Although both of them were unconscious, it was without a doubt a great problem. Hiroshi didn't want anyone to find out about him just yet. If he were a bit older, he wouldn't have to explain but since he was still a six year old boy physically, he would have to provide them with an explanation.
"Should i bury them alive?" Hiroshi muttered while looking at his surroundings.
Last time when he opened his eyes, he was in professor Nayuta's lab. This time though, he was on the Highway..
People who passed by them really wondered what might have happened when they saw one man, one teenager and one child on the highway.
"Before anything, let me bring these baggages to the side."
After thinking for a while, Hiroshi decided to create a magic spell.
"Curse of Slumber."
-- Curse of Slumber: Allows user to curse the targets into deep state of slumber in which all the body functions will be suspended. Consumption of mana depends on the resistance offered by the target. Upon casting, the spell will consume a fixed amount of mana constantly untill the curse is lifted.--
He casted the spell on both of them additionally wanting to curse Jiraya with impotence while at it but somehow managed to calm himself.
"Byakugan."
Hiroshi started looking for some clues of his whereabouts. He saw that the road direction boards were thankfully written in Japanese and he was somewhere in Hokkaido.
'Now before I ask for a lift, I should change myself'
Hiroshi thought before transforming into the adult version of himself.
After sometime, a kind-hearted person decided to give them the lift up to the nearby police station. The man wore a simple coat and gave off the feeling of an accomplished scholar. Without even knowing Hiroshi's background, he helped him put the two waste of spaces in his car.
"Thank you sir. I am Hiroshi. May i have the pleasure of knowing your name?"
The man smiled and said,
"Well, I am Ryuuichi Aoi. So, how come you and your companions end up on the highway?"
"hehe..I don't really know...I mean we drank a bit too much last night and somehow end up on the road."
Both Ryuuichi and Aoi chuckled awkwardly.
"So what do you do for living Aoi san?"
Hiroshi could only change the subject to avoid any more awkwardness.
"I teach at University. What about you Hiroshi kun?"
"I am currently working as an intern bodyguard."
They talked for a bit and Hiroshi started putting the clues together to know more about the world.
'So the year is 2049 and the man infront of of me is Ryuuichi Aoi, son of the famed scientist,  Gengo Aoi. So I am in the world of freezing and the OP invaders are Novas.'
"Sigh."
"What happened Hiroshi kun? Why the long sigh?"
"Its nothing Aoi san. Its just that I always wanted to meet Gengo san. Ah! there is something on your head. Let me get it for you."
Hiroshi put Ryuuichi under the illusion magic to directly go to his house while thinking of Hiroshi and the others as his friends.
The principle behind the magic skill was same as genjutsu; to disrupt the brain activities with the help of chakra or mana. Hiroshi being adept at both created an even more sophisticated skill that couldn't be dispelled unless a huge amount of chakra or mana is used.
He also took a hair from Ryuuichi and immediately used it to gain the stigma tissues that would grant him the powerful freezing ability in 25 days.
They reached at Ryuuichi's house in about twenty minutes where they were greeted by Ryuuichi's wife Orie Aoi. She was initially surprised that Ryuuichi brought some friends back to the house and her surprise grew even more when she saw two of them were out cold.
"Hiroshi kun. Meet my wife, Orie. She is currently pregnant with our second child."
Orie slightly bowed while Hiroshi introduced himself.
"Hello Orie san! Its a pleasure to meet you. Ryuuichi san often talks about you at work. I am Hiroshi, an intern bodyguard. The person on my left is Jiraya, an author and the person on my right is Shisui, his assistant. Please pardon our intrusion."
The baggages were put in the room while Hiroshi continued talking to both Ryuuichi and Orie.
He wanted to put Orie under the spell but didn't do so in case it messes up with the child in her womb.
"So Ryuuichi san, where is your daughter, Kazuha?"
"Sigh! That girl likes to stay with her aunt and grandfather so when my sister moved back to my father's, she went along with her."
Orie too made a complicated face and Hiroshi decided to not pursue further.
Some time passed and Hiroshi kept on free loading at Ryuuichi's. Orie did not mind the company either as Hiroshi helped her a lot with her work and cared for her. Hiroshi even started using his clones to interact with the Aoi couple as Jiraya and Shisui.
Suddenly one day, Orie screamed in pain and fainted. Ryuuichi panicked but responsibly carried the fainted Orie to his car. Hiroshi drove them to the Gengo Aoi's facility as instructed by Ryuuichi.
Gengo started doing some preliminary tests and informed Ryuuichi that though decisions must be made in order to save his wife and child. Gengo suggested that Cassandra should be made the surrogate mother of the unborn child as stigma body fetuses are not able to mature safely in the womb of a normal woman.
In the case of their first child, the concentration of the stigma cells was low which was why Orie was able to carry the for full nine months only requiring Gengo's help in the final moments but this time the concentration of stigma body is far too much.
Just as Ryuuichi was about to agree, someone intervened.
"Ryuuichi san, how about you let me take me take a look before deciding on something?"
Ryuuichi, Gengo and Gengo's assistants looked at the boy who was daring enough to even let out his voice. One of Gengo's assistants flared up.
"Where do you think you are? Are you insinuating that you are better than Dr. Aoi? If Dr. Aoi says that there is no other way then there is no other way? Security take this youngster away from here!"
Everyone who was present sighed thinking that the youngster in front of them was too arrogant and full of himself. Hiroshi on the other hand didn't even bother himself with the stares and kept on looking at Ryuuichi. The assistant on the other hand was incensed and moved to grab Hiroshi by hand and throw him out himself. But contrary to his expectations, Hiroshi's hand didn't even budge. Not even a single millimeter.
Hiroshi for the first time looked at the assistant and stared him in the eyes.
"Sharingan!"
The assistant saw the blood red irides with three tomoe pupil surrounding the central pupil looking down on him.
Suddenly the corridor was filled with screams of Gengo's assistant who was struck with horror. He even pissed in his pants and started having an episode of seizures while mumbling something incomprehensible.
Hiroshi then proceeded to look at Ryuuichi and again asked with a smile plastered on his face.
"How about I take a look first?"

Who killed an old man in konohagakure?!? Who stole the forbidden scrolls and framed the most handsome ninja?!? Who turned a gay couple into two straights?? Who stole the original author sans' MC' s waifu(s)??

I went out of my underground palace to have a feel to my surroundings and to walk around to aid my digestion after my hibernation of thousands of years I over feed myself, I lost control. I almost drained the life blood of my butlers. 

I did not check the time when I decided to go up, I almost burn myself , the entrance of my underground palace was bare no trees  or shade to hide from the sun. I use my speed & reached the nearby forest I explore and lure some human to gain knowledge… mind you I did not bite any of them coz I am a picky eater & a bad case of Mysophobia..

It was 1 o'clack in the noon the sun its hottest, and its affecting me my vision, its getting blurry " its all in the mind" as I calm myself, I run to the biggest tree in the forest to have some rest. But when I reach the tree I lose consciousness. 

Next thing I know… 'baam' something fall down on me, hit me square in my stomach…. I groan in pain I automatically push the thing and spew my guts out…." Oh my lunch (T_T).. my butlers precious blood.." I gave a death glare at the thing… "Oh it's a human child, a beansprout in size" what is this thing doing at this time at the forest alone? 

" You made me spew my lunch, little beansprout...  I glare at her, and inspected her from head to foot, not enough blood on this little beansprout, unsatisfying thing… while I was busy think on how to feed, I felt a forceful tug at my shirt and caught me off guard and bend my knees. The next I see are pair of big jewel blue eyes... stunned I was for the strength of the child.

"Who told you to lie there you half grown man" the beansprout uttered with annoyance in her little face. She called ma half grown man…. ME…. A thousand years old Vampire! A half grown man this midget has guts bigger than her, I was ready to barter with her when suddenly a scent assaulted me, it made my stomach roil, disgusting smell.

"did you excrete? You SMELL!! And I cover my nose automatically, the child eyes become bigger and exclaim "what" she check her behind & clothes, I step back away from her , "Who poop? I did not… are you insulting me? She's turning red in anger. 

"Don't come near me you smelly thing" I was preparing to flee for my life, then before I knew it I was hug by the child & we stumble her on top of me, I struggle to shake her off me, the little thing casted a immobile spell on me, " a witch (⁰₀⁰)" she kiss my forehead… I was horrified ….oh my purity, "why you kiss me?" I questioned her.. "get off me you rascal, uncast the spell now… I demand furiously  ..."You don't have respect for your elder "release me now…damit I feel humiliated. A child detain me without hardship… Am I getting old?? That I was easily put immobile by a small beansprout… I am too outdated …. I feel sorry for myself… 

"too noisy" child blurted out & casted a spell again "Mute"… OMG this is my end….. This little rascal is proficient in spell casting…. He let his guard down once and he lost a lot of face to a mare child…(∏_∏)

 I just woke up from hibernation, I just want a feel of the new world…. What did I do to deserve this… I never killed any innocent passerby or hairy animal… my food was prepared by my butler…. Why why did I meet with this disaster?

"Don't bother to apologies" the girls declare with a raise chin " I put my hand & drool on you so your mine… uuhhh???  Are you listening boy? You are Margaret Rees Malvar property now your mine, my drool is on you ok! do not cheat on me you hear me! Husband? I was stunned silly with that declaration… D---DRO----DROLL….. HANDS…. I just notice that I was laying down in dirt…. I feel like vomiting blood with the revelation… I NEED TO SCRAB MY BODY TEN TIME NO A HUNDRED TIMES TODAY WITH BOILING WATER…..  

With a hazy mind I break free from the spell & run away to have a bath, without looking back at the open mounted shock Margaret, then her expression change to sinister. This scheming little girl inconspicuously put a tracker via the drool that was absorb in by the forehead of the convicted vampire…

That unsuspicious fleeing Vampire for his dear life without expecting that this will be his last day of him being single & his peaceful life will be subjected to a never ending headache.

How would you feel if you woke up in a body of a 14 year old girl with a pale utterly white & smooth skin like porcelain, a chest flatter than a washboard, all the hair in your body are white,  in short a walking photocopy paper. The only distinctive future are the amber eyes with dark red pupils.

Amazed & enlighten for her next book. Decided to collect writing materials by observing this action pack & tenacious fight. Our passerby Azul almost clap her hands in joy to the scene unfolding in front of her. Unsatisfied with her viewing area she move closer to have a greater view forgetting the word “caution “.
Our passerby human self was accidentally badly injure before she knows it her world turn dark.

Cross: You were possessed by someone. It was not the Banshee and Omega in you that did this. Someone knew you had this powers and possessed you.
Mike: But who is that?
Cross: Just keep trying Jane. You will surely remember everything.
(Everyone leaves the room.)
King Morghdad: Where Is Cross and Mike?
Peter: I thought I saw them earlier.
King Morghdad: Those guys are so useless.. I told you to relive both of them. They have been useless to Wallnock.
(Cross and Mike rushes in)
King Morghdad: Welcome idiots.
Cross: My lord we...
King Morghdad: Keep shut! Always have excuses.
Mike: We are sorry my lord.
Peter: My lord the death of this people was caused by something like a beast an animal with claws. Or maybe a beast. A possessed human.
King Morghdad: You sure this is not the Kanima?
Peter: No, if it was the Kanima there wouldn't have been anyone still battling death in the clinic.
King Morghdad: What of those in the clinic. Let's ask them questions.
Peter: None of them is in a good condition now.
King Morghdad: If this attack is not from Malikos then who did the attack.
Sylvia: (Bashed in) I know.
King Morghdad: Guards! Take this mad woman away from my sight!
Sylvia: You killed my daughter. And still lost Armanda. It shows you are a loser. So I have nothing to take from you. The deaths was done by someone from inside. A banshee with the Olive flower in the system.
King Morghdad: What are you saying?
Sylvia: A banshee gets tormented when the Olive flower gets into the system.. Banshee goes from screaming to a scary beast with claws.. There is a banshee in Wallnock!. Someone possessed her with the Olive leaf. Someone is controlling her. She is working for someone.
Mike: (Whispers) I think you regret releasing this woman.
Cross: She is making sense.
King Morghdad: Then who is the banshee? And the controller.
Sylvia: I have tried enough. Get the rest yourself.
King Morghdad: Knights set out ti the whole Wallnock and find the banshee..
(Everyone sets out to the town to find the banshee)
Cross: Someone is controlling Jane.
Mike: Yes, I think we should go see Sylvia.. She might be helpful.
(Cross and Mike goes to meet Sylvia)
Sylvia: I have expected you Cross. Thanks for saving my life.
Cross: Sylvia. We are here for a crucial issue.
Sylvia: The banshee?
Mike: Yes, how did you know?
Sylvia: I am a banshee.
Cross: You are a banshee?
Sylvia: Yes, I got banished from my town Aston because I was also controlled by someone and I killed a whole street in the town. It was very bad.
Cross: But why was Vera not a banshee too?
Sylvia: Its a gift it doesn't transfer through blood. If yiu want to become one. You can be given through magic.
Mike: Do you know the banshee in Wallnock?
Sylvia: You know her. Just make sure you keep an eye on her. Her controller might be near and might need her at any moment. Just spray the Mountain ash on her. She would become weak. And try everything possible to find her controller. Her controller must be dead before she gets cured.
Cross: But we don't know the controller.
Sylvia: Find the controller! It would be disastrous if you don't do that quickly.
Cross: We have to leave now.
(Cross and Mike runs straight ti Jane's apartment)
Cross: Jane you have to remember things.
Jane: Remember what?
Cross: Someone gave you the Olive flower. Someone knocked at the door.. Who is that person?
Jane: The vision is blurry.
Mike: You have to know. To help us find who is doing this..
Jane: I.. Its not easy to get the picture..
Seri: (Bashed in) Guys they are here! The knights are looking for the banshee. And they are coming here..
(Cross and Mike pretends they have searched the apartment)
Cross: Oh, this place is free. The banshee us not here.
Knight: Are you sure?
Mike: I said we have checked it. Or you will check for yourself?
Knight: Okay. I will leave.
(Jane stares at Seri in the hand)
Jane: That was close.
Seri: What?
Jane: The Knight would have caught me if not for Cross and darling Mike.
Mike: I am not your darling yet. Not until you get that beast from you.
Cross: We have to get the mountain ash and always keep an eye on her.
Seri: Mountain ash for what?
Mike: Sylv.... (Cross cuts in)
Cross: We would just need it. Can you get that for us? You are more familiar with the palace.
Seri: Okay, I will be back.
Cross: Mike you should always be sensible. Don't tell me you have started trusting this girl again.
Mike: But I think she is one of us.
Cross: She is not. And she will never be!
Seri: I think I remember something?
Cross: What? Jane talk to me What?!!!
Seri: There was a writting on the controller's wrist. "Fear the witch Fear the wicked".
Mike: So the person that did this is a witch.
Cross: You can't possess someone without being a witch. The controller is a witch.
Jane: I have not finished.
Cross: Talk to me Jane.
Jane: The same writing was on Seri's wrist.
(Seri enters immediately)
Seri: What? Why is everyone quiet?
Cross: Have you brought it?
Seri: Yes, This is it?
(Cross and Mike sees the writings)
Mike: How dare you!! Seri!! How dare you!!!
Cross: Mike, what are you doing?
Mike: She is a witch. She had always made us gain her trust. She is more cunny than Sarah.
Seri: (Laughs) so now you know. You know I am the controller. What next?
Jane: But why did you do this Seri? What have I done?
Seri: I needed Sarah and Mane dead. I didn't kill any other person apart from those two.
Cross: But over 30 people were killed!
Seri: Ask Jane about that. I only sent her to kill Sarah and Mane.
Cross: But why? Why do you want to kill your masters.
Seri: Because I hate them! I woik have killed you if it was possible.
Cross: Sarah and Mane didn't die. They just got severely injured. So release Jane now. And let's have a toast.
Seri: (Laughs) Maybe because I haven't killed her?. I just need her to to one last business for me. And she would be free!.
Cross: Seri don't make me do this!
Seri: Do what? Her life is in my hands. If you try to do anything stupid she dies too. So play along.
Mike: I hate you!!!!!
Seri: I never loved you too Mike.
Cross: Seri free Jane. Don't make me get annoyed.
Seri: Get annoyed? (Laughs) you are crazy!
Cross: I won't leave this room until you free her.
Seri: Then I would leave for you.
Cross: Come back here.. (Stretches his hand and cast some little spell to pull Seri back.)
(Cross hits head on the wall.. The spell backfires!)
Cross: Arghh that hurts.
Seri: You can be the greatest Sorcererlord in the nation. Buy you have no experience in how to use it.
Mike: We are sorry ma'am.
Seri: Mind your business Mike. He won't be there to save you always.

Mike: Cross, how are you doing?
Cross: My head hurts.
Jane: She is more powerful than you?
Cross: She is a witch. It will be hard to get her..
Mike: At least she is still scared of you. We are on the better side.
Cross: We have to act fast. She is more powerful than we think she is.
(Cross goes to meet Sarah in the clinic)
Cross: I have something to tell you Sarah.
Sarah: Like seriously? You want my favour?
Cross: It would be helpful for both of us..
Sarah: You are smart Cross. I can't have a deal with you.
Cross: Did you know Seri was a witch?
Sarah: (Laughs) Seri Is only a seer. Not a witch.
Cross: She possessed Jane and commanded her to kill you and Mane.
Sarah: That can't be possible.
Cross: We might get along. But you have to believe me on this one.
Sarah: Seri can't plan against me.
Cross: Investigate for yourself.. Check her wrist and see what it's written on it.
(Cross leaves the room)
Mike: How did it go?
Cross: Sarah didn't believe me. But I an sure she will have doubts in her mind.
Jane: Can't we meet any experienced sorcerer around. They could have a solution.
Cross: They might suspect we have the banshee. If we ask that kind of question at this crucial moment were the town is in a disarray.
Jane: So how do I get away from this bondage.
Cross: We kill Seri.
(Seri comes visiting Sarah at the clinic)
Seri: My lady, how is your body? I was scared when I heard you were attacked.
Sarah: The Kanima didn't do this. Then who did?
Seri: It's more likely a banshee.
Sarah: Banshee? I haven't seen banshees with claws and fangs.
Seri: Then you have seen one.
Sarah: (Looks at her hands and holds it firm) What is this Seri?
Seri: Its nothing. Just take your pills. I will be back!
Sarah: Come back here! Is it true?
Seri: What is true?
Sarah: So it was you?
Seri: I don't understand what you are saying?
Sarah: You are witch Seri?
Seri: Did that boy Cross poison your mind?
Sarah: The writings on your wrist. The ones of the witches.
Seri: And so what? Yes I am a witch. And I hate sorcerers!
Sarah: (Gets up and steps back) How dare you Seri!. You tried to kill me! I am your master!
Seri: I will try it again and again till I become successful.
Sarah: I trusted you Seri!.
Seri: My parents died because of you! Mane killed them and took me as slave! Just because I am a seer.
Sarah: Then why did you try to kill me. I am not Mane.
Seri: You are his omega. If he dies you become the next Sorecerlord of Malikos. And your tenure will be worse than him. You are more cunny and wicked than him!.
Sarah: Seri you know no one plays with me and get away with it. I am Sarah!
Seri: Suit yourself Sarah. You don't have the kanima. You are a loser.
Sarah: How dare you! (Angry) Klamorastanda!!!!
(The spell hits back at Sarah and she got herself on the floor)
Seri: I think now all be the right time to kill you Sarah. (Brings out an enchanted Knife)
Sarah: Don't do this Seri. Don't do this. Remember I am your master.
Seri: Master my foot!
(Seri almost stabbed Sarah with the knife but Cross interrupted)
Cross: Gristindiana!!!! (Rushes in)
(Seri got taken by a mini wind and hit herself on the mirror hanging on the wall)
Sarah: Oh, Cross. Thank you. You saved my life.
Seri: (Spiting blood) Don't trust her Cross. She is the devil.
Cross: But you are the real devil here if I may recall. You decieve everyone.
Seri: (Casting some spells silently)
Cross: What is she doing?
Sarah: I don't know?
(Mike rushes in)
Mike: Guys Jane is changing again.
Sarah: That's what she is doing she is turning Jane into the beats again before she dies.
Cross: What do we do now?
(Sylvia enters)
Sylvia: You have to kill her.
Cross: What?
Sylvia: If she completes the spell she will die and Jane becomes the beast forever. So you have to kill her before she completes the spell. To save Wallnock and to save Jane from being a beast. If you don't kill Seri now. You will be forced to kill Jane afterwards.
Cross: No, I can't do this. I can't kill her.
Sylvia: You just have limited time now. Seri is going fast.
Cross: Arghh.. I can't.
Sylvia: You have to be a man Cross. Stab her in the chest.
Sarah: Do it Cross. You are the sorcerlord of Wallnock behave like it. Be brave.
Mike: Cross! Jane will turn into a beast your omega!
Cross: Enough!
Sylvia: Just few seconds Cross. Do it!!!

Classes during the day and training at night quickly became a daily routine for Kaden and his new found friends. Quickly the first week of school was over.  

"Explain it again Mr Professor." Ash order Kaden as she used her new pet name for him.  

"Ok, ok give me a sec to think." Kaden replied as he took on a thinking pose.

Currently they all were in the living room debating about the weekend.

"Ok so say your this gallon jug filled with water.  That water is the energy need to use spells aka mana, sprites, magic, or what ever you want to call it.  Then you have these different size dixy cups.  Each dixy cup is a spell or summon creature that stored in your grimoire or card.  The school grades us by how fast and accurate we are at filling the jug of water into those dixy cups." He paused.

"Over or under fill will loses us points and being too slow will too.  The bigger the cup the harder the spell the more points you can get.  If we don't earn enough points and our grades drop the school will replace us. They will pick those who worked harder to be better then us to be on this team.  If that happens then we loose our discount." Kaden explained. 

The whole conversation started because some of the group did not want to do training on the weekend.  But after Kaden consult with Jessica on the matter he was convinced to keep practicing.  The idea of loosing that 75 percent discount left him shivering in fear.  

The school would not kick out any unfinanced student. But, they would not support them that much either.  In the end a debt must always be paid.  For summoners, it was even more so.  

One of the first lessons cover by their history and summoning teacher was examples of people biting off more then what they could chew and paying with their life's.  Some even with their very souls.  

The soul was thought to be the vessel which allow the magic to happen.  Summoners had special souls and combine with a highly trained mind and body made them more then human.  It also came with a price.  Nothing in the Multiverse is free.  That was their second lesson.

"Also, note that even though the team captain has the ability to recommend potential members only the school board of directors can change member of the team.  Some of those old basterds real big weirdos." Jessica added.

"I don't mind practicing everyday since this building always stock with different food.  The recreational facilities of this building are also top notch." Bruce added once he was reminded about the posablitiy of losing his 75 discount.  As a orphan newcomer with no backing he did not want to increase his already growing debt.

"Haha I guess this is going be a lost cause.  I know both Hinata and Jess vote and I don't want to be seen as an outcast among us girls so I guess you win Kaden." Ash said with a playful smile.

"What, wait why don't me, Tim and Jason get a vote." said Bisma as he place his snack down on his plate.

"Nah its cool I was going to go with what ever leader decided even if that discount matters every little to me.  But dad always said never waste a buck if you don't have to." added Jason. He like to call Kaden leader as he saw how uncomfortable it made the stoic youth. 

Tim just laugh it off like it did not matter.  Even if he was one of the most vocal about being free on the weekend.  His dad would disown him if he lost his elite status.   That status was a huge bounce for his families businesses.  Elites status at any of the major school change things for families for generations down the line.

"We have five more weeks to prepare before the first match.  After that first match we will start weekend classes.  Miss Maria always teaches the first year's elites in combat.  Mr Jet will pick up once she done teaching us all the basics.  He will be our teach for a long time as he our schools only master potioneer and runemaster.  I'll also be attending those classes as a student.  By then we will have our two other member pick out for our elite team." Jessica added knowing once first semester was over thing would get real busy for everybody.

"Aw, always a kill joy Jess, " Ash said as she gave her cause a dead pan look.

"Well technically I'm also a freshmen at this school and part of your elite team. Just I already master most of the school curriculum and grandfather push me in to that job.  I only knew about it on the day I came here." Jessica complained.  She was really looking forward to being a high school student but she was after all a Rockefeller.

"It ok I understand." Ash consoled her cousin and was secretly glad her last name was different.  Jessica was the appointed heir to the family estate. Many of the older member pinning high hope on the young genus they had betrothed her to.  Ash could only wish Kaden best of luck and Hinata the same.   A huge wall already was formed to block their way. 

Ash could not help but look at the blue eyed black hair Asian girl and wonder.  Hinata family was just as big as Jessicas and with just as much power.  Would two old and powerful family have a battle over a simple mind boy.  The thought brought her a smile and she now planned to help Hinata out to bring about such a struggle.

"No need to worry since we all are friend here Jess and you know we got your back." Kaden added as he patted the girl on her shoulder.

"Also we have three mandatory medical checkup coming this month as we all are going to be experiencing a rapid growth period with the constant use of spells and summons creatures. I'm confident everybody here will be taller then Jess by then." He finish, earning him a hmph and punch in the gut from Jessica as she stormed off to her room.  Everybody else just busted out laughing even Hinata laugh in her polite way.

"Haha, that our fearless leader at his best haha." Ash said as she rolled on the floor.

That how the group found themselves practicing on simple force spells during the weekend.  The introductory spell all students had to learn were force, barrier and zap.  Force spell could push and pull object like telekinesis.  Barrier could create shield to protect from objects and others spelled.  Zap did just that it allowed the caster to build up a large amount of electricity to zap things with.  In the beginning level each of these spell are harmless.  

Force could barely move a tissue paper.  Barrier was as strong as a piece of tissue and zap was like creating static electricity from rubbing cotton on wool.  Some powerhouses had took these spell to the apex. With them they could move mountains, dam off seas, and call fourth hundreds thunderbolts.

Only a hand full of people had be recorded in history to reach such high with those basic skills.  Why spend such dedication to simple spells when you could contract a creature who power was vastly superior or even flat out counter the spells effects.  No normal person would be so willing.

The one thing all those historical figure had in common was they all graduated as elites of one of the five school.  Kaden had several book on them in his room and he was enjoying reading about their adventures.  

In a different part of the station a firey red head was in a boardroom.  She was currently facing down a bunch of older people who hair also match hers.

"If fate demands it so why must we be so underhanded to try and kidnap a student of a rivel school.  If Madam Madeline so sure her sion is that boy why don't we just forward the news to that damn hussy and Lord Beelzebub." Savannah said as she threw down a folder.  It scattered its contents on the table showing surveillance footage of the target and all his friends. The folder had a detail background check attach to each of them.

"My team did a through check on everybody involved.  The boy you want to catch is guarded almost 24 hours by Lord Beelzebub and that hussy. Besides that, he's become a good friend with that lady's grandson.  Kaden, the one you tried to engage me to all those years back.  Now if my team makes a move two major families would get involved.   Beside that madman still mad at you all.  My sources say he on the station secretly watch everything here." She ended her bashing and took a seat.

"Are you sure of this, daughter?" asked the man sitting at the head of the table opposite her with a hint of concern in his voice.

"It's all in your own briefs I'm too tired to continue anymore.  Needless to say, I have withdrawn my team.  If sister wishes to pursue the matter that her choice but I'm done.  On another note, I have decided to transfer to a different school and their dean has already gladly accepted." Savannah said with a small smile as she walked out the board room satisfied.

A moment that changed his life forever.  He awoke to find that nothing was as he believed.   Join Kaden P. Flanagan as he starts his new life away from home at one of the best Highschool in the universe.  A crazy place hidden far from the mundane.

Nessia and her teacher walked into a classroom with delighted faces. 
  ''Alright, go back to your seat, Nessia. Class, you will get a piece of string on your table. Next, I want you to tie the crystal to the string like a necklace and wear it around your neck. That way, the crystal will always be connected to you and you won't lose it easily,'' Professor Lora instructed.
  Nessia was on cloud nine to awaken such an element. Light was one of the rarest elements! 
  Nessia did what the professor told and wore it. She felt like being tickled as she wore it, and it stopped when she put her hands away from the necklace. 
  ''Pretty weird, but maybe it's just protecting itself,'' Nessia thought to herself.
  After a few minutes, every student in the class finished tying and wearing the crystal necklaces and waited for the teacher to speak.
  ''After that, let's try to cast the Levitation Spell. A light object will appear on your table,'' Professor Lora spoke.
  A bird's feather landed on Nessia's table. ''Now, I'll teach you how to pronounce the spell correctly, in order for it to work. You need to stare at the object you want to levitate first, then chant like this...'' Professor Lora stared at the feather on Ledia's desk and chanted the spell very clearly. The feather slowly floated up as it followed the teacher's eye movement.
  The feather did spins and flips. The class wow'ed as the teacher slowly put the feather back on Ledia's desk hands - free.
  ''Now, you'll try. Remember to move the feather slowly as you might fling the feather,'' Professor Lora told.
  Nessia excitedly stared at the feather and slowly chanted the spell the teacher said. 
  Nope, the feather didn't levitate.
  Not even by a single inch.
  She blinked a few times, cancelling the spell, and cleared her throat.
  After a few words, the feather slowly levitated up. When Nessia looked left, the feather flew to the left.
  And when Nessia looked right, it flew to the right.  
  ''It was amazing!'' Nessia thought.
  She caught the feather with her hands and put it down on the table, wanting to try again. This time, she tried to make the feather spin, but failed.
  ''Then how did the teacher do it?'' Nessia wondered.
  She gave up on it and just practised making the feather land on the table.

  The teacher signaled for everyone to stop chanting the spell. The lunch bell rang and Professor Lora instructed, ''Class, please follow me to the cafeteria. There will be other classes there, so please stay with me at all times.''
  Nessia and the others followed Professor Lora down to the cafeteria. On the way, there were big windows in a hallway showing the academy's beautiful garden. She took a moment to glance at the garden, then ran to catch up with the class.
  Inside the cafeteria, there were a lot of long tables and benches with banners indicating where classes should sit.
  Professor Lora led the class to a table and spoke, ''Wait here. Food will be served shortly.'' Professors (aka teachers) were rushing to settle the students down and to the kitchen to check if the food was ready.
  The food was finally served and the students became quiet to focus eating their meal. The meal has hand - picked mushrooms in Elementia, mushroom soup, and rice. 
  Nessia was picky when it comes to food, but she couldn't choose what she wanted. She sighed and sipped the soup. ''It is tasty! What kind of mushroom soup is this?'' Nessia thought. 
  She drank the whole bowl of soup and ate the rice together with the mushrooms.
  ''I didn't expect the academy to have such good mushrooms,'' Nessia thought, after finishing her meal.

The clerk at the academy's entrance looked at Lith's group like they were a bunch of lunatics.
"Normally, a group of five would be perfect, but the academy advises against going into the forest. We lack staff, so in case anything happens rescue teams might come late, as in very late.
"Also, a lot of magical beasts have been hurt or died, so they may hold a grudge against humans. Are you sure you aren't willing to reconsider? Remember that you can't open Warp Steps in the academy's proximity without a special pass."
The group nodded in unison. Even if they couldn't get inside the academy, they could still escape from whatever danger they met. They paid the required merit points and left through the front gate.
"Do we walk or fly?" Lith asked. The trip was already different from what he had planned, so he wasn't in a hurry.
"Walk. The mining town is only twenty kilometers from the academy." Phloria replied after checking on a map.
"It should only take us five or six hours to get there. We can use that time to enjoy the scenery while we search for magical plants or natural treasures. Nothing prevents us from flying in case we get tired of walking."
Phloria took the lead of the group and Lith asked her to teach him how to read a map. He was still a city man. He wasn't able to understand where he was without looking at the sun. Over the years, he had explored the Trawn woods until he knew it like the back of his hand.
The forest surrounding the academy had denser vegetation, making it hard to walk in a straight line. Having packed provisions from the canteen, they had no need to hunt, yet Lith would use Life Vision from time to time to check his surroundings.
The deeper they went into the forest, the more his hunter instinct told him there was something wrong. There was little wildlife around, too little considering that during the attack, Balkor's undead had no reason to bother normal animals.
Even if some of them had run away from their dens, after so much time they were supposed to have returned. Unless something had happened.
Despite Lith's group was very conscious of their surroundings, they didn't find any magical treasure during the first two hours. On the other hand, they would often get lost forcing someone to fly and take note of the respective positions of the sun and the academy.
Phloria knew how to read a map, at least in theory. It was her first time putting her knowledge to use, hence she was prone to mistakes.
"I still can't use dimensional magic." Lith informed the rest of the group after another failed attempt.
"You can." Quylla lectured him, taking something out of her dimensional amulet.
"It's just that the academy arrays prevent any kind of long range spell aside from the flying ones. We can still Blink or Switch, but any dimensional corridor that stretches for more than ten meters gets disrupted."
"How do you know so much about the academy?" Lith checked the books in Soluspedia and there was only vague information about the nature of the arrays. Also, unlike him, Quylla hadn't performed experiments along the way.
It was hard to miss someone chanting.
"I'd like to tell you that I discovered it while we were walking, but the truth is that after I completed dimensional magic and Necromancy both, I had too much free time on my hands.
"So, when you guys have your specialization classes I spend a lot of time in the library. Professor Rudd is often there and he loves talking about dimensional magic. He taught me a lot during our conversations.
He isn't so bad once you know him better."
Lith nodded. He actually had his reservations about the Professor, but he didn't have the time or will to talk about him. His instincts kept telling him that something was wrong, but neither Life Vision nor mana sense perceived a threat.
Unbeknownst to the group, Professor Farg had been following them ever since they had left the academy. She kept her distance, using an artifact to not lose track of them.
'According to Lady Tyris, the target is an Awakened one. If I get too close, he'll spot me with Life Vision.' She thought.
'I don't know what their goal is, but their behavior is definitely suspicious. The group keeps moving erratically, if it wasn't for the artifact I would have lost them already. The girl leading them is a master of misdirection, worthy of her mother.'
"You have no idea where we are, am I right?" Friya asked.
"No, you are not." Phloria flew above the trees, returning a few seconds later.
"I'm getting the hang of this, don't worry."
"Stay on your toes, guys." Lith warned them, sniffing the air and recognizing a familiar smell.
"Clackers incoming." They were now close enough to allow him to distinguish their pseudo chirping from the real birds sounds.
Everyone readied their weapon, but no one was worried. They had all improved by leaps and bounds since the mock exam and Clackers were only a threat if they managed to catch their victim by surprise.
When the monsters swarmed them from all directions, including from above, they didn't fell so confident anymore. What made them worry wasn't their numbers, but their size.
Clackers were spider type magical beasts, they had black bodies covered in long bristles that served as sensory organs, with red dots all over. They were supposed to be as big as a Labrador tops, but the ones attacking them were the size of a human being.
Yurial would have liked to curse at their bad luck, but he was too busy casting a barrier to deflect the acidic spit he was sure their enemies would employ.
Yet instead of using their webs and long range attacks, the Clackers on the trees cut their threads, falling through the air barrier while even bigger specimens were charging head on.
Phloria and Friya had already activated Full Guard, a Mage Knight spell that gave them complete combat awareness of their surroundings in a radius of 1.5 metres (5 feet). Phloria quickly reached Yurial, while Friya did the same for Quylla.
The two quickly killed all the spiders that had landed close to their friends. Their swords could easily cut through the enemies, while their flaming shields conjured out of fire and earth would intercept the incoming attacks and inflict painful burns.
The role of a Mage Knight was to buy enough time for their allies to cast their spells.
Lith dodged a falling Clacker squashing its head with a single hand before it could even land. After facing a Valor, he could hardly consider those oversized arachnids a threat.
Lith took out from his pocket dimension the daggers he had enchanted during his Forgemaster classes.
It was a good occasion to put them to test, since their blades were short enough to perfectly integrate with his hand to hand techniques. Lith darted forward, intercepting the bigger ones that were charging at them.
He infused his body with both air and fire magic, boosting his strength and speed.
A single fist was enough to crush the head of a Clacker bold enough to try biting him. Being Lith alone against dozens, the spiders thought they would make short work of him, realizing their mistake only when it was too late.
Lith moved so fast that their sensory organs could barely determine his position. Whenever he approached an enemy, a gaping wound would appear. Between his talent in locating vital spots and his weapons, every one of his strikes was crippling if not lethal.
Despite the daggers' average quality, Lith's strength coupled with their enchantments was more than enough to pierce the monsters' exoskeleton and then open them up like they were made of paper.
One of the weapons he was wielding was enchanted with air magic and the other with fire magic. The former was enveloped by air currents enhancing its edge to the point it could cut through stone.
The latter's blade was so hot that it would make its victims' blood and innards boil with every strike. Even if they managed to survive, the wounded Clackers were in so much pain they could only curl up on the ground writhing uncontrollably.
Lith had chosen those daggers because he wanted to see if evolved arachnids would feel fear for their lives or compassion for their kin. Judging from their reactions to their fallen brethren's screams of agony the answer was yes to both.
The Clackers in front of Lith stopped advancing, using the acid spit to keep him away from their wounded companions. Lith grinned, while with a twist of his fists he took control of the incoming attacks with water magic and sent them back to where they came from.
The spiders were caught by surprise. Most of them were still spitting while their bodies started to suffer from the effects of their own acid. Lith then stomped his left foot on the ground, transmitting his mana and will, making rock spears erupt from the ground that impaled his enemies.
All the Clackers around him were dead or in agony, so he threw a glance over his shoulder to check the others.
Despite their best efforts, his four companions were already surrounded.
"Rings!" Yurial shouted, releasing the spells he had stored to repel the waves of Clackers without wasting time to chant. The girls followed his lead, using the barrage of spells to break free from the encirclement and turn their enemies into mincemeat.
Lith rushed back to help them, only to discover his teammates had the situation under control.
Quylla was using quick tier three spells to kill the Clackers above their heads while Yurial used a mix of first magic and tier one spells to block all kind of long ranged attacks directed against the four of them.
Each one of his spells was too weak to harm the enemies, but he could cast them fast enough to deflect the acidic spits and burn the webs the Clackers were throwing at them before they could do any damage.
Friya and Phloria were swinging their swords non stop, cutting apart those that came too close. Unlike Lith's daggers, their swords would penetrate deeply into the enemy and then release a dark magic pulse that made their organs collapse.
Mage Knights' specialty was the ability to summon an elemental tower shield that would float in the air according to their will, which always left them with a free hand to use potions or cast Mage Knight spells.
The one they were using at the moment was called Phantom Blade. Their weapons were engulfed in mystical energies that using their blades as a template, could temporarily extend them tripling their attack range.
Phantom Blades were made of light, hence they were weightless, giving the Mage Knight complete freedom of movement. The downside was that extending the blade would require focus and mana
Since they couldn't always keep it active, they used it in short bursts whenever the situation allowed for it. Even if the spell's effects only lasted for the duration of a single slash, it was enough for them to mow down small groups of enemies at once, making their numerical advantage useless.
 It was only a matter of time before all the Clackers were killed, yet they refused to retreat.
'It's amazing how much we have all progressed in these few months. During the mock exam, a much smaller group of Clackers almost wiped out my team. It was more balanced in term of talents, but there was no teamwork or coordination.
No matter how many spiders come at them, they will not break through. Time to finish this!' Lith thought.
To have his hands free to cast his strongest air spell, he put the daggers away in his pocket dimension. Ever since the last breakthrough, his attunement with the world energy had greatly increased, but some Clackers were still too close to his companions for comfort.
Manipulating a spell with his mind alone was too risky. Lith's hands glowed with a yellow energy, that he used to draw several circles that floated in the air while he was mouthing gibberish in case someone was watching him.
Then, he joined his palms before moving them toward the battlefield. From each circle erupted a bolt of lightning aimed at the nearest enemy. The spiders from the trees screeched to warn their companions on the ground about the impending danger.
The lightning bolts moved in a zig zag pattern, slower than normal, but still very fast. Most thunderbolts struck their target, leaving behind a pungent smell of ozone and burnt flesh.
Some Clackers managed to dodge them at the last second, yet the result remained the same. The thunderbolts simply chased after them, moving on the next target as soon as the first one was no more.
Farg and Lith's companions alike remained amazed noticing that each lightning resembled a snake in both motions and appearance. Lith had conjured ten of them, controlling one with each finger, as he had learned during the necromancy classes.
Be they undead or energy masses, they were all puppets dancing in his hand. He never stopped advancing during the assault, giving him a better view of allies and enemies alike.
His legs never left the ground, he simply slid one foot in front of the other, using his whole body to control the mana flow of the spell with surgical precision until only the five youths were left standing.

Sprint also took a glance at Katrina, and then walked into the assessment room without saying anything.
Early when they were in Sturk, and also when they were on the dangerous ship, Katrina and Sprint never stopped their competition. Often they would throw tricky questions to each other, and when they had chances to practice casting spells, they would always see who was faster. As it was Sprint who always won the games, Katrina often got quite unhappy.
Seeing Sprint’s attitude, Katrina stamped her foot a bit and then got in the room with a snort.
"Relax." Lucien lifted his chin a bit to point at the room.
Annick nodded seriously, "Yes, Mr. Evans."
Then he left with Layria and Heidi together a bit nervously.
Lazar, with his hands in the pockets of his double-breasted coat, smiled, "Lucien, are they the three apprentices you taught? How’s their study?"
"They just started studying arcana a bit more than a month ago, and I can't brag that they’ve learned a lot from me. I just let them get through a lot of repetitious exercises to help them get the most basic parts done as solid as possible, and thus they can learn arcana and magic easier in the future." Lucien replied casually, having no worries at all with the assessment, since he knew that his students were already way more prepared than their peers.
"Repetitious exercises? That doesn’t sound very appealing at all." Lazar grinned, "Aren’t you afraid of killing their creativity?"
"Creativity is for geniuses, and these children are not," answered Lucien directly. "Relying on something they don’t really have can only bring them disappointment. The only way out for them is to work hard, and the only thing they shall rely on is their perseverance." Although Lucien was still smiling, his voice sounded serious, "They shall obtain the arcanist’s way of thinking by these repetitious exercises, and these exercises can lay a solid knowledge foundation for them."
Lazar was only chatting, not debating, so he just tilted his head a bit and said, "You’re also very suitable for being a teacher, Lucien."
Lucien thought to himself that this was how he learned to be a student in his original world, then, very quickly he switched the topic, "Do you have many of the same black coats like this, Lazar? Why do I feel that you never change your clothes?"
Lazar laughed, "Come on, this coat is my magic robe! Don’t tell me that in your mind only that type of robes with gloomy hoods can be called magic robes! We have all kinds of styles, say, formal, casual, coats, dresses… as long as you’re willing to pay."
"How much is a level two magic robe? Honestly speaking, I don’t have any yet," asked Lucien a bit excitedly.
"Paean of Night," Lazar pointed at his own coat, "Level two medium rank, two hundred Thales or arcana points, from Wasim’s, good price, good quality, good reputation."
Lucien was amused by Lazar’s words, and then quickly calculated the money he still had so far, "I only have sixty Thales and nine points right now… By the way, Lazar, is it right that one arcana point equals one Thale?"
When Lucien was traveling around, he treated himself pretty well.
"That’s right," Lazar nodded, "but when you upgrade to a higher level, you’ll know that arcana points actually have a much wider use than Thales. According to these greedy bankers, the points is guaranteed by the congress' own credit. It took me a long time to save the money for the robe, but fortunately, it is not hard for a sorcerer to find a job to make some money, and you can probably make ten Thales or arcana points a month, plus some extra income from other people learning your magic… So I’d say you can buy a robe like this within two years or so."
"I see. Definitely, two years is still a long time," said Lucien.
"I can lend you some. I still have the thirty points from submitting my new spell." said Lazar, "I know you will definitely pay me back, as you’re such a talented sorcerer, and I’m sure that lots of people will want to learn your new apprentice level spell."
"Thank you for your generosity, Lazar." Lucien smiled and said sincerely, "I still have some materials that I can sell for some money."
Lucien was thinking of the precious Wave Stones that he got from the murloc.
"I really envy you, Lucien," said Lazar honestly. "Sorcerers who follow the ancient magic system more or less often have some materials or magic items."
Time went by quickly as Lucien and Lazar were chatting casually outside of the assessment room. Soon, the door of the room suddenly opened and Heidi showed up cheerfully,
"The assessment’s so easy, Mr. Evans!"
Following Heidi, Layria also came out of the room and agreed, "Yes, way easier than the exercises we did!"
"Good to hear it." Lucien smiled and nodded, "What about you, Annick?"
"Not bad…" Annick was smiling shyly as he scratched his hair a bit as usual, "Many thanks to you, Mr. Evans."
"Maybe you guys ignored some traps there in the assessment, and that’s why the test looked so easy to you three." One apprentice following them commented unhappily, "How do you feel, Sprint?"
Sprint looked less confident now, "Most of the questions are okay, but some are quite challenging… I’m not sure."
"I feel the same way…" Hearing Sprint’s answer, Katrina was a bit more relaxed. She thought it was her own problem that she felt quite challenged during the assessment.
"It’s really difficult… My head hurts…" agreed the other apprentices.
"Sprint, how did you analyze and construct the apprentice spell, Spectre Strike?" Seeing the door of the assessment room was closed again, Katrina asked after a bit of hesitation.
"I tried to…" Since Sprint was also quite uncertain with this one, he did not try to hide his own answer but to check it with Katrina.
More apprentices joined them to check the answers together, and they started discussing heatedly.
However, both Heidi and Layria felt quite confused, as they truly felt that the assessment was not hard at all.
Soon Annick, Heidi and Layria also joined the other apprentices, leaving Lucien and Lazar looking at them discussing energetically on the other side of the corridor with smiles on their faces.
When the apprentices finished checking all the answers, it was already close to ten thirty. All of them stopped talking and were waiting for the result.
It was completely quiet in the corridor.
At this time, the door of the assessment room slowly opened. Staring at the door, all the apprentices looked very nervous.
There was a folder in Simeon’s hands, and he said seriously, "I’m now reading the result of the assessment."
All of the apprentices held their breath, including Annick, Layria and Heidi who thought the test was quite easy.

As Simeon was reading the results, some apprentices felt cheerful and some quite upset. In the end, Simeon announced,
"Annick, Layria, Heidi, Sprint and Katrina will be studying in Douglas, OImos in Allyn, …" Based on the assessment result, Simeon assigned the apprentices to different schools. All of the schools were in Allyn, and no one needed to go to schools in other counties or even countries.
When they were following Simeon to the office for the admission procedures, something suddenly came to Layria. She looked at Lucien emotionally and asked with her black eyes grew moist, "Mr. Evans, are you gonna stay in Allyn? Can we still see you again?"
