Hey! This book is based off the Netflix show Carmen sandiego. You should check it out to understand this story.

It's a question I've been thinking about for the last while. It actually started about 5 chapters through the revisions- after working out the plot to a certain point, I couldn't see myself doing much more without repeating myself in some way, and began wondering how to finish it. Using the world item from the deep darkness dragon lord? Incredibly obvious if I don't want it to be harsh and abrupt. Memoirs from the eight greed kings or possibly the evil deities, with an added possibility of some of them being guild members? Practically cliche at this point. The only thing I could think of was ending it with some 1984 style absolute dictatorship... And while that would suit the 'immortal overlord', I'm not particularly fond of writing dark and depressive sh*t.

Following this train of thought, I kind of had a meltdown. Then I looked at other possibilities so I could at least ask you all for an opinion on it. My options (the ones I actually thought decent) were:

For the crossovers:

Escanor (Seven Deadly Sins) in either the universe of Once Upon a Time (Netflix series) or Hellsing Ultimate (Abridged or not idk) - reasons being the unfulfilled but true love between Merlin and Escanor coupled with his travelling while outlawed getting him to the enchanted forest, and just simply that it would be interesting due to his powers being active mainly during the day while most of the fighting being at night.

The Incredibles family in My Hero Academia - Hero's oppressed in one, quirkless in the other, and the family would be aged a bit so Jack-Jack (Now just Jack) could join the academy.

Re:Creators and (Name a series) - Honestly this is an incredible anime to experiment with and just in general... Plus the music is perfect in every way, but I digress.

Familiar of Zero and (Name a series) - Much amusement to be had with this one, especially if you have a sturdy male character that won't take kindly to being 'bullied' by their 'master'.

Arifureta and (Absolutely nothing because I don't like it) - You will never get me to do anything on this *$£% no matter how much yo *£^*%^g beg.

Toushirou Hitsugaya in (Any school anime) - For the simple reason that he's amazing and would also hate it.

Doki Doki Literature Club - Because why the heck not?

Highschool DXD - Akeno is the one and only if I go for this. #No-harem-harem-anime

Akame Ga Kill - So sad. But be warned that not everyone will survive, that's one of the main points about the anime after all.

Yugioh ARC-V - And I hear the entire crowd go silent. Just brilliant. In all honesty it's far better than it's predecessors... And infinitely better than it's descendant.

Also, many apologies, but I was actually not going to bring this up until just earlier and pretend everything's fine, but delaying putting this out would probably only make you all even more angry at  me. But despite that, if you think of a better novel choice please tell me... And if you REALLY want this project carried on I'll just either give everyone comment access to the google docs, check it every now and then and give edit access to reasonable commentators, before updating the novel and stating the names of the people who wrote the chapter or outright abandon it. I don't think I'd improve much if I wrote something I wasn't actually enthusiastic about, and in the end that's all this was. Besides, I'd like to think of myself as ever so slightly better now, so the next one will (hopefully) be of a higher quality.

P.S - I'll keep rolling updates on the polls for the next week. Currently reading up on everything I need for a proper second draft of my English Essay, to be handed in for three weeks from now (In other words, the middle of my holiday... Yup.) and that'll probably drain my week anyways.

With over 2000 classes that normally ranged between base high and rare, over 6000 spells and a wide range of effective playstyles, there was virtually no way to create a 'perfect character'. However, some came much closer than others.

The great and revered Lord Touch-me, for being one of the top ten players in the world, gained the class of World guardian.

In each of the nine worlds, the top player received the class of World champion and a unique item.

Finally, there were those that created characters seen by the developers as the pinnacle of a build, with the perfect spread of classes and stat distribution. While this may be a seemingly impossible task, with so many people playing the game, over the course of the twelve-year runtime three people did succeed. Of course, all three of them did great things but we... I at least... Only care about the fallen chrono-angel 'Dabilosi Tesifa' since he is the only one who joined Ainz Ooal Gown and, let's face it, this is an Overlord fanfiction.

Naturally, I do not own Overlord. I also do not own the picture displayed.

I saw her standing there. She was on the edge of the bridge. I knew what she was about to do. Suddenly, everything went quiet. I saw her dark red hair fly up while her body went down. My heart started racing. I scream her name, "LUNA!".

August 21 2018, Morning 
"It's my birthday today", I thought quietly as I look into the mirror, brushing my teeth.
"But it's also the first day of school", I thought. I always hated school. No matter how smart I was, I never enjoyed school. Maybe it's because I always been lonely. Nobody really talked to me. Only when they need help or just wanted an answer. Didn't have lots of friends either. I never been good with people. "All well", I thought while walking out the front door.

August 21 Period 1
I been at this school for only a year now but even I have noticed new faces. One stood out in particular. It was a girl, long dark red hair, freckles, and dark brown eyes.
I look at her with amazement, "she looks...beautiful" I thought as I quietly scroll through my phone while our teacher is teaching math.

Period 2
She's in my class again, this time in reading class. And unlike math, she sits right next to me. I suddenly feel nervous. "Why am I so nervous, I never been so nervous to anyone" I thought. And its true no one really liked me before and I usually gave up on trying to be in a relationship. The teacher stands up "Talk to your partners and get to know them because y'all will be partners for the rest of the year, unless any unfortunate situations happens". I turn to see her smiling with her glimmering dark brown eyes straight into my dark brown eyes. She starts to speak, "Hey I'm Luna. I like to watch TV shows,specifically on Netflix. I prefer to watch anime but I can watch any show. I don't go outside much, too hot and too cold. I was born with this natural dark red hair. How about you?". I start to speak, "My name is Louise. I like watching anime too. I don't go outside much either. I prefer to stay home, play games, and watch anime.
I don't have friends either. I'm not new is just that, nobody really pay attention to my existence". We sit there quietly." Well as long as I'm here, I'll always be your friend "Luna says. I feel this sudden feeling of acceptance and friendship. The bell rings, me and Luna walks to our next period.

July 17 2019
I scream her name "LUNA!" I jump after her. I grab her and pull her close to my chest. We fall together. I whisper in her ear.
Her eyes start to water. And then we hit it.

August 22 2018
I was walking to 2nd period until I heard people laughing and a person crying. I peek the corner filled with curiosity, only the see it was Luna. Two boys were laughing at her while one other boy pulled her hair. "What a freak!", one boy say. "Yeah, you look like a tomato", another boy says. Then suddenly the boy who was pulling her hair let go, and was ready to hit her. My body acted on it's own. I jumped in the way and stop the punch. I never been in this situation before. I pushed back and fought for my friend. The two boys grabbed me and put me in a position where I couldn't move. The boy who was pulling Luna's hair came to me and punched me in the face until blood leaked out my face like a fountain. He then punched me constantly in the stomach until blood covered all over the floor. He stops, turns to Luna, and gets ready to hit her again. I break free from the two boys, punched the boy who punched me, grabbed Luna's hand, and started to run.
Me and her ran to our class as fast as possible. We told our teacher, Ms.Kastro, about the situation. She goes to the office while me and Luna was sent to the nurse.
Luna nevered let go of my hand. Even if we were safe, she didn't let go.

After School
We walk home. "Who do you live with?" Luna asked. "No one, I live alone. My parents pay my rent, I live in a house with two rooms,a living room, bathroom, and kitchen" I say. She grabs my hand harder. "Can I stay with you?" She asked. My heart pounds harder then a car going 100 miles per hour into a brick wall. I think about what happend today and how I feel like I can't say no to her. After what happend today I can't. "Of course but what about your home and your family" I say. She says this we tears going down her eyes faster than a stream of water. "My family died years ago, I live secretly in an orphanage but they don't know that". I think to myself, "Wow, she's been through hell. I don't ever want her to feel that pain again. I will be by her side no matter what, and when ever she's in pain, I'll save her". " Well, me and you, together, we can start a new family" I say as I stare deeply into her dark brown eyes. I lift my hand and run it slowly through her hair. "I would like that" Luna says with a smile. We go home , eat food, take a shower, and sleep. Together, me and Luna, forever.

July 17 2019
I whisper in her ear " I will always save you". Her eyes starts to water, as I turn over to protect her from the damage of the water.

[Quest completed. Reward: 400 EXP].

Clyde's eyes widened. The white house was huge, almost a mansion, but a dungeon? A place of power?

"Ah fuck," he said softly, recalling everything he knew about a video game dungeon. He assumed a place of power meant something on a smaller scale, personal—but just as dangerous. He probably didn't have to worry about monsters spawning, but the yandere. Just what the fuck was he doing here? "System, cancel quest."

 

[You cannot cancel main story quests.]

 

"Are you fucking kidding me?" he hissed. "She's…" he paused when he heard her voice.

"Coming!"

Clyde cleared his mind. He had only one choice. Think of Chika as the friend he knew and not the crazy. Ignore the obvious signs, pretend they didn't exist, but not to an unreasonable point where he'd end up dead.

The door seemed to glow as it opened, revealing a bright white light that disappeared quickly then the silvered haired girl was there, smiling. Normal on the outside, but something felt off inside.

"Hey," Clyde said. "Looking good." She looked different in her casual clothes to the young man. Less like an honor student and more girly. A flowery designer shirt and matching pink skirt—normal.

"Hi," she said. "Come in. Everyone's gone for until tomorrow."

She pulled Clyde in. A tingle of…something flickered through his body as if he entered another dimension. He shadowed her lead, taking off his tennis shoes at the front door, then following her.

The first thing he noticed as they passed through the kitchen was a large knife plunged deep into the heart of a watermelon.

"Care for any?" Chika said.

"I'm good," he said, dulling his 'what the fuck' senses as much as possible.

Chika shrugged.

"Guess I'll put it up. Better get the knife out or my dad will have a fit."

"Let me," Clyde said as he moved ahead. He almost flash-stepped toward it. He placed the knife into the dishwasher. Chika put the watermelon on the bottom shelf of her fridge.

"You're a guest—come on, let's go watch movies. I've ordered an amazing cheesecake to be delivered in a couple of hours."

A couple of hours. Clyde felt his heart drop. And what was with this running sweets gag. He'd have to triple his jogging sessions just to burn off the calories.

Chika led him to the living room. On the way, Clyde couldn't help but think just how much of a dick the system was.

The silver-haired anime girl's living room made his own look like a closet. When Clyde sat on the center sofa, he felt absorbed into a world of absolute comfort. One that threatened to never let him go. Chika saw opportunity, snatched the remote off the table nearby and then dropped next to Clyde. Very close to him. She pressed a button on the thin remote. The massive, super-thin TV presented them with a Netflix-like platform of shows and movies. All anime to Clyde. He felt a little used to Satavia though.

"Let's watch this one. It's pretty funny."

She selected a title that seemed relatively normal—at least judging by the title art. A peaceful pink-haired girl and some boy her age standing behind her.

Chika didn't give him even a second to read the description. She snuggled against the young man. He internally pleaded with his body not to embarrass him with an erection. He was wearing jeans, but a bulge could only go unnoticed for a short time.

Soon, he and Chika were laughing and cracking jokes as the movie went on. But halfway through, a reoccurring theme caught Clyde's attention. The main lead turned into a knife-wielding psychopath out of nowhere. While she didn't actually stab anyone, because the movie tried way too hard to keep its comedic timing, this didn't go unnoted by Clyde.

Chika stood up.

"Bathroom," she said, "I'll be right back."

Clyde allowed himself a sigh when the pretty girl left. If only he was worried for nothing. If only. He pulled out his phone and created a group chat, adding in everyone but Chika. She didn't officially agree to fight with them, so he felt justified. He named the new group, Team Stone.

 

Clyde: *sly face emoji* Toru, are you feeling okay?

Toru: oh, fuck off

Harumi: hahaha. Hi guys!

Kitome: kill yourself. Oh and hi Harumi.

Seth: …

Seth: So Toru, how did it feel, you know? Was it good?

Toru: *eye roll emoji* *middle finger emoji*

Clyde: LOL. Anyway, I'm at Chika's.

Toru: …. Good luck.

Clyde: why do you say that? Do you know something about her?

Toru: Got to go, bye.

Seth: He's just jealous, Clyde. Unlike you, he's the slime fucker. Hahaha.

Harumi: Don't be mean guys. *frowning emoji*

 

Clyde put away his phone as he somehow sensed Chika's return.

"I see you're laughing over there," she said. "Memes? Don't hold out on me."

The jealousy aura stirred, invisibly, but no doubt, stirred.

"Nah, it's nothing important," he said. "Just picking on Toru."

"Ah, that's always fun until he does his stupid stares," she said. "Annoys the hell out of me."

"Right?" Clyde said. They laughed. "Last night was especially rough for him."

"Really? What happened?"

"I won't go into detail but drop hints about slime the next time you see him. You should get some interesting reactions."

"Slime?"

Clyde chuckled.

"Let's just say he has a thing for monster girls."

Chika laughed.

"If you say so."

Suddenly, there was a man's scream from the movie. The girl made a brutal kill with a kitchen knife that looked suspiciously identical to the one that was in Chika's watermelon. He shook his head. If this was her idea of a joke, he wanted no part of it. She had a wide sense of humor, but none of it ever touched the dark.

Then the scene went into a very passionate sex scene between the two leads. The boy had no idea that the girl sliced and diced any love rivals and friends behind his back while treating him like a king. He was head over heels in love with her, but she, madly for him.

Chika snuggled even tighter against Clyde and rested her head on his shoulder.

He turned to see her looking right at him, blush on her face. She had the anime girl look of wanting.

Suddenly, Chika launched an aggressive kiss while grabbing his horn.

"I can't hold back anymore," she whispered. There was a perverted look in her eyes. "I won't hold back anymore."

It was a Saturday afternoon in the middle of my vacation, I passed the entrance exam I wanted and now I went to college, after days and nights of studying I managed to complete my goal efficiently by being in third place in the best grades.

However, now I am in what can be described as a huge fist of boredom and indecision that punches my face every day in my rest period. After all, I have no worries now I've reached my goal sooner, so I don't know what to do to pass the time.

 "Aahhhhh ... what a bore ... I'll just waste time watching something on Netflix."

Turning on my TV and going to the Streaming app, I start looking for something to watch, but I had already watched all the series interested me and new seasons would only come in a few months.

I keep going through the programs, looking for something interested me until I stopped at one that gave me a certain nostalgia, called 'Pokemon Indigo League'.

 "Yeah ... this should do for now."

I press to start with the first episode and the video starts to load ...

...

It's been 5 minutes and the video hasn't started yet, seriously I will have to call the internet provider again, What error is that?

A strange and bright warning written 'ERROR 42 TRANSFER INITIATED' took the place of the loading symbol.

 'What the fuck is this ?!'

The screen then starts to shine brightly, it's like they throw a flashbang in my face, a strange feeling takes over my body and then I just feel this thing ... and then I pass out.

I start to wake up. My body comfortable by the place I'm lying in, it looks like grass, but the cold wind chills my body giving me reasons to leave the strange place I am. And then the memories clear.

 'AAAAAAAHhhhhhhhh.'

I get up suddenly looking everywhere, it is night and I am surrounded by trees and bushes, nothing like the room I was in a few minutes ago.

 'Did I get kidnapped?' I mumble to myself, trying to lessen my own panic in the process.

Looking down, I find a letter with K. Z. S. as the sender. Wanting to understand the current situation, I begin to open it. It said:

 'Hello, my esteemed guinea pig.

 I would like to not waste time so I already notice that you were transported to the pokemon world, yes that pokemon world (anime), but it has some important differences that you will discover over time.

So as I imagine maybe you are a little lost, I will give you a goal. If you manage to win at least 3 Pokemon Leagues, I will grant any wish you have, including the wish to return home. However in the meantime you will be my fun, a new experiment that ROBs love to do.

However there will be some rules that you will have to follow in this experiment:

1. Only 10 different pokemons can be used per region, only your initial can be used again in another region and it will be nerfed.

2. Breaking the rules of the League to advance will not be accepted even if the League did not realize it.

3. Training is everything. Getting very strong pokemons easily and without grace will create a balancing event that will make the challenge even more difficult than before.

Well, it was just those rules.

The Canon will continue as normal and you must be 10 days since Ash left for his journey in Kanto. You can change or leave the Canon going as normal, the choice is yours.

You are now on Route 1 in Kanto and will have to go to Professor Carvalho to get the starting items. However you will not have the initial pokemon with it, if you want one you will have to use the pokeball I left in your left pocket and go after it.

I pinch my arm to make sure I'm not in a dream.

I feel pain. DAMN IT.

I take the little pokeball from my left pocket, it's really like in the anime, red on top and white on the bottom, it even has a serial number on the back.

I press the middle button and it grows until it fits completely in my hand.

Cool, I was transported to a fictional world by a strange being I suspect is Zelretch, after all if there's something I learned from the anime Fate is everything is Zelretch's fault, damn that troll.

I look back and find THE FUCK OF A PURPLE GIANT SNAKE, also known as Ekans.

 'E-Kanssssss' She starts to stare at me, and I do the same, we both stare at each other while holding a pokeball in my left hand. You already know what I'm going to do right?

That's right, I run for a fuck and don't even think about looking at my back.

If someone somewhere doesn't understand why I haven't been trying to capture that pokemon, I would like to defend myself using 2 good reasons. The first being the fact that I DO NOT LIKE SNAKES, much less large and poisonous ones. The second case you can have forgotten, it is necessary that you involve or pokemon before trying to catch it, in case you do not have the chance to be downloaded less than it wants to be caught, or that you are almost sure that it is not the case.

In the middle of my run, I ended up slipping on something hard, and I hit my face in the grass by sliding until I hit a tree.

"Ku-Na Ku-Na Kuuuu-Naaaaaaa"

Wait, that was a Kakuna wasn't ... Ahhhh Shiittttt.

'Driillllllll' Several Bedrills started looking at me threateningly.

I hate. I HATE IT SO MUCH. I'm not a toy, and I don't let it go cheap, I will seek revenge. EVEN IF I DIE HERE I WILL STILL MAKE HIM PAY EXPENSIVE.

'BAA' A sinister dark aura can contain a local atmosphere, I don't feel anything too wrong, but it seems that the Bedrills sent this movement, they started to have mild spasms and stopped the same attacks.

'Be-Drillll Beee' They take the slightly injured Kakuna and walk away or take them away.

They finally arrived at the 2nd floor of the shop, and they were greeted by Shinobu and Tamayo.



Shinobu and Tamayo noticed Mari and Tamayo asked " This is? *Kore wa* "


Maria speaked in Japanese " This is Mari, she is Mark childhood friend. "



Shinobu/Tamayo " Childhood friend?! "



Mari got stunned, Mari was a secret hardcore weeb she studied Japanese for the purpose of reading raw manga and watching Japanese dubbed anime, she recognized their faces! she couldn't believe it! they were perfectly matched, as a weeb she had watched Kimetsu No Yaiba many times, she couldn't help but say " Shinobu? Tamayo? "



Maria, Shinobu and Tamayo got stunned, Mark thought ' Oh shit! I forgot this girl was a hardcore weeb, she was the one who told me to watch anime and read manga! '


Maria " Eh? you know them Mari? "



Shinobu and Tamayo were also curious on how did she recognized them, Mark didn't tell them about being and Anime.

The story is about the life of Marcelis the adopted son of the Morton family and his life after obtaining the System of Creation & Destruction with it; he will dominate everything in his way.

A great man once said: "When I cut my finger, is a tragedy... When you fall into a sewer and die, is a comedy." In this trail of thought, one might decide to be a sadist to their character and play it for laughs.

Not saying that angle won't work or anything. After all, Charlie Chaplin didn't get famous for no reason.

What I'm trying to say is that comedy is derived from the absurd. Things that don't normally happen is happening and no common sense is needed for the fictional characters involved since people being dumb is funny in its own right. I mean, go ask Disney for advice on writing overly dumb characters who couldn't possibly exist in real life at all.

This doesn't mean that a pure comedy needs to be all laughs though. It is becoming strangely more common to weave plot threads together in order to make even more absurd scenarios for the characters involved. I remember watching an Anime called 'Gamers!' about a group of teenagers gradually falling into the rabbit hole of misunderstandings since they wouldn't outright ask each other anything.

It was to the point that Otaku online dubbed it with the meme-like name of 'Misunderstandings: The Anime' in the face of how complicated the story was becoming because of what was happening on screen.

Just me writing the word 'absurd' twice should be enough for those reading this to understand that making it 'out there' is what's comical. Even 'Kaguya Sama- Love Is War' derived its comedy from the absurd humour that is what WOULD happen when two geniuses won't give up in trying to win over the other in their battle of over-the-top scheming.

Reactions that are so over-the-top they are comical in itself are also common to comedies. Even in those fictions that try to balance their comedy with heavier moments that were built to be tear jerkers.

However, to actually be able to overcome the hurdle of making the sadder moments impact instead of making the reader laugh, what is most needed is the inclusion of something 'mundane' in a character's life which can be subverted. There is a reason The Simpson's and other comedy tv shows go back to the status quo after a joke has ended, it is because seeing something mundane turn hilarious is subversive.

And what is comedy if not a subversion of what we are expecting? The reason everything used to laugh in high school when someone fell after another guy pulled his chair before he sat is because something even as mundane as 'sitting' didn't follow the tradition, turning into something they didn't expect.

A long comedy story needs this sense of returning to the status quo even if it has changed a little after the previous punchline. You can't always throw in punchlines without proper build up to it.

There needs to be at least some time for the characters to take in an exciting incident before the next one comes, and that is especially true when it comes to punchlines. It's just how comedy works.

Now you may be thinking of writing a character who has some funny joke that consistently happens in the story. Maybe your character keeps on falling asleep in climactic moments or maybe your comic relief has a catchy catchphrase that he always NEEDS to say.

In the case of the latter: Don't... Just don't...

As for the former, new scenarios for the same joke can lead into an even bigger joke. Bonus points if whatever the character's main joke is actually coincides with some sort of characterisation.

You can have a guy who gets angry all the time have to ACTUALLY go to anger management courses or maybe the guy who falls asleep just doesn't get any most the time due to insomnia. I know something so 'real' shouldn't be funny, but remember my earlier advice, something 'mundane' can ground the story.

To have a higher purpose than just the comedy happening itself, this sense of realism is required and can't be forgotten if you want to make stories that can have a higher impact on the audience.

Generally, you can go berserk with this kind of story since any joke is acceptable as long as they don't are not moral ambiguous and don't go at the expense of a certain group of your audience. I mean, 9/11 jokes may seem funny but we've already got to the point that the terrorism itself is not to be joked about.

On a side note: Why is it that Kyoto Animation burning down is a tragedy but people falling off buildings in 9/11 is funny? I remember a guy even adding cartoon sound to a video of people falling...

Sorry, back to the topic at hand. Your sense of humour is your own, but be sure to be sensitive to the people around you and not be a sadistic bully who takes pleasure in the suffering of others.

This is a story I worked on ages ago that has been refined and edited by adding foreshadowing to events while also simplifying the power system better than before. This story can be considered a prequel to An Adventure Beyond Greatness as it takes place years prior to the events of that story.

Short Synopsis:
After retiring from the battlefield, my life became empty and lifeless. The regrets of my past haunt me in my sleep. Then a change occurred, a King from another world summoned me to fight for his kingdom, but I died even before I could give him my answer. Now, after a fake God allowed me to reincarnate (albeit imperfectly) with my memories intact, into a world filled with magic and swords.

Long Synopsis:
This is about a flawed protagonist who only knew to rely on others and not socialise who gets a second chance to change himself in order to live the life he aimed for in his past life. The narrator isn’t exactly trustworthy since it is purely in his bias perspective while other perspectives given by others fill in the blanks that he either leaves out or twists to suit the situation.

The story itself can be considered a parody of Isekai’s classic tropes which are given a sense of reality as time goes by. As there exists no ‘Demon Lord’, there is also no black and white, only characters opinions and counter-opinions throughout the story.

To be honest, finding myself standing at the center of this fully furnished room was my least concerns.

It's pretty much how to divert my eyes from all of these good looking animated people who are staring at me.

I had a Remoa  character that was inspired by my friend's name as the main villainess of my first published Fantasy-Romance novel entitled Regal Academy.

As a rough draft novel out of nothing but cliche's experience of mine It has 46 chapters with no solid plot and a well used overpowered main character with a lot of love interest.

The story line is normal but what made me like to continue it was the Fantasy theme as I was really inspired back then to create my own world. 

Remoa the main villainess was exiled at the chapter before the Epilogue by the hand of Top 1 student of the academy as well as her childhood slash fiance Cairo whose looks was inspired by my second favourite anime—

Lucky enough to be reincarnated at my first novel. Doomed because of the ungrateful characters that I created.

Today is our chill day sunday! I don't know why Reeve seems to be too quiet these past few days. I'm sure that some things are bothering him and I don't want to intrude his privacy. Maybe I'll just think of something to cheer him up. Maybe I should think of a nice topic. Hmmmm... Which one would be good? Childhood? Elementary? Oh! They said that one of the most memorable will be your High School days! I had fun during that time. I want to know his though.

"Me? I'm... Well... Ah... I'm kinda quiet. Like the snobby type. Mysterious? That's what most of the class says." seems like he's hiding something. Is he like the delinquent type? Like in those japanese anime?

"Is your hair long too?" I'm checking out his expression making sure thay I won't make him annoyed.

He played with his hair which is on a let down mode. It's really silky. "It's short. I like the clean cut because I was planning on joining the military academy but I changed my mind later after finding out that I was interested in computers more."

"Did you join any fraternities or gangs?" The clean-cut delinquent Reeve version is somehow imprinted on my mind right now. "No way! I'm too lazy for any extra curriculars and plus I don't like the initiation thingy. So me and Ren and..." he stopped.

"And?" I was paying attention seems like there's someone he doesn't like to mention. Is it a girl? Questions like this won't do any good to my heart.

"And the others. We just hangout, play video games or basketball."

"So you didn't join the varsity?"

"Gabriel did." Gab what? Who's Gab?

"Gabriel was Ren's twin brother." What? Ren has a twin brother?

"For real?!" I'm discovering so much from here.

"I have an older brother too he's two years older and a real heartthrob." Was he the one in the photo? Or Ren's twin brother? They look a lot similar except for the color of their eyes. Like I said if Ren had the same eyes as Reeve I would have mistaken him for Kenji's dad. Actually the thought of Reeve being Kenji's dad still lingers on my mind. I'm just waiting for him to tell me. I'm already preparing my mind like how to react to it. Crazy huh. I really want to ask him if he dated Christie back then but I'm rationalizing that if they do then it's in the past but I'll be out of the picture cause I'm just the proxy mom in the end. Erase! Erase! I placed my hand on my chest knowing that I don't want that to happen.

"Did you date someone during the Prom?"

"I'd rather sleep than do cheesy things. But we were obliged to attend so what to do?" Is thus guy really lazy or just not interested.

"Girls didn't ask you out?"

"I'd prefer if I make the first move. It's more gentlemanly and somewhat hmmmm challenging where you get the one you love with your pure intentions and efforts."

"So you like challenging girls?"

"It's not that 'challenging girls' but the challenge of winning the girls heart through your own means."

"Oh okay. So you are kinda the traditional one?"

"Maybe I'm still kinda old fashioned when it comes to love."

"So how many girlfriends did you had?" my heart was thumping with this question.

He looked at me seriously and said, "Official or unofficial?" I gulped made me think that this old fashioned guy is a womanizer.

He messed my hair and laughed out loud. "You are so serious Sach" I touched my head and pretended to fix my hair. My heart is beating very fast with his gesture.

"I only had two girlfriends but didn't last for long. I don't know maybe because I was too young during that time and didn't value any commitments. Or maybe I was busy with my own world that I forgot I had a partner."

"Do you have this 'The One That Got Away'?" he smiled at me. It's not his usual smile but I can't explain. His blue eyes were like trying to express some words I can't seem understand.

"I'm glad they got away because if not then I wouldn't have met you..."

My heart! My heart! This guy is really something else.
