Aku menatap sekeliling kamar, semuanya berantakan, di atas kasur penuh kotak kaca untuk calon mertuaKu nantinya. Sisa sisa potongan kain yang bertebaran hingga ke lantai kamar, suhu ruangan ini juga terasa hot, betapa hectic saat saat ini .

Aku menjangkau ponsel tanpa menggeser duduk ku, Dina dan Willa masih sibuk dengan riasan wajah ku, sebenarnya mereka berdua tidak banyak membantu perihal makeup ku, justru keberadaan mereka membuat penata riasKu gugup, tentu saja .

" Oh my gosh, gue masih belom percaya kalo Bey duluin kita Din "

" sama gue juga ! tapi Reo itu super banget ga sih ? " aku melirik Dina, matanya seperti berbinar binar saat menyebut nama Reo, aku mengeryitkan dahi, dia melirik ku dan tertawa meledek.

" tenang Bey, Reo hanya untuk mu seorang ko.. " Kalimat Dina membuat tawa pecah mengisi kamar kecil ku

Ah aku sampai lupa melihat pesan singkat di ponsel ku, saat bersama kedua sahabat ku ini sering kali membuat ku lupa diri.

' Bey gimana persiapan weddingnya ? "

Aku membaca pesan singkat Ailee, ah gadis ini masih saja belum pulang, padahal weekend ini acara pernikahan ku dan Reo akan berlangsung. Pasti pekerjaanya sangat penting sampai sampai baru sempat memberikan kabar setelah beberapa hari tidak balas pesan ku. Reo sangat mengkwatirkan adik kecilnya, tapi Ailee selalu bilang dia baik baik saja di sana.

Saat Dina masih asik mengabadikan riasan mu, Willa sudah merayu perias supaya hari H bisa dpt slot untuknya.

Semua persiapan sudah hampir selesai, semoga semua berjalan lancar, rasanya sulit sekali mengatur degub jantung ku, semua terbayang silih berganti, membuat ku cemas.

Aku bahkan tidak bisa menghubungi Reo seperti biasa.
Kami sangat sibuk dengan persiapan masing masing. seandainya Ailee ada disini, ah anak cerewet itu, kenapa dia belum pulang juga ? kalau dia ada bersama Reo pasti dua puluh empat jam dia akan melaporkan kegiatan Kakaknya tanpa harus ditanya terlebih dahulu. ternyata tingkah dan ocehannya membuat ku rindu.

Aku menatap diri di cermin, riasan yang simple, gaun yang sederhana, aku menyukai kilau swarowski di bagian pinggang ku, tanpa sadar aku tersenyum sendiri menatap pantulan diri.

Pada akhirnya aku akan menikah dan pasangan ku adalah Reo, kakak dari Ailee. Kapan ya pertama aku mengenalnya ? ah di kampus ! bahkan sejak awal Reo sudah baik pada ku. Dialah yang mengabari perihal Mario saat itu.

Sontak aku menekan tombol panggilan begitu selesai membaca pesan singkat dari Reo.

Aku menarik nafas lega mendengar suara di seberang sana yang mulai bisa mengatur emosinya, ketegangan sedikit mulai memudar, sebenarnya aku juga merasa gelisah menghadapi hari penting kami, tapi beberapa obrolan ringan, suara tawa bersama teman cukup melegakan ku. Aku merasa suara hangat Reo juga mampu membuat ku merasa nyaman dan tenang.

Aku mengunjungi rumah sakit ini lagi, ini kali ketiga aku berada disini, jika kemarin aku melihat Mario dibantu wanita itu (entah siapa) terapi berjalan, tidak dengan hari ini.

Mario mencoba berjalan dengan kesusahan, kedua tangannya berpegang dua besi penyangga di lajur lajur jalannya. Aku masih sedikit ragu untuk mendekat dan memperlihatkan diri, aku berpikir hanya akan menatap dari jauh saja.

Mario mencoba menjangkau langkah demi langkah, keringatnya mulai bercucuran, wajahnya sering sekali mengeryit, dia seperti menahan sakit, bahkan untuk menyeret kakinya terasa amat sulit sekali. Aku melihat beberapa kali Mario terjatuh dan berusaha bangkit.

Tubuhnya tumbang lagi, kali ini punggungnya hampir menyentuh lantai yang beralaskan karpet, ingin aku berlari menghampiri dan membantunya berdiri, tapi lagi lagi aku harus bisa menahan diri.

Dia berusaha bangkit tapi raut wajah Mario mengeryit, sangat terlihat sekali menahan rasa sakit, ekspresinya membuat dada ku bergemuruh, aku tidak sanggup hanya melihatnya saja seperti ini.

Aku menjulurkan tangan, mencoba membantunya berdiri, dia menatap wajah ku sebentar, sepertinya dia memang membutuhkan bantuan, tidak lama dia menerima uluran tangan ku. Selain telapak tangannya yang hangat ternyata badannya sangat berat hiksss, rasanya tubuh ku akan ikut tumbang.

Aku berusaha membantunya menjangkau pegangan di kiri dan kanan, mengambil kursi rodanya dan membantu dia kembali duduk di wheel chairnya.

* KISHAA-* the eel made its last scream on his life until it didn't move anymore, i didn't let my guard down and still tried to bite it hard until i can't bite as I'm super exhausted and can't bite anymore, when my bite loosened the eel didn't move anymore this confirms its dead

The eel didn't give up until the end of his life...it was such a pain...literally as my scale is scrape all over my body and my body is full of scratches but my outside is much better than inside as the I'm numb all over my body and i even puking blood now.....I inspected my body using mana and find put that my bones in one of my fin is dislocated

I won't be able to move my body anymore as I'm super exhausted, i look at the eel again until i notice its mana was slowly spreading outside its body...SHIT IT WILL DISAPPEAR!!!

I instinctively covered it to so the mana won't be able to escape and this really prevent it from escaping...thank god....i didn't even know if i can make the mana mine but i just don't want it disappear....yeah!! That's right now that the mana has no owner i don't know if i can make it mine...i should try to find out 

So i tried to absorb the mana inside my body...it entered my body without a problem..but...i can't control the mana...it looks like i won't be able to absorb it like how i absorb my mana

But i will enclosed this mana inside my body...this mana is more powerful than my original mana so if only i will be able to know how i can convert my mana like this it will make me much stronger

And as for the body of this eel....i will eat it now but I'm still tired...luckily our fight scared away all other creatures and now no creature will be here for a while, that's why i should eat it fast as i don't know when the other creatures will be back

Ughhh....i drag my entire body near the eel and that's when i started to bit the eel, its tough it like I'm biting at a rubber, its taking me a minute just to tear a small piece of it...this will take time....this fucker still let me experience a hard time even when it died...well at least it doesn't taste bland anymore though its taste is weird it taste like a milk....yeah weird right?

Setelah 1 minggu mendapatkan perawatan di rumah sakit, Vino pun diperbolehkan untuk pulang, dokter memberikan nasihat kepada Vino, agar dirinya tidak beraktivitas yang berat. 

Akhirnya Vino memutuskan untuk kembali bekerja setelah 3 hari berada dirumahnya. Namun sebelum pergi ke tempat kerjanya, ia pergi ke cafe milik Mario terlebih dahulu. 

"Vino..?" kaget Mario karena ia tidak mengetahui jika Vino sudah pulang dari rumah sakit. 

"Bisakah kamu ambilkan sesuatu untuk ku makan?" tanya Vino pada pegawai cafe. 

"Cepat, buatkan dia sandwich" ucap Mario dan pegawai cafe itu la langsung membuatkannya. 

"Vino, kapan kamu pulang? Apa kamu baik-baik saja? Apa kamu tau gimana khawatirnya temanmu ini?" tanya Mario. 

"3 hari yang lalu, kamu khawatir? Tapi kenapa tidak pernah menjenguk ku disana" ketus Vino. 

"Bukannya tidak pernah menjengukmu, tapi aku belum sempat menjengukmu karena harus mengurus cafe ini" jelas Mario. 

"Tunggu.. Kenapa kamu berpakaian seperti ini? kau seperti ingin bekerja part time ditoko kosmetik itu" heran Mario. 

"Oh aku memang ingin kembali bekerja disana, setelah makan ini" ucap Vino sambil mengambil makanan yang diberikan oleh pegawai cafe. 

"Kenapa? Malaikat ku sudah aman dari bahaya yang pernah kau bilang, jadi kau tidak perlu kesana lagi" ujar Mario. 

"Aku yang memulainya.. Maka aku juga yang akan mengakhirinya" ungkap Vino. 

"Kamu tidak seperti Vino yang kukenal,... Jangan-jangan kamu juga menyukai malaikatku?" tebak Mario. 

Mendengar itu, membuat Vino langsung tersedak. 

"Apa yang kau katakan? Sial, kau sudah menghilangkan nafsu makanku. Aku ingin berangkat sekarang saja" kesal Vino dan langsung pergi.

Sesampainya di toko, Vino bertemu dengan bos Melody dan para pegawai toko lainnya yang tengah berjalan keluar sambil membawa beberapa kardus. 

"Hai.. " sapa Vino. 

"Apa kamu sudah baikkan?" tanya Melody

"Tentu saja.. " jawab Vino. 

"Maafkan saya karena tidak masuk beberapa hari kemarin tanpa pemberitahuan" lanjutnya. 

"Kamu tidak perlu meminta maaf, shani sudah menjelaskan semuannya. Dia bilang kamu seperti super hero" jelas Melody. 

Vino tersenyum "Oh iya, kenapa kalian terlihat sibuk dari biasanya?"

"Itu karena model kita, jessica veranda akan datang hari ini, dan kita akan menggelar acara tanda tangan" jawab Melody. 

"Oh.. " kata Vino. 

"Astaga, aku lupa. Aku meninggalkan sesuatu didalam. Vino bisa kamu menolongku?" tanya Melody. 

"Tentu saja" jawab Vino. 

Bos Melody pun mengajak Vino masuk kedalam, untuk membantunya mengambil barang yang tertinggal.

"Apa ada sesuatu diantara kalian?" bisik Nadse pada Shani setelah Vino pergi. 

"Tidak, sama sekali tidak ada apapun diantara kami" tegas Shani. 

"Ahh.. Iya ya, kamu kan perempuan yang sangat setia, tidak mungkin kamu menyukai laki-laki lain" ujar Nadse dan langsung pergi. 

Bukannya mengikuti Nadse, Shani malah berdiam diri. Ia terbayang-bayang saat ketika Vino selalu datang menolong dan menenangkannya di saat kesulitan. 

Setelah persiapannya selesai, akhirnya Jessica Veranda datang juga. Parasnya yang cantik dan juga memiliki tinggi tubuh yang semampai.

"Apa jessica termasuk tipe mu?" goda Nadse pada Vino. 

Vino memincingkan matanya "Ya, dia sangat cantik dan tubuhnya juga tinggi"

"Hahaha.. Ternyata kamu punya selera yang tinggi ya? Sudah, ayo kembali bekerja" ajak Nadse.

Kini Shani tengah sibuk memasangkan poster, namun karena posternya harus ditempel ditempat yang sedikit tinggi, Shani tidak dapat menjangkaunya. Tiba-tiba Vino muncul dan langsung membantunya, membuat Shani jadi bersikap kikuk.

"Sepertinya, saya salah memberimu saran untuk menggunakan sepatu kets... " ujar Vino. 

"Ahh,.. Ini bukan karena sepatunya, kok.. " ucap Shani dengan terbata-bata. 

"Hahaha.. Saya cuman bercanda, jangan dibawa serius" ujar Vino sambil tersenyum.

Selesai menempelkan semua poster, Vino dan Shani hendak menempelkan balon-balon  yang tersimpan didalam kardus. Namun, saat mengangkatnya, Vino malah menjatuhkannya hingga balon-balon itu tercecer dilantai. Mereka mengambilnya satu persatu, tapi tiba-tiba mereka mengambil balon yang sama.

Sekejap, mata mereka saling menatap penuh arti. Namun, suasana itu harus terpotong karena teriakan dari bos Melody. 

"Shani bisakah kamu beritahu manajernya jessica, kalau kita akan memulai 20 menit lagi?" tanya Melody. 

"Tunggu, biar saya saja yang pergi" usul Vino. 

"Baiklah.. " Vino pun pergi mencari manajer Jessica. 

Shani kembali melanjutkan tugasnya untuk menghias balon. Tapi tak sengaja, ia memecahkan satu balon. Bukannya kaget, ia malah melamun membayangkan sosok Vino yang makin kesini, makin membuat perasaannya menjadi campur aduk. 

Terjadi hal buruk, bahwa Jessica menghilang entah kemana. Bahkan, manajernya sekalipun tidak mengetahui keberadaannya. Karena acara segera dimulai, bos Melody pun mengerahkan seluruh pegawainya untuk berpencar mencari Jessica. 

"Keynal, apa yang terjadi?" tanya Melody pada Manajer Jessica. 

"Itu.. Karena kami sedikit bertengkar. Besok adalah ulang tahunnya jessica, jadi kami mengambil libur, kita akan pergi keluar dan merayakannya. Tapi aku mengambil jadwal itu untuk acara ini" jelas Keynal. 

"Ini salahku.. Seharusnya aku tidak membiarkannya pergi seperti itu" lanjutnya. 

Para pegawai yang diperintahkan untuk mencari Jessica kembali lagi. 

"Bos..  Kita sudah memeriksa toilet, dan seluruh ruangan, tapi dia tidak ada dimanapun" jelas semua pegawai.

"Apa...?" kaget Keynal seraya ingin pergi mencari artisnya itu sendiri.

Vino menahannya "Kau mau pergi kemana?"

"Aku harus mencarinya.." tegas Keynal dan langsung pergi. 

"Aku juga akan pergi" pamit Vino pada Bos melody. 

Vino mengejar Keynal untuk membantunya mencari Jessica Veranda. 

"Tunggu.. " Vino menahan tangan Keynal. 

"Ada apa? Jessica mungkin pergi ke suatu tempat" resah Keynal. 

"Saya mengerti kau pasti khawatir, tapi tolong tenanglah dan dengarkan saya. Kupikir saya bisa membantu" ucap Vino.

I need 4 other spells and magery 2 to unlock "create undead", that makes 200 points minimum to unlock the basic level of every spell. For "control undead" I just need the "create undead", so that makes 220 points of my 352 points for both skills with basic level.

That's good, but I want intermediary level in both so 40 points more. 260 points in total. Only 92 points left. Lets search for basic equipment first. Since it's an underground dungeon, camping equipment won't help, but "light magic", "dark vision", "night vision", "continual light" or torches might be essential. The first 3 magics cost to much stamina for me to maintain now. Continual light cost more stamina to cast but it doesn't need stamina to maintain, and the duration is from 2 to 12 DAYS depending on the success. For this magic I just need "light", so another 40 points, but I really need it to survive underground.

52 points left. Without the "First Blood" achievement I would be out of points now. Now let's take a look on the food section, 1 point for 7 days of travel rations with water, it weighs 20 kilos because of the water, but thanks to my new watch I won't feel anything. Do they have gear sets? F**k, why didn't I look for it before? Basic underground survival equipment set, contains food and water for 7 days,rope, torches, basic climb equipment and bandages with a 33% discount from 3 points to 2 points cost. Yeah, let's go with that too. Now I have food and water for 2 weeks.

When he bought the pistol a system message appeared. "Even though you have intermediary skills with LMG if you buy the basic pistol skill you will shot better with pistols."

"Uhm... The only thing left to buy is a "tactical folding knife" and it would be 3 for 1 point. So I can buy the pistol and knife skills for another 40 points and end up with 1 point left. Yeah, that is it, I will do that. Ok, I am done.

When he thought that, his vision darkened and he woke up in his bedroom.

"What? Was it all a dream? Such an interesting dream" It was then that he notice that he still had the watch he bought in the "game". He tried looking inside and there it was, everything he bought was there.

"So it wasn't a dream? Well time will explain everything, I think. It will be a shame if nothing happens, but at least I have a new watch now." His spent his day normally, ate breakfast with his parents, left for work, and returned home. Played some games with his friends in the internet, had dinner and finally, bedtime.

"So, I am really back?" And there he was in the white room again.

Everything darkened and when he was able to see again, he was in a small square room with a corridor in front. The room was lit by flames from the eyes of the skulls around the room. The flame was purple and he couldn't feel any warm coming from it, so it was probably magic.

"I should buy thaumatology next time I can, so I can understand a little of magic theory. Well, no choice in the way to go. Let's follow the path."

Equipped with all his defense equipment and holding his M249, Fox walked through the corridor. Not long after he saw a body in front. By the cloths he was wearing he looked like a farmer from medieval times. 

"Underground dungeon, skull in the wall, and now a body, I see." After thinking that Fox started to concentrate magic around him, circling his arms in front of him and chanting in an unknown language."DU RASMA MUSO, KUNGO JIA HARU". "Control Undead" was a fast cast magic but cost a reasonable amount of stamina, currently ⅓ of what he had, so after casting it he felt a little breathless. It was a strange sensation, it felt like his energy was leaving him through his pores, and he felt tired as if he just had a little run. However, thanks to his luck, even though it was his first time casting this spell, he succeeded. The zombie got up and moved in his direction, stopped and looked at him, as if waiting for orders. 

"It appears that I was right and that thing was really an undead. That's to be expected since the most common dungeons in games are undead ones."

Fox waited a bit to recover his breath and, with his new loyal companion continued to walk down the corridor. He ordered the zombie to always stay 5 steps in front of him so he could activate any mechanical traps that might be ahead.

Soon after, he saw a skeleton holding a bow coming his way. Well, let's try again then.Fox circling his arms in front of him and chanted. However, this time the skeleton didn't stop, not only that, but it raised its bow and prepared to fire.

"S***t, if I try again and fail, I will be too tired to fight. However, I don't want to lose this chance to get a new minion. Let's go all in". Deciding to gamble, Fox tried to cast "control undead" again, while his zombie acted as a target to the arrows of the skeleton. 

After casting, Fox kneeled in the ground, tired, as if he had run a marathon. However, this time he had succeeded and obtained another minion. Now he had a skeleton and a zombie. Melee and ranged, no better combination.

Continuing his way, Fox found the end of the corridor, it led to a spiral stairway going down. Placing the zombie in front and the skeleton in the back, he started to descend the stairs. After 10 minutes descending the stairs he started to wonder if he was in the infinite stairway to Bowse, like in the Super Mario 64 game, and then, he arrived. "Finally" he through.

At the end of the stairway there was a simple wooden door. Deciding to be a little stealth, Fox decided to open the door slowly himself. Pushing it slowly and only enough to open a little gap, Fox saw that the other side was huge room. Since was was looking through the gap, he couldn't  see the ceiling and what the sides were. 

Seeing no movement and hearing nothing. Fox told the zombie to open the door. The zombie moved close to the door and pushed it open with enough force that the door completely opened and hit the other side making a loud BANG. Seeing that nothing attacked the zombie from afar, he decided to get closer to the door, to look through it.

I am no writer, nor have i ever tried writing, this is my first experience with this kind of thing. However, i am a GM(game master) of D&D, Gurps and Story teller, and this story is actually based in a campaign i created, but was never able to finish, since me and my friends had to drop for many personal reasons.

This book will contain game elements, however i will try to make the game system a lot transparent, with only some details, and i will only use the system as a guide since the campaign was based on it.

Fox(MC) was thrown in a game by a been that called itself God, he and many other players now need to complete missions in order to survive. 

The first few chapters will be tutorial missions set to help the players adapt. 

The main arc will start when the tutorial ends and the first mission start. He might need many missions and years to finish one world or he might started a sub mission in a different plane or world before finishing the main one.

Marco: So… Alice, what do you think about this?
Alice: It's strange… She was a calm, gentle monster who loved nature. I didn't think she could be seduced by Black Alice, but… This just doesn't add up…
Marco: Whatever, I get it, kick the leader's ass and magic happens… Where is she now?
Alra Arum: She should be still inside…
Marco: Alright…
Then he and Alice walked inside the forest, leaving behind the two monsters. Some time passed inside, and Alice said.
Alice: It's faint, but… Do you smell something strange? Just the smell of it is enough to make me feel dizzy.
Marco: Yeah, smells like horse shit…
?: Hey! My smell isn't like that!
Marco and Alice raised their heads and found a plant woman over a tree, her skin, hair and eyes were completely green, with branches acting as clothes, she was a Dryad.
Dryad: No, wait! I can't let you proceed from order of the Queen! If you don't head back, I'll have to suck out your nutrients…
Marco: ...Sometimes I wish Salamander was here… I could have easily burned the entire forest…
Sylph: Don't worry! My power of wind is strong against plant monsters!
Marco: '*Sigh* Thanks…'
Marco used the Chakra Gate and created a chakra arm to grab the Dryad, she tried to jump away but the arm was too fast, and grabbed her leg, then it retracted and pulled the Dryad to Marco, who grabbed her by the neck and looked at each other's eyes.
Marco: You'll let me pass…
Dryad: ...I'll let you pass…
Alice: Did… Did you use hypnosis?
Marco: Pfft, no. This is just scaring the shit out of the people.
Alice observed the Dryad, and noticed that her body was trembling when she was looking at Marco's intimidating eyes.
Dryad: ...Please let me go…
She was speaking with a squeaking voice, and Marco released her, then she immediately ran away from Marco.
Alice: *Sniff* I smell brainwashing magic… If the Dryad would run away some moments later, then she would be brainwashed.
Marco: Alright, we found our cause…
Alice: That may be it. But the user of this technique… No, it must be a mistake.
Marco: Just let out your thoughts.
Alice: ...Tamamo. During one of her lectures, I had a whiff of this smell. The brainwashing technique is something only high level foxes can use. And for one this strong and wide ranging…
Marco: ...Either Promestein is doing serious shit, or it's one of those 5 chimeras back at the castle… One of them gave the same feeling of a Kitsune… 'It was Tsukuyomi…'
Alice: ...It could be, Promestein said that those chimeras were created to beat the Heavenly Knights, and maybe one of them could have used brainwashing magic… Anyway, we'll have to be careful here…
Marco and Alice traveled deeper in the forest, and reached the destination, covered in ivy, monsters were being drained of energy all over the place, Alra Priestess was with them.
And at the very center of it stood the Queen Alraune.
Queen Alraune: Oh my… What business does a human have here? There's no way you wandered here by mistake, is there?
Marco: You don't say?
Marco used the Chakra Gate, and sprinted forward, the Queen Alraune braced herself from his attack when he used Chain-Claw infused with wind powers, to create something like a tornado around his body.
Seeing that, the Queen Alraune tried to get out of the way, but the tornado started to drag her in, the other monsters were held down from the ivy so they were safe, she tried to move away as much as possible, before she saw Alice slowly coming in front of her.
Alice: Bye.
Alice jumped in the air and delivered a surprisingly heavy punch for her size in her face, the Queen Alraune was slightly knocked back and got dragged on the tornado, filling her with too many scratches to even move.
Queen Alraune: Ugh…
She fell in the ground when Marco stopped, and tried to stand up, meanwhile a slightly tired Marco got beside her and said.
Marco: You want more?

Queen Alraune: ...No… My sanity returned…. I've done horrible things…
The monsters who got their energy sucked now started to replenish.

Alice: Queen Alraune, just who disturbed your mind like that? There aren't many who could possibly have pulled off that technique…
Queen Alraune: That person is very close still… Be on your guard!
As soon as the Queen shouted that, a malicious aura pressed into the area. And Tsukuyomi came out.
Tsukuyomi: Oh… Did you break through my fox technique? As expected of a Queen… And you put on a good show too, old Monster Lord.
Alice: ...What does that mean? That skill of yours is very similar to Tamamo's. It is not the type of technique that can be imitated so easily.
Tsukuyomi: Naturally… Tamamo's cells were used in the creation of my body. Her cells were collected, combined and synthetized with machine technology, and led to my creation as an artificial life form. Thus, I have exceeded the original.
But the plan has ended in complete failure. The brainwashed Queen was supposed to destroy Plansect through an internal war. It looks like I'll just have to kill everyone myself after all… Don't you think that's just so… Boring?
Queen Alraune: You want us to kill each other off without doing it yourself… I will never forgive you.
Marco: Fuck it!
Marco used the Kurama Gate and dashed at Tsukuyomi with a maniacal grin on his face, she clicked her tongue when she saw his form.
Tsukuyomi: You gained back your powers… It doesn't matter, once I killed you, everything will be better.
She raised her claw and brought it down, Marco stopped himself and raised his arm, blocking the random claw attack, Marco seemed unaffected from it, surprising Tsukuyomi.
Marco: C'mon! You can do better!
He pushed away the claw and jumped, throwing an uppercut on Tsukuyomi's chin, she was stunned from the power he used, which was above hers, it was around Arc-En-Ciel's level, just a bit higher.
Then Marco twisted his body and stomped on her face, jumping in the sky, and then he unsheathed his katana.
Tsukuyomi: The enemy is too strong, immediate retreat!
She teleported away before Marco could slash her in two, making him click his tongue, when the slash reached the ground, there was a small earthquake, he picked up the sword and sheathed it back.

"Darrel? K-kenapa?" tanya Arlana pahit. Sungguh sangat syok sekali. Tak menyangka bahwa selama ini Darrel yang dikenalnya bukanlah sosok baik-baik.


"Mengapa kau melakukan ini padaku ..." Arlana tak mampu lagi berbicara. Ternyata Darrel mendekatinya hanya untuk mematai-matai keluarganya saja. Lebih tepatnya mematai-matai adiknya---Davina---atas perintah Roxanne.


"Tentu saja karena uang, huh. Darrel lebih tertarik akan uang yang kujanjikan." Roxanne bersidekap, menatap wajah pucat Arlana di bawah sinar bulan.


"Arlana. Kau pikir Darrel mendekatimu karena cinta? Ha ha ha ... apa itu cinta bagimu dan adikmu itu? Bulshit," lanjut Roxanne meludah ke samping hingga membuat Arlana berang.

"Arrgh, sialan! Beraninya kau." Roxanne memekik kaget, menatap nyalang Arlana yang berani menampar pipinya dengan tas murahannya itu.


"Kau memang pantas mendapatkannya, Roxanne." Arlana menyeringai. Tanpa berpikir lagi Arlana segera berbalik. Berlari menjauh. Ia tahu, sangat berbahaya baginya seorang diri berada di parkiran bersama dua manusia iblis terkutuk itu.


Terus Arlana berlari menyusuri jalan. Sial baginya. Tak ada satu pun taksi yang lewat saat ini. Sementara dirinya harus segera pergi sejauh mungkin dari Roxanne dan Darrel.


Tiba-tiba saja jalan dengan pencahayaan minim yang dilewatinya menjadi terang benderang. Belum sempat ia mengelak. Tubuhnya telah dihantam bagian depan mobil mewah di belakangnya. Ia terpental beberapa meter, begulingan di jalan dengan darah mengalir deras di sekujur tubuhnya. Satu hal, sebelum kegelapan mengambil alihnya. Ia melihat Roxanne dan Darrel keluar dari mobil tersebut, dan menghampirinya.


"Dia sekarat." Lapor Darrel membalik tubuh Arlana terlentang.
