Three days had passed since the day 
Akash killed the barren giant.He woke up at 5 A.m. to the sound of his alarm and quickly went to freshen up,getting ready for his morning run.He wore a blue tracksuit quickly and by the time he was done getting ready the clock had reached 5:30.He kept his yoga mat in a bag and left it at the main gate.He went to the living room and searched the cabinet for the key to the house.He opened the lock and placed the key back from where he took it.
He then went to his sister's room to wake her up so that she could close the door.He said while shaking her,"Hey!...Sis!.Wake up,wake up.Come close the door quick or I'll be late and my spot will be taken.Hey! don't go back to sleeping again.Come close the door."
She opened her eyes drowsily and woke up with a start after being shaken.She reluctantly went to close the door from inside while grumbling that he was at his old game again.He would at first be all pumped up and filled with resolve to change his lifestyle to a healthier one but after experiencing hardship for a day or two will go back to being like a sloth,lying around lazily on the bed, refusing doing any chores, wanting to spend time in leisure.Akash ignored her grumbling and quickly moved past the gate and after watching her close the door properly,he left towards DDA park.
The park was quite close to his home with about 1.5 Km between both of them,just the right distance for a light morning jog.He had started to like jogging in the morning.Breathing fresh air in the morning felt good and it felt particularly nice when the cold breeze caressed the face.He felt like he could concentrate much better than normal in such an environment.The areas he passed by on the route to the park were very different from 2 years ago when he used to go to the park with his cousin.Almost everything had changed except a few familiar places.The shop which used to be a fast food store had changed into a general store.The black coloured dog that barked at everyone from the balcony of a house was no longer there.Akash heaved a sigh when he couldn't find all the sights familiar to him but at least the temple of goddess Durga was still there.Akash held his hands together to pray before continuing his jog towards the park.
It was at 6 that he reached the park.A lot of people had gathered by then and they had started doing yoga.Akash took out his yoga mat and joined the others in doing yoga.
Yoga was the excercise he had decided on in the end after researching various activities as he felt that it led to the best possible all around development of the body that he found necessary to improve health.Yoga was a gem that was perfected by sadhus in ancient India and could be described as a healthy way of life.Yoga could induce the harmony of body,mind and spirit.Yoga can lessen chronic pains like lower back pain, arthritis,headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome.It can also lower blood pressure and reduces insomnia,a cause of concern for the former night owl,Akash.It improves the flexibility of the body,reduces weight,increases muscle strength and tone,improves respiration,energy and vitality,maintains balanced metabolism,boosts immune system,improves athletic performance,cardio and circulatory health and the best of all...it helps in managing stress.
As 2020 had turned into a year of calimities there was no lack of people suffering from stress.After all,it was really difficult to stay calm when the whole world had turned into a disaster zone.Even though monster emergence had dwindled through the days,no one knew of their origin even now.Everyone felt scared at the way they inexplicably appeared in the cities.Their dead bodies were being researched on but no news had been released regarding any research results.Akash already had a feeling that the somewhat mystical appearance of monsters in little amounts was not the end.
Akash started with surya namaskar and then switched to tadasan, chakrasan, ardhmatsyendrasan and halasan.He switched between various asanas until about an hour and a half had passed.By the time he had finished,beads of sweat were flowing from his forehead.He felt great even though he was exhausted.He didn't talk with anyone other than greeting everyone when he came.He wasn't familiar with anyone there and thus as per his usual conventions,he left quickly after finishing his exercise.He went back home jogging and rang the bell.
His elder brother opened the door for him and then left for the kitchen.From the looks of it he had woken up not much earlier.He was named Vivek.He was as much of a night owl as Akash,only difference being that he did it for work instead of a hobby.Vivek had started website development early on as a side job while he continued higher studies.
Akash quickly went towards the kitchen to find out what the breakfast was for that day.He found poha(a dish commonly eaten during breakfast in India) in a bowl.He took his share and went to the room to eat.
He looked for news on the computer for any updates regarding the monsters but he found no updates.
He then spent some time reading spiritual scriptures like Bhagavad Gita and Vedas for self fulfillment.He found that reading these scriptures helped him greatly.He felt like his soul was being cleaned by reading such scriptures.Some quotes which he felt that had a great impact on him were:
"You are what you believe in. You become that which you believe you can become."
"Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is."
"It is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else's life with perfection."
These quotes motivated him that if he believed,he could change from his lazy lifestyle to a healthy one,that he could be more than a burden on his parents,a liability to society.Even though he had not seen much of the world,novels did display plenty cruel and heartless depictions of reality.He knew that even though reality was not as extreme as depicted in novels,there was still no difference in the way it worked.He knew that with his introverted nature and lack of confidence that if he didn't change he would have difficulty achieving an average quality of life as he was not exceptional at anything.He had already lost hope after failing at changing many times in the past.Hesitation always took grip on him if he tried doing something new and after sometime he was back to square one being his lazy old self.But now he had confidence that he could change...that he would change.
Akash felt both sad and guilty as he felt that if he had warned the school guard instead of hiding quickly like a tortoise in the generator room his life could have been saved.After all,the only reason the guard came to check the school from his post beside the school gate was because the sounds that came when Akash blinded the barren giant.If Akash had taken the slightest risk perhaps nothing would have happened to the guard.
Akash was torn by such feelings of guilt but another quote from gita comforted him.
"The embodied soul is eternal in existence, indestructible, and infinite, only the material body is factually perishable."
When Akash felt worried regarding his future and the safety of his family, he always felt like he was at an impasse.He knew he was still too small to worry about his future and that he would still have the support of his family no matter what, he didn't want anyone to go through difficulties for his sake.He found his path as he learnt from Bhagavad Gita.

Whatever will happen will also be good.
You need not have regards from the past.

He didn't stop reading webnovels completely but still restricted the time he spent doing so.He spent time studying as the expected date for board exams according to conventions was coming closer but he had no idea when they will take place or if they will take place or not.His school was already closed till further notice because of the monster incident.So he decided to study on his own so that he would be ready by the time the exams take place.He went back to sleep at 2p.m. to provide rest to the body, even though it was already considerably stronger compared to the past due to the three stat points.
Akash closed his eyes and slowly drifted to sleep.The dream of himself as a lizard like creature came back after two days.He felt a bit different this time he entered this dream.He felt that his perception regarding what the lizard like creature felt had gotten much stronger compared to before.Previously even though he felt the movements of the lizard like creature,he couldn't actively follow them or understand how it moved properly.But now he felt that he could see how the centre of gravity of the lizard like creature changed throughout its movements and how it exerted force with better clarity.The scene of the dream was different yet the same,as even though he could make sense that the lizard was in a different region from previous regions, there wasn't much difference.This time the lizard like creature was fighting a giant grey coloured wolf pack leader instead of blue like previous one even though the size was the same.Akash could hear the various sound from both the lizard like creature and the weird wolf but strangely he just couldn't understand what they were speaking.It was like watching a movie without sound or subtitles.Even though he felt excited that he could use and learn techniques of using the spear adeptly from the lizard, he also felt frustrated at not being able to find out what they were talking about as he had the feeling that if he could understand their conversation it would have a positive impact on his future life but there was nothing he could do except watching and feeling the shifting force in the muscles of the lizardman, watching as it slayed the pack of wolves one by one while dodging attacks of over 30 wolves.Akash was sure by the impacts made by the wolves that if he hid in a car to escape from them, even one of them might be enough to tear both the car and him apart.Akash watched with fascination as the lizard like creature dodged each attack of the wolves as if he was a dancing with them and dealt with all of them without breaking a sweat.The moves of the lizard were clean and crisp without the slightest delay and with a perfect timing as if he was in control throughout the fight.The only problem Akash had after watching the fight was that this time the lizard like creature had also used its tail during the attacks which was not replicable for him.He found out that learning by replicating the spear moves of the lizard was not an option for him as they had different body structures and thus he would have to change the spear techniques into one more suited for him.This pack of wolves did not seem to have a leader as strong as the one present in his previous dream.That wolve had materialised something like a wind blade at its claws, a trait that differentiated it from the other wolves but the pack leader in this dream was not much different compared to normal wolves other than appearing a bit bigger and more ferocious compared to other wolves.As such the fight came to an end very fast as there was a large disparity in strength between the grey wolf pack leader and lizard like creature and the lizard won in a very brief period of time.

Akash lived an introverted life as a homebody but he was still very satisfied.He didn't have any special points or unique qualities but he was still above average in studies.His favourite hobby was reading novels which seemed to have become the activity he spent most of his time on everyday.He thought his lifestyle would continue to be the same in the future but such a lifestyle soon came to an end in December,2020.Everything changed when the invasion happended.Monsters stormed earth and wreaked havoc,ending a third of the total population.The situation was finally turning better with the arrival of the system.It gave humans the ability of counter attacking and shifted the battlefield from our cities to the places from which monsters appeared from.Americans called the system Guardian and thus it came to be called guardian internationally.In this way,the smooth life came to an end and Akash had to adapt to a rapidly changing society and grow stronger to survive and safeguard his family.Fortunately he had something to rely on.

I plop an egg right next to me which gets a sound of " uhh" from another demon as we look around I look to see if I can find the psychic connection and there it is I take it and everthing stops the zerg all stop fighting and line like troops ready for war not like a feral bunch they just were.


I announce " we are going to take the other broods we are going to win the brood war and WE are going to kill the TRAITOR kerrigan".

well looks like broodmother memories are effecting my brain but whatever still true.

the zerg start going out to look for other zerg and overlords are spreading my connection with the zerg.

and the egg I laid hatched and out came a baby alduin cute little world eater.


as I spoke I said " hello there little one i need you to survive and live to kill one person two if you get lucky first Jim raynor he is an emotional crux for kerrigan and if you get lucky Kerrigan herself to.


with that a purple dragon flew away I made modifications to alduin he has a purple carapace and has an egg laying sac to boot he is a literal brood by himself and he's after one man so all should go well.

 now let's wait for starcraft 2 wing of liberty to start for Kerrigan to test a controlled environment and then kill her

 by that time I will make a unstoppable brood and get many resources to boot so now the waiting game.

Liam's words made Ryu burst out in laughter. "Hmm, alright you take care and I will wait for the day when I will see you eat those words of yours Liam!" he shouted at Liam's back still laughing while the latter ignored him and raised his hand to back wave goodbye.
He smiled ear to ear seeing Arya, walking towards him with her big stomach supported by her one hand. "Let's go love?" he said smiling and Arya nodded. "What is that series again he has been doing, that Author?" asked Ryu as his eyes shifted at the man who approached Arya, about the interview he was doing.
The man who introduced himself as Gavin Wu recognized Arya Tan who made a big name in the entertainment industry as a newcomer and with a quite impressive story which she had announced to the whole world live.... 
Ryu recognized the man who was the news anchor at Cooper Network and also the Author of the bestseller inspirational books worldwide. 
"He is doing a romance book for the first time. It's a "Hate & Love Series" he said. He will write our story and have it titled The CEO Who Hates Me." Arya laughed as she added, "I suggested that title love. Haha Don't you like it?"
"Ouch.." Arya suddenly cried out as she held her stomach.
Ryu's eyes widened as worry crossed his face, "What is it love?"

Arya Tan made a reckless decision because of a desperate situation. She had to disappear from his sight to save her loved ones. In return, she vowed to repay the debt she owed him if they were to meet again.

Ryu Ken gave his heart to only one woman.
But that woman left, broke his heart and hurt him. So, he vowed to find her, despite how long it would take. He would give her the punishment she deserved.

"Leaving already? You seem to be in such a rush to talk to me. Why don't you spill it out now?"

Stunned, Arya wondered if she was hallucinating. The voice was very familiar. Her mind was spinning; she thought he sounded like Ryu. Then it occurred to her that the anger she was feeling might just clouding her judgment.

She abruptly shook her head and declared, "It's okay, I can wait outside. Dress first and let's talk after that. Call the reception once you are ready."

She heard the man chuckle as if amused, a familiar sound that made her turned around. She gasped when she almost bumped into a man's wet chest.

"Um sorry, you sound familiar." She said slightly, bowing her head to hide her flushed face.

She felt the man's arm encircled her waist while she was abruptly pulled towards him.

He then leaned forward and scornfully whispered into her ear, "Aren't you here to negotiate? I was hoping you had a better offer."

Arya frowned and abruptly pushed the man, attempting to get away from him. Instead, she was pushed back until she could feel her back pinned against the wall.

She tilted her head to look up at the rude man and was left with open-mouthed looking at a familiar face.

She was shocked but mumbled, "Ryu?"

Ryu smirked and stared at Arya's slightly opened lips and said, "Did you miss me? How about this?"

Before Arya can utter another word, Ryu captured her lips abruptly and kissed her roughly.

Arya felt the familiar lips that were deeply probing hers. It was the familiar conquering lips that, for six months, she had missed terribly.

The kiss that made her legs weak. They trembled slightly. Butterflies fluttered from her throat down to her stomach, sending a shiver through her core.

This was the kiss she had been longing for her entire life.

Rolden is 25, he is working as a business manager in a drug store while Kierra is only 18, a senior high student. What a big age gap!!. And they were from different countries, due to Kierra's dreams and studying, because she wants to be a nurse, she left on the game and her friends their and she unfriended Rolden on Facebook, she doesn't want to break her mom's trust to her. Rolden is so sad, that's why he drink a lot on that night, then his car crashed. His memories were gone, only his friend their on his country was taking care of him.

Kierra is now 26 while Rolden is 33. Kierra is now a nurse then Rolden came to her country to visit a friend there and to have a vacation.

"It is painful to say goodbye to someone that you don't want to let go," Peter Cyrus's best friend said, walking in the room. "But it is more painful to ask someone to stay if you know they want to go."

"Enough with the quotes, Peter," Cyrus groaned, "But who said this?"

"Anonymous."

"Why are they always Anonymous? You're making them up, aren't you?"

"Not the point here. Come on, get up, "Peter said, pulling the covers off of his friend.

"Give me ten more minutes. I will get up," Cyrus pleaded.

"I have learned not to compromise with you, amigo. It's been two days. You got drunk and slept for two days. I am sure Mina is doing well and good. Look at you!" His friend was not looking like his old self, and Peter did not like it. After the breakup, Cyrus looked lost, haggard. He looked almost unrecognizable.

"I am hurting what do you want me to do?" He sniffed under the cover. Peter didn't know what to tell him.

"You loved her—you probably still do. I know if she were to come back, you'd accept her. No questions ask. Let's face it, friend, she moved on," Peter said, pulling out his phone to show him her latest posts.

Mina looked great. She was smiling and laughing with her friends, something she seldom did around him.

"I know how much she meant to you, but —this was not the life she wanted. You respected her choice, and you let her go. I am not saying you need to move on from her yet, but you need to connect with us. I love you. Your siblings and Blake. We are there for you."

"I know," Cyrus said as he fell into his friend's arms. "When will that pain go away? My chest feels heavy."

"I don't know man, cry all you want it's better to let it all out. You are going to be fine."

You are back and, you look alive. That's great, that's awesome, but we have a situation," Peter said, pacing around the room.

"What kind of situation? Peter! What kind of situation? You are scaring me, okay."

"Someone left with them," he blurted out.

"Someone left with— What?" Cyrus paused. He couldn't make sense of what Peter was saying. "Them? Who?"

"Tara, Tim, and Tyler."

"You're telling me this now? "You just let them take the kids?" 

"The lady had bodyguards with her all right. What was I supposed to do? He defended. "She said something about a guardian—yes, something about an adoptive mother."

"That's not right," Cyrus murmured.

 "You were adopted? How come I didn't know?"Peter asked. "What are you hiding from me?"

"After my parents died. My aunt has five children of her own. She put us up for adoption. There's nothing to hide. I told you."

"You have an aunt?" Peter asked. Unbelievable. "Well, how come she never came by?"

"She's my dad's older sister. I don't know. We survived without her, didn't we? That's not the point, okay."

"The point is."

"This woman, she claimed to be dad's friend. She adopted us, all four of us. I don't think another family would have taken us all, especially with the twins' condition. 

"They refused to foster the twins and I. And the family who was going to adopt Tara was moving to Denmark."

"That's good. Denmark, huh? I don't think you'd ever see your sister. She saved you," Peter said. "Has she been keeping in touch?"

"She usually sent money by Aunt Grace. She moved to France. She paid for my school tuition. She stopped after I graduated. She even sent me a letter, saying she was not going to come back and that we weren't going to hear from her anymore."

"I don't think she is a clean person. She might be running a dishonest organization. My guess, she wants you to run it to pay her back." Dios! How did he come to that conclusion?

"She didn't seem like the kind of person," Cyrus said, rolling his eyes. 

"How would you know? You only met this lady a few times before she left for France. Here, there is an address she told me to take you there," he handed him a sticky note. Oh, how Cyrus wished he could have beaten that fellow. Just how did they become friends?

"Peter!"

Village Capoix—the houses looked elegant, pleasing to the eye, beautiful, the exterior design looked as if the houses covered in gold, not the kind of place they could afford to live.

"You know, there is a slight possibility that you are not entirely wrong," Cyrus commented as they got closer to their destination. "How does someone like her live in a place like that? She didn't look like she—"

She didn't look like one of those elites. The kind of person who had it all?" Peter said, "Well, it looks like she is pretty elite..."

"You mean rich?" Cyrus asked. "Rich would have been enough to describe her, you know."

"She may not have as much as Buffet, but  she seems pretty loaded to me."

"You are right about that." Cyrus pointed to a house ahead.

"Maybe she is not what I said she was," Peter said.

"She isn't. You—and your imaginations."

A security guard came out, signaling Cyrus to roll down his window. "Afternoon," he smiled, "Do you have business here? Identification,  please." Cyrus still was unsure that the people who took his siblings was Mrs. Smith. "You haven't told me your purpose of being here," he reminded them as he took the ids. The security guard signaled him to wait as he verified their identity.

"I am Peter. Mrs. Smith knows why we are here. He's the one she was waiting on," Peter said.


"Sorry, sir," The security guard apologized.


"It's okay," Cyrus assured.


"Thank you," Peter said.


"You knew," Cyrus said in disbelief. "Why didn't you—what was all that for?" 

"I am sorry. But, Had I said, 'hey Cyrus, your adoptive mother is back. Well, she contacted me some time ago because the Aunt Grace you trusted so much had been lying to you and stealing your money."

"Aunt Grace did?"

"Let me finish," Peter said. "She was here the past two days, took care of you. She has the kids. You don't' have to worry.' Would you have left the house to look for them? You'd still be in bed, crying your sorrows away. And yes, your Aunt Grace did."

"God created you, especially for me," Cyrus smiled."Sometimes, I wonder how I 'd have survived without."

"Buried six feet underground. Leaving me a widowed husband." 

"You're too much. Thanks."

"You trust me too much."

"You won't wrong me."

"Flatteries!"

Why is it him?

I don’t even know why it’s him. You’re not him, you don’t have the right to ask. 

Mina broke up with Cyrus because he was too poor. Then came a beautiful, dazzling, rich woman to pick up the pieces. 

“I love you! Why is it so hard for you to believe that my love for you is sincere. Let me love you. I will make up for all the times you were not loved.”

Does love have to be tragic and forbidden to be beautiful? 

It can be as simple as it is but still is beautiful.

Because love itself is beauty.

The entrance exam was interesting except for the last question. You laughed your a** off when I answered it. The question quoted:

"Who/What do you want to be"
I answered "A human"

It's kind of ironic, isn't it Clown. Is it too late to change the answer because I hope not. My snarky attitude got me nowhere except a chance to enter the school. Truly laughable. I managed to enter my class to find a charming girl at the door. Long black hair at the level of her shoulder, a surprised face and an awkward stance. She chuckled shyly before walking past me with a gaze of confusion. You made fun of me so much just because of that.

I noticed a sleeping man. I originally thought he pulled an all-nighter but you knew what really 
happened, so why didn't you tell me? We chatted a bit and he seemed extremely chilled, laid back and incredibly calm. I never picked up this strange behavior so I continued to befriend him. It was extremely successful and even that girl joined us. Li Ning and Angela. 

Li Ning tended to glance at Angela with a confused glare but I ignored. Angela seemed puzzled by my actions of gentleness and awkwardness. Yet again my ignorance took over me and you said jacks***. We hanged out a lot and it was strange as the dean would pay attention to me a lot but I was pretty sure it was because my intelligence and even you agreed. The real odd thing was a man would follow me whenever I returned back to my home. You noticed this already and we've gone through so much trouble so you better tell me why. Just look at what happened when you kept secrets a grave and small amount of essence. 

I learnt his name was Alexander. He fitted his name indeed as he would always get the highest score in the whole school and would smirk with disdain at me. What did I do? This happened for a few months until my birthday. I learnt that Angela and Li Ning also lived in the dorms and decided to throw a birthday in my room.

It was extremely simple with just a cake and a couple of soda cans. I later treated them with dinner and it was great. I even received a notebook, they remembered what I need. We all slept well until I woke up. It was a pitch black room made out of bricks. I could feel the cold dead soil. I heard the rustling of the rusty chains, the soft breathing echo. My limbs were bounded to the wall and I couldn't move, everything felt so weak. The room was spinning until a door opened.

"It's been done" the emotionless voice mumbled, originating from the heavily dressed man covered by cloth. Holding a cane and barely able to stand he hunched over closer to us.

The light shining through the sudden gap allowed me to recover my vision to witness Li Ning Tied to a cross and Angela stuck to board of wood. A condemning laugh entered my ears

"I've done it. Are you waking up? Don't worry we'll be done later."

Sylvia you must have been laughing your a** off witnessing my unsightly look. It was a whole day of torture for each of us. Angela was first. Alexander grabbed a whip and shredded her body every time I hear the strike of air. I watched and remained quiet.I couldn't react because I didn't understand anything.

She was the first to die out of the three of us. I will forever remember her last words. Look I even wrote it down in case you forgot.

"I'll accept you as my brother and do you remember who I am?"

The scene was atrocious, her body was dismembered without a hint of dignity that could've been saved. and the dead fish like eyes stared me down. The funniest thing of all during that time I kept a list of quotes. I'll pick a few of my favorites.

"A sl** like you has no need for an intact corpse"

"It took a long time investigating but we figured it out"

"A bunch of shams. Truly a villainous combination"

 Great quotes right. Actually i'm not quite sure what you heard or listened to. You never told me anything. When will you tell me anything? It was quite laughable I imagine is what your thinking. I truly learnt some great morals from you. I always ran from my problems and ignorantly accepted them But you were the one who gave me the chance to change that. 

As I opened my mouth to make an oath "I swear to the Heaven's truth that I Kaito when given the chance to protect my loved ones will take it and use any means necessary"

Don't worry Sylvia for there is much more to come. Li Ning was next with Alexander using a sword with many grooves that were meant for purposely opening wounds rather than for stabbing. It was an incredibly amazing invention in my eyes. The real odd thing was Li Ning never awoke for even a second yet he still got tormented for me. Remember that heavily dressed man because he finally made his move pointing the cane at Li Ning with shards of ice slowly growing on to him. 

It was fascinating I had to say because I was next up on the chopping block. Alexander used the blade to cut me dozens of times and I've got to thank pharmacy for actually giving me the chance to recover but when he was about cripple me you showed up. What perfect timing, the time before my limbs were crippled and my eyes impaled you showed up. Were you waiting?

I remember the scene so vividly you appeared with a majestic and prideful aura following after you before stopping that oddly dressed man. You were so close to killing him but you said to me was much more memorable.

"Here is my inheritance. Take it. Revive me when you understand what I intended. Do not research me and live on."

You only gave that quote before giving me a ring with an ice coffin with Li Ning, a necklace containing most of your memories in a soul and a book. You may have forgoten Angela. With that I was knocked out and arrived in here. After a year i'm back. If you know what I experience within the two years then I should be really scared. 

I wonder if you waited for that exact time? What did I do to deserve your hate? Was it because you called me a wussy for not being able to swim or I was scared of heights. Was it because I never had a strong resolve. Please tell me. Oh wait... I have to wait until i'm this mature adult right? Just watch I will have 5 wives with plenty of children making me really mature right. 

I haven't quite told you what happened within these two years, so let me tell you a story. I was in this cave full of dread. I managed to carve two names on the wall with the name Angela and Elder. You wouldn't want your real name on there in the first place because you're waiting for me to revive you right? 

I learnt this thing called "Filial Piety" which was to respect older people however you'll be the only person who deserves it. I kneeled before your temporary grave and Angela's grave. I somehow managed to cry for a whole two days and for some reason by the third day I cried out some red water. I could taste the saltiness and smell something like iron in my tears. I couldn't stand it so by the third day I was able to head over to a small lake close to the pond. 

Did you like my present? I saw two people who looked two years younger than me. One a male, one a female and both siblings. Pretty neat, huh. They seemed so weak because they were running away from this shadow like monster. I later found what it was called a Grade 2 Monster. Such a unique name, am I right. He chased them with no shape being defined it pulled in closer to the siblings and that's when I heard  The Clown. 

That's right you can finally introduce yourself but you can do that later. I heard the voice of a devil. It whispered in my ear countless captivating phrases. Here, you can listen to what I heard at the time. I mimicked a raspy mature voice.

"Is it power you desire? Would you like to taste the sweet nectar of power? I'll give it to you at only a small price. Take it. Just Take it. Take it."

I cried for three days straight and now I got a chance to receive power. With my clouded mind I had to take this chance and so I said "yes, I will take it". I felt something inside me churn. I felt an intense pain before blacking out. Despite me passing out I could still feel the pain. It felt like tweezers slowly pulling my skin. It started with hair being pulled out to the sensation of my skin being ripped, my muscles being torn, my nerves shredded, my bones crushed and my internal organs sliced. It pretty much hurt. I eventually woke up to see my shirt drowning in cold sweat and the two siblings still alive but still being chased.

I was so desperate to see you again so I had the simplest thought "I'll become a master just like you with my own disciples". It's pretty funny now that I think about it but it was good thought as I now have two geniuses learning under me. With pure brute strength I managed to kill that monster. 

The siblings were both 13 years old and were incredibly meek. I easily made them my disciples and now you have yourself a pair of grand-disciples. The boy is named Jiao Bai, and is currently 15. He has an insane level of loyalty yet he still doesn't have a crush. You'll see him blush easily if he's around a girl but he is extremely skilled with cultivation and according to your books he's considered a Grade 4 now. 

The girl's name is Andrea. It's quite a perfect name because it depicts her courageousness and bravery however at least it didn't mix with foolishness. Her intelligence is truly mature and calculating but she definitely won't betray me. She is extremely interested in history and making patents for old improved items and intricate weapons and is now considered a type of scholar within the school.

After waking up from killing that monster I analyzed my body. it seemed like a human but when looking through your books I realize that my Dantian, meridians and Acupoints were fully opened. I couldn't cultivate normally. Dammit Clown, you should've told me earlier. What do you mean it was a part of your job. Can you stop with the excuses. 

It took me a year to learn that I had to slowly tread through this cultivation. If I focus on one side I harm myself. It meant that I would cultivate three times slower but three times the strength. I didn't have time for this but you got to play the hand your dealt with at least. Why the hell are you smirking Clown.

The protagonist, Kaito discards his last name to embrace a new life and rid of the misfortune he has cause. 4 unfortunate deaths surround him just for living. With the whisper of a clown and the teachings of his master this could have been avoided, so why did you kept quiet?

With the death of his master he rejects his humanity with the alluring voice of the Pierrot "Receive power at the cost of mortality" "is it your humanity that refuses to accept?" "Take it". The laughter of insanity, chuckle of madness and the echo of a lunatic. 

Watch as he dons a mask to hide his emotions only to eventually shed the false veil of cruelty. Witness his acceptance of the truth.

Chapter 1: Death & Rebirth
My name is Dante Edmonds, I am 25 years old and I live in the Bronx in New York. I live paycheck to paycheck in an overpriced small-ass, one bedroom and one-bathroom apartment. I work all day and because my job is understaffed, I must work an excessive amount of overtime. Every fucking day I work 8 hours and an added 8 hours of overtime and I'm still barely paying bills. What is the point of continuing with this life if I'm just a damn slave to my job? When I get home I just eat, sleep, shower and repeat the fucking cycle. To relax I play video games, read manga and novels, watch movies, shows and anime. My favorites were always Gankutsuou, Dragon Ball, Bleach, One Piece and some of Naruto, the manga of course, too many damn fillers in the anime. 
Like most people with mundane and tedious jobs, daydreaming was my only escape. Due to reading and watching anime and manga, I tend to put myself in the protagonists' shoes or mostly make my own character in their worlds. Sure, when imagining, I am the master of my own story, all powerful, all knowing and overpowered as hell, but I digress. Now none of that matters considering I died. It's not hard to believe I died because I was overworked. Dead on my couch with my uniform still on, shitty way to die. I hope they blame my job for this, haha. How can I be conscious of my own death you may ask? Because like in many of the Isekai - genre light novels and manga I have read I am currently conversing with a God, the God we know or from other religions? Who knows? 
God: So, have you come to terms with your death my son?
Dante: I guess, but why did I have to die so soon? I have tried to take care of myself, organic food, exercise and sleep, if I get to go home to sleep. (sighs deeply)
God: What do you want me to say, my son? All living things will eventually die, you know this. Just like one of your favorite quotes from one of your favorite anime, "Mores Certa, Hora Incerta". (Death is certain, its hour uncertain -Gankutsuou). 
Dante: I get that, but this isn't heaven, more like an interview room. What are you going to do? show me the hard drive that is my life and give me the play by play as to how you are gonna send me to hell or something?
God: Quit quoting comedians. (Shakes head) You are here not just because you died naturally but because you died unfairly. Your death was accelerated by unfair working conditions just to live a tired life without much else to do. Like in your stories, would you like to reincarnate into a one of those worlds? 
Dante: Wow, I would love to but what are my options or under what conditions?
God: Well, you can go into whatever universe you want and be whatever person you want to be. Just know that I do not govern, nor can I interfere over those fictional universes. Although whatever universe you choose to go to it will be a real world. So, none of those level-up power systems.
Dante: Dammit! (Snaps fingers) So, if I choose a universe, do I have an option as to what kind of person I will be? Like in the Dragon Ball universe can I choose Saiyan as a race or like in the Naruto universe, can I be an Uchiha, Senju, Uzumaki or Hyuga?
God: Yes, you can, but if you choose the Dragon Ball universe then you will have to be brought to the time before Frieza destroyed planet Vegeta or earlier.
Dante: Ok what about mix and matching? Can I be a certain race in a different universe?
God: You know what, knock yourself out.
Dante: Sweet. Make me a Saiyan in the Naruto universe 3 years before Uzumaki Naruto was born. Also, can I keep my memories?
God: Sure, why not, this conversation already took too long anyway.
Dante: Thank you, God. 
God: You're welcome my son.
As the God in front of me snapped his fingers my consciousness began to fade, and I seeped into darkness. I don't know how much time has elapsed, it could be a few minutes, hours, days or even years. I open my eyes slowly just to find myself floating in a warm liquid. Like most people, I have no awareness or recollection of being in my mothers' womb, so I guess this must be what it feels like to me being born again. Again, more time has elapsed, and I shifted positions, meaning I must be close to being born. I open my eyes and see my exit. I squirm out and the embryonic fluid that kept me warm and toasty is now fucking freezing! As I cry out of my mothers' birth canal. I have yet to learn the language completely, even though I took classes in college, Japanese is still hard, but because of years of anime and manga, I can at least make out most of what the people around me are saying. I'm just worried about the surprised looks the doctors, nurses and my parents have for my tail and trying to figure out whether to take it off or keep it. According to the differences of the pictures of me I remember as a baby in my previous life and in this new one, I seem to be much more robust and sturdier without being a chubby baby. I am glad that my parents decided to let me keep my tail although I would have probably at least killed someone due to my abnormal strength of a Saiyan. If I were to throw a tantrum, I would at least be able to kill the doctors and nurses. Since I am a Saiyan I want to keep my tail to master the Great Ape transformation and eventually the True Saiyan form, the form that comes when staying conscious and aware in the Oozaru form and compressing the form into a Super Saiyan 4 look but less powerful but with the full force of Oozaru.

Dead tired. Literally. Our protagonist finds himself talking to God and ready to go into a different world of his choosing with some perks. Into the Naruto-verse as a Saiyan.

The next day arrived faster than usual. Out in the capital, at daybreak – when citizens rushed over to the business and commercial district for work; newspapers sold quickly. It might not have looked apparent at first, the influence of Adventurers and guild had grown over the years. As famed and popular as mages were at one point, that spot was slowly taken by the born fighters with the inhuman potential. For many, that line of work was a dream, one that many wanted to partake despite the dangers.
 "First platinum quest to be completed," boys ran around the streets trying to sell issues." Located near the town square, the heart of the capital from where every district could be reached from – small cabinets with papers had opened. The words platinum quest had piqued the interest of many potential buyers. 
 'The fantasy of being the first to accomplish a tier-one quest has been claimed. Not by a top-guild, but one of the lower and lesser-known guilds: Kniq. Details about the exact quest have been kept confidential. An interview with the guild master has given a vague idea of what transpired. The closed border leading to the south has been subjected to an onslaught of monster's activity. The aforementioned guild's involvement in stopping the siege was imperative. For three months, the guild fought day and night to keep our border safe. From tier-10 to tier-3 monsters, they fought tirelessly to save us all.' A summary of what the news had written was read out loud by Undrar. 
 "They also go on to quote us from our interview," Deadeyes pointed out. Sat around a lovely breakfast with newspapers on the table, they read and smiled for it was a great honor to be the headline of today's news. 
 "The fight was long and hard. Though in the end, with the power of teamwork – we survived the assault," – Avon [Sapphire].
 "At times I thought death had had me in its eyesight. Nevertheless, a pull of the trigger later, all my fears fired alongside the bullet," – Deadeyes [Steel].
 "To save others and protect what is precious, tis the job of a hero," – Achilles [Silver].
 "As powerful as we might have been, if it wasn't for a well-established plan of action, we'd had died without a time to refute," – Viola [Silver].
 "Many comrades were lost, but their memories live on in our memories." – Emma[Sapphire].
 "To endure and power through, that was the teaching given by our guild leader," – Emmy[Sapphire].
After the quotes, the article went into further details about the fights. This information was directed mostly towards aspiring adventurers. Having a firm idea of how things were done could be the deciding factor between life and death. At the end, written in a smaller font, no quotes from Kniq's guild leader. Thus, being the first party to accomplish such a feat, their name would be forever etched into history. The reaction from said news had taken the capital by stride. Many were amazed by the details of the fight. The standards to which the protectors had to follow was raised. Many of the top-guilds were gutted by said news, though it remained behind closed doors.
 "They might quote us, but none really know our faces do they," Achilles commented then sipped tea.
 "You're right, it's probably for the better," Undrar agreed. 
A few meters away, stood on the first floor in the hallway, Staxius waited with a bag filled with books. 'I wish I had more time to spend with Xula yesterday,' he sighed, '-I did manage to get the scholar to make me a sword similar to Orenmir, Blood Blade of the Queen. It might take a few days; we'll have to wait and see.' After returning to Pandora last night – the Lymsey sister took refuge and slept in the lab. As silent as a cat, he teleported to Arda where a stern-looking Xula waited. The supposed one-week trip turned into months. A little angry, he got given the silent treatment. Nevertheless, after flattery and compliments, breaking through that adorable, angry side of Xula – they made up with a shared passionate night. Before the sun awoke, Staxius returned for there were things to be settled. 
 "I'm sorry for being such a bad husband, you deserve better," cuddled under a blanket, he whispered with regret in the tone. A vivid piece of memory that carried over to the next day.
 "It's fine," she caressed his hair and face, "-you're working hard for both my and the kingdom's sake. How it hurts to be away from he who stole my heart," a kiss later, "-I don't mind it one bit. Do what must be done, thou shalt always have a home to return. Tis my job as a wife to welcome thee with open arms," a smile followed by the scent of flowers, Xula's generosity knew no bounds. 
 "Living a normal life isn't in our fate," he sighed, "-you're a queen and the heir to the god of death. Excepting normality is a dream, however, I vow to always stand by thy side," their fingers interlocked, face to face, he smiled and she blushed, "-I adore you so much, queen of my heart and soul, I adore you…"
 "Wake up…" the daydream broke by Lizzie's voice. 
 "Oh, sorry about that," the prior night's memories returned to the back of the mind. The love that built between the king and queen transcended what people deemed as normal. Both felt exactly the same way, despite not having time to spend with one another. Each moment allowed was precious – what they had was unconditional love. To love without condition, each wanted the other's happiness and expected nothing in return. Selfless and noble – the bond wasn't tied to the mortal realm either, it reached their soul as well. Not to forget, Staxius was the conduit for Xula, channeling her power and returning her status as Angel wasn't a mere act of kindness. He had done something worth much more than words and actions. In Xula's case, she gave Staxius a new purpose, a new will, and a new mindset. A change that made him into a better person, a change he'd never forget for it was the best thing to ever happen. In that sense, both were saviors to one another, the love story of an angel and the heir to a god.
 "It's fine," Lizzie spoke with a smile, her uniform, one of white and golden color – the one that was previously torn now replaced.
 "Shall we leave?" he offered.
 "After we say good-bye to the others," she smiled, thus their arrival at the hotel's eatery. 
 "Morning everyone," Lizzie spoke with a big smile.
 "Morning Lizzie, morning master," the others returned said greeting.
 "I see the newspaper has our name on it," Staxius pointed to which Avon lent his copy. The chatter continued as if old friends. A few minutes later, Auic descended from her room with a lunchbox. 
 "Sorry I'm late," she said whilst panting, her face covered in sweat.
 "It's fine," Lizzie reassured the fox-lady then took the box.
 "Master…" confused, Auic needed answers.
 "I forgot to say," he cleared his throat and gained the table's attention. "-Starting today, I've decided to embrace my duty as Lizzie's guardian. Change is sure to come; I hope everyone is ready – that platinum quest we accomplished has opened new avenues," the voice soothing and filled with determination.
 "What about the twins then?" Undrar asked, "-from what I found out, they don't have a place to call home any longer," her concern was well-founded. 
 "Good point," he returned her question with a smile, "-Kniq is a big family. Atop being a guild, we're one big unit – the twins might not have a home yet," a quick pause later, "-that is to say that, the change will come. Best be ready, my friends, my comrades, you best be ready – we shall soon enter a new age," Staxius spoke with a leader's vigor.
 "We'll trust you," Achilles replied with a smile, they nodded in agreement. 
 "It's getting rather late, I'll see you all later. If anything comes up, do reach out – I shall be at Pandora, I think," wearing the same clothes as yesterday, the duo entered Void and headed off to school.
 "Something has changed," Deadeyes commented.
 "I think so, yeah," Undrar agreed.
 "Let's not forget that Staxius is still twenty or so," Avon added.
 "Age is just a number," Auic interjected, "-in my opinion, I think master is standing up to his many responsibilities. As he said, change is underway, we all can but wait and see," breakfast continued. 
 "Are you going to come and fetch me later?" Auic asked, her face could barely keep with her smile, one big and large.
 "Yes," he replied kindly, "-I'll try to be as regular as I can. Though, if something comes up, I'll make sure to send a message," he took out the phone, "-Is that alright?" 
 "Sound good," she took out hers and exchanged details. 
 "If I don't respond, contact Auic,"
 "Don't worry," Lizzie pouted, "-it's not like this is the first time I'm doing this."
 "I guess not," he chuckled then patted her head.
 "What are you doing up so early," Adete awoke from her slumber.
 "See for yourself," the car drove forth. An hour later, they arrived, the roads were jammed for the most part. A normal part of life here. 
 "Here we are," he voiced, the car came to a slow stop before the gate. 
 "Check that car out," the students pointed at Void, "-it must be so expensive," they commented. "Whoever that student is, must come from a rich family – I'd not be surprised if they were royalty," the chatter came from a group of students that waited for their comrades to arrive. Judging by their tie, they were in the same grade as Lizzie.
 "I'll see you later," Staxius said to which the door opened.
 "Later," she replied with a joyful smile, "-don't forget to call if anything happens," her head tilted to the right slightly, then pulled out a peace-sign, after which, she walked away.
 'I wonder who she learned that from,' the car sped forth. As opposed to reluctantly enter her classroom, Lizzie arrived with glee on her face. Being cared for by Staxius had done more than he'd thought. 
 'Now it's time to go buy the place where Kniq can finally live in peace. I wonder who should I call, Raulf or Cake,' parked underneath an array of trees lined on the sidewalk, Staxius leaned on the hood and had a cigar. Leaves from the branches fell slowly to the ground, it seemed as if snow, peaceful and idyllic. 
 *Beep,* the phone rang suddenly.
 "Hello?" he asked with no idea to who had called.
 "Good morning Staxius," a feminine voice spoke, "-it's me, Melisa," she voiced.
 "Is something the matter?" 
 "Yes, could you come by the guild as soon as possible, the guild master has requested thy presence." 
 "On my way," the phone hung. 'Must be the reward for all those monsters I have slain.' Rather than driving back, he teleported just shy of the guild, none noticed for it was done in an alley barely large enough to fit Void. 
 'What's this all about,' the car pulled up against the entrance, he stepped out. A crowd of adventurers waited and spoke as if something major had happened. "Pardon me," he called and made his way through the crowd. 
 'What the hell,' stood near the counter, Raulf crossed his arms and had a giant sword embedded into the floor. "None shall come forth till the Guild leader of Kniq has made himself present," he voiced strongly.
 "Have you called?" the voice monotonous and face unimpressed, he walked and stood before Raulf.
 "There you are," from serious, the face changed into one friendly, "-where have you been," they embraced. "We've got many things to discuss," the giant sword lifted as if feather. The man stepped away strongly. Baffled, Staxius stared Diane and Melisa in search of answers. The former shrugged whilst the latter mumbled, 'I don't know.' Obliged to follow, he continued. Behind, the gathering crowd rushed the counter since quests were displayed a few seconds earlier. 'This could not have come at a better time,' Staxius thought. The door opened – Raulf sat with a gentle smile. 


Thrust into an enigmatic world born from bloodshed; venture inside its complexities, dark-side, and always changing nature. At the center, a boy; brought up by an exiled mage, steps into a life of independence. A test to try and change his life for the better after witnessing what war can do to a person. The walk towards finding a stable living gets toppled as a unique magical element awakens. Mostly emotionless, life continues as questions about his state of mind and being remains clouded behind many personas.

This isn’t the story of a single man, it’s the story of a whole world. Read as the world builds itself from the ground up. Conspiracies, evil, the dark side of humanity. In addition, tis the start of a new age; the birth of monsters – a story depicting the tales of the first heroes and demons to ever exist. 

The Wielder of Death Magic isn’t a typical fantasy. The heroes don’t summon forth power from heroes of old, here, the characters are the ones who make up the myths and legends for the next generation. Amidst the turmoil, Staxius, he lives on, watching and waiting as the world grows. 

P.S, I’m not that normal of a writer, my advice is to not expect anything going into this world. Forget everything, I personally, don’t care about rules and limitations and what can be considered to be the norm – the characters are given life, the world moves on its own; I’m just a spectator. No plot, nothing planned, all that you read is the product of the characters moving and acting individually. As opposed to me subjecting them with my emotions, the connection is reversed. They are the ones who dictate the story (Believe it or not, that's the way I write) A world, a story, characters, and the foolish author; we all evolve as one.
