As Charlie Bucket won the prize of being an heir with Mr.Wonka, Charlie's sister comes back home to find that the Bucket's home is no longer there. Miranda finally gets in contact with Charlie and is welcomed to visit the factory.

"How about it?"
The five demos were relatively short, just slightly longer combined than the main character demo. They had all passed in a sentence or two. Chen Da Ming looked towards the people he had come in with.
Everyone was nodding, expressing no issue with these demos. All that was left was to wait for the last few demos.
Although "Chocolate factory" wasn't as famous as studios led by celebrities like "Photosynthetic Block", "729 Sound Studios" and "Bian Jiang Studio", they were still very outstanding in the professional industry, with lots of high quality works in their name. They had incredible CVs, especially in the field of video games and animation, particularly preschool animation, a department in which they excelled greatly.
This was the main reason Chen Da Ming wanted to assign the post-production voice-overs to the Chocolate Factory. Of course, there was another reason. Chen Da Ming and Charlie were very familiar and felt he could get the highest quality of work at a good price. Making money was one thing, but the other was the hope that Chen Da Ming could successfully take over outsourcing for the company's post-production voiceover tasks.
In less than an hour, Charlie had returned with the six demos Meng Fan had recorded, and the other three samples sent by the CVs during this time. There were nine demos in total, which assembled most of the important roles from "Forest Exploration". The remaining roles could be adjusted at any time.
After hearing the demos, Chen Da Ming's eyes lit up. Looking at them again, five of these roles and the narrator had been voiced by one person. This came as a shock to him. But what use was worrying about such things? He might as well ask the big-bearded youth accompanying him in the recording studio for some other suitable roles he could voice over for. That animation only had five or six roles, he might as well see what jobs he could do at the moment.
The bearded man had a name that didn't match his appearance, Lou Lan. At first glance, Meng Fan heard his name was Roulan. Carefully, he sounded like Loulan, before realizing his last name was Lou.
Lou Lan was very familiar with the business aspects of the studio and had a good pair of eyes and ears. In the last two hours, he had gained an understanding of Meng Fan's range, and when Meng Fan said he didn't care for the role, he suddenly began to blabber several roles, mostly characters from animations and games.
These roles were usually randomly assigned to the voice actors in the studio, like when an animation begins official recording and needed some supporting roles aside from the carefully selected main ones that could be voiced by anyone who was available. There were little words, and the requirements were low as well.
This was the same for video game characters as well.
At the moment, the mobile game market was popular, and there were way too many voice actors that needed to voice the NPCs.
After grasping a hold of the situation, Meng Fan bluntly requested for more roles right after Charlie returned.
Charlie heard this and naturally did not refuse. In two hours' time, Meng Fan had demonstrated skills that assured Charlie of his performance. He was happy to distribute more roles to Meng Fan, only...
"Little buddy, do you want to join our studio?" Charlie asked.
If Meng Fan didn't join the studio, Charlie wasn't going to give him so many roles. After all, there were several members of the studio waiting for these commissions to pay their bills. Why should he give them to a person who wasn't even part of the studio?
Meng Fan considered the offer. "Director, I'm currently a student and don't have much free time. I don't know what kind of requirements you have for joining. If there are some rigid requirements and restrictions, I'm afraid..."
Charlie immediately understood what he meant. He had seen all the shenanigans Meng Fan had been up to, and was able to grasp the specialties in his personality. Very fast, Charlie understood where Meng Fan was coming from. He smiled. "Signing with a studio won't impose any restrictions on you. Even if you accept voiceover commissions from other studios, our studio will help you accept and complete these commissions. Only, after signing with us, your commissions will be placed through us. Charlie had met Meng Fan in the neighborhood. To be able to live there, he was definitely very well off. Meng Fan thoroughly read through the contract again, confirming it was just a business link and signed the paper.
It wasn't a bad thing he had a studio accepting commissions on his behalf.

He turned his eyes to Jennifer. He was a stranger after all, so he was worried that they would side against him.
Jennifer, who was a clever woman, knew what Qin Guan was thinking about. She turned and looked calmly at her husband, who was still on the floor.
"Nothing happened here today. My husband slipped and fell by himself as he entered."
Qin Guan smiled. He'd have to fall multiple times to end up in this state. Anyway, this is none of my business.
Qin Guan stood up and walked past the trembling body on the floor. He pushed the door open and left without looking back. Tim Burton, who was sitting not far from the lounge, grinned when he saw Qin Guan walk out unwounded. He walked over with his hands behind his back.
"Are you finished?"
"Yes."
"What are you doing here then, you bastard? Let's get to work! I'll ask Aniston to deal with this matter. You just concentrate on the film."
"Okay."
"Go to the set, quick! Attention, please! Next scene: the distressed mill-owner!"
Qin Guan got to work at his order. He was a professional actor after all.

He was a professional dentist, so his hands were always steady. That moment though, they shook before the familiar stranger.
"Are you..."
His father's hoarse voice expressed his deep love for his child. Qin Guan sat up on the chair tearfully. He was smiling brightly.
"It's me!"
"It's you!"
"I'm back, Papa!"
That was what he'd used to call him as a child. Some things did not change with age.

With high school nearly at an end, Charlie was glad to be back at home for one final weekend before his end of term exams. Then, he'd have the summer off before he attended Harvard in the fall. Though it had been a difficult decision for him to make, his father assured him that Harvard's business program was one of the best in the country, and if he wouldn't be attending his father's alma mater, then Harvard was the next best thing.
Walter would be attending New York City University, and Charlie was a bit concerned about not having any friends at his new school, though he did know of a few others from his school who would be attending. It wouldn't be the same not having Walter around, but his mother had recently taken ill, and he wanted to stay close to home. Charlie had also considered NYCU but in the end, he just didn't feel there were many schools in the same league as Harvard, and NYCU certainly didn't meet the mark.
Grace and her husband Peter were also visiting, and he was looking forward to having an opportunity to spend some time with his sister. It had been quite a while since they were able to visit, though they did correspond from time to time, and he had telephoned once when he was visiting home. She lived upstate now, and her social circle kept her very busy. While Peter had been given the opportunity to work for his father's shipping company, he had taken on his own challenge and decided to open a factory working on an invention that would allow the air inside a home to be cooled via electricity, a concept he wasn't familiar with but that intrigued him. Charlie was interested in new inventions and experimentations, so spending time talking to Peter was never a waste.
Charlie had just returned from a stroll around the grounds, something he missed while studying in the city. He spied Peter sitting in a chair in the parlor, open newspaper in hand, and his father seated across from him looking over what appeared to be a business magazine. 
"Charlie, old boy! How are you?" Peter asked when he noticed Charlie had entered the room and sat down nearby.
"I can't complain," Charlie replied. "Anything exciting in the paper today?"
"Nothing to write home about," Peter replied, setting it aside. He had a nice looking moustache that Charlie was more than a bit envious of, though he'd never tried to grow one himself. He never thought it would look quite right on him. Now that he was seeing Peter's again, however, he thought he might give it a go. "How's life at Prep?"
"Same old, same old," Charlie shrugged, crossing one leg so that his ankle rested on his knee. "It's been a wonderful experience, but I think I'm ready to move on."
"Harvard-those are big digs," Peter laughed.
"Yes, we finally decided that was the right school for Charlie," John chimed in, setting his magazine aside and joining in the conversation. "Not an easy decision, I assure you."
"I should say not," Peter agreed. "There had to have been hundreds of proper universities vying for your attendance, what with your excellent grades and family legacy."
"Charlie might be an Ashton, but his acceptance to Harvard was due to his hard work," his father assured his son-in-law with a smile.
"I've no doubt," Peter nodded. "Grace is always saying what a studious young lad you are, that you'd rather be reading a textbook than out running about with the other young men."
"I do enjoy studying," Charlie admitted, "but I also try to get some exercise and fresh air regularly. I feel I can study better when my head is clear."
"Good point," Peter replied. "Wonderful attitude to have. I find I do my best thinking after a good, brisk walk."
"Indeed," John agreed. "There is something to be said for fresh air."
"You must have plenty of fresh air in Buffalo," Charlie said. "Surely there isn't the type of polluted air up there that you'll find down here in the city."
"Oh, it's lovely," Peter agreed. "There are a number of manufacturing facilities there now, including my own, but it's not nearly as dense as what you're used to here. Not nearly the people, the movement, the noise. I quite like it."
"I imagine it's more peaceful," John agreed. "Grace seems to be enjoying it."
"The people have certainly embraced her," Peter nodded. "She is the toast of the town. It seems everyone wants to have brunch with Grace Ashton Buckner."
They all laughed, though Charlie wasn't quite sure why that was so funny. His sister had always been good at entertaining. It shouldn't matter where she was living; he was certain she would always love to throw a celebration of some sort. "Tell me more about your factory."
"Well, right now, we are mostly producing pieces for existing coolant machinery-ice boxes, fans, that sort of thing-not really that exciting, but we have in development some very exciting innovations that may actually allow one to cool their home to whatever temperature they like, even in the summertime," Peter explained, leaning forward with his lanky arms on his knees. "It's really quite exciting."
"It sounds fascinating," Charlie admitted. He continued to ask questions about how the new product would work, and Peter did his best to answer them though there were times that Charlie's questions stumped even him, the owner of the factory. John sat and listened for the most part, only chiming in to express his amazement periodically. After a lengthy discussion, Charlie finally managed, "Well, I'm very impressed. And I think it says something that you didn't feel pressured into running your father's company. Going out into the world and making your own mark really speaks volumes about your character, I think."
"Why thank you, Charlie," Peter smiled. "I appreciate the sentiment. But I'm sure you'll do the same. I'll still take over my father's company whenever he is ready to retire, but in the meantime, I may as well find my own interest and do my own thing. "Charlie will always be able to start his own business if he so chooses once he's graduated," John interjected "I believe he knows that."
A bit surprised to actually hear these words from his father, Charlie decided to mask his astonishment so as not to offend him. "I have always been interested in taking some risks, looking at some cutting edge technologies. I hope to have the opportunity to do so someday."
"And you will also have Westmoreland Textiles," John reminded him.
Though he was aware of this condition in the agreement his father and Mr. Westmoreland had come to so many years ago, it wasn't something Charlie was looking forward to. The textile industry simply didn't interest him, and it seemed as if this particular company was not doing well from what he could gather in the business pages if and when it was even mentioned. "Yes, Father," Charlie replied. "Another venture I'll need to be sure I'm prepared for while I'm at Harvard."
"How is Mary Margaret?" Peter asked. "Have you met in person yet?"
Charlie wasn't sure why Peter was asking since he was fairly certain this is something his sister would have discussed with her husband. Perhaps he was trying to make a point, though Charlie wasn't quite certain what it might be. "Not yet," he answered. "Though we do correspond rather regularly. She sent a likeness the last time she wrote."
"Oh, how lovely," Peter nodded. "I'm sure she's breathtaking."
Though the picture Charlie had received was a few years old, and therefore he wasn't certain what the young lady might look like at her present age, he decided it would be better to avoid that entire discussion. "Yes, she's certainly very pretty. Of course, she's not reached her majority yet, so only time will tell."
"Her mother was quite a striking young woman," John offered, the look in his eyes revealing faded memories at play. "I can't imagine Henry and Mildred Westmoreland's daughter being anything less than beautiful."
"Indeed," Charlie nodded. "At any rate, I should like to go and visit her at some point, but that will be difficult with me going off to school in the fall."
"Couldn't you go this summer?" Peter asked. The question seemed innocent enough, but Charlie wasn't exactly sure, again, what he might be getting at. 
Before he could formulate a response, John replied, "I've decided not to go to England this summer. I was there in the winter, and Charlie couldn't go because of school. I have several meetings lined up with business associates who will be visiting the city this summer, and I intend to concentrate on them."
"I see. And Bertram Westmoreland isn't one of them?" Peter probed.
"Not at present," John admitted, "though it would be nice if he were to drop by. We honestly don't do much business at all with Westmoreland Textiles anymore, but it would be suitable to know how business is as we approach the shift."
"We have a few more years to worry about getting that all straightened out, though," Charlie reminded them.
"Yes, of course," Peter replied, perhaps realizing he was nearly stepping out of bounds. "Well, I do hope you know what you have to look forward to. Married life is so much better than I ever thought it would be. To come home from work each day to your sister's smiling face and to know that the house is in perfect order because of her tireless efforts-it's really not something one can understand unless he lives it."
"Now that, she gets from her mother," John laughed. "Pamela has always done a wonderful job of making my home my solace."
As the other two gentlemen continued to ramble on about how important having a good wife was to one's sanity, Charlie's mind began to wonder. He hoped that Mary Margaret would have those skills, but he had no way of knowing, and since he hadn't even met her, it was likely he wouldn't find out until after they were married. I went downstairs and said,

      "Can you at least give me some time to think ?" I asked 

     "Elena you have no choice either way if we give you time to think or not you are going to have to agree in the end, unless you want your father to die." My mother said, why didn't I know about any of this, plus why is his father such a douchebag?

     "But this is murder, you can't just kill someone because your great grandfathers had problems together. Why can't you just solve your problem without any of this bullshit happening!" I said starting to get angry. 

     "Language young lady," My father said, but me being me I ignored his comment and started talking again. Really dad? This ain't time for any moral lessons, dude's life in danger, and all he cares about is the fact that I said bullshit. Anyways I paused then I continued talking, I wasn't done. The most frustrating thing was how both my brothers were standing and none of em said anything like this ain't your father or what?

     "And also why does it have to be my father? I'm not saying that I want Charlie's father dead, but why does any of them have to die, you could go to jail if you killed him right?" I said and I was angry right now.

   "No, you are wrong because at that time they made a law which you already know that you two have to get married or one of us is going to have to kill the other " Charlie's father said.

   "Okay but no one is working in the factory that they used to live in right? So in the end it is an abandoned building, problem solved, no one is going to die." I said and by the time I reached the stairs, Charlie's father spoke again.

    "This ain't gonna solve anything, maybe no one is working in the factory, but this is something that has to be done, so it's either you and Charlie are going to get married or you say goodbye to your father," Charlie's father said in a calm voice, which made me lose it. Okay, this dude is officially in a blacklist that I just made right now.

     "So what do you want me to do, huh, marry someone who I know that I will never be happy with, or get my father killed for something that he didn't do, and you know it's not easy for me to hear that I have to do something or I will lose someone from my family, it is literally like trying to walk with one leg, and put yourself in my shoes imagine someone telling you that you have to do something or that they will kill your son, you will feel miserable, it won't be really easy to take in," I paused, but that wasn't it, I wasn't done talking yet.

     "And did my great grandfather said that it is going to be him, did he say that it had to be him? " I said.


     "Well, he didn't say, anyone, in particular, I am the one who chose actually ." Charlie's father said, he was still so calm, he chose, yeah right, he's like okay so we kill Matt Dallas and then I'll live happily ever after with my family. I want to punch him so bad!


     "Oh so you decided, that it won't be you, so if I disagreed you will kill my father and then live happily ever after with your family and leave mine suffering !!! " I shouted.


     "You know what, fine I'm gonna marry your son,  but if Charlie doesn't agree, no one is gonna die, and we will never talk again and when I see Charlie in the school hallways I am gonna pretend like he's not there and no buts, it is either you agree to this or I am going to have another talk with all of you and trust me it will not be nice at all," I said 

     "Fine Okay, I agree, " Charlie's father said.

" Charlie do you agree to marry Elena?" His mother finally talked for the first time since she stepped foot in this house. She was standing like a statue the whole time and now she wants to talk! As Quantum Holdings' first factory in Iowa used top grade equipment from other planets, it was also the first on Earth to have a production standard that was on par with the other factories in the Alliance.
There were three of such factories in Europe and Asia, and if all of them started producing, they could create 1200 energy-shield boosters every twenty-four hours.
In order to maximize the efficiency of the factory, they were equipped with smart tools from the Alliance. Not only were they beneficial for the production of the energy-shield boosters, once the company launched a new line of machines or electronics, the factory could promptly switch production with great flexibility.
The four factories cost Quantum Holdings over eighty percent of its capital reserves. It could be said that Xia Fei had spent sufficient money in building these factories.
All the workers had experience being in the forefront of production. The highly paid engineers from other planets provided them with a month of training, too. Now that everything was in order, they were only an order away from a constant output of energy-shield boosters.
Vampire slowly landed on the empty space outside the factory, and Xia Fei, Porter, and Charlie descended from it. Because Andre was quite old, he seldom moved around; that was why Charlie was there to tour the factory with Xia Fei in his place.
The factory, which occupied thousands of hectares of land, was not small by any means. The newly built buildings could be seen everywhere.
As work had not yet officially started, the workers were in the garage, undergoing training, taking advantage of whatever time they had left to practice using the tools in preparation for production.
After casually going around the factory, Old Porter had nothing but praises for the equipment imported by Xia Fei. Although it was not cheap by any means, all the equipment had incredible potential and great overall performance. Over time, the benefits of the incredible investment would slowly show itself.
Porter finally saw a finished energy-shield booster in the lab. Charlie passed him some testing results, to which he said after inspecting, "Shield recovery bonus at 31.27 percent. It is not bad judging from the numbers and truly has potential."
Xia Fei smiled. "If it's produced according to the blueprints, it should be able to reach above thirty-five percent recovery rate. It's just that the factory hasn't entered production yet, nor do the workers have production experience, so some parameters have been modified to reduce production complexity. Once the factory runs smoother, there'll be a day when it reaches above thirty-five percent recovery rate."
Porter nodded. "That makes sense; if the production is too difficult, there will be more faulty products and be an increase in costs. Moreover, a thirty-five percent recovery rate is enough to start selling them."
"I think so, too; after the break in period, I'll single out the products that have over thirty-five percent recovery rate and sell them as an enhanced version, and obviously, the price will go up, too," said Xia Fei.
Porter let out a hearty laugh. "Xia Fei, I realized that you have a lot of potential as a shred businessman. The product should at least have a thirty-five percent boosting rate, yet you're passing off the defective ones as normal versions and the ones working correctly as enhanced versions. I think that the profits you can get from these may not just be double.
"In order to get the highest performance, some rich customers will surely choose the more expensive version. After all, their ships are anything but cheap, so they won't care about spending that kind of money. The common customers, meanwhile, can settle for the standard version because that's cheaper.
"For example, if you start off with the standard version at thirty-five percent, the products lower than that will be considered defective. Once a product is labeled defective, it's price will drop dramatically, but you're actually intending to label the defective ones as standard.
Xia Fei scratched his head in embarrassment. In truth, he also planned some deluxe and budget-friendly outside of enhanced and standard. Their boosting rate would be at twenty-five, thirty, thirty-five, or thirty-eight.
Even with the most advanced tools and equipment, the quality still could not be completely identical as every batch of raw materials would have tiny differences, even the temperature of the factory and how experienced the workers were would affect the performance of the finished products.
By splitting the products into four categories, not only did he solve the difference in quality, it even allowed for market separation. Even the defective ones could be passed off as standard versions. As for the ones with thirty-eight percent boosting rate, the price would be anything but cheap.
"Have you received any orders?" asked Porter.
Orders represented the life and blood of a company. If there was nobody willing to buy their product, they would not be able to survive on the market no matter how good their quality was.
Charlie said, slightly worried, "Currently, we have spoken to a few large chain suppliers. They are interested in energy-shield boosters like this, but because of the size and reputation of our company, the suppliers are a bit hesitant to purchase from us. They want us to send over a batch of samples first and will only put down orders once we pass their testing."
Porter furrowed his eyebrows. "Although working with the suppliers can help us break into the market, they will surely try to reduce the price as much as they can, then the profits of the company will be lower by a bit, and they'll have control over distribution and the retail price. If possible, we should avoid that bunch of parasites and work with wholesalers directly."
Old Porter, who now regarded himself as a member of Quantum Holdings, started thinking for the company. Naturally, this made Xia Fei quite happy.
"Uncle Porter, the biggest problem we're facing now is how to promote the energy-shield booster to the rest of the universe. If you have any good suggestions, go ahead," said Xia Fei.
In the ever-changing and unpredictable Pan-Human Alliance, the people had taken business-making to the extreme. A good wine needed no bush, they said, but contemporary retail experience told differently—the better the wine the more bush needed; no matter how good the product was, it would be difficult to demonstrate its proper value without over-the-top marketing hypes.
Porter nodded. "Every so often, there are competitions and procurement bids held in the Alliance, some of which being quite influential. For example, the Admiralty has a warship equipment procurement every year, the Association of Machinists' Golden Finger Cup, and the Supreme Command's ultimate solo ship competition event.
"Not only will people watch competitions like that all over the universe, such events involve the strongest departments and groups in the Alliance. I believe that with the incredible ability of the energy-shield booster, it will definitely stand out in any of those competitions, and if the Admiralty uses this equipment as well, do you even need to advertise the product?" asked Old Porter with a smile.
Xia Fei knew that Old Porter himself was a three-time consecutive champion of the Golden Finger Cup of the Association of Machinists, so obviously he had the know-how around such competitions.
"Uncle Porter, I've thought about your suggestion. Because such prestigious competitions have incredibly high criteria in selecting participants, our company doesn't qualify to compete in any yet. We can join smaller competitions, but the advertising capabilities will obviously pale in comparison. This has brought us some headache," Charlie chimed in.
Porter laughed. "Heh, Charlie did you forget? One doesn't have to join as a company representative per se; a person can participate as an individual, too. Don't you have someone quite suitable for that right in front of your eyes?"
"Uncle Porter, are you willing to represent the company and enter a competition? That's great!" Charlie said excitedly.
Porter shook his head and pointed at Xia Fei. "I can't really show my face around, but Xia Fei does meet the requirements. Be it piloting warships, maintaining spacecraft, or designing products, he has a background in each. He's a member of the Adjudicator Union as well, so there's no better candidate than him.
Old Porter's ideas actually coincided with Xia Fei's. There were not many things that they could do to achieve Alliance-level promotion, and entering various competition events and bidding conferences were probably the best shot they got at increasing their company's visibility.
After all, the cost of entering competitions or bidding conferences was relatively cheap, and it was barely anything compared to extensive advertising. Moreover, they were showing off their products properly, which was many times better than exaggerated advertising.
However, Xia Fei had not decided on which ones to sign up for. The Pan-Human Alliance was so big it was difficult to describe with words. There were many different organizations and parties that it was not realistic to join all of them.
Xia Fei asked after a few moments of thought. "Uncle, you have more experience in this regard; which competition should we join to get the best promotional effect?"
Porter let out a hearty laugh. "You've asked the right person. When I was younger, I was really into these interstellar competitions, but sadly, I wasn't able to participate in all of them." 
They then settled in a quiet office. Xia Fei turned on a microcomputer, and Old Porter started poking around on the projected screen and found a few grand-scale competitions that had started recently.
"I think these are the most suitable ones," said Porter. "The Supreme Command's ultimate solo ship contest is about to start. This competition requires the participants to go through an elimination bracket using select types of ship and has no real requirements on retrofitting, allowing for any type of equipment.
"This is great for us. Usually, the organizers will have requirements for retrofitting, and as the energy-shield booster is a completely new product, it's entirely impossible to join the list of suppliers in such a short time, so we can only enter competitions that have no rules regarding that.
"Obviously, there are drawbacks to competitions like this one. Many competitors will have no care for money, buying the best type of equipment their ships need with what their money can afford to achieve the best performance possible. We don't have a lot of funds to purchase top-tier equipment anymore, do we?"
Xia Fei nodded. No doubt that it would be an unfair battle between a normal warship and one fitted with plenty of high-end equipment. High-class equipment was way better than average equipment, after all.
Xia Fei still had some funds in his account, but he could not just use them all to himself. Either way, it might not be beneficial to invest it all, for investing funds was like a bottomless pit, and there was always room for more money.
Porter smiled. "We can try for this contest. Your warship is quite high-performing. Though it's not as well-equipped as your opponents' ships, it certainly still has a fighting chance.
"You don't have to worry about not winning either, for there's an even more reasonable cpmtest after that. You have a good chance if you treat the first competition as a warm-up and go all out on the second one," Porter said excitedly.


Due to an unexpected turn of events, Xia Fei consumed a Super Gene Optimization Fluid that bore no brand, expiry date, instructions or stated its place of origin.

" Can i come too?" a boy around 10 asked me , standing at the door of my room.

I took a clear look at him . He had the same features as the Steven and Santino . And i was sure that hes the middle one.

" I'm Sage . Santino's brother." Told ya.

I nodded for him to come in . 

He came and sat on the chair next to me . " Are you Tino's mate?" he asked me curiously .

" Something like that . Its complicated not gonna lie." i rwplied giving him a small smile.

He gave a warm smile " I totally understand ." and then he looked at steven who now had red puffy eyes. 

" Why are you crying ?" He raised an eyebrow .

" Twino , was gwoing to hwit me ." He said almost at the verge of breaking down into another fit of tears. He looked up at me and then  hugged me tightly.

" Can i hear thwe stwory Ella?" He asked me .

" I want story too Ella." i heard Sage join steven . These cute little boys .

" Ok we are going to talk about Charlie and the chocolate factory ." Sage moved onto the bed along with steven . Sage on the right and steven on the left. 

I continued with the story and they kept asking me question and we kept joking about charlies character . Being a ling time since i laughed , honestly it felt good. Peaceful. I loved the little moment , though i knew this would vanish once Santino barges in.

I saw steven yawn followed by Sage.

" Sleepy?" i asked to which both of them nodded.

Sage slept on the right side . And steven on my chest .

I didn't mind . They needed attention which i'm pretty sure they harldy got . One Question . Where are their parents though?.

" Have you lost it . Dude you nearly ripped your brothers head . What has got into you ?" my beta Tyler  asked me .

Silence was all i could give him in response.

" Tino , is it the wo.." 

" Get out !" i sneered. And he left without a word .

The once calm atmosphere had turned intense when Evelyn asked the last thing Charlie wanted her to ask. He sat there and gave her no reaction whatsoever. His head hung low as he silence himself to emptiness.

Revealing to Evelyn about what had truly happened between him and Noah was what Charlie didn't want to do. He was afraid that if Evelyn took action over it, the situation would end up even worse than how it already was. 

"Why are you quiet? Is it because Noah threatened you?" She started to boombard him with more questions after her previous question was left unanswered. She was baffled at how he was not reacting to any of her questions.

Meanwhile, Charlie kept his cool and continued to ignore her interrogation. He also avoided making eye contact with her in the process. 

"Charlie, i think it's time for you to be honest with her now so that we can settle out your problems and continue with our waffle batter task. If you're gonna sit there and say nothing, when will this ever ends?" Brian said, lowkey begging Charlie to sort out his problems and his own feelings. Brian tried his best to make Charlie explain about the situation he went through. 

Brian's words had left Charlie feeling guilty as he thought about the choices he had to make and the consequences of it. He thought long and deep as Evelyn sat there, waiting for him to say something. Charlie finally took the decision to explain about the whole situation.

"Fine, I'll tell you," Charlie said with his voice sounding rather not willing as he was still in doubt of his choices. 

"There was this one time where i received a punch and also a threat from someone," he continued. 

-FLASHBACK-

"Was that enough for you?" The person whispered to his ear, feeling proud of his own punch. Charlie fell down face flat on the ground after receiving the strong excruciating punch. He couldn't fight back due to the immense pain he was experiencing.

"Don't you get it? The way you're so close to Evelyn makes my stomach turn and you pisses me off! I've warned you many times and you never listen. You're really testing my patience, aren't you? Jackass," The person said as he harshly pushed Charlie's forehead with his index finger. Charlie sat there on the hard ground, still not fighting back and swallowed every word the person said. He was frightened at the situation despite still holding onto the burning pain. 

"Because of your braveness on testing me, me and my gang would like to give you a little life lesson," he smirked at Charlie's expression, scared of what's about to come. 

"However, you have to remember that just because I've already given you a lesson, doesn't mean I'm gonna let you go. This is only a small present for you because you really doesn't know how to obey me, don't you?" He continued. He then proceeded to ball up a fist and swung another punch onto Charlie's stomach, in a way to set free his bottled up anger. Charlie's body began to weaken as he seriously couldn't fight back.

"What are you waiting for? Beat him up 'till he wishes he can't meet tomorrow again!" The person proudly called on his friends. On that evening, Charlie was beaten up dreadfully by a group of people. Charlie was in despair as he had lost hope in everything due to the amount of pain he received continuously. 

"The choice is yours to make. Whether you want to live free or die in my hand!" The person said as he then proceeded to spit beside Charlie. 

"Ah and one more thing, it's not just me who despise your closeness with Evelyn. But there's another one! You know, I can't believe that this ugly girl even has a crush on you. Oops, I forgot that you're also just as hideous!" They all laughed in front of Charlie's face before walking off, leaving Charlie on the ground, weak as ever. 

-END OF FLASHBACK-

Evelyn gritted her teeth, feeling all sorts of anger as she carefully listened to every word Charlie enunciated. Brian who was eating his chocolate cake, was also feeling dissatisfied as Charlie told them the story. The chocolate cake was destroyed by Brian who was letting his anger out by stabbing the cake with the fork in his hand.

"Tell me his name," Evelyn forced, desperately wanting to get revenge on his side. 

"Yeah! Tell us the name!" Brian supported Evelyn out as he also wanted to know who it was that had the audacity to beat Charlie up. 

"N.. Noah and his gang," Charlie said, stuttering his words out as he got scared of the consequences he thought that would happen to him. 

"He's crossing the line! Charlie, don't listen to him. It's a big waste of time. If he ever messes with you again, just let me finish him," she said, holding back her rage as she held onto the fork tightly in her hand as if she was about to kill somebody with it. 

"That's right!" Brian once again supported on Evelyn's words. Charlie let out a small chuckle at both of their attitude. He knew deep in his heart, he felt happy that they both cared a lot about his well being. 

"Hang on. But who is the girl that likes you?" Brian brought up the topic, thinking about Noah's words. The question brought silence to the three of them as they all thought of whoever the girl could be. 

"I don't have a clue," Charlie simply replied.

A little boy was quietly crying to himself in the corner of his room. His mind went blank. The thought of his mom's words before she left him alone kept playing in his mind. His mom died in a tragic road accident.

He was in sorrow knowing how he was badly bullied at school. every day he would show up in class with bruised eyes, wounds everywhere caused by his bullies.

That was the sad truth of his daily routine.
