Hey readers, first before anything I wanted to thank you for giving this work a shot. It's the first fanfiction I ever posted, it's the second I created. Just wanted to let you know some of my thoughts on this story and Dragon Ball in general. I will attempt to keep this brief. As an added note, this document is not as edited as my normal posts.

I have been a fan of the series for years, not to the extreme levels, but still a fan. I own some of the sagas on DVD. I have seen the Super series and played both Xenoverse games, but not the offshoot Dragon Ball Heroes. It has been awhile, since I watched the series all the way through from original Dragon Ball. 

Things I can't actively remember about the series I have to research or out-right makeup. Also, making up my own stuff about the universe part of the fun. Even though I have used some characters and concepts from the movies, but I will not use all of them.

Some people have asked me to make a list of power levels for characters in the series, but I chose not to. I personally feel power levels are just used as a literary device to build tension or quickly show a superiority in strength that needs to be crossed by the protagonist. I have an abundance of Scouters in my story because they are a technology that does exist in the Dragon Ball world. 

However, I borderline dislike power levels because some people get too hung up on them. I have done so myself in the past. One of the good things about power levels is for the fans to get to play detective and debate and try to figure them out. I should have stated enough power levels by this point to be able to guess at what they are.

Something that could help in power level detecting the characters is what I did for Saiyan Power(Zenkai Boost, Saiya Power). The series varies greatly on how Saiyan Power works, but I used a system.

With limited data for the Dragon Ball wiki and help from a friend this is what developed: 

A Saiyan that it is [beat down] will increase their power by roughly 1.1x - 2x, an average of 1.5x when healed. (This number came from Vegeta going from 18000 to 24000 after fighting on Earth. He also went from 24000-30000 after losing to Zarbon.) Emotional distress multiplies the [beat down] by 10x, bringing it up to 15x (humiliation or harm done to something or someone you care about), an an additional 2x to that (x 30) if you believe a person you care about just died or will die soon Vegeta gained from the 250k-400k range up to millions in power from his fear of Frieza when he made Krillin blast him. Goku healed from the effects of Ginyu getting beat up in his body and went from 90k to around 3 mil. That was increase of 33x! Well super accurate or not, that's the system I decided to go with. Hopefully, the explanation was put into words correctly.

To answer another question my inspiration for Raditz's transformations come in part from the Broly Super movie. The Super Saiyan transformation was inspired by mixing the original Broly movies' Legendary Super Saiyan form and the Great Ape. Hence, red eyes and black nails. The mutation aspect was from the Blutz Wave machine Bulma made in GT to make Baby Vegeta into a Golden Great Ape with him having no tail. I thought maybe drastically more Blutz Waves would do something different and cause a different effect. I wanted to add some uniqueness with doing something super out there.

Once again thanks for reading. I'm terrible at these thoughts and notes type things. It would probably be much easier for me to do a question and answer type thing in the future.

At sa bawat oras na mamatayan ang isang bansa ng isang wargod ay agad itong magsasagawa ng isang burol na nakabroadcast live sa national television nila! Maiimagine na siguro ng kahit sino kung gaano kahirap para sa isang horde leader na pumatay ng isang wargod!
Kaya napakahirap makakita ng gamit mula sa isang wargod sa loob ng Forsaken Land!
"Kung ipinaramdam ng gamit na ito ang pride sa steel armored dragon to the point na nagawa niya pang kolektahin ang kanyang uniform set ay nakasisiguro ako na…. ang wargod na ito ay talagang napakalakas…. at makikita rin sa uniform set na ito na nakipaglaban ang fighter na may suot nito sa isang high level horde leader dahil mayroon itong kaunting sira. At ang isang SS grade battle uniform ay nagkakahalaga ng 120 billion sa full price nito! Hindi ito isang presyo na kayang bilhin ng isang pangkaraniwang tao!
Alam naman natin na ang uniform na ito ay kaya kang depensahan mula sa mga kagat at atake mula sa mga Emperor level na halimaw. Napakalaki ng agwat ng lakas ng isang Emperor level na halimaw sa isang Horde leader na halimaw. Kayang patayin ng isang Emperor level na halimaw ang isang grupo ng mga horde leader na halimaw sa loob lang ng isang iglap. Napakatindi! Maging sa mga taong nakalampas din sa pagiging wargod gaya nila Hong at Thunder God, kaya rin nilang labanan ang napakaraming wargod level fighters ng sabay-sabay.
Natural na….
Ang presyo ng isang SS grade na gamit ay mas mataas ng husto kaysa sa isang S grade battle gear.

The body of the Thousand-Eyed Demonic Dragon was instantly slashed in half, but not even a drop of blood was shed.
An Lin could only see white, squirming flesh from the cross-section of the wound. The creature didn't even have any organs or bones. It was as if it were just a ball of energy, except that this ball of energy was extremely powerful and was able to attack him…

Carl calmed down and began to formulate his questions that he did not want to go to a world that would kill him immediately, he began to ask about how he could be resurrected.

"Uh, Richie, I was wrong, please forgive me," Sir System said seriously.

System Notification: [The System corrected its mistakes and repented, debuff canceled. The System obtained buff that increases its attack power by 10% for 24 hours.]

It doesn't matter how physically strong you are, if you can't put your brain to good use, you'll only end up being a hitter for someone else," Fang Ning told Heavenly Book baby.

"…" Fang Ning took quick steps towards the kitchen and found the great green insect sprawled all over the dining table, stuffing its face. 
"Uh, when did you arrive, Daqing?" Fang Ning asked while he sat himself down. 
Although the dishes were tasty and Fang Ning would want to eat them too, Sir System would not make them every day.
Fang Ning took a bite off a piece of red braised pork and it was tender with a crispy crust. There was substantial fat but it wasn't too greasy. It tasted amazing.
"Oh, I came immediately after you had finished cooking. You don't have to entertain me, I don't mind," Chong Daqing said carelessly.
"Uh, this new skill of yours isn't bad, you'll probably never starve again," Fang Ning praised. 
Chong Daqing took out three to four pieces of white pearls from her jade bracelet on her front leg. "Oh yeah, this is my payment for the food. My elder sisters gave them to me the last time I was at Dragon World and said that they were newly-developed treasures by the Celestial Clan which can be used to ward off calamities."
Fang Ning took it, nodded and started some small talk. "How many family members do you have, Daqing? Did they mention when would they like to come down? This is so that we can make some preparations beforehand."
"Oh, there isn't too little or too many of us, maybe a few hundred… Everybody's nice and polite," the great green insect said simply. 
"Uh, a few hundred? Who's the strongest among the Celestial Clan then?" Fang Ning continued inquiring as he chewed on a rib. 
"No doubt, my good old dad would be the strongest. Before I was kicked down, his power was comparable to that of the most powerful gods. He kept telling me to keep a low-profile because the Celestial Clan consisted of human, not gods," the great green insect said ignorantly. 
"How's your dad like normally? And how did he govern the territories under his rule?" Fang Ning continued to ask. 
The great green insect did not answer as it was focused on clearing out the plate that was before it. 
After a while, it finally replied, "Besides on being a cheapskate, my dad's generally fine. About the Celestial Clan's territories, my elder sisters told me this when I was back in Dragon World that my dad has already stopped their supply of vitality materials since mortals didn't need Atmospheric Vitality. Although magic no longer magic guaranteed good weather for the crops, I heard that they had managed to adapt during the past two years and seemed to be living good lives since. Daddy also helped them to pick a few great leaders to repay them for their offerings. These leaders are really wise, they have been leading reforms one after another with seriously ruthless tactics." 
Fang Ning nodded. He was not Mother Mary and so matters of the Upper Realm should naturally be handled by Gods of the Upper Realm. After all, they had indulged in so many offerings from mortals. If they were to turn a blind eye, then they would just be digging their graves as they have no one other than themselves to blame. 
In this case, the clan leader of the Celestial Clan knew how to finish what he started and in the end, those mortals were accounted for. 
Although the Upper Realm was going to fall through soon, the time it would take for that to happen would be extremely long for mortals. 
It would take at least ten thousand or even millions of years before the Upper Realm was truly exanimate. 
Just like the death of the sun, it would only be in the last stages when Earth would no longer be habitable. Even then, there would still be a few hundred million years left. 
Such a long period would be sufficient for mortals to draw a close to their civilization.
In contrast to those conscious gods, the disappearing of Vitality would probably mean a more comfortable life for the normal human — being the majority among the mortals living in the Upper Realm.
This was because gods would no longer interfere with mortals' lives or fool around in the mortal world for no reason. Instead, they would just stay cowering within their dimension. 
Perhaps they could still develop some black technology. After all, the boom of human technology took place within two hundred years, and only with a few million years' worths of experience accumulated preceding it. 
However, if the gods were to completely relinquish the oppression on the mortals of the Upper Realm who had accumulated a few billion years before them, it was possible for them to break out in a real big bang. 
This was truly black humor. 


Procrastinator extraordinaire, Fang Ning, had lost his consciousness after banging his head on a night of celebration. He woke up to a realization that he no longer had control of his body, as a System had taken it over. Will he eventually regain control of his body or will he be trapped in his body forever? How does he maneuver this situation? What's in store for Fang Ning?

It would've good if it ended there but sadly they escaped my "Third Hand" attack. When I again tried to launch an attack towards them a black like whip came towards me and tried to cover my neck. I send a chopping attack using  bodhisattva towards the black whip. The black whip attached itself into the bodhisattva's hand and tried to pull it towards itself. I retreated my hands and pulled the person who was using black whip.

One For All is a Quirk that has merged the Quirk factors of each previous user within the core of One For All and increases their Quirk's power. Izuku is the first user capable of using them in the series. And when Izuku first manifested the Quirk, All Might admitted that it was new to him meaning he himself never manifested those quirks. But now he could use one! I have to get rid of him! I have no idea what other five quirks are hidden in One for All. I just can't let him unlock any more quirks!

The Quirk he is now using is called "Blackwhip". This quirk is quirk wielded by a previous unnamed user of One For All. As the name suggests, it allows the user to launch dark tendrils of energy or "black whips" to grab things at an unspecified range though it appears to be large. The dark energy is also able to attach to the surrounding and pull the user around. 

I pulled All Might towards myself and waited for the best moment to attack. He was flying towards me with his left hand covered in dark tendrils of energy and right hand prepared to attack. When he was inside my range he yelled out"United States of Smash" and send a punch towards me. 

Just from the shockwaves I knew I was in danger. This unstoppable attack was used to defeat All For One in the series and marked the end of All Might's career. This All Might is far radical than in the series. Int the original series he used this attack and it took last remnants of his power. But right now he is using it towards me. That's not how this is supposed to be. Why using a one hit KO attack from the start. It's not like I killed your son or something...Oh! Now I understand! 

I didn't wanted to use it but I have no choice. I started to use my other Quirk to get rid of All Might. Every hand of bodhisattva was now covered in a dragons head and I unleashed a barrage of palm attacks towards All Might. Even the normal barrage of palms would have devastating power but not every hundred hands bodhisattva has was covered in dragons head. My attacked destroyed the half of U.S.J, but I did not stop at this. I kept sending out palm attacks towards All Might and after five minutes I stopped. I blew away all the smoke and looked at All Might. He was dead. I created a portal and threw his body there. Even thought he gave his Quirk to Izuku he still has a good meat and I could have a feast. I looked around and found that All for One was missing. That sneaky bastard he took Kurogiri and Tomura with him. I can't complete missions if I don't kill him.

I started searching for a Stain and after few minutes found him. After his quirk got stronger he gained two abilities. One was partial blood control and other was blood connection. After he consumed someone's blood he could paralyze them. Also at the same time he would have a connection with that person meaning he could know his whereabouts when his victim was paralyzed. After knowing his whereabouts I went towards the exit of the U.S.J.

I Conjured a long Chinese dragon from my hands and climbed it. I looked towards Stain and said, "After you finish mission given by me retreat and destroy all the evidences!" After I said that I controlled dragon and went towards All for One. It took me few minutes to arrive in front of his base. I couldn't help but be shocked by the speed of the dragon. I then used my trump card that I prepared to fight against All for One. That trump card is the Quirk "Space Lock". That is extremely useful Quirk that could guarantee that I would catch him. Space Lock, locks the space around the designed area and makes every teleportation power useless. Of course it has one weakness which is that it is not hundred percent perfect Quirk. There is a .00000001% chance that person could actually use teleportation. But even if they use it, the space around area would be unstable so that person may end up dying trying to teleport.

After I arrived there I shattered the dragon into many smaller dragons and made it rain over All for One's base. The "Dragon Dive" was extremely beautiful attack in the HunterxHunter world and is one of my greatest AOE attacks. Everything that was under me was destroyed and the base that I attacked fell. Inside the base I could see many Noumu's and an underground passage that led somewhere.

I again summoned the dragons and used it to go to the passage. After few seconds I arrived at the end of the passage and saw All for One there. He was not alone and Tomura with Kurogiri were there too. And also seven tanks of water were in that room. And every seven tank had person inside it.
