, each time late at night. He would stay for an hour or so and would leave before the closing time, twelve o'clock. 

Another reason that attracted her attention was not because of his above average looks but his solemn, aloof, gloomy temperament. 

He was always cold, aloof and would not take the initiative to speak unless necessary. She did not know the origin of the man, but her intuition told her that he must have a complex story behind him. 

She did not realize that she had stopped all her actions, staring at him until he stopped in front of her. He lifted his eyebrows at her, then only did she come to her senses and found herself staring at him foolishly. 

She suddenly blushed, felt embarrassed and wanted to dig a hole to bury herself. 

The man did not express any opinion regarding her disgraceful behavior nor did his expression change but instead said lightly. "As usual." 

The so-called 'as usual' was actually a personal hot spring pool overlooking the foot of the mountain with the night scenery that he utilized every time he came. 

There were only a few of this special personal pool, the price was more expensive than the normal baths and in addition, very few people would request for these type of pools every time they came in except for the man. 

"Okay, please come with me!" 

Ye Ruwei quickly put down the bamboo broom and removed a key for the special personal pool from the wall. Quickly she led the way along the ancient red brick path towards the most remote and quiet personal pool. 

"Today you....seems like you are later than usual" 

On the way to the special personal pool, Ye Ruwei tried to break the silence, looking for topics to talk to the silent man following behind her. 

The man did not speak, not a sound came from him and Ye Ruwei was overcome with embarrassment. When they reached the pool, Ye Ruwei wished him an enjoyable bath, quickly turned to leave. 

When she turned around, unexpectedly she caught a glimpse of a wound on his arm. The wound was about five centimeters long, like a scratch left by a sharp object. The blood around the wound had turned dark red. 

"Ah! You are hurt" She exclaimed. 

The man raised his right hand, looked down the back of his arm and his eyes suddenly darken. 

He almost forgot about the wound! 

It was tonight while he was executing the mission and shot the target specified by the Lord, he was scratched by the son of the target. 

He remembered that little boy, after seeing his father killed, angrily picked up a knife and rushed to attack him. The little boy looked like an irrational little beast! 

Should be less than twelve years old? 

And he was almost the same age, presumably, now he should also understand the cruelty of the world. 

His heart tightened, put his hand down, curved his mouth and said. "Just a small wound. It's nothing." 

"Small wound? You are bleeding!" 

Ye Ruwei really could not believe that someone would actually not care about their own body. Did he want his blood to flow like a river to consider it as serious? 

"Wait here. I'll bring the medical kit to help you disinfect. Otherwise, it will fester and there will be inflammation." 

Ye Ruwei did not wait for him to answer, turned and ran back to the counter. 

Solitary Wolf looked at her slender figure running away with lifted eyebrows. In fact, he could have ignored her but he did not know why, he stood obediently, patiently waiting for her to come back. 

Not long after, Ye Ruwei carrying a white medicine box came running back. 

"Sorry to keep you waiting!" 

Ye Ruwei looked at him and smiled. She placed the medicine box on the side antique octagonal coffee table, took out the cotton and a bottle of iodine. 

"Stretch out your arm." 

Mu Zheng obediently held up his arm to let her clean the wound. He looked at Ye Ruwei standing on tiptoe, carefully wiped his wound with cotton and applied iodine, blew lightly on the wound. 

He stared at her and thought she should really work as a nurse. A gentle and loving woman, in today's society, was becoming a rarity. 

Ye Ruwei applied iodine, dried the wound and then pasted on a plaster and it was done. 

"Okay!" She nodded and smiled with satisfaction. 

Mu Zheng knitted his eyebrows, stared at the plaster. 

He did not even remember that he had ever pasted this thing in his life! 

In the past, his injuries were several times more serious than this, and if he were to paste plaster on his injuries, he would have long turned into a mummy! 

Moreover, if people saw him, the frightening assassin Solitary Wolf using plaster to cover his wound, then he would die with shame. 

"Get rid of this stuff!" He pursed his lips and tried to pull it off. 

"No!" Ye Ruwei exclaimed, quickly stepped forward to seize his hand. "If you tear it off now, you may tear open the wound as well. It would be better to tear it off tomorrow morning." 

Her response was instinctive and without hesitation. Mu Zheng was surprised for a moment, he involuntarily lowered his head, looked at her white, delicate hands and was shocked by her cool, soft touch. 

All along, he was not used to having physical contact with people but this once, her touch did not make him feel disgusted nor awkward. 

Watching him staring at her hand, Ye Ruwei was shocked by her own actions. 

"I'm sorry!" Her face flushed, quickly released her hand and stammered. "I'm afraid your wound will open up wider. I was nervous...really sorry!" 

"It's okay!" 

Mu Zheng lightly shook his head, his eyes staring at her. At this time, he finally realized that she looked beautiful! 

"Please take your bath!" Ye Ruwei shyly suggested to him. 

"Uh" Solitary Wolf lightly humph, turned towards the pool, twisted his neck twice, intending to take a comfortable bath. 

"Please slowly enjoy your bath in the hot spring. Remember, do not let your wound get wet." 

Ye Ruwei politely shut the door for him. The moment the door closed, instantly she blushed, turned and ran back to the counter. 

So embarrassing! How could she act so foolishly in front of him? He must have thought she was a crazy woman! 

In her life, she had never been so disgraced! 

Oh! She really cannot wait to jump into the hot spring pool and drown herself. 

Mu Zheng heard the sound of fleeing footsteps outside and he lightly smiled. 

Interesting little woman! 

He did not know how long he had not seen a girl blush. It was difficult to imagine in this open society, there were girls who still blush. 

That girl would not know his true identity. He was a killer with hands full of blood, where people walking down the white or black path was afraid of him. He had come to bath in the hot spring to clean himself because he had just recently ended a life. 

Mu Zheng took off his clothing, exposing thin and healthy long legs. He walked into the large rock pool, looking for a comfortable spot to sit down. He laid back on the rocks, eyes closed and let the hot spring water soothe his tired body and mind. 

He did not know when did he develop the habit of taking a hot spring bath in the mountains after completion of each mission. On recollection, this habit had started many years ago. 

Once by chance, he had passed by this area and was attracted to the elegant Japanese garden scenery and after trying once, he had become a frequent visitor to Hongye Hot Springs. 

In fact, he did not like to kill. He hated the smell of blood which was why he wanted to take a hot spring bath after each mission. 

Perhaps he subconsciously hope that through the hot springs, the sulfur would wash away the smell of blood....

Just after a passionate night, the man had become dangerous, indifferent and although she had tried her best to please him, he turned a blind eye. She did not know whether he has any love for her but she understood, she cannot do without him… A photo… aroused the memories of Mu Zheng. He vowed to find her and her son that should belong to him! However, she avoided him like a snake scorpion and did not want him to interfere with her life again. She even blatantly dated other men, to let him know so that he would leave her alone. But he knew that she deliberately did it to protect herself because her eyes clearly showed her love and revealed her true feelings…….
