Story 1st "One night": the story is about how the protagonist who came to relax and spend time watching stars had an unexpected visitor and how it made his life upside down and converted that night into a horrible and permanent memory of his entire life.
 It was my first ever original written story. Of course, it has room for a lot of improvement, but it also has sentimental value to it, and that's why I decided to keep it up here as a reminder of the starting. 

Story 2nd: " The Island Trip."
It's about a group of friends who booked the ticket to the vacation island trip. They were going to be festivities and concerts, and it sounded like the best way to socialize and clear their mind after a hectic year. 
But what they didn't expect was to be followed by someone.
And with the turning events, they ended up in a place where they were warned to never go. 
A tale full of twists and turns and plots thickens with every chapter.
TW: one character's death/ violence. (little bit not heavy on violence.)

Story 3rd: "Not Alone."
The story is about Ethan, who was transferred to a new office which was out of town. The new place where he was living was causing trouble for Ethan.
The story is full of Paranormal activities and hauntings. The mc has anxiety attacks and existential crises, and the spirit took advantage of it. Read it to know what happens to him, if he survives it or not.

This story has no real plot every page is a story (most likely it will be 2-3 pages per story) its just a bunch horror stories

On Saturday, April 19th, at Feng Bujue's home, Xiao Tan, Master Bao, and Brother Jue were seated on the sofa in the living room, staring at the television. Over the years, the lighting managers for variety shows appeared to have lost their mind. They did not seem satisfied until they blinded the eyes of all the viewers, and that was also the case with this show. The spotlights on the stage flickered, and the camera moved with them.
The contestants' corner was dim. Seven contestants sat next to each other with one meter between them, and each of them had a panel before them. The light hit them from a strange angle so that the audience could see their outline clearly but not their faces. As the music began, a host walked onto the stage. Compared to a certain fatty from the Death Quiz, this host was more believable. He was dressed in a casual tux and had an earpiece in. He walked steadily to the middle of the stage. After he stood still, he raised his arms. The spotlights stopped and gathered on him. The host bowed lightly and said, "Welcome to I Am a Writer. I am your host, Oscar."
Two seconds later, the lights lit up the whole stage and the audience, but the contestants' corner was still dim, like they were shooting a horror movie. Oscar was obviously just a stage name. Nowadays, people could accept any stage name as long as it was not Jin Fugui.
"Alright, audience members, I bet everyone has been waiting a long time for this…" Oscar turned to raise his arm at the contestants. "We have seven contestants with us today, and we have met six of them already. I believe the audience will be able to tell who they are from their shadows…"
"How come the second thing out of the host's lips is 'everyone has been waiting a long time for this'?" Xiao Tan asked.

"After each break for advertisement, the host has to slip in certain advertisement slogans from the sponsors. Some of them can be quite long. These won't be recorded live but added later."
"Is that so?" Xiao Tan sighed. "It's not easy to be a host."
"Shush, it's time to introduce the contestants," Master Bai reminded him.
In the image, the lights near the first contestant lit up. It was male youth with spectacles. He was around thirty, slightly rotund, and dressed casually. Thunderous applause came from the audience. Even though Mo Buxiang did not have as many diehard fans as the previous contestants, many male audience members chose to support her as their second choice.
The fifth contestant was shown, also a male. He was about thirty and had classic African American curls. He wore sunglasses indoor and looked quite muscular.
"Fifth contestant, Onto the Field. An online author and editor for a famous sports magazine. He has thirteen short novellas in the sports genre. His style is more realistic in setting. With his professional knowledge, he is well loved by sports fans," Oscar said. "Main editor's comment—an author who knows what he's writing about. The best of the best in his genre, that is undeniable."
After the applause ended, the sixth contestant showed himself. He looked quite similar to Xuan Tianzong, but in terms of presence and fashion sense, he looked older.
"Sixth contestant, Soda. A known online writer, famous for his supernatural and ghost stories. He has seven long novels, and they have all been claimed as classics. He is well known in and out of the industry and is called our generation's master of horror," Oscar said. "Is that so?" Feng Bujue answered casually.
"Main editor's comment," Oscar continued, "if you're good enough but you can't shine, make sure you are irreplaceable."
"Ha ha…" Feng Bujue's lips twitched.
"Based on our show's habit, every episode we will allow the newcomer to set the episode's theme." He walked to Feng Bujue's podium. "Contestant Bujue, you have three minutes to consider. In the meantime, we will enter the commercials."
"What did you set?" Xiao Tan asked.
Feng Bujue did not answer and pointed at the screen. This version did not have commercials, so after a quick change of scene, it was time to reveal the answer. Among the other appointed casts, Morgan Freeman and James Whitmore agreed right away, whereas Bob Gunton considered for some time before he agreed. Renovations to the place would cost more than building a set in a film studio, so only outdoor scenes were shot there. However, most of the outdoor shots were big scenes, and they did not have enough extras at that moment, thus Adrian even contacted the penitentiary to have a number of their workers make a cameo. With the number of people, even the slightest problem would require them to retake shots.
"Get everyone ready, we'll begin a test shot in 10 minutes," Adrian contacted the people below through a walkie talkie. "Why am I in such a hurry? Because I don't have much time. According to my plan, it'll be best to finish both the outdoor scenes and indoor scenes in three weeks," Adrian answered when he was questioned by Nathan White.
Nathan was the producer sent by Universal Pictures and was only in charge of reporting the financial expenditures of the crew to the company. Universal was rather hesitant about investing in the film at the start because they thought that Adrian was producing a film that was adapted from one of Stephen King's horror novels, but they eventually concluded that it was worth the investment based on Adrian's performance. However, they later realized that the novel was one of the novels from Stephen King's medium-length collection that received the worst reviews, hence they were troubled.
It was a well-known fact that Stephen King was famous for his horror novels, but it was the exact reason he was often criticized by mainstream critics. Huh, as expected even if they did accept, the wage is basically a slave whip. It was enough only to live through a day-to-day paycheck. And most of it was physical labor too… what would you expect, honestly.
So I went back home, not yet defeated but I chose the available path still shone for me. It might take longer and require a hefty investment for my wallet, but it should pay off in the long run.
I bought a stack of paper and some pens. I have been writing throughout my life, and I also brought a few worth journals I have written when I was with my mother back home.
And with that, almost all of my money had sunk. It's all or nothing.
Let's see, in this time, mystery and horror novels should be on the rise. 
I finished the first manuscripts after a week of staying inside my room. Then wrote a proposal, send it along with the manuscripts via mail to the local Francois publisher. I just hope it would go through.
Even if the works were heavily inspired by some famous writers, as I tried to emulate their writing style to my best of ability, it won't be so easily accepted. No need to wait with bated breath, I work to the next manuscripts.
This time about the sci-fi genre. I hope the current age readers would be invigorated with the ridiculous idea is presented. As such I send it again but to different publishers. Coincidentally I received the letter for my first novel.
Color me luck, it was accepted. They were exhilarated, saying the presence of a female lead in the manuscript was quite the novelty. To be honest, I didn't care about that, since I thought a girl as the main character is fairly charming.
I met them, as there's a paper of invitation to their office. Of course, it was the same reaction I always get. They were skeptical once they've seen me, thinking it must be a joke.
So, I only presented them with the next manuscripts. Even matching my writing style to convince them. 
They refused. Huh, and here I thought my speaking skill and evidence was enough to convince anybody. In the end, I left the office empty-handed.
Not surprisingly, I also got rejected by the second proposal. The novels were getting quiet a welcoming reception but I do not.
Ironic.
The third time the charm I guess, I revised the manuscripts for fault and sent both of them to another publisher. It was a small timer company located above a newspaper printing office.
This time, I didn't want to meet them face to face, stating I would rather remain unknown for the time being and communicating through mail services.
It seems they're fairly desperate as they accepted the terms, as such I sent the full manuscripts a week later. After a few days of finalizing with the editor, the two novels got published under the name of Bougainvillea.
I don't want to waste time, and counting the chicken before it hatches, as such I began to work for the next proposals. This time about things such as crossword, caricatures drawing, and strip comics, I sent them to the local newspaper printing office.
Tomorrow morning, there's still no news of the novel sales yet. I waited for a week as I mostly work for my journals, mostly about my past knowledge and plans as not to forget it. 
The mails come in a week later, as expected the newspaper office accepted it. I told them, using the same method I used for the novels. It also comes along with the news for the novels.
Looks like it started to sell when a prominent figure accidentally stumbled upon it on a whim and recommended it. Though I forgot the crucial parts, where the money should go?
I quickly went outside and arranged a meeting with a broker. A rather shady man, but I heard he had quite a reputation. I wanted to open a bank account to the Waldstätte Confederacy, or basically the equivalent of Swiss in this world.
It's rather silly, some of the names are still unchanged, and yet others took a different and sometimes gibberish name.
Going back, since the Waldstätte was famous for their neutrality it should be safe to deposit all of my earnings there. The work was quickly smoothed out with the help of grease called money in which I don't have any more afterward other than some small changes enough to buy a piece of bread for tomorrow.
Incidentally, the proposals for the newspaper had passed the tomorrow morning as I began to work in earnest for the rest of the month. 
Before I knew it, winter had passed into spring.

This is a sort of rewrite for my other Fanfic "Weltkrieg - Youjo Senki Fic"

Xiao Wu looked at the bloody mess on the ground and wondered how exactly she did that. All she did was slap the large creature in hopes of scaring it away. Never would she have thought that she would make the large creature explode. 
*Rumble*
Xiao Wu felt her stomach rumble as she looked at the chunks of meat on the ground. She walked over and saw a large thigh that was two times the size of her that was mostly still intact and picked it up and rested it on her shoulder.  Her current strength did not even seem to faze Xiao Wu as she got lost in thought. "Since I caused this, I might as well not waste it. I just hope it tastes good… I also need to clean this blood off me… So sticky! But which way is which?" 
Xiao Wu was a little lost. She looked all around her but had no idea where she was. All she knew at this time was that she had white jaded skin that was now splashed with blood and a tattered purple robe that seemed to have been through a shredder and long black hair. The robe itself looked like something you would see in a wuxia novel. Xiao Wu had read many of those novels so she had an idea of what they looked like. But as for her current position or where she was on the planet, she had no idea.
 "Wait… didn't that large creature talk!?" It was only now that it clicked in her head that the large creature had actually talked to her. "I do not think there are any creatures on earth that could talk like that, not to mention I have never seen such a creature before. Unless this is some kind of secret government experiment… If that is the case that would explain my tattered rags.  The only other option would be that I somehow transmigrated like in those novels…" 
Pausing for a moment Xiao Wu let out a light laugh: "Hahahaha... There is no way right..." Xiao Wu reached inside her robe and stuck her finger into her pussy. "Ouch! Fuck! Okay, this is definitely not my body! I lost my virginity a long ass time ago! Tsss... Yeah, that hurt." 
Looking at her clean finger Xiao Wu let out a sigh of relief. "At least I didn't pop my own cherry. I will wait until I am in the heat of the moment to pop that so I do not feel it so much… But now I want to know what my face looks like. I hope I am so beautiful that I can cause the downfall of a nation!"
Xiao Wu chuckled to herself. Using that line really made her smile.  She had always wanted to use it once ever since she read it in a novel. But never had the chance to do so until now! "Since I do not know what direction is which I can only rely on the best method known to man!"  
Xiao Wu picked up a large stick, stabbed it into the ground lightly and let go! It teeter tottered back and forth before falling to the ground in which case Xiao Wu walked in the opposite direction. 
A few minutes later...
 "My father always said go in the direction opposite of what the stick points to. Otherwise, you will always run into trouble. But I would like to ask this of you now, father. What kind of fucking logic is that!? When I am now staring down the throat of a large ass creature with rancid smelling breath!" In front of Xiao Wu was another large creature. She had just wanted to find some water and make a small camp for the night. She did not expect that she would be face to face with another large ass creature! 
"Umm... Excuse me…. Mr or Miss large creature would you mind if I just passed by? I  need to find a place to wash this blood off." Xiao Wu asked nicely with a big smile on her face. Although her knees were shaking she figured it would be best to take the nice approach!
"Little human you really seem to not understand that walking into this king's domain is the same as offering yourself to my dinner ta..." The large Creature did not get to finish its words as it suddenly felt a painful sensation on the side of its face as it looked at Xiao Wu in horror. The damn human actually smacked it so hard that it felt all the spiritual qi in its body start to turn against its meridians and organs. Its body started to swell up like a balloon before reaching a certain point and then…
 *Boom* 
The whole large creature exploded in front of Xiao Wu's eyes. Xiao Wu's eyes went wide seeing this scene. It was just like out of a horror movie when a body explodes. "Are my slaps really that powerful?" Xiao Wu looked at her hand a bit scared. "I need to be careful in case I cause myself to explode..."  
"I should just keep going for now. I am hungry and thirsty. I need to find a water source." Xiao Wu continued on for almost five hours before she finally found a small pond.
She quickly found a decent sized spot and placed the large leg that was two times the size of her down on to the ground before running over to the water's edge. She scooped up some water and turned around so that the dirt and blood on her face would not drip into the water. She rubbed her face clean and gazed at her reflection in the water. "I already knew this wasn't my body but by looking at this face, I am at least eighteen years of age and this face… I truly am a beauty that can cause the downfall of a nation. Tsss…" 
At this time a sharp pain ran through Xiao Wu's head after looking at her reflection. Memories that did not belong to her flashed in her mind.

Some time, Some space;

A group of flickering white orbs shined in this space.

They were colliding against each other, some getting bigger and bigger, others smaller, the rest dying out.

They were all traveling to a single direction, but they kept on pushing, colliding, & swallowing each other; they did not have any other choice after all, unless they wanted to quickly weaken and die.

Along with time; the group of white orbs kept getting lesser & lesser, until only one of them remained.

It was a special one among them. While others were getting bigger, it was getting smaller and denser. While others were losing their shine, the orb contained it in and was only getting brighter. 

This, was thanks to its innate talent. 

It was not like the others did not have their own innate abilities, it was just that its talent and environment fit together perfectly, which made it survive this crisis with ease.

The white orb steadily went forward toward its direction.

Edward woke up, feeling---nothing. It was an odd feeling, novel but disturbing at the same time.

That was the plan, and he was in the day prepared to retire, but his life ended at that time. That life ended when a meteor shower tore through the ultra thin atmosphere and detonated the world like a big firecracker.

He survived at that time, although only with his soul, but he was not the only one, and could not  survive forever. 

The void was eating away at them, so all they could do was to hurl their soul to the direction their instincts were pointing them to. 

Their soul force was not enough to survive the journey, so they ate away at each other. Edward then found out that he could siphon away their soul force, & he did just that. 

He awakened his soul's innate talent & ate them all; strengthening himself more than enough for the journey. 

Now that Edward gained himself a new life, and could do nothing more than think, he started to plan for his future-self...as a baby.

Why suddenly so urgent to do it? Because his innate talent is eerily similar to a horror novel's protagonist, and if he learned anything about horror novels, then it's that protagonists almost always die in it.

Ed reincarnated in Resident Evil, with a cheat to boot. How will he fare in that dark and gore filled world? 
Will he be able to change anything as Angie's older brother?

Elyon knew that "Romance" is not his strong point. He writes a fantasy story with romance, but he can't tell if the romance will be able to attract female readers. Out of curiosity, he asked some of his fellow authors the question "Why do you read romance stories?"

Here are their answers…

Kyosei: Because I am single. 

Reili: To fill my empty void of a love life.

Minrei: Because romance let you feel what is to be loved, plus it is universal you dont need to learn magic or cultivation in order to read.

Bajj: Due to lack of romance irl.

Murakami: I read because I enjoy the friction and conflict between the FL and ML. The insistence vs resistance is naisu.

Qin: I reads romance only for ideas and info.

VlassisBehrakis: I don't read romance novels.

[A/N: Oof I asked the wrong person.]

Elyon then  ̶a̶m̶b̶u̶s̶h̶e̶d̶ asked some readers about their opinion about romance novels.

Yin: I read romance novels because I want that kind of drama to happen to me in real life. But I know it will never happen haha.

A Certain Irresistible Meowlin: I wonder why? And I do read romance novels. Though the chance of me dropping them is also the highest out of all the genres. Every so often I come across a scene that makes me just want to squeal and fangirl.

Elyon decided to dig deeper and asked a few of his senior "romance authors" some questions about their reason for writing romance stories.

The first question is… Why did you choose to write Romance Stories?

Anjeeriku: I'm comfortable writing romance stories compared to other genres. I'm a helpless romantic person and I like novels that can invoke other people's feelings.

Bajj: First of all, I like reading romance story. It was the reason why I read books before and reading other genres comes after. All in all, due to these romance fiction books, I got the opportunity to read more great books with different genre.

MishaK: That's what I read, so write that too.

Zehell2218: Because as reader, I want to read romance novel so when I write, I write romance since my motto is I write what I want to read.

Ikazainudin: The easiest genre. Everyone can relate.

End_of_Era: It wasn't a full on Romance, it was slice of life with romance which I feel was necessary with progression of the characters.

The second question… When you were making your ML and FL, did you imagine yourself as the lead of your story at any given point in time?

Anjeeriku: I would be a liar if I said no. There were instances that I'd put myself in my FL's shoes. Whenever that happens, my writing feels more passionate and truthful that sometimes it was hard to know where my fl starts and where I end. 

Shen Yi, LMD's ML was based on a person I've lost, The One That Got Away so it was sometimes hard not to self-insert whenever there were scenes that need to invoke feelings from readers. 

Bajj: I believe that every character the author was making and breathing life into it, a part of him/her is added to its character. But me imagining of being the ML/FL, never. I'm too pure for that. Kek

MishaK: Yes I did but sometimes. Otherwise you can't infuse emotions in your characters. It is important to understand your characters.

Zehell2218: Yes, I imagine myself as the lead. Of course, I tweak it a bit, such as in age and appearance. But mostly, the characteristics is similar to me.

Ikazainudin: FL and ML character based on what I want to be irl. Yup. I imagine that will be my love story.

End_of_Era: Yes, my leads had some ocassional self insertion.

The third question… If you were to choose some other genre aside from romance, what would you pick?

Anjeeriku: Fantasy. I always look up to those authors who can write fantasy stories/novels well. I believe writing a fantasy novel is harder than writing romance.

When done properly, the execution of the story can capture the hearts of anyone, even male readers. I believe that no matter what gender you are, as long as you find the story interesting then it doesn't matter whether you are a guy or a gal no?

Perhaps, when I'm not too busy to write my stories, I'll once again pick a romance novel to read. Hopefully, I will find another hidden gem that will bring unexpected surprises to anyone who are lucky enough to find them.
