 Iggy shook his shoulder out of Simoun’s grasp. “Never mind.” He put the video chip in and the cartoon flashed across the screen. After a lengthy glare, Simoun splayed across his bed with his cheek set in his palm, grinning. 

 Derson lined up the glasses. “If it’s alright, we’re just going to have a little.” 

 Simoun turned his head and glowered at Derson with burning hatred. “Can’t you see I’m watching something?” 

 “Uh...” Derson glanced at the screen. Rainbow colored ponies in a magical world of flowers and candies danced to silly songs and discussed friendship in great detail. “…Yeah?” He set the full glass down in front of the television in the way of the film so that Simoun took it without instruction. Then, Iggy and Derson sat behind Simoun in two separate chairs, sipping on quarter full glasses, watching the entire film about cartoon ponies together in peace. When the film was over and Derson collected the glasses, he held Simoun’s half full glass up and looked through at the lingering liquid. “Are you sure you don’t want to finish this?” he asked. 

 Simoun rolled up to standing and came in front of his mirror. “Hell no, Baby. I’m lookin’ fine without it.” He stroked the front of his jacket. “Robby, boy. You’ve gotta tell me, where’s this coming from? Is there a momma up there, waitin’ to throw herself on me, or what?” 

 “Alright, then,” Derson turned to be out of that question. 

 Iggy collected the TV in his hands. “See you tomorrow, Simoun.” 

 Simoun turned his chin over his shoulder and winked back at him. “I’ll be waitin’ for them answers.” 

 The next room was Hailey’s. When they entered, she was lying across her bed, face deep in a book that Iggy had brought to her the previous night. “Hi, Hailey,” he said as he put the TV down on her dresser and joined her on the bed. He leant over the pages with her, shoulder to shoulder, looking over the first few lines. 

 They rested close to one another physically, like siblings rather than potential love interests, even though she had tried to nibble on him once, or twice, or maybe three times, but who's counting? She looked over at him and grinned. “Hi Robert.” She pet the page that she was reading with her hand. “I’m almost done reading it.” 

 “What have you learned? Tell me.” 

 She turned her chin toward him and he looked back at her. “I’ve learned a lot,” she claimed. “But what I can’t figure out is why you give these books to me without reading them for yourself?” 

 He was partially honest, “I like to be taught.” 

 She looked down her nose at the book lying before her and she flipped the page. “I suppose it’s a good thing that I like to teach, then. Well, this book states that during the first twenty four hours after infection, the infected goes through the physical adaptations. It also emphasizes the importance of completing a crucial bonding milestone between the infected and the infectee. If it doesn’t happen, it results in a lifetime dysfunction of the thirst and hunting complex in the brain.” 

 Iggy drew his eyebrows together. “What is this milestone? What needs to happen?” 

 She pointed at the pages, even though the information was on another page. “The newly infected must drink from their maker first, before anything else, and it needs to happen after the mouth has completely adapted. The opportunity is very specific and easy to miss. In all actuality, I am surprised that there aren’t more of us who are messed up.” 

 Derson poured the glasses and was distributing them. “That’s what happened to me,” he shared. Iggy and Hailey both looked up at him with long faces. He pulled his lip back on the left side, flashing his short canine. “I got to it too early.” 

 Becca's face flashed before Iggy's eyes, followed by Lot's as well, screaming in unforeseen pain and rage. Iggy shook his head forcefully and turned back to Hailey. “What if the first person they drink from is infected but not the one that infected them?” 

 She shook her head. “I don’t know. I haven’t come across that scenario in this book. There’s only so much to go off from this. However, emotional connectedness could be a good place to look into… in such an event…” she dreamed, “one day, I will do my own research and find out. But why? Is that what happened to you? Perhaps you could become a subject?” 

 Iggy’s face hardened and he pulled his chin back. “Maybe, to someone I know.” 

 “It’s true!” Hailey laughed, nudging him with the ball of her shoulder. “Haven’t you had the lesson about seeing through deceit? You make amateur mistakes when you lie.” She held her chin in between her fingers and looked back down at the book. “I’ll keep reading. If I find anything or get any ideas, I’ll let you know tomorrow.” 

 Iggy dropped his shoulders and gazed across at the wall. He reached into his pocket and pulled out the video chips. “I brought these,” he said. “How about we take a break from this subject and watch a film?” 

 Hailey shook her head and put her nose further back into the book. “Oh, no,” she said. “I’m going to continue reading. I want to answer the question you asked me. Maybe I will get lucky and find something.” 

 He sighed and returned the chips to his pocket. “OK, then. I hope you can find something in there.” He stood from the bed and gathered the television in his hands. “Do you want to hold onto your glass until tomorrow?” 

 She glanced at the full cup in her hand. “Sure,” she whispered. “I’ll work on it.” 

 Iggy and Derson exited the room with their two glasses and the television and went straight across to Becca’s room. Whenever Iggy saw her standing there, waiting to greet them as usual, he’d smile so wide and bright that it filled her heart with warmth. He put the TV onto the nearby side table and pulled the video chips out of his pocket. “I brought you three movies!” He displayed them across his palm proudly. “Horses Run Free, Computers and Technology, and The Kiss before the Dawn. Your pick.” 

 Becca stepped forward. She curled her fingers around his, enclosing his grasp over the video chips. “Your pick.” She retracted her hand, turned around, and sat on the mattress. 

 He held up The Kiss before the Dawn. “I pick this one, then. I think you might like it.” He went to the TV and put the movie in. 

 Derson worked alongside him, filling the glasses with vital fluid, and was being quiet as to not attract any attention. Last week, Becca had started a full out argument with him based on a conversation that had become an argument with him that she alone had in her head about the long ago force feedings and neglect. Whew, it was hard to keep up with her sometimes. So, to say the least, he didn’t mind keeping his distance. 

 Iggy on the other hand, seemed immune to the oddity. He seemed blind to her insanity and numb to her bites. He could just lie next to her while she fed from his hand without making a single expression or noise that would insinuate pain.

*Due to physical disabilities, Iggy is isolated for his own protection. He only knows his two brothers, Baine and Nansen, and their world within a brick wall, called New Eden. In spite of his overbearing brothers, Iggy sneaks out of his room and goes into the garden during the day, where he comes in contact with a strange woman. Before he can say anything to her, he loses consciousness, and awakens to her biting his face. As his only caregivers, his brothers save him from the woman, but they cannot save him from himself. Lu Shu felt that he could be considered an experienced spy. Although he exposed his impersonations often, that did not affect how he regarded himself as the "spy expert".
Therefore, although the members of the Collection of Gods had came prepared, there was an obvious difference between students and members of the public.
For example, the middle-aged man who looked like he was over 40 years old. Was he serious about wearing a school uniform?!

Although the School Festival was like an open house, Waseda University's school festival could attract up to 150,000 people, only students were allowed to run stalls.
However, the Collection of Gods operated strangely. For Kokushikan University's school festival, they added over hundreds of stalls and added some traditional performances…
The stalls of the Collection of Gods made the entire school festival upgrade several levels. That was because the Collection of Gods did it after receiving instructions and even invited professional performers.
Lu Shu stood quietly amongst the crowd, beside Sakurai Yaeko. He suddenly realized that Sakurai Yaeko was showing him the best side of the school festival quietly.
The students of the Kokushikan University sensed the unusual vibes too. In the past, they had participated in school festivals. After all, students were not professionals, the signboard of their stalls were drawn on A4-sized paper and looked sluggish.
If there was a student whose special project was particularly exciting, there would be many people in front of his stall.
This year's school festival was evidently different. It felt as though an experienced event organizer suddenly organized an insane party in Kokushikan University.
They knew that it was Sakurai Yaeko's doing.
In the morning when Sakurai Yaeko saw the students who were getting ready for the school festival, the Collection of Gods began to start work.
They invited the famous clients such as the dorayaki maker from Kita City in Tokyo, Kochoan Senba, the best soba noodle maker in Gifu Prefecture, and…
There were too many clients. The members of the Collection of Gods were busy like bees. They fetched each client to Kokushikan University in the cars of the Collection of Gods and gave them Kokushikan University's uniforms.
There were also performances such as the drums, song and dance performances. The stage set-up and costume preparation felt as though the special forces were getting ready for a battle. The members of the Collection of Gods used the most effective method to make them appear in the school compound of Kokushikan University.
The students felt as though they were in a magical world. The food that they long craved for and their favourite performances were all in front of their eyes.
In the end, the students abandoned their stalls. They were supposed to organize the school festival but now, they became the "guests".
After hearing about the situation in the Kokushikan University, the students living near Setagaya drove over. Even the other residents in Tokyo rushed over as it was rare for so many famous food and classic performances to be found together at one venue. 
Ordinary people would not be able to invite these famous stores to participate in events, unless the Collection of Gods invited them.
The students suddenly felt that this school festival seemed to be a present specially prepared for Lu Shu by Sakurai Yaeko. It was an unexplainable happiness that a young girl felt, she wanted to give the best to Lu Shu.
She asked the Collection of Gods to move the entire country's speciality food and interesting performances to the school. It seemed as though she was telling Lu Shu, "This is what I can do for you, I can give you everything."
At this moment, the students of the Kokushikan University were both envirous and thankful for Lu Shu.
If not for Sakurai Yaeko, they would not have been able to experience an unforgettable school festival.
Lu Shu laughed helplessly as he looked at Sakurai Yaeko. Sakurai Yaeko knew that she was exposed and hence felt embarrassed. However, instead of admitting it, she tugged Lu Shu's sleeves. "Let's go, there is a magic show ahead!"
As they arrived at the stage of the magic show, a staff wearing a cartoon costume distributed a small slip of paper to everyone in the audience. The small slip of paper had a number printed on it.
Lu Shu asked curiously, "What is this slip of paper used for?"
The staff explained, "After the magic show, there will be a lucky draw. The magician will draw a piece of paper and the person with the same number as that on the paper will win a free prize!"
Lu Shu looked at his number, 52.
The magic show was very interesting. Some students quickly recognized the magician who was wearing their school uniform. It was none other than Matsukata Masayoshi, the most famous magician in Japan…
Then, during the lucky draw segment, the magician put his hand into the box filled with slips of paper. "I wonder who will be the lucky winner amongst the audience?"
The next moment, he took out a piece of paper and showed it to the audience. "52! Where is number 52?!"
Lu Shu smiled and raised his slip of paper, signalling that he was the lucky winner.
Everything seemed to be a seamless coincidence. However, everyone knew that this coincidence was specially prepared for Lu Shu.
At this moment, the staff took out a huge bouquet of flowers and passed it to Lu Shu. "This is the special gift, you can give it to your partner."
Lu Shu did not know how to react. The second part of the sentence could not be more obvious?
Everything that happened tonight was not only a gift that Sakurai Yaeko specially prepared for Lu Shu but also a chance for her to fulfil her wishes.
Before Lu Shu could react, Sakurai Yaeko snatched the bouquet of flowers from Lu Shu and smiled to the magician. "Thank you!"
Then, Sakurai Yaeko ran to another venue while pulling onto Lu Shu's sleeves.
The students and the Tokyo residents behind them had complicated emotions.
Everyone knew that in this party, they were merely a foil.
The big shots who were invited by the Collection of Gods suddenly felt that this school festival was very interesting. They looked at the audience and residents who came for them. They suddenly wondered if it was a good idea to hold a school festival every year in this school?
As they experienced the atmosphere in the school with the school uniform, they felt that they were a few years younger.
That night, the managers of the famous stores had a discussion and decided to continue doing this in the future!
Suddenly someone said, "What should we name the special school festival?"
School festivals should have a special name as their theme. That was the purpose of the school festival.
The magician smiled. "Why not name it "A Young Girl's Emotions?"
The managers of the famous stores looked at each other. "Seems pretty fitting, let's name it that!"


Magical energy has come to this world; Lu Shu could only stare as one powerhouse after another appear.

 "There's like forty of these things in here and they weigh less than a few pounds. If they weren't so tough and stretchy, I'd think they were like coated hosiery with impact foam sewed in."
 Rain Maker looked at the neat stack of suits sadly and said, "They're made from something that came from here. Stuff that comes from here lasts longer. Everything else...
 "Hey, if you're not against it, I'd say we're fairly safe down here. Why don't we take turns resting? King's still recovering and I think these crystals are helping with that. It hurt at first but I'm starting to feel much better."
 Jeremy looked at the crystalline stones that pulsed a bit slower than they had in the beginning. "You're the senior here. If you think it's safer to wait til tomorrow, I'll take your word for it."
 She nodded and said softly, "There is no tomorrow here. There's only an endless evening. The sun never moves. It just hovers, frozen, at the horizon... Time is broken here.
 "We use The Hush to tell days. I think it's a little longer than a normal day and The Hush is a little shorter than a normal night but it's enough to serve as one. We used to think it was a good time to travel since the monsters and nixed hide then. But, it's not."
 Seeing that she was going quiet, he asked, "What's The Hush and why is it not safe?"
 She shrugged. "It's a quiet time. You'll feel it once and then you'll know. People who go out during that time, sometimes they just disappear. Sometimes you'll find a piece of them sliced off smoothly. I've heard a few turned into the kind of nixed that are scarier than the monsters. 
 "Most encounter nothing... most. The older ones will kill you for doing it without a good reason. It's a danger to everyone, they'll tell you. The fear... on those faces, I believe them."
 Jeremy felt lost and confused. "Is the return trip a lie? Is it a death sentence?"
 Rain Maker looked at the ground in front of her as if it was an endless chasm. "No. Be useful but don't be interesting. If you survive long enough, do enough, they let you come back. The only ones allowed to leave are the ones who can be made to forget, though... The only ones allowed to remember are the ones that work for them. 
 "The rest, they want them to go out and be 'good enough', good enough to be moderately happy and have families. They want future assets and... I really don't want to talk about this anymore. I'm sorry... Get some rest."
 He didn't argue with her but he said, "Don't be shy... senpai. You need some rest, you get me up. I'm used to running on fumes if I have to."
 "What does...that word 'senpai' mean?" she said.
 "Japanese for upperclassman... Have you never watched like a single anime, er, cartoon from their country, ever!?" he said, a bit perplexed and feeling a little dumb for inserting a random weeb comment.
 She smiled sadly. "Maybe. I could have forgotten or it could be something... newer that I don't know anything about... Speaking of forgetting, we should think up a code name for you before King wakes up. If he insists, you might end up with one you don't like."
 "Why can't I just be Jeremy?" he asked.
 She frowned. "Don't use your real name, ever again. It's... for your own safety. Others can say it and it's kind of a special thing to whisper it to someone, like a gift. But, just don't, for a lot of reasons."
 A little weirded out but determined to keep things light after everything that happened, he said, "Once, when I was little, my friend called me Jay Jay. Will that work? Anything else that comes out of my mouth is going to sound like a lame gamer handle or something a chuuni... a weird superhero name. I never really had time for more than a few minutes of video games, a comic or a...cartoon once in awhile."
 "Blue Jay... You're Blue Jay from now on," she said.
 Chuckling he said, "I don't hate it but it doesn't sound that tough."
 "You don't want a tough code name unless you want to earn it, over and over again. Get beat and you'll end up with one you really don't want... Get some sleep, please... Peaceful moments like these are rare," she said with a slightly ominous tone under the tranquil lilt of her voice.
 It wasn't a hard request for him to fill. His eyes started feeling heavy the moment he had settled back in their cubby hole. A meal and a rag bath had wiped out most of the growling needs and discomforts of his body. He had been hanging on out of a need for more information to that point anyway. Getting settled into as comfortable a position as he could, he was quick to comply.

 "Where are we? What's going on, Rain Maker?"
 Jeremy woke up to a deep, youthful baritone voice speaking in a commanding but relatively quiet volume. For awhile he drifted back off as she explained the situation to King. It wasn't much later that he woke to the sounds of grunts and moans coming from his two new companions.
 At first, he thought he'd woke to some very adult times being had but quickly realized that something was wrong. Both of them were half stripped down but it wasn't for fun. Small wounds were seeping blood from the exit of what looked like tiny dark splinters being pushed out of them. A foul scent wafted into the air from them as well as they continued trying to get their suits off.
 Not knowing what was going on, Jeremy hopped to provide a helping hand which ended up being grudgingly accepted by both. Rain Maker was embarrassed but King just didn't look like he enjoyed being helped by anyone for any reason. By the time he was cleaning wounds and deftly applying things from the first aid kit, they had both settled into a grim appreciation.
 That turned into something a little more genuine in King. He suddenly stopped Jeremy and half barked at him to 'focus' on healing, to think of it more strongly while he slapped antiseptic and ointment around. Confused but curious, he did as he was 'asked'.
 Tiredly, Rain Maker asked, "I didn't get that impression but is Blue Jay a healer, King?"
 The young man slowly shook his head while he said, "Don't even finish thinking what you're thinking. He's a purifier... You hear me, kid? Anyone asks, you're a purifier, no matter what you find out you can do."
 A little put out by the bossiness King projected, he said, "Mind letting me in on what I'm not supposed to let others know I might be? Considering I know jack all about anything, the least I should know is what I can do... And, can the 'kid' business. You're like what, three or four years older?"
 King's eyes narrowed dangerously. It wasn't a comfortable feeling having the weight of that combination of strong personality and physical prowess focused on him. But, Jeremy knew when to stand his ground. King might beat him up but if he backed down, caved in, the guy would walk all over him. By that point, he thought he'd rather be beaten to death that let some dude steamroll him just because they were a little older and stronger than him.
 King said, "What you are is interesting. That's the last thing you want to be... You don't want me to treat you like a kid, fine. Let me tell you man to man. 
 "Keep your head down, your mouth shut and glued to my side like we're joined at the hip. If you do that, I'll look out for you until you find your feet. I owe you that much.
 "Show me too much spine, I'll snap it and throw you to whatever little petty prick of the month's trying to be lord of the anthill. I'm not a good person but I don't pretend to be one. If you can't deal with a little rough handling, suit yourself."
 Jeremy adjusted his judgment. King wasn't a bully. He was a genuinely hard and callous person, probably a little crazy. People like King didn't care enough about the weak to bully them but he'd take what he wanted. It was just a matter of bad luck to be the one who had it.
 He swallowed a little dryly and nodded at the young man. "I get you."
 King's gold flecked green eyes must have saw what they wanted to see in Jeremy's because he shifted his intense gaze over to Rainmaker. "I know you're tired but we need a bath. Teach him how to close his channels before you rest."
 She nodded wearily and began scooping a dugout to place a thin 'tarp' over. He didn't just watch her but hadn't been able to help much. The floor of the geode was hard and she had some kind of trick up her sleeve for scooping it up so easily.
 Unsurprisingly, King went first. Unable to help himself, Jeremy sneaked a few curious peeks. He wished he hadn't. Comparisons weren't flattering. The knowing and superior smirk on King's face when he was caught made him flush with a little humiliated anger which seemed to only fuel the tyrant's amusement.
 When it was Rain Maker's turn, he made some space and played gentleman as much as the situation would allow. King openly looked her over with mild interest before returning to his thoughts and pawing through the supplies. Through it all, she just looked numb. Without really seeming to appreciate Jeremy's politeness or acknowledging King's rudeness, she went through the motions until the job was done.
 With a little surprise, he saw that she was emptying and refilling the tarp a third time. He tried to protest that he didn't need to clean up again so soon. And secretly, he felt pretty shy about being naked in front of Rain Maker. King's presence only amped the anxiety.
 "I'm going to show you how to close your channels. You might be a... purifier but if you're drawing dirty magic through them all the time, you'll be tired all the time. They can get damaged too. Add those two things together and even a purifier can be overwhelmed and nix out," she said, motioning for him to remove his suit when he tried to get in the water with it still on.
 Somehow, it didn't surprise him that King looked over with the same mild interest Rain Maker had gotten earlier. Trying to be subtle about it, Jeremy covered himself and slightly turned away. With surprising strength, she pushed him flat onto his back in the water.
 Under the guise of giving him instruction, she leaned down and whispered, "Whatever you and those crystals did to bring us back, it didn't get rid of the twists inside. It just forced them into our human shape, put us back in control. Maybe in a place like this, that's better than trying to merely wash it away over and over again but it means it's still a part of us. Less dirty and less... wrong but it's still a part of us.
 "Don't turn your back on a nixed unless you've got no choice. They attack the fearful and fleeing first. Even before this, King was a person with strong instincts. If he feels provoked or you send too many prey signals, he might... hurt you. After what you've done for us, he might even feel bad about it, maybe. But, it's not like that will give him... or me... the ability to take it back if it happened."

Helpless rage, the corrupt rot of civilization and insane visionaries shape his reality. But, when the fetters of the world fall away, there lies golden chance among the destructive chaos. That chance doesn't favor Jeremy's survival but a spark of possibility resides within. It may not be enough to survive the twisted lands but he won't go down without a fight.

He wanted to quit school because he would obviously get straight A's, but he knew his parents wouldn't let him do he decided to just go. Right now he's in 3rd grade, but his parents going on business trips made him antisocial and he had no friends. This didn't matter to him though, as he didn't really care about these kids. If one of them tried to be his friend, he wouldn't be able to see them as a friend, because he is an old man in his mind, how could he have a little kid as a friend? 

When school ended, he went back to his house and started betting. He put all $250 in a 5x payout game and obviously won it. He got $1250 and started buying new stuff. He bought the latest phone because he knew a better one won't come out until a few years. He went for a run for an hour and 30 minutes this time. He always pushed his limits because that's how you train the body and mind more effectively.

His stamina is low, but if he keeps pushing his limits he will naturally make it better. He went home and took a bath, then got a muscle massage. If he doesn't take care of his muscles and overworks then, it could be detrimental to his physical health. When that was done he made an ice bath and got in. His muscles felt much better and for the rest of the day he did basic muscle workouts like pushups, planks, and squats. 

He didn't use weight because he's too young, and was building a good foundation for his muscles. He took another bath after and then played videogames. His favorite thing thing other then football, was playing call of duty, or any game with voice chat. Why? He loves talking trash. He's also very talented at videogames, and would play them when his legs were paralyzed. 

He got into a cod game, and played a round. He would use snipers because using rifles was too easy for him, and snipers were way more fun to use. He won the round, turned his mic on and said 

"WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU EVEN PLAYING THIS GAME? JUST DELETE IT ALREADY YOU WASTED YOUR MONEY, GO PLAY CARD GAMES DWEEB."

"Shut the fuck up kid it's past your bedtime" somebody told him 

"Past my bedtime? Sorry the bed is full your obese fucking mother is on it." 

He played for hours and he found a little kid talking trash too. He destroyed the kid and told him 

"HEY KID, YOU SHOULDNT BE PLAYING THIS GAME. IVE GOT CRAYOLA CRAYONS SOMEWHERE AROUND HERE YOU CAN FUCK AROUND WITH" 

He had a lot of fun talking trash, and his teammates always cracked up when he talked. A lot of people sent him friend requests, but he only accepted the ones from people who he thought were funny. 

The next week went the same, and his stamina was gradually getting better and his friends list kept getting bigger. He then thought of something. 'Why not start a YouTube channel?' With his skill, comedy, and funny friends, he could definitely become a famous YouTuber. 

He bought all the necessary stuff for a YouTuber then started a video. 

He invited his most funny friends and started talking with them in party chat

They laughed and started playing games. He constantly talked trash, and destroyed kids in games. He also easily got content because he and his friends were very funny. When he finished recording, he looked for an editor and a thumbnail maker. He's not a damn god, he can't do everything. He found a thumbnail maker who did simple but interesting thumbnails, and an editor who was good at subtitling and finding funny parts of videos. 

He messaged them he was starting a channel and he would pay them to be his personal editor and thumbnail maker. They agreed, and he sent them the stuff. He also gave them control of his YouTube channel to post videos. He only gave them permission for uploading videos, not deleting them or anything like that. A YouTube update like that came a few years ago. 

The next thing he did was advertise. He sent the video to many forums and chatting sites. He also set up his Instagram. He made a picture of himself in his best clothes and posted a picture of himself in the mirror. He put a filter and made it his profile pic and also uploaded it and put as the caption "God damn I'm so sexy, don't let me near your mom."

Most went to his video because they were bored and weren't expecting much, but when they watched they laughed their ass off. They shared it with their friends, and his video got 100 views. He went to sleep satisfied, and did the exact same stuff the next day. He made a Snapchat to post about what he was doing the entire day, like going to school, going on a run, or any main things he did. 

After a month, his YouTube had thousands of subscribers. What most liked was he wasn't fake. Many youtubers put fake personality's and acted like they were in a cartoon to appeal to little kids. Who could have guessed a kid would be the one who didn't act fake? He posted videos daily, and they were top quality content.

John was a football prodigy. He was in a trash football team when he was younger, and got them a 100% win record. He loved football, but one day his life shattered. He was going on a daily run when a car ran him over. From that day on, he was paralyzed and would never be able to walk again. He wallowed in depression, and had to stay in a white room for the rest of his life. It got better and he was able to get in a wheel chair, and he cried himself to sleep every night before he decided.

No, he wouldn’t submit to this shit. Just because he can’t play football, doesn’t mean he can’t watch it, or coach it! He started to watch football games, watched every single nfl player. He then started to find their faults and send them messages on corrections, and exercises to fix their weak points. Many NFL players loved him, because he would help everybody out. They called him the Father of the nfl players, because he acted like a dad coaching his son to the players. 

The players would visit him and laugh with him. On his birthday, they brought him to a bar, and they drank away. Then one day, he was watching a highschool football game before he spotted somebody. It was the qb. The qb was on the losing team, but that was because of his team. He could tell the kid was made to be a qb. He had the talent, but didn’t have a team. 

He messaged this kid, and when the kid saw who texted him he screamed in surprise. He immediately had his parents drive him to the hospital and entered the room with his parents. 

“Kid, why do you play with that team?” 

“Uhh, my friends are on the team and I wanted to help them”

“Friends? If they were real friends, they would want you to join a different team. You are a natural for the quarterback position. I’ll coach you kid, but leave that trashy team first”

That was a life changing moment for that kid. He went on to dominate the NFL, and was known as the #1 QB. John was also known as the father of NFL, and one of the best coaches. It was often talked about what a monster would have came out if he wasn’t paralyzed. Some even joked if he didn’t get ran over, he would have destroyed the league. 

When John died, he died with no regrets, until he opened his eyes and realized, wait...I’m 10 years old?



"You look so much like him", Min-ah lunged up, waning her brows as she twirled to get Jae Joon's viewpoint. 

"I'm not sure but what I know is these rice chips are only made for me", Jae Joon muttered with inscrutable terms, licking his fingers, expressing how yummy those were. 

"Hey! Look at him. WOW! This picture is you." Min-ah screeched at Jae Joon to finally get his scrutiny as her honey-brown eyes spurred and ruddy chubby cheeks hoisted in fervour gazing at her twin for a response. 

Greyish brown eyes diminished glaring at the picture on the TV screen as his ears earned a red hue in amusement. 

"Woahh! That's me.", Jae Joon murmured with an unsettled tone illustrating awe. 

Something in Jimin was so transcendental and tantalizing that they both got engulfed in the TV screen, wowing at the man who was percolating the cliché of "hot bad boy" with a jaw slenderer than his cheekbones, guided down to his curvaceous lips. 

Jimin's nose, faultlessly sliding down from his forehead, just like the perfect nose of a monument of a Greek God. 

His Almond eye and luscious lips that resembled Jae Joon made the kid wonder, how much of a coincidence this is, considering that Min-ah was speculating of it in another way. 

"My friend in New York looked like her mom. Her eyes, her eye colour and her smile came from her mom." Min-ah asserted gazing at the man on the screen carefully. 

Jae Joon, occupied at the moment with his rice chips and spoofing the famous guy's facial expressions answers, 

"So what? Momma said our dad lives in the star land that is murky, bleak and huge, he is watching over us, making sure to bless us with the rice chips and Doritos every day. 

A seeping silence stirred to build an illicit moment between them when Jae Joon crawled next to her and uttered, 

"Come eat!" 

He now hopped on her from behind and snatched the remote from her. 

"Hey!!!" Min-ah hissed as she flinched from the sudden interaction. 

Jae Joon celebrated her reaction, as his eyes gleamed with dimpled cheeks. 

He promptly changed the channel to watch the cartoon to which Min-ah got infuriated and climbed up to his bed. 

Jae Joon chuckled, clambered to plop beside Min-ah, excavated funny faces to her and then, perch down doing the most important task of the day. Watching his favourite cartoon. 

Min-ah was perplexed but her tranquil gaze was jeopardizing. 

Thousands of doubts began to jumble up in her cranium, she was appalled at the resemblance. 

With her Einstein mind, she was getting curious and restless for an explanation, an answer that would satisfy her novelty. 

"Thirty-Five degree, 

some ice cream, please? 

Too hot for me, 

Whoops! some ice cream, please? 

I'm melting in the sun 

Looks like I'm turning into a nun, 

making my senses shun 

Can I have some ice cream, please? 

What are you waiting for? 

Because I know you want it more!" 

The commercial ended making Jae Joon covet some ice cream. 

Jae Joon gaped at Min-ah from the nook of his eye, evaluating the circumstance before he risks his life and gets attack by his sister's bitterness. 

Analyzing her pouty face, he hastily realized that it was safe to bother her as ice cream would undoubtedly raise aloft her mood and instantly heave her to *cloud nine*. 

It was that easy? Yes! 

"Minnnnnn-ahhh! 

Do you want some ice cream?" 

Jae Joon beseeched her revealing his big set of teeth. 

A loud 'Yes' echoed down from the double-decker bed than a sharpened sharpie. 

"let's sneak out?" Jae Joon grumbled with leisure dancing in his accent whilst he swatted his hands in excitement to which Min-ah giggled in a small guilty burst. 

Min-ah was smart but sensible too. When it came to putting up with accountabilities, Jin-Ae always addressed Min-ah, because Jae Joon being the playful kid, was a carefree, nonchalant child with no fusses to paddle into. 

Meanwhile, Min-ah was very affectionate and caring with her inclination to conceal her emotions, she was the one who was always the concerned one in the duo. 

Min-ah couldn't say no to him as she was yearning for some too, ice cream made them forget about the handsome charming man, on whom the entire Korea was drooling over at the same time. 

And because ice cream solves everything, her mood went back to the bubbly Min-ah she always was. 

They quickly got dressed into their comfy hoodies, making extra sure to not arrest a cold in their diminutive fragile bodies, they wore a t-shirt beneath their hoodies for insurance, then, took out some money from their elegant coffer and sneak out. 

Peeking here and there as pessimistic music fiddled in the background for THEM. 

The detective mood automatically shuffled on, when unexpectedly someone tapped on their shoulder to which Jae Joon wailed as anguish dripped from his orifices. 

It occurred to be Taehyung's house helper. 

What a relief! 

They sough drastically after which narrowed stares gyrated between them. 

It was a helper who was concerned and decided to halt them. 

Min-ah being the precocious one, took advantage of the gifted moment and canvassed the helper for some assistance, to exhort the driver to help them sneak out successfully. 

The attendant glimmered angelically and aided them. Who could resist cute twinnies anyways? 

As Taehyung comprehended that they would wake up late, he already enjoined the workers to look after the kids and confidentially allowed the babies to go out whenever they want to but only, it has to be with his house workers. 

It was like a dream come true. 

Jae Joon and Min- ah sat in the car waving the driver a cute hi. 

The driver chuckled and drove off for their yummy destination. 

Their hearts battered with excitement running down their veins whereas, fear crawled on their skin, making them marvel at how their momma will counter this disaster. 

In a blink of an eye, they arrived at their all-time favourite destination, the ice cream shop. 

The driver watched over the kids whilst they got off the car and went into the shop. 

Min-ah ordered the Chocolate chip ice cream while on the contrary, Jae Joon implored for a strawberry ice cream. 

Their hearts wilted and fell in love, at first sight, gazing at the scoop of ice cream winking at them as it relinquished itself in the cup, flowing precipitously with the breezy vibe. 

The cafe was composited beautifully as if cultural brushes were wielded to delineate the homeyness and tenderness of Seoul. The homey aroma, cajole a smile on their smile as the mist slowly seeped from their faces. 

"Here's your ice-creams cuties!" They both applauded as jazz gushed out of their big gummy smiles. 

The bistro was now casting that glossy look, as it got swivelled with their chuckles. 

The place soon reverberated baby giggles everywhere. 

Taehyung's house helper was looking after them from outside the cafe, smiling at the clumsy babies who were a lot mature than their age. 

Licking every melting spoonful bite, the flavour and coldness of the ice cream froze up their vision until the zeal of sweetness droops down their throat engraving their pink blotches more permanent. 

Unawares, a loud thud startled them. 

A lot of reporters jogging here and there as two Lamborghini Aventador and one Porsche Panamera GTS halted near the cafe. 

Vocalization of numerous names, cameras clicking with undefeatable shutters, everyone nudging and grabbing to adjust themselves to get the perfect shot. 

Min-ah began hiccuping, as her eyes went wide open, and her existence shuddered with fear. 

Jae Joon forthwith clasped her hand tightly, his legs wobbled. 

The ice cream maker cackled at the cute consequence and made an effort to calm them down by moving toward them with a bottle of sprinkles. 

She topped their ice-creams with colourful sprinkles that added an extraordinary discrepancy to it. Confectionery is always the fairest. 

"Woah! I love tiny candies." Jae Joon said in an elevated tone. 

"Ahh. Thank you!"Min-ah thanked the person warmly with her cute smile. 

"Anytime my love! Don't be scared. 

Do you know who celebrities are?", she implored with a gigantic grin on her face. 

"Yes! big cars, big business, big house and they come on TV." Jae Joon retorted to her, as he did his little jig on his seat. 

"Yayy! you know a lot! 

Paying tribute to such huge celebrities is very common in this modern and technological realm. People love following them and knowing extra about them." 

Min-ah hummed in response as she veered to have a look at the crowd. Whereas, Jae Joon bobbed at her walloping his ice cream. 

The ice cream maker then left squeezing their cheeks for the last time to entertain other customers. 

"Hey! it's the same guy from the TV. I WANT TO SEE HIM. Let's go!" Min-ah grabbed his hand and trotted.

"Let's address our children. They are mine, I can't believe you did this to me", Park Jimin growled. "The children are mine", Choi Jin-Ae yelled back at him.

A gloomy night turned Jin-Ae's world upside down. She accepted a mere favor, to save her world from falling apart but destiny had its own strategies.

Getting up Zhi Ruo noticed another person's presence in the room.
If she would have not confirmed the level of security of the house she probably would not have been able to sleep so deeply, but after playing around for a while,  she was pretty sure that apart from the maker himself and Zhi Ruo no one would be able to breach it.
Qing Shan was replaying the cartoon video,
Wondering what he was watching with so much dedication, Zhi Ruo asked him about it…
Getting up from the couch, Qing Shan walked towards Zhi Ruo and passed his cell phone to her
"Look I got this video, isn't it funny"
Pouting Zhi Ruo took the cell [phone and eagerly watched the video playing..
She had just gotten up and her mind was yet little fuzzy, due to which it took her some time to realise that it was the video she uploaded to fill up the five minutes blank space..
Quickly tossing the cell phone aside like a hot potato she got up and shouted directly:
"What  is so  funny?"
This time Qing Shan applied his learnt lesson from his wedding night, he stood little away from his wife or else his chin would again have been broken by her head….
Mentally patting his back he applauded himself
'Good work, Qing Shan…Keep it up'




"Nothing, I thought it was funny." Said Qing Shan
"Hhmmmph" Taking big strides Zhi Ruo went to get freshen up.
In the hospital:
Father Zhi came to visit Grandma Qing, Handing her some health supplement's he sat down on the stool besides her while waiting.
Gesturing Grandpa Qing to leaver then alone for some time, she smiled and asked
"Are you worried?"
Shaking his head Father Zhi kept looking at her…
Smiling Grandma Qing said:
"You sure are an interesting person, you say no …
But your emotions betray you.
*Sigh* don't worry….. I failed to protect my daughter....
I won't let the same mistake happen twice"
"I am sorry" said father Zhi
"She knew it, right…
She knew, she would be killed…
She also knew, who ….."


Wiping the tears flowing through her face Grandma Qing's eyes burned with fire and she added
"We thought it was fate written by god, but now that we know it was written by a human...…
We have to show him the hell….I will…..."
"She didn't want anyone to dig this up" said father Zhi
Before Grandma Qing could ask her further Questions, Grandpa Qing knocked on the door
Sighing Grandma Qing said:
"We will talk about it again later. For now what is important is ....
I have carved the path, you have to make Zhi Ruo walk on it.
No mistakes should happen this time. "
As soon as father Zhi left, Grandpa Qing came in and helped his wife to lie down. 
With a distressed face he asked her to take rest and not get worried about this things.....

On their wedding night,  Zhi Ruo was scared and nervous. It had been hours that she was sitting on the bed awaiting her husband thinking, 
"This is the first time I will be meeting him...Shall I run away?"
Looking around warily with her bright eyes Zhi Ruo thought again to convince herself, "Anyway he will not be able to find me, after all who marries without meeting even once" 
Convincing herself Zhi Ruo had just stood up from the bed when she heard the sound of door opening completely startling her. Quickly going back to her original position she sat down with rapidly beating heart. 
The door opened and a handsome man entered:
Qing Shan moved towards the bed with a steady pace that was neither hurried nor slow.
Zhi Ruo: What are you doing?
Qing Shan: What a husband should do...

"What are you doing?" asked Qing Shan who had woken up hearing voices from the kitchen. 
Fighting with the steak on the pan Zhi Ruo answered with a smile, "Cooking for my husband."

"Is it good, husband?"asked Zhi Ruo with coquetry
Shoving the black, completely burned steak inside his mouth Qing Shan answered with a subtle smile, "Yes wife. It is the best steak I ever had. It is amazing. No chef can make it better than you. My wife is the best."
Grabbing her bowl of cereals Zhi Ruo proudly said with a sarcastic smile,"Ofcourse, I had to make it best. After all my husband should remember to keep his distance from other women. Eat...eat...Shall I fry another one?..."
"Y..yes wife"saying Qing Shan started eating the completely burnt, tasteless steak without wasting anything.
