A midwife approached them and advised Mumut to eat when there were no contractions, so that later when she pushed, she would have the energy to release the baby. Although she was not in the mood because she felt that the food that had entered her mouth was not good, Mumut finally wanted to eat the food provided by the hospital. Mumut opened her mouth, took in the mouthful Bian offered.
"Don't mind the taste of the food, the important thing is for you to eat," whispered Bian, encouraging Mumut. After two mouthfuls, Mumut felt another contraction. 
After the contractions subsided, Mumut again took a mouthful from Bian and took a sip of the drink he offered. She ate the rice along with the side dishes and vegetables without tasting the taste. The important thing was that she had the energy when she was in labour later on.
"Enough," she said then. She really couldn't afford to finish the food on the plate.
Bian didn't force Mumut to finish her food. He put the plate on the table then stood up and kissed her forehead.
"Let's pray that we are blessed with ease and smoothness on the labour, Dear," whispered Bian in her ear. He wiped the sweat on her face.
One hour later Mom, Mother, and Auntie Atik came. They entered the delivery room one by one. Mom looked so worried about seeing Mumut's condition, while Mother looked calmer. They met Mumut for a while and then waited outside the room because the hospital policy was that only one person could accompany a mother in labour.
A repeat examination was carried out four hours after the first examination, the results were all normal and the opening increased to seven inches. Mumut's uterus contracted more frequently, especially when she tilted to the left as the officer suggested.
"It hurts, Honey," complained Mumut as her contractions became more and more painful.
"Yes, be patient, okay? It is said that women's jihad is to give birth," whispered Bian while kissing his wife's chubby cheek. "Just pray."
Bian stroked Mumut's back and kiss her forehead to reduce the pain that Mumut felt. Mumut smiled a little while enduring the pain. Mumut tried not to scream when the contractions came. She would grimace and occasionally complain to Bian when the pain came and tried to breathe long even though she wanted to push, as the doctor and midwife said.
Increasingly, Mumut's contraction became shorter and shorter and became even more painful and longer. Mumut felt no longer strong when she felt the push in her lower body. Mumut immediately gripped Bian's arm even harder.
"It hurts so much and feels like urinating. Please call the doctor, Dear. I can't stand it ... any longer," asked Mumut, grimacing in pain.
Bian kissed his wife on the forehead and pressed a button to call the doctor. An Ob-Gyn doctor and a midwife came to the room. "Thank you, Doctor, thank you, ma'am," said Mumut to doctor and midwife who helped her, to which Bian approved with a nod.
"Thank you too, Madame. This is our duty," doctor Andri smiled. He was even more amazed when he realized the VIP pair in front of him were not ordinary people.
After finished assisting the childbirth and sewing Mumut's torn perineum, doctor Andri went into the doctor's ward to write documents while Midwife Yulia lifted the little one from Mumut's chest and dressed and provided care for the newborn.
"Thank you, Dear." Bian kissed his wife's cheeks again.
Mumut smiled at Bian with joy. then she grimaced again when she felt the contractions in her uterus.
Midwife Yulia approached them and put the baby beside Mumut and taught her how to breastfeed.

This is very important day for the Greyrat's household because Zenith started to go into labor. Most of all, it was very dangerous because it was a breech delivery.

Before, Lilia was the one who conducted Zenith's normal delivery of Rudeus, but they decided to hire a midwife because Lilia was also in a delicate situation.

Rudy and Paul was nervous because the midwife didn't have any experience doing breech delivery. One of the worst possible outcome of breech delivery is the umbilical cord was wrapped around in the baby's delicate neck, so Lilia doesn't have a choice to help out in the delivery since the midwife don't have any solutions.

Going into labor for so long, both mother and child had lapsed into a dangerous situation. Rudy started to also help out in the delivery and used his Holy Chains to ease her pain.

One thing led to another and all of their sweats and efforts are finally paid off, the dangerous delivery was successful. They couldn't help but smile from there hearts when they hear the lovely cry of the baby.

"It's a girl!" The midwife look at the gender of the baby and tell everyone that she's a girl.

The midwife bring the baby to Zenith so she can hold her for the first time.

"Darling, Rudy, Lilia... Look at the new member of our family... Norn, welcome to our life..." Zenith, still exhausted, tried her best to give smile for her adorable daughter.

Paul couldn't help but be worried about his wife, because her life was in danger a while ago. He kissed her forehead and look at her daughter.

"Honey, thank you for giving birth on our second child. I think you should rest first, you will see our child when you woke up anyway." Zenith didn't refuse and Paul holds his daughter so she can start to take rest now.

Lilia was happy that the delivery is successful, like when she was the midwife before and gave birth to Rudeus. She always find happy whenever she successful see a new born child and personally welcome it.

"Madam, congratulations for you sec---Arggghhh!" Lilia's sudden cry gathers attention from all the members in the room.

They all witness that her water finally breaks, a sign of giving birth to child. Realizing this, the midwife and Rudy was nervous once again because this is premature delivery.

The baby might not be properly form or it might caused a complications if the child born early from the intended date. But since it already started, the midwife now takes control of the situation and handles it perfectly.

Thank god because this midwife was an expert on premature delivery, she tells Paul to bring Lilia to a clean room. Rudy spanks him to make his Dad stop from being nervous. Though he can't help but be nervous when a while ago, he's also praying about his wife and child's safety.

Rudy decided to take Lilia from his room because he always keep it clean as much as possible. He supported the midwife by making hot water using magic and tried his best to gather clean clothes.

It didn't take longer than Zenith's delivery and finally, Lilia gave birth a healthy child. They just hope that there's no complications later on.

"Oh my, your baby is also a girl!" The midwife thinks that Paul' wives coincidentally gave birth a daughter.

"Paul, come here... Look at our daughter." Lilia calls his name lovingly.

Paul immediately approach her and his sweaty hands hold hers tightly.

"Thank you Lilia, for giving me a lovable daughter." He kissed her cheeks, making Lilia blushed.

"Let's call our daughter Aisha, I think this girl suits this name." Paul smiles at her.

"Then please take care of us from now on, my husband..." This is the first time that she acknowledge that she was now married. At least, her guilt feelings where slightly gone due to giving birth there child.

After the two deliveries was done, Rudy looks at the two babies that sleeping peacefully in there own cribs.

"Norn, Aisha... We finally meet! I'm going to become more respectable brother from now on." This is the first time that he was getting siblings so he was delighted at the thought on how he would teach his two sisters about something.

*sigh* 'If only the Fedoa incident didn't happen, we will never separate in the future.' Rudeus began to think deeply once again.

This incident will become detrimental to all of them, because one wrong move, and the Greyrat household will lose a member. But if he prevent this incident, he wouldn't know when the danger will find him, he will greatly change history that it might become disadvantage in the process. Because his greatest advantage in this world is knowing one possible future.

He also knows that his enemies can look in the future or can travel back in time, so Rudy needs to be careful of changing it or these enemies will react to it, and Rudy's advantage will go to waste.

He will follow the plot first and until he was powerful enough, Rudy will shake this universe that Dragon God Orsted, Fighting God Badigadi, or even Human God Hitogami won't stop him.

Time passed fast and Rudy becomes seven years old now.

The two sisters, Norn and Aisha, are growing up without any problems.

They cry whenever they wet the bed, dirty there diapers, get hungry or feels something's wrong. They really don't know whether to laugh or cry when the two sisters was crying non-stop without any reason.

It's normal to cry at night, it's also normal to cry in the morning. So it's not strange when the two sisters was crying harder during the day.

When Rudy came to there lives, they didn't experience hardships because he didn't entirely cry ever since, he always smile or use weird sounds so they know when he dirty his diaper or gets hungry.

Now that they experience what normal baby does, Paul and Zenith was starting to crumble within. They really lack on how to handle a new born baby.

Lilia on the other hand, expertly take care of the two sisters' needs without breaking a sweat. Even though she needs to wake up very early, you can tell that she was brimming with smiles and notice that she enjoys to take care of babies.

"This is the right thing, this is actually... Definitely, raising children! It was too easy before since Rudy was smart as a baby, you can't call it raising a child..." Lilia want to teach her husband and her friend on how to raise there daughters properly without crumbling mentally.

Rudy praised himself because making Lilia stay and becomes the member of our family was a great decision. She really supports his parents and he knows that Lilia was starting to forgive herself about what she have done.

Though you can call Rudy, cheating. He shamelessly used his Scarlet Sharingan to copy Lilia about taking care children.

He didn't take a full hour, and Rudy was now expert on taking care of his two sisters. Paul was shocked and looks at Rudy with envy, when he saw his son changing the diapers, cleaning there dirty bodies and serving them with bottled milk, making Paul realized how useless he is as a father.

Rudy couldn't help but sigh about his dad. Yes, he is astounding adventurer and he was great at swordsmanship. Many villagers trust him about there safety, but when it comes in being a father, he really lacks experience. 

'This is his second... I mean his third baby, and he still half baked as a father.' All Rudy was asking to him was make an effort at trying to take care of his daughters. 

Though he sacrificed his time to take training, he didn't forget why he trained everyday and becomes strong, to protect this family from dangers. But if he becomes strong at the price of his family's happiness, then he won't forgive himself for that and just wasted the one chance that Watanuki gave him.

He decided to help Lilia at taking care of his sisters, so his parents take a load off and Lilia could take a few rest. Rudy also tells Sylphy that he will refrain to see her in the hills so Sylphy now always going in his house to see him and his two adorable sisters.

Lilia was happy that Rudy was taking an effort to take care not only Norn, but also Aisha. That's she appreciates him more than ever because she can tell how much Rudy love his sisters.

"You don't have to worry Rudy, you can start playing with Sylphy tomorrow." Lilia finally said it.

Since she's insisting, Rudy then proceed to go to Sylphy's residence and decided to spend time with her and her parents. The two was playing with magic, and didn't do anything questionable. 

Even if they want to, they can't since with there Observation Haki and En, they can sense two adults are trying to peak inside the room. So the day ends with only just playing.

Today, Sunday, I'm going to meet up, alone, with Mrs Summs and the midwife whose name I don't know yet at the local library at 10 AM. Mrs Summs and I decided the library would be the best place for a serious conversation.
Jessie and Julie are a bit disappointed that they can't go with me, but they understand that I want this to stay secret for as long as possible. Also, Lisa doesn't know about the midwife, since she's not in our group - in fact, the only thing she knows about my pregnancy is that I'm pregnant.
Anyway, I'm walking to the library now. It's 9:40 AM, and the weather is nice. I'm going to be early, so I'll stand by the doors and wait for Mrs Summs and the midwife she found for me.

I nod, and Carly begins to ask me questions about my schedule, my life, my family, health issues in my family if any, my health, and other things. I answer her as best as I can and tell her my parents kicked me out last year.
"Kicked you out?" asks Carly. "Why?"
I say, "I'm lesbian."
Carly looks surprised. "How did you get pregnant then?"
"I got drunk," I explain, feeling a bit ashamed.
Carly nods. "It happens," she says reassuringly to me. "Now, I think that's all for now, unless you have any questions?"
I shake my head. Carly says, "Very well. I have your number and you have mine, so give me a call whenever you need - as long as it is at a reasonable time, of course, though if you feel something might be wrong, call me even if it is in the middle of the night."
I smile. "Thank you," I say sincerely. Carly is very kind. She obviously knows what she's talking about, and she gives me orders in a caring way.
"Now, I'm going to schedule a scan for you, maybe in five weeks or so," says Carly as she begins to stand up.
I nod, standing up as well. "When will I begin ... you know?" I ask. "When will I begin to show?" is what I want to ask, but I can't say it aloud.
Carly smiles understandingly. "It depends but you'll probably show around twelve weeks," she informs me.
I say, "I think I'm about eight weeks or so along now, so ...?"
Carly nods. "I'll be scheduling a scan for you when you're around twelve weeks along," she says, "which is also when you're likely to start showing."
I nods. At least I'll have a few weeks of peace, and then ... I'm doomed, when everyone finds out. I just know it.
At least I'll have Bobby, Jessie, and Julie. I'm lucky to have such wonderful friends. I think, probably everyone needs friends.
"Anyway," continues Carly, and I turn my attention back to her, "I understand if you want some peace before everything comes out, but I'd advise you to inform a teacher or one of the school nurses."
I think about it. "Well," I say slowly, "I think I'd prefer it if I told a school nurse, not a teacher."
Carly nods. "That's fine," she says, "just be sure to tell them so they know about your condition and can prepare for unplanned events but ones that may happen."
I nod. "I will," I say. "Do I have to do it this week?"
Carly replies, "As soon as you can is the best, but you can wait another week, if you want." Then she says, "Also, one more thing," and she sits down again.
I copy her and do the same. "Yeah?" I say nervously.
Carly smiles. "Relax," she says. "Only, I would like to know where you would prefer to give birth, should nothing go wrong?"
I think about it. "What are my options?" I ask Carly.
Mrs Summs speaks up. "Well, honey, I'm thinking that you can come stay with me and my husband when you are maybe four months or five months pregnant, so maybe around Christmas, in December," she begins. "If you accept our offer, then you can give birth in our home or at a hospital. Also, it would allow you to rest properly."
I protest at once. "I'm graduating next year, at the end of May," I point out.
Mrs Summs nods. "Yes, honey, I know," she says gently, "but you can take a short break from college for a semester, and then go back next August and probably graduate next December."
I pause, thinking. "I'll think about it," I promise her, and Mrs Summs smiles.
Carly nods. "Right," she says. "If you do accept Marie and Kevin's offer, you can choose a hospital or their home." Then she adds, "I normally wouldn't advise just anyone to go live with someone, but Marie and Kevin are very kind people, plus Marie gave birth to Bobby, who I believe is a friend of yours, and his brother, Patrick, in their home, so I won't worry much if you choose to give birth at home. Of course, that would be if there are no real, serious complications during your pregnancy. If there is any, the safer choice would be a hospital."
I nod. "Okay," I say. "I'll think about it."

"Do that," agrees Carly. "There's no hurry yet." Then she says, "I'm going to schedule a real appointment at a clinic in this town that I work with for you next week so I can run tests, if it's okay."
I nod, and we all stand up and leave the library, and I head to the cafe, where Bobby, Jessie, and Julie told me they will spend the morning. It's only 11:40 AM, so I think they'll be there. I can't wait to tell them everything! I think I'm finally beginning to catch their excitement about this, even though I'm still really nervous.
