It looked like their movement near the crater had caught the attention of the biota there. Perhaps the crater itself was the habitat of a particular creature. Hao Ren got the shock of his life when he saw the gnarled creatures emerging and moving towards the hole.
The gnarled creatures came from the far side of the mountain wall; almost all of them had different physical characteristics. They had asymmetrical limbs, and they were covered in strange organs as well as hair. Some of the monsters had no apparent physical features; they were just like a mass of meat, rolling across the ground.
Lily was scared out of her wits. "What-What are those things?"
"They are the most common things in Inferno. As I said, they're weird monsters," Vivian said quickly. "No one has ever classified them. They almost have no fixed physiological characteristics. Hessiana, if you still refuse to get in the car, we'll leave you here!"
Hessiana was rooted to the spot. She had never seen anything like that in all her life as the matriarch of a Blood Clan family. She quickly jumped into the car with her two sidekicks and shut the door. "Go!"
Once Hao Ren activated the car's levitation function, the Northstar quietly lifted off as the gnarled monsters came within a hundred meters of it. Those bizarre and absurd pieces of meat that seemed to have been born from a nightmare were jumping all over the ground. They growled as they tried to catch the "invaders". Their ugly faces (some even without faces) were so close that Lily instinctively pulled her head away from the window: she was looking at a hideous creature from that world, and it was less than five meters from her. The creatures had several large tumors, and each of them had a bloody mouth full of sharp teeth. It was as disgusting as it could get.
"'An infernal creature is a malicious mass, a freak that grows in your nightmares, a mold that grows out of the waste that the Creator accidentally discarded after creating the world.' Such is the description of an elder demon hunter who once explored Inferno. It's just so damn close to the truth." Vivian sat in the front passenger seat, peering down at the monsters below. "You know, those Infernal Fleshrippers living in the depths of the hot springs are the most beautiful creatures in this world. At least they have a definite shape."
Nangong Wuyue's face turned blue (she was blue anyway). "I believe you, but please don't say more. I'm going to throw up."
Lily looked at her, feeling strange. "Can slime throw up?"
"It's called water recirculation."
Hearing the two bickering, Hao Ren knew he did not need to worry about them; the infernal monsters had not caused them severe psychological damage.
But it was strange that none of the creatures could fly despite their variety. As the Northstar flew towards the vertical cave, the monsters could only growl and roar in anger on the ground. They were visibly afraid of the deep, dark cave. Even the smoke and airflow from the cave frightened them. Monsters that ran too close to the cave became very frightened. They immediately retreated. However, a few unlucky ones were pushed by those running behind them, and they fell into the cave. They screamed in fear as they dropped straight into the bottomless abyss.
Meanwhile, the car was flying steadily towards the cave as everyone on board watched what was happening outside. Before long, the car descended.
"That was exciting." Turcan patted himself on the chest. "But I'm not coming back for a second time. It's a lot scarier than when the demon hunters attacked the sanctuary not long ago. At least demon hunters aren't that ugly."
Kassandra nodded, agreeing with what Turcan said. She then looked around the cabin and began to marvel. "It's true, man! It is huge inside here. I think it can fit even more people!"
Hessiana could not help but glance at Hao Ren. She had to admit that though she wanted to play hardball with him initially, it seemed that things had gone beyond her control, and her life was now in the hands of this "untrustworthy" man. She could not help it; this guy had too many weird gadgets at his disposal.
Hao Ren allowed the car to descend in autopilot mode while he gazed at the darkness outside and fell into deep thought.
Those gnarled monsters, the absurd masses of meat, the bodies that were born out of chaos and their frenzied movements seemed a little familiar to him. Yet, he could not remember what about them was familiar.
At this time, a cooling touch swept up his arm. Nangong Wuyue was touching him with her hand; she was in her water form. "Mr. Landlord, don't you think the monsters look like the Dinobeasts in the Gnarled Grove and flesh beasts that came out when the First Born woke up?"
It struck Hao Ren like thunder. It all became clear to him now. He remembered where he had seen such creatures!
"They look like those flesh-and-blood beasts, at least in terms of their preposterous limbs," Hao Ren said. But then he was also confused. "The monsters here are more exotic. The Dinobeasts in the Gnarled Grove were uniformed in shape, but the monsters here are just random. I don't think they are even creatures—"
Vivian suddenly interrupted. "The mutation on this planet is more thorough."
"Dinobeasts are the Third Borns." Hao Ren knitted his brows together. He knew that most of the things that came from the Plane of Dreams had something to do with the First Born. However, the way things were transpiring at the moment was the last thing he hoped for. "They're purely killing machines that were temporarily created from the lifeblood to destroy the ecosystem after the First Born wakes up. The emergence of these creatures means that the ecosystem-rebooting process has started..."
"But we haven't seen any lifeblood here, or remnants of any civilizations. There are only microbes in the clouds and monsters on the surface. It's clear that the planet has finished 'rebooting' its ecosystem," the MDT reminded. "According to what we know, the Third Born is a short-living race and can only survive by feeding on lifeblood. After the ecosystem reboots, the lifeblood dries up, and the Third Born quickly die."
Hao Ren looked up. The entrance to the cave had become a bright, nail-sized spot. He could not see the monsters above now. "But those monsters are still alive... because the ecosystem hasn't completed its reboot. Or, do you think that the First Born of this planet miscalculated while it executed its plan?"
Hessiana listened to their conversation, but she was as clueless as a tub of crap on a rainy day when it came to what they were discussing. Nevertheless, she did not even bother to ask. The same was not for Turcan. "Master, what are they talking about?" he asked.
"Are you asking me? Who should I ask then?" Hessiana rolled her eyes. She was in a bad mood. "Lady Vivian doesn't want to talk to me anymore."
Hao Ren heard Hessiana. He wanted to explain to her, but he changed his mind. He nudged Vivian's arm and gave her a look.
Vivian was a little reluctant. But still, she turned around and forced a smile as she said to Hessiana, "I didn't mean to keep you in the dark. When the dust settles, we'll discuss it and see how much I can tell you. And don't worry; I'm not doing something bad."
Hao Ren sighed. Being a landlord meant that sometimes he had to play the role as mediator too.
The car was still descending steadily into the seemingly bottomless cave. It was pitch-dark in there. Hao Ren switched on the radar system, and the radar image appeared on the windows, simulating the environment outside. The MDT then reported the situation, "The cave wall is smooth, but looks like it's not manmade. There are regular ascending and descending airflows akin to breathing. The airflow switches direction every three minutes and twenty-six seconds. There's still no trace of Baptiste though. Some probes have found other infernal entrances; they'll join us below."
Hao Ren nodded and asked casually, "How long will it take to reach the bottom?"
As soon as his voice trailed off, a ray of light suddenly shone directly from the bottom.
"Oh, looks like we've reached the bottom."

On Amethyst 15, a war will start between the Ernaline (Line-iers) and Vacaville (Ville-iers). Everyone seems to be so prepared for the upcoming war but then, not everyone are ready to risk their lives just to protect their Cities.

Ernaline and Vacaville have been enemies since the day I was born. You might think that Ernaline and Vacaville are the only cities we have here in Sylo - our world.

Actually, there are a lot. But just like North and South Korea, we are not united. Who are in South Sylo? Ernaline, Leggtown, Zip city, Minneha and Sunizona.

For the North Sylo they are: Vacaville, Fashadd, Mythic, Killen and Shafter. North Sylo are our opponents. There are no other rulers of this world but the Vacaville and Ernaline.

The purpose of the war, is to know who should be the leading City to rule the world - our world.

So much for the information, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Seraphina. One of the strongest Line-ier in our city - oh, not "one of the". But I actually am the strongest. Not that I'm being arrogant here or what, but just to add some informations about me.

Here in Sylo, it depends on your community if they would be willing to give half of their hidden talents to you. And guess what? I received 125 hidden talents all thanks to those Minn-iers, Zip-iers, Suni-iers and Le-iers.

When i was born (actually, i was never born). Each year, asteroids enters our world and the number of asteroids we'll caught, are just the number of new born babies. I'm actually glad that the Line-iers chose to catch me. Hihi!

So much for the introduction, let's proceed!

"Oh dear! Where have you been? Didn't I give you a task to take care of the baby asteroids? It might have cracks since it's their time of the date!" said the old lady.

No, i'm just kidding. She's still young to be called an old lady. But she talks as if she IS an old lady. Psh.

Her name's Margarette. A good friend of mine but she'd rather treat me as her young sibling than be friends with her. How harsh.

"Pardon me, Margarette! But..  the task you gave me is a lot boring than I thought. Why don't you see it for yourself? Can't you give me a harder task? I'm old enough to accept heavy tasks!" 

I'm eighteen. Isn't it still a valid reason to do the same tasks as them? For my eighteen years of existence, all they ask me to do is keep my eyes on the baby asteroids! I'm so sick of this task! I wonder who was the last person in charge of taking care of these while I was still an asteroid? Tss.

Margarette slightly hit my nape, "You may be old on the outside but i don't see any changes of your personality. Still childish like a kid."

"I am not childish! I'm a happy woman but never a childish!" I emphasized each words that comes out through my mouth. "BOTH have difference!"

I stomped my feet as I turn my back and leave that room. I slammed the door which gives the Syans (name of the people who lives in Sylo) to look at me until I get out.

"Who does she think she is? I'm eighteen and she's twenty! It's just a two year gap and she's saying I am NOT mature?!" due to anger, i turned back and stared at the place. 

I used my hidden talent - my vision to see what she's doing inside. And enabled my hearing talent to know if they're talking about me again.

And I am not wrong! Hmp, as expected. 

"Don't mind her. She just can't accept the fact that she's not on the same level as we are."

"That woman is getting on my nerves. I almost lose control. I was about to use my talent to her if only she didn't left."

"Oh, don't you dare, sweetie. Seraphina's the strongest. You'd get triple punch if you did that."

"I know, tiya. I just.. hate her for being unique."

I disabled my hidden talent. They're at it again. They are again hating me for being unique! Can they blame me? Can they blame me if I received 125 talents from our Syans?

Why do you hate me so much, Margarette?

I closed my vision and ran away from our place. 

I'm receiving too much hate in this city. And whenever I'm receiving hates from them, I teleport.

I go to Minneha where Syans there are nice and always glad to see me. 

And voila! Hello, Minn-iers! 

"Look, it's Seraphina!"

"Hi Seraphina! It's been a while since your last visit. What brings you here?"

Why am I not born here?

I have real friends here. Cora and Deanne. Cora's hidden talent is to freeze the season. Deanne's hidden talent is hypnotism. And i have their talents as well.

One of my favorite talents that i have is that I can copy somebody else's talent with the use of physical touch. So, to be exact, i got two hundred and fifty talents! Oops, sorry. I ain't greedy of talents but it just happened when I wasn't still able to control my talent so yeah.. i almost have everybody's hidden talents.

"Same reason." we started walking, greeting every Minn-iers i'll meet. "What were you guys doing while I am not around?"

"Go tell her, Deanne! Deanne has a lot of questions and complaints to tell to you, Sera. It's better to cover your ears before listening to it."

I winked at Deanne. "Try me,"

She breathe in then breathe out and later after five seconds she spilled ALL the beans!

"It just seems so unfair, okay? Why can't we Minn-iers join force with you? Why does it have to be just Line-iers? You have us, Zip-iers , Le-iers and Suni-iers! We are so ready to fight back but your city is just so.. conceited much they don't consider us as your sidekicks! I just thought that maybe you could do something about it, Sera? I'm sure they'd listen to you because another info.. we've heard that the Ville-iers have their sidekicks! So, why not let us join your war? We'd love to join! We are willing to take a risk, Sera!"

She ran out of breath. After all that she said, the Minn-iers stood around me. Agreeing to what Deanne said. 

I glanced at Cora and she's also nodding her head then to Deanne who seems to be practicing how to do pleading eyes because it's the first time I saw her eyes pleading for something she wanted to have.

I got nothing else to say but.. "I'll talk to them." and they all screamed of happiness so I made myself clear, "BUT. But.. i can't promise you that they'd listen to me. You know how much the Line-iers hate me for being unique, right?"

Their faces looks as if they lose their hopes. So I got nothing else to say to lighten the mood but, "Okay. I'll try my very best to convince them. I promise."

Oh shoot. Why did I say that? It's a strong word! Oh no. If I get to break that promise, I swear I'd never get back here! I am not welcome here anymore! Oh no.

After few hours of spending time with these Syans, I have decided to go home. I stood up and fixed my wardrobe before I wave goodbye to them, "See you when I see you around!"

"We don't see you around. You visit us!" Cora corrected.

I chuckled, "It's just a phrase. Anyway, wish me luck!"

"Oh dear! How I wish you succeed!" said Deanne.

I glanced at all Minn-iers before I teleported back home. And as I get home.. I see Syans not united enough to join force on the upcoming war. Minn-iers are right. They should join us. 

I ran to our place where baby asteroids stays and where Line-iers train themselves. As I arrived, I saw how Margarette practices and strenghtens her talent to an imaginary opponent - the air.

"Margarette!" I waved my hand when she turns around and ran to her. "Can you spare me some time? I need to disucss you something."

"Said the girl who does not know anything about proper discussions." 

I rolled my eyes and pulled her to the side. "What is it you wanted to discuss with me?" She's being sarcastic again and she even emphasized the word 'discuss'.

"I teleported to Minneha," i saw how bad she reacted when she heard of that City. What is wrong with Minneha that she can't stand hearing it from me? 

"How many times do I have to tell you that you should not be friends with the low-tiers, Sera."

I ignored her and proceeded.

"They heard that Vacaville are planning to have their sidekicks on the day of our war. The sidekicks they are pertaining to are the other cities. So, the Minn-iers suggested that they'd join force with us. Let them be our sidekicks. Margarette, they are willing to take a risk just to help us rule this world!"

"How pathetic!" she screamed. "Are you hearing yourself? Who knows? That those low-tiers are planning to stab us from behind. Keep your eyes wide open, Sera! Gracious. This is one of the reason why Ernaline does not trust you no matter how strong and unique you are!"

I stomped my feet. "This is not the time for you to show how much you hate me! I am trying to help you all here!" Syans from Ernaline has our attention now. 

Margarette pointed her index finger to me, "You are never going back to Minneha." she talked in gritted teeth.

"How will you stop me then?"

Tiya came up to us. She pulled us away before anything else could happen. "Oh, dear. Seraphina, please grow up! And you, Margarette, how many times do I have to tell you - "

"This young lady is hundred percent getting on my nerves! She wants the other cities to join force with us! Tiya, do you agree with that?"

Why does everyone hate the other cities? What is wrong if the Syans who lives in other cities are Low-tiers? I don't get it even if they explain it all to me. Is it right to underestimate others just because we're at the highest level? 

I can tell that even Tiya and the other Line-iers are completely disappointed with me - big time. And so am I! I don't get their point after all! 

"Seraphina,"

I lift my hand. Overused my talent to stop them all from moving. "Seraphina, don't use your talent in the baddest way!"

"Why would I be good to you when you've never been good to anyone?! You are so conceited! I hate you for taking me here!"

I can feel my eyes turning red as I ready the fire formed in my hands. I'm again.. losing control of my hidden talents.

"You are SO leaving this City!"  my eyes widened with what Margarette said. 

I lost control of my talents and let go of them. After eighteen years of my existence, she finally said it. She's going to kick me out of the city?

"Where are you taking me then?" i arched my eyebrow.

"You choose. You'll leave Ernaline and return us half of your hidden talents or leave the other cities behind and grow up!"

I walked up to her, two meters away, "I don't care where you're taking me. But one thing is for sure.. you'll never get something you're greedy of."

Before she could have the chance to talk, again, I ran away and tried to teleport but due to so much anger and sadness I am losing control of my talents. Instead of setting a fire, I teleported to places I don't know.

I'm starting to get confused of what is happening but for some reason, I find it better. Until I teleported to Vacaville without me knowing that myself brought me here..

All Ville-iers are preparing themselves for the war that all of them are showing off their skills it was giving me a hard time to avoid the spheres heading towards me. I get to avoid them twice. But then the third one..

"Watch out!" 

I got hit. It was too fast I didn't manage to use my speed which turns out that I got kicked out somewhere..

somewhere..

Wait.

No. Don't tell me I'm leaving this world! NO! TAKE ME BACK TO SYLO! MARGARETTE! HELP!

Where the hell is this thing taking me?! What kind of sphere is that that it took me away from my world?! 

"AAAAAHHHHHH!!!"

After all the screams I had while I was being thrown away from Sylo, I fell on a.. uhm.. what the hell is this? Am I seeing Crysys (reincarnated Syans which in Earth it means animals) right now?


Oh my. It is a Crysys! But what is this thing in my body? Smells stinky and uhm.. are these muds? What? Where the hell am I?


One thing is for sure to know where am I. 


"MARGARETTE!!!"


I tried to stand up but I end up falling because of this stinky sticky thing in my feet! And the Crysys are coming up to me! 


"Oink oink"


Oh, dear. This was the first time I lost control of my talent that I end up somewhere else! I looked around and noticed that this isn't really Sylo anymore.


Why am I seeing tall figures? I am seeing different clothes here. I'm not seeing anyone practicing their talents. Seriously, where am I?

Ernaline is a city of their own world. A world where everyone practices their hidden talents -well, no longer hidden since they all have talents to improve.

Meet Seraphina, one of the strongest and has the highest rank of having a talent. What talent? In other words, she have super strengths like any other superheroes does. But in their case -in their world's case or city, they're strengthening their hidden talents to ready themselves to an upcoming war.

But, little do you know, Seraphina may be the strongest, but she can also be defined as the useless and clumsy line-ier. With that, due to her clumsiness and stubborness, there was this thing that took her away from their world -from their city, rather.

She was brought to the world of Humans. Wherein it can cause her trouble for there was an effect of what she did.

in every help and use of her talent she makes, all of her talents will vanish until she herself vanishes and never come back.

But with a twist, how will she handle all of it? if she meets a guy and a lot of people who will need her help?

"What's wrong with Keira?" Asked Trish from May.
"Oh, it happens to her once in a blue moon, and when it does things really get worse. Whenever that happens she ends up in the hospital." Answered May nonchalantly.
Trish arched an eyebrow as she continued asking further, "And what is that thing? Did she have some kind of disease?"
Lana, who was just listening at first, interrupted, "It's too personal, Trish. If you want, you can ask Keira yourself. That's why she wants to visit a hospital outside because she wants to maintain her privacy."
"But, isn't it a bit too coincidental, I mean…" Trish stopped.
Lana felt something weird and said, "Coincidental with what, Trish?"
"Uhm nothing, it's just that she looks healthy and she was full of energy this morning," said Trish stuttering.
"No one knows when can we fall into sickness, besides, you are aware that Keira looks a bit frail for our various exercises and training. I'm sure one of the factors is that. She is suffering from severe dysmenorrhea right now… and trust me, you won't like her staying here whenever she had that. Usually, she needs five to seven days in the hospital to get well." Lana explained and looked at Trish a bit suspicious as the latter gave her a smile.
She had to disclose that freakin' dysmenorrhea to shut her because she felt like Trish would not stop until they say what was wrong with Keira.
Not that she was lying because half of it was true. Whenever Keira had her critical days, she would stay in the hospital for days to alleviate the pain and her mood swings.
Lana sighed when Trish finally stopped asking any more questions, then she looked at May who got her signal.

Keira was so grateful for the wonderful idea that came into her mind when she realized that Zach's grandfather was transferred to Yang Global Hospital.
She sighed because she knew that she was moving too fast. It was like a double forward move.
She was transferred directly into the VIP room where her favorite cousin was waiting.
When everyone left, Keira smiled and said, "How are you, Big Brother?"
Xander's mouth twitched as he said, "I'm not good, Keira! Do you know what time is it?"
Keira laughed, Big Brother Xander's father was her mother's brother.
"Big Brother, I have a big mission right now. I will tell you the whole story but first, can you check someone's file for me?" plead Keira as she stared at Xander with a smile and her eyes blinking.
Xander exhaled. Keira was like a little sister to him and they were too close since they grew up practically together, living in the same neighborhood.
"Just how great is that General for you to do things to this extent? I can't believe Uncle is tolerating this," complained Xander.
Keira laughed and said, "He is really great for dad to approve, right? You know my dad...  Besides, I also have good eyes, Big Brother, and you know that. By the way, can I borrow your phone? I need my two sidekicks."
Xander rolled his eyes and handed his phone to Keira. He suddenly got curious about who that General Zacharias Lim was. So he decided that during his usual check-up rounds he will go and particularly check Mr. Lim's room.
He shook his head as he listened to Keira's instructions to her two sidekicks.
"The heck, Keira, I think it will suit you better to enter the entertainment industry and become a director or an actress. You are so good at plotting things. You're really remarkable," he commented pertaining to Keira's plan on how everything should go in hospital to look natural.
She tasked John and Jim to particularly follow Zach, so she would be able to be present in the same area where Zach would be.
"You are really crazy and you've become worst. I'll ask the best psychiatrist in our hospital to make some check-up on you." Xander commented in a dramatic jest.
Keira answered him with a stuck out tongue.
"Dr. Xander, aren't you going to take any specialization?" she changed the topic as she lay on her bed.
"You know I don't really want to be a doctor. I just studied medicine to know all the medical terms. I didn't want to look stupid while dealing with them during managing the business, because you know, my business is all about medical terms and matters." answered Xander simply.
"So you're basically a quack, Big Brother, like Doctor Quack Quack," Keira said in a jest and burst into a fit of laughter.
"Stop or I will sabotage your plan," Xander said in a serious tone.
Keira pursed her lips and said, "I'm just joking. What I mean is that you're the most handsome doctor in the world, so can you now update me on my in-law's  status, please?"
She was glad to know that Zach's grandfather was already out of danger, though, he would need to undergo angioplasty the next day.
She was sure that Zach was feeling restless and somewhat she wanted to be there for him because she was very concerned about him. She wanted Zach to feel her presence.
"Can I get back my phone now as I have to go and sleep! I'm sure your sidekicks are almost here, Your Highness," said Xander scornfully.
Keira smiled and handed his phone back to him.
"Alright, Doctor Quack…. I mean the most handsome Doctor in the world. Thank you, and see you tomorrow…" Keira said with a wink.
Then she added, "Also, don't forget to update my records. Make sure it's all realistic."
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, Your Highness," said Xander and quickly left the room.

After someone threw the luggage down, other people started dumping the bedsheets and pillows. The robbers were unable to retreat.
"My bag, my bag! Husband, our bag!" The middle-aged woman's scream pierced through the carriage. It was like the sound of war drums.
However, no one cared about her. No one seemed to have heard her. Even if they did… Who would care about a bag at a time like this? Their main aim now should be to chase the robbers away and let the police catch them.
Ye Ying was the closest to the middle-aged woman. The woman stepped and elbowed her many times. She finally couldn't take it anymore and shout back, "Why are you still caring about your bag now? Are you an idiot?"
A bedsheet suddenly landed on her head. She instinctively went to lift the bedsheet up. Something hard landed on the bedsheet.
Some robbers had climbed up to the luggage rack and were fighting there.
Ye Ying didn't dare to lift the bedsheet up anymore. Someone probably placed the bedsheet on her so she wouldn't get hurt. She grabbed the bedsheet tightly and squeezed to the back.
The middle-aged woman was covered by the bedsheet too. She realized that there was someone on the luggage rack and wanted to grab the bedsheet to protect herself.
Ye Ying knew that the woman was stronger than her. She was out of breath from all the squeezing. She gritted her teeth and pushed the woman, who was stumbling around, out of the bedsheet forcefully.
The woman didn't guard her back so she flew forward when Ye Ying pushed her.
The robber saw the middle-aged woman and raised their metal pipes. They hit her continuously. The woman screamed in pain. Ye Ying's heart pounded furiously when she heard the screams.
While Ye Jian and Principal Chen were fighting with the robbers and trying to protect everyone, Ye Ying only thought of protecting herself.
"Boss, hurry up and leave! If not, it'll be too late. The train is almost stopping!" The train was getting slower and slower. The robber guarding the door opened the door and shouted to his companions, "The door is opened. Let's go!"
No one heard him. All his companions were fighting with the male passengers. The sound of metal pipes clanging, the screams of the passengers and the other noises covered his voice up.
Ye Jian had already seen the two robbers behind her who were supposed to be guarding the door. When she saw that they had opened the door, she immediately kicked both of them down without hesitation. With the current speed of the train, they would not fall to their death.
Her focus was not on these little sidekicks. It was on the leader of the robbers, the person who said that he wanted to play with her. If she caught him, catching the other robbers would be a piece of cake.
As the train slowed down, the lights from the side of the railway shone in and lit up the carriage. It made it easier for the passengers to fight with the robbers.
It also allowed Ye Jian to see the leader who was urging his sidekicks forward so that he could retreat and find a chance to escape.
"Let's get down the carriage first. This place is too small. It's not good for us." Ye Jian saw through the leader's intention and smiled as she said to Principal Chen, "We can work out our body better when we are outside."
If she didn't catch this stupid leader today, her training would be for nothing!
Hence, Ye Jian pretended to retreat and jumped down the train with Principal Chen. The robbers quickly jumped down after them.

I woke up and found myself in a compartment of a train. This place looks familiar for some reason. I feel anxious and worried what would be my first mission as I am not still prepared. 

[ First World: Harry Potter]

I scratched my head as i look at the System Notification. Damn it! We are already on a mission? I don't know how to act! Oh my God,  I watched Harry Potter Movies, but i already forgotten what happened to them. I wasn't a fan of Harry Potter. I hope that I would remember the plot! It would be better if the first mission is Anime. Since i am an enthusiast of Anime, Manga and Light Novels. 

[ Welcome, We have arrived into a World of Harry Potter. This is your first mission so I should give you some explanations. Do you want to hear it? ]

" yeah."

I agreed and a flash of information has appeared on my head. I felt a massive headache because of them. It freaking hurts and I think my brain would overload. 

[ Next time, you can talk inside your mind.]

The System has reminded before it turned quiet. I look at the information that i acquired from the System. My way of getting back home depends on the completion of the task and the impact that the character roles have made in the story. They would be given points. There was also deduction of points if I made certain error or punishment by the System. It was explained that i must follow the Role Faithfully or else i would be punish. An OOC isn't allowed. I would die or have my soul oblirated if i failed accomplishing my task and role in Three Worlds. Upon the Completion of my Mission on every world, i would be given a Random Skill. 

I frowned after digesting the information. I felt uncertain and scared. I wasn't good at acting! I hoped that i wouldn't be too OOC. 

[ You are freely to Choose your task. Since this is your first Mission you have a privilege to only choose one task. 

Please choose wisely. 

Tasks:

1. Survive. (Minimum of 5 years, Maximum of 10 years) 

Rewards: 10,000 points, Random 1st year spell

2. Become the Next Dark Lord ( Higher Rewards when it was completed in a shorter time) 

Rewards: 100, 000 points, All first year spells (No incantation required) 

3. Destroy Magic ( Erase all of the Wizards and Witches, Cultures, Magic Creatures and Items] 

Rewards: 1,000,000,000 points, All 1st to 7th year spells.         ] 

As i look at the task, I can't help but cursed inside my mind. It was obvious what would i choose! Is the System mocking my intelligence? Task 2 and 3 was instantly asking for Death. I have no plan to become an Evil Guy. Task One is the safest option even through it has the lowest reward. This was my first mission, It was alright if i choose the least risky task. Safety first and I'm not stupid! 
'I choose task 1'

I said in my mind. The System Notification has appeared again. 

[ You have chosen task 1. Please complete the task wholeheartedly. 

Your Current Role is to act as Ronald Weasley. Please perform very well. I am looking forward to your Performance.] 

' thanks?' 

I thanked the system but I feel uncertain. why did I suddenly have a foreboding ominous feeling? I hoped that it was just my illusion. I know that the System is heartless and evil. I hope that i would complete the task and move into the next world. I casually look on the window of the train, getting a good look of the face of the young Ronald Weasley. From his looks, Ronald Weasley is currently a first year. I frowned as i think how should i act as Ronald Weasley. It would also be hard getting used to this look. I have a previous black hair and black eyes not a red hair and blue eyes. I also don't have a freckles. 

'System, how should I act as Ronald Weasley?' 

[ I am only in charge of giving the task. I am not an Internet.] 

'f*ck you!' 

[ Do you want a Punishment, Servant?] 

'no.' 

I immediately rejected. The System is a Bastard! My dreams about a beautiful reincarnation or transmigration is ruined. It was different from those work of fictions or on how did i imagine my life would turn out to be. It was like that i was the Servant of the System instead of I being the Master. I decided to delve into my mind as i tried remembering the Harry Potter Movies and the important events and plot. 

Ronald Weasley was... One of the Golden Trio. He was one of the Main Characters. A Gryffindor and Harry's Best Friend. He likes to eat a lot and has a lot of Siblings. He has always have a hand me ins items. I frowned as i tried to remember. I can't really remember much anything other than that. I hope I would remember something useful later. 

What should i do? As i was feeling uncertain, i look around the compartment that has only me and the pet rat. I glance at the Rat with disdain. I don't like rats. I was more of a Cat Person. It would be alright if it was a Hamster. I should free this rat or give it back to Ronald's brother. 

After a while the Hogwart Express has been moving. I was bored in the Compartment. I was the only person in the compartment. Earlier, there are other children who have entered but after seeing that I was the only one here, they lost their interest. 

For the next hours, some things have happened. There was that Draco guy with his Sidekicks who have entered the Room. After seeing me, Draco has immediately turned hostile and started a Verbal Fight with his two sidekicks on his side supporting him. I was still wondering on how should i act. Since i was currently in a body of a kid, should I act as one? Kids were easy to provoke right? Draco was starting to get annoying. I decided to return the Insults to them. I teased the two sidekicks as 'Mindless Fools who keep following the Ferret'. Draco was angry that he was called a Ferret and stormed out of the Compartment closing the door with a resounding bang. His two sidekicks following after him. I chuckled and enjoyed the Silence that followed. 

The system have appeared after, praising that i did a job well done. I was still uncertain in how should i act but i gained a certain sense of security when i heard the system that i was doing well on my act. Even through I should be cautious and wary toward this Evil System. The Next interesting thing that happened was Hermione and Neville entering the compartment. She have askif i saw a toad. I shook my head. The two children left in disappointment and Neville looking sad and worried. I sighed as they left. I wanted to help them but i remembered that Ronald didn't left the Compartment. It may change some things. After that, things has started to become boring. There was no special thing that happened. I decided to sleep and ignored the feeling of wrongness that i felt earlier. 

Later, I have woken up when the train had arrived at the Hogwarts. I forgot to change into robes earlier but it was quickly taken care of as i wore it directly with the clothes earlier underneath them. I decided to left the Rat and Ronald's stuffs in the Train. I was certain that it would be taken care of by the House Elves. On the boat, i was with some random kids with Hagrid guiding them. I was unfamiliar with the children, they were probably some kind of extra. When we got out of the boat, some children has been discussing what things they need to do to get sorted.

" I think that we need to exorcise a Ghost!!" 

Yeah, that suggestion doesn't sound bad. We can probably do some ghost busters thing. 

"I want to be in Gryffindor!" 

Sadly the Sorting Hat would decide your future. Well good luck, with convincing the Hat. 

" They said we would go to Gryffindor if we find a Gryffin, Slytherin if we find snakes, Hufflepuff if we find squirrels and Ravenclaw if we find Ravens!"

" you're wrong! It's a Lion, Basilisk, Badgers and Eagles!" 

I shook my head when i heard their conversations. That was ridiculous, finding a basilisk? Then they would already be dead or petrified. 

'I believe that we need to kill a Troll.' 

I laughed internally when i remembered what have Ronald Weasley told to Harry Potter. He was tricked by his Brothers. I followed the other children when Professor McGonagall has ushered them to walk towards the Hall. Before that there was also Neville making a Scene of Finding Trevor. 

Sorting the Children, it is one of the most important events that would happen in Hogwarts. It would decide the Fate of the Characters in the Harry Potter Movie. I stopped walking. Someone has bumped into me. 

" Hey, why did you suddenly stopped?!" 

I ignored the angry child. I broke out into a cold sweat. Professor McGonagall had noticed i stopped. The other children look at me curiously. Ahh... How can I forget the most important thing?! 

" Is something wrong, Mr. Weasley?" 

" Nothing, Professor."

She ushered me to walk. I complied, following behind the first year children. As we arrived at the Hogwarts Hall, i was in awe of just like the other children. The difference between the movie and reality is huge. There were ghost passing around us. Through even i was appreciating the Hogwarts, i was wondering and panicking inside my mind. Where is the freaking Harry Potter?! I was such an Idiot for not noticing it earlier! 

Professor McGonagall has told us to line up. The Sorting Hat has started singing. I stared at it. It was creepy since it not just look old and dusty but it can also read your minds. 

'System, The Sorting hat can read people's mind.' 

[ Don't worry. I would block all of your inappropriate thoughts, Human.] 

' what did you mean by inappropriate thoughts?!' 

I shouted on my mind. What inappropriate?! Is it him or the System sounded like a bastard and become more insufferable and acting like a jerk? I watched the children get sorted as McGonagall has called them alphabetically. I was anxious and keep looking around the other children. Just where is Harry Potter right now?

I sighed as I didn't manage to find Harry. I give up and decided to continue watching the sorting ceremony. Granger and Longbottom was placed in the Gryffindor. The other children was also placed just like what happened in the Movie.

" Potter, Harry!" 

Professor McGonagall called. A few moments, the said person hasn't still appeared. I was now freaking panicking inside my mind. The Plot has already derailed when i didn't meet Harry in the compartment. This is the first mission, it should be easy right? 

' System, do you know what's wrong?' 

[The Protagonist was now walking towards the Sorting Hat.] 

Instead of answering, the system told that Harry Potter was now here. I look and the system has not lied. There, i spotted Harry Potter sitting at the seat calmly with the Sorting Hat on his head. 

We waited and the other Students started discussing when the sorting has already exceeded three minutes. I waited just like the other students. Finally, the sorting hat has opened it's mouth and called the name of the founder.

"SLYTHERIN!!" 

I think that my ears aren't working well.

This is a journey of an unfortunate high schooler who was dragged into a Ridiculous Situation by the System.

His life was at stake he have no choice but put up with the System. It sounded simple as first, do some task and act his Role as a character wholeheartedly but what the heck?!

Slow pace story and the flow of story depends on my mood and inspiration. 

I'm just a newbie writer and this is the very first fanfiction that I've written here in web novel. I'm sorry if the Story is shitty and other things like that. If you're looking for a decent story, this isn't the Fanfiction for you. 

Suggestions on how to write a good fanfiction is welcome. I may ended up in the hospital if comments on how I suck on writing fanfiction continues. Well, it was painful for my heart to read but I will bear with writing and try to update everyday.

Act 1: Harry Potter- 'Surviving' as Ron Weasley

Act 2: Naruto- I'm just an Oblivious Civilian.. I'm not seeing Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke so close together and so OP!

Act 3: High School Dxd- I don't care what happened... The hell why is there two Protagonist fighting for the Harem?! 

Act 4: Fairy Tail- Sorry I've never heard of you.. 
Act 5: Assassination Classroom + (spoiler crossover) - I thought that everything would happen like it was supposed to be but the system pulled a Mafia! 

Act 6: Swort Art- There was a Random NPC.. 

Act 7: Fate....

He watched as Ming Shu sat down; she didn't seem to want to bother with him. He slowly walked back to his own seat.
More and more students started coming in. There were both humans and vampires.
Besides those special ones, normal vampires and humans were still very obedient and got along quite well.
However, when five asshole-looking vampires came in, the entire classroom turned silent. It was eerie.
They were afraid of these vampires.
"Hey!"
Ming Shu's table was shaken. She looked up and stared at the vampire, who was wearing sunglasses.
"Have you forgotten what I said to you this afternoon?" The vampire in sunglasses kicked Ming Shu's table. "Where is the thing?"
Ming Shu recalled that this bunch of people was collecting protection fees from the Host. The protection fee for vampires was, of course, blood.
The Host didn't even have enough blood for herself. How would she have extra to give them?
Boom—
The vampire in sunglasses kicked the table again and it fell to the floor.
"I'm talking to you! Are you deaf?"
Ming Shu got up and smiled. She lifted her legs and kicked toward him. The vampire didn't expect Ming Shu to retaliate and wasn't prepared for it. He took the full brunt of Ming Shu's attack.
The vampire in sunglasses crouched in pain. Ming Shu took the opportunity and grabbed his elbow, throwing him over her shoulder.
She stepped on the vampire, who hadn't had the time to react, and looked down on him, smiling. "You want some blood? I can give you some right now!"
The classroom was silent. Only her voice echoed throughout the room.
The vampire in sunglasses got knocked onto the floor in a matter of seconds. His sidekicks behind him were stunned.
"What are you all standing there for? Get her off me!" the vampire in sunglass shouted at them.
The rest of the vampires rushed over and wanted to drag Ming Shu away.
Ming Shu grabbed a book and threw it at the vampire's head.
It seemed a spell had been casted on the book. It was really hard when it struck their head.
The sidekicks were subdued just like their leader.
Everyone was in a daze.
What was happening just now? 
Was this the same cold classmate that was always being bullied? What was her name again?
Everyone looked at each other. No one remembered her name.
Hualala—
The book spun twice in the air and hit the face of the vampire on the floor. The vampire howled in pain.
"Still want some?" Ming Shu bent down and smiled at the vampire in sunglasses.
The vampire was a bit stunned from the beating. He looked at Ming Shu's face and felt a cold shudder in his heart. 
He shook his head quickly. "No, I don't."
Ming Shu bent forward and found some palm-sized bags in his pocket. They had the Rose School's crest on them; this should be the food distributed by the school.
Ming Shu took it blatantly and searched the other vampires too. After confirming that there was none left, she carried the food to the side. "Put the table back."
The vampire in sunglasses was very upset as he picked himself up and put the table back in its original position.
Then, they supported each other and left the classroom. When they reached the door, the vampire in sunglasses shouted, "You just wait!"
Ming Shu looked at him and smiled. She bit the blood bag.
The vampire in sunglasses shivered and left the classroom messily.
Ming Shu sucked… This blood wasn't as good as the one Xia Fu gave her.
The food given by the school was all artificial blood. Or rather, all the food given to vampires was artificial blood. The treaty didn't allow vampires to drink human blood. It was against the law. 
Vampires could only get artificial blood if they worked and earned money; for students, they had to study well. If they don't make any mistakes, they would be able to get food every day and not go hungry.
After a few hundred years, the vampires' and humans' curriculums became the same. Five years to University Entrance Exam and three years to a simulation exam.
Everyone was equal in an exam.
When humans and vampires first started on this education system, many vampires were tortured by the exams.
However, it was much better now. After all, 300 years had passed.
There were two lessons in the afternoon. The first lesson was math. Ming Shu stared at all the numbers and felt her head hurting.
The second lesson was Chinese.
Ming Shu wanted to fall asleep in class. When she finally managed to hang on until the end of the class, the teacher gave them a bunch of homework.
Ming Shu packed the Host's bag and walked toward the teacher's office.
She saw the vampire in sunglasses and his sidekicks coming toward her fiercely and immediately rushed into the office.
The math teacher was just walking out and he bumped right into Ming Shu. He looked at her with a stern face. "What is the matter?"
Ming Shu pointed outside. "Teacher, Fei Qi is finding me for trouble."
Fei Qi was the vampire in sunglasses.
"Him again." The math teacher seemed to have a deep impression of Fei Qi and didn't suspect her words of him bullying her. "Where is he? Bring me to him."
"Just outside. I need to find my homeroom for some stuff." Ming Shu smiled. 
The math teacher didn't bother and walked out himself. The corridor immediately became a mess and you could hear the math teacher shouting among all the commotion.
The other teachers in the office had no reaction. Those who finished their work went home and those that were eating continued eating.
Ming Shu carried her bag and walked toward her homeroom teacher. She went straight to the point: "Teacher, I want to jump grades."
The homeroom teacher looked up from the pile of homework and stared at the little girl in front him… This was a student in his class. She didn't have much presence in class and always had a cold aura about her.
What was her name?
Vampires were very clever—if they chose to put their effort into studying.
Hence, jumping grades was a common thing in the school. The homeroom teacher sized her up and took out some exam scripts from his desk. "Eighth grade?"
"Junior year."
The homeroom teacher's hand froze on the spot. He asked again, "Can you repeat that?"
"Junior year."
The homeroom teacher thought for a while and still couldn't remember her name. He coughed. "You are in seventh grade now and want to jump to junior? Are you sure?"
"Yes."
The homeroom teacher was speechless. "Wait a while, I don't have the junior's exam script."
The homeroom teacher called to ask for the script. He looked at Ming Shu with a weird kind of concern, as though he knew that she wouldn't be able to pass.
...
Ming Shu didn't have any place to stay in the school. She normally walked around the area and waited for school to start in the morning.
However, Ming Shu didn't want to live this kind of life. She needed to find a place to stay.
She hefted her bag and walked out of the school. She saw Xia Fu standing at the gate with his backpack slung over one of his shoulders. He was carrying a black bag and looking at the passing students indifferently.
The sun at dusk shone warm lights on him. His handsome features looked as though they were carved meticulously.
The school uniform looked as if it was personally made for him.
Quite a few students looked at him but no one dared to approach him. They walked around him and turned to look back.
This wasn't love, it was fear.
When Ming Shu walked out, Xia Fu moved and walked toward her. "Let's go back."
Ming Shu took a while to understand what he was trying to say.
Ming Shu instinctively touched the food in her pocket. "Xia Fu, thank you for saving my life. I will repay you when I have the chance. However, we don't have any relationship now."
The one you saved wasn't me!
However, the blood that he gave her was really delicious. I would repay you for that.
Xia Fu stared and her and didn't say anything.
Ming Shu: "…" What is the meaning of this?
I'm not coming with you!
Really!

Even the corpses of my family. The corpse of my neighbour, friends and crush.

This was supposed to be my birthday party when all of a sudden an explosion happened and I got thrown. Then I fainted.

The next thing I knew I am laying on the ground with my body is injured and cannot move.

I look at the sky while holding out my hand.

"I..am..going to d-die." I thought but at the same time, I did not want it.

If only I can move.

"If only some superhero can arrive here to help me." He thought in his head but his eyes starting to get heavier.

"I cannot lose hope." He thought while trying to move his injured body.

"No matter what happens, I will always believe there is hope for me to survive this." He said with determination can be seen in his eyes.

Far away from a galaxy, a blue ring siding shined.


"Searching...Found. Planet Earth. Heading there at Mach 6." The ring disappeared and headed to Earth.



In a different universe, a tomb suddenly shined and a device came out from the tomb.

"A new Deunamist has risen in another universe. It is time for the Giant of Light to rise again and protective humanity." An ancient voice sounded.

Then the device enters a total and headed to its new host.



Both items approached the boy and enveloped him as that day, a myth of a giant of light appeared with only a survivor survive from the tragic incident.

MC POV

5 years have passed since then as 14 years Daniel Turner walked to his apartment and entered his bedroom.

"5 years have passed since huh?" He said and he let out a blue ring and a device.

"Ring?Status." He said.

"98% sir." A voice comes out from the ring.

"That is plenty." He said and grab Evoltruster.

"Nexus." He called the being in that device that made him half human and half Ultraman as he said when he met the giant a year ago.

"Will the Kaiju rise today?" He asked and the drive shine.

"Still no answer huh." He said and slip the drive into his pocket.

"I had to meet Hal again." He said and slipped the blue ring into his finger and he got envelop in blue light.

Now he is wearing the same cloth as Green Lantern but in blue colour.

"If I am not wrong, today is supposed the day the sidekicks goes to the Hall of Justice." He muttered and started to fly in the air.

"Not like I am interested in it. " He said and started to speed up his flying.

He arrives at a hangar when he sees someone approaches him.

"Daniel." Hal Jordan greeted him.

"Hal. So why do you needed to meet me today? Does Saint Walker has any mission for me?" I asked him.

"No. Rather I wanted to bring you to go to the Hall of Justice." Hal said to me.

"No," I replied.

"Oh come on. You will meet heroes that are the same age as you thought they are 2 or 3 older than you." He said to me.

"My answer is still no," I said.

"Look. I know you hated Batman as I do since he sneak into your house and discover your real identity. And tried to snatch your 2 sacred items. Just ignore him. I just wanted to introduce you to the Team." He said to me.

"You forgot to mention Hal I break his rib," I told him.

"Yeah. Gosh. I saved the video of you blasting him and break his rib even though he breaks yours too. I watch that video many time with the Flash. Who knew the famous Batman got his rib break because of 12 years old kid?" Hal said to me.

"Okay. Fine. I will follow you but on one condition." I told him.

"What is it?" He asked me.

"You must treat me that new Domino Pizza's pizza combo tomorrow," I told him.

"Alright. Now let's go. I wanted to arrive at the Hall of Justice before the Flash with his sidekick arrives." He told me.

We both flew with me following behind him.

"So how is the Evol-thing doing?" He asked me.

"Same as always," I replied.

"Seriously, that device confused me. All we know is that the device made you have half of the unknown bloodline with half is still human. Plus it made you like Superman but degraded version." He told me.

"And that is why that billionaire wanted to keep the device away from me and kept it in his damn cave," I told him.

"Haha." Hal laugh.

We arrived at the Hall of Justice with many citizens are taking pictures of the heroes.

The reporters then pointed their finger to us making all people look at us.

Hal landed with me following him.

"Whoa. It's a Green Lantern."

"Who is that?"

"His sidekick."

"Dude. It's Blue Lantern."

"The one from Brooklyn." 

"I heard him. He is strong."

"Plus he looks hot."


I heard the chatters from the citizens with my super hearing.

My eyes looked at the heroes in front of us.

Green Arrow with his sidekick, Speedy, Batman with his sidekick, Robin and Martian Manhunter.

"Hope we are not too late," Hal said with him walking to them with me following him.

"Not late like the Flash does." Green Arrow commented.

Then 2 people arrived and I see Aquaman with a black skin teenager followed him.

"Greeting everyone." Aquarian greeted us with us greeting him back.

I just started at them with Batman stared at me then turn his head. Guess he has a grudge with me.

Then 2 blur arrived and the Flash and Kid Flash has arrived.

"I knew we are the last one to arrive." Kid Flash said.



The press went nuts as the League members walked the younger heroes toward the hall. "Is that Batman?" one asked. "Oh look! I see Flash and Flash Jr.! " another reporter said excitedly.

"His name is Speedy, duh!" someone else scoffed.

"No, Speedy is Green Arrow's sidekick." someone else corrected.

"Well that makes no sense." the other guy sulked.

I chuckled hearing that without no one notices.

Ignoring them the heroes continued their walk to the Hall of Justice. "Ready to see the inner sanctum?" Green Arrow asked Speedy.

"Born that way." the red archer smiled.

"I'm glad we're all here," Aqualad said looking at the other teens.

"Have all five sidekicks ever been in the same place at the same time." Kid Flash asked only to be cut off by Speedy.

"DON'T call us sidekicks. Not after today," he said calming down.

"Sorry." Kid Flash apologized. "First time at the hall. I'm a little overwhelmed," he said.

"You're overwhelmed, Freeze was underwhelmed why isn't anyone ever just whelmed?" Robin asked walking further ahead. "Oh, maybe that's why," he said looking up at the seven huge statues of the original Leaguers.

"It's the first day for them and of course they must feel overwhelmed.

"Robin, Speedy, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Blue Lantern. Welcome." The green-skinned telepath intoned, turning and walking back deeper into the hall. Robin and Kid Flash bumped fists as they followed the martian. "You now have unlimited access to the gym, our fully stocked galley and of course our library," he told them into a large room with comfortable furniture, large screens on the walls and of course hundreds of books lining the walls.

"Make yourselves at home," Flash told them and Robin, Kid Flash and Aqualad all sat down in the chairs with me the same.

Then they started at me and Robin is about to open his mouth when Speedy speak.



Speedy remained where he stood watching their mentors talking.

"A quick debrief to discuss five ice villains attacking the same day. We shouldn't belong." Batman told them. Turning around he allowed a scanner that popped out of the ceiling to scan him.

"Recognized: Batman 02. Aquaman 06. Flash 04. Green Arrow 08. Martian Manhunter 07. Red Tornado 16 .05 Green Lantern." a computerized voice said as it scanned each of the Leaguers. When it finished as door labelled, Justice League Members Only, opened.

"That's it?!" Speedy asked angrily causing the Leaguers to turn to look at him. "You promised us a real look inside, not a glorified backstage pass!" he told them, anger still clear in his voice.

"It's the first step," Aquaman said calmly. "You have been granted access few others get."

"Oh really?!" Speedy said gesturing up to a window where photographers were still taking pictures of them. "Who cares which side of the glass we're on!"

"Roy, you just need to be patient." Green Arrow said stepping forward.

"What I need," Speedy said stressing the word. "is respect. They're treating us like kids! Worse, like sidekicks! We deserve better than this." he said turning to the other teens. Blue Lantern stopped looking at books and the other three looked at him with blank looks on their faces. "You're kidding right?" he asked disbelievingly. "You're playing their game! Why? Today was supposed to be the day! Step one in becoming full-fledged members of the league!"

"Um, sure." Kid Flash said leaning forward. "But I thought step one was just a tour of the HQ," he said confused.

"Except the hall isn't the leagues real HQ! I bet they never told you it's just a false front for the tourists! And a pit stop for catching zeta beam teleporter tubes to the real thing. An orbiting satellite called the watchtower!"

Flash and Batman glared at the green-clad archer. "I know, I know but I thought maybe we could make an exception?" he said hopefully. Batman just narrowed his eyes. "Or not."

"You aren't helping your cause here son. Stand down or" Aquaman said, stepping forward.

"Or what? You'll send me to my room? And I'm not your son!" he said glaring at Aquaman. "I'm not even his," he said turning his attention to Arrow. "I thought I was his partner. But not anymore," he said taking off his yellow hat and throwing it on the ground. The other four stared in shock. "I guess they're right about you four," he said walking out. "You're not ready." He said but then I laugh hearing that.

He glared at me.

"Why the hell are you laughing?" He asked me.

"You said we are not ready. How about you? Are you ready to pledge yourself as a true hero?" I asked him.

"Of course I am." He replied.

"Seriously. Throwing a tantrum like a child is considered ready to become a true hero." I said to him making him angrier.

"Dude. Chill down a little bit, won't you? Do not be angry at the statements I said though it is true." I said and he throws a punch to me but I block it easily.


"You are by no far a hero Speedy. If people like you who didn't have the discipline become a hero, then we are tossed." I said and he retracts back his punch.

"Just because you have that ring doesn't mean you are a hero." He said to me.

"Indeed but without discipline and a righteous heart, you are not a hero." I countered back making him grit his teeth and walked away from the Hall of Justice.

I liked the heroes who just stared at me.

"What?" I asked them.

"Did not expect you to deliver a fine speech to him," Hal said to me.

"Very funny GL. " I replied.

Then one of the comm screens activated showing the man of steel. "Superman to Justice League. There's been an explosion at Project Cadmus, it's on fire," he informed the mentors.

"I've had my suspicions about Cadmus. This may prove the perfect opportunity to"

"Reporting into the big black Batman is the Demon Etrigan. The Sorcerer Wontan is doing all he can, using the amulet of Aten to bring the sun it's the end." the yellow-skinned demon rhymed over a smaller section of the comm screen.

"Superman?" Batman asked.

"It's a small fire. Local authorities have it under control." the man of steel replied.

"Understood. Then Cadmus can wait." Batman said pressing a button on the control panel. "All leaguers go to Etrigan's location. Batman out." he and the other heroes turned to face the teens. "Stay put."

"What? Why?" Robin protested.

"You're not trained," Flash started to say.

"Since when!" Kid Flash shouted.

"I meant you're not trained to work as part of this team." the speedster explained gesturing to himself, Batman, Green Lantern and Aquaman.

"There will be other missions. When you're ready." Aquaman said.

"But for now stay put," Batman ordered as the mentors walked over to the teleporters.

"Glad you didn't bring you to know who?" Green Arrow asked Martian Manhunter.

"Indeed." the telepath replied.

"When we're ready? How are we ever supposed to be ready when they treat us like sidekicks!" Kid Flash raged.

"My mentor, my king, I thought he trusted me." Aqualad lamented.

"Trust? They don't even trust us with the basics!" Kid Flash shouted. "They've got a secret HQ in space!"

"What else aren't they telling us?" Aqualad asked softly.

"I've got a better question." Robin scoffed bitterly. "Why didn't we leave with Speedy."


 I sigh gaining their attention.

"Well, they left to handle that Wotan but do you remember that there is another problem we can solve," I said to them making them wielded their eyes.

"W-wait. Are you going to Cadmus?" Kid Flash asked Blue Lantern. "Because if you're going I'm going."

The two turned to Aqualad and Robin awaiting their answers. "Just like that? We're a team on a mission?" Aqualad asked.

"We didn't come for a playdate," Robin confirmed. Aqualad grinned.


CADMUS POV


The group are now in an orb blue energy from my ring as Daniel is chatting with the other sidekicks.

"So you have been Blue Lantern for 5 years?" Aqualad asked me.

"Yeah. I partnered up mostly with Hal." I told him.

"Must be fun to patrol the space." Kid Flash said to me.

"So Blue Lantern, what does your ring symbolise? I know Green represent Will." Robin asked me.

"Hope. It represents hope and Blue Lantern Corps is close with Green Lantern Corps. We are allies." I told him.

I then see the Cadmus building.

"We have arrived," I said and alarmed down. Kid Flash is the first to move with Robin following.

"They seem too eager doing this," Aqualad said to me.

"Too much eager," I replied.

Over at Project Cadmus, the local authorities were having trouble getting everyone out of the building. "Help! Get us down!" a pair of scientists shouted from a second-story window.

"Stay put! We will get you out." the fire chief promised. But as soon as the words left his mouth the room the scientists were in exploded sending them toppling out the window.

As they were falling a red and yellow blur sped across the ground and up the wall catching the scientists and tossing them on the ceiling. Unfortunately for Kid Flash, tossing the scientists had cost him his momentum causing him to fall. He would have had a rather nasty landing to if he hadn't managed to catch the window ledge the scientists had fallen from.

"Look, it's what's his name, Flashboy!' the fire chief shouted excitedly.

"Kid Flash! Why is that so hard?"

"Soo smooth!" Robin said sarcastically while I and Aqualad go to them by me creating stairs for us after we erased the fire.


"So you got any plan, Robin?" I asked the Boy Wonder who shakes his head.

Walking into the hallway, the ping of an elevator caught his attention. Turning he saw a humanoid figure with large horns inside the elevator as the doors closed. "There was something in there," he said as Kid Flash, Robin and Aqualad rushed into the hallway behind him.

"Elevators should be locked down." Kid Flash said confused.

"This is wrong," Robin told them after running up to the elevator and pulling up a scan. "Thought so. This is a high-speed express elevator, it doesn't belong on a two-story building."

Neither did what I saw on it." Arcane agreed. Walking over to the elevator Aqualad quickly pried the doors open.

"And that's why they need an express elevator," Robin said as they looked down at the extremely deep elevator shaft, going deep underground. Firing a grapple line at the ceiling he lowering himself down with Kid Flash and Aqualad jumping on the line behind him. I simple glowed blue and hovered down with them. They quickly passed Sublevels twenty-four and twenty-five. "I'm at the end of my rope," Robin told the others. After jumping off the rope and landing on the rim of the elevator shaft it didn't take Robin long to hack into the security programs. "Bypassing security... there! Go!" he told the others as five green smiling Robin heads appeared on his hologram screen.

Aqualad pried open the doors for them to see a long metal hallway. "Welcome to Project Cadmus," Robin announced.

Kid Flash taking the initiative sped along the hallway to scout out what was ahead.

Aqualad barely had time to utter "Kid, wait!" before the young speedster nearly got himself run over by massive grey beasts with massive tusks and razor-sharp teeth. Luckily for him, they didn't seem to notice him. There was a whole herd of the beasts walking in an orderly two-line fashion. All of the young heroes watched them go past with wide eyes. There were smaller gnome-like things crouched on the beast's heads. It looked at them and its small stubby horns began glowing red.

"Well, that obviously wasn't out of the ordinary," Blue Lantern said sarcastically.

"No, nothing going on here." Aqualad agreed.


In a lab elsewhere in Cadmus, a man with long brown hair, dressed in a lab coat was working on something using the genetic materials of some of the creatures that he had in test tubes. Carefully he placed a drop of a pink solution in a clear liquid that had a strange blue crystal inside it. The crystal quickly dissolved thanks to the new ingredient and the new mixture glowed a bright shade of blue. The pinging of an opening door brought an irritated expression to the man's face.

"Doctor Desmond." a man dressed in a blue jumpsuit and a yellow helmet, complete with one of the smaller gnome creatures on his shoulder walked in.

"Tell me, Guardian, what part of no interruptions did you not understand?" Desmond asked snidely placing the glowing blue vial inside a container with others just like it.

"A gnome on Sublevel 26 reports four intruders," Guardian informed him.

"Huh, did I miss a perimeter breach alert?" Desmond sighed.

"No."

"Then the gnome is confused. Whatever might occur in our fall lab above ground the real Cadmus is the most secure facility in D.C." Desmond boasted. Neither of them noticed a tall horned shadow behind them.

"My job to keep it that way," Guardian replied.

"Fine, take a squad." Desmond sighed, clearly frustrated with Guardians insistence.

"Might I recommend Guardian leave his g-gnome behind?" a tall thing-gnome dressed like a doctor suggested entering the room. "If violence were to occur..."

"The little guy would be in my way." Guardian agreed.

"No!" Desmond said, Charley. "The benefits of instant telepathic communication outweighs other concerns." Reaching down he rubbed the chin of another small g-gnome that sat on his desk. Its horns began glowing red, and in response, the gnome on Guardians shoulder did the same.

"I need my gnome with me at all times," he said in a robotic voice. Tuning he clasped a fist to his heart and bowed slightly to Desmond before turning and walking out of the room. When he was gone Desmond turned back to his microscope.

Glowing light on a pair of large steel doors turned green, deactivating the lock. The door opened, allowing the fourteen heroes access to the next room. "Ok, I'm officially whelmed," Robin told the others


"Let's just hope that this mission goes well without a problem." I thought in m head.

Daniel Turner become a Blue Lantern Corp along with a giant of light.

In the hall way, the girls and boys talk, laugh. It was the beginning of a new semester, they had a lot to talk about their holidays. 


"Hey Sasuke" the yellow haired boy shouted to another student. 

"That loser again" he murmured to himself. 

"Sasuke" he reaches where the other boy stood, "how are you?". 

"Fine. Would you not shout my name like that in school Naruto". 

"But why? You were far and it was fun... "

"Forget it Sasuke, you know this dimwit won't stop" a pink haired boy said walking up to them. 

"Who are you calling a dimwit, you dull brain?". 

"Isn't it obvious?" the pink haired boy said again. 

Sasuke shakes his head as he watching s this too idiots about to get into a fight again. 

"I forget i'm surrounded by idiots" he said and walked out on them. 

"Sasuke, you always acting high and mighty". 

"Shut it Natsu, if you didn't butt in, he wouldn't have left". 

"If you hadn't been saying stupid things, then... "

He was cut short by the pink haired girl that was now standing behind them,  "you two still don't get it, do you? Your presence annoys him". 

"Sakura, that's no way to greet your friend, is that?" Natsu asked. 
"I just hope you two will learn this semester and not bug anyone". 

"Sakura chan". 
She turns and sees a blonde girl rushing to meet her. 
"Ino chan, how are you?". 
"I'm fine. Sakura, I thought we'd come to school together, but you left me". 
"I'm sorry,  mama had to leave for work on time, and she insisted on dropping me first in school". 
"It's no worries. I want to hear about all your travels this holiday". 

"Are we so insignificant, that you can't say hi to us Ino chan?" Naruto asked while pouting. 
"My bad, sorry Naruto, Natsu. Good morning". 
"Good morning Ino" they both greeted. 
"You're looking as beautiful as ever Ino chan". 
"Why thank you Naruto. I... "

Just then they hear the sounds of whistles and everyone's head turns to the entrance and in came... 

"Trouble" Sakura whispered to them. 
The celebrity clad in her school uniform and looking extremely beautiful walks with two girls beside her, everyone gives way for them as they walk in, she gets to where Sakura and her friends stood, then stopped. 

"Out of my way peasants". 
"If it isn't the Azula and her sidekicks" Sakura said still blocking their path. 

"Who are you calling sidekicks?" the girl by her right asked angrily. 
"You want to join? Well even if you wanted, I don't want your peasant life tainting my clique". 
"Thanks but no thanks, no one wants to join the Terrible Trio" Ino spat back. 
Tai Li gets angry, "Tai Li, let it go". 
"Yeah, you better chain your circus monkey before she run loose. Ino let's go. Its a waste of time being here" Sakura pulls Ino along and they left. 

"That's right, run from a fight you can't win peasants" Azula shouted back and she walked on. The bell rang and soon the hall way became empty. 

In class, the homeroom teacher walks in and started teaching. About thirty minutes later into the class, she caught Naruto sleeping. 

"Uzumaki Naruto" he doesn't answer her, "Sasuke please wake him up". 

 Sasuke uses his book to hit Naruto on his head twice and he jumps up from his sleep and stares dagger at the calm Sasuke. 

"What was that for Sasuke?". 
"Clothpole, you're sleeping and drooling in class". 
"Is that why you hit me so hard on the head?". 
"You didn't respond to your name, that seemed effective if you ask me" he said turning his head and facing the board. He didn't see the mischievous Naruto pick up his book and stones him with it. 

And bam, it hit him hard on his head. 
"Naruto... " Sasuke gets angry and the teacher intervened. 
"Detention Naruto, one hour". 
"Miss Higurashi... "
"Not another word from you. Now write down everyone, your assignment". 

Everyone in class murmurs. 
"No, not now". 
"We just resumed". 
"Its because of that dimwit". 
"Quiet down everyone or I'll make it two".

"The protection rune is destroyed. Brothers, take out these intruders."
"Mere mortals, die before the son of flames!"
The entrance was flashy, and his lines were cool. As the highest commander in Molten Core, Majordomo Executus entered the scene with eight sidekicks. The Bosses before either had two or four sidekicks; none of them were special enough to have eight alone.
"Why can't we hurt him?" 
 Azure Sea Breeze was able to accept any damage that the Boss dealt to him, but he couldn't accept the fact that the Boss didn't lose a single point of health.
Clearly, this Boss was a little unique and the team quickly came to the conclusion that he could not be slain.
"At least the minions aren't invincible," Lu Li remarked as he went up to poke at one of the monsters. Fortunately, they still took damage, but their overall attributes were quite high.
Things couldn't get any worse – this seemingly invincible Boss could hit players, but they couldn't retaliate back.
"Too much damage! I can't take this…" 
 Wandering felt tired at heart, because he quickly discovered that he couldn't even tank four monsters. On the other hand, although World's Best Friend didn't say anything, Lu Li could see the same situation from his health bar which was going up and down like a rollercoaster.
Three tanks didn't seem to be enough.
There was no other way; they had to send out other Plated classes to make up the number.
Majordomo Executus had eight sidekicks. Four of them were Flamewalker Doctors and the other four were Flamewalker Elites. As their names suggested, the first four were healers while the other four were warriors.
Solely focusing on Fire Resistance for their gear wasn't enough, but even if they were to diversify their attributes, they would still lose the fight. This was because the Flamewalker Elites would deal fire damage, but the Flamewalker Doctors weren't a holy or natural type caster. Instead, their damage was classed as a shadow-type damage.
It wasn't rare for Priests to deal shadow damage. Shadow Priests would become more popular later down the track and establish themselves as a proper class type.
The biggest point of discussion in the next patch would probably be the marriage system. However, in terms of the gaming content itself, the biggest change would be the special effect reduction and the talent system that would be released.
The special effect reduction would impact the way players geared up, while the talent tree system would impact how players developed their playstyle.
Warriors would reset their attributes, and would be able to develop into a Defensive talent tree or a Berserker talent tree. Priests would split into a Healer talent tree or a Shadow Priest talent tree. Thieves were split into an agility Thief or a battle Thief.
Paladins had it even better – they could develop to healer Paladins, defence Paladins or holy Paladins. However, the best of all would be the Druids that could develop into healer Druids, bird Druids, bear Druids and cat Druids, among some others that would be of no use besides being cute…
Overall, players would have to reset their gear and while keeping their Fire Resistance, they would also have to do something about Shadow Resistance too.
Majordomo Executus was invincible, so the players couldn't damage him. However, just because he was invincible didn't mean that he couldn't hurt the players. In fact, he even dealt damage at random to targets around him. This meant that the aggression wouldn't be stable and when the Boss ran around, someone would have to pull him back. The person in charge of tanking the Boss would have to focus, so it was best to have both a main and secondary tank.
Azure Sea Breeze and Wandering were old partners. World's Best Friend, Moonlight and two other Paladins pulled one Flamewalker Elite each. As for the four Flamewalker Doctors, Lu Li assigned four Mages to Polymorph them.
This was necessary, or else the Doctors would heal the others.
"My, what is this!"
The team was caught by surprise; why did the Mages who casted Polymorph turn into sheep themselves?
Seeing Deadly Green Orange turn into a little sheep was a funny scene, but no one laughed because it meant that the Flamewalker Doctor that she Polymorphed had now been set free. The freed Flamewalker Doctor immediately healed the Flamewalker Elite.
It was all for nothing!
Counterspell reflected 50% of all negative spells within a certain radius and lasted for 10 seconds.
It was a shameless skill and when a target had this buff on them, anyone that attacked them with a spell would have it casted on themselves instead. This was why Deadly Green Orange turned into a sheep when she used Polymorph on the Flamewalker Doctor.
"March!" Lu Li called.
March Rain quickly debuffed the magic from Deadly Green Orange. As expected from a competitor, Deadly Green Orange had the quick reflexes to immediately turn the Flamewalker Doctor back into a sheep as soon as her Polymorph effect had been removed.
"When you guys Polymorph, make sure to check your target's status bar for Counterspell. Don't cast anything on it if the status exists," Lu Li reminded.
"Heal me!" Her Tears called out. He was in charge of tanking a monster, but died right after.
The Flamewalker Elite that had been freed rushed into the group of ranged class players. Because it was slightly further away from the real tanks and normal Paladins didn't have many taunt skills, a few of them died. In the end, despite finally stabilizing the situation, Lu Li still had to call it quits.
"How did he die?" Lu Li asked the healer who was in charge of healing Her Tears.
Without counting Wandering, who was a Defense paladin, and without Mu Qiu being around today, Her Tears was probably the best-geared Paladin around. It was unexpected for him to die.
The healer player was still at a loss. 
 "I didn't pay attention; he just died very suddenly."
"I think it reflected my damage onto myself. I happened to cast an ultimate spell and killed myself with it." 
 Her Tears had a clear head during the fight, but he couldn't accept the fact that he died to himself because his damage was too high. 
 "It's probably similar to Counterspell, but a shield that reflects damage," Lu Li said with certainty.
He had heard long ago that Majordomo Executus could buff his minions with two different types of shields. One reflected magic while the other reflected damage. Now, he finally got to see it for himself. He asked again for some further details and reconstructed the battle plan. Those that tanked the monsters were to fight without using ultimate spells; they just needed to hold onto the monster. Even someone like Her Tears wouldn't be able to do much damage in the first place, even with his ultimate spells.
Meanwhile, the healers needed to focus on their targets.
Lu Li thought for a bit and swapped out one of the damage-dealing Paladins for Deep Watersong, a bear Druid from Drizzle Court. Deep Watersong could be counted as the number one bear tank in Dawn. He could be the secondary tank to help Azure Sea Breeze tank the Boss. That way, Wandering could go and tank one of the Flamewalker Elites.
Her Tears' equipment was exquisite, so it was better for him to play as a damage dealer.
After this, he had another Mage join the team, which would make five of them in total. If someone was turned into a sheep and the priests couldn't react in time to debuff the magic, the spare Mage could Polymorph instead.
