Arjun entered the <<Space-Time Formation>> after Rick did. He entered the Yin-Yan City but didn't enter the building of Dao. After learning about the Assassins Organisation from Basil, he knew that he need to create a Divine Art for Samantha, Jessica and Brooks.

He took the guide book and wrote

'What is the most important thing for a cultivator to protect?'

An answer appeared on the guide book immediately. Arjun really loved the guide book so much. This guide book was like his teacher, who clarifies all his doubts about cultivation. So Arjun always writes his doubts on the book and an answer would appear immediately. 

Arjun started to read the answer

"The most important thing for a cultivator is, Soul. The thing a cultivator always needs to protect is definitely the soul. In any array formation, if the core flag was removed, then the entire formation will lose it's balance and falls. Because the core flag always provides power and gives balance to the formation. 

Just like that, a soul is the core for any life form. A soul contains feelings and it holds the control on a person's desires. If a person loses their soul, then that person will lose balance on his body and fall. A soul is everything for a life form."

A smile appeared on Arjun's face. He felt as if a new path has been opened in front of him. He wrote on the guide book---

'How can we protect our soul if it's in danger in any way?'

The guide replied, " By cultivating the soul techniques and strengthening it."

Arjun was shocked. He wrote, " The soul can be cultivated? How?"

The Guide replied, " The soul can be improved by cultivating in Willpower. But the Willpower will only clean your soul and allows you to stay calm during the critical situation. It can only clean your soul. But training in Willpower will not improve the strength of your soul. In fact, there exist no cultivation techniques that can strengthen one's soul. If you can create a cultivation technique for strengthening your soul, then you will be the pioneer of Soul Cultivation Technique. A soul cultivation technique was not even created by the Ancient Universe Will."

Arjun was clearly stunned. He thought,

[Not even that old bast*rd was able to create a cultivation technique to train one's soul. A fire was ignited in Arjun. He eagerly wanted to create a soul strengthening technique and train in it.

He wrote, " How can I create a Soul Cultivation Technique?"

The Guide book replied, " You can use all 10 natural elements. You have more importantly the Runic Language. Your Runic Language is much more ancient and advanced than any other person in all the universes in the chaos world. Not even any of your life forms can have that ancient and most advanced Runic Language. If you work hard and try, then you may be the first one to create a soul technique."

That's it! If Arjun has all the accessories with him, then he would definitely create if he wants it. The reply from the guide book was enough to motivate him.

Arjun sat inside the <<Space-Time Formation>>. He learned how important and impressive his Runic Language is. So he entered the second floor in a Building Of Runic Language and took six months to learn the second level of Runic Language. Arjun felt as if he learned so much ancient knowledge. Second level of the Runic Language is much more profound and much more advanced than the first level. 

Arjun thought for a moment. He felt how profound the Runic Language in the Third Realm is. But he was helpless about it. He cannot enter the third floor until he reached the Blue Realm in Willpower. He sighed. But he wasn't disappointed. Because he felt that the second floor's Runic Language was enough to create a cultivation technique to train in soul. On top of that he is not far away from reaching the Blue Realm in Willpower. So he was patient.

Arjun took 10 days only to think how to create a cultivation technique that can strengthen the soul. After 10 days he came up with a way. 

Arjun entered into his conscience and gathered huge amount of Inner Will and materialised it into a huge Sphere ball. He used the newly learned Runic Language and wrote the properties of a Core on the spherical shape materialised Inner Will. Immediately that spherical shaped Inner Will transformed into a transparent core. It was an empty core with no functioning property at all.

Arjun used his own Inner Will for a specific reason. His Inner Will actually originates from the Chaos World. Whenever Arjun changes someone's Will, he The Lord Chaos descends and change the beneficiary's soul. That means using the Chaos energy Lord Chaos install a new soul in th body. Since Arjun draws power from the Lord Chaos, he believed that his Yin-Yan Inner Will could do the same too.

Arjun used the Light element and injected it into that powerless transparent core. The transparent core immediately turned into golden colour. A faint amount of power was coming out of it.

Arjun used the Light element because the Light contains the properties of purity. A soul itself a bright light which is the purest energy in a Life form. So Arjun used the Light element in that core. 

Arjun then used the Runic Language and arranged a connection between that core and the spiritual energy of the real world. That means that core has the ability to store the Spiritual Energy. 

Generally any core like Divine Core, Curse Core or Celestial Core will be binded to the conscience which leads to the strenghthening a person's physical body. That is the reason why if a person trains their physical body, it will gets strong. But it doesn't make their soul strong. As for Willpower, it only cleans one's soul which will strengthen their improvement in Mental State and Mental Strength.

But Arjun decided to bind this core to his soul instead of his physical body. So that once he makes his breakthrough, it will strengthen his soul instead of his physical body.

Arjun used the second level Runic Language and build a connection to his soul instead of his Physical body. Immediately that core flew and floated beside his Divine Core. Arjun felt as if a connection was built between his conscience and that new core 

Arjun then sat cross legged and started to gather as much spiritual energy as possible and channeled it into his new core. After one year, he felt as if he made a minor improvement. He felt as if his soul became strong. He was instantly thrilled.

This is the world where magicians are respected.. and the weak people ar doomed. Arjun Kumar our main protagonist is dsired to become the great magician but later finds that he has no "magic core" at all. Arjun didn't fell disappointed. He trains in Willpower the lengthy and time consuming way.

But his fate changes when he meets a poweful Dragon named 'Magneel' who is kind to Humans and gives his power to Arjun and trains him.

Opening the blue print, there was an icon of a book symbol. Swiping the mouse arrow on it, it named skill book. 
Clicking on it, a menu opened of an empty list. Five empty bars together and the sixth one empty on the center, all five connecting to it. Juray saw this list and thought what exactly this, will be in use for him. 

It's true he grabbed the skill book from the Warlock but, the question rises how will he be able to use it. 
While he was frozen on his seat, 
Yu-say happed his shoulder, he looked at him "it's a skill book, so what use can you use it for?"

"I don't have any idea of using however, there was an aim that I took this book from the owner" replied the player. He opened the drawer and took out the guide book of the game Minus Zero saying while swiping the pages "there's possible here could be guideline on it".

While his friend watching by his side, Juray opened a page of characters list. Going through page No: 215 he pulled opened that number direct and came to the character class : Mage.

Since he wanted to discover the mysterious, secrets and learn the character by himself, he didn't pay any interest to any of the information. He wanted to find a hint if a skill book could call a support for such class.

Turning through pages going from titles to titles like Mage class, Mage weapons, moves, types, levels etc unfortunately there was no trace of skill book for Mage.

A sudden feeling worried ness, the player caught by, perhaps what he picked might go in vain and he continued turning for several mins yet, still there was no sign of it. He looked up at the empty list, again at the book sweating in anxiety.

Suddenly, he got an idea what if he tried to go through item pages. Probably the author named Jurio who wrote this guide book for all players thoroughly with great care won't leave such easy method. 

Next, he opened the item page, turning over one page "Ah!" he broke his shut lips surprised to find on top of the page the answer he was looking for.

(Skill book: Can be used by any classes. It requires skill points, experiences points to work out. Can construct skill and Epic skill level separately. Increases skill points by 20%. Good opportunity for Wizards, Warlocks, Magus and Mages).

Aside of it several other information were written like how it creates skill and how it's useful.

In other game worlds, skill books were used to learn skills, develop skills or add extra points to skills. However, in Minus Zero all these systems worked. 

As the information was read, skill book was aside helping hint to improve the strength of attacks, give higher damages and provide the weapons of characters a higher ability to fight. 

To think the matter of skill book for a Mage, Juray analyzed that Mages has an ability to create their own skills and techniques. Aside from Wizards and Warlocks, Mage's greatest weapon were knowledge due to it they could create their defense with improving weapons and they had free hand to create whatever they were alike. 

Cecil was a Mage.

Since he was a battle type, the game system helped him to get skills, who knows what other classes he would use in that state, it could be possible that he would have to depend on himself to build up his skills, this was the first step to escape such a disaster.

Closing his book, he took the mouse on his palm, swipe it on the empty bar list, there opened the option to choose which skill level you would like to create:
Normal level skills
or 
Epic level.  

Choosing the Normal level skill a warning tag suddenly appeared,

"You can't create a Normal level skill for the Battle Mage".

In the corner there was a section called learn more. It taught more that this type of Mage is capable of achieving skills him/her self. Doesn't requires self construct. As the system of the game is supporting along their skill only for this class of Mage.

"Only?....." thought Juray realizing this part came out exactly the way he felt to stay precaution with. Prepare yourself before the consequences, was the warning Juray had to keep in mind.

Come to know a game, where you battle new unknown beast, struggle in fights against New opponents, work on your character like one self and see who shall reach the top level, your favorite fighter or your opponents, unknown to all. Apart of this a game where professional has a value. Top player level-100?
No Top player level 1! and what is it to be beyond that!

I didn't even get to ring the buzzer or knock when the door opened up.  A tall, buffed, black dude walked out, wearing the same priest clothes like the bald woman.

He was also bald. Maybe that's a requirement for learning Magic? Nah, I doubt it. 
Unlike with the bald woman, I was able to see his name and title, not his level, though. In games, you usually have a limit to how high of a level you can see. I have to find out what's my limit. 
"Welcome, Mr. Williamson. The Ancient One warned me of your arrival."
She didn't really look ancient, but to each his own. She was fascinated by the rotting flesh, so maybe I was onto something there.
"I'm Daniel Drumm, the Master of the New York Sanctum. Come."
Yeah, I already knew his name, thanks to my bullshit powers. I followed him inside and said.
"There is no need for the Mister. You call me just, William."
Daniel smirked at me and slightly bowed his head.
"As you wish, Just William."
"Very funny. You can call me William or Will."
Daniel continued walking ahead of me, and I couldn't resist asking.
"So, I'm going to be taught Magic here?"
The Sanctum looked empty. There was no one there besides Daniel. I was expecting to see a large group of people all practicing Magic. 
"Here? No. At least not for now. You will be taught at Kamar-Taj."
"Kama-ta-what?" I've never heard of that place.
"Kamar-Taj, it's in Himalayas, Tibet."
I still had no idea where that was, except that it wasn't on American soil. Like, seriously, did Daniel expect me to know geography outside of America's?
He must've seen my questionable look as he continued.
"It's in Asia."
Ahh. Right, on the other side of the world. Gotcha. 
"And how will we go there?"
"Through here." Daniel pointed at a large door. 
A quick Observe told me it's a gateway leading to Kamar-Taj. 
Daniel's hands started glowing. He reached out as if to grab a door and pulled back. The gateway leading to Kamar-Taj then opened up. 
I stepped through eagerly, and the doors closed behind me. I hope I didn't step into a trap, but I don't think they had to plan something like this for me. I'm still a Level 5 Newbie, one of their spells could probably end me in a single shot.
Kamar-Taj was what I was expecting from the New York Sanctum. The place was bustling with people, all of them wearing priest robes and doing their own thing. 
"Good to see you, Just William."
I heard the voice of the Ancient One next to me. There was a smile on the bald woman's face as if she was trying to rub in how much she knew about me. 
"Come, let's have a talk over some tea."
I followed after her since the faster we have our talk, the sooner I get to be taught Magic. She led me to a room that had a table with a teapot on it.
A quick Observe made my eyes lit up.
[Herbel Tea: Herbal Tea with a little bit of honey made by ???. Drinking it will restore 100 HP and 100 MP.]
I have to coerce her to give me some of it. This thing will restore almost 50% of my current HP and MP! I need it!
"Let's have a talk about your ability before we get to discussing how you will be taught," The Ancient One said while sitting down. 
"I spent some time researching video games and how they work."
It's just been a day since we met, how much could you've possibly learned?
Turns out, a lot. I've spent years playing games and studying them to get better at them. Yet, she knew just as much as me. How???
"Your ability is remarkable. Currently, you might be weak, but depending if there is a limit to it or not, you could potentially become one of the strongest beings out there."
In theory, that should be possible, but how long will it take me to get there?
"I also prepared something for you. One of the main Magics that we teach here is Eldritch Magic."
The Ancient One's hands glowed a fiery orange, and she spun them around, creating an energy construct of the same color. 
"Eldritch Magic can also be called Conjuration. We use it to conjure energy constructs that range from all shapes and sizes."
The Ancient One swiped her and a small portal formed, out of it, a book dropped out.
"This is a book on Eldritch Magic that I wrote. Could you look into it?"
I couldn't stop myself from licking my lips when I used Observe on the book.

Okay, my ability is bullshit, but you, Ancient One, are a cheater. How did you not only learn so much about video games in a day and also had the time to write a Skill Book for me?
I grabbed the Magic Book and tried consuming it, but I was blocked by an alert.
[You require 30 Intelligence to learn this skill.]
Well, it seems like it's time to use my stat points since I wanted to learn this right now. 
At that moment, I also decided to use my stat points to increase my mental attributes while doing whatever physical exercise I could think of to increase my physical stats. 
When it becomes nearly impossible to raise Strength, Vitality, and Dexterity the normal way, I will then start putting stats points into them.
With my decision made, I placed 9 points into Intelligence, raising it to 27. I wanted to see if the bonus points from Meditation count, but it turned out they didn't. I needed Intelligence to be a flat 30 for me to consume the Skill Book. At least I have that information for the future now.
I was pleasantly surprised when I not only learned Eldritch Magic, but I also got a title out of it.

I equipped it without a second thought.
[Eldritch Magic(Active) Lvl. 1/100: The Mystical Art of Conjuration. Requires 50 MP to cast and 10 MP per minute to sustain an energy construct. At higher levels, the user can create a larger number of constructs that are stronger and more durable. Currently, the user can create 1 construct.]
I wasn't sure how to activate it since my other skills required me to say their name. So, I decided to channel my mana while thinking of the skill and what I wanted to conjure. 
My hand glowed a light blue color and a shield of the same color formed. Awesome, that meant that I probably didn't need to verbally cast my other skills as well!
As I was marveling at my new gain, the Ancient One chuckled, and I looked up at her.
"Simply incredible. People spent months, years, to learn Magic, and you did in the blink of an eye."
Well, yeah, I'm The Gamer, after all.
"Now, it's time to put your new skill to practice."
The Ancient One hadn't even moved from her spot, but we were suddenly in the Mirror Dimension. Her hands glowed a fiery orange color, and she formed two shields in each hand before getting into a martial arts stance.
I had barely any time to react as she jumped at me. The Ancient One looks like a feeble woman, but she is scary! She broke my shield with a single attack and kicked me in the gut afterward. That dropped my HP by 50!
What followed was something that I do not wish to discuss, but my skills (Physical Endurance, Martial Arts, Meditation, and Eldritch Magic) raised exponentially. I even leveled up once, and my physical attributes increased by 1.
"Your progress is simply outstanding," The Ancient One said as we were both sipping on tea.
Yes, stroke my ego more. 
"However, there is one more type of Magic that you need to learn before you can call yourself a Sorcerer."
That's not true. My ability already gave me the title of Apprentice Sorcerer, so take that!
Two small portals formed above the table. A weird ring and a book fell out of them. I used Observe on both items, which even increased the level of the skill.
[Sling Ring (Epic): Sling Rings are small two-finger rings imbued with the power to create and sustain portals between any two points in the universe. Masters of the Mystic Arts, and their apprentices, use them to create portal over long distances.]
[Magic Book on Portal Creation: A Skill Book written by ???. When consumed, the user will learn the Mystical Art known as Portal Creation.]
I reached out towards both, but the book fell down a portal and disappeared. Only the Sling Ring remained on the table. Noo, why did you the Skill Book away?
"I know you can learn a skill in an instant using a Skill Book, but I want to see how long it will take you to learn it on your own. Put the Sling Ring on your left hand," The Ancient One said and stood up.
"That's fair, I guess."
I wasn't very happy about it, but it was a good thing to know. 
"Mimick my movements," The Ancient One said and started moving her right hand in a circular motion. 
"Channel your energy and focus on the image of a specific location."
I did as told. I urged my mana to my right hand while thinking about my room. I didn't want to open a portal in a place where other people could see. 
I don't know how long I kept moving my hand in a circular motion, but something finally happened. There was a small park, and a portal formed before disappearing as quickly as it appeared. 
However, that was enough for my ability to trigger.

"Not a bad attempt, but try again," The Ancient One said.
I resisted the urge to smirk as I mentally activated the skill and channeled my mana. Unlike the previous time, a portal with a light blue outliner formed in front of me, leading to my room. 
"Most impressive," The Ancient One complimented me.
"Now, you can return home as it's already getting late in New York. Tomorrow, I expect you to return as there is much to learn about the Mystical Arts."
"Cya tomorrow!" I bid my goodbye as I entered the portal. 
There was no way I wasn't returning. I learned two Magic Skills in a single day and increased the levels of a few I already knew. Kamar-ta-what was a gold mine for Skill XP.
I was feeling a bit tired, but I still had three Red Bulls. I quickly drank them all and exited my house. I raised my skills, but my level was still a bit low.
"Create ID: Zombies."
It was time to work on that. Three and a half hours later, I returned back to my room, satisfied with my progress for the day.

This sure is a lot to take in all at once but this is what I've always dreamed about to be in a system novel. Now its my life! This is so exciting, and I seem to have gotten a helpful system that actually explains stuff to me. What should be the first thing that I attempt to make. I want to see if I can create a skill book. If I can give myself any skill that I can think of that will be so overpowered. I'll just try something simple like guitar playing. 
I placed my hand on the console like the system said I should then I start to picture just a simple bound book that looks like a mix between a fantasy skill book and a textbook I know from school. The simple words listed on the cover is skill book. Now I just think when used it enters my head and I know the skill. I list the skill as learn the basics of guitar. 
[System] Skill book that teaches how the basics of how to play the guitar. To create the creation points required are 4. Do you wish to create? Yes/No
I don't have any points so No. This basic skill would require me to wait 4 points for enough points. I could probably learn that on my own in that amount of time. This may not be as easy as I thought.  System how do I get more creation points faster?
[System] Everything in creation has a certain portion of the power of creation. Creation power is more concentrated in certain things like energy or rare matter because it took more power to create therefor there is more power left in the material. The five pedestals that you see are for that purpose. You must gather pieces of creation to help generate more creation points. The more you level up the temple the more pedestals you will unlock. Remember the rarer the piece of creation the more that you will get from it. I suggest you start with a basic fire as it is relatively easy to get. You can change out your sources monthly. 
I have a torch lighter from the store. I wonder since it is blue flame will it give me more points. I walk up to the pedestal pull out the torch lighter and light it at the center.

[System] Congratulations. Not only have you acquired a flame, but it is better than the most common type of flame. You will now receive five creation points every month. You have now completed the tutorial and will receive the welcome package. Do you wise to open it now?

This is awesome. I think if this was a game I would want more of mage build going on but it's not I can really die if I'm not strong enough so my plan for my "build" will be get as strong as peak human then lean towards mage like stats if I can get mage skills.

GOD runs out of ideas of things to create. He also wants a vacation. He creates a system that has his power of creation and then gifts it to a human.

Bourne was working hard, but well, it was impossible to ask him to train everyday. He was inside his office to see the report of his business.
Ur was sleeping on the couch and Lyon was training his Ice Make magic on the edge of the room. Lyon had to admit that his life was very comfortable. He only needed to train very hard and didn't think too much about anything else. Though, one thing which surprised him was Bourne's expression when Bourne was working in business. He had never seen Bourne so serious during training, but this time, he saw that Bourne was so serious. He also felt a bit bored and stopped to train for a while looking at the office curiously. 
Somehow in his mind, Lyon thought of Ur as his mother and Bourne as his little brother? He was older than Bourne and of course, his pride didn't allow him to treat Bourne as his older brother. But well, he thought of them as a family. Though, sometimes, he felt left out since he usually slept alone when he sometimes saw that Bourne was sleeping with Ur. But he thought that it was normal since that guy was only six years old. 
"Bourne, what is your secret become stronger." 
Lyon couldn't help but ask this question. 
Ur opened her eyes and wondered what Bourne would say. 
Looking at Lyon who had asked that question, Bourne thought for a while and took out a magic book from the shelf on the side. "Try to learn this magic." 
"This is...?" 
Lyon took the magic book curiously and read the title of the magic book. "Panties Power-Up magic?" 
"......' 
Ur was startled and hurriedly stood up. "Bourne, what the hell are you giving him?!" 
"It is good magic. It is very simple, but the effect is good." Even though the magic was very weird, the effect was very good. It could make Lyon stronger and it was also very easy to learn. 
To learn Ice-Make magic, they usually needed to be in their undies and the "Panties Power-Up" magic could make them stronger in their undies state.

"It's "Kiss Demon" magic." Bourne didn't think too much and read the introduction about this magic. 
"Kiss Demon magic?!" 
Ur and Lyon looked at the magic book strangely. Ur wasn't polite and took the magic book directly from Bourne's hand since she needed to see whether this magic book was dangerous or not. 
Lyon blushed and thought that the magic book was quite perverted. "Bourne, how can you learn such a thing?!" 
"Well, is there something wrong with that magic?" Bourne asked innocently. 
"......." 
Lyon suddenly realized that Bourne was only a child and might not know much about the interaction between male and female. He suddenly thought that it was his duty to teach Bourne not to become a playboy in the future. 
Ur didn't know what Lyon was thinking and read the introduction of "Kiss Demon" magic. 
Kiss Demon magic is a magic to absorb or transfer a magic power by using mucous membrane contact. 
Reading this magic, Ur thought that this magic was pretty powerful since it could support someone by kissing them. She didn't mind him learning it and gave this book back to Bourne. 
"How is it?" Bourne asked. 
"It's alright, but promise me that you can only use this magic on me."
Bourne nodded and said, "I know." He took the magic book and felt that it was pretty simple magic. He knew that he could learn this magic shortly without trouble. 
"How much did you buy that magic book?" Ur asked. 
"It's pretty expensive." Bourne sighed. 
"How much?" Ur became curious. 
"Around 1 million?" 
"........" 
Ur only realized that her pupil was very rich. 
"........" 
Lyon opened his mouth wide and couldn't believe how much man Bourne needed to use to get that magic book. "1, 1, 1 millions...?!" He suddenly remembered that Bourne's nickname was genius merchant in this town.  
Waving his hand, Bourne said, "Don't think too much. Let's go back after I've checked my packet." 
"Your packet?"

Bourne looked at the packet which had been sent from a western country. In the Land of Isvan, most people would work as a hunter or something since this country was a bit backward, but the western country was quite advanced since in that place was the headquarters of Magic Council. 
"What is it?" Ur asked. 
"I want to create a vehicle. It is impossible to get those parts in this country and I've gotten it from western countries," Bourne answered while checking the parts of vehicles which he would make later. 
"Vehicle?" Ur and Lyon looked at the number of things in front of them. They didn't really understand too much about machinery and only looked at Bourne curiously. The only thing that they knew was a machine, lamp, and tires. But they didn't understand the rest of them. They also saw something similar to a large tube with a comfortable chair inside. 
"What is this?" Ur asked and sat down on that tube. 
"It's a side car." 
Bourne felt that it was troublesome to bring his packet back to Ur's house since it was quite far from the town. It was also the reason why he decided to create a vehicle since it was hard to use an animal to go back to Ur's house since Ur's house was located in the snowy mountain. He had been thinking of a way to make it easier for them to go back from town back to their home. If he could tame Vulcan then it wasn't a problem, but he couldn't do it and Vulcan was a very aggressive magical beast. Then his answer was to create a motorcycle since he learned that a car had been developed in the western area. 
In this town most people would use a carriage and it would take a lot of time to travel. 
Bourne didn't have that much patience and decided to make a motorcycle since it would be faster to help them travel. He didn't need to worry about fuel since it would use the magic of the rider. 
"Will you bring it back home?" Ur asked since she was curious how Bourne was going to build the vehicle. 
"I want to too, but it is troublesome." 
"Just create a cart using your Ice Make then you can pull it back home." 
"......" 
"Think of it as part of your training." 
"........"
"Lyon, let's do it together!" Bourne looked at Lyon with an eager expression. 
"Eh?"

"Can you scan my body?" Xylos said

"Cannot scan the spirit body," PS000 responded

Xylos expected the result. Unless he entered the book physically like last time, there wouldn't be a way for him to identify what kind of life form he is. However, he felt odd that it can determine how much time he has left. 

Connecting the dots, it seemed that his astral and spiritual state determines how long he can live instead of his physical body. Thinking deeper it makes sense, the most likely cause of ARTHs dissipating is the lack of a self.

Consolidating his memories, when he first arrived at the breakfast area, ARTHs other than the female and Marc, everyone mechanically ate their food. While touring the various faculties, unless an instructor was leading the class none of the ARTHs would be out and about doing self-directed activities. They lived liked drones waiting for the next order or task. How did Marc and the female maintain a sense of self was a mystery.

Xylos played around with the system for a bit and noticed that it was much more limited than he expected. For example, if he asked it to create a cube, it would generate a generic white cube with no discernable features. 

After thinking for a bit Xylos needed some way to define an object. He would need tangible variables, that he can adjust, control, and observe as he went about his experiments. 

"Create a new variable called height," Xylos said.

"Please define <Variable>" PS000 responded.

"A <Variable> is a symbolic representation of feature of an object"

"Variable module created. Scanning repository for <Variables>"

After several minutes it said, "Variable repository created. 1 000 000 000 entries. Possible variables for 'Length' toe, finger, nail, league, step, small, hand,..."

A cluttered list of measuring methods appeared, looking at the possibilities gave him a headache.

"Reduce all possible variables for 'length' to a numeric value greater than 0. A length of 5 is equal to the 1 toe"

"Removing redundant entries...optimizing...done!" PS000 said

"Create a cube with a length of 100 on each side," Xylos said, and soon after a 100 cm cube appeared in the air. The easiest metric was done.

"Search for <Variable> color" Xylos continued,

"Possible variables for 'color,' red, blue, green, white, black..." All possible color names appeared.

"Reduce all possible variables for 'color' to 6 hex. Hex values from 0 to F. FFFFFF is black, 000000 is white, FF0000 is red, 00FF00 is green, and 0000FF is blue. All other color is a mix of those ." It was slightly more complicated, but Xylos hoped it could derive the mixing method.

"Error, unable to optimize based on the given information. Added reference to Black as FFFFF; added reference to White as 000000..."

As expected, PS000 wasn't a true AI, it was something like a calculator that can store, identify, and modify information. Thus, if he connected all the color names with the hex values, he would be able to get the desired result but it wasn't worth the effort.

Using the same approach. he created and optimized several variables and object modifiers. It took a very long time but at the end of it all, he could finally describe the key features of an object.

"Create an object with the <Shape> = <Dagger>, <Dagger.Blade.Hardness = 10>, <Dagger.Blade.Length = 50>, <Dagger.Grip.Length = 10> made with <Dagger.Grip.Material = Soft Leather>" Xylos said. An illusion of a 50 cm dagger with soft leather grip appeared in the air.

He then wrote a rune scroll with the same parameters and compiled it. The same dagger appeared in thin air, but this time a spell information dialog appeared:

Lethality: 0~10
Mana cost: 1000
Life cost: 1 hour
Modifiers: none
Description: A spell that will conjure a really hard dagger

He had no way to gauge what it meant by Lethality since he didn't have a physical body as a point of reference. The only way he can obtain a point of reference is if he had PS000 copy his body and simulated what a Lethality of 1 or 10 was.

He smiled for a moment since he now had a way to simulate various "Programs" in a realistic virtual environment. Once he creates a copy of himself in this "System" he can safely simulate programs and experiments that might be able to resolve his current predicament and future obstacles. 

The moment he relaxed a wave of exhaustion washed over him and he felt his spirit body being sucked back into the physical world where he instantly fell into a deep sleep.

The next day, Xylos had a quick breakfast, grabbed a bag of baked bread, 100 stacks of rune paper, and 5 bottles of rune ink. Then, he performed some random action before the legendary book and mentally pressed the red button on the key. A moment later he appeared before PS000.

"Welcome, Master Xylos," The stage said as Xylos jumped onto the stage.

"PS000, scan my body and create a duplicate. Show me all the relevant information." Xylos said

"Scanning..."

"There it happened again," Tyler said as he called his boss over, "I think he found a way to access the book."

"Interesting, get someone to bring the book into Room B01. When he comes out, we can finally find out why the previous owner of the book is dead set on getting the book back." The Supervisor said.

"I thought the book was donated?" Tyler said

"I wouldn't say it was donated." The Supervisor smiled, "We received it as collateral when we bailed him out of a debt. If someone can enter and exit out of a book it has to be at least a mystical or legendary item. ARTH 737 managed to find a way to enter and leave at will. If we can find out from him how before he disappears, this facility would have made a significant contribution to our corporation."

"What if he resists?" Tyler asked

"We'll restrain him but as one of the few conscious ARTHs, we can probably offer him a deal. A living being should have an opportunity to live comfortably no matter how short it might be." The Supervisor replied, "Keep up the good work recruit."

Tyler looked at the Supervisor with a surprised expression. When he was hired as an intern at the facility and saw that the experimental subjects were humanoids, he thought that the members of the facility would be hardened, and apathetic to living beings but the way the Supervisor approached ARTH 737, was very human. This made Tyler feel better, but it also made him wonder what is the true purpose of the research facility.

Location: Somewhere in an underground facility

"We detected a signal from one of the Legendary fragments," A worker in a black, red and blue military uniform said.

"Great, where did it come from?" The Coordinator said

"It appeared at a research facility in LaPlace. Managed by..." The worker hesitated and said, "Life Plus Corporation."

The Coordinator cursed and said, "Contact the CO, we need to gather our elites to retrieve that fragment as quietly as possible. Try to keep the casualties to a minimum, we don't want such a big corporation after us. Life Plus Corporation huh, I don't think they'll care much about losing a book, maybe they don't know its true identity yet."

Xylos was copied from another universe into another with all his memories intact into the body of an "Artificial Human" at an experimental facility. It was a world of magic with a familiar system, but alas, as a failed product with an incomplete core, he only has a month to live. How will he survive?

Creating the first rune with the "mind power" as Fraser called it was easy. Though it took quite a while as Fraser needed to draw the entire rune with his mind. 

Thus Fraser continued withdrawing every single rune which was on the thick spell model book for dark rope. The AI was an immense help as Fraser looked at the page before letting the AI project the page onto the spirit room allowing Fraser to draw runes from an entire page before needing to look at the spell model book again. 

This was so practical that Fraser just stored the entire spell model book in the AI before continuing to draw the runes. 

Days passed as Fraser continued his hermit lifestyle but this time instead of meditating to increase his spirit or training in the Basic Knight Breathing Technique he tried to create the spell model of dark rope. 

In the beginning Fraser took a while to draw a single rune and thus frowned inwardly: 

'How am I able to finish the spell model, on each book page there are at least a dozen runes if not even more. The dark rope spell model book has more than five hundred pages, if this goes on it will take a couple of years.' 

However as Fraser continued his rune drawing in his spirit room he became faster. 

The more runes he created in his mind room, the more he realized. His spirit decreased with each rune he formed and thus the best moment to create any runes in his mind room was when he had enough spirit. 

The decrease in spirit isn't anything permanent, instead it felt like the exhaustion when he used the Alchemy Set to create potions. 

So Frasers schedule consisted of eating, resting, meditating in order to increase his spirit and creating runes in his mind room in order to create the spell model. 

Two days passed since Fraser bought the spell model book for dark rope and he already created more than thousand runes in his mind room. 

In the beginning one thousand runes seemed to be a lot, yet with each rune created it felt easier for Fraser to create runes and the numerical data didn't lied. 

Somehow he needed less spirit in order to form a rune. 

'There is high chance the spirit is something that can be trained, not only in size but also in control. Maybe the way on how I controlled the spirit was too crude and so I wasted a lot of spirit. I need to test this. Does it only work with runes or does it work with spirit in general. AI, show me my spirit consumption with the Alchemy Set from one week ago and show me the spirit consumption when I create one potion.' 

Fraser stopped his routine of meditating and creating runes and pulled out a black fire egg and the Alchemy set and started to brew the potion. 

As there was no experiment or anything unusual involved, a white colored basic explosion potion appeared in a small flask in Frasers right hand. 

'AI, show me the spirit consumption, did it decrease?' 

[0.58 spirit consumption for a basic explosion potion one week ago, the spirit consumption of the basic explosion potion is 0.49. A decrease in 0.09 spirit points detected. Decrease relative to the whole spirit amounts to 3,3%] 

'So the spirit consumption does increase, the rune creation even affects my spirit control in the Alchemy Set. Creating a spell model seems to be a good exercise for spirit control.' 

With Frasers fast rune creation being explained, Fraser continued to create runes. This time not only for the sake of the spell model, but for the feeling of spirit control. 

The idea of feeling the spirit control had no success, but Fraser recorded everything with the AI so the lost time of trying to feel the spirit control still had its use. 

Another two days passed and it was four days since Fraser had bought the spell model for dark rope. He already lost track of how many runes he created, though the AI did count for him. 

4476 runes floated in his mind room. Though Fraser renamed his mind room the spirit room as it obviously had something to do with his spirit. 

Besides his spirit control increased the more runes he created in the room, thus the name spirit room. 

Fraser spent the fifth day continuing his rune creation, only a few dozen book pages filled with runes were left. 

Before Fraser went to sleep, he finished creating the runes for the spell model dark rope and 5400 runes floated in his spirt room. 

In order to be at the best state possible when linking all the runes Fraser didn't linked his runes at the fifth day, instead he waited till the sixth day and then sat on his bed and prepared to link all 5400 runes. 

It seemed to be easy to link all 5400 runes as Fraser created them one by one. However it was a problem of linking them all at once as one needed to have precise control of the spirit room in order to link them. 

'AI, is it possible to link every single rune at once? Also record the linking scene and save it under the file of "Spell Model Linking".' 

[Yes it is possible to link every single rune at once, do you want to initiate the spell model linking?] 

Fraser said 'Yes' in his mind before awaiting the result of the spell model linking. 

With gentle force his spirit controlled his first created rune before linking it with the second rune and the second rune linked with the third rune and the third rune linked with the fourth rune and so on. 

This all happened in the blink of an eye and a weirdly shaped model appeared in Frasers spirit room. It almost looked like an egg formed with weirdly shaped runes. 

'This is a spell model? It looks like an egg. Let me see what will happen when I push my spirit inside.' 

As soon as Fraser pushed a little bit of his spirit inside the runic egg a vortex appeared inside the egg causing Frasers spirit getting sucked into the egg. 

Slowly the runic egg shriveled into a tiny ball with its surface covered in tightly packed runes.

While the runic egg shrank to the size of a tiny ball Fraser could feel that his spirit room volume somehow got reduced. 

Though the spirit inside the room didn't disappeared, instead Fraser could see or feel that the reduced volume of the spirit room appeared in the tiny densely covered runic ball. 

Because of the reaction from the spell model Fraser didn't continued to push his spirit inside, instead he pulled back his spirit immediately and watched the shriveling process. 

'Is the tiny ball the true form of the spell model and the egg the spell model which never got used? Similar to a balloon but instead of getting bigger and bigger it gets smaller and smaller? Well let me test it.' 

Fraser again pushed his spirit into the tiny runic ball and this time he didn't pulled back his spirit. 

He could feel how the tiny runic spell model ball drained his spirit and something gathered in front of him. As Fraser opened his eyes a big grin formed on his face.

Someone transmigrated into the body of a noble that was on his way to become a Magi. His only keepsake, an AI-Chip that had the ability to calculate and store information. Thus, follow the journey of Fraser Rosethorn.

Zuhn saw countless foxes roaming around below him. Zuhn was sitting in a tree watching below, tracking the movements of the animals below. The foxes had dark gray eyes with bright red bodies. 

Besides foxes, there were several others animals that were hunting for food and looking for Zuhn. Zuhn was getting chased by a hybrid animal as he was running down to the valley.

Zuhn decided not to deal with the bird and just hide. The bird was at least Martial Sky Ranked, Zuhn couldn't quite see what stage it was. Above Zuhn there was a loud noise of the bird flying over. 

The bird flew straight over Zuhn, once it passed Zuhn let out a small sign. Suddenly, the bird turned around and came rushing back Zuhn. Zuhn's heart jumped when he saw the bird flying towards him.

Zuhn jumped off the tree, avoiding all of the other animals while running as fast as he could. Maximus was making jokes while he was running, saying that it was pointless to run. 

Knowing that it was pointless to run, Zuhn ran until he found a cave. Ahead of Zuhn around 50 meters away was a dark hole in the side of the mountain. Zuhn's target was this hole in the mountain. Running at full speed he jumped into the hole, landing in a pile of mud.

Zuhn couldn't see if he put his hand in front of his face. Maximus spoke to Zuhn, telling him to turn to page 75 of the Ancient Magic Book. 

In Zuhn's mind, he thought of a simple spell that created light. With Ancient Magic, Zuhn was able to create simple spells with a bit for thinking.

Zuhn thought back to his time on earth, 'maybe this will work.'

'Let There Be Light!'

Zuhn shouted that phrase in his mind and looked around waiting to see if something would show up. He waited and waited, but nothing happened. Maximus was having a laugh listening to Zuhn try to make spells.

'Zuhn, try to think of the spell. Think about how the spell would work, how much power it would take. The time length of the spell, all of these factors need to be accounted for.'

Nodding his head, Zuhn went again to try and create a light spell. Zuhn closed his eyes and started to imagine what the light would look like. He thought of a bright yellow dot.

Zuhn wanted to start simple, and not make things too complicated. He now thought how bright the dot should be. He thought of a star in the sky, then made the length of time for the spell. Zuhn didn't want to keep recasting the spell, so he made the spell special.

The spell that Zuhn was about to make, let the spell stay cast forever as long as there was enough magical power to support it. Zuhn was getting excited with the new spell that he was about to create. 

'Zuhn, there is one last thing you need to do, you need to name it.'

A bright grin appeared on Zuhn's face when he heard Maximus's words. Zuhn closed his eyes and thought deep to try and figure out a good name for the spell.

After thinking for a couple of minutes, Zuhn decided to make a name that was stupid simple. 

'Light'

Zuhn thought of the spell and said the word light in his head.

Seconds later, a bright light appeared in front of Zuhn. Once the bright light appeared, Zuhn still couldn't see in front of him. The light was too bright, Zuhn canceled the spell.

Zuhn went through the process of creating the spell, then put a way to control the light. Zuhn tried the light spell again, this time there was a different reaction. 

Zuhn cast the spell, and he was able to control the light of the spell. When he used the spell it was bright at first, though he used the functions of the spell to make it dimmer.

Once it was dim enough for Zuhn to see, he was able to see what was around him. In front of Zuhn laid a tunnel that was a plain sight of void darkness.

Above Zuhn was the whole that he jumped in from. The hole was directly above him, but he could see a little bit of light coming in from the hole. Zuhn moved the light above himself, shining on the walls of the tunnel.

The walls looked fairly slippery from the mud on the walls of the tunnel. Zuhn still tried to climb out of the tunnel. He moved the spell farther up the tunnel so he could see ahead. 

Zuhn put his foot on the wall and tried to put the other one on the wall. He instantly fell down to the floor. Zuhn tried a couple more times than gave up. 

After giving up, Zuhn decided to go into the void of darkness. Zuhn put the light through first before he crawled through the tunnel. While crawling through the tunnel, the mud started to get thicker and thicker the father he went.

Suddenly, the mud became thinner. The space of the tunnel started became wider, revealing a cave like an area. Zuhn got himself out of the mud and made the spell shine brighter. 

When Zuhn made the spell as bright as he could, it still didn't reach the ends of the cave. Zuhn let out a long sigh and turned down the brightness of the light. 

Maximus was in awe when he was looking through Zuhn's eyes. Just like Zuhn, Maximus couldn't see to the walls of the cave. From as far as the light could go, was just barren land.

There wasn't any rocks, or hills in the area. Most if not all of the land was filled with wet and dried mud. Zuhn started to walk forward through the mud. By now all of his lower body was covered in a thick layer of mud.

Zuhn walked for a couple of minutes before reaching a clearing. There was a small number of lights coming from a small hole in the ground. When Zuhn tried to look down the whole, all he could see was blue light below. 

He looked around one more time, making sure he didn't miss anything. Once he was sure that he searched through the top of the cave, he jumped down the blue tunnel. 

Landing at the bottom, Zuhn found out that the ground solid. It was not muddy at all. It felt like a regular grass covered ground when he looked down it was true. 

Zuhn landed in grass and dirt. The dirt wasn't wet, it was dry and there were blue lights on random trees. The trees were quite strange, they had small blue orbs on the sides of the tree.

The trees gave off a little bit of light, inside the orbs was a blue liquid that was moving around. Maximus was getting excited inside of Zuhn's head. Rambling on about how great an Ancient Trial was. 

Maximus explained that the orbs on the trees were Ancient Blue Flare trees. Blue Flare trees were extinct on the outside world. Though, they were at an abundance in this trial. 

Maximus explained that there were several uses for Blue Flare tree. For one the orbs on the trees were good for healing. They were one of the best ways to heal the human body.

One drop of the liquid could heal someone that was on the brink of death. The liquid also adds 100 years onto human life. This can be stacked, though all the liquid did was add years to your natural death. 

After hearing Maximus's explanation of the liquid, Zuhn filled with greed and was about to approach the tree. Maximus forcibly took over Zuhn's body and made him back up away from the tree.

'No… Don't go near the tree. Each of the trees is Spiritual Sky Lord ranked. Spiritual Sky Lord is a very high ranked in cultivation, close to my rank. You wouldn't be enough to even get close to the tree. Once the tree detects a life form, it sends out spikes and slashes towards the target. Once the target is dead, it gets sucked into the ground, food for the tree.'

Zuhn gulped when he heard what the tree was able to do. Zuhn slowly backed away from the tree, trying to figure out how to pass the trees without dying. 

Maximus guided him through the grove of trees, leaving behind the amazing liquid left a tear in Zuhn's eyes. Walking farther into the cave, they found a couple of trees. In the trees were regular Ancient Fruits, these fruits were guarded and could be taken. 

From all of the chaos of the 'Light Spell' Zuhn totally forgot about going to page 75 of Ancient Magic Book. Zuhn took out the book and flipped to the page that Maximus told him to go to.

The page read '10xSpaceRing' The Space Ring was a special ring. This ring gains the user access to put items into a stalled time of space. For example, if you put food inside of the ring, it would not go rotten. Time in the ring was stopped.

The 10x part of the name meant that it was 10 meters by 10 meters. On the page besides the 10x10 SpaceRing, there were other rings with different names.

The ring that caught the most attention to Zuhn was Lightning Attribute Ring. The description read, 'Ring that gave the ability of Lightning Attribute to anyone using the ring.'

Zuhn was shocked by how powerful the ring was. He really wanted to use one of them. Zuhn's happiness was short-lived when he looked at the materials he died.

Maximus let out a sigh after seeing the ingredients needed to make the ring. 

'Zuhn, My cultivation just recently reached Mystic Ranked. Which means you have one out of the six.'

Zuhn could hear the weak smile on Maximus's face through his tone of voice. 

'Okay, Let's see about the SpaceRing'

Zuhn wasn't hoping for much after seeing how hard it was to get the other ring. Zuhn looked at the description and began to read. 

'Any user of Ancient Magic Book can have a free 10xSpaceRing'

After reading the sentence, Zuhn couldn't help but let out a cry of joy. Maximus was also shocked when he had the book he wasn't given a free ring. 

The Ancient Magic Book wasn't just a book. The book was alive and could interact with its users. Meaning, it could change the book according to the user's skills. Inside the book was ways to create certain items, as long as you gave the book the required materials. The book could create any item that it had a recipe for. 

'Maximus, how does one get the free ring?'

Maximus was silent for a couple of moments.

'Uh… I truly don't know. For me, when I had the book, I just thought about the item and it gave it to me...'

'Okay, I'll try that.'

Zuhn looked down at the ring and started to think about the item. The book didn't move, just sat still. Zuhn tried again looking at the item, making his face turn red.

Once again, the book didn't move. Zuhn put his hand on the book and felt a small pinch on his finger. Zuhn lifted his hand off the book and looked at his finger. There was a drop of blood that was dripping from his finger.

The book had turned bright red and was glowing. Zuhn looked down at the book, the book started to move. The words on the book changed, a small purple gem was coming out of the book. 

Slowly the gem moved up and up until a full ring came out of the book. Zuhn reached out and grabbed the ring from the book. When he picked up the ring, all he could feel was the power of the ring.

Zuhn moved forward edging his way to the white light, the closer he got the brighter the light. Once he was close enough to make out a silhouette, Zuhn was shocked at the site.

What Zuhn was looking at was a city. The city was huge, it had a small thin bubble around the whole city. If someone didn't have good eyesight, then they wouldn't have noticed the bubble. 

Zuhn moved closer to the city, looking at the ground and around to make sure he doesn't run into a trap. When Zuhn got outside of the city, he tried to look inside. 

While Zuhn was looking, the book became slightly warm. Zuhn took it out, the book turned the pages again and wrote something on the blank page.

'Put this book on the forcefield.'

Zuhn took the book and moved up to the bubble, he brought out the book. Zuhn took one deep breath before he put the book on the bubble.
