A mail arrived from China. It was an official invitation signed by Seukang Li for the international book exhibition that he was hosting in Shanghai. He sent the invitation for two. In addition to the invitation letter, Seukang Li sent an email to Gun-Ho separately. The email was written in Chinese and Gun-Ho, who had studied in China, had no problem reading it.

I met Jien Wang yesterday. He seemed to have a great time in Korea. He said it was because of you. And, he told me that he talked to you about the international book exhibition that I am hosting in Shanghai.
I am not sure about Korea, but here in China, Newspaper Guangdian Zongju manages publication in the Beijing area, and Guangbo Yingshi Ju which is the bureau of cultural affairs and media where I work manages publication in the Shanghai area.
Since I am the one who is in charge of this bureau in Shanghai, I am hoping to have as many publishing companies participate in the book exhibition, but I am not sure how many publishing companies will actually join us. I was told that you have a publishing company—
GH Media. If GH Media's president and the owner could come to join our book exhibition, I would greatly appreciate it.

After reading the email from Seukang Li, Gun-Ho made a phone call to President Jeong-Sook Shin in GH Media.
"Yes, sir. This is Jeong-Sook Shin."
"President Shin, I've received the first and the second book of the cartoon series that you sent to me earlier."
"We have the third and fourth books that are ready, and we sent those to you already. They will arrive at your office by tomorrow."
"Are they selling well?"
"We are already printing out the third editions of the first and second books of world history cartoon series. These books are an already-proved bestseller by Amazon.com. I knew it will be successful, but they are actually selling more than I expected."
"That's good to hear."
"The workers here were worried about it when we put them on the bookstores for the first time. Now they are very satisfied with the sales performance."
"Really? That's really nice. Umm, have you heard of an international book exhibition held in Shanghai, China?"
"Yes, I have. I know some of the publishing companies which are selling Korean books that already applied to participate in the book exhibition."
"Can't we participate in it?"
"No, sir. We are selling Japanese or American books after translating it into the Korean language. So, we don't really have our own books to promote there."
"What if we go there and import Chinese books?"
"Our market is Korea, and Chinese books are not so popular in Korea."
"I've received two invitations for that book exhibition. Would you like to go there with me?"
"Well, I don't know. I think we will probably just waste time and money by traveling to China."
"To be honest with you, the person who is hosting the book exhibition in Shanghai is my friend. He is Chinese, of course."
"Oh, really?"
"He is the director of the bureau of cultural affairs, radio broadcasting, film, television, media, and arts of Shanghai. And that bureau is hosting the international book exhibition. He sent me the invitation with an email saying I have to be there."
"Well, you should go there then, sir."
"I won't be very helpful to him if I go there by myself. I don't know much about the book publishing business. He sent me two invitations, so I was wondering if you would go there with you, President Shin."
"Well… Okay. I will go with you, sir. But the travel expenses…"
"Don't worry about the expenses for the trip. I can have GH Mobile pay for our travel expenses or I can personally bear the entire cost."
Gun-Ho had been receiving his monthly salaries from three separate companies, and he hadn't really spent much so far. Those salaries were just being accumulated in his personal bank account.
"I am in then. As a matter of fact, everyone in the publishing business wishes to participate in an international book exhibition."
"We don't have to make a contract for a Chinese book if we don't meet any good one. I just want to be there for my friend."
"Understood, sir."
"I will let you know once the trip itinerary is confirmed."
"Okay, sir."
 
After getting off the phone with GH Media's President Shin, Gun-Ho replied to Seukang Li's email.
『I guess you might feel a heavy burden on your shoulders for the book exhibition. Since I have a publishing company, I will participate in the exhibition with the publishing company's president. I am gladly taking this opportunity to see my dear friend.

Gun-Ho was stretching himself in his office after sending out the email reply to Seukang Li when Director Dong-Chan Lee entered the office. He was with two young men.
"Sir, these are the new hires of Dyeon Korea."
"Oh, really? Please have a seat."
Director Kim and the new employees sat on a chair.
Director Kim handed over their resumes to Gun-Ho.
Both of the new employees graduated from Seoul National University and they had some experience abroad either as an exchange student or for a voluntary work. They were about 30 years old, which made them at least five years younger than Gun-Ho.
Gun-Ho looked at Director Kim and said,
"What are their job positions?"
"One person will do import and export work, and the other will do sales."
"For the accounting and general affairs positions, you said you wanted to take a few employees from the current GH Mobile's employees, right?"
"That's right, sir. We will need people with work experience for the accounting and general affairs positions, so I'm planning to take a team leader or assistant manager in those departments in GH Mobile. And we will hire two more employees for each department."
"Hmm."
Gun-Ho then looked at the new hires and said,
"Welcome aboard. You will feel a bit uncomfortable at the beginning of your work since the Dyeon Korea's building is not yet completed."
"That's okay, sir."
The two men responded simultaneously.
"Are you two from this area?"
"Yes, our parents are in Asan City."
Gun-Ho said,
"I am so happy to have decent new employees in Dyeon Korea. You will learn a lot from Director Kim here. If you work hard, you will have an opportunity to promote within the company as well. Since you start working with us even before the company's building is completed, you are one of our very first employees. I look forward to working with you two."
Gun-Ho had a handshake with each of the new employees and tapped their backs.
The new hires gave a deep bow to Gun-Ho before leaving the office.
 
While having a cup of tea in his office, Gun-Ho thought about the two young men who just joined Dyeon Korea. They looked young and innocent. He then touched his own face.
"I just turned 36 years old. If those two young men saw me on the street, would they consider me like an older brother? Or an uncle? Do I look already that old?"
Gun-Ho looked at himself in the mirror.
"I am indeed getting old. I came this far without a break and without realizing that I am aging. Mori Aikko is only 21 years old. Is she with me because she really likes me? Or because of my money?"
As Gun-Ho suddenly became self-conscious about his aged appearance, he decided to get a skin care, and he headed to downtown in Cheonan City.

This is the story of a poor young man whose poverty even shreds apart their family willing to climb his way through society and into the top. A very realistic novel that moves away from fantasy and sci-fi and focuses solely on the issues of society and life.

"As you wish. These are the numbers from a few experiments. Currently, it looks as if the high ranked abyss Zerg still cannot survive in a normal environment. But those which are two ranks lower have a 1% chance of surviving, and these can quickly adapt to the environment in a short timespan. Through dissection, we realized that their genetic sequence had begun to mutate. The flesh and cells automatically undergo fission to produce some acidic substance. This must be the reason they can continue to survive…"
"Have we tried artificially replicating this substance?"
"Presently, the experiments are ongoing. The difficulty of combinations is extreme, but we are thinking of ways to overcome it."
"Mm, well these problems can be left for the future. The most crucial thing now is the Zerg' mental control levels, and the final safety measures…"
As the discussion concluded, Butcher gathered everybody, and revealed the true purpose of this mission.
"As everyone has just heard, this research base is currently performing experiments to manufacture and control Zerg. But these are no normal stellar Zerg, but rather the abyss Zerg that you have faced in the school's simulation systems! Of course, they're of a much lower rank than the abyss soldier Zerg…" Butcher said solemnly.
Humankind was currently using genetic engineering to recreate abyss Zerg, and modify them. One goal was to find a weakness of the abyss Zerg. Another was to fight fire with fire, just like how different termite colonies would fight. Of course, all of the abyss Zerg had been fitted out with biological insurance. A biological grenade had been strapped to their crucial spots. At the first sign of trouble, they would be eradicated at the press of a button.
Wang Zheng and Zhang Shan exchanged looks. Both had thought of the same unpleasant matter at the same time.
Perhaps seeing the two's unease, "Are you worried about worms escaping and other such problems?"
Wang Zheng nodded. "Previously, we encountered similar problems. It was a regular Zerg training ground, but the worms concealed themselves…"
Siemen Kuang shook his head. "We would not make such elementary mistakes. Besides, we are growing abyss Zerg here. The entire base is severely guarded. Even a mosquito would have trouble getting access."
"Professor Siemen, let's leave the concrete details for later. This visit is also for the students to get a feel of things." Butcher said. This boy Wang Zheng was too forward as well.
"Everything has been prepared for you. If we can create a plan this time round, it would be a huge leap forward for biology!"
Siemen Kuang beamed. He was clearly happy that the research had made such breakthroughs. This was the program he supervised, after all. The research could possibly create a controllable abyss Zerg army, and also identify the super genetic sequence of the abyss Zerg that made them stand out from ordinary Zerg. What could the underlying cause be?
Without question, the time had come for biology to shine. This was also the impetus for the plan's beginnings. Of course, to gain military approval, it had to have a military reason, which was controlling the Zerg, and fighting Zerg with Zerg.
It had been killing two birds with a stone since then. The discovery of the super gene in the research was like discovering the nucleus. Humanity moved a step closer to the secrets of life.
Butcher definitely wanted to have an in-depth discussion with the research team. Wang Zheng and the rest were escorted by personnel to their temporary accommodations.
It had to be said, the hardware here was excellent. This program was under the Milky Way headquarters' direct supervision, watched by the military and sponsored by the large financial conglomerates. A heavy-duty project.
"Welcome, bright talents of the galaxy, to Gemini Star. I am Tamil, your service staff for everything on the base." Tamil smiled. She was about the same height as Ao Ziwei, but their maturity was different. Although Gemini Star girls were not tall, but they were very shapely. In business attire, only Gemini Star girls could be at once loli and mature beauty.
"I'm Zhang Shan. Pleased to meet you, beautiful. Can we come to you for any need?" Zhang Shan had been whipped to death by Wang Zheng's training, and since their arrival, things had been all sorts of boring. To suddenly find such a warm and inviting Gemini Star beauty had stirred the romance in his heart again.
Tamil smiled sweetly. "Of course, that's my job. Oh, right, besides those areas marked with a danger sign which are prohibited from access, every other area is open. The rooms have televisions which have live programs on the Zerg. That's a specialty of ours here, which no one else has."
Zhang Shan waved it off. "What's so interesting about that, I would rather find out more about Gemini Star…"

From one side, Lie Xin could not resist kicking somebody. "Miss Tamil, this rogue likes to shoot his mouth. Thank you."
"Lie Xin. You're looking beautiful. We Gemini Star girls can only dream of a figure like yours."
Lie Xin was a little embarrassed. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Don't you see all these rascals with their tongues hanging out over you?"
"Lie Xin, we both know the truth. Don't spread lies about me. Everybody loves beauty, and I am known for my sincerity, cuteness, and being an absolute gentleman." Zhang Shan said.
"Lie Xin, Tamil's words are true. I envy you. If only I could be as tall." Ao Ziwei said. Because they were familiar, Ao Ziwei was very direct. This was also a characteristic of Gemini Star people. Between friends, they rarely held back.
"That's enough from the two of you. Lie Xin is the type of girl who will swell up naturally. If you keep stoking her ego, she'll be able to fly soon." Zhang Shan could not resist poking some fun at her.
Lie Xin suddenly turned to Zhang Shan with all of her charm. "You mean I'm not attractive to you?"
A life of her bosom, and a shapely leg stepping forward. In an instant, Zhang Shan was swooning. This vixen was crazy. What was going on.
"Keke, you're not my type. I think Wang Zheng is more suited for you." Zhang Shan immediately booted the ball out of his court. Luckily Wang Zheng was around.
"Wang Zheng, I'm a fan." Tamil smiled, inclining her head and eyeing Wang Zheng. She revealed a creamy neck, decorated only with a simple silver chain. In the center nestled a pure pearl, which complemented the cuteness of Gemini Star girls.
"You are too kind." Wang Zheng said. Why would she be a fan of him.
"Not at all. We all watched the last match of the Greatest King contest. You beat Arbiter, that was incredible!"
Tamil's look towards Wang Zheng was also filled with interest. No girl could resist the attraction of the strong. This was an instinct. Especially those who were involved in the military, who especially favored the strong.
Wang Zheng rubbed his nose "Got lucky, is all."
Zhang Shan signed theatrically. "I can't come out with you anymore. You're affecting my heroic image."
They laughed. This time round, Wang Zheng had an additional task – to test his runic mecha, and also to nurture the abyss Zerg.
Although the runic mecha was specially made for the five of them, but it did not mean they could use it freely. They could only use it on missions. The preservation and maintenance costs were not insignificant, and it was not something that any place could do.


He received a genetic score of 28... completely disqualifying him from applying to military college!
He helped deliver a friend's love letter... and fell into a lake becoming infamous for dying for love!

However he perserved through all these trials! Our Dear Student Wang Zheng has finally started his lucky(?) university life!

TL Note: This is a novel about doing the impossible, seeing the invisible. Follow along for a ride across the universe!
TL;DR: Not Shakespeare, not complex, but fun and easy to read. Come support! 
As the translator, I've enjoyed translating this novel and I hope to bring the essence of what the author has tried to portray into the chapters you will read.
To sum it up in 3 words: Mechs! Explosions! Science!
To be perfectly honest, this novel is about your typically overpowered protagonist who does get looked down from time to time but always overcomes the odds with his own special power. He's abit more mature having grown up on his own and just a littttttttle bit dense.
Although it always ends up with him winning, it always happens in an interesting (subjective) and fun way that makes me enjoy reading this.
The novel has elements of lighthearted comedy from time to time and I do chuckle at how direct the humor is.
It's not as smart as say WMW nor does it weave an intricate story much like Ergen's novels. More importantly, its fun and it doesn't try to hide it.


Ria opened her eyes slowly when she heard Emma's voice. Her eyes were bloodshot red. Its been years since she last thought about it. Only when she came to Italy, She thought about her whole story with Ren. "Whoa! Ria! You look like a monster with red eyes.", Emma exaggerated to make the kids laugh. 

The kids gave her a cold shoulder, while Varun stood from his seat and touched Ria's cheeks. Ria looked at the little guy's worried face, she played with his hair and tickled him. The little guy then let out a laugh. Diya was still sleeping in the window side seat. She gave both of her kids a kiss in the cheeks. 

Varun was told by Ria that he was, the man of the house from the moment he started talking. The guy always protected Diya and he spoiled Diya by giving her whatever she asked. Ria gave everything equally to the both of them. Diya was always beside her brother. The next one after her mother whom she listens to was Varun. 

Ria carried the sleeping Diya in her shoulder while Emma carried Varun. Ria simply had a backpack as her hand luggage. They don't have to switch the flight as the same flight will go to C city in I country. Ria first went to a nearby cafe, she ordered cappuccino for her and soft desserts for the kids. 

Emma ordered a black tea and a mint sandwich. While they were waiting for the order, Varun looked at the magazine in the table and said, "Papa!" The magazine cover showed a young man in his twenties who was awarded as the Best Entrepreneur in the world. Ria's heart stopped for a second when she heard Varun. Emma choked on her own saliva and looked at the magazine on the table. 

Hearing Varun's voice Diya jumped in Ria's lap in excitement and she asked in a sleepy voice while rubbing her eyes, "Where ish hee?" Varun smiled at Diya and said, "Nott here, in the book" and pointed his finger to the magazine Emma was holding. 

Diya struggled out of Ria's embrace, she walked to Emma and pulled the hem of her skirt. Emma bent down and picked Diya then showed her the magazine. After Diya saw she hugged the magazine and gave it a kiss. Then she said, "Papa looksh like brother" 

Ria was still stunned and thinking how did she forget the fact that they knew! She thought apart from the photos she had shown them they won't recognize him in other pictures. Who would have thought those guys see their fathers pic in the internet with the tablet they have. 

So they even know how their father looked at yesterday night's bussiness meeting. They don't know what was the meeting about and all, they just searched his name and found his pictures that is all. Diya plays games and always attentive with the tablet while Varun draws and colours the drawing. Ria knew about their interest and always helped them with a head start. 

The kids were always with her during business meetings so to avoid them from running here and there, she thought they should do something valuable. Actually they are giving up their own enjoyment which was crucial for the little kids at their age so she thought she need to compensate them. Their IQ is completely on a different level from the other kids of their age. 

Varun can draw anything he sees with prefect accuration and colour it, like a photograph. But the only drawback is he can only draw one component at a time. Incase of a flower vase he can either draw the vase or one of the flowers in the vase. Which is a barrier he can overcome with time and during  growing up. 

The quality of his drawing in the computer and in the paper doesn't has that much difference. He is familiar with all types of colours, paper types, pencil types. 

When coming to Diya, she plays with computers. She is the World's first 2-yr old kid to clear all the levels of "Dungeon World", which is the number one difficult game in the world for this year. No one will believe that, if you say that kid plays the most difficult games online and she is ranked within top 10 in each. 

Likewise due to age factor, she is not that great and all but compared to her age kids she is awesome. These two little kids has already finished their studies related to primary level. Ria has been running around the world to get inspiration and exposure so she always kept her children busy with innovative things. If they does something out of curiosity then she will buy them books and instruments regarding it. 

They are currently at the peek of grasping information from the surrounding as a result gaining much IQ. Except their childish pronunciation, they are fluent in english and Tamil*. Ria has taught them about morals, values and how to respect elders.

Looking at the Ria who is in a daze, Emma shaked her shoulders. She came to the reality and said to her kids that, "Okay kitties! listen. When you see your father you should not talk to him or say anything to him. Just ignore him." On hearing her they looked confused but she continued, "Your father didn't come and meet us right? So we will punish him okay?" 

The kids thought about it for a while then they answered "Okies" Then Emma gave her a questioning look. She told in french, "You can't keep them away from him for so long. According to what I heard from you about him, he definetely won't let you and the kids be alone again." 

Ria replied to her in french saying, "He will never ever know about them. I don't plan on telling anyone whose kids they are." Emma smirked and said, "Who do you plan on cheating? They are his copies." Ria have her a glare, then stood up and said in english "I have to make a call" 

She walked out of the cafe, picked her mobile and called Lucy, "Hello", the other one of the phone was so excited and she said, "Yes, Ria! What is it? Have you considered coming here?" She didn't reply to Lucy, she said, "I'm on my way, I am currently in Muscat. I will reach by noon." Then she hung up the phone. 

To Emma this behaviour was normal but to lucy it is a shock. Her once sweet sister, hung up on her twice. She stood there in awe.....

He met her after 3 yrs of gap but not only her alone along with her two companions.....

A lot of people were quite surprised by Will's firm rejection While John wasn't and understood his motivations that he didn't want to get involved in Politics.
John smiled as he had long seen Donovan who was hiding in the crowd, "We meet again, Mr. Donovan. You are quite shy in today's meeting."
A Handsome middle-aged man with a demeanor of a Noble, he had Red hair and some white hair came forward and spoke eloquently, "Milord, I was sincerely interested in Projectors and it had nothing to do with Printers or any roundabout way to interact with officials for inquiring about Printers. So I just hoped that you won't misunderstand me."
John nodded as he had quite an impression of the man as Donovan had previously helped him in propaganda against Prince Hector, "It's ok, I was previously a businessman and hence understand your persistence, you can anyway buy the printers or hire other printing companies for publishing books when we pass the relaxation of laws and regulations in a few days so don't worry about it. However, all the books published in Sky will go through an inspection for preferred age groups before publication so you must be careful regarding that and if possible you should consult a lawyer to check if there are any legal problems with your book so that your company doesn't get sued later on since we are passing libel laws very shortly. So what about the projectors? Do you want to invest in it? I think they are still at an experimental stage as far as I am concerned. It still cannot produce sounds and it only works as a medium to see and not to hear for now. It might take some time to synchronize voice and the moving pictures."
Looking at the middle-aged man, John thought, 'It looks like we can see a rise of a media and an entertainment mogul since he is quite stubborn when it comes to the entertainment business. Anyway, supporting his company will form a pilot project for us in bringing up other companies in this field and also new industries.'
As soon as Donovan heard that he can buy the printers, he was happy beyond belief.
Donovan composed himself and spoke, "Your Majesty, I heard the same from Dr. Will but I intended to make movies without sounds at the start to increase our profits as we would be able to broadcast the same in multiple theaters and also improvise the acting skills of our crew as well as edit and reshoot the weaker parts and improve our dramas. Currently, We own 15 Theaters in Sky of which we rent 10 of them to other crews so I would like to improvise on the profits via using the Projectors and Cameras for shooting movies. Meanwhile, we will also create our own research center for the improvements to the projectors for improvements in the Entertainment Industry."
Donovan thought, 'Even if the new projectors with sound are out in 4-8 months, we will be able to capture the market and make a good impression on the consumers of our company at the same time. So this will be quite a profitable investment.'
John nodded and spoke, "Okay, since you are confident that you can do good business via the prototype then there should be no problem and we cannot be blamed, you will have to make your checks before buying the prototypes. We will however provide the After Sales service and spares via the company for all the types of equipment like Sky Cameras and Projectors. I will meanwhile authorize our relevant departments at the company and government to sell the projectors."
Donovan then tacitly asked, "Milord, if we make any improvements on the Projectors then it can be owned by us, right?"
John nodded and spoke, "Yes, there won't be a problem. You would have to register your research in Trademark, Registration and Patent's Office if you want to protect your rights or else you won't be able to sue other competitors if they are able to steal your tech via spies. I think you are already aware of how business works, Right?"
Donovan sighed with relief and then thought, 'I should hire some graduates from the institute who are good at engineering and have worked with projectors and maybe the sound magicians I hired will be able to improvise the projectors via using sound magic and memory magic arrays, I should also contact those two inscribers of North frontier times to make a sound recording machine integrated with the Projector for us. This will surely make us filthy rich in the entertainment industry. Anyway, I should first buy these Magic Cameras as we can film some good Professional Advertisements for certain businesses in the newspapers with our celebrities. I should also change my company name to Donovan Entertainment since we are entering multiple fields.'
Donovan nodded as he got an authorization document from John's secretary Quill to buy the projectors.
After taking care of all the important businessmen of Sky for the Future legal affairs. Only John and Will were present at the office.
Will spoke after those businessmen left the Administrative Headquarters, "Your Majesty, is it ok to relax so many media sensitive industries at once?"
John smiled as he faced this question from his other conservative ministers as well, "I understand your worries. However, currently, we have borrowed a lot of public money for our infrastructure projects and hence I am opening some industries and technologies so that the businessmen from other countries start investing over here after looking at this big pie. This is also so that it can stimulate fast growth. Additionally, the creation of Banks will inevitably leak the Printing technology to other countries as our banks are going to destabilize their financial system which will be noticed in some time now when the border officials of other countries see a change in the inflow and outflow of gold with more merchants dealing in Sky dollars instead of Gold at border villages. Basically we are grabbing their Breakfast, lunch and dinner money and hence should expect extreme reactions if we monopolize the Printers. Anyway, the Value of Sky Dollars is anyway going to increase with or without gold when our financials and economy starts fattening up because of our banks improving the efficiency of commerce. The difference between their economies and ours is that they focus mostly on agriculture and the Military but we will focus on most of the sectors i.e. Agriculture, Commerce, Services and Technology equally. Anyway, this is part of the bigger outlook and plan that I am opening up some sectors and it is also to improve the standard of living of our people. Additionally, our media is going to condition the people socially according to our national needs and hence a bigger reach is good internally. I intend to use the media to increase the interactions between humans, demons, elves, dwarves, beasts, devils and all the other species in Sky so that other countries are not able to create conflicts between races in the future at Sky at least. Additionally, opening up our Printing sector will inevitably increase the exports of our paper since it quite cheap and hence earn loads of export income."
Will was quite surprised after hearing this and understood, "I understand now, Milord."
Will hesitated a bit and didn't speak as he thought that social engineering shouldn't be done.
John smiled and understood his thinking, "Will, you must understand that every form of literature is propaganda and this is the conclusion that I came up with after my observation of the world. Every person has their biases and hence even if someone doesn't want to be partial, he will be partial subconsciously. So it is better to accept some of your own flaws and make it a strong point but in a righteous way."
This time Sarah spoke in his head in a shocked tone, 'Surprisingly, you are quite perceptive. in worldly affairs. Here take this book of policies for implementation of Stock and Financial Markets that you wanted so badly to make firm policies and increase growth.' 
John was quite surprised after hearing Sarah and didn't speak. 
Will too thought for a long-time and came to the same conclusion as he nodded deeply and spoke, "I thank Your Majesty for enlightening me about your social observations. I too will try to improve myself and the people around me. "At least I took revenge for myself!" Ran Tao comforted himself. "So, it shouldn't be consider a deuce, right?"
"Of course." Wu Xiumin looked at Zhao Yu and confirmed. "Team Leader pushed that woman against the wall! Hehe, it felt great just to watch! Dealing with a hot-tempered woman like her, violence must be met by violence!"
"Alright, then why does it sound like you are scolding me for acting like a gangster?" Zhao Yu looked helpless. He never expected that Wu Fangfang wasn't as weak as he had first thought.
"No! I didn't say that Team Leader was acting like a gangster!" Wu Xiumin replied. "No way! Our Team Leader is a legit gangster!"
As everyone in the house roared with laughter, Cui Lizhu stole a glance at Zhao Yu. She felt her heart ripple with emotion.
A few minutes later, the information that they had obtained from Wu Fangfang's side had been printed out. Zhao Yu and his teammate read through it carefully.
It turns out that the special force for Gem Theft Case really hadn't put in much work on the case. However, they had at least set up news notifications worldwide. That way, once the Tamil Star appeared, they would be the first to find out.
What surprised Zhao Yu and the others most was that Wu Fangfang's team's prime suspect for the Gem Theft Case wasn't the king of thieves, Tao Xiang! Instead, their suspect's name was Akanksha, who was an Indian.
When referring to him, the special force called him "AK" for short! AK was a wealthy businessman from India. His leather company had branches all across the globe, so he was a well-known international business tycoon.
However, besides being a tycoon, he had another important identity. He was the owner of the Tamil Star!
That's right! After the gem was stolen, the police first suspected the owner. They suspected that he had hired someone to steal the gemstone, so that he could then put up a show, where a thief would call another the thief!
Apparently, the Tamil Star had somehow found its way to Europe during the war. It was then that Ak had bought it from an auction at a sky-high price. After he got it, he placed the Indian national treasure in his personal collection.
Over time, due to the huge importance and national symbolism of the gemstone, India hoped that AK would donate the gemstone to their country. However, AK wasn't willing to do that, as he thought that his buying the gemstone at such a sky-high price meant that it should belong to him legally!
Later on, AK's company was involved in a court case that would only be solved if he gave up his citizenship. The Indian government seized this opportunity to offer him a deal. In exchange for his donation of the gemstone, they would extract him from his current difficult situation.
At first, everyone thought that AK would opt to make the exchange in order to avoid any further conflict. But, before any decision could be made, the gemstone was stolen from an exhibition in China!
As the gemstone was now lost, the Indian government could no longer use it as a bargaining chip to threaten AK. Thus, if the burglary really had been planned by AK himself, this meant that he could run away from his trouble and also keep his gemstone! It was like killing two birds with one stone!
However, the loss of the gemstone had triggered a huge diplomatic storm. So, the police couldn't help but list AK as among the prime suspects and investigate him thoroughly.
However, in Wu Fangfang's investigation record, it was clearly noted that there were no traces of AK's having participated in the robbery, even after her team had kept watch over and investigated him for quite a long time. Plus, the police even sent a special agent to investigate, who already certified that the Tamil Star wasn't in AK's possession!
Actually, not only did the Chinese police investigate the matter, but India also sent countless spies to investigate AK thoroughly. Yet, they couldn't find anything either.
Zhao Yu found this whole case puzzling…
If the gemstone wasn't in AK's hands, nor in Tao Xiang's, then where was it?
And… if Tao Xiang really did take the gemstone, then why wasn't it with him in the end? What had happened to it?

Many Chinese thought it was after the East Europe shakeup and the disintegration of the Soviet Union that Russia was leading the world in import and export profits. They are wrong though, as they were making the most profits the year the Soviet Union was formed, and the first to figure that out was Hammer.
In early August of 1921, Hammer joined a delegation going to the Ural region to do an inspection. The situation that he saw when they arrived confused him. On one hand, the region was endowed with treasures and resources such as platinum, diamonds and fur. On the other hand, there was severe famine, people starving to death everywhere and the basic necessities were in severe short supply. So, Hammer asked the Soviet delegation leader: "Why don't you export these things for food?"
"Impossible, Europe just removed their sanctions again us. It will take too long to export these things and then import food. In addition to that, it would take at least one million bushels of grain to free the Ural region from the famine."
That year America had had a good harvest and the price of grains had dropped to one dollar a bushel. So Hammer suggested: "I have one million dollars of capital, I can quickly buy one million bushels of wheat with that. He also allowed Hammer to build asbestos mines in Siberia, which would make him the first foreigner to have mining rights in the Soviet Union. This marked the beginnings of trade between America and the Soviet Union. Hammer formed the American United Company, approached more than 30 companies and seemed to have become the agent for Soviet trade in America.
Of course, Sloan knew about Hammer, in 1931 Hammer was quite well known in New York. This was due to the fact that Hammer was organizing a Soviet art auction in New York and almost all of the magnates had been invited. Iran had virtually no way out of the tight net of U.S. economic sanctions.
This was because the U.S. put the same standard on countries that did business with Iran.
However, the Iranian oil minister was saying that the U.S. overlooked Iran's deal with the Caspian Sea and coastal countries.

Iran was planning a pipeline all the way to Baku in Azerbaijan to diversify its oil exports, and in fact, pipeline construction was underway to parts of northern Iran.
This was because if it was connected to the BTC pipeline, the oil export routes were secured in a stable manner even if the Arabian Sea entered a tension-ridden situation.
However, the problem of connecting to the BTC line was realistically difficult due to the relationship with the U.S.

Discovering I was pregnant brought my frozen self back to life. I was revitalized enough to continue my duties as the clan leader's wife for the rest of winter. But I had to admit, when spring finally came to melt away the snow I nearly cried tears of joy.

Many of the Kanta didn't know how to read so I did my best to teach them. I was the clan leader's wife and had to stick to my duties but I was also a librarian and librarians helped patrons no matter what.
