This book is not for the faint of hearts. It contains some of the most terrifying and creepy stories you will ever find. It also contains real scary and ghost stories. 

After all, who knows what is lurking out of sight?

The next morning I was heading off to school when my mom Came up to me and said "Sabrina please try to write more creative when writing stories Today. You only have one week left before summer vacation.  Olivia's dad also called last night and said that you are really scaring Olivia and  he wants you to stop." 
Olivia is my best Friend and she always loves my scary stories when I tell them at Lunch and on the bus. A bunch of other kids also came over to hear them too! Well I guess not that many kids have been coming over anymore, and Olivia has also been acting a little scared and annoyed when hearing them. 
I just couldn't believe how much my mom was telling me to stop!
"I'll try to write "better" in class. Olivia and everyone else loves my scary stories! I'll try not to tell stories today, but if anyone asks me to tell one I have to!" I said as I walked out the door. My mom didn't look very happy though. 

I walked down to the bus stop to see Olivia there. Lily took a different bus cause she still goes to elementary school. 
"Hi Olivia! Are you ready for the last week of school? I think some ghosts come out at this time though." I said, but Olivia just rolled her eyes and said "Come on Sabrina! Your stories are really starting to drive me crazy.".
"I'm telling the truth! Ghosts of kids who got expelled return to our school to get revenge on the teachers and our principal Mrs. Newman." I Said in a scary voice. 
Suddenly the bus arrived and we got on. Olivia and I found a spot where we sat together, and then I continued my story. 
"I'm not joking around this time! Evil spirits of expelled kids come and mess things up. Teachers come into the room to find their stuff all over the floor. Students like us also notice that their stuff is missing." I said. 
As I continued my story a few kids sitting in the seats in front and behind us came a little closer and started to listen. 
After a little while of telling the story we arrived at school, and as the kids got off the bus they looked pretty scared. We went into school, put our stuff in our lockers, and  then Olivia and I headed off to English class.

We came in and Olivia and I sat down. Our teacher  Ms. Malthaner always has us start off by writing something in a journal and then reading it out loud if we wanted to. I love to write creepy stories to scare the other kids in class but Ms. Malthaner isn't very happy about it. As soon as I picked up my pencil  Ms. Malthaner came over and said "Sabrina can you please try not to write a scary story today? If you do please don't read it out loud.".
"OK. I'll try to see if I have any "good" ideas in my mind today." I said. 
After a while of trying to think of something to write I got pretty bored. Then suddenly I got a pretty sneaky idea of how to scare Olivia. 
I raised my hand and said  "Ms. Malthaner can I please have a hall pass? I have to go to the bathroom."
"Ok. Here you go." She said and then she handed me a pass. 
I went out the door and then snuck up to Olivia's locker. Our lockers don't have locks on them so I opened Olivia's locker and took out her lunchbox. Then I hid it in my locker. 
I didn't have to go to the bathroom that much but I still went so that I wouldn't need another hall pass later. Then I went back to class. 

Olivia and I sat next to each other for the rest of English class. I was pretty bored most of time but after a little while I started to get more interested in it. Olivia was sure into class and writing a lot though. After English came Science and then it was time for lunch. 
Olivia opened her locker and started searching everywhere for her lunchbox. 
"I know that I put my lunchbox right here!" She said. 
"Yeah. I saw you put it in too. Maybe the ghost of an expelled kid came and took it." I said in a creepy voice. 
"Oh come on! Stop telling so many stories Sabrina." Olivia said as she rolled her eyes. 
"Fine. If you don't believe me I feel bad for you though." I said. 
Then I opened my locker to see Olivia's lunchbox. 
"Hey Olivia! Your lunchbox is in my locker!" I said pretending to be surprised.

"I bet one of those ghost teenagers came and moved it!" I said. 
Olivia looked terrified at first but after a minute she just rolled her eyes and said "Oh come on Sabrina. I bet you just moved it in English class when you "went to the bathroom"."
"No I didn't!" I said. 
"Come on Sabrina.  Let's just go to lunch." Olivia said and then we headed off to the cafeteria.



That same night, Aidan Reid is in his room, surfing the internet for The Blackwood Manor. There aren't too many odd stories about The Blackwood Manor. Apparently, the building is not popular place among scary stories and urban legends lovers. Aidan finds a website "Your Ghost Stories". In its forum, many talk about their experiences of encountering illogical events. 

"Does anyone know anything about The Blackwood Manor?" he writes in the chat forum of "Your Ghost Stories". 

Aidan pays attention closely to his monitor, waiting for someone to respond. Several new chats appear, but none answers his question. Patiently and hopefully, he continues to wait for a response. However, still no one responds to him. Tired of waiting, Aidan gets up to pick some food in the kitchen. Suddenly, the one he is waiting appears. A person with a nickname SpookyCreeps responds to his question. 

SpookyCreeps: “The Blackwood Manor? Is that the place where the infamous spirit tour has been held?” 

Aidan: “Yup, that’s the one. Have you been on the tour? " 

SpookyCreeps: “Nope. Going to a creepy place in crowd? I guess it will just drive the spirits away, too many people." 

Aidan: "Is the place really that creepy?" 

SpookyCreeps: “To my knowledge, no. It's just an old, neglected building. Usually, we go there only to pick on the new kids at school. The building does look creepy. But, they usually get scared because they just imagine things." 

Another person by the name of Mr. Ghoul join their conversation. 

Mr. Ghoul: "A friend of mine went on that tour." 

Aidan: "Did anything particularly interesting happen?" 

Mr. Ghoul: "There is gossip going around, the tour drives the spirits angry." 

SpookyCreeps: "What happened?" 

DarkLord: “You know what happened to the Blackwood family? That's the real story dudes." 

Mr. Ghoul: “Ever since the tour, The Manor has shown a lot of horror activities. Many claim that they heard screams from within. In fact, I heard that it had claimed a victim. A homeless person was found dead in terrible state in The Manor." 

SpookyCreeps: “When did it happen? The horror stories I heard about The Manor mostly around the year the Blackwood family died. After that, nothing overly suspicious happened. Even if someone said there was, no proof came with it." 

Aidan: "Yes, when did it happen?" 

Mr. Ghoul: "Yesterday, maybe." 

Aidan: "Exactly the day after the spirit tour." 

DarkLord: "Maybe it was the spirit of Alfred Blackwood, angry at those people intruding his house." 

Aidan: "Actually, what happened to the Blackwood family?" 

DarkLord: “Alfred Blackwood was a lunatic. He murdered his entire family before eventually killing himself. " 

Aidan: "From what I heard, his wife committed suicide, not murdered." 

SpookyCreeps: "Yes, his wife committed suicide and Alfred Blackwood went insane." 

Mr. Ghoul: “Yes, after his wife died, he went insane and killed his two daughters, as well as his unborn grandson. He killed everyone." 

DarkLord: “No, no, the real story is that he went crazy over Edith Blackwood's pregnancy. You know? Edith's girlfriend was one of their servants, which was what made Alfred Blackwood lost his sanity. He was a man who upheld dignity above everything." 

SpookyCreeps: “There have been words circulating that Blackwood's grandson was actually rescued. However, no one knows where the baby is." 

Mr. Ghoul: “Maybe all the Blackwoods were really killed by Alfred. Who knows?" 

Aidan: “Yes, the more a story goes on the more it comes with nonsense. So, anyone knows what happened to Edith's lover?" 

SpookyCreeps: “It seems, he ran away after being threatened by Alfred. But, some say he ran away with the grandson. According to the story, he came on that tragic night to take Edith away, but what he encountered was Alfred who was massacring his family. He could only save the baby." 

Mr. Ghoul: "Something has released Alfred Blackwood's wrath." 

DarkLord: “Yes, those fools have really pissed him off.” 

Aidan is about to type another question when suddenly the monitor screen flickers and so does his room light. Aidan can feel a presence of something out of this world in his room. The room light flickers violently. Immediately, Aidan grabs his backpack lying on the floor. He pulls an iron knife. The room light keeps on blinking until it finally goes off. Aidan runs to the door, thinking of his mother downstairs. 

“Mom! Mom!" he shouts, grabbing the doorknob. However, the door seems stuck to the wall. No matter how hard he tries, the door won’t open. 

A book hits the door, almost hitting Aidan's head. The young man turns to the darkness of his room. He can feel the wind rustling against his face. On reflex, he ducks and dodges everything rushing to him. 

Various items from his room fly around and hit the door. Aidan grips the knife tightly as he adjusts his eyes to the darkness. Vaguely, he can see a transparent shadow in the corner of the room. Ferocious aura is emitted from it. The smell of swampy mud fills the room. The temperature in the room drops dramatically. Aidan can see his breath due to coldness. 

The shadow in the corner of the room slowly moves toward him. As it gets closer, Aidan can recognize the shape of the shadow. The shadow looks like a thin man in ancient clothes. His face is filled with anger. His right hand is holding a hunting rifle. Vaguely, Aidan recognizes the man's face, similar to the man in his dream. Just like in his dream, the man points his gun barrel at Aidan and cocks the gun. 

"You!" His words seem to echo throughout the room and sound like they are coming from the depth of hell. "You should have died!" 

Before the man fires his gun, Aidan throws the knife into the middle of the shadow. The knife slides toward the shadow and splits and pierces its body. The shadow splits apart and disappears in the thin air. The light in Aidan's room comes back on. He can hear his mother pounding on the door behind him. 

“Aid! What’s happening? Open the door!" 

Aidan, who sits on the floor, tries to process on what just happened. However, the pounding on the door knocks him back to his sense. Immediately, he gets up and takes a look at his messy room. Everything in his room is scattered on the floor next to where he was sitting. He hurriedly opens the door, as little as possible, preventing his mother from looking into the room. 

"No, nothing. Everything's fine.” Aidan steps out of his room, closes the door, and blocks the doorknob from the outside. 

"It looks like, I have to go to Josh's house, something important is happening," he speaks in a hurry so his mother would leave him. 

"Earlier, I heard your scream." His mother looks at him in suspicion. 

“Just a false alarm, really, Mom. Everything's fine, you can go back downstairs." Aidan grins, trying to convince his mother. 

Her mother can only look at him, but she finally gives up and goes back downstairs. 

Aidan returns to the room. He reaches into his trouser pocket and pulls out his cell phone. 

"Something has happened." His voice sounds more dramatic than he wants it to be. 

“Yup, something did happen. Winter, that witch girl did something stupid again." 

"What?" That's not exactly the ‘something’ Aidan wants to talk about. However, it seems several things were happening at the same time. 

"We have to get to the Creek fast. Winter fell unconscious and is now in the hospital."

When one morning a little girl is found lifeless on the shores of Lake Brook with her insides torn apart and missing, Joshua Dawson and Aidan Reid only have until the next full moon to prevent the killer monster from searching for its second victim.

My best friend had this neighbor who died because of a horrible experience. Her neighbor's name was Michelle (Not the Real Name) and she grew up in a province Of Bicol in Philippines. When she was ten, her family moved to Las Piñas (A City There I bealive) just two blocks away from my best friend's house. My best friend was just a baby at that time. 

when Michelle was in high School, she wasn't afraid of ghost. When she would hear rumors, she never believed them. All she would do was laugh at them. But there was one rumor she heard the she would never forget until the day she died.... 

The Rumor of Bloody Mary(A Quite typical Topic Isin't it?) She fainted after hearing it for the first time, so her friends brought her to the school clinic. When she woke, her friend started asking questions but the only thing she said was "I'm not afraid of ghost!"

"Really?" her friends asked. They formed a circle and mumured amongst each other. Then they dared Michelle to do the Bloody Mary Ritual. She didn't it night in her bathroom. She turned off the light, shut the door, and said "Bloody Mary, bloody Mary,bloody Mary". She chanted it thirteen times, louder and louder, almost near scream, and kept glancing at the mirror on each pass. On the thirteenth time, she looked in the mirror and saw her face but it was all covered in blood! She touched her own face but there was mo blood.

The something or someone knocked at the door. She thought that she might see something creepy so she didn't answer. It knocked ten times then she started banging on the door! She wondered why nobody  could hear the banging and thought that the thing had milled her family! She screamed, "Leave them alone! Leave them Alone!"

The Banging stopped. All of the sudden, the bathroom became red and the knocking started again. It stopped after five knocks. Michelle peeked out of the bathroom and saw something red on the ground. She stepped on it and it disappeared. She sighed and went back to bed but left the bathroom door open.


Her mom woke her up sometime in the evening. Her mom said that while she checked on Michelle, she saw something flashing in Michelle's bathroom. She checked the bathroom but saw nothing. She woke up Michelle to ask her to check it out.

Her mother went back to sleep. Now it was Michelle who couldn't sleep because right in front of her just outside the bathroom was a little girl. She was drenched in blood and pleading for help. She had an ID that read "Marry Tarchwrite". Michelle closed her eyes  and when she opened the apparition had disappeared.

Two days later Michelle died of a severe heart attack. Because of what her friends did to her they all got expelled. The commited suicide because every night they saw the same thing Michelle did. Her friends all became impoverished because their parents got fired at their jobs. Michelle's mom was their boss and she didn't appreciste what her employees did to Michelle.

Please pray for the Lost souls of Mary and Michelle.

School ground. day. Emma having her own time sleeping under the sun while Belle reading beside her. a novel about missing student whom been keep by her own school teacher. the novel are interesting to read. couple minute, she too take a sleep a bit before school bell rang.
"Oh i love sleep on this grass." she inhaling then exhaling. "It's makes me calm." she said, eyes close. she hear Belle humming. "Oh i wish there's no bell rang."
meanwhile at teacher office. the teacher also taking their rest before continue teaching in class. Gibson sit on his chair. prepare the question for his class. he like his student know History. there's a lot history they must learn. like Asian history. their culture are unique. Gibson had two hours with them before school ended. 
"Gibson?." he look on his right wheres the teacher rest. "Studying?."
he shake his head. said. "A quiz actually. I prepared for my class. asian history."
"Interesting. which states? you know asian is big and world wide. which you interesting I could helped if you want."
Gibson leaned back. said. "What about Indonesia?."
"Scary one or not?."
"What's the different?."
too many question between Gibson and science teacher name, Mr.Bubba. he quite interesting about spiritual and mystery especially asian ghost stories. every states had their own ghost story. Mr. Bubba love ghost story.
"You wanna hear?."
later. Gibson class begin. students take their sit. waiting. he drop his things on desk as usual. he sit the edge of desk. he scanning students face till he stop at Belle. she wasn't looked at him. she write something on her note book. cursing him, spell him. he don't know. he doesn't care what she doing, but he'll do. either not looking at his face. as long she never stayed out from his sight.
"Class." he smile. "I have a stories to tell but I don't think is unnecessary. like Mr. Bubba said, I must not. so tell me." he stare. "Do you like ghost stories?."
the students look each other. "If you like. maybe I start with mine. thanks to Mr. Bubba. he's the one who share this fascinating story to me."
"You said is unnecessary to tell."
he smirked. "I lied. let we begin shall we."
minute later. Gibson smirking. his eyes on them. exactly fear face he see after they hear the story he told. and be told by Bubba. girls student wiped their sweat, while boys? so many time swallow their own saliva. believe it or not. the truth comes first.
"So? any question?." he waited. continue. "Come one guys. relax. it's just a story. nothing will happen in here, this is america not asian."
as he waited. one of the student raise hand. "Aah. Mr. George. wanna share your thought."
"Well - I umm. well basically. maybe. I was wondering there's must be a version on that old folks story. you know."
he look around the class then back to Gibson. "Well all know this story is about a woman died on birth. some version said she died on birth but some said she been killed by someone while she pregnant. two version in one story."
"Yes. two version exactly one same stories. she can died on birth or she can died in kill. she can't choose. it depends."
"That creepy."
George's eyes on the girl in his classroom.
"Just you guys think. all of you are woman. you guys pregnant. an sudden you died. whether been kill or not. and the night you turn into a ghost. what you gonna do?"
Gibson eyes on the girl. he see Belle are stare at George's. he smirked. watch her doing.
"Ghost? you know. how hard can be. you guys must be suffer even become a ghost. you seeking. you revenge. vengeance. duh."
silent. Belle low her head down her laps. "What you gonna do, Belle?."
George asked her. she look at him back. what she gonna said about it. pregnant. dying. kill. ghost?
"Try me. kill me. we see about that."
"But you must get pregnant first. then you know. you turn into that thing." back in silent. "A monster."
Gibson clap his hand once. he smile. said. "I wonder beautiful girl like you be a ghost, Miss Belle. they won't scared of you but trying to flirt with you even you are alive. right now. someone will."
"You're right, Mr. Gibson. even me." he laugh. "I try to flirt with her but she rejected me. no way." he look at her back. "You're mine, Belle."
Belle rolled her eyes. she sank on her chair. Gibson circling around the class with smile till he stop, stand back of the class. his eyes on Belle back body. she about to look over her shoulder. he stop her.
"Okay class. we enjoyed hear the stories. this is true stories of asian ghost that we haven't know. sometimes we need to study more than that. the culture and everything. now." he then walk toward his desk. he reach his bag where he prepared card quiz for the class.
later evening. Alpaca's restaurant. "Belle!."
"Frank?."
"Order's up!."
Belle take the order and she start to rushed. happily. she love her job. she love working in restaurant.
"You. here, let me top off there, Jimmy."
she turn to another table. "I've got that sausage coming up for you, Dale." she shout. she went to another table.
"Your meal." she rushed.
minute later. she stop. staring at one of the table. there's four teenage like her age. two boys and girls. they waited to be served. Tiana notice. she tapped Belle shoulder. she jolt blinking her eyes with sigh.
"Oh. Terrific."
Tiana smile. "You want me to take it?."
"My section, I've got it."
she walk and greet them. "Hi, Amanda. hi, guys."
she smile. "You're guys here." she smile again.
they four stare Belle. one of the girl said. "Do you mind if we order?."
sighs. "Yeah. what can I get for you guys?."
whistling. later. Belle take a short break. her arm crossed on her chest. Tiana finish serving at her section. the place are quite now. she glance over the wall where the clock hang. exactly 10.00pm already. people are slow getting out from the restaurant. only left few couple and family to be done.
Tiana walk toward Belle. "Hey, you alright?."
"What can be more terrific."
"Relax. just two more days."
Belle look her. "Two more day why? are you quitting?."
"No you silly. didn't you know?." Belle shake her head. "We're going for vacation. L.A here we come."
"Why sudden? when?."
"This monday."
Belle shocked a bit. she about to jumped on top of Tiana. but why?
"I can't join you guys. school."
Tiana chuckle. she wraps her arm to Belle in smile. she said.
"Jonah already taking care everything. he need you in this trips. because of you his restaurant are most wanted and popular among people. people dine in. non stop. he thank you. you're everything. so, he decided to have this trips for us. hotel. transport. everything."
Belle snort. said. "I guess I have to tell my mother about this."
"Yeah, baby doll. long trip that you barely imagine."

If not for their little stunt I would have been in Arts class.

"Because she saw Jin copying from me" Jungkook answered my question who is trying to sleep beside me. 

O..kay that explains about Jin and Jungkook. 

I looked at Hobi and Minju. 

"Well...don't look like that only 4 questions were correct for us." They both replied defensively. 

What about Namjoon? 

"I'm here because she knows without any one of you I won't attend classes." He answered my unasked question reading something. 

That makes sense.

But I'm really bored. 

Then die.

Here comes my stupid brain.

Yep, you are an idiot.

Darn it, I was trying to help you, but you are scolding me?

"Guys..., I wanna ask something" I said in a quirky tone attracting their attention. 

"What? How many stars in the sky?" Tae asked me with a boxy grin. I glared at him.

"I can't see Boo Sanghee anywhere." I said. 

"I though Jimin told you about it, didn't he?" Minju said, I turned to look at Jimin. 

"Oops...It slipped out of my mind" he grinned. 

"I clearly know you hid it from me. Now spit it before I make you." I said with a sweet smile. 

He sighed.

"It's a long story" Jin commented beside him.

"Don't worry, I think we have two hours of time." I replied becoming interesting.

"Hmm....So after you left, Dohun and Sanghee started dating. But after two months of dating they broke up. And after two months of their break up, Sanghee went missing for one week and she found dead in the Curse Villa" he stretched the Villa name. Which I don't even know it existed. 

"But strangely autopsy reports implied she did suicide by slitting her throat. Even cops found the knife in that palace." Jin continued it. 

Why am I feeling chills suddenly? 

"But people thinks she died because she entered that Villa" Jungkook completed it. 

I blinked. Why do I find it goosewarms like I have watched horror film? 

I gulped.

"Why...is the Villa called Curse?" I asked them. 

"It have a story" Joon said, I nodded my head saying him to continue but he didn't. I frowned.

"People says two stories about it. First one is a saint cursed a woman to live unmarried. Which made her sad and she did suicide inside the villa. And now she lives as a ghost." Tae continued in a deep voice.

My lips went dry, imagining the ghost.

And my stupid brain started playing scenes from horror movies which are so creepy. 

"Second One?" I asked them, praying to god don't make them answer my question.

But they did.

"Second one was from last century, a group of boys raped a virgin girl and chopped her into pieces, So she was waiting for the boys to written to kill. But after killing them she turned into a demon and started killing people who enter the Villa." Jimin said. 

Thank god, it was not visual. I would have died by now.

Wait.

"I don't believe you guys" I said crossing my arms. 

Because they pranked on me so many times. About my phobia for dark and belief in ghosts.

"Promise, You know I never promise if I don't stand on it." Jin said. 

I nodded my head. 

"But?....Leave it." I sighed. 

"Don't you believe them?" Jungkook asked me.

"No, it's not like that imagining about that creepy stuff makes my sleep horrible at night." I said looking into blue orbs which are filled with humour.

"Are you fucking laughing?" I asked him. 

"Yep....I mean No, who would believe in ghosts this days?" He asked me with a chuckle.

I gritted my teeth annoyed. 

Asshole.

Pervert.

Idiot.

Stupid.

Lecherous.

Moron.

"Are you really cursing me?" Jungkook raised an eyebrow. That's when I realized all the words I thought in my head were loud.

"Yep" I smirked.

"Really....Now?" He asked me inching towards me and biting my earlobe.

I gulped and pushed him away. 

He smirked in victory. 

I huffed in annoyance.

"So it means all stories are created by people?" I asked him. 

"That's what I think so." He replied keeping his face on his hands and looking at me.

"Why are you looking at me?" I asked him staring anywhere but him.

"You look cute" he said with a smile which made his bunny tooth appear. 

And my heart dropped into my stomach.

"Thank you" I replied. 

Not realising he is playing with me. 

"You believed it?" He asked me with an amusing look on his face. 

Which made me snap at him for playing with me. 

"You are such a horrible person. You are really suitable as a monkey." I said. But bit my tongue when I realised what I said but it's too late to correct it.

He had a sexy smirk on his face.

"Well yesterday someone said I look ugly than a monkey and now they are telling I look like a monkey, may be tommorow they will call me handsome." 

"Puh--lease I would rather die than call you handsome." I said rolling my eyes.

"I will look for it dear" he replied winking at me.

I huffed. 

Why do I feel happy inside? 

That's not important. 

Why?

You forget that from today you are gonna stay alone. And you heard that creepy stories.

Right. I will end up having nightmares.

Let's stay awake tonight.

No I will ask Mom to go tommorow. Wait...they already left morning. 
Aargh....how does I end up like this? 

May be we can ask boys to stay over? 

Nah....it won't do. They will sure prank on me. 

Then...

Let's call him.

Him...but he is worse than the boys.

But atleast he doesn't prank on my fears.

Yeah...let's do it.

"Sa Binaaaa"

I heard Jungkook calling me loudly which made me groan and close my ears.

"What?" I asked him.

"Nothing" he replied with a bright smile which radiated from his blue orbs.

"Winter as usual" Mary thought. She was looking through the window and saw a ginger haired girl was jumping happily in the air. That was Nina! She was always bullied because of her look and character. Nina wasn't a girl who could speak as the way she wanted. This time, Nina was lucky. Nobody was around her. There wasn't much snow around and winter was about to end but somehow the children were still playing; they were running around, playing snowball, and screaming as much as they wanted. Of course, there were some who was hiding little rocks in snoballs. One of them just hit the little girl and her forehead started bleeding. Things were not supposed to go perfect all the time but Oscar was there and he protected Nina by covering her body. What a little gentleman he was. Oscar was always helping others when he saw they needed help. He hated bullying people. He had heart of a big man in his childish body... 
This view reminded Mary about Henning and Sarah. She had to work for very long hours and couldn't get the chance to see them as she wanted. There was an upcoming event Henning was talking about. He was so excited about it and his eyes were shining with joy. Anybody could understand how much Henning wanted his mother to be there with him at that day. She went to the room of her boss to talk. This man was very scary and didn't have much mercy. She remembered that he was one of those people who think that the only person is himself. She knew it was hard to ask but she knew she was going to be there at that day...
I could hear their voices.
"Come back here you sissy! How dare you tell Nicholas these words?"
That was the voice of Milo. He was calling me sissy because he hated me. I really don't understand why he hates me. I stumbled and fell like a cat. My hands were on the earth. I stood up again. Pain on my hands and knees was so big and there was blood as well but I had to keep running. We were close to forest. It was not much possible to run fast at that season; the whole snow was almost gone but ice was still. For a moment, I thought they all stopped chasing me. There was somebody. So I have kept running from him until I realised I was lost in this creepy forest. I had to stop for a while, tried to breathe deeply, and looked around. There was nobody. It was creepy because it was dark. I was all alone. Sun was setting and the worst is I didn't have any idea about how to go back home. It was cold as well! I should have been a brave son as my mother wanted me to be. What if this ghost Lucas  always tells stories about comes and haunts me? He even said that when the ghost hears voice of children, it gets more and more terrifying. The ghost stories were getting popular among children but nobody seen or caught to it yet... Oh mama, where are you?
Milo was the fastest. Being the fastest runner among the children brought him an advantage; Lucas and Nicholas were running after Henning as well but Milo was the only one who saw that Henning was running to the forest. However, being the fastest didn't mean being the bravest. So he gave up. He was just a child and scared. Milo saw Henning's mother on the way and he knew she would question a lot. He should have found a lie about what just happened.
"Good evening Mrs. Sandberg. I was on my way home and saw Henning was running to the forest. I really don't have any idea about what happened but I am afraid that ghost there can do something bad to him. Everybody is so afraid of it because it especially loves haunting children. And now, it is almost dark."
"Have you ever seen a ghost with your own eyes Milo? I think you haven't and nobody else either. You children need to stop scaring each other with that. Now I will go and look for Henning and you ought to go home immediately before it completely gets dark."
I was sitting under a tree hoping not to come across to that scary ghost. I started crying. My hands were covering my face but tears always find a way. All of a sudden I heard my mama's voice calling me. I called back. It was easy to understand that she was extremely worried.
"Henning! Heninning! Where are you? Call me back if you can hear me. You don't need to be afraid anymore. Mama is here Henning!"
"I'm here, under the big planetree."
"For God' sake Henning. Luckily I saw Milo on my way home."
I showed mama my knees were bleeding she took a little perfumed tissue which she was using always and that was making her smell more beautiful. My beautiful mama. She was trying to stop the bleeding with the tissue. I touched her face and tried to stop her crying. I asked her to carry me...
"Tell me what happened."
"After noon, as we always do, we were playing at the park. Nicholas came near us and started talking." 
"Look at me everybody, look at the strongest guy among you skinny brats. No, no! I changed my idea. Now, if you keep starin at me, you will not have ant tooth in your mouth anymore!"
"I could absolutely say Leo was about to faint. Nicholas kept talking."
"Let me punch your little stupid face. Nothing can give me more pleasure than that. I am about to tell you the most interesting thing you can ever hear."
Mama asked me how all these stuff happened and they started running after me
"Alright my little sweet son but I still wonder what made them do this to you? Is there something else you need to tell?"
She was smiling and looking at me with curious eyes. You would feel guilty and mad normally after a question like this but the way she asked and the reason was different. So I kept going.
"I asked him what it was about and why he was a stuffed shirt but Leo stopped me before I get myself into a real trouble."
"Stop it Henning. Can't you just see what is going to happen next? He is just the real pest."
"Nicholas wasn't even listening others so I am lucky he was just still talking. He mentioned that ghost again; how he could it and i begged him to let go. You know, Mama. Nicholas gets me so mad when he talks like this. I could not keep myself from telling him that he was a liar. There was no ghost like this and even if there was he could never beat it. He got so angry at me and started yelling. I do not know why but I suddenly start running. Honestly, I was so afraid. Nicholas, Milo, and Lucas were running after me."
Mama knocked on the door when I stopped telling. Papa answered, he was holding Sarah in his arms. She was asleep He asked where we have been and mama told everything all over again...

The only explanation I could come up with was that she was a ghost; yet, regardless of how I tried to believe it, there really was no way I could believe all of this was real. I was far more inclined to think someone had to be messing with me the entire time. Maybe it was all just a sick and twisted elaborate prank to get me to freak out and record my reaction.
I didn't want to think about it any further and I simply wanted to finish up my work on the device as soon as possible. Since I'd discovered the source of the problem, I removed all the hair and cleaned up the contacts as best I could before I reassembled the camcorder.
I reconnected the original hard drive and verified that the LCD turned on properly now. I tried recording a video and changed the camcorder into the play mode. When the video thumbnails loaded up I found the video I'd just recorded.
Yes, I found the video I just recorded… it was just that... it was now the only video on the hard drive.
Ignoring the fact that the videos were now missing, I still played the video I recorded to confirm it was functioning properly. Even if spooky crap happened, a job was a job no matter what. Maybe I screwed up and the files were just unreadable now. At the end of the day, making sure the job was completed properly, no matter the circumstances, was the code of ethics and creed I abided by. As long as it was functional… screw the previous creepy videos.
When I hit the play button on the video, the ceiling appeared with my face in frame. All was good and well for the five seconds of footage I'd recorded. However, just as the recording hit the fifth second, it was for only an instant, but a face lacking a nose and mouth appeared behind me; with white rolled back eyes, along with long black hair hanging from above draping down towards me, it's head had morphed and become one with the ceiling.
With shivers running down my back, my hair standing on end, like a cat whose tail had been stepped on; I played back the footage and paused it on the fifth second right as the head emerged to verify I wasn't seeing things. It was without a doubt still there.
While the footage was paused a mouth grew on the picture and let out a creepy grin. Without thinking I tossed the camera into a box and taped it up tightly. I knew it was irrational to think that would do anything, but spooky camcorders were definitely spooky. I checked the ceiling just to be sure, but there was nothing there.
I'm definitely just having a mental breakdown right now. That's right, it's just a mental breakdown. Nothing more, nothing less.
"Why won't you just leave me alone? I didn't even watch the damn VHS tape."
Of course, no answer was returned in response to my loaded question. What was I really expecting? For a ghost to really be there and answer me?
I will refuse to believe in ghosts until the day I die. Shit, that's not some foreshadowing, okay? Never mind, I take back my words; I just refuse to believe in ghosts regardless of whether I'm alive or not.
It's really about time that I see a psychiatrist. Recently there have been far too many discrepancies with what I view to be reality and fictitious events.
When I checked the time, it was already 4:00 AM. I'd really spent way too much time working on that stupid camcorder and looking through the videos on it. Since I'd finally fixed it I tried to calm down by loafing about a bit. I pulled out my smartphone and surfed the web for a while since I still wasn't sleepy. I paid a visit to the message board I'd frequented recently. After looking through a few threads I came across one titled, "Is Rick Dead?"
When I opened it up, it was just a bunch of trolls discussing conspiracy theories about the rumored ghost girlfriend. There were some trolls who claimed to be Rick. Some of them acted like they were presently dating the ghost girl and pretended they were having a merry time together. Others acted like their lives were presently endangered and they were either on the run or seeking asylum with the cops.
There were all sorts of false claims being thrown about, but surprisingly there wasn't anybody who believed Rick was already dead.
Since that was the case, I figured I'd be the god to shed my wisdom with the blind peasants fumbling about with their incoherent stories.
"FormerLurker: Rick is dead. He died yesterday."
"Troll1: ^proof?"
"FormerLurker: I'd rather not for my personal safety as it may reveal my identity."
"Troll3: ^fake news."
"FormerLurker: All I can say is he was a coworker who was a junior electronics repair technician."
After I posted that to the thread, I closed the page out and left it at that. I wasn't really in the mood to discuss it any further as it reminded me of the creepy dream I had the night he died.
Since there weren't any other threads that peaked my interest and instead only cancerous brony and trap threads at the moment, I listened to Vocaloid songs on YouTube to pass the time. I eventually stumbled upon one I found somewhat catchy, Lucky Orb, and I listened to it on repeat until I eventually fell asleep on top of my desk.
I definitely didn't want to fall asleep with some creepy eerie music playing in the background and end up with another nightmare, so I settled with the happy go lucky song that could do no wrong, Lucky Orb. I really needed some luck, so even the title of the song gave me some peace of mind.
