Chen Mo was quite satisfied. He was worried about the audio side of things of the game, so the skill book was a godsend.
Chen Mo always hired people to do BGM and sound effects for his game, as he did not have any musical bones in him.
For some of the classic games, it will be impossible to recreate them perfectly just from dictation. Therefore it would be better if he took matters into his own hands.
Chen Mo tapped and activated it immediately. The blue skill book turned into rays of light and entered his fingertips.
Chen Mo took out the keyboard from his office that had been provided by the competition officials. Thinking he wouldn't be able to use it, he had put it away, as it was just gathering dust.
After trying out a couple scales, he connected it to the computer and produced a simple ten second long BGM. Chen Mo felt that it sounded alright, and he was able to handle the audio part himself for simpler games.
"Not bad, off to a good start. Now all that's left is to see the results for the two ten spins."
Chen Mo took a deep breath and tapped the ten spins button.
Clack, clack, clack...
The wheel spun up and slowed down constantly, finishing ten spins within thirty seconds. The ten draws showed on the screen in the order they were drawn.
Designer Skill Books: three Coding books, four Level Design books.

This caught Chen Mo's attention. Pretty good, ten draws did make a difference! It felt like the chances of drawing blue and purple rares were much higher than single draws!
Chen Mo hurriedly checked out the effects of the special equipment.
Memory Playback Potion: After consuming, freely remember any forgotten or murky memories, lasts for four hours. 
That was pretty good! Chen Mo badly needed that item.
There were many games that Chen Mo had played before that he could barely remember now. Although there was a faint impression, it wasn't enough to reproduce all the details.
With the Memory Playback Potion, Chen Mo would be able to dive into his past memories. As long as he has played it or done a deep dive into it, he'd be able to recall the experience.
Chen Mo consumed the skill books without giving them much thought.
Coding skills +3, Level Design +4. Chen Mo estimated that his true coding ability was about 27, and his true Level Design ability was about 35. Combined with the Memory Playback Potion, recreating some more complicated minigames wasn't a problem.
There were two other Special Skill Books: one for Original Art, another for Animation.
It was obvious that the drawing mechanism was programmed to separate skills, such as art and music, that weren't related to video game engineering, to be part of the Special Skill Books.
Original Art +10, Chen Mo's Original Art skills had been raised to 19, and were now able to deal with games with simpler art styles.
From barely anything to now something, Animation skills were now decent with the +10 skill book. Chen Mo could now do some simple 2D animations, which was key.

With another ten draws in him, Chen Mo tapped on the screen once again.
Clack, clack, clack...
The wheel started spinning once again, and another ten items followed it.

Chen Mo almost fainted; the difference was way too big!

Not only wasn't there a single blue skill book, the green skill books that were drawn were in the most unnecessary aspects, coding and storyboarding!
Chen Mo was hurting after that. Every ten draws cost a hundred thousand RMB!
However, Chen Mo felt better when he saw the special equipment.
Lucky Capsule: After consumption substantially increases luck, lasts for ten minutes.

Making the code well would mean giving the game a proper foundation. The game can be saved even if the graphics looked bad or if the playstyle was repetitive. But if the coding weren't done well, the game would be dead on arrival with no breathing room.
As Chen Mo didn't even have thirty points in his coding abilities there were some risks to making a game like this, even with the help of the Memory Playback Potion.
The code for these games were always semi-hidden including combat calculations, attribute growth, effectiveness relationship, economy algorithms etc. Every one of these have their own proprietary configurations, and maintained by professionals, essentially a trade secret where the average joe has no access to it.
Because the code is such a big part of these games, as soon as the code is leaked, other companies will be able to use that as a framework and produce a knockoff.
Chen Mo would have to write all the code by hand if he made a game like this. However, he didn't have confidence manipulating the code based on his current abilities.
There was another problem: player acceptance!
The main method of profit in this world still depended on sales per game.
Top-up services, especially pay-to-win, were not mainstream. Furthermore, there hadn't been anyone fully committed to pay-to-win.
If he produced an average pay-to-win game and the gamers discovered it was pay-to-win, would they accept it?
Would they be strongly against it, negatively affecting him and the company's image? Maybe there would be some players who would just boycott his next games?
It was hard to say. Just because there was a low chance of it happening didn't mean it wouldn't happen. As this was Chen Mo's first game, he didn't want to take the risk.
The tastes of gamers and the place for pay-to-win games in this world were unknown, and the grounds needed to be tested, step by step. One misstep might be devastating.
Therefore, Chen Mo chose to make a safer choice, and make a stand-alone game and an honest living out of it.
Stabilizing himself using this game, at least putting the name of Thunderbolt Gaming out there, and then slowly testing the limits of the players was what Chen Mo had in mind!

The world of animals is in constant search for prey, if not, a mate. To prove that one is deserving of attention, animals must compete. Must be the tough, strong and worthy. 

I might not be a at the  top of the herd, but I'm deserving of a notable one. Or at least that what is running on my mind. Silly me for thinking about it. As such it made me think of a strategy.

And so the strategic planning begins.

Sitting at the furthermost corner of the room, feeling relieved that there shall not be any disturbance while Im reading a new classic book. Then...

Chit. So this crazy man's approach is to be outspoken. A complete opposite of what I'm trying to do. A complete recipe for me to lose the game.

Getting back to my senses from his annoying calls, I stared at him for a long time. A deathly stare. To my disappointment he did not drop dead.

"Good morning". That is all I can say, as I am giving   off the energy that he must leave me alone.

Without waiting for his reply I turn my back and continued reading.

"What is the book about? I'm into books too. Though I get easily bored when reading and so I have audio book app", he resumed.

Once I answer him this will continue on perpetually, and such my strategy will prove to be useless. Thus, shoving him the cover of the book shall keep him off the hook.

One minute.

Two minutes.

He strikes again!

"Miss Anne!I wonder where you usually go after break. I don't see you around the cafeteria either." interrupts Jeremy, to my relief. Well not really my relief since he is a man girl. Once he saw an opening he will undoubtedly leave yourself broken. 

"Hmmm. I have four hours of vacant time and I use most reading in the plaza. As for the lunch I indulge myself with the fast foods surrounding it. If you might ask if I'm alone there? The answer is yes. If I want company? I would be happy if you are more than willing to undertake the service", I replied, intentionally making it long, to see the surprised demeanor of crazy guys face. 

Which is a mistake.

A very, crazy stupid mistake on my part.

"If only I could accompany you but its so happen that i have straight class", Jeremy hurried on and speaking carefully so as not to distress me. Not understanding that I need no company. 

"I can go", crazy guy cutting on the conversation.

"Heey, we are in the same class Vance, I dont think you can go with her. Also why didnt you take the next subject Anne? Wont it be better for you to take that too? Its a waste. Don't get me wrong I meant it in a good way.", Jeremy buts in, saving me again.

"That is true. I want to enrol as much units as I can but I dont feel I'm ready, with all the paper works we are doing, my hands are already full", smiling at Jeremy, thankful at him.

Getting back, it is not the right timing to say, " Jeremy   our professor isn't around for the next subject, maybe we can go together at the plaza with Anne", Vance, to my surprise continued.

This crazy, Vance is getting on my nerves. And to my blood! My mind is saying Jeremy save me.

But to my horror. He agreed.

Without any choice I let them all join in.

I see myself ordering chicken, lumpia, rice, macaroni soup, spaghetti, mashed potato, sundae and a coke float.

"Sis can you really that?", Eleanor asked,  the only girl apart from me with the look of surprise in her face.

"Yes, its the usual that I order", casually responding to her query.

I busied myself on eating while they are busy on their chats. 

After some time, I notice an aura, a greedy aura that tells me he wants something on my plate.

"Are you saving the chicken skin for the last?" Or do you  possibly dont want it? If you dont want it can I have it?" 

Is this really Vance asking so nonchalantly?

What is this predicament?
If I give it to him would it mean that our friendship are sealed?
Like in the anime where when you share sakes its like a blood compact for brotherhood.

Its not like Im eating it anyway. And so...

"Here, you can have it, Im not really fond of that particular part", as I offer him the skin that I have set aside.

"There, thank you, and promise me if we dine again only me should be the end receiver of the skin."

"I promise."

And thus my resolve shattered.

Must forego with the next strategy.

When a girl falls inlove, there are two choices to make. Either to fight for it or to let go. But how can one truly measure true love? When you let go? or when you fight for it? 

It is a modern day dilemna. As for Anne? Which shall she choose when Vance gives out mixed up actions?

At the beginning of my life after college, I was a successful businessman. I owned a company so large and successful that very few companies could rival mine. Well, It was successful... I had a loving wife and daughter they were the only thing in my life I truly cared about... but one day while they were walking on the street a hit and run occurred and they both died before reaching a hospital. 

After a week of investigating, the cops suddenly barged into my mansion yelling "We caught you, you bastard you killed your own family!" I had no clue what was happening... the cops claimed that I organized a hit and run on my wife and child... the only ones I cared about in all the world.

In court, they showed images of me with people I don't recall ever seeing before with audio of me asking how much money they needed to accept the job.  I started feeling like this entire court is trying their hardest to set me up to be guilty... but that when I noticed as I was looking over at the jury... every one of the people in the jury was people in my company that I fired. My heart sank and the judge as if "coming into the light" nodded his head like he made a decision and he said the words I did not want to hear.

"Silence! The jury has come to a decision with a unanimous vote that Lucifer Caebic is found guilty of murder. He is sentenced to death via lethal injection."

I was sentenced to death via lethal injection for crimes I did not commit. I was stuck in prison for 2 years then put to death for crimes that I did not do. For those two years during free time I was allowed to read books on the library computer for "Good Behaviour" so for the 2 years I decided to read a classic from my childhood Star Wars. I read through all the lore possible from the Star Wars universe and to be honest, If I were to describe myself, it would be that I have always preferred the Sith over the Jedi. 

The Sith have more freedom than the Jedis. The Sith followed a code just like the Jedi, they followed Darth Bane's Code of the Sith. Darth Bane's code is "Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me." 

After 2 Years of waiting for my time to come, it was finally the day in which I would die. During my time in prison, I befriended each and every guard. When I had only one day left until my death, every one of those guards visited me in their free time to say goodbye. Some even had faint amounts of water forming in their eyes. On the day of my death, The Guards that overseed my death were none other than one of my friends, he had clear hesitation on his face hinting that he did not want to be in any way involved with my death.

"It is okay my friend. It is my time. I understand that you are hesitant to kill me, but just know that I would rather have you, my friend, kill me instead of someone else." 

All of my friends turned away upon seeing me being injected with a needle. As my vision darkened I said aloud with the last of the strength within me "Good...bye...My...Friends."

After my death, I thought I would simply stop existing, but instead, I simply floated within an endless abyss. I do not know how long I was in this void of nothingness. Mabye I have been here for days? Mabye months or even years. 

While going over my memories of my life a voice that sounded old and broken entered my ears. 
"Do you wish to leave?" 
I floated there in the abyss looking around myself for that...voice. Enough time passed to where I could no longer bear sitting in this abyss and I answered hoping the voice was still with me. 
"Do you accept the conditions of the contract?" the voice asked me. 
I did not know what it was asking and when I asked what It meant it only repeated its question to me. So, I accept. 
"Than the contract is set, happy hunting."
Upon hearing him my senses vanished and I could no longer stay conscious.

When I awoke I was in a forest, I could hear the chirps of birds and the howls of wolves. I could feel the solid ground! I could feel the effect of gravity on my body! I was ecstatic due to this wonderful feeling, but that feeling quickly disappeared due to not having any clothes.

The forest was peaceful and beautiful nothing like earth in the slightest on earth most forests were ruined by human hands, entire ecosystems destroyed just so someone could make a bigger profit. They did not care if they made a species go extinct. It disgusted me to the point that I made a company completely built on artificial products... just so we did not have to destroy earth more than we already have. All of my thoughts were disrupted by a voice neither feminine or manly.

'Welcome Host, I am the Star Wars system. Do you wish to hear my current functions?'
"Who said that?! Where are you?!" 
'Calm down Host, I am currently located within your soul.'  
"What?...My soul? What are you talking about?" 
'My creator placed me inside your soul to help you fulfill your contract.'
"What contract?! It never even told me its terms!"
'That is your problem, not my creators.'

'I am outfitted with a Level/Stat system, Inventory system, System shop, and Quest System.'
"So you are like a game system?"

As soon as Michael closed his eyes, the myriad tiny noises that pervade the background of day-to-day life disappeared, to be replaced by the steady sound of rainfall and occasional rumbling of thunder that had become so familiar. In a way, the abrupt shift reminded him of changing tracks on an audio disc. Initially the sensation was quite jarring, but the process was becoming familiar and the shift was now associating itself with a freedom from constraints and a dedicated focus time. 

Michael quickly got off the replica of his bed and 'stretched' his body, even though he couldn't feel it. Some day he'd figure out what he needed to do to upgrade this space to a place where he could feel his body! Then he could do other things, like train. For now, though, he had plenty of things to read.

"Ok, System - let's retrieve all of the Mathematics textbooks I scanned."

Suddenly a giant stack of books appeared on the replica of Michael's reading desk. Combined with the height of the desk, it almost reached to the ceiling! Michael stared at the tower of knowledge, daunted. 

"I think I might have got a bit overboard with the scanning..."

He started to think about other potential approaches. After several minutes of contemplation, he tentatively asked the System a question.

"Since all of these books are essentially virtual anyway, and there must be some duplicate information in there... can we compile these down? Like, Merge them all into one book?"

Michael sat down on the edge of his bed as he contemplated his options. Maybe it was due to his rather tame upbringing, but the topic of drugs just seemed... too risky. Eventually, he gritted his teeth and decided to go with it. What was a few more missions, after all?

"Ok, System. Can you generate some missions for me for these subjects? Just... don't make them too hard, alright? I need to be able to clear them before the competition."

Michael glumly reviewed the presented information. While he had asked for it, and the System had been quite generous in the rewards, as not only would completing these missions benefit him but he'd also end up with an enhanced Lucid Space and a Mental Enhancement Module, he still felt like he was a gambler throwing good money after bad. He was already concerned about not having enough time, and now he had four more missions to complete!

Still, each of them could be taken one step at a time once he figured out what he would need to do to complete them, and a little more variety would probably be helpful. It was just becoming more and more important that he set himself up a good schedule. He decided that the following evening would be another take-stock session, and he would spend some time coming up with a plan to tackle each of his outstanding missions, as well as constructing a formal routine with the System's help.

And he reminded himself once again that after he completed all of these, he'd be a pretty impressive individual! 

"Maybe I could even catch the eye of a pretty girl or two," he mused. However, when a few of the women he'd encountered in the past week or two popped into his mind, he quickly blushed and cleared his mind. No time for that when there are missions to accomplish!

With that decided, he opted to put the textbooks away for now and go back to his philosophy reading. That would give him an opportunity to calm down and focus on something else. He had the system generate the book again and he lay down on his stomach on the fake bed with the book open in front of him while the sounds of the storm from the recesses of his memories rumbled away outside.

It's the turn of the 21st century in a world not unlike our own. 14 year-old Michael wakes up on the first day of high school with a nosebleed, a splitting headache, and the voice of someone claiming to be him from a number of years in the future in his head!

"We could have been, and we need to be, better... so, congratulations, I'm sorry, and good luck!"

Winter, Mandy and Layla trotted through the luscious, carpeted hallways of Golden Academy High arm in arm. Layla whispered, "I hope Mrs. Scrimen is absent more often. I love joint classes with Star's potential. We get to be privy to all the gossip first hand." Mandy gushed, "Right?!" Winter just smiled and rolled her eyes, "What are we doing in the audio visual room anyway?" "We usually watch movies in there." "Educational movies?" Layla shook her head, "All kinds of movies." Winter laughed, "I forgot about how unconventional this school was for a second there."
They reached the audio visual room and Winter's eyes met dark blue ones. She nodded and then looked away. Layla nudged her in the ribs. "Hey! What was that for?" Mandy smiled, "No more secrets." Winter laughed, "Okay okay. No more secrets." They all hugged in what seemed to be a notion of agreement. Layla pointed, "Let's go sit over there." Winter followed Mandy and Layla while scoffing at the term 'audio visual room'. *This is nothing less than a glorified movie theater. Well, that said, it's to be expected from the rich and wasteful.* When they sat down Winter heard a rustling in the seat beside her, "Hey Sparky. Another joint class. You must be feeling lucky today." Winter turned her head to see Jax in all his arrogant glory, "Ah you're in this class too? Just when I thought I was going to relax and actually enjoy this movie. How unfortunate." Jax chuckled.
Cornell stood at the front of the audio visual room, "Alright as you know due to Mrs. Scrimen's absence we are having joint classes for the rest of the day. Both my class and Star's potential have been mixed together. You morons are in the audio visual room to do what? Watch a movie yeah. We don't want to hear your voices we want to hear the movie. So shut it. All of you." Winter smirked at how uncouth Cornell was. *How could such an elegant school grant admission to such a bumbling idiot? It's a paradox.* Winter felt Jax staring at her and turned to look at him. He rested his chin in his hand, "What I wouldn't give to know what thoughts are running around in that pretty little head of yours Winter Knight." Winter laughed sarcastically, "What I wouldn't give to keep from knowing yours." The movie started and the boisterous conversation filling the room, morphed into a dull whisper. Winter knew what the ending would be before the movie was halfway through. She mumbled, "She finds her sister and gives back the money." Jax raised his eyebrows and Winter shrugged before getting up and whispering, "I have to go to the bathroom." Mandy nodded, "Want us to come with?" Winter giggled silently, "No. I think I can find my way there." Winter walked out of the movie room. *Ugh how boring.* She rounded the corner and ran into Sam. His dark, crimson eyes seemed to pierce into her very soul. Sam scoffed, obviously annoyed. "You seriously just keep finding excuses to bump into me don't you?" Winter rolled her eyes, "Sorry do I know you?" Sam kept walking, ignoring her. "You're skipping the movie too?" Sam didn't respond. Winter leaned against the wall, *He's an arrogant jerk too isn't he? Seems like this school is crawling with them.* She smirked. *Well we can't have that now can we?*
 Winter put her hands in her pockets and strolled around the campus, finally had a moment for herself to explore. She looked around examining the decorations. *Someone very meticulously designed this place.* Her mind wandered to the headmaster, contemplating all the possibilities of his identity. Winter shook her head. She stumbled upon the library. The walls were lined with rows and rows of books, crystal chandeliers that were expensively designed hung from the ceiling, arches with painstakingly detailed patterns, carpets that have the grandest style. The drapes were an eye catching scarlet and made of silk. It was dimly lit as to protect the words on the pages of each book from harsh, unflattering lighting. Her eyes sparkled as she walked in and saw the lavishness that defined the library's display. *This is... the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.* Winter pondered for a moment, eyeing the scene. *Which also means someone cares about his books.* 
Winter wandered aimlessly through the breadth layout for the books. She noticed someone further down the isle and hid to observe them. Winter recognized the individual. *How did he end up here if we walked in opposite directions earlier? Multiple entrances? Secret exits? Tunnels?* For the first time, Winter looked at Sam Tudor, really looked at him. She inspected his appearance thoroughly. Her eyes ran over his dark brown curls, muscled figure, demanding stance, and towering height. She recalled his vermilion eyes, their impact. For the first time, Winter understood his magnetism. She understood the charisma others found in his appearance; the demand for attention that someone could read in his eyes that refuse to be ignored. Sam looked around and Winter actively suppressed her presence. Sam placed the book back on the shelf and strolled away. When Winter was sure he was gone she walked to where Sam was standing and picked up his discarded book. Winter read the title of the book "Stories Untold" and turned it over in her hands. She examined the cover until someone came behind her and pinned her to the shelf. 
"You're good, but you're not that good." The charming, smooth voice muddled with sarcasm, malice and cruelty filled Winter's ears. "What are you doing here?" Winter relaxed under his unrelenting hold, "And here I thought this library was for everyone. Who knew it was another thing for Tudor use exclusively." She felt, more than heard Sam's scowl as he turned her around to face him, keeping her pinned. "Who are you?"  "Ah yes. The famous question. Wouldn't everyone like to know?" Winter's nonchalant attitude irritated Sam, she could tell by the compel behind his stare and the emotion in his face. "My name is Winter Knight. Now may I ask? Who are you?" Sam's obvious resentment due to their encounter was amusing to Winter. He growled, the poison in his eyes told Winter that Sam's patience was wearing thin. "You know who I am. You mentioned earlier 'Tudor.'" Winter rolled her eyes, "You just like hearing that everyone knows you." Sam didn't deign to respond to her, "I know you were watching me earlier." Winter cursed herself for not hiding more skillfully. "Why?" Sam pried, with the most spitefulness Winter had ever seen anyone manage. Winter averted eye contact, not used to being discovered. "I was trying to...."  "Save your lies," Sam spat, releasing Winter from his hold. He looked down at her, hatred filling his gaze. "I don't ever want to see you spying on me again. Don't talk to me. Don't look at me. Don't ask about me. Don't even think about me." With that, Winter watched Sam walk away. She smiled, still having the book in her hands. 

New town, new school, new girl. What will Winter experience during this move?

This fact was soon spread among the players.
Although the NPCs didn't permit the players to sacrifice junk, the players could exchange junk for contribution points if they drew the sacrificial circle themselves!

As the players kept exploring and performing sacrifice, Eve rejoiced.

In The Kingdom of Elves, the War of Gods 1000 years ago caused the fall of the World Tree. In a world where true gods rule, the fall of the elven civilization came soon after.
A 1000 years has passed, the new World Tree is now reborn. 
Eve Euktrahill, the Mother of Nature, the Goddess of Life, the Great Ruler of Elves. Armed with the ability to connect to the Internet on the blue planet, He (yes, He) now must rely on players from the blue planet to help His goal of reviving the past glory of the elves and the World Tree.

Now that I feel as though I did enough studying (which I probably didn't), I thought it was time that I started finding some things to get my hands dirty with. But what do I start with? Do I start with the basics or do I learn the basics as I try to do something more advanced? Why not both?

When you think of a mage, who do you think of? Constantine? Dr. Strange? Gandalf? Harry Potter, maybe? Personally, I kinda prefer the image of Constantine since he seems more realistic. So I thought okay well, how would one interact with the spirit realm? I don't seem to possess any psychic abilities that will help me see in the spiritual realm nor can I travel to the astral realm, and both seem like quite necessary skills to have as a mage so why not make those my end goals?

During my weekend of learning how to help victims of ritual abuse, I learned that time flows differently in the astral realm. So I thought, maybe if I can learn how to travel in the astral realm then maybe I can go back in time and somehow find a way to protect my mom from the abuse she had to needlessly suffer as a child. It seemed simple enough in my head.

So now that I had my end goal in mind, it was time to find a way to reach it. I started reading up on astral travel. I read books and web sites. I watched YouTube videos. Pretty much anything I could get my hands on, except for things that didn't quite seemed logical. As a rule, I tried avoiding anything new age. So, if I saw even one mention of crystals I ran.

In one of the books I read, I found a "simple" technique to achieve astral travel. It involved recording a guided meditation audio, to help me relax, and then after I was relaxed I had to slowly work on disconnecting my astral body from my physical one. I asked the girl I liked to record the audio for me because what's more calming than the voice of the person you had a crush on? So one evening I waited till everyone in my family was asleep (because my parents would definitely not approve of my new hobby), I put my pillow on the ground, got my earphones and lay on my back. I did this on the floor because I didn't want to fall asleep. I merely wanted to be in a relaxed state. I listened to the guided meditation and then proceded to disconnecting my astral body from my physical body. I started with my hands and tried to move my astral hands without moving my physical hands. Not sure how long that lasted but I ended up falling asleep. I retried the same technique a few times, all with the same results.

I eventually stumbled upon a hypnosis audio on YouTube that claims to be able to help achieve astral travel with no work from my side. So I figure, hell why not? What's the worst that could happen? So that evening I again waited till everyone in my family was asleep, I put my pillow on the ground, got my earphones and lay on my back. As I listened to the track I started getting the sensation of my head sinking back into my pillow and my body sinking into the floor. THIS WAS GREAT! Finally, I was starting to get somewhere. Sadly my excitement kinda broke the relaxed state and thus I decided to call it a night. After skipping one night I tried again in the same way as before. This time I didn't experience any sinking sensation but rather it was as though someone was shining a light in my face, although when I opened my eyes there was no one there, and yet when my eyes are closed I saw pretty much only white. This was alarming because my room was pitch black with no light from the street lamps shining in. Sadly I got too excited again and broke meditation again. I tried using this method again on a few other occasions but my excitement kept getting the best of me.

This was not working, I need to learn some self-control.

Let me introduce myself I am the Author of this book (reflections). This book will mainly deal with my "Reflections" and Opinions on various topics.
I started this book because I want to practice my writing and one day become an Author and make a living writing books.
I have had many thoughts and ideas; to write my own Original books. But when I sit in front of the computer I go blank
So I thought about writing a fanfic, to practice my writing, but still, I was left blank. Despite also having many ideas and story and character development. I was blank; I did not know what to write or how to put my thoughts into words.
Then one night I got the idea to write a book about my thoughts.
And so this book was born.
I decided that the first chapter would be a presentation:
To begin, I want to say that I am: a Christian, I was born in a Christian home and raised in a Christian family.
I believe that God created the Universe and everything in it.
I also think and believe that everything happens because HE allows it to happen; if "good or bad" things happen.
I really like Anime; I started watching Anime at 12 years old. The first one I saw I saw it from YouTube on my cell phone. The first anime I saw was; Rurouni kenshin or (samurai X), I saw him until the fight with Shishio, after that fight it seemed to me that he lost quality and I didn't see him again.
The second anime that I also saw from YouTube on my cell phone was Medabots. I saw all the chapters.
Later I saw inuyasha but I left him because he bothered me with inuyasha. I don't remember the reason, but it did bother me a lot XD.
Then I saw Ranma ½ that anime I liked a lot. I was surprised to learn that it was the same Author as inuyasha. I saw all the chapters. The movie and the 14 ovas. But I haven't read the manga yet.
I started looking for animes in Latin Spanish and I found Kenichi. I watched all the chapters of the anime. and some time after reading a post on Facebook an image where he posted where the anime ended to continue it in the manga. I read all the chapters of the manga
About ½ after seeing Ranma, a relative loaned us his laptop. (The reason I was watching anime with the phone was because it had no speakers and it had outdated audio drivers and I didn't know anything. I thought I had a faulty audio card, but not that it had outdated drivers. I found out in 2019. all the time thinking it was the audio card but it was the drivers when I found out I was feeling stupid and ashamed of my ignorance).

As I was saying after my relative loaned us the laptop, I started watching anime on animeflv.
There I found To Love Ru, an anime that became my favorite for a long time. I liked the comedy and how the characters interacted, as well as the personality of the protagonist. And I think it's an excellent anime (it's one of those guilty tastes that I have). But if there's one thing I have to say that I didn't like it was the excess of ecchi and fanservice on the part of the authors and I think this really hurts the job. Because it's as if the authors thought more about pleasing the readers than developing the characters and the story.
Then I saw Soul Eater, Rosario + Vampire, Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and many other anime.
 (One Piece I saw almost 700 chapters without audio I stayed where Luffy defeats Doflamingo).
Since my computer had no audio, I started reading manga. I read them on TumangaOnline. That's when I read Kenichi, Rosario + Vampire, Re Monter. That's where I read the Manhua from Tales of Demos And Gods. In the comments I saw that someone commented that he had a novel and I liked it so much that I looked for it and that is how I started reading web novels.
 
I don't like watching sports on television. I find them very boring.
I like to exercise, although I am very lazy, (but it is not entirely my fault since I was born tired, after I was born the doctor had to pat me to cry) so sometimes or almost always I don't. (TT_TT)
I graduated from Bachiller of Science at the age of 15. and a few months later I passed the introductory course to study medicine. (Premedical).
And at 16 and a few months I started college. But I didn't make an effort to study, and as expected I ended up losing the year. And if he failed the last quarterly exam he ran the risk of being expelled, so requesting a temporary withdrawal from the university "accused of family problems."
As the new school term begins, I started with a slightly more focused and serious mindset. Two months after starting and being close to the first trimester exam. The teacher in charge of my year calls me and tells me that that year I cannot attend the school year, due to the withdrawal request that I had previously requested, that I had to wait at least one year before I could resume my studies.
After that I became very depressed.
After about 6 months had passed, my mother told me if she wanted to study education at another university. She told me that a friend told her that the introductory course was about to start and that few people signed up, and she asked me if I wanted to sign up. and I answered yes.
I passed the introductory with a high mark and started my first semester in the College of Education.
It goes without saying that history repeated itself, started the semester motivated but that motivation was gradually lost. Mainly because he had many free hours, due to the lack of teachers, who had left the country.
I finished spending the semester, (With some subjects postponed), but I had already lost the desire to continue so I did not continue attending.
 
It has been almost 5 or 6 years since I graduated from high school and I have not done anything with my life, I do not study and I do not work becoming a holder of the Neet Title.
Sometimes I wonder how my parents feel about me, they feel Disappointed. Annoying or perhaps proud, but how would they feel proud of me, if I have not done anything I have not achieved anything.
To be honest at this age I already saw myself as a successful person with a home of my own. Independent, and that I would have bought my parents a house on the beach. That I know, they would be proud of me, and I could take care of them.
Not like I am right now, the misguided and disappointing stereotype of an otaku.
But I don't want to continue as I am now. I want to be better. Beat myself.
 
That's why I want to be an Author making a living with what I like, writing novels, writing and exploring fantasy worlds, making people happy with my stories.

As a small compensation that the last chapter took so long, I thought: I'll show you alternative ways how the story could have gone.
1. the bloodthirsty hunter:
In the beginning, Jaguar was supposed to be the antagonist of the story. He should have slightly grey skin and be more like Frankenstein's creature. He should be Talon's most brutal killer and be known for drinking the blood of his victims and because of his enormous regeneration he is almost impossible to kill. The real hero should be a bounty hunter, whose family was once killed by Jaguar, right in front of his eyes.
He or she (this was not yet certain) should join Overwatch to find Jaguar and take revenge on him. For this purpose he/she has made a spear of shining blue metal, which blocks his regeneration. In the end the hero, with Tracer's help (the two have come very close in the course of the story), defeats Jaguar by ramming the spear into Jaguar's heart. Jaguar's corpse then disintegrates, leaving only a black skeleton with silver teeth. The hero then decides to stay with Overwatch and with Tracer.


2. the next generation:
Another idea was: Overwatch stormed a secret lab and Tracer found a kid with silver teeth and claws. Overwatch takes care of him and with his curiosity and skills he often causes chaos. 20 years later he is the leader of a new generation of Overwatch agents.


2.5. The voice:
My actual desired candidate for Jaguar's voice was the actor and musician Sascha Rotermund (voice of Benedict Cumberbatch in The Hobbit, Star Trek and the Marvel movies, Jon Hamm, Armie Hammer, Dan Stevens in "Beauty and the Beast" or currently as the voice of Mandalorian in the series. Furthermore many audio books and audio plays.
    
However, he was already the German voice of Baptiste. So someone new had to be found.


3. the special investigator:
One plan was for Jaguar, instead of a pirate, to be a "Special Investigator of the British Kingdom". So someone who would be called in when " strange" things happened. Agents of the secret service found him in the jungle and brought him (after he bit off a commander's hand) to England. Where they trained him (not completely voluntarily) as a special investigator. He was dismissed, however, and spent his time as a bounty hunter, private investigator and adventure. He is supported by an AI called MINA, which is on a microchip transplanted into him. MINA is very childish and rebellious, the two often fight over words. After meeting Overwatch several times, he later joined them.
The idea comes from the German audio play series: "Oscar Wilde and Mycroft Holmes Special Investigator of the Crown" and "Cyberdetective" in which Sascha Rotermund plays the leading role in both.
P. S. Jaguar's story he reads to the agents is the content of Frank Schätzing's novel " Tod und Teufel" (engl. "Death and Devil"). With the difference that the novel is set in Cologne and that not the Queen but the bishop is to be murdered.
