This is the travel journal of Lyris Cypher Dragonborn and her family of three where they sometimes do jobs for the Godfather whose name you shall find out if you read this book. 
The Godfather is obviously her grandparent.

Chapter Three

Ahsoka Tano managed to hide her nervousness well as she stepped on the transport that would lead her, her Master and Master Windu off world and towards one of the bigger Republic frigates, waiting for them in space. After reaching them, they'd travel towards Dantooine with a small complement of clone troopers, and from there, her Master would split up from Master Windu. That was the plan.

She had a small bout of nervousness as she realized that 'not all plans work exactly as intended'. Her master, on the other hand, seemed utterly at peace, sitting as he was on a nearby bench in the mess room of the Republic frigate.

"This is a Centax-class frigate, equipped with ten turbolasers and twin mounts of torpedoes," her Master said, reading from a thick-looking manual. "It is renowned for its speed and maneuverability, and outfitted on the moon of Coruscant."

Ahsoka looked at him for a moment, and then shook her head and kept walking back and forth. "This is my first time on a spaceship," she said in the end. "What if the windows creak and break?"

"Then someone did a very poor job and will be reprimanded for it," her master replied evenly, not even worried about that for a second.

"And we'll be dead," Ahsoka replied. She crossed her arms in front of her chest and tapped her right foot extensively.

Master Shade sighed, and drummed with his fingers against the nearby glass window, making Ahsoka's eyes twitch. "This," he said, "Is capable of resisting accelerations and turbolaser fire. Actually, these are stronger than the nearby metal. We are furthermore in a period of war. Each ship that leaves the docks is checked for sabotage with the utmost care. If people trained and making a living off finding imperfections have not found any, then you have nothing to worry about. Unless you possess more knowledge than them?"

"N-No, I don't," Ahsoka whispered, eyes downcast. "I'm being silly, am I?"

"There is no being silly. There is being rightfully worried, and then there's being needlessly worried. If it can console you, I had to answer this question with Master Yoda yapping in my ear about 'There is no ignorance, there is knowledge' and 'Do or do not, there is no try'."

Ahsoka suddenly lunged for the seat next to her Master, and then looked up at him with wide eyes. "D-Did...Y-You were Master Yoda's Padawan?"

Master Shade dropped his head against the metal bulk behind him, and made a long and dreary sigh. "Yes. I can't, for the love of god, understand what is it with people thinking that being Master Yoda's Padawan is some sort of synonym for being strong and powerful. Master Yoda's strength isn't mine, and he certainly could not teach me his prowess in the Force."

"B-But it's Master Yoda! He's the grand master of the Jedi order," Ahsoka stammered out.
"He's got to have taught you a lot..." Ahsoka looked expectantly up to Master Shade, who merely raised an eyebrow back at the girl.

"Being one of the oldest Jedi still alive means that he has a lot of things to do, and a lot of people that look up to him, or look for him to solve their problems. He is wise beyond his years, of course, but as a Padawan, you aren't going to have an easy life." Master Shade chuckled. "Thankfully, I was just the perfect Padawan, maybe the only one who'd be able to stomach the stress of being his apprentice."

Ahsoka blinked. "Was he very severe? I bet he wanted everything done perfectly!"

"It...wasn't like that," Master Shade said with some hesitation. "Everyone knew, back then, that Count Dooku was the best in lightsaber combat, as well as Cin Drallig being the current battlemaster. I've never been very good with lightsaber combat. As Master Yoda likes to say 'Do or do not'. Thus...I chose not to." Here he chuckled, as a realization suddenly dawned on Ahsoka. "I do have a lightsaber, Padawan. I simply choose not to use it."

Master Shade looked at her and blinked. "Do close your mouth, or you're going to let the flies inside."

Ahsoka closed her mouth. She opened it again. She closed it once more. "M-Master," she said, trying to sound calm even though she was starting to hyperventilate. "You-Y-Y-You said that...just...how!? How can you not use your lightsaber!?"

"I am a master of Form Zero, Padawan," Master Shade acquiesced. "I do not believe in lighting a lightsaber for anything less than the taking of a life. And I despise taking lives. Hence, I never had to train in lightsaber combat. You would probably defeat me with one hand tied behind your back if you tried, Padawan."

Here Master Shade had the galls to grin. "Thankfully, teaching a Padawan doesn't necessarily require the knowledge of lightsaber combat."

No, but it was a frigging important point that maybe her Master should have told her before she decided to become his apprentice! No, seriously, this was cheating, it sucked, it was horrible, who the hell had ever heard of a master that didn't use his lightsaber in combat!?
And what the frak was 'Form Zero' about anyway!? She wanted to become a master of form Kick-Ass, Take-Names and Become-The-Best, not of this 'Form Zero'!

"I just...how would that help!?" Ahsoka asked, perplexed. "You need to be strong with lightsaber combat forms to become a master!"

"And who says that?" Master Shade replied with a raised eyebrow and a small grin on his face. "I am not a Jedi Knight, Padawan. I am a Jedi Master. I am a Consular, if such a title means anything to you. The Force runs strongly in my veins, and with the snap of a finger I can solve more problems than a sword could ever do. Why then, would I need a lightsaber? But if you want a practical example of how this aided me...do you know of Jedi Knight Darra Thel-Tanis, Tru Veld, Anakin Skywalker and Ferus Olin?"

Ahsoka had to incline her head to the side and start to rub her temples hard, but in the end, she just shook her head.

"I bitch-slapped sense back into their skulls on Korriban, where we went to solve a problem with a bounty-hunter named Granta Omega," her Master said flatly. "I bitch-slapped Anakin Skywalker's face with the Force particularly hard, and once I was done, I bitch-slapped them all once more just to ensure they understood my point. Not once, during my bitch-slapping, did I ever grab my lightsaber. Not once did I lift it. Not once did I ignite it. Not once did I so much as desire to use it to cut another human being."

Passion seeped through each word of Master Shade, who seemed to be fighting off an inner demon of sorts, one that was bubbling beneath his skin. In the end, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath, exhaling as his heart slowed down to a grinding halt.

Ahsoka felt heat drain from her face as her mouth hung open. Her Master hadn't-he hadn't just-she must have heard incorrectly. "M-Master, pardon me for asking, but...could you repeat yourself?"

"Padawan," Mater Shade said, his voice once more calm and serene. "You heard me correctly the first time," here he shook his head., a snicker on his lips, "But I am glad your fear has abated. We are now already in hyperspace, as you can see from the window. Are you calmer now?"

Ahsoka had to stare at the window nearby before looking back at her master, a sour look on her face at being toyed and played with. She was sure she could properly convey her annoyance with just a look, but the fact was, her master had used such crude words that...they didn't fit with the image of the stuffed-neck Jedi Master she believed in. Well, maybe she hadn't chosen that badly. If her Master wasn't a stickler for rules, then she'd have more breathing space.

Uh...maybe she could finally resume yelling?

"Master, could you...expand on what happened on Korriban?" Ahsoka asked.

Master Shade sighed. "It's not a good story, Padawan. I'll tell you, but you must promise me this." His voice lowered, as his eyes half-closed. "You must learn from what I tell you. You mustn't listen as if it were a way to pass the time. You must learn. If you cannot do that, I will not waste my breath. Are we understood?"

Ahsoka nodded, and sat down with her legs crossed in front of her master, who slid down from the bench to be at her same level as he crossed his legs too.

"You must understand that the Jedi order decided to make knights out of padawan with a quicker method than before a few years back, and in order to do so, decided to send the Padawan with their teachers on a mission involving a dangerous criminal named, precisely, Granta Omega. He had been tracked all the way to Korriban, but there, he had managed to hide. A lot happened, but the important things that I am going to bother telling you are what follows. Tru Veld was known as 'Butter Fingers', at least, by me. He broke his lightsaber once, and had Skywalker repair it, and then he broke it again, and Ferus was the one who repaired it the second time. However, lightsabers are fickle things," here Master Shade looked at her with a sigh.

"If the power drains too fast, eventually, the lightsaber turns off."

Ahsoka blinked. She wasn't liking where this story was going. "They...they survived?"

"Of course they did. I did say I slapped some sense back in them, didn't I? 'The air of Korriban' or not," here, Master Shade made air quotes, "meant absolutely nothing in the face of my devastating slaps. You see, I can slap someone from over a kilometer away with the force. And trust me, the Force herself is happy I use her in such a creative way."

Ahsoka smiled nervously. Yes, her Master was mad. He was smiling however, so it was better to smile with him and nod, and look for the closest route away until she got in line with the Jedi Council to get a dossier or documentation on what happened.

"See, Padawan, they were tasked with working together, but they failed. They failed so hard, the reason they made it as Knights was because I intervened. And I intervened by saving knight Thel-Tanis from certain death, forcing Anakin and Ferus to make peace, and telling Tru Veld to either learn how to keep his lightsaber properly or stop using one all-together. And I did all that while Granta Omega was trying to kill us." Master Shade chuckled. "Ah...I can totally multi-task, no matter what other people say."

Ahsoka hesitated, before chuckling nervously. Master Shade's eyes then bore on her, suddenly calm and transfixed. "So," he said offhandedly. "What have you learnt?"

'That you're mad' didn't seem like the proper reply to give to one's master, even though it had been barely a day since her becoming his padawan. She wasn't any longer worried about having him as a Master, lightsaber or not it seemed as if he could take care of himself.

"You don't need a lightsaber to be strong?" Ahsoka hazarded.

"Are you asking me, or are you telling me?"

"You don't need a lightsaber to be strong," Ahsoka said. Master Shade nodded, looked sideways, and then beckoned her closer. Ahsoka neared, and a flick against her forehead sent her to-and no it didn't, because she dodged it, grinning triumphantly as she nimbly jumped backwards, using her hands to execute a perfect backflip jump and land a few steps away.

"Hah! You thought you could-" and then a flick reached her forehead all the same as she winced and proceeded to rub her forehead, while Master Shade didn't move from his spot. Chuckling, he slowly stood up and dusted his robes.

"I was not lying, Padawan," Master Shade said calmly. "Hope you never warrant one my slaps, for they are the things of eons. Now, try again."

Ahsoka grumbled as she massaged her forehead until the sting disappeared. What else was there of important? Oh right, "the mission was risky and it could have failed?"

"Continue...and less asking, Padawan."

"Well, they all acted dumb, and if you hadn't been there, they might have never...Master Yoda had this saying 'old sins cast long shadows'. I never understood it, but I kind of get it now." Ahsoka frowned, the knowledge had seemed so out of place, and yet there it was, in the back of her mind. "If you hadn't saved the Padawan, they'd all end up blaming themselves, wouldn't they?"

Master Shade nodded, actually looking surprised. "My, that's something I hadn't thought of. It's...simpler than that, but I give you Shade-Points for guessing it right. When you earn a thousand Shade Points, you can graduate from being a Padawan and become a slightly better Padawan."

"Hey!" Ahsoka exclaimed hotly, "What's that supposed to mean!?"

"It means the path to improvement has no fixed rate of ascension, and no fixed goal to reach," Master Shade remarked with another chuckle. "But enough. What I wanted you to tell me was way simpler than that. If they had stayed true to their teachings, and let go of their petty quarrels, I wouldn't have needed to intervene, and they would have succeeded by themselves. But anger clouded their judgement, bitterness made them silent in the face of peril, and jealousy silenced their tongues to the truth. The lesson you must learn from this story, Padawan...is that if something happens, no matter what it is, no matter how small, no matter how insignificant that might make you angry at someone else, that might make you think that getting even is a great idea...I want you to let go of that thought," Master Shade looked at Ahsoka with a sad and forlorn look.

"Never let vengeance cloud your judgment, or anger guide you on the path of spite. It is an empowering road, but one that leads to a darkness, a pain, and a despair unlike any others."

Master Shade then turned and began to walk towards the doors leading into the corridors of the spaceship. "Come along now, Padawan. We've got to meet the crew and the land team that will come with us. And Master Windu is probably already fretting over us being late for lunch."

"Master-" 'Are you speaking from experience?' "What are we going to eat?"

"Meal Ready-to-Eat, MRE, but worry not...they are apparently flavored." Her Master turned to give her a small grin and a twinkling eye followed by a wink. Ahsoka smiled and rushed ahead, passing him by.

Finding out that Mace Windu had procured 'Cold Slob' to eat from the temple's kitchen as a thoughtful gesture to remind the Padawan of home made Ahsoka cry bitter tears -happily thought of joy at the kindness of the purple-lightsaber Jedi Master, who instead could not understand why Master Shade suddenly burst out laughing aloud, breaking the chatter of the mess hall as he outright slammed his fists on the table while crying tears brought forth by his mad laughing.

Yes, Ahsoka decided as she sadly ate a spoonful of The Slob.

"No no no no-o, hic.. Snif.. Sniff"
As Devi was sobbing because of the threaths and scolding she was getting from that thunderous voice, I asked-"Oh come on, another one of those voices?. Really??? And why the hell are you shouting at everyone ?!?"
And while I said that I probably should not piss off the owner of the voice, I am not going to bent my back, and let some prick roar at a person that I care about(kinda).
"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU SAY, YOU LOWLY WERMIN, YOU INSIGNIFICANT THING."
Well, the pissing off part worked.
"The hell you are shouting at, you shit!!"- And I was not backing off.
"GRRR, YOU INSECT-..."-I heard deep voice and then I saw a black hand, with bulging muscles and bigger than a mountain. It was adored with golden silk string and variuos tattoo that was so life-like that it seemed that it is going to jump out from his skin. But I did not have the time to marvel at it.
"….."
"…Fuck"
And it was coming right at me. It was so fast that I would probably be squashed by it before I could move a muscle..
"NOOO"-Then I heard Devi's voice.
*BOOOOM*
My soul body got blown away at Mach-2 as a result of the shockwave from the clash of two gods.
"DEVI !?!. ARE YOU COMMITING TREASON TO PROTECT THIS WORM !!?"-When the big black hand got knocked off from the power of Devi, the thunderous and raging voice that had the atmosphere of "I'm out for blood" was again heard through the whole void.
"Protecting him from your outbursts of rage that you can't take control of, I don't think that's treason."-Devi retorted in enraged, but still sweet to hear voice.
"Ha. Hah HAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!! You think you can decide that. Humph, you little, lower tier god, WHY DO YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFY ME, THE MIGHTY GOD OF DARKNESS."-As the god of Darkness was loughing hystericaly, it turned into enraged howls of some pheristoric beast.
"ha, atleast I did not need to cling to some thicc thights to get where I am, Gronta."-Devi mocked him.
"Wha...? Y... You..  Shut UP.!!! IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!- the so called Gronta said in an exasparated(panicking) tone.
"Humph"-Devi humphed proudly.
"Fine, but are you really going to kill him, hmmm?"-Devi asked mockingly.
"What? Why should'nt I? "-Gronta asked with slight confusion in his voice.
"oh so it's brawl and no brain type one, huh"-I thought silently.
"hmph, look at his talent card first, and then ask, you moron"-this time it was Devi's turn to swear at him.
"Let me see that, what's so special about him.?"-Gronta grumbled.
Then It happened again.
Shadows out of nowhere started to gather. It formed a phantom, then the face features, body and finally clothing.
It was a big dude. When I say big, I don't mean 2 metres high. He was atleast four metres high, with black skin, black daoist attire, garbed in some floating pieces of cloth that it would seem to be sucking light out of the air.
His hair was bright golden, big contrast to his coroulless attire.
His face could only be described with only one word: Ugly
He had a big nose, squint but sharp eyes with green irises, thin lips.
And while those features were not so bad on their own, it was just that... 
His nose was way higher on his face than it should have been, His eyes, though not bad on their own, were flipped 90° degree verticaly. His lips were crooked and violet in color.
"Oh fuck"- only these two words could come out from my mouth.
"Can't you fix your appearance, atleast to some degree"-Devi complained in disgusted manner-"I still can't get used to this."
"Ha, And lose some of my power, fat chance"-Gronta said proudly.
"Anyway, give me that card of yours, Devi"-He continued.
And when he saw the stats on that card-
"Huh? Pfhhahaha. You think I will believe this shit. If you want cheat some gods, you should not lie so clearly"-Gronta was loughing while looking at Devi, to only see her with a calm face and a slight smile in the corner in her juicy lips.
"Wait, don't say that this card is for real"-Gronta started sweating, for unknown reasons to me.
"Humph, what do you think, huh? That I would save him if he wouldn't be a great speciment." Devi said, but I heard a hint of a wierd tone in her voice.
"I..I.I… umm.. Not. No. Never. Look. We can all just pretend that all this did not happen and go our own ways, right?"-Gronta said in a nervious voice, completely opposite of his usual prideful and powerfull voice.
"What?? YOU BARG IN HERE, TRY TO KILL HIM AND EVEN SHOUT AT ME AND YOU STILL WANT TO PRETEND THAT NOTHING HAPPENED???!!"-Now it was Gronta's turn to be shouted at.
"Why is she saying it like that, that it seems my life is less meaningfull than her pride?"- I tought to myself.
"Well... Well then what you have to offer, hm?"-Gronta replied shakilly.
"What do you mean what I have to offer? Of course I want a compensation from you. "
"Wha.. What kind of compensation?"
"Well certaintly not the sexy kind one, blergh. Oh yeaaah, I heard that you recently got some Aeon Crystal right?"-Devi asked in a Devilish way.
"Ye... Yeaah? Wait, no, noo, you are not getting that from me!!!  Do you even know how hard is it to find it these days?!?!"-Gronta said in a panicking and angry tone.
"Oh I perfectly know that. That is also the reason why I am asking you for exactly the Crystal."
"Oh and before you reply, think what's more important to you: your head or your crystal.hehehhe"
"ugh, Fi..Fine. Here. And you did not see me today, got that?"-Gronta said while stabbing himself with his own hand in his chest and pulling something from it.
It was a crystal. It was shining in white light that illuminated several thousand kilometres in diametre around himself. But despite shining so brighty, the light was not blinding, but opposite. It attracted my eyes, and i could see everything clearly.
"Oh, so this is Aeon crystal huh?? I haven't seen one for so long that I almost forgot what it looks like"- Devi said visibly mesmerised by the crystal.
"Can I go now?"-Granta asked trough his teeth.
"huh, you are still here? Go, go. I don't need you here."-Devi waved her hand dismisidly.
After then Gronta's body became transparent and shattered into thousands, diamond-like black crystals.
"Wow you are lucky. You even got some Aeon crystal."-Said Devi to me.
"huh? For me?"- I asked cunfused about her words.
"Yes for you idiot, I grabbed it for you"-Devi said with shining eyes.
"But, but why? i did not do anything to help you, only created trouble !"
"Oh please, Gronta is not a trouble."
"But I saw you shivering when we heard his voice!"-I reminded her.
"That was because his voice is really similar to someone that I fear, we all do. But when I saw his god avatar hand I knew that it's not that thing. Anyways, don't be modest about it, here take it. I don't need it, because it's nature will clash with mine, and it will not give any increase in my strenght, if not decrease it."- While saying that, she tossed me the crystal, whose brilliance died down over time and now only looked just something better than ordinary salt crystal.
"Um, I'm gratefull. I guess"-I tried to say thanks to her.
"oh don't be. You will still help me anyways. Heheh"- She said in a wierd manner.

Explosions, blood,severed body parts and more gore - not what you would expect to see in the last moments of your life. Well, that's what happened for Felix Drah.But he did not die-
"Where the fuck am I?"
Dark. Darkness was all he can see.
Then he heard voice so sweet that you probably would not mind dying to hear it again - "Congratulations Speciment Nr.3412. You've Completed The First Phase. Please choose your rewards."
...And that is how began the story of a man, no, monster to be exact, later known as "Crimson Pulse"

You have a special talent.
Angor showed a bitter smile. His talent, again. He still did not know what that was. Every time he tried to ask, Sunders would not say a word about it. The man only told Angor that he would know on the day he became an apprentice.
However, he needed a channeling method to be an apprentice! Now he was not sure which way to choose.
Sigh… Angor felt his future wavering. Was his talent good or bad? What could it bring him? And to Sunders? He did not know.
Angor laid on the bed and muttered to himself. After a while, he turned around to face the empty tent, then let out another deep, frustrated breath.
On careful consideration, it was not difficult for Angor to choose when Sunders already told him so much.
There were three options. Still, could he really choose the first two? Or rather, did he dare to choose the first two at all?
Sunders emphasized "you have a special talent", "my spells are connected to the Nightmare Realm", "think carefully"… He was definitely trying to indicate something.
To think positively, Sunders really did give him three choices. Nothing fishy here. 
However, Angor was almost certain that Sunders wanted him to choose the last option. Angor was not sure how Sunders would react if he did not follow the hint.
Disappointed? Giving him up? Or ignored his presence forever? Those might be the better consequences.
It was also likely that Sunders would throw him into the wilderness or force him to obey.
So if Angor wanted to avoid offending Sunders, he had to choose the third one.
"Nightmare Realm… Nightmare Realm…" Angor exclaimed that name and decided not to think too much about it. He would go to Sunders' book room and look for information about the place.
A good sleep was what he needed for now.

Another uneventful night.
In Sunders' book room, Angor was sitting on a ladder. The bookshelf beside him had several books about general planes.
Pioneer in a Foreign World and Pros and Cons of Expeditions Against Planes, composed by Barzel the Great Twisted Wizard a thousand years ago. Wonder Worlds and Residing in Dimensions written by the newly risen Occult Archwizard Fein Werder in the recent century. There were also about a dozen volumes of Expedition into Endless Planes periodicals, published by Moonfrost Union.
Barzel the Great Twisted Wizard mainly wrote about the experience of his expeditions into other planes. Angor read on and found out many amazing planes, such as the Blaze Plane where everything was covered in lava. The plane was as big as the wizarding world, and a sapient creature coated in violet crystals which were connected via something like glass fibers lived in this plane.
"This heat-resistant crystalline creature looks like silicon-based lives," Angor thought to himself.
In addition to the Blaze Plane, Barzel also recorded the Oblivion Plane populated by gaseous life forms, the Abyss Plane filled with various monsters, the Vortex Plane which shaped like a maze, and the Silent Plane where sound could not travel… the variety of strange planes really amazed Angor.
Angor's brother Leon used to say that his biggest wish was to see the vast world by himself. He wanted to enjoy different sceneries, different civilizations. If Leon was here, he certainly would decide to travel through these planes right away.
Angor was not his brother though. Still, he hoped that one day, he could bring Leon as well as his teacher Jon, to see the different places.
One day, he hoped.
After completing the book by the legendary wizard Barzel, Angor realized the Nightmare Realm was never mentioned in there. Maybe this place had not been discovered a thousand years ago?
It should not be. Judging from the historical records of the wizarding world, expeditions into other planes began thousands of decades ago. During this time, all general planes near the wizarding world all had traces left by the wizards.
So why was the Nightmare Realm not discovered? Was it far from the wizarding world?
With many doubts, Angor picked up the Expedition into Endless Planes published by Moonfrost Union to read.
This was a centenary periodical. A volume would be published every hundred years, and there had been a total of 16. This was also the existence period of Moonfrost Union. Sixteen centuries ago, Moonfrost Union was established at the Everfrost Iceland in the Northern Kingdom. It contained 13 wizard organizations and was a major force for plane expeditions in the south. In every century, they would publish various information about their new expeditions.
Angor began from the first volume.
He followed the index and kept going until he reached the 14th volume which was published 200 years ago. Here, Expedition into Endless Planes officially recorded the Nightmare Realm.
Next, Angor found out that the book described the Nightmare Realm in only two pages! Two pages, in a book volume that was several thousands of pages thick! This absolutely contradicted against Moonfrost's core business which was "plane expeditions". For the other planes, whether the expedition was successful or not, there were always overstated details. Even a small encounter between several people would be described like two nations were fighting an all-out war.
Angor went straight to the two pages that talked about the Nightmare Realm.
He finished them soon.
His expression became even more puzzled.
According to the book, the Nightmare Realm was a "roving" plane. There was no stable tunnel that led to it. The only method to enter the Nightmare Realm was to wait for the plane to move closer to the wizarding world on its periodical path, then open a space wormhole randomly and stumble into the place by chance.
The unstable plane, random tunnel, and enter by chance… These three uncertain definitions flagged the Nightmare Realm itself as something unsure.
Apart from the unstable plane tunnel, the Nightmare Realm was also an extremely dangerous plane. The book said that because of the uncertainty of the tunnels, less than ten wizards had ever gone into the place and came back in one piece.
Even more confusing, those who came back from the Nightmare Realm all refused to say anything about it. Even if someone occasionally slipped out a word or two, they were only something vague. Those people's fear of the Nightmare Realm was plain on their looks. However, at the same time, they all showed great greed towards the Nightmare Realm. Every time there was a rumor about the appearance of the plane, they always rushed to the spot quickly as if they wanted something really bad.
Such strange behaviors only deepened people's doubt towards the place. What in the world was inside the Nightmare Realm, that could make people both terrified and greedy?
Of course, the records were from 200 years ago. Angor did not know if things had changed.
Next, Angor opened up the book written by the Archwizard Fein Werder. Compared to the "academism" books he just read, Fein Werder appeared more like an educated traveling bard.
Instead of scientific articles, his book was more about traveling diaries, or rather, folklore tales.
For example, Wonder Worlds was completely describing Werder's sightseeing records. From the elf world which was full of giant and green vegetations to the heaven of oceans where the waves had rainbow colors… If not for Fein Werder's authoritative identity, Angor would have believed that the book was a collection of fairy tales.
Also, Fein Werder used really literary languages. There was nothing about blood or violence in the book. While he enjoyed his noble verbal techniques, Angor also admired his great wording arts.
Soon enough, Angor finished Werder's book.
Even though the book did not record the Nightmare Realm, Werder expressed his intention to travel the Nightmare Realm many times. He only had one single comment about this plane:
"The reality is projected into imaginary and gives birth to the truth."


A young traveler who receives enlightenment from another civilization is on a mission to save his beloved mentor. A multiverse has an infinite numbers of planes.
Planes can evolve if the creatures residing in it breakthrough its current Grade limit.
The Ranking for Planes are as follows:

1. Small Sized Planes.
Small Sized Planes contain Grade1 to Grade4 creatures.
They are incapable of Planar travel, have just been formed in the universe and are subject to attack of other planes due to various reasons, if found.
It's plane consciousness has not yet been formed, the plane's will acts for the benefit of the plane and it's creatures. Goblin Plane starts off as a Small Sized Plane.

2. Medium Sized Planes.
Medium Sized Planes contain atleast one Grade5 Creature.
They have begun Planar travel, and have started on their journey to subjugate other planes in order to evolve into a Large Sized Plane. Medium Sized Planes have a newborn's IQ level plane consciousness.
Orc Plane, Kobold Plane, Rodent Plane, and Beastmen Plane will be medium sized planes in the book you will come across.

3. Large Sized Planes.
Large Sized Planes contain atleast one Grade8 or above creature.
They have existed since ancient times and have mastered planar travel.
Any small or medium sized plane found by them will be easily conquered and subjugated and used as resources to help their plane evolve into a higher level existence.
Dragon Plane, Nature Plane, Undead Plane, and Magus Plane will be the few large sized planes that you will come across in my book.
Ranking System will follow Magus Planes ranking as reference to compare power levels,
as Humans of the Magus World are the strongest creatures of the Universe.

The pain of the saber cut made Project X realize his predicament. Project X explained, "Superpowers derives their energy from superpower DNA which was found in my body. This superpower DNA allows all life to use other dimensional energies. These energies are the source of superpowers."
"Wait," Zhao Yao said. "Didn't the Meteorite cause the Awakening of superpowers?"
Project X said, "The Meteorite stimulated the supercats' potential because it carried my superpower DNA. My superpower DNA uses the bodies of various cats on Earth to awaken different superpowers.
We share the same blood type. After absorbing my superpower DNA, they are able to connect to energies from other dimensions to control and develop their superpowers."
"This is my superpower harvesting plan," Project X said. "I was sent to Earth the moment I was born. My purpose for existence is to allow the supercats on Earth to develop their superpowers from my superpower DNA so that I can harvest their superpowers."
"Why does this sound like the creation of a weapon?" Zhao Yao stroked his chin and thought, "What about me? Does my Book have superpowers?" He recalled his initial awakening of his superpowers.
"Perhaps Matcha bit me? And transferred the superpower DNA into my body? Isn't that too coincidental?"
"Is Project X telling the truth?"
Zhao Yao shook his head to dismiss his thoughts. He asked Project X doubtfully, "The Earth cats and you share the same blood type? Are you saying that cats are aliens?"
"Maybe, I'm not sure. When I gained awareness, Earth was close by. I had vast knowledge of supercats and a superpower harvesting plan in my memories. My thoughts were implanted with this order—to carry out this harvesting plan."
Project X shook his head and said, "We won't like the ending of the plan. If they discover you, what do you think they'll do to you?"
Project X said gravely, "Zhao Yao, we're now in the same boat. To fight against these unknown entities, we have to cooperate with each other."
"Since you've met the supercat that looked like me, did you fight with him?"
"Nope." Zhao Yao was digesting Project X's information. He took a while before replying, "He's able to travel in the dreamscape. He tried to capture my cats in their dreams but he failed."
"Dreamscape?" Project X was puzzled and Zhao Yao decided to tell him the details as he was already imprisoned in the Extradimensional Belly.
Project X said, "That's not the dreamscape, it's the Awareness Dimension."
Zhao Yao said bewildered, "What? Not the Dream Dimension?"
"The names are different. The material realm is only part of the universe's ten dimensions. The remaining dimensions are dark and mysterious. The superpowers' effect on the material realm was derived from the various dimensions' energies.
The Awareness Dimension was created from the awareness of all life in the universe and dreams were means of the manifestation of awareness in the material realm."
Zhao Yao was in a daze as he muttered, "Oh, I understand now."
Project X said with concern, "Your cats attracted their attention when they traveled in the Awareness Dimension. There's no concept of distance and time in the Awareness Dimension. Since they found your cats, they are able to travel unlimited distance and focus their awareness on Earth."
Project X said, "The Awareness Dimension is used to retrieve me after I complete my harvesting. That's the only dimension that I know of besides the material realm.
Project X did not expect the entities to discover Earth that fast because he did not think that the Earth supercats were able to evolve and travel in the Awareness Dimension.
He was unable to travel to other dimensions, not even the supercats who were pursuing Doomsday. They were only able to travel in the Awareness Dimension.
"If Project X's telling the truth, then a powerful alien force could have discovered Earth?" Zhao Yao's mind started postulating. "The aliens are treating Earth like a superpower harvesting field? If they discover my Book, what will they do?"
"If they capture Doomsday, Matcha, Elizabeth, and the rest…"
Zhao Yao's eyes lit up with cold rays as he recognized the alien force as foes.
Project X said, "Zhao Yao, release me so that I can help you. Your superpowers are powerful but you are no match for them. We have to cooperate…"
Zhao Yao switched from the Extradimensional Belly to Time Freeze and stopped discussing with Project X. To Project X, the alien force behind the superpower harvesting plan was unfathomable and impossible to defeat.
To Zhao Yao, as long as the Book continued upgrading, he was confident of defeating all enemies.
"I've to buck up. I've yet to harvest experience points and supercats from the Americans," Zhao Yao thought. "Alien cats… they're all cats. I'll capture them as they come."
"I'll capture the Star Cats, treat Roly Poly, and revive Sphynx cat."
Zhao Yao had always looked down on his enemies psychologically while overestimating his enemies tactically. He was extremely wary of the Awareness Dimension's power.
"I'll contract the next supercat with a dream-related superpower."
After he ended his conversation with Project X, he was surprised when he noticed Doomsday. "Why is Doomsday sleeping? Wake him up."
Arthas walked up to Doomsday and patted his head. "Hey Doomsday, wake up. Enough sleeping."
Doomsday opened his eyes and glanced at Arthas. As he smiled, he vanished into thin air.
Zhao Yao activated Time Freeze as Doomsday disappeared. He grabbed where Doomsday was but it was in vain. His disappearance was too sudden.
Zhao Yao was astounded and deactivated Time Freeze. He turned his head and looked at Arthas and asked, "What's wrong?"
Arthas was dumbstruck as he said, "Doomsday traveled in the Dream Dimension… and left."
"How is that possible? Why did he leave?" Zhao Yao was puzzled and said, "He was clearly afraid of that strange cat."


"Let go of that kitty cat!"

A shooting star whizzed through the sky, causing countless super powers to appear on Earth.

However, the main characters that awaken during this phenomenon aren't humans, but cats...

During this event, this same thought appeared in the minds of countless cats: "Am I a god?"

Zhao Yao, an ordinary human, is the only person that can control these super cats.

TL's Intro：

Zhao Yao, the protagonist of the story, is the most ordinary man you could possibly imagine. Since graduating from college, he had been engulfed by his bureaucratic workplace and its toxic environment. To make things worse, he has neither a car, money nor a girlfriend. The only silver lining was his fat and lazy cat, Matcha, which provided a semblance of company and friendship.

However, things were about to change drastically for Zhao Yao and Matcha. One shooting star will transform their lives into anything but ordinary.

The automatic robots did the heavy lifting, carrying and setting materials at appropriate places and then human use tools to connect them. The day started with the automatic robots placing the appropriate steel poles onto the correct place for the workers to mend the poles into place. This cycle repeats for most of the day.
Prince Hue Chi had been working remotely for the last several days at the cruise ship. He got a lot of works done for not having to travel back and forth between the Royal Palace and Aires Royal Corporate Square. Long Kue had been busy preparing and coordinating the next business travel trip for the Royal Prince.
Hue Chi had sent Dao Txu to go on a few days errand run to meet up with another shadow guard currently away for a mission. Therefore, Dao Txu was not around to bother anyone while PengXu stayed behind to guard the Prince as usual.
The foundation frame will take about one week to finish, and that will be right before when Prince Hue Chi will leave for his trip.
Yu Sha has been avoiding night strolls to avoid meeting Hue Chi. She usually spent her time idling on her balcony if she could not sleep. The cycle repeats itself and before long, a week has gone by.
One morning, Prince Hue Chi asked Long Kue to email Jake and Su Na that he would go out to inspect the site on behalf of Ether the next day. He wanted to give them the one day notice to give everyone time to prepare themselves.
Later that afternoon, Dao Txu came back from his few days errand run for his Lord. When he arrived back at the cruise, he brought a bag full of books, looking merrily as ever after. The first thing he did was went to the Prince's suite. When he noticed that everyone was busy doing their own thing, with the Prince in his office, Long Kue sitting on the dining table working on his laptop, while Butler Zeu ironing the Prince's clothes. Dao Txu walked right over to the living room and sat the bag by the big comfy couch before sitting down.
Dao Txu then casually took out a book titled, "Dating 101 For Men" and pretended to read the book. After ten minutes, he set the book down on the small table on top of a couple of magazines, grabbed another book and headed for the balcony. He found himself a chair next to the table and started reading the book called, "Dos and Don'ts Guide to Romance."
About five minutes into the book, Dao Txu casually left the book on the balcony table, walked back inside by the couch, and grabbed another book. Once he had the book in his hand, he casually walked to the kitchen, opened the fridge, and took out some leftover food. He heated the leftover food and went to sit on the dining table to eat while reading the book, "How To Impress Your Woman." After ten minutes, he casually left the book on the dining table.
Long Kue glanced at Dao Txu, 'this guy here does not read and why is he reading today?' When he looked at the book title, he knew that this guy was up to no good again. How in the world does he have time and energy to come up with such things?
Dao Txu's next target was the office and bedroom, but that would be too obvious so he opted for the bathroom. He went back to the couch and grabbed another book from the bag before heading to the bathroom. Dao Txu went to sit on the toilet flipping a couple of page of the book titled, "How To Attract Women." After five minutes, he flushed the toilet and left the magazine on a towel shelf before walking out.
His lord sometimes sits on the dining table in the kitchen and or balcony while reading the news and sipping coffee every morning. The chance of his lord seeing the book on the dining table and balcony is higher than the living room or bathroom. But as long as he could pique his lord's interest into just glancing any of the books longer than two seconds, he would've won the battle already.
After hanging up the ironed clothes, Butler Zeu went to restock the towels in the bathroom and noticed the book title. He automatically knew what Dao Txu was up to. Since he felt the same way as Dao Txu, he allowed Dao Txu to litter the place with dating books. Hopefully, his prince would pick up some dating tactics.
Butler Zeu walked over to the prince and convinced him to have his meal out on the deck as it was not good to stay coop up in the suite day after day to which the Prince agreed. Butler Zeu then happily called the kitchen staff to coordinate dinner for the young men to eat dinner out on the deck.
The day ended and the construction crew wrapped up their work. Yu Sha and Su Na had reduced their working hours. Everyone usually went back to their rooms, showers and changed before coming out to have dinner. Sometimes, not everyone eat their dinner out in the deck but most people go out to the deck since the kitchen there always had ready to eat food around breakfast, lunch and dinner time.
PengXu surveyed the surrounding and there seemed to be no suspicious activities. If there was no suspicious activity or person, he can openly join the group for dinner up on the deck. Prince Hue Chi and his confidants made their way to the deck. When they arrived on the third floor of the deck, the server had just finished setting their foods on the table.
Everyone found a spot to sit on the table on the third floor. It usually was rare for them to dine on the same table together at the same time with their big Boss, the Prince. Dao Txu looked forward to this dinner the most, as he knew the daily routine of the construction crew. Most of the time, everyone came out to eat on the deck for its convenience.

Su Na’s mother had gone through a traumatic experience which caused her to be frequently hospitalized. As long as she could remember, she never had a father. It wasn’t until later she learned the ugly truth and make it her life long mission to build her own empire in order to crush the person who made her mother suffered. 

The hospital was where they met and became good friends. They attended the same classes and schools. Upon graduating early, they embarked on a journey to stardom to build Su Na’s empire. 


Hue Chi, Prince of Aires, had everything anyone could dream of but carried an illness to himself. The woman that haunted him in his sleep, who was she? How was she able to control his emotions, waking him up in the middle of the night, sometimes, in terror, in pain, and sometimes in happiness? The emotions she elicits locked his heart cold, unable to like any other woman, thus distancing himself from others. People are scared to approach him due to the distant and icy auras around him. 

Just as the universe planned it, Yu Sha and Su Na won their bid on a project in Aires, which will require them to live in Aires for at least half a year. As Prince of an entire continent, he felt unsettled of two young female prodigies. Do they come with hidden motives? Not sure if they have anything to do with the secret organization he has been after, he ordered them to fly into Aires for a meet and greet with the investors and other companies involved in the project. 

Unforeseen in his calculation, his eyes drifted towards her anytime she was nearby. He reasoned with himself that he just wanted to make sure of her status and purpose, but somewhere in his heart, he couldn’t gravitate away. The way she talked, her behaviors, her voice, and demeanor elicited the same emotions of the woman that haunted him in his dreams. 

Some may think destiny is cruel and some may think that destiny is kind for playing with people’s heart, as it seemed the world was not small enough to allow them to be lovers, but not wide enough so their path will never cross.

Anything can be bound. Anything can be sealed. Anything can be restricted. Only time will tell how long these will last. A rewrite from my original Book 1 of the Gamer Series.

Although there were clues everywhere, the survivors from earth were in denial. Earth was huge. They could have been anywhere on earth. An unexplored part, unidentified animals, flora-fauna, everything could have been deciphered as the vastness of the earth.


But no they really were not on earth. How could a plane take-off and crash on another planet? They weren't on some spaceship. What's with the transmigration?


Everyone was devastated. They had no desire to go on a fantasy adventure on a different planet. Their journey to reach this village was already tiring. They had near and dear ones back on earth. They might be of not much importance to their country or even their city, but their family was important to them.


Kiara was sitting on a wooden bench. Tears trickling down her cheeks. She had begun missing her family. She always dreamed about magic, fantasy and all sorts. She had read tons of book on them. But truthfully, they only look good in books.


Arav came behind her and stroke her head. 


"What are we gonna do?", Kiara spoke struggling to keep her composure. 


"Rest for now"


Arav was deep in his thoughts. The old chief had told them they could make a call from Caito city, she was saying stuff about interplanetary communication. What befuddled him was, the old chief assumed that they were from a neighbouring planet. Where on earth anyone would be calm if someone says they are not from their planet.


Arav wanted Kiara to calm down as she was the only one who could communicate with the natives.


After some time, when Kiara calmed down, Arav and Kiara went to ask for books related to planets and stars.


Kiara knowledge in reading and writing in Santhali was limited. So, they asked for books. And what met them was another obstruction. The books were in Sumerian language. Like their country India, this planet also had a ton of languages and dialects. 

So, they were literally illiterate here. They can only stare at the pictures.


Brandon saw this book and eyes shined as if he had seen some treasures.


"This. This. How could this be? This is the Sumerian language. My life's research..", Brandon was too excited that he could hardly speak.


"You can read it", Arav asked


" Yes. Haha", Brandon was behaving like a mad man.


Kiara gave him the book and waited for him to translate it to them. But Brandon was too much into his own world. He was in ecstasy.


"Earth to prof. Dominic, we need a little help here", Kiara pulled back Brandon from his own little world.


He deciphered the book to them. He told them that they were in a galaxy called Elysium. 'An' solar system is one of its systems. The whole galaxy and nearby four galaxies are under the Elysium govt. This Elysium govt was in Elysium city of 'El' planet. And the book had mentioned a dozen planets and galaxy, but their Milky way galaxy wasn't in it. Neither there was any that resembled it.


This was a groundbreaking find for them. If they go back to Earth and tell them, there are galaxies millions of light-years away from where humans live and their knowledge on space travel was beyond time. No doubt this matter will cause a commotion. But only if they can go back to earth.  


Arav had a frown on his face while Brandon was ecstatic. Groundbreaking or whatever, it was no help to their situation.


The only help they could get was going to this Caito city. From where they will have to go to Elysium city, oh it's on another solar system. When they reach Elysium they may or may not get a ticket back to Earth. All this travelling was sure to eat up their whole lifetime. It took them 560 hours to reach this village, another city on foot, no way. Unless they had a mode to travel.

A flight going to New York from Heathrow vanishes a few hours after takeoff. The passengers of flight find themselves stranded in a mystical island. They try to find a way back home. Things don't go easy for them. They undergo many circumstances which question their beliefs, questions their state of being. Or if it was alright to give up.  "Will they ever be able to come back home?"

"Why should we go to such a place?" Netis asked. Olleus had just suggested we travel to the human empire for our first trip.

"Well, I know that the Empire doesn't welcome Dark elves and Beastmen. However, there is something in the Empire that I'm quite sure you would want" Olleus said. 

"And what could that be?" I asked Olleus and to be honest, I am very against this as well.

"There are three people you guys are searching for, two girls and a man. Am I wrong?" Olleus asked. 

"No, you're not. I'm not really sure the man is even here though" I said.

"Well, if you want to know how I know this then… don't ask. You see, the girl is, as you can guess, in the human empire. There is one problem, however," Olleus said.

"What type of problem are we talking about?" Netis asked. 
"How do I explain this? Well, the girl you're looking for is a… royal family member." Olleus explained. 

"HOW DARE SHE!" Netis screamed at the top of her lungs.
"Netis calm down, it's not like she chose to be a princess," I told Netis who wouldn't calm down.

"He is correct," Olleus said. Netis calmed down. 

After this, a 5-second silence followed.

"WHY AREN'T YOU GUYS ASKING ME HOW I KNOW THIS!" Olleus finally exploded. 

"Eh! You told us not to!" Netis shouted back. 

I sighed and asked, "Olleus, how did you find out I was looking for three people?" After this, Olleus calmed down. 

"It's simple, a god told me that you were looking for three people and even told me how one of them looked like!" Olleus told us while having a smug look on his face.

"Cheapskate" Netis said. 

"How am I cheapskate for listening to advice from the gods?" Olleus proclaimed. Netis went silent.

"There is still one problem though, it's not a problem for me to get into the empire since I look like a normal elf. But Netis doesn't really look like a human. With the ears and all" I said, reminding Olleus that I was pale white. 

"I have already thought of that, I present you…" Olleus took a cap from his bag. 

"I knew it! Cheapskate!" Netis didn't want to hide her ears with a cap. Netis herself was a beastman, more specifically of the tiger tribe. It really compliments her aggressive attitude and well-developed body.

"Hold on! This cap is… err… ah yes, enchanted with illusion magic!" I could sense Olleus activating magic the moment he said that. 

"Oh, then it should be able to hide my ears even if I take it off," Netis said, Olleus mumbled a spell. 

"Wait! I heard that! You really are a cheapskate!" Olleus didn't really think this through.

 "Ah, remember to give this to Isao" Olleus handed me a glove. 

"It's something that will change his skin color and make him look more like an elf" Olleus gave me a black glove made out of leather.

"Thank you, mentor," I said to Olleus.

"… I'm really losing my temper here" Netis was furious.

"Good luck on your journey!" Olleus shouted as we left.

After having gotten to the city Netis asked me, "Young master, where should we go first?"

"Before we can leave, we have to do two things. One, get Isao. Two, go to the adventurers guild." I told her.
"Seems good," Netis said.

We went to the place where Sanjo trains Isao all the time. 

It seems Sanjo already prepared Isao for travel and was waiting for us to come and get him. Isao didn't waste any time to follow us. After getting Isao we went to the adventurers guild.

"Can I talk to Falko?" I asked the receptionist at the counter. "Yes, follow me." We followed the receptionist to the Guild Master's room. 

 We came into the room and Falko immediately asked, "What do you want to talk about?" 

"We're going to the human empire, and I wanted you to help us a little," I said. 

"What do you need me to help with?" Falko asked. 
"We can disguise ourselves as elves or humans, but our guild card states our real race," I said. 

"You want me to change that? Sure, I owe you countless favors anyways." Falko chanted a spell, "Done, here you go" 

"So, the cards are changeable using magic?" I asked.
"More or less,  but only guild masters can change them though," Falko said.

"Well, we're also going to need a certificate from you, to make sure we can manage to get into the adventurers guild in the empire," 

"Ah yes, Olleus asked me to prepare a few a while back… here you go". 

"Thank you Falko, we'll be on our way now," I said and started to leave the guild.
"Goodbye, little ones" Falko waved at us.

"That was easier than I expected it to be," Netis said. 
"I already knew he had those prepared. I just didn't want to be rude" I said. 

"Hmm, as expected of Young Master," Netis said.

After getting the papers, we decided to get some food for the trip and find a carriage. Right now, we are done with the first two things. However, the carriage is giving us trouble.

None of the carriages are traveling to the human empire. Mostly because the people living around here are dark-elves, beast men, demons and such. Making the humans, who have been taught to hate us, abstain from traveling here. So, in order to travel there, we can either walk there or just buy our own carriage. And by a vote, 2-1 we decided that carriage was the best idea. 

We got a carriage for 30 silvers, a good price. The horse cost around 10 silvers. In total it's 40 silvers (400$). "Young master! We're leaving!" Netis shouted. 

"I'm coming" I closed the book. The book I'm talking about is the Magic book. I have completed the first 10 pages, there are a total of 100 pages of information. 

I got on the carriage and we headed towards the human empire. It will take about 10 days to get there. Meanwhile, I'll continue my research on this book.

I'm going to simplify all the information I've gained from this book. The first ten pages were about mana, what mana is and does. To sum it up, mana is souls. The mana thinks, and the mana has feelings. The people that have are more adept in magic, are simply liked more by the mana souls. There is a reason why only the most charismatic nobles can produce good mages. 

That is also the reason why some commoners end up having extraordinary magical power.

Now, what mana does when, for example, you were to fire off an arrow of ice. Then the mana would transform based on the image and understanding of the spell. The better image and understanding will make the ice arrow better and easier to control.

Then it's the chanting technique. I haven't completely managed to understand what the creator is writing about here, but I'll explain it the best I can. 

When you chant, you command the mana souls to do something. Which is making it harder to form the souls to your will. However, if you were to find a way to get rid of the chanting, then you can bend the transformed soul to your will. Doing this will cause you to exhaust your energy much faster. 

The only reason I can fire off many spells without chanting is that of the heavy training I received by Ailen and father.

There are still a lot of answers I want from this book, like why do people get different aptitudes and such.

Our protagonist, named Ubel, is a boy born into a rich family. One day his father tells him to work hard and study in order to become a great leader in the future.

However, after a tragic incident, he meets Ailen, who's a scientist. Ailen takes custody of Ubel and trains him in many different combat styles. 

After Ubel's 19th birthday, Ailen takes him to a room. In that room, Ailen tells Ubel something very interesting.
