At 18 James enrolled in her local college. Because of her name she was put in the men's dorm. James doesn't care much about her looks, she has short hair and baggy clothes that cover her feminine physique. 
Her roommate Anthony strips to find himself attracted to James but can't understand why.

siya and the  group   of friends  after leaving the restaurant  they started their journey  towards the college  where they are going to study. everyone  is  eager to see their new college including siya  , this is her only  option  to change her fate if she missed it there is no meaning  in  running  away. 

Finally they  reached  the  city by midnight where the  college  is located  .siya and their group  was received by their professors  from the college  it really made hear warming welcome .
Wang we:"  professor Bai these are the foreign  exchange students from  India "
Bai :"  guys welcome  pleasure  to  meet  you all and make make yourself comfortable  here "
Wang wei :" sir where do they stay  to night "
bai :"  wei you take the boys to boys dorm n I will escort this young lady to girls dorm so they can rest properly, guys follow senior Wang to your dorms"
siya looked at ayan who is going to follow senior  Wang As mr bai has expected  it he looked at siya " don't worry the boys dorm is next to girls dorm they don't go out of the campus"
siya looked up to say " thank you " sir.
bai:" no need to thank you it's my duty as the first years lecturer  n we do have a girl from India In last batch  she is good in her studies as well so you can stay with her in her room"
siya was so happy that there was a girl from her place and eagerly  waited  to  meet her .

mr bai took her to girls dorm  and asked warden to show her room as it's late night warden asked her to stay in her room so she can arrange her room with the senior girl.

siya said thanks to Mr bai before he left and get freshened and hit the bed.

some where in the city Li Jun had a great time with his friends and partied until late night when he returned  to his room . he just laid down on his bed and thought about today's events the girl from the restaurant  he just liked her smile and want to feel her again any how he would meet her in college and let's see what will happen  then  and  it would be fun to tease her by thinking it he smiled to himself  if siya has seen that smile she would have fell for him then and there.
on next day siya arranged her luggage in her room she met her roommate  who is an Indian  
" hi I'm siya I'm your junior it's nice to meet  you  "
priya " hi siya welcome I'm priya don't be so shy n be friendly with me , and call me by my name priya "
siya was so happy that she had a nice friend  and she can share her thoughts with  her  and  ask  her  questions about  what she don't understand  from her.
priya " siya if you need anything for time being you can use mine  and I see you didn't have  any  warm clothes which place are from in India?"
siya " I'm  from Chennai  n you priya?"
priya " oh I'm from Mumbai  ? so you don't know  hindi?"
siya " yes I do know  hindi but I'm  not fluent in it?"
priya " don't worry I will  teach you properly  before going back"
siya" ok priya will you take me near store to find  warm clothes today evening?"
priya " ya sure I'm free  anyhow let's meet after classes"
ok I will wait for you here ok
then they both  went to  their respective  classes.

I want to fly this is what I dreamed about from my childhood with this thought in her mind a runaway bride siya with a smile on her lips took her first step in China.......

"Hi I am Eva from literature dept. nice to meet you Aaroya!",Eva. " nice to meet you Eva. I am from cs dept", Aaroya. "come on Aaroya let's go to the dorm", Eva . " okay let's go", Aaroya. They went to the dorm.     
" hi girls I am Rosaleen from oil painting and this is Linda from traditional arts", Rosaleen.

            " hai Rose I am Aaroya from CS dept and this is Eva from literature dept", Aaroya. " I heard that the noodles shop was really good!" Aaroya. " sounds good!", rose. " let me treat the dinner tonight!", Aaroya. She send off her parents.

             They went to the noodles shop for the dinner. And had their dinner. They enjoyed the view and while they are about to return to the dorm it started to rain. so moved to the nearby bus stop. They enjoyed the rain and have some fun by shedding the water on one another. Then they went to their dorm.

             The next day Aaroya and Eva went to the univ.
" hey Aaroya!", Eric. Eric is Aaroya's cousin and her best friend.he is same department as Eva." hi Eric this is Eva. Eva this my cousin Eric. she is your dept Eric", Aaroya. then they went to their class. 

              The girls are excited and said ," Today Aiden is coming  to the univ". " after a long time we had a chance to meet him". Aiden is the top student of the college, he is from CS dept, talented and very handsome guy . Girls always very eager to meet him. But he never had any interested in those stuff. After the morning session Aaroya went to had lunch with Eva and Eric. After queued for few minutes she got her food she bombarded with Aiden.
            " I am sorry. I am sorry....ah", Aaroya. When she saw him they were stunned and started to stare each other.[ oh my God! he is really handsome but I can't keep staring him like this. Why my face became so hot? who he is?.No I just have to control my self]. He just gave a little smile then he moved to his friends. 
             Finally she found her friends." do you know that today Aiden came to college to handover his project to the professor",Eva . " yeah I heard about that but I never had a chance to meet him. I don't know how he looks like", Aaroya. " he just left the canteen few minutes ago",Eric. " what? we missed that chance Aaroya",Eva . " it's ok Eva I am really impressed with his works", Aaroya." then let's meet at the dorm"Eva . "ok then bye", Aaroya. 
            
               They return to the dorm. " Aaroya we heard that you bombarded with Aiden during lunch",Linda. "what?...", Aaroya. Is that guy is the legendary Aiden?...[to be continued]

"After you." Taehyung says, opening the door to their dorm.

The two make their way up the stairs in silence since neither one of them really wanted this to end. It was fun being with each other.

"This is mine." Jungkook says, stopping and turning around as he points to the door on his left.

"247, I'll keep that in mind."

The two stay silent for a moment, just studying the other's face.

"So, Friday night at eight, okay?" Taehyung says, looking extremely excited at the mention of his date.

"Friday at eight. Can I ask for a favor before we split ways?"

"Of course." Taehyung replies, anxious for the favor.

"Can we hug? We don't have to if you don't want to, I've just been in dire need of physical affec-" Jungkook's words are cut off as he is pulled into a chest by a very strong pair of arms.

"You can hug me whenever you want." Taehyung whispers, taking in the strawberry scent of Jungkook's hair.

Taehyung just found is new favorite scent. Strawberry.

To be completely honest, if Jungkook needed physical affection, he could get it from Jimin or any number of his friends since they all thought of him as a baby that needed protecting. But Jungkook had been specifically craving Taehyun's touch. Not sexually, but romantically. Call him hopeless or weird, but he just wanted to be loved.

"So, I'll see you around I guess." Taehyung says when Jungkook steps back awkwardly. The only reason they had separated was a couple that was having difficulty coming up the stairs because they were making out.

"Yeah."

"And if you ever need me, you can text me and if I'm not answering, it's probably because I'm asleep. If that happens to be the case, my dorm number is 534 and feel free to beat down the door." Taehyung says and Jungkook giggles, his face scrunching up cutely.

"I may knock knock ditch you now." Jungkook says, a teasing smile on his face.

"You can do that if you wish to." Taehyung says with a smile to match Jungkook's.

They really didn't want this to end.

"Well, I have classes early in the morning. I'll text you, though." Jungkook says, unlocking the door.

"I'll look forward to it." Taehyung says, taking a step away from the boy.

"Goodnight, Taehyung."

"Goodnight, Jungkook."

"And then we said goodnight to each other." Jungkook finishes his mini rant to Jimin.

"I see. And how does that make you feel?"

"Oh stop making fun of me. This is important to me."

"I know it is, but it's kind of disgusting hearing about you being all lovey dovey with Kim Taehyung."

"What's so wrong with him?"

"He's just not my type."

"Right, because your type is Min Yoongi."

"Not necessarily."

"Oh, I forgot Jung Hoseok. You know, the only people you knew at this college when you moved here. In fact, weren't they the reason you chose this college?"

"Well, not just them... but they were definitely a deciding factor..." Jimin trails off before being hit with a pillow.

"What was that for?"

"That was for making fun of me you hypocrite."

"I'm not a hypocrite."

"Yes you are. And you know it."

"Whatever."

Taehyung is a part of a group chat that plans and goes to parties together. How he got in the group with his nerdy self? Well, that's a story for another time.

How will this turn out?

Serenity Luope arrives at Star College and looks for her dorm: Room 5504. She finds it, but she looks at the names of the people in it, and she sees a boy's name: Adrian Weila. She's confused, but she doesn't think much of it. She opens the door and looks around at the spacious area in front of her. Serenity inhales and exhales. "Ah...Finally, I'm at College," she mutters.
There are two rooms in the dorm, so Serenity choses the one on the left. She drags her suitcase and bags and unpacks, showers, and changes. When she comes out of her room, she sees a boy that's around 178 cm. Compared to her height at around 168 cm, he's approximately 10 cm taller.
She looks at him. He looks at her. "Huh?!" They both exclaim in unision.
"Who are you?" Serenity asks.
"I'm Adrian Weila. Your roomate. You probably saw my name on the door. You're Serenity Luope right?"
"Yes, I'm Serenity."
"What a nice name..."
"Thank you, you too..." Serenity blushes.
'She's pretty cute...College is going to be fun...' Adrian thought and subconciously smiles.
Serenity stares at that smile dazedly. 'He's really cute! But I'd better watch out. I'm not used to living with a boy.'
Adrian snaps out of his bubble and looks at Serenity. She's still in a daze. His smile gets even wider.
"You took the left room right?"
His voice snaps Serenity out of her daze.
"Ah...Yes. You can take the one on the right." Serenity averts her gaze and blushes once again.
"Alright." Adrian chuckles and walks towards his room.
"OMG Serenity! What were you just doing?? You can't fall for beauty traps, you're better than that!" The angel on Serenity's right shoulder says.
"No, that boy is pretty cute! What's his name? Adrian? Ooo, nice name too. He's your perfect match Reni! Go for it!" The devil on Serenity's left shoulder says.
"What do you mean 'perfect match'? They just met! She knows nothing about him! And how do you know if he's a playboy or not?!" Angel glares at the devil.
"She won't know if she doesn't try. Reni, go ahead. I'm rooting for you!"
"You..."
"You guys stop. I'm feeling dizzy by your voices." Serenity stops their quarrel.
"You know I can't control my heart right? If I fall for him, I fall for him. I'm not going to deny my feelings. But, I don't like him right now so stop talking about it. We just met. It's not love at first sight." Serenity sighs and explains. She walks over to the living area and sits on one of the couches.

In the beginning of the school year, Serenity Luope and Adrian Weila were assigned to the same dorm room. Shocked at first, Serenity starts being vigilant towards him. Unexpectedly, Adrian falls first. 
Let's see where this rollercoaster of feelings will take them.

Qin Guan and Cong Nianwei went out and got on a bus. Qin Guan felt much more relaxed in his own clothes. He decided to get off at Xizhimen and have some hand-pulled noodles with Cong Nianwei.
Soon, they arrived at a noodle restaurant. When their noodles were served, Cong Nianwei laughed at Qin Guan, “You made quite a fortune today. Noodles! Is this your treat?”
Qin Guan was really hungry, because he had not eaten much at lunch. As he was swallowing his noodles, he told Cong Nianwei, “Give it a shot. They’re yummy. They taste like the noodles at the restaurant near our high school.”
Qin Guan had obviously not gotten her meaning. At the time, even the author had started to worry about his EQ. No wonder he had not officially become Cong Nianwei’s boyfriend.
Cong Nianwei thought Qin Guan was both cute and silly. She picked up some noodles and found that they were truly yummy.
The humble noodle restaurant located between used cell phone stores was inconspicuous. Despite its messy surroundings though, there were still no empty seats inside. The owner had set a table outside, but if that was also occupied, customers had to squat down and eat on the sidewalk. Some customers rode a bicycle there while others drove a car. Old customers would even get off their BMWs for a bowl of hand-pulled noodles, and squat down and eat by the roadside.
The noodles there were simple and coarse, but their taste was unforgettable. Qin Guan and Cong Nianwei stopped talking and emptied their bowls quickly. Putting down the bowls, they looked at each other and laughed out loud.
Qin Guan paid 10 yuan for the two bowls. It was cheap, but he and Cong Nianwei were fully satisfied. He saw off Cong Nianwei at the Xizhimen station, regretting that he had not gotten the chance to hold her hand.
Qin Guan was upset. He had been courting Cong Nianwei for almost a year now, but he had not won over her heart yet. Cong Nianwei would blow him off without a second thought. What was so wrong with him?
If Cong Nianwei had known what Qin Guan was thinking, she would have despised him. Ever since he had come to college, he had hardly ever called her. He even had a part-time job on the weekends. What irritated her more, was that Qin Guan had forgotten to officially confess his love for her. A girl would have to be a fool to say yes to him.
The life of a sloppy guy was always a hard one.
After his date, Qin Guan went to Huang Jiajia’s home. It occurred to him that he might have pissed off the little girl earlier in the afternoon.
He went into the house nervously, but to his surprise, he found that Huang Jiajia was quite well-behaved. She studied harder than ever and voluntarily asked Qin Guan to give her more assignments so she could exercise every day.
Qin Guan was still puzzled when he went back to campus. Huang Jiajia had behaved so well that he found it hard to adapt to the change. She had neither made fun of Qin Guan, nor moved purposely closer to him. It seemed like she had totally changed.
Of course, a rough guy like Qin Guan had soon forgotten all about it, but Huang Jiajia had gone through quite an interesting transformation.
She was actually at home right that moment, throwing away her clothes. She wrapped all her fashionable clothes in a coverlet and gave them to her mother, telling her that she could either donate them or give them to others as gifts. Either way, she would never wear those clothes again.
From that day on, Huang Jiajia decided to be a good girl. She had seen Cong Nianwei and how charmed Qin Guan had been by her.
Huang Jiajia was both upset and sad. She did not know why, but she knew Mr. Qin loved Cong Nianwei. He would never love a girl like her.
She was determined to change, though. She was still in her second year of high school, so it was not too late for her. She would study really hard and get accepted into CUFE, where Qin Guan was studying. She would never wear makeup or dress up again. She wanted to be a comely girl like Cong Nianwei.
“When I get accepted into CUFE, I’ll be closer to Mr. Qin than she is. I’m younger than her, so I can to wait for him to come back to me.”
That poor little thing, with her full lips and enchanting eyes... Her style was the total opposite of Cong Nianwei. 
Huang Jiajia was desperate. She only wanted to get closer to Mr. Qin.
Huang Jiajia’s mother noticed that her little girl had given up those hideous clothes. She had also stopped dying her hair and wearing makeup. Instead, she was studying hard every day. Her mother felt both glad and relieved.
“Should I give a bonus to Mr. Qin? He did teach her well after all. Jiajia has stopped idling about. Even more surprisingly, she has started studying hard.”
 Time flied. Qin Guan was leading a busy life, so a month passed by quickly. Before he knew it, it was already mid-November.
His life had gotten more regular now. He had finished his two part-time jobs at the exhibition and done some odd jobs as a promoter. His tutoring schedule was as regular as it had been, but Qin Guan did not allow himself to waste any time. During the day, he had classes and recited English words. He could recite the full vocabulary of College English Test Band 4 (CET 4) from A to Z, and had already started to recite the vocabulary for CET 6. 
Qin Guan’s roommates wanted to sit CET 4 as early as possible. According to Qin Guan’s experience, this was the best time for them to take the test. Therefore, all the boys in his dorm followed him in reciting English words.
CET 4 was in mid-December, so Qin Guan and his roommates submitted their applications in advance.
As a matter of fact, universities did not encourage students to sit the test in advance, because their passing grade was never satisfying. Qin Guan and his roommates were all top students in their classes, though.
No one studied as hard as top students in their first year of college. Ye Dong, the oldest boy in the dorm, had been studying hard in order to get elected as a member of the Students’ Union, so he had never missed a class.
Qin Guan was both a top student and an enthusiastic reader. He went to every lecture and read a lot after class. Liu Xiaoyang had a high IQ, and Wang Lei studied harder than everyone.
As for Mu Lejiang and Li Jie, they maintained a good balance between studying and fun. They had never missed any of their classes in favor of having some leisure time.
Qin Guan thought that if he hadn’t been reborn, he’d never have been able to catch up with the boys in his dorm.
When the boys had successfully completed their registration for CET 4, even their teachers had showed their approval. 
On November 15, 1998, it was raining lightly. The breaking news in Qin Guan’s dorm was that the six boys had carried in a computer. They all had chipped in and bought a computer from Zhongguancun.
Qin Guan had tried to stop the boys, but he had failed. Liu Xiaoyang had heard that Internet would soon be available in their dorm. For a gamer like Liu Xiaoyang, going to an Internet cafe on campus was too much trouble, so he had pestered everyone to buy a computer. He had paid the most because he was rich, but his roommates had also chipped in some money so they could use the computer to do research online.
When it came to computers, Qin Guan could not stop Liu Xiaoyang’s craze. The young boy did not want to buy a popular brand either. Instead, he bought the most expensive one with the best gaming keyboard. There was even an extra memory bank in it.
Qin Guan really wanted to tell Liu Xiaoyang, “This computer will be outdated in a year. A memory bank’s capacity is only 64 MB now. Do you know how fast computers are developing? By that time, you’ll hate yourself.”
Liu Xiaoyang did not care about that, though. After several rounds of selecting, he finally picked a computer that cost more than 9,000 yuan. Liu Xiaoyang paid the 9,000 and the other boys shared the rest of the cost. Liu Xiaoyang was still quite satisfied.
“Look at the mouse pad! It’s limited edition!” 
“Please, man. The shop owner gave it to you as a gift and told you it was limited edition. How could you even buy that?”
“Look at the laptop bag. It’s free!” 
“Gee, you bought a desktop! The shop owner just gave you a laptop bag so you would buy a laptop in the future!”
Ignoring Qin Guan’s facial expressions, the boys excitedly carried the computer to their dorm and installed it together.

It's been raining for some time now. Maybe a few days, could be a week. It is early October where it finally feels like fall is on the horizon. We keep our door open, letting in the sweet smell of the earth with the chill of the wind ride throughout the house. The sound of the water hitting the roof is soft and nice.  

    In a few days, the town will be buzzing with people from all over just to see the carnival and booths. Our small country town celebrates the season of cotton harvest. The "celebration" is just a way to get the town some tourists. Just another way to put us on the map for even a day. This festival is supposed to be fun, but all I can think about is him. It's been a few years but he still is on my mind.

    About five years ago, things were fine. I was in my last year of high school, full of memories of friends and family, band and sports. Things that any senior would always dream their last year would be. That was the life. Still, that was when everything went to crap.
     It was that summer that I lost one of my best friends. Someone who was always there when I needed him. Someone who never cared about how awkward or weird I was. I lost the person that made me laugh. All because I told him about my plans for the future. The day I moved into my college dorm was the last day we ever spoke. Things have changed, and so have I. I only hope that this year, he will somehow see that.

    I am now twenty-three, living in a small one bed apartment and working at gas station a few miles out of town. I haven't been to the festival since my senior year and I am nervous. I haven't hung out with, well, anyone since I got a job and moved out. All I ever do is try to stay afloat. To finally see some old friends from high school, the ones that moved away or went to different states for college, they are all coming back for the reunion at the festival.

With the sun already far above the horizon, Andrew leaves the house and closes the door behind him. Melissa had already left earlier in the morning. He heads out with a backpack, which he packed with lunch. In his pocket, he has his phone and wallet, with money he lent from Melissa, his ID card, a second card as proof of his stay at Hulive, and his Forb card. He uses it at the station to check in, and waits for the next wagon to arrive.
[Will some of the old city even be left? I couldn't see any of it when I was in the station. I do hope all the roads are still the same, so I can find my way around.]
The Forb arrives, and Andrew gets in. It speeds off to Clifftell, quickly distancing itself from Perigowinkle.

Andrew arrives on the station, at connection 12H: Perigowinkle. He takes the stairs down all the way to floor A. The station is swarmed with life. Students chatting, business men fast-walking while talking on their phones, retirees sitting on benches at their designated station. It is a lively Monday noon.
[So busy, I can barely get around. At least they're all normal people. Not… May. Realising she probably isn't near helped me greatly, though I still have to find her, somehow.]
Andrew struggles to look at the signs without getting bumped around. He gives up and forces himself through the crowd, and leaves the station. A group of cyclists almost run him over, as he puts a single foot on the main road. 
[It didn't even look like a road. The tiles are only slightly darker, so I think light-grey is the sidewalk and darker-grey the road. I'll remember that from now on, but it's odd that it changed.]
Andrew takes a map of the city from a tourist stand and walks across the city. While watching out not to hamper other people, he heads towards the main square, where Clifftell College was, now Clifftell high.
[Clifftell High is a way more accurate name, as the College part was less than a third of the entire campus at the time. Let's see if it has changed much.]
Crossing streets and gently pushing bothersome tourists out of his path, he arrives at the main square of Clifftell, with the statue of the city's founder in the centre, surrounded by a park with neatly ordered trees and wide open grass fields. He looks to the left, where the school resides. His school.
[It… it…]
He lets his hand fall next to his thighs.
[It didn't change… at all.]
The old building is still there. The same building he remembers, with the large round stained glass window above the front door. The gates are open and students are walking in and out of the campus. Between all the new, modernised buildings, Clifftell College still stands as medieval as it has always been. Andrew's eyes are wide open.
[It feels like forever… since I've been here.]
After a moment of hesitation, he decides to head towards the campus.

Between all the uniform-wearing students, Andrew enters the campus of Clifftell High. He takes a look at the signs, which label different buildings. 'Main Hall', 'Physical Room', 'Science Lab', and a few others.
[Looks like they converted to high-school only, I don't see any signs of a college being here. And the uniforms too, I never had one when I went here.]
The uniforms are black, with the emblem of the school on the back. Underneath the uniform resides a white blouse. The boys are wearing black pants, while all the girls wear a skirt down to below their knees with a pantyhose underneath. Andrew looks at a few of the students.
[I can see both black and white pantyhoses. That girl has a pink one, so I guess the pantyhose is a free choice. Do guys have something they can choose freely too? Doesn't look like it.]
Andrew enters the Main Hall. Some people give him a weird look, while others just smile at him when he makes eye contact.
[They probably think I'm new and transferring here, but only one of those is true. The Main Hall didn't change much, the statue of Michael is still standing proud. The administrator office is still to the left, cafeteria to the right. Stairs are still the same, floor's labelled A, B and C. Yep, this is how I remember Clifftell College.]
The bell rings, and all the students scamper up the stairs like a horde of sheep. Andrew waits until they're gone, and takes a walk around the ground floor.
[I think I should just leave, I can't really go around and check out anything without disturbing anyone. Melissa told me about dorm rooms, I guess I'll go look for them.]
He heads to the exit, but a woman calls him from the administrator office.
"Young man?"
[Young man? Is that a new way to address teens?]
"Hmm?" Andrew responds. It came out ruder than he expected. "What is it?" He asks, a little more serenely, and walks up to her office.
"Are you new here? I don't remember seeing you before. Do you need anything?" She asks.
[Ask one question at a time. Miss… Wember. Never heard of a name like that before, good that you have a name card.]
"No, I was a student here some time ago. I'm just checking the place out because I heard they built dorm rooms." Andrew replies.
"The dorm rooms were built over twenty years ago." Miss Wember replies. "And, you don't look like you went to school here… twenty years ago."
[Whoops.]
"Are you sure?" She asks.
[What do I even say now? Do I tell her about Hulive, or do I just excuse myself and leave? Telling her wouldn't help that much, she probably wouldn't even understand. But how would I explain it other wise? Oh maybe…]
"Young man?"
"Oh, sorry. No, I was mistaken. I heard something changed on the campus, so I went to check that out. I'll be on my way again, as I don't have a lot of time. See you!" Andrew blurts out hastily, and before Miss Wember can reply, he already heads towards the exit.
"Oh, see you." She says. After a brief look of confusion, she continues her work.

[Okay, I got out of that safely, I think. It seemed like she just accepted my explanation and moved on. Now, time to check out the dorms. They should be behind the main building, as far as the signs tell me.]
He takes the path that heads around the main building, passing the Science Lab, and arriving at a fenced off field. Andrew looks between the bars of the fence, and sees a long road with houses on both sides. Above the entrance of all the houses is a number and a letter.
[I guess these are the dorm rooms. I expected more of a hotel like structure, but a house park works too. Those numbers and letters are probably classes, so each class has a single house. I wonder if everyone has a room for themselves, it would take up quite a lot of space if that's the case. Or, the rooms are really small. Looks like I can't enter, so I'll just check out the other side of the school and go home. I don't think there's anything else to do in Clifftell at the moment.]
Andrew continues on the road behind the school, walks past the Physical Education Room, and comes out in front of the main entrance again, from the other side. He looks up at the stained glass window, above the entrance.
[Well, see you in a few weeks, Clifftell.]
Andrew goes to the front gate. At the exact moment he walks through, an Eastern looking man passes him. Andrew notices it in the corner of his eye, and faces him. The man faces him too. They make eye contact, and both stop in their tracks.
"Andrew?" The man asks.
[He… I recognise him. Is it really…?]
"Rajib?" Andrew says. They look at each other in silence, not comprehending their current situation. Rajib takes steps towards him.
[Is it really him? He doesn't say he's not. Rajib. We used to be in the same class together. We helped each other with history projects all the time. 
"Yeah, that's me." Rajib replies. "Let's sit down and talk, shall we?"

On a bench outside, in the park in front of the school, Rajib sits down. Andrew takes place next to him. Rajib seems on edge.
[Does he really want to talk to me? He looks like a stressed student right before exams.]
"So, how has your life been so far?" Rajib asks, on a weird tone.
[What an odd first question.]
"Well, I've been up for…"
[Woah. Wait a second. I've only been up for just over a month. It feels like I've been here for months, in 2056.]
"… A month, little more."
"Only a month?" Rajib replies. "Well, you used to be perseverant back then too."
A silence falls upon them. Rajib places his face in his hands.
"You don't understand, do you?" He says.
"What do you mean?"
"No, you wouldn't understand. You're too apathetic for that. You missed too much. I gotta… get back to work."
Rajib gets up, even though they've only seen each other for a few minutes.
"Wait, what do you mean? What did I miss while I was gone?"
Rajib looks back at Andrew. His pupils are small, and veins can be seen all throughout his bloodshot eye. A tear forms on the bottom of his eye.
"Too much. You missed… everything." He replies. Andrew stands up and reaches out, but Rajib takes a run for it. He takes the first bus he sees, and leaves Andrew's sight.
[What was that about? He said he wanted to talk, right? Missed… everything? What does he mean with everything? What happened while I was gone? Rajib, don't leave me after telling me that. Apathetic. Am I apathetic?]
Andrew sits down again, defeated. A few tourists look his way, but quickly evade their eyes again, as if nothing happened.
[Melissa was just as secretive. I want to know. I want to know everything. What's so important that happened while I was sleeping?]

The doorbell rings. Andrew heads down from his room to open the front door, and let Melissa inside. He helps her with her bags, but she doesn't thank him.
[Back to your apathetic self, I see. Apathetic. What is he talking about. Maybe something that's everything happened in his life, but not mine. We were not that close anyway, so why would it matter for me? Why do I still care? I just need to forget it. It was nothing.]
"Melissa." Andrew says. Melissa looks up and at him, while having one shoe half-untied.
"What?"
"I met Rajib today. He told me I 'missed everything'. Do you know what that means?"
Melissa looks away and continues untying her shoes.
"Rajib, who's that?"
"A classmate of mine, well, he was back in 2019." Andrew replies.
"Oh, I see." She places her shoes down and looks Andrew straight in his eyes. "August Sixth. I already told you that. He's probably talking about the same thing, mostly. Just have patience, you should never rush."
"No!" Andrew exclaims. "My curiosity has been driving me crazy the past few nights! I need to now! Right now!"
"Shut up!" Melissa yells, ever more furiously. Andrew is startled by the unexpected energy coming from her voice. "I don't want to think about it myself either!" Melissa continues. "The sixth of August is the only day… of the year. So stop asking me." She snatches the bags from Andrew's hands, who is still standing in the hallway, speechless, and she heads up the stairs.
[So it's something, bad. Negative. Something that made Melissa extremely depressed, that changed her personality completely. And even Rajib, who I didn't even talk to often, knows about it. Melissa's response confirms that.]
He heads up the stairs, into his room, and falls onto his bed
[What the… fuck. What did I miss, that's so impactful as they say? Did… some one die? No, I don't want to jump to conclusions. And, if someone died, they would've told me already. Well, at least Melissa would. I only seen Rajib for at most three minutes. Why didn't I just go after him? I could've easily pushed him to tell me everything. Everything… that I need to know. Everything I don't know yet… is a lot.]
[I don't understand, why can't they just tell me? The only thing I'm sure of is that something influential happened on the sixth of August. Something else might have happened on the thirtieth of July too.He takes his notebook from his desk and writes what he's thinking about inside.]
[The only thing that comes to mind, a thing that can have such an impact on someone's life…]
[Death.]
[Though I don't want to think about it, that has the highest possibility. Death. Such an intriguing subject. After we die, we just… don't think anymore. There's nothing, not even darkness. It's impossible to comprehend.]
[Which is why, I should think about it. I even cheated it, and I know nothing happened. You just… skip that part of time, like sleeping. But, if you never wake up, that would mean you would be skipping time indefinitely…]
"Heh, I'm rambling again."
[Stop it, brain. Andrew is in control now.]
Melissa calls him for dinner, and he heads down stairs to the living room. Not a single conversation sparks while they're at the table, and Andrew heads to his room immediately afterwards. He doesn't put on his pyjamas, and falls onto his bed in his underwear.
[Damnit. Damn everything. I just want to know. If it's really something with death, I have to go to the graveyard. Tomorrow morning.]
He lets out a sigh.
[But, I don't think I can. The likeliness of it being related to death, will make Melissa prevent me from entering until the sixth. I expect that much. Mystery hunts were always fun, or so I thought. This isn't fun at all, when something keeps holding you back. Something, invisible. Could it be a social thing? No, wait, that doesn't make sense at all, Andrew. You should just go to sleep already, there's no information to collect anymore. It's only waiting now, just one more week. A week. It's such a long time, when there's nothing to do.]
Andrew pulls the bedspread over himself, and closes his eyes.
[I don't understand, how some people can spend their lives shut inside, without people to talk to. Only going outside when you need groceries, it would be extremely boring. They probably all die without anyone knowing. Die of boredom. I don't want to think about that. I don't want to meet that same fate. You won't meet that fate, Andrew. You just have to continue searching for her. She's still there for you, waiting. For now, she's with you in that closed letter. Her love, and her soul.]
