Hey guys it's me, Lily Rainne~ The author of XtimesX! ('・ω・')ﾉ

I didn't expect another announcement like this to come so soon (;´Д `) first of all, I'm very sorry to say that XtimesX's regular schedule will be broken as of now, since I'll be putting it on a short hiatus.

This is due to technical difficulties that I've been having ever since September 2018. It's also because of personal reasons, but I've decided to make at least four goals that I'll need to complete during this break.

•Most of the character sheets must be completed for those who will appear early in the story. This is just an estimate, but I expect around 40+ character sheets to be done. It will include their past designs, along with how they look like in the present and future.

•I will need my illustrations to catch up to the story. As of now, I lack the time to draw as well as plan things. I'm unable to do anything unless I get stuff sorted out within time.

•Thirdly, I'll have to make even more chapters in advance while I'm doing all of these. Sadly, I'm falling behind in terms of doing the story and I didn't expect school would get this hectic.

•Lastly, I'll be polishing up all of the chapters to the best I can. A lot of changes will be made regarding the scenes, pacing, characters, and even bits of the story itself. An example of this will be seen with how the characters interact with one another, how their personalities or unique speaking accents will come into play, and stuff.

However, please don't worry. I'll make sure to come back after a while, I'll try to be active on Twitter as well. I'll post some updates there from time to time about my progress behind the scenes.

One of my main motivations keeping me tied to this story is that I want to finish it. It's been 6 years ever since I made it from scratch, and now I have the opportunity to release it to the world.

Secondly, I also have other stories that I want to start doing, but I'll have to put them on hold for now until XtimesX reaches its first half. Then, I can start doing the others, even if they're just short compared to this one.

Lastly, I still want to bring my characters to life by writing. It's been years since I had XXX:IATL in mind, and I may as well finish this journey.

After thinking about it for a while, I decided to make an announcement instead of just leaving you guys in the dark. It pains me to say all of this, as well as the fact that this came a lot sooner. I don't know when I'll be back myself, so I can't make any promises regarding that.

✯ In the world of Calisthea, various kinds of creatures coexist together with mankind on two different realms. Angels, Demons and a special kind known as "Mythos" are mythical creatures that possess an incredible amount of power. Albeit dangerous, some of them have started living in cities and villages with the intention of wanting to prove that they're not a threat and just want to befriend humans.

✯ One of them is the Akiko family, who have been living with humans for countless generations. As they spent a lot of time on each of their individual professions, they slowly garnered attention overtime for their talents, that resulted in them having to hide their real identities from the public.

✯ The story specifically focuses on Akiko Seira, an ex model who recently got the eyes of the masses and media. Despite the strong and healthy persona that she puts on TV, she's actually quite the opposite in reality. Because of her weak body, she often experiences attacks that sometimes puts all of their secrets and identities at the risk of being exposed.

➠A story full of hidden secrets that we have yet to uncover, from her problems to the mysteries surrounding her friends and family. Join them as they unravel the unanswered questions from the past that will lead her to recovery. Will you watch this tale of mystery and secrets unfold?

Sorry for taking too long. I was actually working on my own RP Amino after realising that I too want to have franchise like the Nasuverse where I can fanfic all my favourite stories into my own universe!

I'm calling this franchise the Gaiaverse! Although I've yet to conceptualise and bring in conpetent Authors who I can collaborate with to write some awesome stories with, I actually have a lot of passion for making this universe of mine popular!

The main appeal of my universe is similar but different from the Nasuverse. Instead of Heroic Spirits, there are going to be 'Dreamscape Spirits' who are both born through the imagination of humans and 'become real' through those thoughts.

What I mean by 'become real' is basically making it so even a certain evil tentacle god in tales by HP.Lovecraft becomes something that has history in real life after becoming a Dreamscape Spirit.

This essentially lets me take off any limiters in my fanfic-y universe and allows me write plot that normally wouldn't be possible. There are three short works I'm going to be working on that will bring out the appeal of this universe to the fullest!

The first is a story where Dreamscape Spirits from the Tales of King Arthur and Journey To The West duke it out in a story where these two 'factions' are opposed to each other for one way or another.

However, this won't be just bringing them out in the modern day as 'spirit contractors' will exist on this story to spice up the story. Imagine being a normal high school student or average salaryman when out of nowhere, you suddenly meet the Dreamscape Spirit of Sun Wukong who wants your help in defeating his long-term rival, King Arthur.

Although there won't be any genderbends in this story like in the Nasuverse where nearly 90 percent of Heroic Spirits are girls or a Saber rip-off, there will be more 'fictional' characters added in the mix.

For example: The second story I'm going to add into the Gaiaverse will be a story of Alice In Wonderland where even the rabbit hole she fell into itself is turned into something real. This story will be reminiscent of Pandora Hearts but set in modern times rather than a medieval fantasy.

The third but not in any way last entry to this franchise will be a story where more human Dreamscape Spirits like Sherlock Holmes and Jack The Ripper will exist, albeit not in the same forms as usual due to Spirit Contractors. The Jack the Ripper Dreamscape Spirit will have 'different interpretations' running around that a detective team will have to go around trying discover.

This third entry will be more of a mystery thriller where it's either piece things together or die horribly. I'm planning of turning this story into that since I just want to create stories that can add to the lore of this Gaiaverse. Of course, there is also a Power System separate from Dreamscape Spirits like Internal Martial Art Lineages and secret science fiction-esque organisations but those will be stuff in the background to improve the stories.

The story is the third entry in the trilogy of Battlefield Restart but is being written as the direct sequel instead. The events of Battlefield Restart 2- An Adventure Beyond Greatness, are contained so there isn’t much to be missed by skipping it.

This novel is about an Author being sent into the nightmarish world he writes due to his destiny. The main character of BR 2 appears but isn’t focused on much, as this is about the Omniscient Writer’s story.

Vol. 0 is skippable and isn’t essential to the story as a whole. Only something there for extra info.

After a long contemplation I've decided to start a ******* page. I've always wanted to be a full time writer but with working a day job it wasn't possible. With always being exhausted from my job it's been difficult to update regularly and bond with you guys more which I REALLY want to do.

Some of the most powerful stories in the world are about collaboration.  Think Hansel and Gretel – alone either would have become dinner for the witch but working together they defeated her.   Or think of any stories you know of teams tackling the arctic to get to the pole, or to reach the summit of Kilimanjaro.

One of my favourites is the story of Ubuntu told by Bob Nelson and Stephen Lundin.  If you are unsure of what Ubuntu is – here are Nelson Mandela's words on the subject.

"In Africa there is a concept known as Ubuntu – the profound sense that we are human only through the humanity of others; that if we are to accomplish anything in this world it will in equal measure be due to the work and achievements of others."

In short – Ubuntu means "I am, because We Are." The idea that we only know or experience our own humanity because of and through interaction with others.

So, back to Nelson and Lundin's story of John Peterson.  John is a recently promoted manager at BullsEye, who is finding his new role and personal challenges a struggle.  When he complains about having to come in on a Saturday to redo some badly done paperwork, Simon – a student from South Africa – misses out on his college final to come in and help John.  When John asks why, Simon replies – "It is Ubuntu".

How Ubuntu Creates New Stories

One of the important principles of Ubuntu, outlined in the story and also at the heart of what I teach, is that we tell ourselves stories to explain the stuff that happens to us in life.  These stories are often unhelpful, not the truth and limit the life we want to live.  They become our truth and as such remain unchallenged and damaging.

Ubuntu – or being connected to others – whether that is an inspirational peer group, a mentor or a coach – gives us the opportunity to challenge these stories that might be inhibiting our growth.  And together we can both achieve more than either would have achieved alone.  Like Hansel and Gretal.

And that is so true, as I have recently experienced.  Two weeks ago at the Professional Speakers Academy Awards dinner, my PSA cohort – Deenita Pattni – and I won an award.  It was the Trainer of the Year Award and we won it because our collaboration helps to make the PSA coaching a process of continual improvement, and because of feedback about the 5 star experience that delegates and members feel they get.

As you know, if you read this blog regularly, I am just back from another collaborative event – our WHY's Women retreat in Marrakesh.  This is a collaboration with Marion Bevington.  And our combined skills of mind and body weave into one, and result in a magical experience where people are able to understand and rewrite their stories.

And also – this month – on the 6th September I was coaching at the Radio Works World, Make The News Mindset event, which was all about the stories you tell yourself and others – when for example pitching for funding or new business opportunities.  This is a collaboration with Dr Marina Nani.

All of these amazing events would not be quite so amazing without the collaboration of others.  Maybe they would not have even happened.

So when you find yourself unable to move forward because of fear of failure, or fear of success, or little voices in your head telling you that you aren't good enough – then you know it is time for collaboration.  Time to experience that two heads really are better than one.  Time to know Ubuntu.

After a long day, I have decided to stop.

And I took some pictures with the phone. 

First I need to send those pictures to the festival management team. And I was also planning to post them up on my social account.

But my friend's opinion was not that good when I uploaded them up. Because of that, I got quite mad. I even had to scold those losers and tell them that I made those figures.

I even thought about how to make a video to prove my skills.

That's how I spend my last two hours before going to sleep. 

The next day, after waking up and having breakfast, I didn't feel that well. 

But I think that's normal because I don't work out much. What I do like is playing basketball, but I did it secretly because our family likes to take things to an extreme level.

For example, if they saw you liking something, then they start pushing you in that path. And if you meet failure, then you will be greeted with another story about doing something good for family and not wasting time.

It's like an endless trap.

For example, I have problems with studying. Because I can't focus enough and that causes them to think that I should try something else as a hobby.

Of course, it's a good thing, but I wasn't good at anything, while my family isn't good at supporting me or others.

I mean, it feels like a pack of hyenas waiting for you to fail. 

I can't say anything better about my parents. The only exception would be my mother.

But my mother has two more children. In short, my two younger brothers are very excellent. The rest are half-children from the father side of the family or uncle and aunts children.

And this house was given to me by my mother. In truth, I have never seen my mother give me anything.

But today is an important day. Why? Because I plan to buy a few cameras and camera stands and film how to woodcraft with an ax. 

What makes it even better are my friends and fake friends about learning a lesson of life.

With my skills, I think I am on the level of a god.

Well, I can joke and dream as much as I can, but a trip to the city is a must. I would compare this city to a village because the real city has over a million people living in it.

After I got in my Jeep, I drove out, and since I am driving to the city, I thought about letting someone see if my car needs any work.

Of course, using an electric car is becoming more and more of a thing as well.

I don't care, but loading a car takes around fifteen to thirty minutes, which I think is a lot.

 "Will you shut the fuck up already?" Hi I'm the actual main character of this little short story, pardon my language but you have to admit. That jackass wasted a whole paragraph with that bullshit. Oh, where's my manners, there's more story to get to:
 "WILL YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP"The hero bellow- just kidding. I said. 
Like I said in the last paragraph, this guy is nothing but some sad dropout who's angry at everything trying to explain to me in his infinite wisdom why art doesn't mean anything. I apologize again, you're probably extremely confused. "Why did this story start with a paragraph long intro that turned out to be a pointless diatribe?" "Who's this guy who keeps stopping the story and speaking directly to me, doesn't he know he's a character in a story?" Answers to those questions are A: our wonderful author is stalling for time, and B: I'm not entirely of sound mind, that's what my therapist, most of my childhood friends and my big brother have told me at least. However before we continue I'm going to use the next paragraph to tell you a bit about who I am. 
 My name is Felix Lombardi. My parents were Italian immigrants who ran a bread shop. Two years ago they were murdered in cold blood by the mob. After that my brother Lou mysteriously came into half a million dollars, which he turned into a small fortune with pretty sound investments and now he's helping pay my way through college. Happy ending, happy story, my life is great, except it would be if this motherfucking social reject wasn't wasting my time at this gas station telling me how unfair the world is. Speaking of that I still need to respond to him.
 "The world isn't fair, but that doesn't make it a bad place. You're just mad because life hasn't given you everything you wanted. Try working for a change" I said in a subdued cool manner, much like a teacher in a school full of slow children would if one kid in the class began eating paint. 
 "That's easy for you to say, you're probably some spoiled brat coasting through life on daddy's paycheck." Said the moron, completely oblivious to the fact that I was tacitly ignoring him and going about my business.
 I told him to back off, and I went over to the cashier and paid for the cigarettes and M&Ms I was buying. Took an exit, sat in my car and- You know what? This is getting boring and procedural. So I'm in my car, and I call my brother. He's a nice guy, used to be a cop for a while, then he got really rich and he's actually flipped his allegiances and turned into a bit of a crime boss. He's a smart guy though, so he makes sure not to actively butt heads with any of the other families around, but this isn't a Mafioso story, no no no, I apologize, this isn't that exciting of a tale. This is a story about me, my thoughts, and how I relay them to you.

"I was busy, couldn't respond, still kinda busy. Something about needing money for that comic convention?" Lou said. He sounded like he was doing something physically taxing.
"You at the Gym?"
"Nope, I'm at work"

 My apartment is in the upper east side of Manhattan New York. It's one of those places that looks like it was ripped straight out of a trendy sitcom that features a bunch of close knit friends getting into wacky hijinks. Fortunately for me though, I hate people, and Louie gives me enough of an Allowance to be able to survive alone and pay rent while being able to go to school. I go to a private Art School, I study Animation and I minor in sequential art, my hobbies include playing video games, posting my thoughts on the internet, watching anime, and reading Japanese firearm magazines. My favorite movie is Kill Bill Vol 1 (whoever tells you Vol 2 is better doesn't understand film making and should kill themselves), and the kind of girl I'm looking for is one who'll bully me and make me feel really crappy about myse- wait, sorry got lost in the sauce for a moment, I thought I was filling out a dating profile. 
 Living by myself affords me the unparalleled privilege of being able to walk around my apartment in minimal clothing, and since I don't like people, it's very uncommon for me to have anybody over. The only people who come over are my 63 year old Landlady Ms Fujinami, and her granddaughter Ami who's about my age. I know what you're thinking 'Oh, here comes the part where Felix talks about how much he likes Ami, since she's the first female character of appropriate age to be mentioned, of course she's the love interest'. Sorry to disappoint you fair reader, but it's not that kind of story. You see, we're not leaving my head. This is between you and me, I don't need any bullshit like an "emotional arc" or "narrative depth" in my fucking story, I'm doing good being the person I've been all my life. 
 So I'm lazing about my apartment like the sterling example of a productive citizen that I am when I get a phone call from Don Lombardi.
 "Felix you there?"
 "I wouldn't have picked up if I wasn't. What is it?"
 "Funny. I wonder how many jokes you'll be making when you're forced to shack up with a bunch of hideous college students in a prison dorm"
 "Wake up, eat, listen to Lou threaten me with student housing, go to class, come home, repeat"
 "I'm a man of habit what can I say"
 "To what do I owe this call, did you send the ticket money?" 
 "I need you to make some friends Felix"
 "I need you to stop caring."
 "You're always couped up in the apartment, the only time you see sunlight is when you go out to buy Cigarettes, or when you have class, you don't even talk to Ami anymore, weren't you two friends?" I hate it when he gets like this. I don't know why he cares about my social life. He doesn't listen to me tell him how to do… whatever it is he does.

 "if you're worried about my skin don't bother, that sicilian melanin is doing me just fine" I said, catching a glimpse of myself in the mirror, puckering. Who said nerds can't be sexy.
 "Calm down Ricky Martin, this is about more than sunlight. It's about your life. Mama would cry if she saw what you are on some days" Lou said, in his bro voice. 
 "Papa would cry if you knew what you did for a living" I retorted
"Would he cry or would he just break off into sicilian" Lou responded, letting out a chortle. 
"PUTO RAGGAZINO" we both shouted, memories of pa and ma rushing, and bringing a silence for a good moment.
 "How would I even go about making friends?" I asked, half jokingly. 
 "Glad you asked. That's why I bought you 3 day tickets to that comic book convention." Lou boasted triumphantly.
 "How do you know I won't just go there without talking to anybody?" I shot back with a sneer. 
 "You know, when you're in my line of business, you learn to have contingency plans. This is the part of the movie where the villain tells the hero 'I'm glad you asked'".
 Just at that moment, I heard three knocks at my door.
 "That should be my contingency plans"
 I  peek through my door lens just to see who's there. 
 Ami, motherfucking Fujinami.
 "The convention is this weekend right?" Lou continued. "Have fun lil bro" 
 I hate my brother. I hate this. I hate you.

In there, it explain what and why, the MC think and do, 
The MC thinking is very different from most other people thought.
MC thinking would be changing time to time depend on coming situation. 
So, if any reader saw, something is very different from the reader thought, 
Please wait and read later chapter, there would be another different situation and MC would think different.

In real life time, some people thought, they were wrong, 
But there is a question,
"Did you really do wrong back then?"

The MC in there is flexible, 
So, it is not good for someone, who holding firm something and thought,
 
"This is definitely right, and never wrong" they are not good for to read this novel.

Easy Example, 
"Money"
Some people thought,
"More Money More Good, Never Wrong with More Money."
If a reader really holding firm that kind of things and read this novel would only make the reader angry.
So, I suggested please don't be angry.

And The MC said these were bad things mean he is pointed to ME (Zmp) as I am bad, I lie, I kill, I scam, 
So, these all were not pointed at to any other, so don't angry if you found something making you angry.

Most of the things were written with reason but still there were some have no reason or reason hidden.

I have created many things, 
Power, it's levels and others things. 
'Most of all would be explained in logic but still some were not in logic.'

But I would not explain this until Book No.2,
From starting from Book No.2. 
I would write like other novel but still different. 

I have hidden many things, and it would be explain later chapter.

A short story I just created and it could be expanded to long and more detail.

There were raining heavily,
A man with a gun walking around and check the surrounding area for food.
At the surrounding area, there was a big water dam.
At that time man who was looking for food, found something that shook him,
What he found was at the dam, and he knew everything about dam.
This dam would definitely collapse if he don't repair it. 
But he could not do it alone. 
So, he look at down toward the water dam, and he knew there were a village there. There were a military camp future down.
If the dam break and all the villagers and soldiers from that village, military camp and all living things surrounding area would die.
He could not wait until the dam collapse, and he don't have too much time.
He needed the help from villagers from that village to repair the dam So he rush down toward the village.
But there were some problem,
That villager lives were not his responsibility, because the man and these villagers were not from same country.
More over, they both were enemies countries, just a few days ago these villagers try to chase him and kill him. 
The soldiers from military camp were his enemies.
Even if he has a gun and villagers did not have gun. He did not want to kill them, so he run away.
That why he knew there were a village. 
If the dam collapsed and that was good for the man country. 
Now he was doing is betraying his mother country.
When he arrived to village, he got many injuries from rushing down there and he is so tired from rushing down.
And he hasn't eat for a few days. But he could not care.
When he got there the villagers were trying to attack him. But now he used his gun and quite down.
He tried to explain about dam but every stupid villagers don't care.
And someone tried to kill him with sneak attack while he was trying to explain.
And the man has to shot that man down as a defence. 
As the man don't have time, he threaten all villagers to follow his words.
And now all villagers follow his words.
They all tried to repair the dam in struggle but finally the dam was repaired.
Everyone so tired, especially the man.
As the dam was nothing happen, every stupid villagers thought the man with the gun was just torture them.
The man with the gun was so tired, that why he put down the gun and tried to rest.
And another man sneak attacked him strike him with rock many times on his head and face and kill the man who save them.
The man got suffer pain from his attacker, and too tired, all his body was cover with blood and his face was destroyed from rock smash.
He was in really pain and he know, he will die soon.
But at that time he saw a group of children they were staying a bit far from them.
He smile,
Finally he die while smiling,
But the story not end yet.
After he die,
The villager man who kill the man with gun become a hero reward by his country, as he who understand the responsibility to save his village people without caring his life.
And the man with gun was name as a devil, who used his gun to threaten, kill and torture all the villagers including children.
Even when that man die, he smile like a devil. 
And his mother county, name his as betrayer and kill his family. All his family curse him before they die.
Both countries leading people knew, the man with the gun save many people lives but this is what the counties do in reality.

There were many people worship Bob Dylan,
I like his sound and some word too. 
But because of this should I close my eyes? 
For the first time, I saw a quotes what Bob Dylan said what was posted on Inkstone. I thought that these words were good.
But I felt something was missing I did not know what.
So I read it again and again, finally found two words,
Freedom: but that not too much problem.
But
Responsibility: to who, to what, what was a deep meaning inside of it?
A short story and 'responsibility' is a hint for everyone to think what was deep inside down there.
I don't think hero should not be like that.
