At 18 James enrolled in her local college. Because of her name she was put in the men's dorm. James doesn't care much about her looks, she has short hair and baggy clothes that cover her feminine physique. 
Her roommate Anthony strips to find himself attracted to James but can't understand why.

Who are these people? Since they were pursuing Jing Daoxian, it makes them either League civil servants or soldiers. But why would they drive a car to knock over an ordinary League citizen?
Zhou Wen secretly frowned as he thought, I didn't have any relationship with Jing Daoxian. Could it be that those people know that Jing Daoxian gave me the Lost Immortal Sutra and have treated me as his accomplice?
The more he thought about the matter, the more he found it serious. From the actions the woman had taken, those people wouldn't stop at anything.
Without managing to buy his items, Zhou Wen directly turned back and gave Li Xuan a call.
"Zhou Wen, how rare it is for you to call me," Li Xuan teased. The phone call was affected by the noisy din—a result of loud music and shouting.
"Find somewhere quiet. I have something to say to you," Zhou Wen said.
"Wait a moment. Don't hang up." After a while, the phone turned silent. Li Xuan's voice then sounded. "You can tell me what's up now."
"Is there a way for me to be matriculated now?" After racking his brains, Zhou Wen believed that matriculating was the only viable solution.
After the dimensional storms, the institute was different from the universities of the past. It was especially so with Sunset College. It had close ties and history with the military and was considered a ministry department. In a law-by-law situation, it was impossible for one to enter Sunset College to apprehend someone.
Sunset College was a partially-restricted school. As long as he didn't leave campus, outsiders were unable to drive into him like today.
Furthermore, with the other party being so fearless, he believed that there was a chance of implicating Li Xuan if he continued to stay at his place.
"No problem. I'll settle it immediately. Can you tell me what happened? Just pretend I didn't ask if you can't."
Zhou Wen had no intention of hiding the matter as he explained all that had happened, apart from his conversation with Jing Daoxian and how the Lost Immortal Sutra had been forced on him.
"Holy sh*t, you actually met Jing Daoxian?" Li Xuan exclaimed.
"I wish I had never met him. I've attracted so much trouble simply from meeting him once," Zhou Wen said with a bitter smile.
Li Xuan pondered for a moment before saying solemnly, "Wait at home for me. I'll head back immediately. It's best we don't talk about certain topics over the phone."
After hanging up, Zhou Wen returned to Li Xuan's place and waited for him to return.
"If my guess isn't wrong, the woman who was pursuing Jing Daoxian, and attempted to run you over in the car, likely comes from the Special Inspector Bureau." 
"What department is the Special Inspector Bureau? Does it come under the military or the police?" Zhou Wen had never heard of such a department.
"Neither," Li Xuan said with a shake of his head. "This department specializes in special cases. It has great authority and autonomy, so they often carry out operations that do not come under the legal process. It can almost be described as unscrupulous. It does many sordid things that get covered up. There's a lot of disagreement regarding the existence of this department in the League with many people hating it. They call the people in the department hyenas."
Zhou Wen wore a heavy look. From the name 'hyenas,' he knew what kind of people this department comprised of.
Hyenas were the most scheming, filthy, dirty animals in the natural world. To achieve their goal, they did anything, not releasing their grip once they bit down hard. Furthermore, they always appeared in packs.
"It's a good idea to matriculate early. Although the Special Inspector Bureau has great authority, they are unable to flout the law openly. They can only covertly do certain deeds. It won't be easy for them to deal with you when you stay on campus. However, there's a need to resolve this matter ultimately. Otherwise, they will keep biting down on you and something bad will ultimately come out of it."
Li Xuan thought before continuing, "Stay on campus now. I'll discuss it with my father. He should be able to find people from the Special Inspector Bureau to figure out why they are targeting you. If it's nothing too serious, we can try to think of means to resolve this matter once and for all."
Zhou Wen didn't reject Li Xuan's offer for help, but he didn't place all his hopes on him.
Strength. I need greater strength. If I was as powerful as Jing Daoxian, would I be afraid of a mere Special Inspector Bureau? A cold glint flashed in Zhou Wen's eyes.
He could sense that the woman didn't want his life. However, the outrageous attempt to run him over was something he wouldn't forgive even if the Special Inspector Bureau were to close the case.
Li Xuan quickly finished the matriculation procedure. He claimed that since he had nothing better to do at home, he decided to matriculate early with Zhou Wen.
However, Li Xuan wore an odd expression when he told Zhou Wen about the matter. "I originally wanted to pull strings so that we could get allocated to the same dorm. But the school's side said that your dorm has already been assigned—Four Seasons Garden."
"Is there something wrong with Four Seasons Garden?" Zhou Wen had guessed that it was the dorm that Ouyang Lan was referring to. However, he had no idea why Li Xuan wore such an odd expression.
"Four Seasons Garden is a place where special admissions students live. They are quite different from the typical student. You were admitted just like me and not a special admit, so why were you allocated Four Seasons Garden?" Li Xuan chuckled. "From the looks of it, you have quite an extraordinary relationship with the An family. Can you help me get one at Four Seasons Garden?"
"If you wish to live there, can't you just live with me? But, how are you certain that it has to do with the An family?" Zhou Wen asked in puzzlement.
"Don't tell me you aren't aware? Sunset College was originally spearheaded and established by the An family. Although it's a public school in name, the An family has greater say than the League President inside Sunset College."
"Really?" Zhou Wen never expected that Sunset College had such a connection with the An family.
"You actually weren't aware? Then what relationship do you have with the Ans?" Li Xuan looked at Zhou Wen with a suspicious look. If Zhou Wen really had a close relationship with them, how was it that he didn't know about it?
Feeling that there was no point in hiding this matter from Li Xuan, Zhou Wen said, "Zhou Lingfeng is my father."
Pfft! Li Xuan spewed out all the water that he had just drunk as he widened his eyes and looked at Zhou Wen. "You are Zhou Lingfeng's son? That makes Overseer An your stepmother. An Jing and An Tianzuo are your step-siblings? Holy sh*t, you have a huge backer with the An family or Overseer An. Why are you afraid of the Special Inspector Bureau? Once you live with the An family, even if the minister of the Special Inspector Bureau were to come, he wouldn't even dare touch you."
"That's them. I'm me. My surname isn't An, so we aren't considered family. I only wish to coexist with them peacefully. It's best if we each mind our own business."
"You're too stubborn. If I were you, I'd wheedle my way into Ouyang Lan's good books. When that happens, I'd have whatever I want," Li Xuan joked.
"However, Four Seasons Garden is nice too. It will be difficult for the Special Inspector Bureau to deal with you if you were to live there," Li Xuan said, feeling relaxed.

Other people game overnight, I game overnight and bleed.
Ever since the dimensional storms descended upon Earth, numerous dimensional zones have appeared, bringing with them all kinds of dimensional creatures—Immortals, Buddhas, Devils, Angels, Elves, etc.
Yet, all these strange dimensional zones can turn into dungeon instances on my phone. Other people risk their lives adventuring, I spend all my time gaming.
Monsters drop dimensional crystals that boost stats, imbue new skills, and join me as Companion Beasts. These Companion Beasts fight alongside me or alone, augmenting me with their skills and strength. Rare monsters in real life? I'll just restart the game with a drop of blood to grind it.
I really need a blood transfusion.

The magnetic male voice and straightforward worry made both Donnie and the fatty felt slightly startled. When they turned around, they saw that Karl was watching the tower that was on fire with his good-looking eyebrows curved in a frown, which made Donnie and the fatty want to iron them out.
The fatty did not know the reason behind it, but Donnie clearly knew that such a beautiful "girl" who could catch people's attention at any time was, in fact, the one who caused this whole accident. He weighed his words a bit and said, "Karl, the college won't punish you as long as you are sure that you stuck to the rules. Did you break any?"
"No, I didn't." Karl shook his head hard and then lowered it. "I thought the senior-rank magic tower would prevent this from happening. The college would know it was me for sure…"
Donnie released a sigh of relief. At least, Karl never broke any rules.
He could use this to comfort Karl, although he was not sure if the college was going to kick Karl out or not. 
"So what? You did nothing wrong, and… Ummm… they wouldn't dare to treat you unfairly…" Donnie was being quite ambiguous. He was referring to Karl's powerful background. Kicking such a student out without a proper reason would bring great pressure to Heidler Magic College.
Although Donnie could not identify the magic items that Karl was wearing, he could sense the horrible power within them. Donnie believed that even some major nobles or senior-rank sorcerers could not afford them.
Karl nodded slightly as Donnie's comforting words more or less worked. He said to himself, "Lu Xiaoen taught me so many lessons; one more isn't a big deal…"
Lu Xiaoen? That was a very strange name that went against the grammar of the common tongue. Donnie wondered if Lu Xiaoen was Karl's father or elder brother.
"You did it?!" the fatty asked in great surprise. He was just listening to their conversation like he was invisible.
Karl took a glance at the fatty, and his silver-purple eyes suddenly became sharp. Donnie wasn't affected, but the fatty felt the great pressure as there was already sweat on his forehead.
He dared not to ask anymore.
At this time, Shirley from the Duchy of Orvarit walked to them and smiled as she just survived a disaster.
"Donnie, thanks to you, we're all saved!"
"I was… was lucky…" Donnie suddenly stammered when facing such a compliment from a girl.
Karl murmured in a low voice, "I'd also remind you all if he hadn't seen it…"
Shirley did not hear him because of the lightning and thunder. She smiled at Donnie and said, "Yes, you were lucky that you saw it. But you helped us get out. Compared to how you look now, you looked very different when you were giving commands."
Donnie's face flushed slightly. Like Sammy, he scratched his head a bit and said, "I was also saving myself."
Suddenly, the deafening clap of thunder was cut off, and everything had fallen into a great silence.
The apprentices all looked up and saw the gray fog pouring out from the sky, which had taken away all the horrible power from the dark clouds.
"They used mythal… Finally…" said the fatty thoughtfully.
As for what the mythal was in Heidler Magic College, the apprentices did not have a clear clue. They heard that it had something to do with some necromancy circles, including the one named Miranda 12 Circles.
Shirley took a strange glance at the fatty, having no idea of when he arrived, but she also didn't care.
"It's safe now. I have to go find my roommate," Shirley said to Donnie.
After Shirley left, Donnie turned around and found himself staring into a pair of blue eyes. 
"What're you looking at?" Donnie was a bit startled. 
The fatty said with a bit of jealousy, "I think the girl likes you…"
"We did not even know each other until an hour ago!" Donnie hurriedly explained.
"That's right. It only took you an hour… Ummm…" The fatty sighed.
Donnie was a bit pissed but also feeling rather shy. "I didn't mean it. We're just classmates!"
The fatty looked away. "You will know her roommates. Don't forget me."
Donnie was totally speechless. He didn't even know the fatty!
"So, both of you are completely inexperienced, right?" said Karl, who had already forgotten about his worries. "I can tell."
His left arm supported his right arm, and his right hand was rubbing his chin.
"I…" Donnie tried to disagree, but he somehow could not lie.
The fatty was surprised. "How do you know?"
Karl smiled gently and said, "When the girl was thanking Donnie, Donnie was acting like a brand new baby in a relationship. He should've asked the girl to buy him lunch so that he could buy it back next time. Back and forth like this, and one day, grabbing the girl's hand won't be difficult."
"Ask the girl to buy him lunch?" the fatty asked sincerely.
Karl said proudly, "For sure! Do not feel afraid to lose your face. My father once told me a story of a farmer waiting beside a tree trunk day after day for a dead rabbit. The result is just like how you imagine it to be. To win love, you have to take the initiative. Are you telling me that you're going to wait for a girl to run into your arms?"
Donnie felt that it was a beautiful girl in front of him who was lecturing him on how to pursue a girl, and he did not feel very comfortable with it. He hurriedly cut Karl off, "So, you're… experienced?"
Karl looked up at the sky and said, "Of course!"

The only difference was that she was now wearing an eight-star arcana badge and a ninth-circle magic badge. Also, she was wearing a few dazzling rings. There was one from the Holm Crown Prize and one from Evans Prize in Arcana. She found or made the rest of the rings herself.
"Madam, today's Allyn Impression is available. You want to have a look?"
It was the ring on her left little finger that talked. 
Heidi sipped her black tea and said, "Sure."
The ring then lit up with red light, and a light beam projected an illusionary pile of newspaper in front of Heidi.
Heidi held the teacup with her left hand and touched the light screen to turn the pages with her right hand.
When Heidi saw the title, "Horrible! The Most Severe Accident in Twenty-One Years; Pain! Consequences of Heidler College's Negligence", she was amused and quickly turned to the corresponding page.
After reading the news, she was laughing too hard to sit up straight.
Fortunately, she had always been developing Lu Xiaoxi's interest in body structure and genetics on purpose, or Lu Xiaoxi would now be studying at the Atom Institution. Her teacher should be thankful because of it!

In the main magic tower of Heidler Magic College.
Schokola, the president, picked up a gold speaker and said in the typical cold and hoarse voice of a lich, "We've decided to discontinue Brades' study in the college. He brings dangers to other students."
The calm and serious male voice came out of the speaker, "I do not agree."
Schokola paused a bit and said, "This is the most terrible accident ever since the establishment of the college."
The male voice remained the same tone as he said, "Before this, didn't I ever tell you all about Brades' situation? Didn't I ever tell you all that a senior-rank sorcerer must be there to supervise him?"
"But they were in a senior-rank magic tower," Schokola explained.
"It's your problem," said the male voice.
"So you're showing your attitude?" Schokola's voice became even colder. As an archmage, he felt very disrespected by the young man in the speaker.
The male voice sounded a bit amused, but it then became serious again. "Yes, this is my attitude. Of course, I'll be responsible for the college's loss. But it is impossible if you want to expel Brades."
"I'll do a quote list," Schokola said. He had to stop insisting. After all, the man in the speaker had made his compromise.
"Alright. Send the list to Brades," said the male voice, which sounded slightly annoyed.

"Pag inlove ka, para kang nasa pelikula, minsan bida pero minsan kontrabida, pero anuman estado ng lovelife mo, lagi tandaan, ikaw pa rin ang bida sa pelikula ng buhay mo. Hawak mo ang script at camera at libre sumigaw ng "Cut" pag handa ng bumitaw."

Bata pa lang ako ay hopeless romantic na ako. As early as 8 years old, alam ko na yung gusto ko at hanap ko sa isang guy to be my partner, at dahil paborito ko ang mga Disney Princess at Prince, nangarap ako na magkaroon ng partner na malaprinsipe tulad sa fairy tales, mga knight in shining armor ika nga. Yung lalaki na handa ako ipagtanggol kapag may umapi o umaway sa akin, yung kahit ano mangyari, hindi ako iiwan.

I remember noong elementary years namin, uso ang slumbook, iikot yun sa buong klase at sasagutan mo. Isa sa tanong na paborito kong sagutin ay ang "What is your ideal guy/man?" Tapos excited akong isulat doon yung ideal man ko na "maputi, matangkad, smiling eyes, singkit na mata na kapag ngumiti wala ng makitang mata, killer smile, matalino, gwapo, mabait, at higit sa lahat maka-Diyos." Tapos lahat ng classmates ko alam agad sino crush ko kasi meron kaming classmate na lahat ng gusto ko sa guy ay andun sa katangian nya.

Nung nasa high school naman ako, same lang, uso pa rin ang slumbook, kaya pareho lang ng sinusulat ko dun, pero dahil nagdadalaga na ako noon, may isang guy na school heartthrob ang nahagip ng mata ko. Sa apat na taon ko sa high school, sya ung ultimate crush ko na naging first heart ache ko. Sobrang sakit nya. Hindi ko sya boyfriend pero sya naging unang heartaches ko, bakit? Kasi ang gusto nya ay ung close friend kong babae. Sakit no!

​So ayun nga, dahil naheartbroken, sinabi ko na "Cut" yung para akong director na gumawa ng script, akala ko ako at sya ang bida, pero ako pa pala naging kontrabida, kaya ayun, tinapos ko ung script sabay sigaw sa puso ko ng "Cut, move on."

​Hanggang sa graduation, then move to college, excited ako kasi malaking university, makakamove on ako, at nangyari nga, ginusto ko mag excel sa lahat ng bagay at dahil gusto ko ung course ko sa college, inenjoy ko, hindi ko namamalayan, andyan na naman si kupido. Ang makulit na pana.

​At first, natuwa ako sa guy, pareho kami ng hilig ang film, cinematography kaya naman sya ang partner ko at nagtuturo sa akin ng techniques sa filmmaking. Ahead sya ng batch pero naging close friend ko sya, pero dahil nahuhulog na puso ko sa kanya, bigla ko agad naisip ung heartbreaks ko noong high school kaya naman, bago pa ako tuluyang mahulog sa taong ito, tinawag ko na syang "kuya". Kuya ang naiisip kong itawag sa mga guys na nagugustuhan ko para maprotect ko ang heart ko sa upcoming dangers of heartaches. Hanggang isang araw, bigla syang nagtapat na he likes me raw, sa sobrang takot ko masaktan, pinanindigan ko ung tawag kong kuya sa kanya. Sabi nga nya "Kuya ba ung magic word mo sa pambabasted ng guy?"

​Then one day, I saw him with someone and introduced to me as his girlfriend. Ouch! Ang sakit beshy. Pero kailangan panindigan na kuya ko sya kasi hindi pwede ang pakikipagrelasyon noon dahil nag aaral pa ako.

​Many girls will probably relate to my stories while studying. Hindi naman kasi namimili ang pana ni kupido at ang pagiging broken hearted, kahit wala kang boyfriend o girlfriend, pwede tayo maheartbroken. Ang tanong lang eh kung kailan tayo pwede sumigaw ng "Cut"!

​Ang magmahal ay hindi masama, pero dapat alam natin yung boundaries para maiwasan ang broken hearted. Tayong mga girls, may mga standards, packages tayo na naiisip para sa relationships natin, even sa paghanap ng friends may package deal madalas. Pero ano nga ba ang mga package deals na ito? Eto kasi yung parang script guide natin sa relasyon. Alamin natin kung ano nga ba ang mga ito.

PACKAGE DEAL:  MY OWN IDEAL STANDARDS

​When I was young, I remember doing check list for my ideal man. May paborito akong kanta dati yung "Stay Forever" ni Joey Lawrence na lyrics na "I wanna stay forever with you, Feeling every heartbeat so close to mine, I wanna stay forever with you, Holding on to every breath, Stay forever with you" (grabe ang old na ng kanta, '90's song) pero yung kantang ito ung pinaghugutan ng standard ko sa quest for love.

​Isa sa standard or ideal character ko sa isang guy ay ung hindi ako iiwanan kahit ano mangyari. Sa kanta na iyan, feeling ko super kilig ako na para bang may prinsipeng hindi ako iiwan kailanman. Feeling ko lang naman na ganun dapat ang relationship, walang iwanan ika nga ng marami. Even sa mga friends ko, ayoko na may nawawala sa circle of friends ko. Ewan ko ba pero dahil siguro takot ako mapag isa. Ayoko ng walang group, I fear being alone. I'm scared of being left behind. So ang tendency, gusto ko nasa paligid ko lang sila. Ang selfish di ba?

Checklist #1: The Stay Forever Package

​Sino ba ang ayaw sa perfect relationship? Wala naman di ba? Ang gusto ko lang naman ay walang iwanan pero bakit kabaligtaran nangyayari. Marahil totoo ang kasabihan na "people come and go." Pero bakit nga ba? Siguro kasi need natin mag grow as an individual human being, hindi natin pwede ikahon sa mundo natin ang isang tao kasi may buhay silang dapat harapin din tulad natin.

​Madalas natin sinasabi "walang forever" pero sa totoo lang, hindi naman talaga nawawala ung mga taong minahal natin, nandyan lang sila, in fact, sa liit nga ng mundo, pwedeng nasa kabilang dulo lang pala sya. Nasasabi natin na walang forever everytime we broke up with someone, pero sa totoo lang, need lang naman huminga para makita ang iba pang ganda ng mundo. Ang forever kasi ay yung mga memories na nasa puso at isip natin.

​Hindi man sila bumalik sa atin after break up, yung memories na iniwan nila ang magsisilbing lesson natin para tayo maggrow pa. At yung memories un ang nag-sstay forever sa puso at isipan natin. Minsan may mga masasakit na memories pero anuman yan, sigurado, naging matatag tayo after. Mahirap minsan maintindihan kung bakit kailangan natin umasa tayo sa staying forever idea nay an pero ganoon ang buhay, sabi nga dapat may pinanghahawakan tayo.

​Naalala ko may isang guy ang lagi nyang sinasabi sa akin na "I will be with you forever." Nakakakilig marinig pero eto ung isang line ng lalaki na hindi ko pinaniniwalaan kasi meron at meron time sa life natin ang need natin maging mag-isa kasi need natin maggrow, madevelop sa iba pang aspeto ng buhay. Madalas nga may nauuna pa sa death di ba? Tulad ng guy na nagsabi sa akin nyan, ayun nauna pa syang bumitiw kasi nauna syang mahanap ung right one for him and I'm happy for him, imagine close friend ko pa sya ngayon. Pero yung memories na nabuo, minsan matatawa na lang kami kasi minsan sa buhay namin, pinangarap buuin yung forever.

A Danish philosopher Soren Kierkegaard once said; "Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards."  

It is true enough that we can only understand things after it happened like sa nangyari, minsan after break up, saka natin marerealized na tama lang na bumitiw kasi kung hindi, wala tayo sa journey na meron ang present life natin.

Checklist #2: The Bestfriend Package

​'When you need a friend, that you can depend, you can count on me because, you're my best friend." One of my favorite songs about friendship. It's actually my song for my bestfriend. After my first heartbreaks, naisip ko ishield at protektahan ung heart ko, para bang ayaw ko nang masaktan. Kaya naman sa bawat crush ko na guy, kapag nahuhulog na loob ko, tatawagin ko na syang kuya. Malaki respeto ko sa kuya, kasi wala ako nun, naging panganay ako at walang kuyang kinagisnan kasi maaga sila kinuha ni God so ang tendency, I wanted to have an older brother. I longed to have someone na magtatanggol sa akin kapag inaway ako. A brother that can be a bestfriend to me.

​Noong college ako, may isang guy na sobrang close kami, as in walang araw na hindi kami nag usap, we treat each other as bestfriend, minsan, may report ako gagawin sa Philosophy class, habang nagrereport dumugo ilong ko, (well normal naman na nagdurugo ilong ko lalo kapag mainit), so my classmates were worried, at dahil kilala ng isang classmate si guy, nagdrop call sila (uso ang drop call dati sa cellphone). ​Eto yung time na naging crush ko sya at presto malapit na mahulog loob ko kaya isang araw nagtapat naman sya, mutual feelings ika nga, kaso tinawag ko syang "kuya". Syempre nasaktan ko sya. Pero buti na lang understanding sya at super bait, until now kaibigan ko pa sya. Sya kasi ung taong ayaw kong masaktan at itake risk ang friendship kaya I made him as my bestfriend.

​What I mean when I say Bestfriend Package? Isa sa standard or checklist na madalas magustuhan natin ay ung parang bestfriend lang natin si guy. Yung comfortable tayo na iexpress ang sarili natin sa kung anuman ang sitwasyon. Hindi tayo nahihiya sa harap nya. Tulad sa magbestfriend, Malaya kang maging ikaw kasi tanggap ka nya.
​Sa paghahanap ng makakasama habambuhay, kailangan natin maging bestfriend sa partner natin. We should learn that we can be a friend to him or her. Sabi nga di ba, special friend mo dapat yung taong mahal mo.

​Ang bestfriend hindi ka iiwanan nyan. My favorite classic author William Shakespeare once said, "A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow." So same thing with partner, someone who accepts me, understands me, knows me well, and allows me to grow individually. Parang hashtag sweetheart ko, bestfriend ko.
Speaking of having a bestfriend and being with forever idea, it means there is an unspoken bond with the person who knows us better than anyone in the world. The one you call on the phone at 3AM during a crisis; someone who knows what we are thinking before we say it; the only person who really, truly, 'gets' us. Everyone hears what you say. Friends listen to what you say. Best friends listen to what you don't say.

Checklist #3: The Prince Package

​As I said earlier, I grew up na ang idea about relationships ay malafairy tales. Yung ideal man ko since elementary ako until now na nasa late 30's na ako, yun pa rin sa checklist ko. Ewan ko kung weird ba yun?

​Bago pa man ako nahilig sa mga Korean drama at KPop, espesyal na sa puso ko ang mga may smiling eyes o chinito eyes, gusting gusto ko yung mata na nakangiti kahit hindi pa ngumiti ang tao. Yung mga killer smile na kapag ngumiti wala ng mata at super sweet ang ngiti, pati na rin ung kapag matalino at talented ung tao.  Mabilis makakuha ng attention ko ang mga guys na smart, matalino at super talented lalo sa music and arts plus factor kapag smiling eyes at may killer smile. Lalo na kung ang ugali ay malaprinsipe pa.

​Madalas sabihin sa akin, mahirap mahanap ung ganyan. I remember, may nagtanong sa Facebook ko kung sino ang guy na hanap ko. Sa sobrang kababawan, sinagot ko sya ng "utak ni Albert Einstein, tangkad at katawan ni Paul Walker, smiling eyes ni Song Joong Ki, killer smile ni Kim Rae Won, talented like Vincent Willem van Gogh and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at ung faith like David and Peter sa Bible." After I posted that, bigla trending ng comment na 'mahirap hanapin un at pagsama-samahin sa iisang tao, clone ba gusto mo?" Natawa ako at oo nga mahirap hanapin pero napaisip ako ng mahirap ba talaga hanapin at kung may nageexist ba talaga na ganung tao?

​Minsan nakakahon tayo sa idea na gusto natin pero paano kung hindi nageexist yung ideal na ganun kasi di ba nga may kasabihan "Nobody is perfect." Eh sabi ng iba, napakaperpekto naman ng hanap mo. Weh di nga? Perfect na ba un?

​May takot tuloy ako na parang what if hindi sya nageexist? Ano na mangyayari beshies?

At my age of 38 years old, most of my batchmates are all married and have their families na, dakilang ninang na nga ako ng iba sa mga anak nila. Madalas ayoko na tuloy pumunta sa mga okasyon kasi iisa ang tanong nila, "kailan k aba mag-aasawa?" "Wala ka bang boyfriend?" At madalas ko lang sagutin ng "Wait lang, darating din 'yan."


​Minsan tuloy napapaisip ako ng "Nasaan na nga ba si Mr. Right?" "Sobrang traffic na ba at hindi ako makita?" Pero kung nakita mo nga pero hindi naman pwede maging kami.


Being single is sometimes a controversial issue in our young professional society. Always remember that true love waits. Every woman is worth the wait. We don't need to rush things. It will come. Everything has its own perfect time.


Maybe God is still busy writing my love story.

I go back into my dorm and started to check my books and notebooks.

I felt nervous because I do not know the subject that needs to be studied.

 If I asks one of my classmates then they will think that I am out of my mind. But I really need to know it. So I opened my cellphone and starts browsing the names of my classmates to choose which one is not judgemental.

" Red." I said while thinking maybe he is the better one since he never talks on others back. However, I must not ask him because he will think that I am so strange.

I touches my chin and think, then selected Karen,as the best one to ask. 
"Hi,Karen, may I ask about our exam  for tomorrow and what books should be studied?" I texted her (sent message).
I lay my body into my bed and wait for her reply.
"Why am I still here?Tomorrow is our exam and I almost forgot everything about college."
I silently said.
"Is Louie can be contacted?"I out of nowhere think as I remember him.

I typed his number because I memorize it and tries to call him. I swallowed my saliva as I start to here the ringing of my phone.
"Hello.Who is this?"He answered.
I was afraid ro be identified to I quickly turn down my call.
"Louie dyring this time doesn't met me yet."I said silently.

"I don't want to study again."I even added while closing my two eyes.
I fell asleep. After a few minute,my cellphone vibrates that wakes me up.

I checked my phone and Karen finally replied back.
" It was logical wiring and must study the blue book of this subject."She replied that makes me immediately opened my book.

"Oh ,No !What should I do? This is one of the hardest subject in this semester! If I failed I will be so pityful."I said to myself.

From 7:00 pm to 3:00am (8 hours), I studied all of the discussion in the book and also my notes.
My eyes got an eyebags that turns into black.
"This time travel seems like a punishment. Why should I need to recall all of this and be a 21 years old College Student again?" I angrily said.

"I must not sleep."I even added but I uncontrollably fell asleep in my study table. 

My alarm sounds  at 6:00'am (3 hours of sleep) but I still want to go to bed.

I then tried my best to fix myself as I saw the kitkat (the one being given by Red ) inside my bag that gives me a little energy though I was totally drained for not having enough sleep.

I went inside the school campus and saw Red reading his notes while on the hallway's chair.

"Avita,sit here."He said to me.
I went beside him and tries to hide my eyebags by not looking into his eyes.
"Did you brought the magic lucky charm?"He asked me.
"Hmm...Yes."I replied while showing him the kitkat in a funny movements of my hand.

"Let's eat. I also have mine."He said to me.

I opened it and starts thinking why does he calls this as a lucky charm.

"Red, why is this your lucky charm."I asked him while chewing it.

"Kitkat was from the word "Kitto Katsu"  means sure win and was use as lucky charm by Japanese student whose taking exam."He explained to me while looking on the wrapper.

We went inside the classroom then sits on our selected chairs.

"Students,our exam is only 10 items but each item is equivalent to 10 points.Passing will be 6 to 10 since this is very hard. Goodluck guys.Not being able to pass this will return and re-study this next semester."Sir Marlon said to us.

My heart starts to beat because I worried that I might failed. I'd never failed when I was a college but now since I returned as college again with forgotten knowledge about this subject then this will surely happens.

When we start the exam, I felt happy to realized that I had 5 sure answers but I need one more. I was thinking about the right one but really my mind do not remember it.

"Look into my paper. I had written the answer to item number 6 in big letters."Red whispers to me when the Professor suddenly left us.

My eyes get bigger and quickly copies it that makes me confident that I will pass this exam now.
So after exam, we waited for 10 minutes for the result and  was very happy.

It was posted in the bulletin board wherein Red ranks 1 for being perfect (10 scores)  and I got 6 scores (just pases it) that makes me now truly believes that kitkat is really lucky.
Some of my classmates didn't make it that makes me conscience that I cheated one items of my exam because Red saves me.

I closed my eyes and remembers that Red always helps me in times of problems during college exams tha makes me survive and graduated well but I was not a cheater because most of the time I do things by myself.

We then move to another class ,then En sits besides me.
"That's Red's chair. "I said to him while pointing.
"It has no name."En repied.
En is one of our male friends in our group of college friends. 
I stare to Red to other location and little bit gets sleepy .
How I wish to be always beside Red because he gives me lots of energy.

We studied the whole day and ended going to the campus' park.
Red cutely  smiles at me that makes me blush.
I was then wanting to say "I love you" again to him but we are with our group of friends (Karen,Mic,En and Bright is with us now)
It's maybe improper to just say that. So I did something stranger. I opened my mouth without saying a sound but I am saying  I love you to him.
Red was trying to guess my words but can't figure it out.
"Are you saying ,"I hate you"?He said with a joking tone. 
I continuesly repeats my mouth's movement until he realizes that it is "I love you".

He smiled and slaps my back in a playful way.
"Say it with sound!"He said to me.

"I love you!" I said with a sound that makes all of my friends stare at me including Red. They all seems so shocked. So I closed my mouth and stands on my chair but suddenly my surroundings turns into sands /dust again that turns into another figure and place.

"I was now in the hospital?"I asked as I saw many nurses and patients walking on my side.

My clothe was also changed when I saw mu reflection into the glass window.

"How did I time traveled again?" I said as I think.

My eyes get bigger when  I recalled that everytime I say  the magic word "I love you" to Red then I was transfered to other times.

So right now, I must locate where he is and must ask  people of the date and time for today.

This magical things continuously happening to me? 
The Magic word "I love You" seems like  the password and key in my time traveling.

I: LOCATION - where to find Mr. RIGHT?



1. The GYM - before anything else lets begin with the OPLAN BALIK ALINDOG paano ka makakahanap ng ka-date kung walang alindog? At habang abala ka magpa-sexy at magpaganda samantalahing ang pagkakataon na maghanap ng potential boyfriend. Kung hindi niyo naitatanong madami ang naglipanang Fafa sa GYM. Malaking ang chance at possibility na makita si Mr. RIGHT.  Aside from physically fit, eh health conscious pa. Oha! Double purpose.

4. OUTDOOR activities - theme park, malls, camping, sports complex, beach and ressort at kung saan-saan ewan ko na lang kung hindi ka pa naman makahanap ng ka-date.

Habang abalang-abala sa  paggawa ng checklist si Jo, little did she know that Alex was behind her. He is watching her the entire time, curious and wondering why she is so fixated and focused on what she is doing.



Alex was a close friend of Jo since college. They graduated in the same school and now working in the same company. Dahil dala ng sobrang ka-chismosohan hindi niya maiwasan ang hindi magtanong kung ano ba talaga ang pinagkakaabalahan ng kaibigan.

 "Andiyan ka pala," gulat na sagot ni Jo. Sabay pasimpleng tinakpan ang notebook ng ibang dokumento sa trabaho.



"Anong  list iyong Big"O", bagong event ba natin 'yan?" kunot noong nagtanong si Alex habang pilit pa rin sinisilip ang tinagong notebook.



"Bagong project ko," iritang sagot ni Jo. Mabilis naman nakahalata si Alex sa kaibigan kaya minabuti na lang niya tapusin ang usapan.



"Ayos  iyan bagong raket! Sige pagbutihan mo at  inform mo na lang ako kung kailan natin sisimulan. Let me know if you need my help, since tapos na ako sa last project assignment ko," nakangiting sinabi ni Alex sabay kindat niya kay Jo.



Then Alex left and went back to his office table. Meanwhile, back to the checklist. Since she already finished the list for the places where she can find her potential date, the first part of the plan was now completed.  She then now proceed with the next part of the checklist.



II: THE TO DO LIST.. these are the possible things you need to consider when on a DATE...



1. The Looks -  the most essential part of preparing the looks is the hair sabi nga nila ito ang crowning glory ng mga babae. Lakas maka-mukhang mayaman kung nakapagpa-rebond ka ng buhok. Kung pwede magpa-derma at body massage na rin to relax the muscles and lessen wrinkles and the pores.



2. The Attire - next thing to consider is the attire. Of course you need to choose the appropriate clothes depending on the occasion. Mahirap naman na mag heels ka kung mag-mountain climbing ka or naka-corporate look naman kapag nasa beach.. It's a no no!



3. The Menu - while on a date, as much as possible iwasan ang pag-order ng pagkain na kinakailangang mag-kamay and avoid eating raw onions, garlic, seafood and anything with a strong smell or malalansang pagkain. You may never know when you will have your first kiss so always be prepared.



4. DATING KIT -  and speaking of being prepared, you must have a Dating Kit for dummies. It consist of toothbrush, toothpaste, lipstick and foundation for make up re-touch, brush or comb in case mahangin sa labas or mapasabak sa labanan, perfume or cologne, a box of condom. Well, it is better to be safe than sorry and emergency contact number.

III: PREPARATION FOR THE BIG "O". It's like playing baseball, you have to hit the ball then run through all the bases..

The summer passed in a haze of work and two close calls when Aaron was in the area but before she knew it, Keeley stood in front of her dorm building with two suitcases and her father in tow. 

It was time for her to move in because school started the following day. They used her recently acquired student ID card to pick up the key downstairs before lugging her things up to the third floor. 

As a freshman, she would be living in a traditional style dorm with no kitchen and a communal bathroom. 

Her room consisted of two beds, two desks, two dressers, a mini fridge, and a microwave. It was long, skinny, and had a single window located between the two beds. 

She decided to claim the right side of the room and asked her dad to set down the box of school supplies and wall decorations that he was carrying to help her set up a little. 

"Where do you want this?" he asked, holding out a few sheets of flower wall decals. 

She looked up from where she was putting away clothes and squinted at them. 

"Oh, I'll deal with those later. I want to spread them out across my half of the room evenly. Could you start organizing school supplies on my desk? I have a little plastic storage box with drawers for them." 

"Sure thing, honeybun. Where's your backpack? Do you need any to go in there too?"

"The notebooks should already be in there but I have a little pencil case. If you could put a couple of pens, pencils, and an eraser in it I'd appreciate it!"

Keeley did not have nearly enough room in this dresser for all of her clothes, as suspected. It was a good thing she only brought seasonal items and could go home to swap things out in her bedroom in Brooklyn anytime she wanted. It would still be warm for another month or so before she had to break out the fall outfits. 

After unpacking nearly everything she decided to do the decorations herself and sent her dad off with a hug and kiss on the cheek, promising to come visit him the following Sunday and make dinner. He hugged her tightly and told her to call him after her first day to tell him how it went. 

Just like that, he was gone and Keeley was left alone in her new home. She finished setting up the corkboard on her desk with a few photos on it and was working on spreading out the decals of roses, daisies, and leaves around when the door opened. 

A petite Hispanic girl with curly hair stood in the doorway with three large suitcases. 

"Hi!" she greeted with a Spanish accent. "I'm Valentina Benavente. Nice to meet you!"

Keeley set her decals on the bed and hurried over to help her with her bags. "I'm Keeley Hall. Here, let me take something."

Valentina smiled gratefully. "Thank you. Have you been here long?"

"Only about an hour. My dad helped me move in. Do you have anyone with you? If you don't I can help you unpack."

"I would appreciate that! I'm here alone; my parents sent me off at the airport in Lima. I want to go to an American medical school before going back home and opening up a practice," Valentina disclosed cheerfully. 

She had been here less than two minutes had been smiling the entire time.  

"Oh, you're from Peru? That's so cool! I've lived in New York City my entire life but I've always wanted to travel," Keeley said as she finished putting up the wall decals before helping her new roommate. 

"You will have to show me all of the good places around here then."

"Sure!"

They happily chatted about their expectations for their first year of college as they set up the room and discovered that they would be taking a lot of the same science classes in the future because their majors had a fair amount of overlap. They even shared the same introductory biology class this semester.

 Keeley was thrilled to meet such a friendly person right off the bat. 

Once the room was set up, it was about dinner time so they headed to the main dining hall nearby. Valentina was fascinated by all the different types of food and asked tons of questions. 

The dining hall was similar to a buffet but not quite. There were several stations offering different meal plates that could be chosen at will, plus a dessert bar that also boasted an assortment of cereal and a waffle maker for breakfast. 

Keeley got a plate of chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans plus a blueberry muffin. Valentina wanted to try a bit of everything and got plates from multiple stations, making her roommate laugh. 

"Slow down there, friend. You'll be able to try everything by the time the school year ends. I guarantee you'll be sick of the repetition at some point." 

She remembered how tiring the meal plan got back at Boston University. They had a rotation of different meals every two weeks but that was still not a lot of variety to last two semesters. It was such a relief when she moved out of the freshman dorms into an apartment that had a kitchen. 

Valentina was a bit sheepish. "You are probably right…but I have never seen this much American food in one place before."

Keeley clapped a hand on her shoulder. 

"Don't worry, you'll get acclimatized soon enough. I have to ask…have you ever had pizza? Or a hot dog?"

"No?"

"I'll have to take you to the best places around here then!" A thought struck her. "Oh, do you have a job?"

The other girl nodded. "Yes, I have a work visa to be a TA for an upper level Spanish class in the linguistics department."

That was good. Eating out in the city was not cheap. 

"That sounds a lot nicer than my job," she said with a laugh. "I work at a Burger Barn."

"I have never had a hamburger before. Should I get one from Burger Barn?"

"Nah, you'd be better off getting a higher quality burger somewhere else. We're meant to be cheap, fast, and easy but not necessarily good. I'll take you to a nice burger place, don't worry!"

By the end of the dinner, Keeley felt like she had made a new friend. Back in their dorm, someone knocked on their door asking if they wanted to come down to the rec center and join the ping pong tournament going on. 

They decided to do it since there was nothing better to do and ended up meeting a fair number of their neighbors that way. Dorm life had officially begun and Keeley loved it.

Keeley, a simple plain Jane, hits the jackpot.  [No, she did not win the lottery!]  At least that's what she thinks when she marries the most eligible bachelor in New York City: Aaron, a wealthy cold-hearted heartthrob and Tycoon. 

She wants to show the world that she deserves her position and bends over  backward to fit into his world.

One beautiful day, Aaron hands her a document asking her to sign.  A divorce paper...

"She's pregnant, and I need to take responsibility."

That is the last thing that keeps on playing in her mind before she takes her last breath.

Keeley dies, a 'hit and run'. [End of story.  Not!]

For some unexplainable reason, she wakes up as her younger self.  A young high school girl, around the time when she first meets her cheating husband.

Remembering her life with Aaron before she died, she makes a promise to herself that she will do everything in her power to avoid him at all costs.

Will she be able to keep her promise when Aaron has his own plans as well, specifically for her?  Or will she repeat history and fall for him once more...
