Until this day, im still playing VR games call fantasy online. 10 years I playing this game and im not bored at all, why, because the developer really doing a great job to this game, almost all best game developer in the world join hand to create the best VRMMO in the world and it called Fantasy Online. 

This is my story how i become the best player in Fantasy Online that no one can oppose me in my way to ruled Gaia World

Astharos was one of the chosen to play the beta of the game know as 'Fantasy'. He had played the Shadow Era for around a year, but he completely forget it in the only week that the beta of Fantasy was online. Not only him, but every player chosed to play the beta described it the same way:

Harry Perez was waiting for death to take him, all of the earth was at the verge of dying, the past generations had rammed the planet until the dirt couldn't even hold any nutrients anymore. Although right before all was lost, the 'Creator' descended towards the planet.

He was what all religions would call a 'God'. He told the world that there was an afterlife, reincarnation, but there was a third one as well. He told us that he had made a 'game world' and after death, everyone had a choice of the three. But Harry chose the 'game world', as well as three of his friends.

Instead of everyone waiting to die, the 'Creator' decided to hurl a meteor towards the earth. As Harry and his three friends decided to look at the inevitable meteor, figuring out their plan after they die. As the meteor got closer and closer, the four of them closed their eyes and then, darkness.

As they heard a massive Thrash, they knew it was over. Harry was left alone.

Soon after he saw a black levitating board, saying [Welcome to Afterdeath System Online]. Right underneath it, it had a [Join or Decline]. Of course, Harry pressed 'Join'. Afterwards, the darkness burst into a multitude of the colour surrounding. After it faded, he saw another levitating board.

Twas the iconic to choose your gender. Of course, he chose the male option, he hoped that his friends also made this choice. Afterwards, hundreds of different avatar customizations appeared before him. Although he was shocked, Harry already had a mental image of what his character was going to look like.

After what seemed like a millennium, it was done, his perfect character. A small, skinny and very feminine man, with pink hair and Heterochromia. (Heterochromia is having two different eye colours). His right was Red and his left was blue. After he finally pressed finished off the board it came up with another one. As he looked towards it, he saw that it was finally time to give himself a name. After all the time creating it, Harry had it figured what it was going to be.

"First name: Harrie, Last name: Stave," He thought.

It wasn't the most creative name, but it would have to do. And at last, the great board appeared in front of him.

As Harri gave a sigh of relief, the worst thing happened.

[Error: starting point disabled for Avatar, redirecting, please wait…]

"What!" Harri exclaimed.

As he tried to stomp his foot of something in the nothingness that surrounded him, Harry looked back up to see that the board had changed.

[ 3 other individuals found with the same error, redirecting to the 'Creators Chambers']

"What!" Harry exclaimed again.

Before he could process the rest another bright light blinded him. As it faded, Harrie saw that he was teleported to a room with three other individuals which he did not recognize.

"Who are you?" The largest one questioned all of them.

Harrie shrugged.

"*Cough Cough* over here!" A voice called.

Everyone looked to the right to see it. The 'Creator' was standing in front of them.

"First of all don't bow and second of all you all have intrigued me," the 'Creator' continued

"Sorry for interrupting, but why us 4?" The large one asked.

"Because you four stood beside each other when the world ended,"

The four noticed what had happened, they had been reincarnated together.

"I noticed that everyone on earth just wanted to play, whilst you four were the only ones that planned for the game together,"

"Excuse me sir, but why did you summon us here then?" Harri asked the 'Creator'.

"Because I want to award you with a special award, you can pick any Job as well as a special ability unique to you."

Two golden levitating boards then appeared in front of all four of them with what seemed to be an infinite number of different choices.

After a while, Harrie finally chose what his Job and his Ability would be. He pressed enter. Harrie chose the Job of [Magician] and the Ability [Infinite Item Box].

Afterwards, he stood there and waited for the rest, as one by one, they finished their jobs and Ability choosing. Harri decided to figure it out who was who, the 'Creator' also made an annoying system that if we figured out, we would automatically say their avatar name.

It wasn't long before he found out which one was which. Afterwards, everyone turned back towards the 'Creator'.

"Ok well then, I have given you what your prizes, I will now return you to the original starting town, I will also give you a spell that will not be able to pick up your gifted ability and job," the 'Creator' finally said.

"Take care,"

The 'Creator' then snapped his fingers and they were covered again in bright light. As the light faded, Harri and his freinds were teleported to the middle of a small medieval town. A board appeared in front of all four of them.

Harri was curious so he then he activated the menu.

"Menu" Harri echoed. 

A Purple board then appeared in front of him. He took a look at it to see what was on the board.

Confused about what * is, Harri pressed it. Another purple board then sprang out of him. Looking at the newly appeared board.

Suddenly another board appeared out of the four people.

[Error, three people have been forcefully been added to your friend list]

After the three other people finished checking off their status bar, the four of them, found a quiet place and started to talk. The group of four were in a circle in an alley not far from where they appeared.

"So, you have changed to a girl?" Harri asked the elf girl.

"Hey remember that I was going to go through with it, and what about you, you with that female physique?" Kaloko barked back.

"At least I still have a pair,"

"Would you two stop arguing we have to find a place to stay for our first night," Atogin replied.

"He's right you know, we have a small amount of currency for one night," Nicko interrupted. 

"Nicko's right, we do need a place, I'll check the town map for an inn."

Harri then opened the menu and opened the town map. After checking around, he nodded.

"Ok, there is an inn nearby, we'll go there, since we don't have enough time to hunt," Harri yelled out.

Everyone nodded and followed Harri towards the inn. After a few minutes, they stood right in front of it. It had massive wooden letters with the words 'inn'. As they entered it was empty, only a lonely innkeeper was there, she had long pink hair like Harri, but a slender body like Kaloko.

"Finally, visitors, welcome to the eastern districts Newtown inn," The innkeeper yelled as she jumped for joy.

"How long are you staying for?" She continued.

"One night, please, with a room for four," Atogin replied quickly.

"Oh sorry, but we only have a room with three bedrooms, we don't have a room with four beds,"

"Well then, we will take that then, we'll find out who will sleep on the floor,"

"I'll sleep on the floor since I'm dressed a bit better due to my job," Harrie interrupted.

Everyone looked at him, he was better dressed, with a brown suit and tie, it suited his [Magician] job quite well.

"Very well, here are your teleport keys, remember they'll expire after the period you have paid for has ended," The innkeeper continued.

"Very well," Atogin continued.

Atogin then gave all the coins to the innkeeper. They each got a key to the room, and so they went. They entered the room, it was small with three single beds. As they laid down on their beds and everyone started to check their skills. They chatted with each other for a few more hours, then night came.

As Harrie laid on the cold wooden floor, he was looking through his stats, over and over and over. He got a special job and skill from pretty much God. He decided to check on his ability. Suddenly a little status bar appeared in front of him, the title read [Infinite item box]. As he was looking through it, he then saw a button on the top right of the screen saying [customize].

Harri pressed it and a title and three items were available.

For a joke, he decided to top hat. Then the board changed to a nice black top hat. As he put it on top, he decided to have a silent tap dance as a joke. As he was dancing, Harri decided to jump on the hat as a joke. As he leapt onto the hat, he was surprised by what happened then. He jumped into the hat.

The world has ended, but not for him, the 'Creator' has made a game called Afterdeath System Online, as everyone joins Harrie and three of his freinds embark off on an adventure

Haze requested to go to [Eternal Fantasy's] domain and got a countdown for five seconds. He thought he'd have to request to visit from [Eternal Fantasy], but soon appeared in her apartment as she ironed her dress.

Waist turned towards him and blushed as she fixed her bra strap. Her room was messy and had hundreds of boxes stacked up to the ceiling by the door.  She turned and looked at Carl who was watching a show called Damage the Heavens on a small couch.

"I'll be watching anime." Zack jumped over onto the couch next to [Ant Life] and grabbed the chips. "They even have different chips here! I'll tell you if they taste better."

"Don't get too comfortable..." Waist said as she sighed and brushed back her hair. "What are you doing here, Haze? You can come whenever you want, but send a chat message."

"He didn't realize it wouldn't send you a message." Rail looked around a the small kitchen, and smelled something cooking. "Where did you put the demon? It's so small in here and I don't see him."

"His head is getting reattached by Ginger," Waist pointed to the bathroom, and looked down at her shirt. "Screw it, you've earned the right to see me in my bra... I almost died until I joined your guild."

"I... I'm glad you can be so open with me..." Haze rubbed hs nose and tried not to scan Waist's body from head to toe. "I-I was going to come here a little bit later, but now that I'm here why don't we bounce ideas off each other"

"You're staring so hard, she might die." Rail laughed and snapped her fingers to go check out the house. "I take it she's moving. This place doesn't have a domain yet so be warned."

"Where is this place anyway?" Haze looked around and found a few normal pictures of Waist with her family. "This looks like Earth? How is this different?"

"It's not called Earth... That's just used to describe the ground..." Waist said as she sighed and walked over to Haze and grabbed his hand. "Anyways, I'll show you a map... If it's any different than your Earth, let me know..."

Haze smirked and arrived in a room with pink walls and a few pictures of Waist on the wall in different outfits. He tried not to stare too much at her bathing suit poses while he walked over to her computer.

"Sorry for the pictures of me... I'm shy, but got a few offers because of these things..." Waist shook her chest and leaned over and pulled out a map. "Anyways, take a look?"

"What do you want me to look at?" Haze sighed and took the map into his hand. "There is at least ten continents here... On Earth they only have 7... This also seems larger than Earth..."

"If that's the case, then why are we so alike?" Waist looked over at Rail as she put on one of Waists' short skirts, which turned to a dress on her body. "That kind of information isn't in the manual."

"It's complicated," Rail said as she snapped her fingers and appeared behind Waist and pointed at the map. "If you want to know, get to the C rank... However, you're both human... It might have something to do with the fact that some humans might have been able to travel through multiple worlds for a long time."

"She's telling you too much," Lapis said as she also looked at Waist's closet, "Do you mind if I try on some of your clothes," Lapis blushed and smiled as Waist returned her smile with a nonchalant nod. 

"Sure, just don't undress in front of Carl... He stares so hard my ass still hurts..."

"I heard that... Almost a commercial..." Carl said as Zack and him kept watching Damage the Heavens. It was the first episode so it was very quiet in the room.

Haze ignored them and turned away as Lapis began unbuttoning her shirt. He sighed and watched Waist load <God Smith> on her computer.

"Anyways, getting back to task... I've been scouting two people who might want to join our guild in the <combat rankings>. "There is two people who have lost eight matches in a row. One is named [Banish Red] and the other is [Grail Freedom]. "No one asks these types to join guilds, but since you're new we can probably scoop them up."

"Show him the <guild hierarchy> as well..." Lapis said as she put on a short white skirt and pulled it up her skinny, long legs. "We should aim to get in the top 10,000 in the next few months..."

"Ugh, how many guild are there?" Haze complained and sat on the chair next to Waist. "How can there possibly be 25,556 different <god smiths>?"

"Did you think Earth was all their was?" Rail jumped on Haze's lap in her new 'dress' as she scrolled to the complete bottom of the rankings... "You're also at the bottom... Eternal Fantasy... One day old... Next guild to pass... [Lax Mountain]... five days old..."

"Ugh, I'll worry about that another time! I left my angel in the kitchen! Come over after you set up your domain!"

"Thanks... I'll try and wear something better next time. Don't want to look bad for the guild leader."

"She's worried you'll take advantage of her," Carl walked in with a bag of ships. "However, you wont. A man who created someone like Zack can't possibly due such a thing."

"I like you too... Your creator is hot. Mine was going to be a doctor, though, but didn't finish school."

"A doctor," Waist laughed as she shook Haze's hand. "You're full of surprises. Remember to message me next time or you might appear next to me in the shower."

"How... how do I leave?" Haze said as he sighed and looked over at her manual..."Ugh, I'll finally read the manual soon!"

"You can borrow my app to sign in since we're in the same guild... All I got to do is click on the <domain> option, and find your name..."

"Thanks... You're beautiful... Don't die until I'm back," Haze clicked on his character, and saw his domain pop up. 

[God Smith recognized... Loading Haze's software...]

"Wait, father... Since we're here... Why don't you create a new god while you're here... She might be able to help you?" Lapis said as she pulled up a black dress and frowned as Mace walked into the room and also blushed as she looked over at the pile of clothes...

"I'm game... Just let me put on some clothes... I can tell you're having trouble focusing..."

A man that can use a sword so well that he can cut the planet in half and an architect that can turn a small room into an alternate dimension and a business man that can make him a millionaire with a single dollar, check...

Steve looked at Master Gino and asked in a cool voice, "Is the thing that Master Gino wishes to announce important?"
"It's about your Fantasy Serum!" Master Gino said as he smiled coldly.
He then switched on his smart bracelet and projected a report in front of everyone. "This is one of our analysis reports on the Fantasy Serum. The analysis shows that Mr. Clown's Fantasy Serum and Red Night's Blood contain the same ingredient. This substance is similar to most hallucinogens."
In layman terms, hallucinogens were drugs that caused users to become addicted to them in an instant, rendering the users unable to control their usage. Not only did hallucinogens damage the body, but they also caused people to become more and more lazy, as well as rendering them increasingly unable to distinguish reality from illusion.
Sudden cries of alarm were heard at the scene! Some of the forces present had studied the Fantasy Serum, but the composition of the Fantasy Serum had not yet been analyzed. Upon hearing the news, many people exclaimed in surprise...
"There's a hallucinogenic ingredient in the Fantasy Serum!"
"Doesn't this mean that taking Fantasy Serums can cause illusions and make people sink into oblivion?"
"So... Fantasy Serums are drugs!"
"This is big news!"
"Fortunately, the Fantasy Serum has not been mass produced yet. Otherwise, many people would've suffered because of it!"
President Sidney and a large group of people's expressions all changed dramatically. When they had studied the Fantasy Serum, they did not consider the presence of hallucinogens, so they did not know that it contained hallucinogenic ingredients.
Drugs had always been prohibited items, and in many places, there was zero tolerance for them. Thus, this news filled their hearts with concen.
Master Gino looked at the Clown Pharmacist with a sneer and asked, "Mr. Clown, as you are the creator of the Fantasy Serum and Red Night's Blood, shouldn't you explain why there are hallucinogens in them?"
At the same time, he used telepathic communication to tell the Clown Pharmacist, "I warned you long ago, asking you to collaborate with us! Since you do not want to do so then, don't blame us for pushing you into a state of disrepute!"
In fact, before attending the conference, Wyatt Pharmaceutical Group had already made a decision. If they could, they still wanted to bring the Clown Pharmacist into their camp, by hook or by crook!

"I have yet to finish talking, so why are you so anxious?" Steve's expression remained calm.
Master Gino looked at Steve calmly, trying to gauge how cunning he really was. Others were also watching Steve, and many of the people present regarded him as a legend, who had a great influence on the future of pharmaceutics.
But now that they were being told that the legendary figure they'd worshipped was actually a drug maker! This would naturally be a great blow to anyone!
"Actually, even if Mr. Gino had not mentioned the composition of the Fantasy Serum, I would've also have mentioned it today." Steve remained calm as he said, "But to clarify, my serum contains psychotropic ingredients, not hallucinogenic ingredients."
"What psychotropic ingredients? These are clearly hallucinogenic ingredients and drugs!" Philip suddenly cried out, followed by other naysayers...
"Yes, you are a drug maker!"
"We've all been deceived! He's just a drug dealer!"
Many people in the crowd followed suit and scolded the Clown Pharmacist.
"Quiet!" President Sidney shouted loudly. "This is a professional exchange conference!, an anyone who dares to create a scene shall be escorted out."
The security guards rushed up immediately, then stood at the front of the platform to protect the safety of the masters. After all, there were a lot of important people here, and if a conflict or a riot was to occur, no matter who got injured or died, it would have a huge impact on the pharmaceutical world.
Philip, who had wanted to stir up the crowd, immediately fell silent when he saw the army of guards coming in. The riotous crowd also quieted down upon seeing them.
Steve didn't speak again until the whole room was quiet. "Now, I want to talk about the direction of my research."
As Steve switched on his smart bracelet, three reports were projected for all to see. "There are three different packages here, one of which is an ordinary Sub-atomic Serum, while the second is a hallucinogen, and the third is the Fantasy Serum."
The Clown Pharmacist's official package of the ingredients of the Fantasy Serum immediately attracted the attentions of all the pharmacists present, as everyone was very interested in the package of ingredients.
"I know you're very interested in the Fantasy Serum. As for its package composition, I'll post it to online. Then, anyone who pays for it can download it," Steve said.
He then added, "From the report, we can see that the difference between the Fantasy Serum and the Sub-atomic Serum is that the Fantasy Serum has more components that are similar to hallucinogens."
Steve went on with his explanation, "This part of the ingredients, when compared with hallucinogens, is indeed a little similar. And… Here...This is the psychotropic agent I'm talking about."
Many pharmacists were all looking at the intercepted ingredients that Steve was now projecting on the screen, as well as the ingredients in ordinary hallucinogens, while carefully observing the branch structure of the two and observing that both of them did have some similarities.
"What's the difference between psychotropic serums and hallucinogens?" President Sidney could not help but ask.
"You've been wondering why my serums are so different from everybody else's. In fact, the main reason for this is that the direction of my research is different from everyone else's," Steve said.
He then added, "According to my previous research, I've found that the very powerful evolved beings all have stronger spiritual powers of their own, and some of them can even use telekinesis. So, I wondered if spiritual powers had any other uses, which could somehow be combined with serums!"
The Clown Pharmacist's words seemed to open a new door for many pharmacists! As people's ideas and mindsets were previously focused on how to improve serums and how to integrate serums to produce more different serums, when the Clown Pharmacist put forward the idea of pairing spirituality with pharmacy, people saw this to be an open door to a whole new world!

There comes the treasure chest. 
It looks like it's been made-up old wood which has lots of cracks and holes it doesn't need any key to open it just a bang is more than enough.

Here you go, it's open.

The chest carries some coins, old paper and a collar. There are 10 gold coins, 5 with a hole in its centre, but both are made from gold, there are some silvers and a few coppers.
Next to it there the is a piece of old paper which has some marking on it. Somehow it looks like a treasure map and there is a collar which is made from simple leather. Wait, there is not one, but two of them. The other one is placed under the old paper.
After checking it I tried to store them in my storage system. By selecting the app there comes the portal which looks like a black hole. Then I started to put the things in the storage first comes the coins and followed by the old paper when I tried to drop inside the storage there comes a notification…...

It's not the time for it, I check this item later, along with the map. After then I wonder how do the storage in the file manager look after dropping various items in it…

Then I opened the storage function in the file manager. There are various tabs like item, food and money.
First comes the item tab which holds the swords and dagger and other items. When I looked into it, I noticed there are something like a pen, note and my old bag. I can't believe it; this system separates the item based on its type and those items are kept inside my bag.

It's really handy ...

The next tab is food which holds things which can be consumed and I know that I don't have many things that can be eaten but I spotted some snacks like chocolate and a water bottle from my world in the storage.
 But how come it's possible… 
I think it's from my world same like the note and pen...
Anyway, thanks for the water…... I had a sip.
Here comes the money tab. When I opened it mentions a name "Fanta".
I think that the currency name of this world and it also has a further classification like bgold, gold, silver, copper.

In this world 10 copper is equal to 1 silver, 10 silver is equal to 1 gold and 10 gold is equal to 1 bgold that how the currency system works.

After learning basic stuff about this world my journey is about to begin. My aim for now, is to cross the forest to find a city or a village nearby.

I started to move towards the forest, during the travel I had seen various kinds of plants and trees. I have also been chased by a wild beast like wild boar but it looks different from my previous world it has a black crystal in its head and its huge. Thanks to it I lost my track in the thick greens and end up with a lake.
 It's beautiful, it carries crystal clear water where the depth can be seen and then I fetched some water in my bottle meanwhile there comes the notification.

After seeing it I checked out the /map/ on my phone, it shows my current location with a blue dot and I am standing near a blue filled area which is named / life's water / ho that's the lake it's same as the map app which is being used in the earth.
Blue areas are denoted as water, green as a forest, yellow as dry land.
Most of the areas are colourless. It only displays the areas which I have been crossed till now. Other than that, the map has other features like

           It scans the surrounding area within 10 kilometres and helps the user to find the nearby foes and beasts. It can also be used to find items and herbs.

           It helps the user to mark and note down the recently discovered areas.

           It marks the routs that have been used by the user.

Then I also tried to extract the skill from the collar which is known as /slave collar/ and there comes a notification….

Then I continued my extraction with the other collar and my /Tame/ skill level is been increased from 1 to 2…. Then my journey carry-on through the forest while travelling I used my appraisal skill number of times to learn about various herbs and their use. After using the appraisal for few times there comes a notification, which says that my appraisal level is being increased….
After a few hours, my appraisal skill reaches level 4. Then I came to know that I can increase my skill level by using it often. During the travel, I come across some wild boar and few reptiles I try to fight them with my sword and some traps technique that I learnt from tv shows in my world...
Then after killing, I got fresh boar, chicken meat some monster core. The chicken meat is been obtained from the huge looking chicken, which wanders around the forest. The monster core can be used to extract skill from it but not every monster has them. A monster core is rare and they look like a crystal eye.
Then after extracting the skills from the monster core, I gain a few skills like

It's huge…... after seeing it I got a chill on my backbone, so for my safety, I used my appraisal skill in the cave it says.

After seeing that I am relieved and let my guard down… so there is nothing inside it…... Hahahaha…..

Then I started to move toward it I sniffed some disgusting smell from the cave so I went inside to check it out…

Inside the cave, I spotted some dead bodies in the half-rotten state and it's green in colour its bit fishy, so I checked their monster core and after the appraisal it says, there are goblin's dead body. In this world goblin do exist after that I started to extract the core from them so I can gain some skill from it.

Then I moved further inside the cave found a thing wrapped with an old cloth as if someone tried to protect it. I tried to pick that thing there comes a new notification.

The profile carries various information about the gobi and his skill…
After giving a thought I started to move toward the entrance of the cave and continued my adventure through the forest…..  With gobi in my arms.

I felt happy that I got a companion in this world…

Looking at this barrier made entirely of data, Accelerator put a hand on it and then passed through it, not before turning around one last time, looking at that mass of people.
What Accelerator has done has not been seen by anyone, not even by the creator of this "world", because the former are intent on understanding if this is a bad joke, the latter because it is intent on seeing his "masterpiece".
Accelerator, once he went out, he positioned his right hand forward to then extend his index and middle fingers together, swinging them towards the bottom in a straight line, making what the "voice" called the Main Menu appear along with a ringing sound.
So, while walking in a straight line on that desolate road, Accelerator looked at the five options that were available.
"The first icon with a silhouette of a person must be the inventory or in any case the statistics ..." he murmured, intent on observing this menu, to then click on it.
Accelerator, seeing what appeared in front of him, nodded, to then click again on one of the three categories called Items.
"Not even a starting object ..." said Accelerator.
So, he put his gaze back on the first window to then click on the second-last option, thus opening the Field Map, a map that from what he could see, records what is around him.
Continuing to look at it, he noticed a place on the map right next to him with a sword icon.
"That must be a weapon shop," said Accelerator, "it would be better to go there. After all, I can't use my skill to attack."

"... would you tell me that these sword skills are what we "players" should use to fight ...?" said Accelerator with an exhausted look.
To then throw a blow on the side of a Frenzy Boar, shattering it in a million data pieces
"What is this bullshit ... every single skill is full of flaws ... additional movements, body imbalance, wrong foot position."
Looking later at the other Frenzy Boars who spawned nearby, Accelerator headed for one.
To then take a stone on the ground and throw it forward at the animal, hitting his body.
The latter, feeling this blow, immediately charged the boy with his head down.

To then click on a plus sign that appeared next to his profile statistics.
Right in that precise moment, he saw a boy of his age running in the wild without stopping a second, even if a wolf spawned in front of him.
In fact, he just positioned the sword next to his body, and after giving himself a push with his legs, he thrust forward his sword, ending the "life" of the wolf.
Right at that moment, he started screaming to the sky, showing his tenacity and "anger".
Accelerator seeing this started to applaud, slightly stunning the other person.
"Bravo! Nice determination."
"... I did ... did not think there was already a person out here ..." he replied with a look now a little shy.
"No, no, the question isn't because I'm out here, the question is why you're not with the others inside crying." Accelerator replied with a grin.

Nathan tapped his foot on the floor impatiently. Being in virtual reality while it loaded was a strange experience, and he had yet to figure out what to do during this period. He thought about adding some minigames in the room to keep players from becoming impatient. It was something he would have to add later, though, as the main game came first.
 
"Just watch, I'll blow that shitty game out of the water, carve it up and devour it piece by piece while I laugh at your expense!" he said with a smirk. He had focused his mind on revenge. Nothing else mattered when dealing with his two scumbag ex-partners.
 
He watched as the central area finished loading, and a portal opened at the end of the room.
 
"Finally! Took it long enough... I'll have to optimise the loading area, maybe make it smaller again."
 
Nathan walked through the portal as he felt his body become weightless. The introduction began, as he had reset the game intro area for testing.
 
"Welcome to Celerin, the world of fantasy, magic and wonder."
He had created this voice-over himself, but it had been changed and edited to sound much older and more profound. He was proud of it, as the audio course had several hours to complete. It wasn't that much, but for his tight deadlines it caused much havoc.
 
The intro began as he flew across a wasteland. There were no trees, water, plants, or anything alive at all. There was only broken dirt and stone as far as the eye could see.
 
"The creator god first made the world. This broken world was made to challenge his children. Seven of his divine offspring were sent to change and mould this place to become paradise."
 
In the distance stood seven distant figures, all different sizes, shapes and colours, though too far to make out any specific details.
 
"The current time is 4000 B.E, the start of the seven divine's efforts to create a living, breathing world. It would take another four thousand years before the first races were born unto this world."
 
Time sped up, dozens of years flying past in the blink of an eye, four thousand years passing in just under a minute. The colours of the world turned from greys and browns to a lush green landscape, filled with blue oceans, red deserts and other vibrant colours.
 
Everything had changed in a moment, as the world had become a paradise. Distant children ran around screaming. The sounds of wind rushing through wheat fields accompanied the gentle hum of a mother's singing as she watched her children play.
 
"It was not till 667 A.E that the world lost its lustre, and everything turned to ash."
 
The world again morphed to a mottley mixture of browns, blacks and greys. Fires raged as races clashed in brutal battles. Two towering figures in the sky battled with unbelievable power as millions could be seen killing each other on the ground below.
 
"It's unknown what started the divine war, but you, young demi-god, have been sent to ascend into the world and resolve the crisis! Bring back the peace that had long reigned, this is the decree of the creator-god himself!"
 
Nathan nodded his head in pride. Of course, he knew the whole plot, and what had started the war, though he would never give any spoilers. The most vital aspect to making any good game was letting the players explore and find these things for themselves.
 
The next part was character creation. In normal games, one would customise a character's appearance freely. But, due to the method of connection via the helmets, it was possible for one's in-game avatar to match their appearance in real life. Still, he always recommend against this option.
"There are crazy people online. If your avatar looks like you, then it's gonna cause some issues."
 
The intro was still ongoing, and he noticed that something had gone wrong as he watched the armies still fighting each other.

He blinked for a few seconds. This wasn't correct. It was supposed to take the player to the character creation area before they could begin. He knew that it must be a bug with the system, as he narrowed his eyes, slowly waving his hand to open the admin menu.
 
"What? Why isn't it opening?" He muttered.
 
It could be an issue with the cutscene, Nathan thought. If that was the case, then opening the character menu or admin menu would be impossible. He would have to first skip past the cutscene.
 
"Fine, I'll enter the world. Bugs these days are getting annoying."
 
He pressed the 'Y' option on the screen, and soon felt his body becoming lighter before floating towards the open sky. The entire world shifted and he felt his body starting to swim, the scene changing again to an ocean of sand. This was not the starting location in the Valley of the Gods, that was for sure.
 
"What broken ass location is this!?"
 
He looked around to see a massive desert that covered many miles in all directions. At the edge of his vision was a gigantic wall that seemed to be divine, almost like a barrier to keep everyone out of this barren land.
 
"Or more like to keep everyone inside. This place is massive..." he muttered once more.
 
He came to realise that he was not standing on the ground. Instead, his body was floating, but gravity caught up to him as he plummeted to the ground like a comet. The sound of screaming echoed through the sands, before Nathan found himself crashing face first into the dust. His rag-doll body rolled down the dunes until he eventually spread out on the sand. He soon coughed out that sand before standing and looking around, confused.
 
He had been summoned into an area he did not recognise. There was some cruel irony in the fact, as he had spent many hours carefully sculpting each and every area as if they were his own children. For this place to be unknown to him was very strange. His mind began to work overtime, his pride hurt by the brutal fall. He felt his rage building as he screamed to the skies.
 
"FUCK YOU GAME! I made you and I can unmake you!"

Nathan Blackrose finds himself just on the verge of enacting his revenge. After years of devotion and suffering to build his company from the ground up, he was betrayed by his "friends" and co-founders.  They were going to launch the product of his genius, the world's first VRMMORPG, as their own.  Several years and countless hours have passed since his exile.

The content updates in version 0.39 were numerous. In the coming future, there would be more new content. In order to implement the Open Beta Testing, the gamers of Victoria City and Eternal Kingdom had to cooperate to take over Yggdrasill.
This was what the gamers speculated. If they had Yggdrasill, then the game could implement Open Beta. The Yggdrasill Plot had been triggered by Dragonborn's Strange Encounter Mission.
The gamers didn't know the location of Dragonborn, but they knew it was only a matter of time.
There were many updates, like a new map at Eternal Kingdom for the Unknown Forest. It didn't mean that the forest was called Unknown Forest. The lazy game officials were simply too lazy to give the forest a proper name. The gamers were used to the laziness of the game officials. Most of the names on the maps were given by the gamers, including the various areas in the Dungeon and the Sighing Wilderness, where the Ogre Fortress was located. After discussion, the gamers suggested using Moonlight Forest, but the name was already used by the forest at Victoria City.
The gamers couldn't come up with a good name.
All the Guilds had sent their members to the forest. As such, there were ten Beetlemons that serviced the route between Eternal Kingdom and the Unknown Forest.
If a Beetlemon could only carry 100 gamers, ten Beetlemons could only carry 1,000 gamers. However, there were 5,000 gamers in Eternal Kingdom. There was no consideration for the fact that an Orc's body was much larger than a Gnome. Perhaps a Beetlemon wasn't able to ferry 100 Orcs. Most of the Guild members organized their Darting Birds and formed groups to ferry their members to the entrance of the forest. However, this method wasn't feasible for non-affiliated gamers.
Marco Polo's post had stated clearly that the entrance was pitch dark. It wasn't suitable for Darting Birds to go in, as they would panic in the dark environment. Many gamers complained about the darkness phobia of Darting Birds when the birds were living in the Underworld. The gamers had no choice, as it was a game setting. The end was a steep cliff, and the gamers could climb down, but the Darting Birds were unable to do so. A lone non-affiliated gamer wouldn't know where to put his Darting Bird. 
Marco Polo, who was a lone adventurer, lost his Darting Bird and equipment.
The gamers of Eternal Kingdom couldn't steal each other's rides. If a gamer had a Darting Bird and another gamer killed the owner, the second gamer was unable to take the Darting Bird. Of course, he could choose to kill the Darting Bird.
For opposing factions, the gamers could steal each other's rides. For example, gamers of Victoria City could kill the owners of the Darting Birds and take their rides. 
This fact was confirmed at the Sighing Wilderness.
The Pioneer Alliance organized its members to explore the Unknown Forest. As a 500-member Guild, it organized a group with 300 members, each having a Darting Bird. They also arranged for extra tens of Darting Birds to carry loot and necessities such as tents, lamps, food, and water.
The gamers knew that there was hunger and exhaustion in the game. If the gamers didn't eat and rest sufficiently, their combat power would be greatly diminished. There was even some food that had a special BUFF that increased their agility. That was what the food description said. However, it wasn't clear whether the food was effective. 
Most of the gamers believed the food to be effective, though there wasn't an attribute panel for confirmation. Could the description be used to deceive the gamers? 
After the battle between the Pioneer Alliance and Changan City, the Pioneer Alliance was able to have a sizable force. One reason was that there were more rich gamers in the Pioneer Alliance. The other main reason was that after attacking the two Changan City Strongholds, they pillaged the enemy's resources and captured their high-ranking members.
Arthur didn't want to build a Stronghold in the wilderness to imprison the high-ranking members of Changan City. He found a convenient location to imprison them and got some Guild members to keep watch. He didn't care how long they were imprisoned. Arthur was nonchalant about whether Changan City was willing to spend money to rescue the prisoners.
The imprisonment was a method to tarnish the Guild's reputation and serve as a warning. It wasn't meant to keep them locked up for a long time.
There were 300 Pioneer Alliance members and other allied Guild members that made up the five to six hundred members that set off from Eternal Kingdom towards the Unknown Forest.
The contingent looked like a long Dragon. Under good management of the Guilds, the contingent traveled orderly towards the destination. There was no way unaffiliated gamers could have such an orderly contingent.
As it was a large contingent, the speed wasn't as fast as Marco Polo's traveling speed. The 600-member contingent traveled for half a day before it arrived at the entrance of the Unknown Forest. One hundred of the members went offline for various reasons, but they weren't abandoned. Instead, they were placed on the backs of the Darting Birds or tied to the carts. If they were left on the road, their equipment would be stolen. 
The Darting Birds couldn't be stolen, but if a piece of equipment wasn't Soulbound, it could be stolen.
It was almost night time when they arrived at the entrance of the Unknown Forest. It was also the time when most of the gamers were online. Most of the unaffiliated gamers would choose to take the Beetlemons and go offline to do other stuff. When they got online again, they would have arrived at a Beetlemon stop. Even if the Beetlemon arrived early, their friends would inform them via messaging. Then they would go online immediately and dismount from the Beetlemon. The gamers were safe from attacks and stealing when they were on the Beetlemon.
More gamers were online at night. When Arthur and his members arrived at the Unknown Forest, there was a vast crowd at the narrow tunnel.
It wasn't a good choice to set up camp at the tunnel entrance. Arthur ordered half the members to stay, while the rest of the members escorted the Darting Birds back. They could then return to the Unknown Forest via the Teleport Portal, which would be built shortly.
Arthur and half of his members proceeded into the tunnel to explore the Unknown Forest.
Arthur wasn't worried that the Changan City members would take revenge. As there were many gamers, if the Changan City members attacked, there would be accidental damage to other gamers, who would retaliate immediately. Changan City would have antagonized other Guilds and unaffiliated gamers besides the Pioneer Alliance and its allies. Changan City wouldn't be so foolish as to do that. 
Arthur and his 300 members brought along their essential equipment and entered the tunnel of the Unknown Forest. 
Almost a thousand gamers were jostling in the tunnel. After 30 minutes, they exited the tunnel and arrived at the spacious top of the cliff.
The gamers had to find a way to climb down the cliff, like what Marco Polo encountered.
They walked around but didn't find any tunnels that went down. They could only scale down the steep cliff. Though the constitution of Orcs, Gnomes, and Goblins was pretty good, without proper training and safeguards, it was as good as suicide.
The gamers were multi-talented. They chose a few expert rock-climbers from the 5000 gamers of Eternal Kingdom to scale down the cliff.
Many gamers came forward and revealed their professional rock-climbing experience. They also requested Spider Silk and ropes to create a ladder. It wasn't difficult to overcome this cliff.
The gamers were familiar with the tensile strength of the Spider Silk. Even if tens of Orcs bore weight on the Spider Silk, it would be able to support them.
Once the gamers were united, their efficiency skyrocketed. Before long, they created tens of meters of rope ladder using the contributed Spider Silk.
Then they used wooden stakes and rocks to fix one end of the rope ladder before throwing it down the cliff.
They climbed the rope ladder down in an orderly fashion.
This took quite some time, but there were no other choices. The impatient gamers could choose to climb down by themselves, but those without proper training met with a grotesque end.
Arthur and his members contributed the most Spider Silk, so they had priority in using the ladder. The 300 members spent more than an hour to gather in the forest.
The forest was lit up by faint light, and it looked like a fantasy scene.
The gamers' mission was to make a clearing in the forest so that they could build a Stronghold and a Teleport Portal. Then, Brainiac would activate the Teleport Portal.
When the gamers were scaling the ladder, Brainiac used Mana to float down the cliff. He chose a good location for the teleportation of the Rune Mana Formation's materials. The learned gamers started logging the trees while the other gamers explored the area.
Learning couldn't be forced on the gamers.
Though Arthur was good in his studies, he didn't stay at the Stronghold and log trees. He didn't require any wood, and his improved equipment was at the maximum level.
Arthur didn't want any furniture or need to make Bows or Arrows.
He led 100 members to explore other parts of the Unknown Forest. According to Marco Polo, there were other Orcs. Perhaps, there might be other Strongholds at the far end of the map. Arthur was going for the equipment of those Orcs.
Compared to logging wood, they preferred to obtain the NPCs' equipment.
The size of the Unknown Forest went beyond Arthur's imagination. After exploring for more than two hours, they didn't reach the forest boundary. They didn't find any Strongholds or traces of the Orcs either. 
On the other side of the map, other gamers discovered something and shared their findings on the discussion forum.
It was a Stronghold with a campfire! From the Stronghold size, there were a lot of creatures!
There were hundreds of Orcs and Gnomes patrolling the perimeter. They cleared a large area for defense purposes.
It wasn't clear where they came from. After all, the Underground Forest was so huge that it could be connected to other tunnels. So, they could have come in from other tunnels.
To the gamers of Eternal Kingdom, they were enemies. Even without being antagonized, the gamers saw them as enemies with red names.
The gamers who discovered the Stronghold were small in number. They didn't have the courage to dash in and take a look. They would lose all of their equipment if they died.
They retreated immediately after discovering the Stronghold and shared the information on the discussion forum. The other Guilds learned about this and deployed a group to the enemy Stronghold location.
The Orcs in the enemy Stronghold weren't aware of an impending attack.
