*** One day in Harry's school library, when Harry is 8.
Harry closed the lid on his latest book, another one from the fantasy genre. It was reasonably well written but the protagonist of the book made it through the entire story entirely on his good luck and a bunch of flukes.
From his own experience, Harry knew that luck had never been on his side. At that moment he decided that he wouldn't rely on luck to solve his problems but then came across the next dilemma.
How would he solve his problems?
The Dursleys' malnourishment of him meant that he wouldn't be becoming particularly strong anytime in the near future.
He had to become smart, beyond the norm and talk his way through life.
That would be the only way he could survive.
*** Privet Drive, when harry is 11
"Fetch the mail, boy." Vernon ordered Harry.
Harry silently went and retrieved the mail, flicking through all of the letters quickly, while walking back to the dining room.
He stopped dead in his tracks at the last letter.
Mr. Harry J Potter
Cupboard under the stairs, Privet Drive, Surrey
There was a letter for him! He had never received a letter before, and he knew that Vernon would never let him read it if he ever saw the letter.
On his way to the dining room, Harry slid the letter into his cupboard before reaching the breakfast table and giving the mail to Vernon and silently moving to clear the plates, which Vernon and Dudley had demolished, including the one piece of toast that Harry had.
Harry didn't bother protesting.
Vernon put down the mail with a satisfied grunt, "What took you so long, boy?"
"I slipped and dropped the mail." Harry lied with a straight face that showed regret.
Vernon sneered, "Shoulda expected it of a freak like you."
Harry nodded quickly and almost sprinted to his cupboard. When he was inside, he eagerly opened his letter.
Dear Mr. Potter,
You have been admitted into the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, please send you acceptance by owl, no later than the 30th of August this year. The first day of school will be on the 1st of September,

Assistant Headmistress McGonagall
Below the letter was a list of ridiculous sounding books and things to buy.
Harry's heart sunk a bit, but he held some hope. He didn't know what an owl was, so he nicked a pound from Dudley and stole a sheet of a4 paper from Vernon and mailed an acceptance letter to 'Hogwarts'.
He had little hope that it was actually going to work, but sending a letter wouldn't hurt right?
In his letter he had included that he needed proof that magic existed.
*** Next Day
The Dursleys heard three sharp raps on their door, just after dinner.
"Open the door, boy."
Harry nodded and went to open the door, and saw an old woman standing outside in extremely old fashioned clothing.
"Hello, I'm Harry, who might you be?" Harry asked politely.
Minerva nodded, "I'm Professor McGonagall, Harry, it's my job to introduce muggle-borns and muggle-raised to the wizarding world."
At this she frowned, "Though it was expected that your aunt and uncle would already have explained the wizarding world to you."
Harry snorted inwardly and was about to answer when Vernon bellowed from the dining room.
"BOY, WHO'S AT THE DOOR!"
Minerva's lips thinned a bit at the derogatory tone in Vernon's voice.
Harry had to think fast, he couldn't lie because McGonagall would become suspicious, but telling the truth would risk the Dursleys throwing McGonagall out of the house altogether.
In the end he decided to tell the truth, "Somebody from a place named Hogwarts." Harry said softly, hoping for the best.
Vernon stormed into the room.
"Look here, I won't be paying for some fool to teach the freak magic tricks." Vernon snapped at McGonagall.
McGonagall's lips thinned some more.
"Mr. Potter will be attending Hogwarts no matter what a muggle like you thinks of it." She said back before ignoring Vernon completely.
McGonagall pointed her wand at a chair in the corner of the drawing room and levitated the chair.
"At Hogwarts, you will learn several branches of magic, including Charms, Transfiguration, Potions, Defence against the Dark Arts among others…"
McGonagall took a breath, "Let me also warn you that due to events that took place while you were a baby, you've become a somewhat famous personality in the wizarding world. Would it be convenient if I took you to Diagon Alley tomorrow?"
Harry smiled politely, "If you give me the directions and the money, I'm sure I could find my way myself."
McGonagall shook her head. "I'm afraid that muggle-raised are to be escorted to Diagon Alley on their first visit."
Harry cursed inwardly but smiled outwardly. "Then sure, we can go tomorrow afternoon, it is a Saturday."
As soon as McGonagall left, Harry was shouted at, kicked in the ribs and thrown into his cupboard in Vernon's fit of anger.
*** Next afternoon
McGonagall picked up Harry when she was supposed to, noticing but not commenting on Harry's very well hidden wince as he walked.
She gave him a cap to wear before they reached a dirty looking pub that everybody else in the vicinity seemed to ignore.
McGonagall led him through the pub, exchanging a few words with the bartender, Tom, before she took him out the back.
"To get into Diagon Alley, you need to swipe your wand, when you get it, along the bricks like this." McGonagall demonstrated and the wall moved aside to let them through into the bustling magical alley.
Harry stared around in barely concealed wonder. McGonagall hid a smile at his reaction.
"Our first stop will be the Wizarding Bank, Gringotts. Your parents left you their sizeable fortune. We will be making a withdrawal from your trust vault."
They walked up to the teller.
McGonagall nodded respectfully.
"What may I do for you?" the teller asked coolly.
"Mr. Potter would like to make a withdrawal from his trust vault."
The goblin nodded, "Key, please."
McGonagall provided the key, pulling it out of her purse.
The teller, 'Griphook', led them to a cart and belted them in, and sat at the front, as the cart took off at high speeds, falling and rising rather like a roller coaster.
Harry thought that it was designed that way to disorient passengers so that potential thieves couldn't find their way around the underground tunnels of Gringotts.
With a screeching halt they reached Harry's vault.
"You will have to wait outside, Professor." Griphook stated.
McGonagall nodded and waited in the cart.
Harry went inside the vault with the goblin and filled the pouch that McGonagall had given him to the brim with golden galleons, taking as much money as possible.
"McGonagall said this was a trust vault. Does that mean that I have a family vault too?" Harry asked, while filling his pouch with money.
"You do have the Potter family vault but you may not access it till you are 17 or emancipated by the ministry." Griphook stated emotionlessly.
Harry nodded and went back out with his pouch of galleons.
"That's more money than you will need." McGonagall stated.
Harry flashed her an innocent smile. "This way I don't have to come back to get my money for Christmas presents."
McGonagall nodded her acceptance. "Just don't waste it all on candy or anything like that."
"Yes Professor." Harry said.
The first place that McGonagall took Harry too was Madam Malkins, the clothing shop.
Harry inwardly wrinkled his nose at how impractical wizarding robes were but smiled politely and stood completely still while Malkin measured him and the boy standing next to him.
"Hogwarts too?" the blonde next to him asked.
"Yes." Harry said.
The Blonde extended a hand.
"Draco Malfoy."
"Harry."
"Named after the whole 'Potter craze' were you?" Draco asked.
Harry smiled sheepishly, "Yes."
'Potter craze? Am I that famous!?' Harry thought.
"What house do you think you'll be in?" Draco asked.
Harry hadn't heard about the houses yet, so he answered vaguely.
"Don't know yet, do we." Harry said, making his question sound rhetorical but still there, in case he was supposed to know.
"No, I suppose we don't, but I know I'll be in Slytherin." The blonde puffed out his chest self-importantly.
Draco finished first and his father walked into the store to pick him up.
Nobility, Harry noted, while Draco and his father walked off.
After the clothing shop, Harry was taken to the bookstore.
Harry smiled widely.
"I'll pick up your potions ingredients and you can pick up the books on your list." McGonagall said, before taking two galleons from him and bustling off as if she had done it a million times before.
Harry quickly picked up his school books before picking up a few on customs and traditions, some on Runes and Arithmancy and a few other texts he thought would be useful to keep himself ahead of the class. He also picked up some books that claimed to be about him.
McGonagall came to pick him up and muttered 'Ravenclaw' when she saw the pile of books that Harry had picked up.
Next, McGonagall took Harry to Ollivanders wand shop.
Harry didn't let himself look rattled by Ollivander's speech which left the creepy old man looking somewhat disappointed.
"Ah, Mr. Potter, I've been expecting you. I'm sorry to say that I sold the wand that did that."
Ollivander reached out a hand and touched Harry's scar. Harry had to work hard to not flinch at Ollivander's touch.
After a long line of wands, Harry finally found one that responded to him.
"Aah! SO curious, very curious." Ollivander commented.
"What is?" Harry asked.
"The phoenix that gave the feather for this wand also gave the feather for the wand of you-know-who!"
Harry looked slightly confused. "Who?"
"The man who killed your parents," McGonagall whispered.
"Oh." Harry didn't know how to respond.
He numbly paid the 7 galleons, thinking about this you-know-who fellow.
McGonagall handed him a cage.
"Here, I bought you something for your birthday."
It was a snowy owl.
"Thank you!" Harry responded.
McGonagall almost smiled. "What will you name it?"
"Hedwig."
*** Hogwarts Express
McGonagall had explained how to get to the Hogwarts Express, Harry managed to wheedle Vernon to take him to Kings Cross at the threat of the 'freaks' showing up again.
He had arrived early and picked an empty cabin.
A red-headed boy opened the door to his cabin.
"Can I sit here, everywhere else is full."
"Sure." Harry smiled back.
"Hi, I'm Ron, Ron Weasley."
"Harry."
"Blimey! Are you Harry Potter!"
Seeing no way out other than outright lying, Harry nodded, already taking a dislike to the redhead.
"Yes."
"Are you really!"
"That is what I just said."
"Do you remember that night!?" Ron asked excitedly, irritating Harry some more.
He had read the book about what had happened. Apparently, the dark wizard Voldemort had shot a killing curse at him but it had been reflected back onto Voldemort and killed him instead, and Harry had been hailed as the savior of the wizarding world, personally, Harry found the story laughable. Obviously, it had been his parents who had done something. With his extremely rudimentary knowledge of runes, he knew that it was very easily possible to reflect the killing curse as long as there was an equal powering source, in this case, the taking of one soul, which considering both his parents died before him was quite possible yet all of the rune experts of the wizarding world were clueless about the possibility. Harry had vowed to do more research into runes and such.
Harry politely said that he didn't remember anything as he was but a baby at the time and the awkward silence returned.
A bushy-haired girl burst into their cabin, interrupting Harry's musing.
"Have you seen a toad, Neville's lost one." She said in a rush.
"No, but you could ask one of the older students to summon the toad," Harry suggested.
Harry had practiced a lot of spells but the summoning spell was 4th year, and quite a bit further than he had tried, though he knew the incantation.
"Oh, I didn't think of that, thanks!" the girl said and left.
"Mental, that one," Ron said rudely.
"She was only helping this Neville fellow," Harry defended her, lightly.
"Probably Neville Longbottom, the squib." Ron snorted unattractively.
Harry frowned slightly, "If Neville were a squib, he wouldn't be on the Express going to a school of Wizardry."
Ron rolled his eyes.
Harry found himself quite disliking Ron and his rude tendency to talk shit about people he didn't know.
Harry pulled out his book and started reading.
"Why're you reading?" Ron asked incredulously.
Harry looked over his book.
"To gain knowledge," Harry said, politely.
"But! But! You're Harry Potter, you can't be bookish!" Ron almost shouted.
Harry's expression hardened a bit and he looked back at his book.
He really didn't like the redhead's attitude toward books.
*** Hogwarts
With the rest of the students, Harry took the boats to Hogwarts.
He nodded politely at McGonagall while she was giving her 'House is family' speech.
He ignored Ron's exclamation that they would have to fight a troll.
He clapped after the hat's song and waited his turn, not showing any of the nervousness he was feeling about the sorting.
"Potter, Harry." Called out McGonagall.
Harry stepped forward confidently and walked up to the podium, ignoring Draco's 'you didn't tell me you were the Harry Potter!'
Harry sat on the stool and let the hat be put on his head, feeling nervous. He really disliked the idea of the hat being able to see all his memories.
"Oh ho, what do we have here! You'd be an amazing Slytherin…" the hat spoke in his head.
Harry agreed, personally, but he couldn't let himself be perceived as a 'filthy snake' by the rest of the school.
"You do know that that is even more reason to put you in Slytherin." The Hat sounded amused.
"I will be in Gryffindor." Harry thought back.
"Very well…" The hat sighed, "If you must, then, GRYFFINDOR!" the last word was shouted out.
Harry took off the hat and headed to the table which was dressed up in red and had two more red-heads shouting about how they got Potter and noted that Draco was looking disappointed at his sorted and a little disgusted.
Harry sat down next to Hermione, the bushy-haired girl from the train, who started rattling off what the books said about Harry.
Harry smiled lightly. "The books about me are all false."
Hermione looked almost comically enraged. "But books are always right!" she shouted.
Harry smiled. "Who was there to witness what actually happened that night."
Hermione frowned and fell into the trap, "You and Voldemort."
Harry inwardly laughed at all the flinches that people gave at the Dark Lord's name.
"I can assure you that I've never given an interview and Voldemort is dead, so where does your book get its facts from?"
Hermione looked extremely stunned.
"I-I…"
Harry smiled lightly at her, "Just something to think about."
*** Next Day
Harry woke up early at 5 am, and had a quick bath before returning and reading some more, practicing some late 1st year spells till 6:30-ish when some other boys in the dorm started to stir.
Harry headed down to breakfast early and had a quick and light breakfast before taking out his book on an art known as Occlumency and started reading.
He received his timetable, along with incredulous books from Ron, for reading a book and he went to his first class, Transfiguration with McGonagall.
He got to class, barely on time and waited for McGonagall to arrive before noticing a cat next to McGonagall's table and remembered that she was a cat animagus.
Harry winked at the cat, who stared at Harry.
Ron and another boy from Harry's dorm, Seamus, landed up late for class.
McGonagall transformed from the cat into herself and got a few screams and surprised looks.
She lectured them for a while before giving them a matchstick and telling them the incantation to turn it into a needle.
Harry took and deep breath and performed the transfiguration, pushing his magic into his wand, magnifying it and saying the incantation and imagining the needle he wanted, intricate and silver.
It took a long second, but the matchstick turned into a needle with a soft pop.
McGonagall swept over to Harry.
"5 points to Gryffindor, Mr. Potter, amazing needle, first try too! 5 more points because of the intricacy."
McGonagall just got back to the front of the class, as Hermione managed to finish her transfiguration.
"Ms. Granger's done it too! 5 more points to Gryffindor." McGonagall said pleased that 2 people had completed the complex transfiguration in such quick succession.
Harry worked on trying to make his transfiguration more intricate. He tried to engrave a pattern into his needle and managed, though he began to start sweating.
McGonagall picked up the engraved needle, admiring the pretty if simple pattern on the small needle.
"Good job, Mr. Potter, but remember not to exhaust yourself."

"Should we go? Ginny's down there!" It was Harry's voice.
Ah, I must be having a vision of the altered future.
Alex could see everything clearly now. It was Ron and Harry standing over the open entrance to the chamber in Myrtle's bathroom.
Ron spoke, "You remember what Alex said, a Basilisk is down there!"
"Yeah, but she said I defeated it. We can't wait anymore Ginny is down there, dying!"
Ron hesitated.
Shit.
A look of horror dawned on Alex's face as she realized what her reveal caused. Before they didn't truly know about the basilisk. They had a clue from Hermione but what if Alex's involvement changed Hermione's curiosity and ability to find out the truth. The Harry Potter story plot is fragile and based on a series of delicate accidents. Alex may have revealed the ending but the courage to fight along the journey slacked because they knew how it would end. They found out that everything turned out fine and they were heroes. They must have figured that the ending was set in stone so they put no real effort into their search.
Ron looked guilty. But he still hesitated, he muttered harshly under his breath, "Bloody basilisk down there!"
Harry finally looked determined, he gave Ron one last pleading look. They seemed to share the same thought because Harry jumped in and right on his tail was Ron.
Alex's vision swirled and changed. She was watching Harry and Ron crying over a corpse. Ginny's corpse. She lay dead at their feet. Harry looked over to the journal on his left and a young Tom Riddle who was laughing at them. Harry stood and ran towards the dead basilisk. He grabbed a tooth and stabbed the journal. Just like the story should be. Except, because of the boy's hesitation. Because of Alex telling them the truth. Ginny was now dead. Alex felt tears slide down her cheeks and she closed her eyes.
She opened them to find herself in her dorm. Her hair was sticking to the sides of her face with sweat. She sat up and saw the sun just barely over the horizon.
"What cowards. I've really fucked the timeline, and this time it cost Ginny's life."
Alex noticed her roommates were still asleep so she decided to take her shower before they could interrupt her, or run away in fear.
After taking a shower she put on her pants and tucked in her shirt. She left her new Slytherin loose around her neck. She wouldn't get in trouble but a strict teacher would yell at her to tighten it back in her old world. Thinking back to her old life she had a new resolve. She had to save every life she could possibly save, so people wouldn't have to suffer painful deaths as she and her brother had.
She grabbed her school bag and walked out of her dorm room. Nobody was in the common room so she didn't have to interact with anyone. She got out into the dungeon hallway.
Alex had a destination. She had a goal now. She was headed towards the Griffindor tower to scold Ron and Harry. She passed a few students who decided that the floor looked more interesting than watching where they were going, so she witnessed some students walking straight into walls.
She passed a first-year Griffindor student with a black eye being supported by two other students with busted lips and red cheeks. Those students ran away from her in fright. There must have been a fight in the common room, she could hear the commotion from outside the painting. Another two students with messed up clothes and black eyes rushed out the painting not even bothering that Alexis entered right after they left.
What she saw surprised her. Her brother standing over another student with Harry Potter holding him back so he couldn't hit the student again. Peter looked furious. Alexis knew the argument must have started over her, otherwise, he wouldn't be so angry.
Nobody noticed her entrance so she hid behind some students watching. The kid on the floor shouted, "You both are bloody cursed! You're evil! You shouldn't even be in Griffindor! You belong in the dungeons with the snakes and that wretched sister of yours!" After he said that Peter broke out of Harry's hold and started beating the boy's face. Alex stepped forward and the students she hid behind coward away from her at the sight of her white hair. She passed Harry and gave him a nod of thanks. He stepped back.
Peter was still beating on the boy until now but Alex placed a hand on his shoulder. Peter immediately stopped. He looked over his shoulder and saw his sister. He stood up and kicked the boy away. Peter and Alex were the same height so when they looked at each other their eyes locked.
'Stop hurting people based on their small words. They can't hurt us.' Peter read my thoughts again. He nodded and fixed his sleeves that he had previously rolled up. Harry handed him his bag and Peter and Ginny left the common room together. I stopped Harry from following him. Naturally, Ron stayed with Harry.
Some students in the common room were waiting for more action but were disappointed when they saw Harry and I get along well. The common room was soon empty.
"Boys, I need to speak with you about a change in the timeline."
At the mention of the timeline, they both stiffened.
"Ginny dies."
"What!" They both yelled at the same time.
"Hear me out," They stopped talking, "You boys knew what was in the chamber this time so you hesitated to jump in. This hesitation was the last bit of time that let Ginny slip away."
"So because we hesitated, Ginny died." Harry was dumbstruck. He couldn't wrap his head around the fact that he hesitated. That wasn't Griffindor of him at all.
Ron looked pale again. The thought of losing his baby sister was unbearable for him. He looked determined to change his sister's fate.
Alex interrupted their thoughts, "I've decided to help you take down the basilisk."
"How? It's not like there's a book for how to fight basilisks. Is there?"
"No there isn't unless you want to count Gilderoy Lockhart's fake books then no. I want to enchant a weapon that will aim for certain parts of the basilisk so I can blind in first. I'm thinking of a bow and a set of arrows. I need to know what weapons you boys think you can handle. So I can make you some suitable equipment."
Harry answered for Ron and himself, "We should both be able to use our wands, thanks though."
"Suit yourselves." I shrugged. It's not like I'm going to let them die, they just won't be much help in the fight.
"That's extremely difficult! You're just a first-year how can you know how to enchant anything?!" Ron seemed unable to believe Alex's claims that she could make a suitable weapon for fighting the basilisk.
"I think you forget who you're talking to Ronald. I'll see you boys, later. Oh, and thank you Harry for trying to help my brother."
"No problem."
I left their common room and headed to the library to look for Hermione. Alex wanted to ask her if she knew any books or a section of the library dedicated to researching different weapon enchantments. Although Grindelwald taught her a lot about enchantments they were most deadly and aimed to kill humans. She needs enchantments to kill a basilisk.
She spotted Hermione at a table surrounded by books on Herbology.
"Hermione."
"Huh? Oh, Alexis. Nice to see you here. Do you need anything? Books?"
"Yes, actually I need to know if there's a book here about enchanting weapons. And if there's anything here about killing a basilisk. I've decided to help you, Harry, and Ron to kill the beast."
"Oh. I was going to research basilisks but when you told us we end up winning I stopped. The section for snake research is over there and right next to it are a few books on weapon and armor enchantment. Have you decided you use an enchanted weapon to kill the snake?"
"Yes. Thank you, Hermione. I'll be going now."
We waved bye to each other and separated. The sections she pointed to were in a dark corner of the library and tinted window was the only source of light. I had an hour to kill before my first class so I sat at the window seat and grabbed a book on how to kill different snakes. There wasn't a mention of how to kill a basilisk, just to avoid getting into contact with them.
I read for the rest of the hour. I left the book on the shelve and headed toward the great hall to get my timetable.

Alex headed towards charms for her first class. She was able to avoid the crowds this morning but she wasn't sure she would fend off the spotlight during her classes.

After Gellert Grindelwald’s defeat, his bases were all ransacked. All but one. His own private mansion, location is only known to him. In the basement of said house, Gellert’s secret lab. Two children staying there had all been experimentally infused with different bloodlines. Peter Grindelwald - Metamorphmagus, and Legilimency. Alexis Grindelwald - Metamorphmagus, and Seer. Twins who died in 2018, murdered by their parents. Get transported in the bodies of the two Grindelwald children.

Hagrid and Darry and landed on an island in front of a lighthouse.
Hagrid knocked and knocked but at last he banged through the door. Inside they found two scared children , a woman and a man pointing a gun towards them . 
Hagrid went and threw the gun over the floor . " I would be better if you would make some tea  it was not a good trip."
"Seriously Hagrid , we are not here for tea ." Darry moved towards Harry and said " You look a lot like Dad , brother but you have got your mother's eyes . And yeah , a very very happy bitrthday Harry ." he gave a cake to Hary with Happy birthday Harry written on it.
" Thanks , but who are you and why did you call me brother ? " asked Harry in confusion.
"Well , this is Rubeus Hagrid Gamekeeper of games and keys at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardary and I am Darry Potter your elder brother . " 
Harry full in emotion hugged his brother tight. Darry carressed Harry's hair and said " Well I need to tell you something."
Harry lets go of Darry and then Darry explains everything to Harry like where he was until now and all that stuff .
Darry was very angry when he got to know that Harry was treated like a slave and didn't knew anything about anything. After he told it all to him he took out a letter and handed it to Harry " Your Hogwarts letter. " 
Harry took the letter , opened it and read it aloud :
HOGWARTS SCHOOL OF WITCHCRAFT AND WIZARDRY 
Headmaster - Albus Dumbledore 
( Order of Merlin, First Class , Grand Sorc. , Chf . Warlock , Supreme Mugwump , International Confed. of Wizards )
Dear Mr. Potter

[AUTHOR :I have used her PoV to explain many things. And some questions can arise like how Lucifer is harry but people are still talking like there is another harry, which will be explained so don't worry.
And for those worried about him revealing his cards, the reason is mentioned in Authors thoughts.]


I'm Minerva McGonagall, deputy headmistress of Hogwarts. It has not been a good day for me. Today, a new academic year will begin for the Hogwarts. I already have much work to do, as this term Harry Potter, The-boy-who-lived  will join the school too. Along with that, Albus has also brought an important artifact in school and has asked us teachers to set up a defense for it. 

And the most important thing is that he didn't allow us to put a strong defense. When I asked him privately, he told me the actual reason for all that. The defenses that we have created are actually just a test he set-up for Harry Potter. Well its not that I care about it or something but if students come to harm than questions will arise whether Hogwarts is safe or not and so on. 

'Well If that happen than I will simply go with the lines of I was unaware and put all the blame on Albus. He has so much sway over the wizarding population that he will manage.

But what I'm really worried about is that a prince has appeared out of nowhere. From the looks of it, he is actually very knowledgeable. You can just see his book on it which is actually approved by many other foolish wizards in other countries. I mean he is just a child, how can they trust him so much. But because of him, I have to make extra sure that there is no mistake. Just why did he need to attend Hogwarts, if he is so smart than just go and take the NEWT test and be done with it. I wish he is ignorant of customs and all. Well the crown doesnot have that much power now and ministry has power over him atleast in wizarding world.

But that is not all. According to the books of entry, his name is 'Lucifer Denial Morningstar Slytherin Pendragon'. Yes, he is an actual heir to Slytherin. Which means he can ask for special treatment. And he is also a Morningstar which is another old family. Luckily there was an agreement of founders with the British ministry due to which the ministry has control over the school.

On top of that, I have a neutral character to maintain so as to look like I don't favour anyone Oh how jealous I'm of that bat (Snape). I'm getting too old for this shit. And now I have to go and welcome the 1st year students specially the Prince.'

    [At the door of Hogwarts]

And here I'm outside the school waiting for Hagrid and the 1st year students. But what is this, I can spot Harry, some other insignificant students but where is the bloody prince. Did he not appear, or did he missed the train. Or did he decided to not join the school.  If something like that happened than it would be a disaster. Specially if that Rita Skeeter from Daily Prophet got to know about this. I need to talk with Hagrid now. The sorting ceremony could wait.

MINERVA : " Hagrid, I see that you have brought the first year students but where is Mr. Lucifer. If I'm not wrong than 4 students including him are missing. You didn't forget to bring someone here and checked the list right?"
 
HAGRID : "Ummm..? I.. ugh thought there will not be any need to check it that's why I didn't. But I shouted for tge 1st year to gather up. There should not be anyone missing."

' Really this bloody idiot of a giant. If not for his loyalty for the Dumbledore, he would have already been removed from the school. Just what was Albus thinking when he made Hagrid the gate keeper of the school.'

MINERVA : " You should check the list. Its your duty ..."

Minerva was interrupted from her lecture when she heard a sound from the above, a little farther from the school where...


    (3rd Person's   PoV)

When Minerva was lecturing Hagrid, suddenly some few meters above the lake, a giant portal with Multicolored edges and radius of approximately 10 metres appeared. Out of the portal, a huge bird with wing span of around 15 metres that looks like its made of black and crimson flames come out with a booming chirp. On top of the bird, a boy and three girls were standing who were not harmed by the flame at all. 

The boy's and girls' features were illuminated by the fire produced by the huge Pheonix. They all were wearing a cloak on which there was a beautiful design of a sword with wings and a halo on top of handle of the sword. 

The boy has 'black hair with different shades of grey making a smoke like pattern' and Multicolored eyes which look like it keep changing pattern like a Kaleidoscope. He was wearing a black robe. There was also a rabbit like animal on the boy's shoulder. 

The first girl has white hair, and purple eyes. She was wearing Magenta colored robes. 

 The second girl had light blonde hair and blue eyes. She was wearing whitish-blue robes. 

While the last girl has black hair and magenta color eyes. She was wearing violet colored robes.

There clothes looked very high class and it looked like they were prince and princesses. Which they were actually. They were Lucifer, Hope, Elsa and Sunny respectively.

When the people looking at them, Soon another chirp was heard and a smaller bird with red feather appeared in an explosion of flames and than the said bird bow towards the previous group. 

This bird was Fawkes, the forcefully binded familiar of Albus Too-many-names Dumb-as-door. When the boy noticed Fawkes, he started at it for a few seconds and waved his hand. On doing so, Fawkes shined than chirp happily and disappeared again with a flash. What Lucifer did was freed the bird from DumDum. 

After the bird landed on the ground, Lucifer jumped from the bird and landed on the ground and then helped his girls to come down one by one while totally ignoring the crowd. Once they all had landed, the bird just directly vanished in a black flame. And the four went to meet the group outside the school gate. And they give simple introduction.

While introducing themselves, Lucifer and his girls did notice one child. He had black messy hair and brown eyes. Lucifer noticed him not because he was special or anything but because he was the new pawn of DumDum. Lucifer had previously sent a message through goblins to DumDum that Harry Potter may have died and there was no way to prove it because DumDum had already taken over all his vaults. And Lucifer deactivated all the surveillance gadgets Dumbles was using.

So what did DumbDumb do, He just reveal his wild card. There was another boy who fits the category though the boy's parents were just canon fodder. And the boy was born with a birth mark that looks like 'V' on his forehead. So Dumbles believed that he was the true boy of prophecy and decided to replace the boy as Harry Potter. The boy was an orphan so all he needed to do was go there and make up a story of how his real name is Harry Potter and so on. 
[ AUTHOR : If you are still confused than let me explain you in simple terms. The prophecy was very vague it just states the day on which the child will be born and that the child's parent had defied Voldemort trice. Defied can be anything, they can simply refuse to a drink and it will be counted. So Dumbles thought may be the other boy is the one prophecy is referring to. And as the only way to identify the boy was Vaults which are already taken over by him or some test done which Dumbles not allow anyone to do, Dumbles got a new fake Harry Potter for his schemes.]

LUCIFER : " I'm Lucifer and these lovely ladies are my fiancee. The one in Magenta robes is Hope Princess of Ledgerdomain, The one in blue robes is Elsa Princess of Arendelle. And the one in violet robes is sunny who although is not a princess had a status similar to one. And lastly this one on my shoulder is Chiyo. And you must be Mrs McGonagall the headmistress of the school if I'm not wrong. And we are not late are we."

MINERVA : " Yes Prince Lucifer. And you all are not late but from next time please inform the school if you are not going to use Hogwarts Express. And now that all have arrived lets go inside. "

LUCIFER : " Ofcourse Mrs McGonagall."

Lucifer said and started to follow her inside the school with his girls when Minerva tell the group to wait a little bit and tidy themselves up in the time and come inside when she called them. Lucifer and his girls were ignoring the stares they were receiving from other students and joking around with each other when someone interrupted them.

??? : " Hey you have to call her Professor McGonagall and you can't just break the rules. It's a rule that you have to come to Hogwarts by Hogwarts Express, I read in in Hogwarts a History.  And you can't have 3 fiancees, polygamy is illegal. And why is Professor calling you prince. "

Lucifer turn around to see who is so daring to scream at him like that though he was already sure about who it was. And yeah, it was Hermione irritating Granger. The sucker for rules and licker of authorities' boots.

LUCIFER : " That is why I hate muggles who just enter our society out of nowhere without no information on our customs and try to enforce their own customs on us. Oh don't misinterpret me, I'm truly neutral about muggles but I hate it when they don't try to learn our laws and customs but try to impose their own on us.

And who are you to talk to me like that, who gave you the right to tell me what I can and what I can't. And don't try to teach me law girl. In wizarding community, polygamy is legal.  And the book you called Hogwarts a History is written by a muggle who himself don't have much knowledge about law, because if he had than he should know that he could be put behind the bars for things he had written in it.  Books are not always right. You have a best example among yourself: 

Right Mr. Harry James Potter the boy-who-lived. I have heard many things about you like how you own your own Dragon army or like you can ride on a magical broom to the moon and so on. Is that true though. Because to me, you just look like any other muggle-born wizard here. 

Do you even know how much power you have in wizarding world. And did you truly just handover each and everything you own to Mr. Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledor. Are you a fool. And most importantly if not for me, he could have taken over The  Most Ancient and Noble House of Black. Luckily I have claimed the heirship of the house."

When Lucifer completed, another boy interrupted him.

(???) "What do you mean that you have claimed the heirship of House Black. It belongs to me. And how are you related to House Black anyway. I'll tell my father."

LUCIFER : " You can tell your father whatever you want. It's of no importance to me though if he did bother me, believe me there will just be an extinction ofone more pureblood house. Its not so rare now because of action of a certain Baldy Dark-Lord-wannabe what was his name again? "

He asked his girls who started arguing with each other.

Hope : " Something like Moldyshorts."

Sunny : " No, it was Cuddlemort."

Elsa : " I think it was Schmoldemort"

(???) : " It was Voldemort."

Though they were interrupted by another voice. The one who said that was a girl with blond hair and green eyes.

LUCIFER : " Ohh yes, Voldemort that was his alias. With the real name Tom Marvolo Riddle. Born to a muggle and a squib named Merope Gaunt. The Lord to house of Gaunt  and also the master of some Imbeciles called Death-Eaters. Who killed in the name of blood purity unaware of the fact that their own Lords has blood even more impure than what they called half-blood.

Though may I ask your name my lady. There are very few competent wizards and witches left who had the courage to take the name of The-Man-Who-Was-Killed-By-1-Year-Old."

(???) : " I'm Daphne Greengrass, Prince Lucifer. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Lucifer took her hand and kiss it and said:

LUCIFER : "Ohh please call me Lucifer, and the pleasure is all mine to talk to such a beautiful girl. Oh and please allow me to introduce ourselves once more. I'm..."

When the both were introducing themselves, the others were silent thinking about what Lucifer revealing the blood heritage of the dark lord and how disrespectfully he was talking about the him. Though the silence was interrupted by the voice of DumbDumb who told them to enter the room.

When they enter the school, Dumbles said

DUMBASS : " My boy Lucifer, is it really necessary to be so violent against a Ms. Granger and Mr. Malfoy. And you are not wearing school uniforms. And please refrain the use of word 'muggle' please. And can you tell me about what you said about being heir to the House Black. And why did it looks like you don't like me very much. Did I make some mistake that you will like to tell us."

The thing is that the whole conversation was heard by the whole student body and the teachers. Dumbles even tried to stop Lucifer from revealing to many things but Lucifer made a barrier around them which allowed the sound to go out but not come it.

LUCIFER : " First of all Mr. Dumbledore, neither you nor the headmaster of school had the right to call me 'My boy' so please refrain it otherwise I will have to take serious measures and may take it as you disrespecting my heritage. As Mr. Dumbledore, you will call me Prince and as Headmaster, you will call me Mr. Morningstar or other house name I have.

As for uniforms, I think you already know that Royal Family has special privilege in the matter. My ancestors, Merlin and Arthur Pendragon himself has an agreement with the founders that give me and by extension my fiancees this privilege.

As for using the word 'muggle', muggle means normal or mudane there is nothing wrong with it. Though what is wrong is using the word 'Mudblood' which if my source is not wrong than many people inside the school are using. 

And although matters of house Black shouldn't be told to you, because of 'The great Harry Potter' here you are involved. The thing is that Harry and I were adopted into House Black because Bellatrix had gone against house Moto of never bowing down in front of anyone. And Mr Malfoy here was not considered for the post at all. Because of his father being a possible Death-Eater too. And when Mr. Potter allowed you to take away the family vaults into your custody, he indirectly go against the Moto too so my claim to House Black become stronger.

And don't get met started on your mistakes. First of all, you removed the classes where wizarding world is introduced to muggle students. Than you hide the information on Voldemort's actual heritage which helped him gain support for his rise. And don't try to falsify me because I already have enough proof." 

Lucifer's direct disrespect to the Headmaster, caught everyone off guard. And everyone went silent contemplating about what Lucifer had revealed. And although they didn't show it, many started to agree with him. But most of them started to hate him because he went against Dumbledore. Specially one first year girl who become so angry that she was going to shout at him again but one look from Lucifer scared her and shut her up.

Dumbledore not expecting such a reply become very angry and frustrated though he still maintain his fake smile and just apologize for calling him boy and ignore the other accusations. He announce the beginning of sorting ceremony so as to not make things awkward and change the subject.

Minerva McGonagall step infront and place the sorting hat on the stool. Sorting hat gave its signature song and then the discrimination ceremony begin. Lucifer and girls totally ignore it except Daphne Greengrass who went to Slytherin. This time, when Harry's name came, they was no shouting or anything because of Lucifer's speech. They just clapped for him and let him join the Gryffindor's table. Than at last only four names were left. Elsa's turn was first, so she finally looked at the hat. It was covered with dirt and torn off from some places so she didn't want to wear it so she just sent Lucifer a look who went ahead instead of her. 

Lucifer look at the hat and said:

LUCIFER : " I refuse my mind being read because I know that headmaster can order you to tell him what  is inside my head. And neither will my girls so you won't be sorting us."

Dumbles : " But my bo..I mean Mr. Morningstar, if you are not sorted than you will not be allowed to join school." he was going to say my boy but stopped himself when Lucifer give him a menacing look.

LUCIFER : "Did you not hear or are you ignoring what I said. I'm lord Slytherin. I already belong to House Slytherin and can invite into my house whoever I want. If not than I have power to take away Hogwarts's right to use the Slytherin name. It will have only three house from then on. So don't try to deny that. "

And Lucifer blow away people's mind again. And after an awkward meal, Dumbles made his announcement about forbidden forest and 3rd floor being deadly on which although Lucifer wanted to call out but thought it would be better if he call out when someone truly died. 

After the feast, Headmaster told all the prefects to take the students to their dorms....

It has been 4 years since we left the Potter family and a lot has changed since then. The end of the war and the defeat of Lord Voldemort being the biggest. Young Arthur Potter was proclaimed to be The Boy Who Lived and defeated Voldemort by Dumbledore himself. This, of course, skyrocketed the Potter family's popularity to an enormous level and made them the most famous family in all of magical Britain. Young Arthur was treated to be a gift from God himself and also thought to be a future light lord in the making. His parents caught up in the hype, promoted all these rumors, and showered their child with love and adoration. Yes, everything looked to be going perfectly for the Potter family except for one thing. One small living, breathing thing that was currently hidden in shadows of the Potter library reading on different magical animals in the world and what resources they gave to the modern-day magical word.
Yes, this small being was one, Harry James Potter. A young 4 almost 5-year-old boy with black as night hair and eyes as bright as emeralds. The twin of Arthur and son of both Lily and James Potter though only on paper. You see, the Potters had, over the years, forgotten they even had another son. It started with small almost unnoticeable things like forgetting to call Harry down for dinner or tucking him into bed at night. It eventually got worse and worse. Forgetting to call him down for dinner turned into not even making food for him. Forgetting to tuck him in turned to forget why their son's room even had two beds in it. They got rid of his bed forcing him to take up residence in one of the many guest rooms in Potter Manor, which they had moved back to after the end of the war.
Harry hadn't done anything to correct his parent's behavior though. You see Harry wasn't like most children or even like many adults. His mind worked differently. To him, the world was a puzzle but a puzzle that went on seemingly forever and could be manipulated by where you put what piece. At first, he didn't understand his parent's behavior at first, but he researched it in their library and found that they were performing what was called child neglect. The book he read told him that this practice was wrong and could get his parents in trouble. But he had no desire to see that happen to his parent's but he also learned not to carry for his opinions and what they thought. Because he liked to read so much of anything he could get his hands on, he soon pictured his parents and the people around him like the creatures in his book. He never really thought of himself as one of those creatures because to him all the creatures around him were different from what he was. He even at his age he could tell that. Humans, on his eyes, were stupid, when something didn't fit in their thought parameters or they simply were confronted with a problem. They questioned it but made no motion to solve the problem themselves. Many times they waited for someone better, smarter, or stronger came along to help them with their problem. Most humans made no move to use the logic at their disposal to find the answers to their questions based on information they already knew.
Of course, Harry did do things like that though. He used logic and the knowledge at his disposal to find out anything he could. He once read in a book that "knowledge was power but wisdom was knowing how to use that power." He took that quote to heart. So he decided he would one day grow powerful himself. He wouldn't foolishly rely on his parents. He would use any means he could to amass his own knowledge. He wouldn't be held back by the foolish creatures around him. So over the years, that's exactly what Harry did. He gathered as much knowledge as he could. He spent most of his time reading and learning. He learned how to cook and clean for himself. But he also learned other things as well. He, of course, learned of magic and what he called his own 'personal' magic. When first reading about magic, he was confused. All the books he read said that magic was used with a wand or other magical conduit of some sort. But that didn't make any sense. How would they know to build magical conductors for their magic without having performed magic without the conductors if they didn't already they knew they had magic meaning they had already been able to perform magic without the conductor.
This got him to think that maybe he didn't even need the conductor. Maybe it wasn't as much of a requirement as the magic humans thought. So he practiced as much as he could whenever he could. He focused on something he thought simple first. He tried to make a book come closer to him with magic by itself. He did this for two weeks without any results. On the 14th day, he poured all his concentration into moving the book with just magic. Just before he was about to give up, the book jumped causing Harry's eyes to widen with surprise. After that incident, he kept trying till eventually he could push and pull the book with him absolute ease.
This accomplishment allowed him to move on and practice other types of wandless magic. He would try transfiguration and charms until he could perform enough simple ones that he deemed himself proficient enough for the time being. This didn't stop him from reading. His favorites were about the magical creatures and their might. Dragons alone took entire teams of dragon handlers just to contain one. Their scales were strong to regular attacks and magical ones barely ever made dents unless in large amounts and concentrated. Truly fearsome creatures to be sure. This got young Harry to think of how he could possibly get them under his own control. This is where he started to try and influence minds with his magic. From the way his books talked about the mind, it would be better if his target was young since their minds weren't as developed. This made him think they would be easier to manipulate. With that thought process, he started to practice on his younger twin. This took him two months of hard concentration before he was able to accomplish it. He first made Arthur do normal tasks that wouldn't look out of the ordinary but at the same time, not something Arthur ever would normally do by himself like clean his room.
After learning out to manipulate minds to an extent Harry continued to learn more and more. Though soon he grew tired of being limited to the Potter house. He wanted real-life experience under his belt and he would never get that here.
'Hmm. The birthday celebration would be the best opportunity I get. Everyone will be so focused on Arthur that I will easily be able to slip away' thought Harry. He turned the page on a book that explained spells for common household injuries such as sprained ankles, cuts, and minor fractures and breaks.
'I shall also have to take one of James's extra never-ending bags to store books and other materials in.' as he thought this he looked out the one window in the library and down to the manors backyard where the rest of his "family" along with Sirius and Remus where showing Arthur how to ride a practice broom for the first time. They all seemed to be laughing and having the times of their lives. Harry showed no visible sign of caring and would never admit that the seen caused a slight pang in his chest. He looked away from the scene and back to his book.
'Soon I shall leave this place and have this chapter of my life come to a close.' Harry thought to himself. 'Soon I will become the most powerful being ever!'
July 31, 2000 (Arthur and Harry's birthday.)
Harry saw the guest arriving from his room and there appeared to be a lot of them this year. He didn't care, they wouldn't hinder his plans. After packing everything he needed for a month, he had everything he needed to leave this house for good. He would finally be free to live his life without any restrictions on it. He packed and the bag and waited for everyone to become immersed with each other to notice any child slip out the window. As soon as that happened, Harry opened the window and prepared to jump to the tree opposite it. He took one last look at his room before jumping to the tree. He grabbed on to the branch and hauled himself to a sitting position on it. He then looked back at his window and willed it closed with his magic. With that, he jumped down the rest of the way. It was farther down than he thought and the landing was rougher than he would have liked.
'Note to self. Make way to non-painfully descend from high places.' Harry thought to himself. He brushed himself off and approached the manor's front window that looked right into the festivities. He saw his brother surrounded by his family and people from all over that came from all over to pay homage to the supposed Boy Who Lived. In fact, they had just taken out the cake and had started to sing Happy Birthday to young Arthur who looked like he couldn't be happier. Again felt the mysterious pang in his chest that he had felt a month ago. Watching all those people sing to his brother and show their love and adoration for him made Harry himself want, no crave for that same type of attention that had once also been given to him. But he squashed that feeling before anything could become of it.
'I have chosen who I will be. I cannot be swayed by my emotions from the past.' Thought Harry. With that, Harry turned his back on the house and walked away without looking back while still hearing Happy Birthday in his ears until he had crossed onto a different street.
October 1st, 2000
It had been two months since Harry had left his home and after a week he had made it to London. He spent much time observing how other non-magical humans interacted with each other. Kids his age that lived on the street, he often saw pickpocket older humans gain money for food or shelter later in the day. He too wanted to learn how to do this. So for the first month in London, he tried to learn how to pickpocket by observing other kids and the occasional teen does it. From what he could tell the most successful were those who didn't even look to be making any sort of physical contact. They timed their hand swinging perfectly with the targets walking pace and simply slipped their hand in as they went by them and put the wallet in their pocket before the target noticed. Then they would duck in an alley or a side street, take the money out and throw the wallet away. Once Harry felt ready to perform, he too also tried. He failed on most of his early attempts but by the end of the month had gotten the hang of it. Once he felt he mastered it he would try to do it with magic by using his influence over the mind to just make random people give him their money and then forget he existed. It was on his latest little cash run that Harry felt something wrong. As he had just gotten the money and was walking away, the hairs on the back of his neck stood up. He turned around quickly but saw no one in the dark shadows of the afternoon. He walked away hurriedly from the man who just gave him money and dropped his mind charm. He walked into a nearby side alley and tried to hurry away when the hair on his neck stood up again. This time he knew some was following him. He had read enough about the human instinct to know not to just ignore it. He spun around fast and tried to confront the man or woman who was following him but midway through his spin he was pushed against his side roughly and forced to the ground.
'This is bad. Maybe I can force him to go away by overpowering his thoughts.' Thought Harry. Before Harry could even reach for his magic to overpower this man, He felt something sharp and cold-pressed against his neck.
"I wouldn't try that little mind trick of yours. If I feel even a tickle on mine, ill slit that little throat of yours." The mysterious man said. Harry noticed that he didn't seem to have a malicious tone just a matter of fact one. Harry wasn't sure if people felt when he temporarily overrode their mind but he wasn't about to take a chance and find out.
"Is there something you wanted from me or is this just a mugging? If so you can take all I've got." Harry said trying to not give this man a reason to slit his throat. The man smiled back.
"Nah, I was just curious. I saw that little trick of yours. It was pretty cool, especially without a wand. It didn't even look like it took a lot out of you. That's impressive." The man said with a good-natured tone as he backed the knife away from Harry's throat.
"Yes well thank you for your kind words but seeing as it doesn't seem you have any real business with me, would you mind if I left now?" Harry asked as he rubbed his throat where the man's knife previously sat. He was finally able to good look at the man who had been threatening him. He seemed tall though he couldn't tell very well since he was still a child. He had dark brown hair and blue eyes that didn't quite match his face. He had a good-natured smirk on his face that didn't do a good job of representing the man. His body and the way he carried himself, while although appearing laid back, looked to be coiled like a snake and ready to pounce like a tiger. No matter how up put it, this man looked dangerous to Harry.
"Sure but first let me make you an offer." The man said with his smile still in place.
"What's the offer?" questioned Harry apprehensively.
"I want you to come and train under me." The man said smiling even wider now.
This surprised Harry and threw him for a loop.
"Why would you want to train me?" Harry asked confused.
"I'm going, to be honest with you. I know that you're a wizard. I know because my older brother was also a wizard. He was what you would call a muggle-born. You know what that is?" The man asked as he looked at Harry for an answer. Harry nodded back at the man, waiting to see where he was going with this.
"Good. Well, I am obviously not a wizard-like my brother but I do know about the world since my brother, before his passing in the war, educated me on who and what wizards and magic were so I could always be on the lookout. I use that knowledge also to help me with my job. You see I'm a man with a very particular skill set." The man said trying to see if Harry had caught on. From the look on his face, it was obvious had hadn't.
"I kill people. I want to train in how to kill people or really anything. I will teach you all I can on how to take down your enemies and as much as I can about magic. In return, I want you to lend me your magical abilities for my jobs. Do you accept my little proposal? I swear that no matter your answer that I will let you walk away from here alive." The man finished as he looked at Harry.
Harry was shocked. This man wanted him to help him kill people. Sure he didn't particularly care for humans but that didn't mean he wanted them dead. But on the other hand, this man was going to help him and probably teach him skills that not many others could teach him. This was a golden opportunity to accomplish exactly what he wanted since he had left home. He looked up at the man and continued to carefully weigh both the pros and cons of such a situation. He looked at the man. He seemed to be content with letting Harry take his time in thinking his proposal over. He still looked very nonchalant wearing a hoodie and jeans. He certainly didn't look like an elite assassin or even just a regular assassin. Finally, Harry decided. He would go with this man and if he wasn't adequate then he would simply learn what he could and leave. But if he was good then he would stay with him and still learn everything he can. It was a win- semi win situation.
"Alright. I accept your offer. I'll go with you." Harry said as confidently as he could in front of a man who he was now sure was a trained killer.
"Excellent!" said the man with a giant grin. Well then, Shall we be on our way? Don't want to waste too much time out here do we." The man said as he started to lead Harry out of the alley they had been conversing in. "Oh and by the way. My name is Nick, just Nick and yours?" the now identified Nick asked.
"Harry….just Harry." Said Harry quietly after deciding to from now in foregoing his once family's surname. Nick smiled down at him as if he honestly found him quite funny.
"Well then 'just' Harry. Allow me to welcome you to the world of death known as assassination." Said with his trademark grin plastered on his face.
Harry looked at the grin and gulped.
'What have I got myself into with this human?'

Harry has been through a lot yet there are some perks to being as gifted as he is. So he's not going to just sit back and let the world shit on him. He's going to best the absolute best. The first few chapters are hard to read. Get past those and I promise it gets better. Also, I know the beginning sounds very cliche. It's explained later so try to stick with it. M for bad stuff

"Did you hear what happened in the library today?" Lavender Brown.

"No. What happened?" Parvati asked as she kept the book down in order to listen to Lavender who was usually the biggest source of juicy news and rumors going around in Hogwarts.

"Well hear this," Lavender said and waited until all the girls in the common were paying attention to her before she continued "Harry Potter was attacked by Draco Malfoy and a dozen other Slytherins today in the library."

A collective gasps went through the common room and Lavender once again basked in their undivided attention for a moment.

"What happened then?" Parvati asked.

"Why would Draco attack the Harry Potter?" Kellah asked from behind Parvati.

Ron Wesley snorted at that. "He's a evil prat that's why. Just like all the other snakes. I bet they wanted the glory of beating the great Harry Potter." He spat with some derision and the girls rolled their eyes at his stupid hatred of all things Slytherin and his unreasonable scorn for the Boy-who-lived simply because he was not sorted into Gryffindor.

"So what happened to the phantom-boy-who-lived?" Fay Dunbar asked.

"Phantom-boy-who-lived?" Parvati asked with confusion.

Fay shrugged at her inquiry "I dunno but that's what his housemates are calling him. Apparently none of them had been able to even talk with him so far or seen him in the common room."

"Really?" Semus Finnegan asked from the other side of the room.

"That's what those Claws are saying." Fay said while Parvati looked at Lavender with irritation "We're getting out of topic. Tell us what happened to Harry Potter then. And why did the Slytherins attacked him in the first place."

At that point, a sly look crossed Lavender's face and she smiled at the girl "You know the time when the second years found Draco Malfoy stuck on the wall with a Princess dress."

"Who doesn't know about that?" Fay said with a smile with the rest of the students laughed at that.

"Yes well, rumors say that it was Harry Potter who did that to Malfoy and his goons." Lavender said in a conspiratorial tone.

"Oh! That would explain why Draco Malfoy would try to attack Harry Potter then. But you've still not told us what happened when those Slytherins attacked him."

"Leave it to the Slimy gits to gang up on a single person." Ron snorted from the other side of the common room and the girls rolled their eyes once again.

"Did they hurt him too bad?" Parvati asked.

"What are you talking about?" Semus asked "He's Harry Potter. Not some normal guy. I bet he beat the crap out of those Slimy snakes."

"Seriously Semus." Parvati said with a huff "He may be the boy-who-lived but at the end of the day, he's just a boy like all of us. Or don't tell me that you actually believe those children books written about him."

"Well that's where the story actually become interesting." Lavender said with a barely concealed smile as she became the center of attention once again.

"Tell us, what happened." Fay asked with excitement.

"Well, Draco Malfoy and his goons along with Markus Flint, the Slytherin Quidditch caption and their whole team attacked Harry Potter" she said and paused for suspense before continuing "And were all beaten black and blue by him and then sent to the Infirmary."

"No way." Parvati asked with huge eyes while the rest of the common room broke into commotion at once.

"How did he do it?" Semus asked once the commotion had subsided.

"I don't know what exactly happened but I've heard that a whole bunch of books shelves were destroyed in their fight and that Draco Malfoy was struck so hard that he apparently lost a few teeth and lost his consciousness immediately."

"Good for him." Ron shouted and the whole common room cheered once again simply for the fact that Slytherins, there universal enemies, suffered defeat and for the fact that no one in the Gryffindor house really liked Draco Malfoy.

"What happened afterwards?" Parvati asked with anticipation. "Was Harry Potter injured in the fight as well?"

"And that's an even bigger surprise." Lavender said with a sly smile "He didn't even received a single scratch throughout the whole fight. Though I heard that Madam Pince came and took him to Headmaster after that. And no one has seen him ever since then."

With that the whole common room devolved into conversations once again as the first years wondered what would happen to the elusive Harry Potter once he met the Headmaster and Lavender Brown preened under the attention of anyone who wanted to hear the whole story once again.

"Severus my boy, would you like some lemon drops?" Headmaster Albus Dumbledore asked and Severus held the urge the scowl. Well… scowl harder in his case.

He always hated it when Dumbledore called him a boy but it wasn't like he was in a position to argue with the Chief Warlock and Supreme Mugwump of Magical Britain. So he just held his tongue and ignored those words with a shake of his head to denote that 'no, he would not be eating any Lemon Drops. Ever.'

"Alas. So few of us truly appreciate a good sweet after a long and tiring day." The old monster said in a grandfatherly tone. Yes, he knew that Albus was a monster on his own. A true Powerhouse. The dark lord and his cronies might call Albus a senile old fool and a blood traitor all they liked but even they were not stupid enough to attack Hogwarts under his supervision.

He walked up and sat the room beside Irma Pince who he could tolerate better than most since she was a Slytherin and since she usually had nothing much to say in these meetings.

He looked around at the other teachers in the room and his gaze fell on Quirinus Quirrel who looked at the him as well and then did the best imitation of a frightened mouse under the gaze of a cat. Why Headmaster Dumbledore ever hired that stuttering fool was beyond his comprehension but he could tell that there was something wrong about Quirrel. Something dark which made him a bit wary of the stuttering man.

He had no proof of course. Just a simple feeling that there was something wrong. But in his profession of a double agent he had learnt to listen to his intuition above all else. Something which had served his well over the years.

"Now that Severus is here as well." Dumbledore said, breaking him out of his thoughts. "We can start the weekly staff meeting." He said with that grandfatherly smile that put everyone at ease. Severus wondered how long it took the headmaster to master that smile to the point that it looked so genuine. Because of course, Dumbledore might look kind, innocent and grandfatherly on the outside but no on truly remains those things after going through two wars.

He knew because he had participated in one of those wars himself.

War always had a habit of changing people and bringing the worst out of them. And even someone as powerful as Headmaster Dumbledore was not impervious to those changes.

Which was why there was now a Cerberus in the third floor in a school full of students.

He watched patiently as the teachers went about giving their usual reports to Dumbledore about their subjects and the exceptional students.

The Twin Wesleys were mentioned a few times and he wondered if he scowled harder at that. He never really liked bullies and that's what those two were. Bullies. They might hide it under the disguise of being a prankster but he knew what they truly were. He knew about it all from his own experiences.

How everyone else only saw James Potter, Sirius Black and their two friends as simple pranksters who only performed pranks for a good laugh or two. And how they made his life a living hell in his time in Hogwarts.

How they took everything from him. Including his precious Lily…

No. Don't go there. Those memories are too painful.

Thankfully, he was once again brought out of his thoughts and this time by none other than Madam Pince.

That's unusual.

But after hearing about what she was complaining about, it didn't take long for him to join her camp.

Her camp, which had a rather simple motto.

Ban the Potter Brat from ever taking a step inside the Library and give him the harshest of punishments so that he may learn from his mistakes.

He knew of course, that Dumbledore would not punish his golden boy but he knew... He knew the truth behind the mask of the golden boy.

The boy was just like his father.

He had already heard about the rumors that said that the Potter Brat had already once attacked his godson, Draco Malfoy and left him stuck on a wall with some Girly dress.

He himself could remember such a thing happening to him in his school years. The embarrassment. The helplessness. The anger.

He fought the hardest for the Potter brat to gain a harsh punishment. Even expelling him from the school won't be good enough in his eyes.

Of course, Minerva and Flitwick quickly sided against him in order to support the golden boy and claimed that he simply hated the boy because of his father.

Those blind people.

How could they not see that if they let him get away with it then he would just do it all over again.

But in the end Headmaster once again supported the bullies and sided with his golden brat and gave him the simple punishment of Banning him from the Library for a month.

Severus scowled at that but he knew when to accept a defeat. He would just have be more strict with that brat in his own class.

"Thank you for your time." Albus said with a flourish and stood up from his chair, the rest of the staff standing up along with him "It does good for my old heart to know how wonderfully the children are performing in their classes."

"Now I know that you all have better things to do then keep company to an old man like me. Thanks for your time." He said with a grandfatherly smile and the rest of the staff saw for what it was, a subtle and nice way of telling them to get the fuck out of his office. And they did.

Once the staff had left, only he, Flitwick, Minerva and Sprout remained. It was an informal private meeting between the headmaster and the four head of houses of sort that always took place after the staff meeting. One where the four staff members who interacted with the students on a personal level could bring more news to the headmaster about students of interests.

Students like Harry Potter.

Minerva had nothing to say about the boy as she had almost no recollection of the boy ever being in her class. Not that Harry Potter had not attended her classes. That he did. But the boy always sat in the last seat at the corner and stayed silent throughout the class, which was the reason why she was able to miss his presence.

Permona had similarly nothing new to say about the Potter brat though she went to great length talking about Neville Longbottom of all people. Severus barely held a snort as the plump woman described how much of a prodigy Neville was in Herbology.

Since the boy was just as equally prodigious in blowing up cauldrons.

Then his turn came and just like always, he held his thoughts to his own self telling them that there were no exceptional students in his class, which was true in a way.

Even if there were, he would never sell out his snakes and bring them to the light. Few cunning people ever liked to maneuver in the light. No, that stage was better left off for the foolish lions.

And last but not the least, it was time for the Head of House Ravenclaw to lay down his cards and what the diminutive man next said shocked everyone present in the office by no small amount.

A 1st year student capable of performing charms that a 6th year students would find difficult to perform.

If Severus had not known the Flitwick for almost 20 years of life, then he would have directly accused the man of being a liar and a braggart but he knew the man too well and knew that he would not concoct such a half baked lie. Moreover, he had no reason nor motivation to lie to the headmaster for no apparent reason.

Severus was not at all shocked when Headmaster Albus Dumbledore admitted that even he was not as good in his favorite subject, transfiguration, when he was a student in Hogwarts.

Of course he was not.

What kind of monster was capable of performing a 6th year charm in his 1st year.

Then Flitwick shocked them once again by telling them that this prodigious boy was none other than the great Harry Potter.

Snape once again held his tongue at that to cry out at the unfairness of it all.

It seemed like Potter men always had all the luck in the world.

Regardless, this was big news and after that revelation about the Potter brat, the room held a solemn air as everyone thought about the implication behind such a news.

If it was true, which he believed to be the case, then they possibly had a once in a century, no scratch that, once in a millennium genius in their hands who had the habit of being a recluse and had made no friends so far.

After some more small talk, which no one was particularly interested in, the headmaster told them to keep a news a secret, even from the other staff members and allowed them to leave to their respective rooms.

As he left to his own office in the dungeons, Severus thought about the implications of having such a genius on their hands and how the Dark Lord would react to it once he came to know about the boy's talents.

And as much as Severus disliked the boy, he knew that he would do his best to hide the boy's talent from the dark lord as well.

For as long as he could.

For Lily.

CHAPTER 4: The Potter's Will

The following morning Harry was sat in his room quietly thinking about what had transpired between him Charlie and Bill. He didn't know how to deal with it and shortly they would be arriving to accompany him to lunch and then the will reading. He was brought out of his thought's by the sound of his daughter's beginning to wake.

"Good morning Jasmine, shall we get you up and dressed." cooed Harry

Jasmine just smiled trying to hold her arms out to reach him. Harry picked her up, changed her nappy and then began to choose one of the new item's of clothing to put on her.

"Shall we wear this pretty little lavender dress with white tights?" questioned Harry

"Right that's you done sweetie, let's get your sister now."

He placed her in the playpen, which Bill and Charlie had help set up yesterday.

"Hello Isabella, should we find something to wear too." enquired Harry

Harry changed her nappy and picked the same dress in a soft emerald green colour with white tights. Once they were both dressed and playing in the playpen Harry called for Dobby.

"Dobby"

"Yes Harry Potter sir, what can Dobby do for you?" exclaimed Dobby

"Dobby could you get me two bottle's of milk and help me feed the girls." asked Harry

"Yes right away Harry Potter sir."

By the time they had finished feeding them, their was a knock at the door. Harry left the girls with Dobby and went to answer it knowing it was Bill and Charlie. He opened the door and greeted them while blushing.

"Hi, Bill, Charlie." Harry said shyly

They all went up to his room to say hello to the girls.

"WOW"

"Don't those dresses look really cute on them and the colours are perfect." stated Charlie

They talked for a little while about the girls, then Bill said they better get moving.

"We should leave soon." declared Bill

Harry said goodbye to the girls leaving Dobby to look after them. They quietly left the house, not one of them speaking.

They all apparated and all appeared at the Leaky Cauldron, where they proceeded to a private room. They all sat down at the table, when a house elf popped in to take their order. They each order some lunch and the house elf quickly disappeared to get their order. There was complete silence until Charlie decided to break the ice.

"U mm... Harry we need to talk about what happened yesterday." stated Charlie

"I don't know what to say, I was shocked at the time, but I have known for a while that I prefer guy's." Harry spoke quietly

Bill and Charlie were slightly relieved that Harry wasn't against homosexuality as they both swung that way.

"That does not tell us how you feel about what happened between us." replied Bill

"I don't know, it's hard to explain as we have got very close since you two started to teach at Hogwarts. I'm confused because I know we are friends but I feel something more." answered Harry

Harry we don't know how you feel about this, but we both have been feeling the same way. At first we tried to ignore it as we were your teacher's and friends, but it only seems to have increased more during this year." declared Charlie on behalf of both of them

"We feel drawn to you more and more." declared Bill

"As you have probably seen I don't date much if at all, I have never really had the time, so I don't really have any experience on how any of this works." said Harry

"If you are willing to give this a go with both of us then we can start slow and move at a pace that suits you." answered Charlie

Harry looked between both of them and in a silent answer gently kissed each of their cheek's, while blushing profusely.

He was saved from further embarrassment by the arrival of their food. They ate with little conversation here and there, but soon the time approached when they had to leave for Gringotts.

As they were walking toward Gringotts they both noticed how nervous and quiet Harry was. They both looked at each other and nodded then they gave Harry's shoulder a reassuring squeeze.

They entered the bank and went to the counter stating their business and were soon escorted to the same office as before. As they entered the room they saw the other recipients of the will were already seated and waiting.

They greeted a few of the people they knew and took their seats to await Ragnok's arrival. They did not have long to wait as Ragnok walked in just as they got comfortable.

"Good afternoon everyone, Mr Potter." He said while inclining his head towards Harry.

Everyone in attendance was surprised at how the head goblin had greeted Harry. Ragnok seated himself, whilst he was arranging some parchment on his desk. He then proceeded to check all of the recipients were in attendance.

"Right let us check everybody who is meant to be here has arrived." said Ragnok

Another goblin stepped forward and announced all those that should be were present.

"Harry James Potter, Sirius Orion Black, Frank and Alice Longbottom, Remus John Lupin, Severus Tobias Snape, Serena Evans and Selena Lovegood." declared the goblin

All on the list were present except for the Longbottom's, Selena Lovegood and Sirius Black as they were all deceased.

Ragnok started to read James Potter's will as everyone was present.

I, James Andrew Potter, being of sound, mind and body do hereby leave this last will and testament. It is my wish to protect my family so in the event of mine and lily's death that my son, Harry James Potter should be placed in the guardianship of the following people and in this order.

Sirius Orion Black (1st Godfather)

Selena Lovegood (1st Godmother)

Remus John Lupin (2nd Godfather)

Sophie Li (2nd Godmother)

Serena Evans (Aunt)

Frank and Alice Longbottom (James 2nd Cousin)

Under no circumstances is my son to be placed in the care of Vernon and Petunia Dursley, they hate everything about magic and our would.

To Remus John Lupin, I leave you the deeds to the shrieking shack and the sum of 50,000 galleons to renovate it.

To Frank Longbottom, I leave the sum of 20,000 galleons, in the event of his death it will be put in to a trust fund for his son Neville Franklin Longbottom.

To Severus Tobias Snape, I leave my first edition of Salazar Slytherine potions book, a apology for my treatment of you while in school.

To my son, Harry James Potter, I leave him my title as the head of the Potter family and all the remaining properties, businesses, Land and Money.

If any of the recipients are already dead or have not attended the will reading, then whatever I left them will return to Harry. There are a few things that are for Harry to hear in private and a letter in which Ragnok will help you with.

Ragnok gave them a few moments and then continued with lily's will.

I Lily Marie Potter nee Evans, being of sound , mind and body do hereby declare this my last will and testament.

To Serena Evans my half sister, I know we did not know each other for long but I thought you should have some of the Evans family heirloom's, properties and a share of the Evans family money and jewellery.

To Remus John Lupin, I leave you my research notes looking for a cure for being a werewolf and the sum of 25,000 galleons to help you acquire the needed potion ingredients and equipment.

To Alice Longbottom my dear friend, I leave you the sum of 10,000 galleons in the event of her death it will be put in a trust fund for her son Neville Franklin Longbottom.

To Severus Tobias Snape, I leave the sum of 15,000 galleons.

There is a letter for Harry explaining all of the Evans family inheritance and a few things Ragnok will discuss with you privately.

Ragnok stood and announced that was nearly all of the will reading and that those other than Harry and his companions if he chose for them to stay, could move to a small waiting room. If they desired to speak with Harry, he would shortly join them. They all moved in to another comfortable room where refreshments were offered.

Ragnok picked two letters and handed them to Harry.

"Mr Potter, these are the letters stated in your parent's will, these are for you to read in private. Also I have to inform you that you also have a vault for the Godric Griffindor and Rowena Ravenclaw inheritance, which after you come in to your power's it will be a good place to research how to control them." explained Ragnok

"Thank you Ragnok, that seems pretty straight forward, I was wondering if you had a list of the properties I own with you today, as I need to find a new place to stay." Harry enquired

"Certainly, one moment." replied Ragnok

"Griphook, could you go collect a list of the Potter family properties as quick as possible." asked Ragnok

"Also could you arrange for a copy of all money transactions since my parent's death as I do not know who's had control over them." questioned Harry

"This will be done immediately and I can either send them to you or you can arrange a meeting so that we can go over them together. It is entirely up to you Mr Potter." informed Ragnok

"That would probably be better to arrange a meeting to go over everything Ragnok." Harry stated

Griphook came in with a small pile of parchment.

"Ragnok could you tell me if there are any properties ready to live in and what protections they have on them, please." asked Harry

Ragnok looked through the parchments and a couple stood out to him. He then informed Harry of his choices.

"Mr Potter there are three properties that are inhabitable at the current moment which are, Potter Manor in Wales, a cottage in Godric Hollow and a small villa in Florida." Ragnok supplied

"I think I like the sound of Potter Manor. What are the protections there?" enquired Harry

"There is an unplottable charm, muggle repellent and the Potter family magic, now keyed to you, which means it allows those who you want to enter but will prevent unwelcome guests." declared Ragnok

"I think I will have to check Potter Manor out." said Harry

"Mr Potter there is a family portkey and you will also have to put on the Potter family ring to activate the family magic to work for you." This also means that you will take over as the head of the Potter family, but I am sure Mr Weasley will be able to inform you of what this involves in the near future." explained Ragnok

"I think that is all I need for now Ragnok, could I get my family ring now as I would like to go to Potter Manor before the day is done." replied Harry

A couple of minutes later a goblin entered the room with a small black box that he gave to Ragnok, who opened the box and held it out in front of Harry telling him to put the ring on and the other object was the family portkey."

"The portkey will activate when you verbally state your destination whilst holding it and can take you to a few of your other properties as well. There is a list in the box of all the keywords you need for those locations." informed Ragnok

"I think that is everything I need to know today, but if there is anything else I will contact you, thank you Ragnok. I think I should go and join the other recipients to answer any questions." Harry told him

Harry, Bill and Charlie stood up and bid Ragnok and Griphook good day and proceeded to the connected room. As they entered everyone turned to greet him.

The first person to approach him was Remus who hugged him tightly to him.

"Harry, how have you been?" asked Remus

"OK Remus, coping day by day." replied Harry

"Would you like me to introduce you to your godmother and aunt. I know Sophie a bit better than your aunt as your mum only found out about her just before she got pregnant with you." Remus told him

Harry nodded his head in acceptance. Remus slowly guided Harry over to Sophie and Serena.

"Harry this is your godmother Sophie Li, she was a good friend of your mum's at school." Remus informed him

"Hi, nice to meet you, this is all a bit of a shock to me. I would like to get to know you a bit better as I don't really have any family left." stated Harry

"I would really like that Harry, maybe we could arrange a time to meet." answered Sophie.

Remus then turned towards Serena and said.

"This is Serena Evans, your aunt."

"Hello, I found out about having another aunt yesterday, it still hasn't sunk in." Harry told her

"I understand, maybe we could also make some time to get to know each other." suggested his aunt"That would be great, I can maybe arrange some time in the week it has been a busy few days for me and it's not over yet. I still have my godfather's will reading on Friday."

"That's OK Harry, I know you have had a lot to absorb, just owl me when you are free." answered Sophie

"Guys, I am afraid I have to leave now but hopefully I will see you soon." announced Harry

Harry walked over to Bill and Charlie to let them know it was time to leave, It had been a long 2 hours.

They all touched the portkey and reappeared in a enormous entryway, while he was getting his bearings five house elf's appeared before them.

An older female house elf stepped forward and introduced herself.

"Lord Potter, I am Maddy the head house elf, welcome to Potter Manor." she exclaimed

Maddy tuned towards the other house elf's and began to introduce them.

"Lord Potter, this is Mindy and Bindy who are married and their children Lindy and Cindy." stated Maddy

"Hello, please call me Harry."

"Just like master James, he always made us call him by his first name." explained Maddy

"Maddy, this is Bill and Charlie Weasley, you are going to be seeing them around a lot." Harry informed her.

"Nice to meet you sir's." Maddy said as she inclined her head

"Maddy would it be OK If I brought another house elf to live here." he enquired

Harry then proceeded to inform Maddy that Dobby would not interfere with the running of the manor as he already has a role.

"Maddy, Dobby will mainly be looking after my two daughter's." declared Harry

"Master Harry has children." exclaimed Maddy and the other house elf's in excitement.

"Yes Maddy, would you be able to have the master bedroom, two guest rooms and a nursery for my two girls ready by tomorrow lunch time." questioned Harry

All the house elf's began to jump around in excitement declaring that they would be.

"Yes master Harry, we will be able to have them ready. Would you like to choose where the nursery goes or would you like me to expand the existing one." enquired Maddy

"Could you show me the master bedroom, nursery and two guest rooms before I decide." stated Harry

The house elf lead Harry and his companions up the grand staircase made out of white marble. As they reached the top Harry could see that there was a hallway on both sides. Then the staircase continued on around forming a smaller stairwell on either side going up to another floor. They went up the right staircase coming out in to a corridor that ran the length of the whole building. There appeared to be ten to fifteen doors. They walked a about halfway down the right hallway and stopped in front of a larger door than the rest. Harry assumed this was the master suite.

"WOW"

All three of them gasped as they entered in to the most beautiful decorated living room. It was decorated with a warm red with gold ascents through out the room. Making it very cosy. They noticed five doors going off the room. The first door to the right went in to an empty room that Maddy informed me was the play room and they would decorate it however they wanted.

"Maddy, I would like this room padded in a selection of bright colours on both the walls and floor, that's all for now we can go in to detail later." Harry told her

They moved on to the one next to it, which had a double bed in it. Maddy said it could be made in to one or two rooms for Bill and Charlie. Harry turned towards them.

"Bill, Charlie do you want to share a room or have your own?"

"Harry, we have always shared a room so all that need to do is create two beds and we will be fine." replied Bill

"OK, Maddy just make the room for two beds." said Harry

"Do you both like the colours?" questioned Harry

The room was done in earthy browns and reds finished off with hints of gold.

"Yes Harry, it is very beautiful." declared Charlie and Bill

Maddy then showed them the middle room, which turned out to be an huge luxury bathroom with a bath the size of the prefect one at Hogwarts, a walk in shower, two sinks and a toilet all done in a pearly white with gold fixtures. The floor was white marble and the walls were covered in sparkling white tiles. He decided to leave the bathroom as it was and moved on to his room.

Harry gasped at the sight before him the walls were done in cream with gold details. A deep blood red carpet, a huge fire place with a white shag pile rug in front of it. The bed was the most amazing part of the room, there was a king-size four poster bed done in warm red wood. The drapes were red and cream voiles and the bed was covered in red and cream silk sheets, pillows and covers. There were a couple of doors, one to the right which when he entered lead in to a gigantic walk In wardrobe. The one to the left lead in to the nursery which was a bit on the small side.

"This room will have to be double in size Maddy to fit everything the girls have." informed Harry.

"Yes master Harry, how would you like this room decorated." she enquired

"I would like the celling to change from glittering clouds during the day and twinkling stars at night. The walls I would like it decorated with the scene of fairies that sparkle and flutter around." stated Harry

"Will it be ready by tomorrow lunch?" questioned Harry

"It will be ready master Harry." declared Maddy

"Oh Maddy, I have furniture for the girls room, if one of you could come and collect it in the morning." asked Harry

"I will send Bindy in the morning." she told him

Harry, Bill and Charlie said goodbye to the house elf's and returned to Privet Drive to inform Dobby of the move and to get everything ready to go.
