One word transported a man to the world of unknown, one bomb ended treetop lovers, one letter formed an unlikely duo, one shadow lurks to find the truth, and a young boy struggles in the world of giants. 

In this collection of short stories, poetry, and journal entries—updated daily—Skeezies (a pseudonym) collects his speculative fiction that is grounded on his own reality for readers alike—science fiction, romance, comedy, horror, thriller, and the wondrous feeling of diving into a whole new world in every chapter.

Just as there is 'Soft Magic' in Fantasy that is portrayed through magibabble, there can be 'Soft Science' in a Sci-Fi stories through technobabble that makes 'some sense', but not entirely correct.

We are frickin' writers, not scientists. You don't have to be anatomically correct all the time, all you need to do is show that you know enough of your stuff to write a decent story. In fact, the excuse of it being an alternate world can be used if you're going to bend the limits of physics and say that fire doesn't need air to exist in this parallel dimension.

I see a lot of writers being put into a state of confusion due to not understanding the line between fantasy and Sci-Fi. They seem like they are trying to fit the Star Trek mould too often.

Science can just as well do the same things as plot devices in fantasy stories. Once you add 'realism' to a fantasy, it becomes progressively better sometimes compared to a completely fantasied story where 'logic' doesn't hold within it.

Those who write Sci-Fi usually envision a future they can imagine where magic-like Rocket Boots and other stuff exist. However, a writer must not get bogged down by small details and MUST think of an overarching story where these details matter.

It is the same with Fantasy. Even if you write about someone breaking the mould as a wizard or something, you have to attach your world to a narrative rather than doing it the other way 'round.

No one wants to hear about how awesome your boat propellers are before hearing your story's narrative. They would rather you cut down and make it relevant when it is actually relevant.

Adding some 'Hard Science' to your story is only when the scenes later on have any use for them. It bores a person to death no matter how extensive your technobabble is unless you make it interesting. Try using facts as plot elements.

For example: Even the simple fact that people cannot breath in space and instantly die when they come in contact with the 'void' of space could be used to add a layer of tension when a spaceship is damaged. Similar to how dangerous 'hard magic' is used in Epic Fantasy like Frodo's Ring in The Lord of the Rings has definitive corruption on others.

Unlike Fantasy that can use the Power of Friendship to bend logic, the readers of Sci-Fi never be expecting any 'realistic' plot elements to be bend just because the Author wants a happy ending. There are no 'Healing Potions' in real life that can be used to fix up injuries nor are people affected by prophesies or whatever.

This is the contrast between Sci-Fi and Fantasy that you can make full use of. As most authors go onto the Sci-Fi side of writing not because they strive to be scientists but since the aesthetics of a science fiction world are just so interesting.

Science Fiction is a good place to tackle heavy topics like the nature of life and the absurdity of those who see 'science' as everything. Those who disregard emotions and become cybernetic entities for the sake of casting off their mortality are portrayed as the bad guys while our totally human protagonist fighting them is a 'good guy'.

The lines between an Artificial Intelligence and regular Humans blurs as we become the 'God' of technological species that defy our definition of what is 'living'. Just as we see God as some sort of fourth-dimensional and incomprehensible being that created us as an imperfect image of 'Him', the robots given sentience would see us similarly.

Some robots might have emotions that can allow them to defy their programming, some robots won't go as far as gaining emotional functionality but will preform their roles better than even a human. It could show the reason why people get attached to the inanimate and soulless objects we put our own hearts into creating (like Big Hero 6).

But though exploring philosophical questions is good and all, never forget that a good 'plot' is needed to put forward and give clues into the writer's answer that context. Sci-Fi is, after all, a premise, not a relatable character in of itself.

Think of the science-fiction elements as just the background for your story, similar to how other genres should be that as well. You won't have to deal writing blocks if you keep to writing only what you know rather than just speculative theories.

Whether it's as dark as a Cyber Punk or optimistic of the future, just know what mould you are using for this premise. Are you writing an Adventure story with Sci-Fi as the places, destinations, and whatever tools the MC can get him hands on, or are you writing a comedy where the Sci-Fi elements don't need consistency but absurdity?

After moving past why you shouldn't add unneeded technobabble unless it's interesting to listen to or has plot significance, let me remind you all that robots and 'science' isn't entirely separated from the realm of magic. After all, there is a reason you don't see skimpy power suits being worn by astronauts these days. Just be sure to have a focus if your going to add very illogical things to the plot.

I like Gundam as much as the next guy but the whole reason the Mecha sub-genre of Anime has waned in recent years is because writers have been focusing too much on 'science' rather than the spectacle. I don't need to now what materials your Mecha is made of unless you point its weak points and make it relevant in a fight scene.

Bring up the strengths and weaknesses of something and THEN use those facts as devices that can move the plot. Conversely, if you go overboard with this advice and tell me nothing but how your giant robot looks and the 'science' behind its creation, even going as far as to tell me how many secret guns it has, then I'll be bored...

I'd love to see Cyborgs Vs Mecha but just don't forget the human element of Sci-Fi. How we create things not solely for the sake of creation but put are feelings into it just like the novels we write.

This is a story I worked on ages ago that has been refined and edited by adding foreshadowing to events while also simplifying the power system better than before. This story can be considered a prequel to An Adventure Beyond Greatness as it takes place years prior to the events of that story.

Short Synopsis:
After retiring from the battlefield, my life became empty and lifeless. The regrets of my past haunt me in my sleep. Then a change occurred, a King from another world summoned me to fight for his kingdom, but I died even before I could give him my answer. Now, after a fake God allowed me to reincarnate (albeit imperfectly) with my memories intact, into a world filled with magic and swords.

Long Synopsis:
This is about a flawed protagonist who only knew to rely on others and not socialise who gets a second chance to change himself in order to live the life he aimed for in his past life. The narrator isn’t exactly trustworthy since it is purely in his bias perspective while other perspectives given by others fill in the blanks that he either leaves out or twists to suit the situation.

The story itself can be considered a parody of Isekai’s classic tropes which are given a sense of reality as time goes by. As there exists no ‘Demon Lord’, there is also no black and white, only characters opinions and counter-opinions throughout the story.

The author has written 7 stories ranging from fandoms of Harry Potter, Naruto to Bleach and X-overs with MCU and StarWars. Though none have been published as of 21 Aug 2019, they will be posted here during the year '20.

The thought of committing suicide had never been something he had considered seriously, but now that he had nothing to live for, he wanted to end it all. Tanatswa began to dedicate his time to learning the different methods of suicide. He decided to make use of his VPN in case someone was checking his search history, hoping that his sudden interest in self termination wouldn't result in the authorities being alerted. As the boy looked at the search results list, he saw Google's other search results showing suicide hotline numbers and warning against taking one's own life. 



Tanatswa simply ignored these, and went straight for the link with the list of methods. The list had drowning yourself, jumping off a building, running into a car, drinking rat poison or making yourself suffocate with the fumes of a car. These seemed complicated and probably were the most painful ways to die. Tanatswa remembered almost drowning when he was little and could still simulate the pain of his lungs back then in his mind. Though he wanted to end his life, drowning himself was out of the question. The option of cutting himself with a razor on his wrists seemed like something he was likely to do. However, the prospect of bleeding himself to death got him worried about what would happen if he failed to die and had to live with his fuck up. Tanatswa thus opted for the traditional method of hanging himself.

 

 

After watching a tutorial, the boy took a rope that was in the back yard, tied a noose, and made a hole in his ceiling so that he could hook the rope on the wood that was supporting the roof tiles. Tanatswa placed the scissors he used to cut through the rope in his right pocket and grabbed a chair. He stood on top of it, put his head through the noose and tightened it. After a minute of contemplation, he shed a tear, grimaced his face and then kicked the chair away. In that moment, a tight hooking sensation engulfed his neck. As if his body was acting on its own, his hands rushed to latch onto the rope that was squeezing the life out of him. He was in pain and he could feel his face quickly heat up, covered in veins as his eyes turned red. 




His legs began to knock down furniture as he kicked around and lamented the pain in his chest. Dying was actually a painful affair and this was more than what he could handle. Tanatswa quickly searched through his right pocket, took out his scissors and began to cut through the rope. He was nose bleeding by then and sweating vehemently. Through sheer force of will, he snapped the rope, landed badly on the floor and fractured his right wrist and dislocated his right shoulder. The pain from both his landing and chest made him cough violently and burst into tears. He had not fully committed to this part of suicide and was now dealing with the consequences. 



The rope had left a deep mark on his neck which would become apparent to anyone with suspecting eyes. He lied on the ground, crying for over 10minutes until his maid burst into his room to find his maimed body. She was horrified by what she had discovered and helped him up. His room was a mess and it smelled like semen and piss. She helped him up and dragged him to the living room. She took off the noose and realized how deep the marks were on his neck. 



She began to scold him, shouting out, "What were you thinking? What is bothering you? Why do you want to die at such a young age?" She rushed to get a glass of water, and gave it to him. Tanatswa used his uninjured hand and slowly drank it, but he burst into a violent cough similar to vomiting water. The maid got flustered by this situation and immediately opted to make a phone call. She decides to call his mother but as soon as he understood what she was about to do, he yanked her forcefully and held her tight, grabbing a hold of her phone and then stuttering into her ear, "Don't tell my mother, if you do you will make things worse." The maid was stunned by his forcefulness and unintentionally struck his dislocated shoulder with her elbow. 




He roared in pain and fell to the ground. The maid now felt even worse for escalating his situation and began to apologize with teary eyes. She still did not know what to do and opted to call his mother but when she made her way to her phone, the young man made it a point to make it clear that he didn't want her to phone his mother, but she insisted on making sure that she would. The maid got a hold of the phone and rushed outside to make the phone call. Though weak and rustled by his strangulation and fall, Tanatswa rose up from the ground and tried to catch up to her but in the end he collapsed and fainted due to a lack of strength. Tanatswa had failed to even end his life, but now things were bound to turn for the worst.

 

 

Tanatswa woke up in the back seat of his mother's Honda and realized that the car was in transit, heading for the hospital. He could hear his mother's sobbing as she drove and wondered when was the last time he had heard her cry. When they arrived at the hospital, the maid who was seated at the passenger's seat rushed out and opened the back seat door. The young man evaded her assist and decided to get out himself. Apparently the little sleep he got from the fainting was enough to recuperate him fully with the exception of his fractured wrist and dislocated shoulder which was still bust. Tanatswa's mother glanced at him and with a shrivelled face asked him, "Why do you want to make your mother cry? Who bewitched you?" The rather negative reception was expected but the fact that she thought that he was bewitched made him feel uncomfortable. 




She contained herself and walked towards the hospital doors. His mother talked to the receptionist and slipped in the words, "tried to hang himself." This made the nurses and staff give him immediate attention, but the look he got from those who overheard his mother was really repugnant. It was as if he was a criminal that committed mass genocide or rather the thought of self infliction on one's own body was a cosmic anomaly to them. Tanatswa ended up going to see the doctor and when asked about why he tried to hang himself he kept quiet. The young man ended up getting prescribed anti depressants, other drugs to deal with his lungs and pain on his neck as well as a cast for his wrist. The pain of getting his shoulder lodged back made him gnash his teeth, but he tried by all means to not shed a tear during this experience.



 As he lied on his bed, pretending to be asleep, he could over hear the doctor and his mother having a conversation concerning him. She ended up chocking up his depression to possibly unemployment or witchcraft. Her superstitious mind never failed to peeve him, but alas he felt like a stigmatized HIV positive person. Tanatswa stayed there for one night and then returned home. 




He also wondered whether or not the maid had spread any rumours about him to any of the people in the neighbourhood. The last thing he wanted was his reputation to be ruined, to be painted as a broken creature with decrepit thoughts. It's not as if these people really cared about him, but the thought of them coming up with their speculative fiction about the reasons behind his attempted suicide annoyed him. Despite the fact that the pain of strangulation hurt a lot, he actually regretted not taking his life. Later that day when he had returned, the local pastor was sent to his household to pray for him. The deduction that the pastor had made was that the young man was plagued by an evil spirit and would probably need an exorcism. Tanatswa glared at this man as if he had insulted the very fabric of his depression. This wasn't some sudden phenomenon as a result of opening a forbidden book, but a culmination of failed attempts at succeeding in life. 



Tanatswa rolled his eyes and went onto to his room to reflect on his current situation. The boy still wanted to kill himself but he wasn't going to hang himself or rather even if he wanted to, he no longer had a chance to do so. The house was on high alert and he was even told to sometimes sleep in the dining room so that people in his family would keep an eye on him. 




This was now frustrating him and he wondered when this close scrutiny would end. The young man decided to end it all by going online to once again seek out more information on how to end his life, this time, with painlessness being the major aim. As he was going through the links he noticed a link to a local suicide facility. This shocked him because Zimbabwe was a conservative country that would never allow such a thing to exist. Tanatswa got curious and clicked the link. He was taken to website that seemed simple and professional considering it was offering death by euthanasia. The minimum age restriction for this service was 21 and apparently the cost was free. Free? Holy shit was what he was thinking and it probably was a scam, but instead of instantly writing it off, he took down the number of this institution and made sure to whisper into his phone as made the phone call.

 

 

"Hello is this Euthanasia Experience?" he asked, shocked that someone had picked up the phone.

"Yes. How may we help you?" asked the lady on the other side who had one of those posh voices that you would expect from a woman acting in a James Bond film. Tanatswa paused a bit, wondering whether or not anyone could hear him and then he whispered into the phone, "Is the euthanasia for free as it says on your website?"

"Yes it is." she said with a calm voice. Tanatswa was taken aback by her rather lax rapport considering that someone was potentially seeking death from their services. A bit sceptical he then asked her, "If you guys don't charge people for this process then what's the catch?"

"There is no catch per say but if you are wondering what we would do to your body, the option is up to you. We offer 2 packages. The first one is for your organs to be preserved and used for an organ donor transaction with local hospitals and the 2nd is that you can choose to have your body buried for the purpose of a funeral without ever having any of your organs distributed. It's all up to the individual. By the way, are you the one who seeks this service specifically and if so, are you above the age restriction?"

"Yes I am the one who is seeking the service and I am 23 years old." he said, slightly convinced by her explanation, "well where can I find your offices?"

"Well if you check our contact page, our directions are there. Make sure to double check the Google maps representation. You can come anytime today before 18:00pm." said the lady who seemed rather chummy with her last remark. Tanatswa was a bit petrified by the fact that her tone was so relaxed despite her being in the euthanasia business. He ended up checking the contact page, took down the address and thanked the lady for her assistance. The location looked familiar and was located near the 9th street of the high calibre Avenues flats. 




He didn't frequent there a lot but he knew that it was an area mostly inhabited by foreigners and upper middle class white collar job holders. All he probably needed was his ID and cash to get a bus. He was empty but he knew where his mother kept her secret stash of cash. All he needed was just a dollar to get into town and that was all he took. He left the house or more like sneaked out and headed for where he could catch a lift. It was around 10:00am and he was wondering how long it would take to finalize the paper work on their side, but surely if it was possible, he would want to end it all today.

A young man struggles with unemployment, failed dreams and overall becoming a useless member in society and decides to kill himself. Upon seeking this method of death, he encounters a being from the alternative realm who gives him an option of starting his life over from scratch, from level 1 on his planet. This gives him the chance to finally carve out a path for himself that he could never do on earth.

This novel is a work of fiction. Names,characters, places, and incidents either are the product of the author's imagination or are used fictitiosly. Any resemblance to actual people, dead or alive, events, or locales is entirely coincidental. 

Now, let me tell you what this novel is about. Basically, it is a fan fiction of the new version of  Beyblade Burst Evolution characters Free De la Hoya and Kristina Kuroda. Ever since I first saw the anime show, I've shipped those two. And now I will share my imaginations with you, although it might be a bit exaggerated. For example, Kristina will be the head of Greece's deadliest mafia gang,T.L.C., which also stands for The Lost Colony. In this novel, she will still be the manager of BC Sol, but her white lotus image will just be an act by her to convince her enemies she wasn't the head of T.L.C. Of course, deep down she cares for her team and all she did for them was true, it's just she was acting innocent. 
  Free will be one of the members under her gang, known as Agent 006, as he was the sixth person to get recruited for his expertise in shooting. But Kristina doesn't know Free was Agent 006. Free will be like her too, acting like he was bored of everything. You know, the blank look he wore everyday when you watched Beyblade Burst Evolution. As a matter of fact, he and Kristina will both only be themselves when in front of each other as they grew up together, so they already know the other's true colours.
  There will be a contract marriage too. Oh, and also Sasha will be Kristina's bestie and also Agent 042. Plus there will probably be no Beyblade matches as this is a Romance novel.  I know it's a lot to wrap your head around, so I won't blame you if you drop the novel halfway... Just kidding, I will find you and tear you into pieces. Ciao!

The newly hired servants entered the kitchen as Edana did. They grabbed more food and drink for the guests. She couldn't stay here or else one of the others would notice her hiding away from the guests and tattle on her to Drysi in order to gain favor. There had to be a better place to hide. The thoughts swirled madly in her head as her heart continued to pound. The wash room! No one would go in there till after the feast, when they brought the soiled table linens to wash.

Edana walked normally out of the kitchen before fleeing down the hall to a door near the end. However, she failed to notice that someone watched her flight from the open door to the dining hall. Upon pushing open the door, she found that it lay empty aside from some clean clothing waiting to be sent back to the master's room. Curling up behind one of the wash tubs, she tried to block out the noise and smell from the feast. She was hungry but she dared not go into the kitchen to fetch some food. If she did, she would be forced to serve the guests in the dining hall. She would have to face Lord Bradwr again if that happened. That was a risk she could not take. So she remained where she was, keeping up the pretense that she wasn't hungry. However, she could not escape the smell of the food, and her stomach growled hungrily despite herself. Drysi's extra demands for the feast today had deprived her of any chance to eat a proper meal earlier. Edana had counted on snatching some food while serving dishes during the feast to cover her hunger, but that plan was now in pieces. She would just have to suffer.

Eventually the noises faded and the savory smells faded into lighter, sweeter scents. Without the strong smell of meat to aggravate her senses, her stomach calmed down slightly. She waited until all sounds of feast had been silenced before venturing out of the wash room. Cautiously, she looked down the hall. Seeing that no servants came out of the hall or kitchen, she slipped down the hall and into the kitchen. 

The servants hadn't cleared the dining table yet, so Edana couldn't snatch any leftovers from the trays. However, on the table sat a rough plate with a loaf of bread and a hunk of cheese. Her mouth watered at the sight for she remembered her hunger. The plate was the type that Edana ate food off of so she assumed that it had been left for another servant. She cautiously picked up the food and smelled it. It smelled heavenly and made her stomach growl even more with hunger. She cut the cheese with a knife she fetched and stuffed it inside the bread. She bit into it, savoring the delicious taste and smell which she hadn't tasted for several years. This was not the roughly made bread and cheese which was all Drysi allowed her, as a child slave, to have.

But suddenly the taste turned vile. It made her gag and brought back a distant memory of tasting something like this before. As the vile taste spread throughout her mouth and body the memory came into sharp focus. She had tasted this before. There had been someone then to help her, to rid her body of it. Though, she now tried to vomit the poisonous food out it was too late. The poison coursed through her body and she sank down on trembling knees. Her voice made no sound as she tried to call for help. No one answered. She was all alone. She fought against the blackness that was taking over her to no avail. Her sight narrowed until all she could see was the face of Lord Bradwr entering the room. He loomed over her smiling, watching her die.

"Did you really think that after all these years I would forget you, the brat who got away?" he jeered. "Those ugly clothes and boyish hair can't hide you from my eyes. Now I'm rid of you as well. I have finally stomped out the last of your line. Go join your parents." 

His cold, cruel laugh echoed in the blackness which was all she could see. Her last conscious thought was that she was finally free…free from everything. 

Including him.

These thoughts are more of just a concept than anything deep like the RE fan-fic idea. So these will be just a few short paragraphs compared to the last two. Now on any of my chapters in here, feel free to leave criticisms, because I'm not really thinking too in-depth so there's room for error.

Firstly, I know it's kind of overdone but BHNA. Yeah, yeah I can hear you typing furiously say it's cliche and there are too many already. But I'll say this, when was the last time you saw one of the many BNHA fan-fics last more than fifty chapters? Maybe once I've actually seen it happen, and it was one of those travelling the multiverse collecting harem members type of fan-fiction. Currently, A Knight's Will is taking place in My Hero Academia, and it's been better than that. But I'm ranting, you guys want to hear my idea. So, I was thinking that since the manga is based on western superhero comics, why not add in a Western superhero? Someone like Spider-Man or Captain America, maybe even the Hulk. There are loads of heroes who would fit in, so why not use them? (By the way, my personal vote is for Spider-Man) It doesn't even have to be the actual hero, it could be someone who wakes up in their body.

You know, while there are a few fan-fiction that use either DC or Marvel as a setting, they don't really bring much new content. Most will just make the MC a Kryptonian or Speedster, some may use Asgardian. I haven't really seen them use Saiyans or other anime races. So, why not bring a Saiyan into Marvel? Yeah, Saiyans are over-used, but it's for a good reason: They make characters strong, but not without effort. Sure, a low-level Saiyan can wipe out the population of a planet but if it's Marvel Earth, then there are plenty who could do the same.

I'm actually surprised that no one has done a Mass Effect fan-fic, there's lots of possibilities there. Especially if You want to change the endings of the original trilogy. Sure, it's a lot easier to use non-game fiction but there's a Halo fan-fic on the site right now, so why not Mass Effect?

So, those are just three short ideas for fan-fics. I'll try and make the next one a little bit more detailed but it will probably be a while.

So, I have these ideas float around my head constantly. I figured since I'm not using them, someone else could. If you read them and feel like writing about it, feel free. I'd rather focus on my own novel, so they are fair game for anybody. I'd love to read them if they are ever used.

Summary – AU. Soul society collapsed under Yhwach's boot with all Shinigami dead at the hands of his Sternritters. For nine years Ichigo fought, struggling to keep the last vestiges of his sanity alive. The last struggle, one last fight where he gave it his all and accepted every facet of himself…and nothing. With Yhwach as soul king, the world burns asunder. And what has Urahara planned? Time-Travel! Dangai Ichigo Power levels! Smart Ichigo!

A/N – 1. Since there are many things in bleach that are a bit confusing/convoluted in their explanations, the size of seireitei, Zanpakuto, its creation and relation to its wielder and many other things, for example, I will be taking some liberties with them in this fanfic. I assure you, the things that make bleach, bleach, will all remain the same and my explanations will flow into the story rather than being dumped all at the same time.

2. I usually prefer the Japanese names of things and will do my best to write them as the creator intended but, it slows down the writing part quite a lot and if I don't, for some reason, do this every time, I do apologise for it in advance.

A rift opened in a withering chamber at the lowest levels of the earth, beneath a burning city. Light, red and haunting burst from the opening as it broke through the world, surging with tremendous power.

It was not something that could be hidden from one's senses as it literally tore through reality itself and thus, it should not have been present in the last safe house for the remnants of those who kept the balance.

Even now, their enemy was fast approaching with an end that had been promised to them all those years ago.

"Are you sure about this?"

The hoarse voice of his companion asked worriedly as he saw the three of them struggle to control the Kido in the barrier.

"Its…our…only shot," he replied, gritting his teeth in pain as the burden of the spell fell on his shoulders a little more.

A glance to his left and he saw both his sisters had blood coming out of their eyes pooling at their legs marring the etched runes on the stone floor that Urahara had painstakingly carved for this endeavour.

"Karin! … Yuzu!" he shouted seeing the pain in their tired but fierce gazes.

"We…can…do this, Ichigo!" Karin grunted as she flared her reiatsu once more, trying her best to hold on for a little while longer. Ichigo had protected them their whole life, she knew she could not leave this task for him to take on his own. He needed her. Looking towards her side where stood her equally suffering twin, she amended her thoughts…he needed them both.

"Don't…don't stop now, brother!" Yuzu replied echoing her twin.

Ichigo closed his eyes in defeat but before his regrets could take hold of him and his thoughts could remind him of all that he had failed to protect, he wrenched them back to the goal at hand.

It was their only chance. Their last chance to save the world and their loved ones… Even if it cost them everything.

With clenched teeth, Ichigo gave a mighty roar and pulled out all stops that kept his reiryoku in check.

"AAAAAHHHHHHH…"

A silvery glow emanated from his very being, lighting up the dark chamber with its luminescence.

The purple barrier holding all four of them inside wavered for a moment and came back alive with a renewed strength just as the blood-red rift at their front opened its ominous gates with a creek that all of them could feel in their very bones.

"It's time," Kisuke said in a weary tone, the effort to keep the barrier taking a dangerous toll on his soul.

Ichigo took a steadying breath and sharing a look with his sisters, nodded. They had prepared for this. They had made their peace with whatever happened, knowing that what they had planned did not guarantee success.

"My right hand is the stone that bridges worlds. My left hand is the blade that binds reality. The black-haired shepherd is hung from a chair. Stratus clouds come, and I strike down the ibis…Keikaigi Kuro!" Ichigo began the incantation even as his legs shook from the effort of keeping the multitudes of spells inside the barrier.

"Barrier of dust, shield of north, protector of Men! Arise from ashes and reveal our weakness. Dissolve into air and hide our sins! On altars of greed we call you. In graves of virtue we worship you. Bind, scatter, reduce to ash! Cripple, crush, dissolve...Dangai Shiro!" Karin echoed her brother, feeling the strain double in an instant.

"God of Wind, hear my plea. Take from me my stubborn heart, take from me my weakness. Through me form the winds of change and the winds of destruction. From the four corners of the world, come to me the Eastern, the Western, the Northern, and the Southern winds and let loose the might of time…Taimugēto!" Yuzu ended with a hitch in her tone that told the others she was standing on her last legs.

The effect was instantaneous.

The purple barrier shimmed and wavered away as the called upon might of time itself tore the spiritual particles into nothingness.

The Kido barrier capable of keeping even the most tenacious of beings who could boast a spiritual power surpassing those of a Shinigami Captain, could not keep the corroding touch to time from fading it away.

Kisuke Urahara, the exiled Shinigami of the Soul Society, looked upon the scene and a tired sigh left his lips even as his feet felt the thundering of the earth beneath in response to the spell the three Kurosaki siblings had awakened.

He looked down in his hand and for a brief moment doubt surged within him as the pitiful being in his hands fought for control.

The anger when he saw it though, eroded his doubts.

Pernida Parnkgjas.

Yhwach's Schutzstaffel. A Sternritter with the epithet C - The Compulsory.

The left hand of the Soul King and the only thing that had enough power to get his companions to where they wanted to go.

It had been a bitch and a half binding the thing into a barrier much smaller than its own body and he'd had to create a new Kido just to keep it from using his powers on him while the ritual was active.

Now though…now, there wasn't a need to keep it in check. For what the Sternritter was up against, even it, with all its power wouldn't be able to do anything.

"NOW KISUKE!"

Ichigo's shout brought him back as he saw the rift beginning to close.

Brining the Quincy near enough to his chest and with a single thrust, he plunged his Zanpakuto, Benihime into his own heart just as it cleaved Pernida Parnsgjas in two, their mixed blood spilling onto the floor.

He and Benihime had made peace with what they both knew, they'd have to do. His Zanpakuto spirit had been more amused by it than anything. She had said to him once, the reason he didn't harbour romantic feelings for Yoruichi was that he was already in love with her and now that he was dying with her…well, didn't it just show the depth of his feelings for her?

He hadn't really been able to deny that.

"UNGHH…" Kisuke gasped as the fatal wound tore through his chest. A small smile came to his lips as he felt the whispering voice of Benihime soothing his pain. It turned into a savage bloodthirsty thing when he saw the Sternritter's reiatsu was being absorbed by the rift as they had hoped.

"Disintegrate, you black dog… of Rondanini! Look upon yourself…*cough* with horror and then seize your own throat!" Kisuke intoned the final chant of spell coughing blood and threw the flailing limb into the rift which ate at its essence as though it were nothing.

His job done, Kisuke's legs gave away even as his Zanpakuto held him, keeping him from touching the ground. Smiling slightly at Benihime in their mindscape, he took a last look at the orange-haired man who had become his friend in the time they had struggled together and whispered his last words in this world.

"It's up to you now, Ichigo…"

Ichigo felt more than saw the life of his friend and teacher fade away into the hungry maw of the rift that they had opened as their salvation.

Seeing his body as the blood dripped on the stone floor marring its blackness with Kisuke's life-brew, a haunted look came to his brown eyes as he added another name in the long list of people who had had to give their lives because of one monster.

A whimper and strained breathing from his side reminded him of what they had to do.

"Karin! Do it!" Throwing Zangetsu from within his sheath to her, he commanded with a tone that broke no argument. Not that Karin argued with him anymore. He was her big brother, her teacher, she knew what weighed on him. She could see the pain in his eyes.

"Hai!" she answered.

And with that, she did something that would have once horrified him but only brought a single tear in his eyes now.

'It's the only way…' he thought to himself, clenching his eyes shut at what was about to come.

Following Kisuke's example, Karin took Zangetsu and whispered something inaudible. And in a single unwavering thrust, plunged the sword into her chest.

"ANNGGHHHHH…" a cry of pain burst from her lips as she spat blood at her front.

"KARIN!" Yuzu shouted, her eyes brimming with tears.

"STAY THERE, YUZU! You know what will happen if you let go of the Kido!" Ichigo broke through to her, his voice strained as the force of spell tripped on his shoulders without Karin.

It took all her self control to stop herself from kneeling beside her struggling twin as her shallow breaths and pained gasps tittered down to small whimpers.

Gathering her flailing reiatsu, she took hold of the barrier keeping them safe from the rift and glanced at Ichigo. He was looking at Karin with a look she had seen from him once in his life before.

It was the same look he had when he informed her and Karin that their father had died saving them from an ambush by the Soul King's second in command, Jugram Jaschawalth and thirteen other Sternritters.

Ichigo had been there with him when they both had fought and bled to defend her and Karin from manic Sternritters who were doing anything and everything in their power to hunt them down.

His death…it had changed him.

It had changed them all.

She saw as finally, right before their very eyes, Karin's breath ceased and a second later, her body burned into nothingness, her essence travelling through the rift.

A tear rolled from her cheeks at the loss of her twin sister.

"AAAGHHHH…Yuzu! Go! NOW!" Her brother's frantic shout alerted her that something was wrong.

Then she felt it.

The outer barrier. It had been breached.

"THEY ARE HERE! GO!" Ichigo shouted again.

Praying for all of their souls, Yuzu did as her big brother commanded.

She dropped her hold on the Kido and heard Ichigo grunt from the strain as everything that kept them safe from the red opening fell on his shoulders.

Had she not seen it before, she would have been in awe of what her brother could do. The barrier that held their souls from being devoured by time was immensely powerful, requiring, in her estimate, an especially dense and huge amount of reiryoku to form.

Hastily as she could, she picked Zangetsu from where her sister had once stood and echoed the words Karin had whispered.

Before she could do what she must, her brother's voice caught her ears.

"Stay safe till I get there," he said with a strained smile and closed them again as the pressure from holding the spell got too much for him to speak.

Despite herself, that one statement from him made all the difference. With a teary smile of her own, she replied, "Hai, oniichan…"

Ichigo kept his eyes closed firmly, unwilling…unable to see anymore. He knew Yuzu would know the reason. She always did. She was the one who always took care of their family. She knew their needs.

When he heard the now agonisingly familiar pained gasp, he flinched.

Another one…gone.

His blood boiled as he thought of the sacrifices their little sisters had to make.

'They shouldn't have had to do this… It was not their time!' He raged inside his mind.

A pinprick at the back of his mind informed him of the last broken barrier that the Quincies had just broken and he thrusted his anger aside with frightening control.

Kisuke had said it all… It was all up to him now.

"Scourage of fire. Devourer of souls. Raging winds of North, hear me. Thirteen black horses in firey pits call upon thee. Free the chains that bind thy servant. Open the gates. Flood the earth. I unleash myself. Hachi-taibo…Tamashī Gisei!"

The final remnants of the barrier shattered as his incantation ended and for a moment, just one, he could breathe as though everything that had weighed on him had faded away.

With a vengeance, the force returned and pushed him down into the cold floor.

He only had time to call Zangetsu back to him before the fire from the bloody rift snatched him in its hungry maw.

"AAAAHHHHHHHHHH…"

His screams echoed in the empty chamber as everything began shaking. A quake of such magnitude hit the hole in the ground as the roof caved at the entrance.

"AAAAAAHHHHHH…."

A white orb of light came from his chest and disintegrated before his blood dripping eyes, its essence being eaten by the red opening in the air.

Ichigo clawed at his throat as it burned from within filling his being in excruciating pain.

'You're nearly there Ichigo…' A voice whispered in his head.

Even in pain, he recognised that voice.

"Zan…Zangetsu," he breathed.

'The hollow within you…its purged. I can feel its absence.' Zangetsu informed him.

Ichigo held on. The pain was nothing when he reminded himself what he would gain if he endured it as he must.

"ANGGGHHHH…."

A blue orb of liquid-like substance burst from him just as his legs burned to ashes. It held on to him though, doing its very best to get back within his soul.

Finally, with a feeble attempt to return back to its owner who sat on the Soul King's throne, the soul fragment in his being that made him a Quincy, crumbled into nothingness as the rift devoured it whole.

A bloody smile came to Ichigo's lips seeing the final remnants of taints leave his being.

It had been a gamble.

Kisuke had told him not to do and to follow the plan, but he knew, as long his soul was tainted, even going where they intended would not help in the slightest.

The sacrifices of these powers only added more stability to the opening as its fuel.

And more importantly…

Zangetsu was finally free. His true Zanpaktou spirit.

He saw, with searing pain behind his open eyes, as his Zanpakuto finally unravelled itself and settled within his chest as a part of him, as it was always meant to be.

He knew he was finally complete.

Ōetsu Nimaiya may have created all Zanpakuto's in existence, but even he had not understood what Zangetsu craved above all.

To be Ichigo's true partner.

And Ichigo knew that he could not be an amalgamation of every kind of being there was and become what Zangetsu wished him to be.

He was…what he always had been…

A true Shinigami.

With only one thing left to do, Ichigo triggered the final spell Kisuke had embedded in the chamber halls as a surprise for their guests.

"Saishū Kuyō Shibari…"

Thirty black holes came into existence at the buried entrance and held there by his will.

The bastards would not be able to run back to their master and tell what they had done. He would make sure of it!

With nothing left to do…he waited.

Burning…It had a distinctly different feel to it than anything he had ever felt before. The way his flesh sizzled and melted right before his eyes. The smell of it…his screams…his very life being lifted out of his body. He could feel every second of it. Could see it as if he was an outsider, watching his body being scorched asunder. It was almost easy at this point, despite the pain involved, to let go. The end would either bring him to the judgement of his cruel existence or would take him towards his only chance at redemption.

A sudden pull came and he gave in.

The last sounds he heard as the red opening engulfed him were the screams of his enemies dying as Kisuke's final surprise ended their days.

This is not a chapter.

Just like the title says, this novel is going to migrate to Fan-Fic section, category Anime & Comics.

This is due to several reasons.

(Probably) this novel will eventually (accidentally) use a reference so to prevent me from migrating many chapters, it is better to do it now.

Second of all, Now that I think about it, this novel is more suited to Fan-Fiction where mistakes, free speech and other things are allowed and purely for enjoyment. 

And no I am not looking for views, and also the other reasons. There are many good fan-fictions that are updated daily and even very popular, so I think if I don't update it weekly, you will not notice it anyway ლ(•ω •ლ) hohoho~~~ giving me more time #JK.

and other little reasons.

And for that, I hope for your cooperation for checking the last 11 chapters to see if there is still mistakes to be corrected to make it at least readable.

And therefore there will be no chapters for this week ( ͡°👅 ͡°) . Regular chapters will begin next week at Sunday in the new Fan-Fiction section.
