Angor looked around and tried to find someone or something who could explain all the bloodstains on the woman.
But he found nothing. It was an empty hallway, lit by the occasional lamps that hung on the walls, which didn't provide much visual in this dark place.
Since there was his illusion to attract potential attacks, Angor cast Light and moved the spell around for a while.
Still nothing. There was not another soul around apart from the fainted woman.
More importantly, there were no bloodstains around the hallway. The blood under the woman suggested that the floors and walls didn't have anything to clean themselves. So where in the world did the blood on her body come from? How did she come to the window without leaving her own trail in the hallway?
Again, Angor carefully looked around the passage. The pale-yellow floor was mostly clean, apart from where the woman just stepped on.
Did she just materialize out of thin air?
Angor moved to the woman's previous hiding spot, which was the wall corner behind the window. He could see bloody footprints which suggested the woman was hiding here. But there was nothing else.
The woman wasn't strong. Maybe a fresh level-1 apprentice. There was no way she knew how to teleport.
Walking through walls? There was only the drainage pipe outside, from which he just came—
"Wait, a pipe?"
He suddenly got an idea.
He peeked from the window and was shocked to realize that the pipe ended at this window. It only led to the third floor.
What was the point of this pipe then? It did enter the third floor, but there was nothing connected at the end.
He clearly remembered that when he was climbing the pipe just now, he sensed something flowing in the pipe. Where did that liquid come from?
There couldn't possibly be something that was hidden in between—
Wait, it totally could! This was the wizarding world, anything was possible. There were whole new worlds that hid behind mirrors, so of course someone could hide something behind walls and pipes.
The owner of the castle was a wizard. She could definitely do it.
Thinking about this, Angor asked his phantom to go to the woman's hiding spot and put a hand on the wall, while he carefully sensed for any energy ripples sent by his illusion.
As he expected, there was a space-expansion rune inside the wall, which meant there was a room "in" the wall.
This would explain where the woman came from.
It was very likely that the owner of all those blood was also in there.
Angor controlled his phantom to strike a dramatic pose as if he were going to attempt something really big. He had no idea whether someone was watching, and he would make sure that his illusion looked real enough.
It wasn't difficult to enter the secret room. He simply needed to find the critical node of the rune.
As he successfully triggered the rune, the wall twitched a little and revealed a door.
He heard someone crying again before entering the room. He was now used to hearing about such noise.
While staying extremely cautious, Angor slowly pushed the door open.
He was ready to turn tail right away if there were another undead inside. These creatures couldn't do anything serious to him, but the same went both ways.
Angor widened his eyes in shock when he looked at something even more surprising than undead.
The room contained one single bathtub filled with hot liquid. But it wasn't hot water in there—it was boiling blood, which released crimson vapor into the air.
He always had his Purification Field on, or there was no doubt that he would both smell and see the terrible stench now.
Tap, tap…
Drops of blood came from a female corpse hanging down the room's ceiling. There were a series of sharp hooks affixed on the ceiling, with more than 30 naked female corpses on them. Each hook seized a woman by her ripped-open chest, where more blood was coming down.
Hot, fresh blood full of resentment energy slowly entered the bathtub.
Most of them were corpses; a small number of them were still alive albeit barely since their hearts were badly damaged. Those crying he heard just now was their desperate mourning in their last moment.
So that was why all the corpses in the graveyard all had a giant wound on their chests…
Angor didn't wish to imagine how many women were killed in Dark Castle like this. His face went pale a little. He couldn't muster the courage to step inside.
It wasn't fear. Something else in his mind refused to let him go.
A trail of footprints led from the bathtub to the door. It seemed the woman outside was enjoying her bath when she quickly moved to ambush him after she heard the climbing noises.
The drainage pipe was probably used to get rid of the "bath blood".
Angor forced himself to go inside despite his instinct.
The room wasn't rigged, but he preferred dealing with traps rather than facing the dreadful sight, especially when those still alive were staring right at him with pure hatred.
He didn't know what to say to these dying women. It was not like anything could help them anyway. The basic Heal spell he just learned wouldn't achieve anything at all.
Angor endured the terrible gazes for a while before he decided to say something.
"I'm not here to save you."
His first sentence surprised the women.
"And I'm not your killer either. I just want to know how you ended up here, at Dark Castle."
A moment later, a sharp, mad voice responded, "Dark Castle? This is DARK CASTLE? HA! I see it now! I'm gonna turn to a ghost and haunt everyone who lives in here, FOREVAH!"
Angor looked her way and saw a woman with long hair over her shoulders. Both her eyes and her body displayed energy ripples of madness. There was no doubt that this mortal would have her last wish fulfilled upon death.
As she struggled in her rage, a stream of blood came surging out from the center of her chest.
Angor quickly cast a Heal so that the woman wouldn't die right away.
She seemed to be the only one who knew how to talk in this room, which meant the only individual who could provide information.
The woman breathed heavily and stared at Angor with an unyielding grudge. "Why did you save me?"
"I can't save you. Your heart is beyond help," Angor said in a plain voice, "but I need to know where you all came from, and how you came here."
"Who are you? You're not with that… b*tch?" While speaking, visible negative energy began to gather around the woman's dying form.
"I'm not from Dark Castle. I'm here to… save someone."
"Gah—haha! Save someone?? Gah—" The woman laughed and coughed madly while tears and blood emerged from her eyes.
The dark aura around her was growing quickly. Angor got a feeling that even a mortal would be able to see it now.
With another Heal, Angor prolonged the woman's lingering consciousness just a bit further.
"Answer me. How did you come here? Did you see this man recently?" Angor spoke while releasing Shadow's phantom.
No answer. The woman kept laughing and yelling in pain.
As her wound was patched by Angor's spell and ripped open again for many times, her hatred intensified.
Angor realized that this woman was using him to strengthen her dark energy. Doing so would boost her initial strength as an undead spirit.
He considered and decided to go with her plan.
At first, the woman would say something insignificant so that Angor had to keep her alive. Eventually, she noticed that Angor was actually helping her and simply stopped talking.
As she forced the last bit of her life energy again and again, her negative power multiplied terribly.
Angor never expected a mortal woman to endure such pain which would otherwise totally destroy anyone. She would have become quite the heroine like Nausica if she wasn't captured by Dark Castle.
Pity. She had bad luck.
When the woman realized that her limit had come, she gave Angor a final, gentle glance instead of the hateful glare before.
"I am… the 13th daughter of Goman King. When we lost our Crimson Crown, the elder princess framed me as the culprit, and the King depreciated me like a peasant. The princess then sold me off as a slave… After all kinds of torture, I'm here… Heh. I thought I was going to satisfy the filthy desires of some guy for the rest of my life. No. This is true hell. They bath in the blood of virgins… You already saw it." 
The last trace of life was visibly leaving the woman now. "I don't know about the others. Cowards, slaves, sold here, like me. Maybe."
Deep inside, Angor was very surprised to hear the name of Goman King. The Goman Kingdom wasn't anywhere near Fairy World. It would take mortals their lifetimes to travel here.
Whoever that sold the slaves here wasn't anyone ordinary.
Considering this, the "cold home" mentioned by Flowey might be another distant land. There were countless areas with cold climates in the southern wizarding region.
"I… saw him." The woman pointed toward Shadow's image with a trembling finger. "Hours ago, the b*tch monster fought him. Then he came inside, looked at us, and left. That woman came back after that, cursed his name, and took her damned bath."
The dying woman's eyes slowly rolled upward.
"Thank you." Angor lowered his head in respect.
"Ha…"

A branch hurt Rob on the face. He cursed and broke it in two smaller parts. He laughed and cursed even louder.
Now that he had the Sun, Rob knew this was the beginning of his second day walking with no direction in the big forest. He couldn't sleep a bit, afraid of wolves and whatever else there is in a forest. Even with his magic circle of fire, he did not feel safe.

Turns out the fire circle was just that, a circle of fire. It was useful, probably the most useful thing he could ask for, but it didn't help with food or water. Rob was cold, hungry and incredibly tired.

"I could eat a wolf". He smiled. Well, At Least a wolf couldn't eat him. Not with magic protection. Not with Rob moving restlessly all night.

He hoped that following the same direction always would take him somewhere. A village, a city. Anything. He would still be in the Rainy Kingdom, of course, but Rob doubted anyone would be expecting him to be alive. They were still thinking he was a murderer.

He stopped by a big tree and looked at the sky, sitting down on the grass, his clothes smelling like woods and sweat. 

Someone was guilty, and it was not him. 

That person must still be in the castle. That person could be killing someone right now. It wouldn't be Rob's fault, but he felt somewhat responsible. They did everything on their power to kill him, and he wasn't even the right person.

He felt his fists clenching, making the blood in his hands move slowly. There was a bottle. That bottle which liquid Rob didn't know what was. Someone framed him. Someone out there committed murder and made the blame fall on Rob. When did they put the bottle inside his pockets? When did they plan it all out? Why Rob?

It also did not make sense. Rob represented nothing, why have someone being against him?

Not just that, but the King. The king believed so easily Rob was the murderer when he knew he had no magic, no strength, no reason to do so. Was it the king who framed him? But why accept him in the palace only to have him dead? Maybe to keep the alliance without having another king on his way. But Rob didn't interfere a thing on the politics, so why have him out of the way in such a drastic manner? 

It made no sense, but he felt anger anyway. A new kind of anger, a new type of feeling. 

He was framed, arrested, beaten up, exiled. Not even his family wanted him back.

He curled his lips on a smile. They could go to hell. Every single one of them could disappear from the face of the earth.

Well, not all of them.

He looked at the circle of fire.

Both with the guards and the forest, there was one person who saved him. One person that saw his innocence. The unknown man. 

He got himself on his feet again. After so much happening to him, he finally had some time to think, and that was good. Still, he couldn't just sit and think. He had to find somewhere to stay. 

He walked for what looked like hours - and it probably was, since the Sun was high on the sky when he finished, before giving up to exhaustion. He lay on the floor, looking around. There was no sign of any animal around. Maybe he could sleep a little.

"Maybe you could sleep a little," said a small, small voice.

Rob sat down the fastest he could. The voice was calm and high pitched, like a quiet child. He looked around. There was nobody.

"There was nobody," said the small voice again.

And Rob saw. Almost transparent, small and shining. A little human, sitting on the grass, looking at him.

There was a series of things Rob could do at the moment. Scream. Run. Talk.

Instead, he just watched.

The little person got up, staring at Rob.

"You just watch"

Rob looked at her in the eyes, almost impossible to see, being translucent and small.

"I was just… I was…" his voice didn't sound brave at all. Rob was afraid, and it showed.

"And now you talk." they looked around, "Are you going to the Wizard's?"

"The wizard's?"

"You can't go there. It's protected".

"I…"

A memory shined on his mind. The king, his crooked smile, the unknown man. 

Sir WIzard told us, had said the King.

Was the unknown man Sir Wizard? The person who protected Rob all along?

"I need to go to the Wizard's. It's important"

The creature shook their head.

"Impossible. It's protected. Maybe if you were a fairy," they made a pause, "But you aren't".

"Can you take me at least close to there? Maybe I can find the Wizard on my own".

In the forest, exiled, Rob was free. But he was also hungry and tired. The perspective of food made his chest beat faster.

There was a moment of silence.

"You won't find food. The Wizard doesn't open doors to anyone"

Rob imagined a big house, surrounded by a big wall. He imagined himself knocking on the door. The man had saved him before, why not now?

"I think the wizard will open the door for me".

"He won't"

"He will".

Rob was stuck in a bad situation, and he had to do what was necessary to get out of it. In fact, he couldn't stand one more second in that forest. He wanted a bath. New clothes. Food. A bed. 

Well, at least food. 

"You won't get a bath, new clothes, food or bed there"

"How are you so sure the Wizard won't open doors for me?"

"Because we're already here''.

Rob thought he didn't understand what the small fairy was saying. 

"You don't understand because you know no magic. We are here. The wizard's house is right there," they pointed to their left. 

Rob looked. There were some trees, some bushes, some birds. 

There was a forest.

"I'm serious, take me there"

"I told you, the house is protected. You can't get in if the Wizard doesn't allow it"

"Well, the wizard will sure allow me in".

"The wizard is in the castle. He will take days, weeks," Rob could see a smile on the translucent face, "Unless you plan on waiting".

He felt tears going down his face. He had no hope before, and now there was even less. What would he do? Starve to death? Trust a circle of fire to save his life over and over, while he waited for help that might not come? 

He was so tired. So, so tired.

Even in crying, Rob laughed.

"What are you laughing at?".

"I don't know", he said without air, "I don't know"

The conversation faded to an uncomfortable silence. Rob needed something to say, even though it was clear the fairy could read his mind.

I need food, he thought the louder he could.

"I know you need"

"Can you help me?"

They shook their head.

"fairies eat sunlight. I can't help you with food"

Then, Rob had an idea.

"What about the closest village? Could you point me the direction?"

"Go south, for half a day. You will find a small one. I know nothing about it except there are humans"

"Where's south?"

The fairy pointed to the right. 

"South"

Rob smiled.

"Thank you, thank you. What's your name again? I'm Rob"

"I know, your majesty. But you shouldn't give your name to a fairy."

Rob had read about it, of course. One should never offer their name to a magical creature. He thought it was just a made-up thing.

Well, there's a real fairy close to you now.

"I'm sorry"

"Don't be. Have a good day"

And they vanished, leaving Rob alone.

For whole minutes, he couldn't get himself on his feet. His vision was blurry and he couldn't hear sounds very well. Did he need to sleep that badly?

Definitely.

Rob took a deep breath. He needed to do that. He needed to get up.

And head south.

     I went inside the bathroom. "Well this is different. There is a sink, a mirror, a toilet and some sort of fabric hanging on a pole. There seems to be no bath inside. "How am I supposed to take a bath? " I went further inside the room. The fabric was covering another portion of the bathroom. I went inside and I saw some sort of contraption on the wall. I turned a knob-like thing on the wall. "What the?! " Water rushed through some sort of a pipe above the knob thing. I hurriedly turned the knob to the opposite direction. "Aww... Now my clothes are wet. I removed my wet garments and placed them over the toilet. I turned the knob again and I started to take a bath. "Ahhh... This is refreshing... " After a while, I finished my bath. "Mmmh... That was wonderful. I feel like a new woman. Now where did I put my towel? " I searched around the bathroom for the towel. "Eh? " I can't find it. 



     "There's still no discussions about UR partner cards... " I scrolled down the breadeat forums for a while. It seems that I am the only one who pulled a UR partner card. "Well. I don't want anyone to know about this anyway. Things might get a bit salty if they knew about this. " I closed my phone and I looked at the clock. "Huh? It's already 12:45? She's been in the bathroom for about an hour already. Do girls take very long baths? " *Yawn* 


     "Hnnnn... I've been stuck in here for a while now... " What should I do? What should I do?! Should I call Joshua? I slightly opened the door and I took a peek. Joshua seems to be asleep. "Should I just make a run for the dressing room? But what if he wakes up?? " I knocked on the door to see if he will wake up. *knock knock* He didn't wake up. "Oh good.. I can make a run for it. *Slip* "Wah! " *Blam* "Huh? What? " He woke up! He blinked a few times and said "Ehh? What are you doing over there? "

What are you doing over there? " "Uwahh! " She tried cover herself with her hands. "D-d-don't look! " Ehhh?!! How could I possibly not look? She really has a nice figure... Amelia grabbed her rapier which was leaning on the wall. She then unsheathed it and pointed the blade towards me. "W-why are you still looking?! "  Her face is so red. She looks like she's about to cry. Ahh right... "Just let me savor the moment a bit. " I muttered unconsciously. "What?!?! " "N-nothing... Put that thingy down..." I stood up and headed towards the dresser. I took a bath tower and threw it to Amelia. "Don't just sit there. You're gonna get sick. " "I'll go out for a bit okay? " "You should've went out right away!!! " Joshua went out the door. 




     "Thank you for the feast. " I silently muttered before turning around and exiting thr door. Ahhh... Did I die and go to heaven? I must've looked like a complete pervert. I think I stared at her for too long. But who could blame me? At least I didn't wuss out and stood up like a man! Although I guess I should apologize to her. But that will make me look like I did something wrong? It's not wrong to appreciate art right?! I mean you can't see such beauty somewhere else right?! "W-well! All of the clothes in the dresser do not fit me! " "Ahhh. I see. Don't tell me you're not wearing anything underneath. " "W-wha?! N-no! I! I'm wearing a pair of shorts. " "Ahhh. I thought you liked that sort of thing. " "What?! I wouldn't do such indecent t-things! " My goodness! What does this man take me for??? "Oh yeah. Amelia. What the hell happened earlier? " Eeep!      We prepared for sleep. Joshua lied down on the floor and I lied down on the bed. He appears to be asleep. "What's with that guy... " I said silently. "Doesn't he feel any shame or embarrassment? Taking a long deep breath to calm his messy brain and racing heart, Kim tan turned the know and opened the door slowly.  Sighing, he lifted his head up and opened his eyes but the next moment, his body froze, his eyes turned wide and his mouth agape, his mind, heart and soul exploded at once when he saw the scene in front. As though struck with lightning, Kim tan was unable to move from his spot and stood rooted at the ground. Having a hard time to believe the scene in front, Kim tan was left stunned and dazed.
In a daze, with his wide-open eyes, he looked at the room which was decorated with red balloons and candles. On the red and white wall hung a few candid picture of his which was taken secretly by Suzy when he was between ten years old to twenty-four years old. One of the portion of the wall was completely filled with pictures of a cute girl and a handsome boys which was taken when they were between the age of five to ten. There were pictures of them playing, singing, dancing, running around, building a castle, nagging,  pouting...and a lot more.
At the corner of the wall, a few presents were arranged neatly and on the other side few childish drawing, art and craft pieces that Kim tan gifted to Suzy was hung and arranged. In the middle of the room, there was a huge king-sized bed and prove the bed, a large framed photo of Kim tan's was hung on the wall. After thoroughly scanning through the room, Kim tan's gaze moved upwards to the ceiling where he saw that the wall was painted with the picture of a cute girl wearing a red frock and a boy wearing black dungarees were holding their hands and walking on the grass.
Looking at all those pictures, presents and art pieces, Kim tan could no longer hold his composed face as waves of emotion surfaced on his face.

At beginning,  hearing the name Dumpling Kim tan thought she was making fun of him but when he asked why did she keep calling him dumpling, she pouted at him and said in her childish voice " because dumplings are cute and I like it very much". From then on, Kim tan had a special feeling for this name and Only Suzy was allowed to call him like that. 
Recalling all those happy memories,  Kim tan could no longer hold in his mixed emotions and took large strides towards Suzy and hugged her tightly. Leaning his head on her shoulder, holding her waist with his shaky hands, he hugged her tightly as he hugged " little  bean?....are you really my little bean?"
With a joyous smile on her face, Suzy hugged him back and said softly while patting his back " yes.....it's me....your little bean"
"You-you're.....you're alive? You're really alive?" Kim tan asked again while his whole body shivered.
Hugging his shivering body tightly, Suzy pecked his shoulder and said " yes....I'm alive nothing happened to me and I'm still alive"
Unable to contain his happiness, he hugged her tightly and said as a tear drops started to roll down his eyes " I missed you ...I missed you very much. Do you know ho-how I felt when...when I heard you were no more?.....do-do you know how badly my heart hurt? On that day...when I secretly heard my dad's and uncle's conversation, I was shocked and I felt my heart explode. I couldn't cry nor release my emotions....I-I felt everything crumble around me and I...I was unable to speak. But ...but on that day I finally understood how much I loved you and how much you mean to me....." as Kim tan continued sobbed in her arms, Suzy felt his every word pierce through her heart and her throat turned soar. Unable to hold the tears in her eyes, she hugged him tightly and said in her chocked voice " I'm sorry I was foolish enough to lie to you. I should have not lied to you and hid behind but I'm sorry. I'm very sorry baby....I'm really sorry" Suzy said as she choked. 
Hearing his chocked voice and feeling the drop of years on her shoulder, Suzy felt that her heart could repeat apart anytime. Hearing his sad words made Suzy chock and a gust of emotions came running through her veins.

"I heard you talking just now." Ming Shu slid her fingertips to Yun Yao's wrist. "Was it this? What's inside this bracelet? An ancient divine beast? Or…" 
"This is just a bracelet, there's nothing in it." Yun Yao screamed, "You let go of me, Xuan Ji! We had nothing against each other, why are you doing this to me?"

I felt refreshed but sleepy after my bath. I was ready to take a nap when I remembered that Justine was in the house. I regretted that I had not chosen a cuter set of pajamas. I was wearing a white tank top and a worn out PE uniform pants. I felt so ordinary in my OOTD.  I couldn't  change my outfit anymore because he was already in my room when I entered. Auntie Aida made a quick clean-up of my room. She reminded Justine and I of my father's no-closed-door policy as she exited my bedroom. She also added that she'd be just downstairs. 

Justine took my hand and looked at me from head to toe. "Nice pj's," he said teasing. I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Do that again and I'll kiss you." Justine threatened. I did it again but pointed downstairs to remind him of Auntie Aida's presence. He took a deep breath and wagged his index finger at me. I giggled softly.

"Your room is nice," Justine said, admiring my room. 

I liked my room too. It was not as big as the bedrooms in the White House but was roomy enough.It was painted in ivory white.  It had two wide windows. A big white table was tucked against the window facing west. I put my desktop computer and printer there because I like to work while I admire the view from my window. On the walls between the two windows was a framed cork board. Photos of various landscapes and people and post-it notes peppered the board. My twin bed was made of wood painted white too.White linens covered the bed mattress and the different sizes of pillows. Fairy lights hang casually above the headboard. I clipped photos of my parents on the fairy lights. They were like my guardian angels watching over me while I sleep. 

"Hey, I know who owns these." He said, noticing the two polo shirts that were hang on my wall. 

"Tell the owner I am not giving them back." I said and went to the shirts to hug them.

"Keep them, they're yours." Justine said, feigning nonchalance. I mouthed the words 'thank you'.

He continued his room inspection. He browsed the photos on the cork board. He pointed at random people asking who they were. I had many photos with Karlo. His arms were always wrapped around me just like Alexis.

Something occurred to me: "How come you're not jealous of Karlo?" 

"I asked him if he liked you but he said you're just like a little sister to him. That you're just the best of friends. I believed him. I made it clear to him though that I like you." 

I was flabbergasted by his answer. I was a bit angry that he confronted Karlo but at the same time, I was thrilled that he was staking his claim on me. No one has done that before. 

"When did you talk to Karlo?" I asked curious.

"When we went to the river." He answered. It was only his second day on the farm and he already made clear to my best friend of his intentions. 'Whoa'

"Meeting you in the forest was not a coincidence, right?" I probed further.

"You mean our Secret Garden?" he reminded me. "No. I followed you when I saw you heeding out to the forest. I kind of have an inkling where you will go because Karlo have already told me about your hide out. But my confession was spontaneous, Nina. I can't believe you gave me a golden opportunity. And the rest they say is history." He took my hand and made a curtsy. I smiled at his explanation. 

"Can you give Alexis some slack too? He's just like a little brother to me," I appealed. 

He looked at me tenderly. "Do you have a hair dryer?" he asked, avoiding my question.

"Don't change the subject please." I pleaded.

"I'll answer after I dry your hair." He said. 

I pointed to the bathroom. Justine found the hair dryer and proceeded to dry my hair. I feel sleepy every time somebody does my hair be it in the hair salon or at home. Justine took his time blow-drying my hair. He finger-combed my hair gently untangling unruly ones. He was careful not to put the  blow dryer near my face. My eyelids are heavy with sleep but I fought the drowsiness. I wanted to hear his answer on my appeal. 

After he was done with my hair. He helped me to my bed. He propped up the pillows so I can sit comfortably. He also sat down on the bed, facing me. 

"Nina, let's tell everyone that we're a couple now. That's the only way I can make my brother behave. Alex is used to having his way. When he was young, he was sickly.  Our parents thought that he inherited our grandmother's weak heart. Although doctors declared that he does not  have a weak heart, everyone in our family spoiled him already, including me. I always give way to his whims no matter how silly they were. When he showed you his fondness, I thought of dismissing my own growing fondness for you too. But I can't do it. My feelings for you grew every day. And I find myself resenting Alex's fixation with you. It tortured me that you seem to want it too." Justine explained. 

"I won't deny that I enjoyed Alexis' attention. But there's nothing more to it. He's just a little brother to me even though we're the same age. Also, I treat all my friends the same way. Look at those pictures on the wall, that's how I've always been." I explained back.

"I'm learning about that. But can I please make an appeal? I get jealous Nina. I can't help it. Sometimes, I'm frightened by my own emotions. Please be a little bit considerate. I'm not asking you to stop being friends with anyone or to stop being fond of Alex, just don't get too physically close. PLEASE?" He pleaded. 

He was so tortured, I touched his face to comfort him. He put his hand over my hand. We looked at each other intently. He looked at my lips. I absentmindedly caressed them. He smiled. I felt a great sense of comfort, I fell asleep!

“What about you? Do you like someone?” he mimicked my question.

“Hey, I asked first!” I protested. 

“You first,” he said.

No, you go first!” I countered. 

“Ladies first,” he continued. 

I pinched his arm and gave him a sharp look. He held up his hand  and moved to face me. We laughed. 

“You,” he said. 

“No, you go first!’ I said almost shouting. 

“You,” he repeated. “Nina, I like you.”

Over by the kitchen came the sound of sizzling and in the air, there was the aroma of what I believe to be an omelet being made.

"I'm home," I said in a raised voice to alert Loriana of my return from my day at school.

After removing my shoes, I started making my way through the living room and to the hallway where our rooms branched off of. Subconsciously, I entered my original room and intentionally falling onto my soft bed. I took in a deep breath, taking in the familiar scent of my original body that I had missed so dearly today at school. It's quite odd when your body's smell suddenly changed into one that's quite sweet and alluring.

"Alvelyn," I heard Loriana's voice call over from the kitchen. "You can go take a shower or bath if you want. It's still some time until dinner is ready."

"Alright," I responded, allowing my voice to drag out in a tired manner.

Feeling somewhat sluggish, I turned my body so that I was facing the ceiling. I brought my arm over my eyes, covering them so as to block out the light. I was extremely tired from the day, and I'm not exactly sure why. Maybe it's because this body doesn't have as good of an endurance as my original one or if it's just that I'm just way too tense today. Today has been a particularly long day that has just been dragged out by the unfamiliar scent of my body, the unfamiliar build, and the familiar yet unfamiliar background of school. The stress must have been building up for quite a bit.

Then came my room. It was just so comforting and welcoming... The air conditioner here kept the temperature warm enough such that my exposed legs and thighs were free from the chilling frost outside, and combine that with the warm and downy bed covers that I was laying on, it just amplified the sedative effect. In addition, I was able to submerge myself in my original scent. It's weird how something that I've never noticed before in the past would have such a profound effect on my day. The sudden difference in body scent just threw my entire day off, making everything different. But now that I am in the comfort of my own room, I couldn't help it but feel my eyelids becoming increasingly heavy.

Just for a few minutes, I thought to myself as I closed my eyes. Just let me sleep for a few more minutes...

"Alvelyn," a soft, gentle voice called my name repeatedly and was followed with the sensation of a hand on my back, gently shaking me.

Slowly, I opened my eyes, allowing my eyes to once again take in the world around me. The lights in my room were quite bright, almost a bit piercing to my eyes, making them quite uncomfortable. Because of that, I closed my eyes once again.

"Alvelyn."

The voice called my name once again, and slowly, I waited until my eyes finally adjusted enough such that one eye could be opened while being shaded from the light with my forearm.

"Alvelyn," Loriana whispered my female name as she stood over my bed.

"Hm?" I softly whimpered, and when I heard this soft and fatigued moans of this female body of mine, I immediately snapped out of my drowsiness.

"Dinner's ready," Loriana said as she crossed her arms.

"Right..." I yawned as I sat up on my former bed.

"Why're you sleeping in Alevian's room?" Loriana then asked.

"Huh?"

My face became warm as I blushed and became flustered at the question. To be honest, I didn't even realize what I had done until now. I had subconsciously entered the room I used to use as Alevian. However, now that I am technically Alvelyn, this is no longer my room anymore.

This is going to be difficult to explain, I thought to myself, thinking back to this morning when Loriana had witnessed me in my nude with...well...fluid from sexual stimulus on my fingers while having Alevian's clothes nearby.

"I was looking to see if he has a study book," I lied. "And when I was looking around, I became tired and..."

Loriana let out a concerned sigh. However, she didn't say much about my behavior after that as she took a step towards the exit to the room.

"Let's have dinner for now," she said to me. "Then, go take a bath and go to bed."

"R-right," I smiled and nodded in agreement.

I got up from the bed and stood beside it to tidy up my disheveled skirt before I followed Loriana out of the opened doorway. Before leaving, I reached my hand over to the wall, pressing my finger against the sensor against the wall to turn off the lights in the room. Before finally exiting and closing the door behind me, I took one more glance into the room, taking in the furniture and their arrangements in my room. I took a deep breath, hoping to catch the scent of my original body, but sadly, it would appear that my nose had become blind to that smell after having slept in the room for a few minutes. With a sad and fatigued sigh, I slowly shut the door to the room behind me.

The dinner meal was conducted at the rectangular, dark wood table situated by the open kitchen of the house. From here, the television framed on the wall of the living room was visible as it played a variety show that was currently featuring Henvle. Occasionally during commercial breaks, I would see a commercial starring Irina. While glancing over at the television screen, I dug my spoon into the golden yellow omelet, penetrating the outer egg membrane and scooping up some of the rice that was dyed a color of light red from the ketchup used as well as some of the small pieces of beef and vegetables. I placed small spoonfuls of the food into my mouth, and before I've realized, I had finished this delicious dinner meal that Loriana had cooked for me. Thinking back, the first day when I had moved in with Loriana, she had made this exact same omelet as well.

After finishing the dinner meal, Loriana excused me from doing the dishes and suggested that I go relax by taking a warm bath. I accepted her suggestion and proceeded to the washroom where I stripped myself of my female school uniform and removed all articles of clothing from my body for the second time today. I shivered somewhat in the cold, but luckily, the air conditioner had kept the temperature at just high enough that I'm not freezing. Before I slid open the frosted glass doors leading to the bathing area, I stopped in front of the bathroom mirror and examined my body.

Based on my observations, this body has a superior skin condition. The skin was fair in color and smooth with no signs of scars or even freckles. The pretty face in the mirror was slightly red, and I believe that is due to me being flustered at seeing myself naked. Well, I believe that this is a normal reaction as...this is simply the first day of me being a girl, and as a heterosexual male, I have the right to be aroused when viewing a pretty girl's naked body. The only reason that this might be weird is that...this naked body that I am staring at is my own.

Slowly, I brought both hands up to my chest, cupping my breasts and feeling them. The softness of them was...amazing, marvelous even. It's such a good feeling to make contact with the smooth skin that was somewhat cool to touch. With my fingers, I gently pinched my nipples, allowing my thumb to graze against them as they slowly solidified from the stimulus.

As I felt my own body, I could feel something occurring down below. Looking down, I saw that my vagina had reacted somewhat to this stimulating touch in the sensitive regions on my chest. With my face red, I took a deep breath before I slowly reached my left hand down there once again. With one finger, I gently traced the outline of my vagina, feeling the smooth and hairless skin around it, and immediately felt sharp sensations of pleasure shoot up my spine.

God, I gasped for air as I felt my legs give way as if rubber after inserting a few fingers into myself. How sensitive is this body down there?

In my eyes, there were some tears that had formed from the wondrous sensation that I had felt earlier. Slowly, I retracted and raised my hand up into the air, taking in the glistening fluid that coated my fingers. I stared at them for a bit before I brought those fingers closer to my face where I took a sniff at the fluids that I had produced out of pleasure. It had a rather sweet scent to it, almost as if a pure, virgin rose... For some reason, I decided to insert those fingers into my mouth where I ran my tongue around them, allowing my taste buds to soak up the love juice that I had produced. Like I was expecting...it was sweet...

What the hell am I doing? I asked myself after climbing back up onto my feet and staring into the mirror. After shaking my head and letting out an embarrassed and disappointed sigh, I walked towards the frosted glass doors and entered.

The bathtub had already been filled up with hot bathwater as I had controlled the system using my phone while eating dinner just earlier. Therefore, that saved me from the long wait so I was able to enter immediately. However, I still have to shower first cause like my usual habits, I dislike having soap and foam all over the bathwater. Therefore, I always make sure to use body wash, shampoo, and conditioner before entering the bath.

I first dipped the tips of my right toes into the water to test the temperature, and after making sure that the water temperature was desirable, I allowed my long, slender legs to submerge in the tub before I brought in my other leg. Then, I slowly sat down in the bathtub, resting my back against the built-in backrest.

They...they sort of float, I blushed as I stared at my chest.

After allowing the bath to relax my body, I got out of the bathtub, allowed the water to drain from it, and returned back to the washroom. I grabbed a clean towel and used it to dry my body before wrapping it around me. Then, I grabbed the hair dryer and used it to start blow drying my hair. It's actually quite uncomfortable to have wet hair sticking onto your back.

It's not drying up... I thought to myself after allowing the blow dryer to blow how hair onto my hair. Maybe it's not supposed to dry all the way.

I gave up on blow drying after getting rid of most of the moisture and decided to let it air dry naturally. Since I've forgotten to put a set of clothes to change into in the basket by the washroom door, I exited the washroom with the towel wrapped around my body and started walking toward Alvelyn's room. I shivered somewhat as the few drops of moisture that was still clinging onto my body as I walked, but I soon became used to that feeling.

Upon entering my new room, I walked immediately towards the wardrobe cabinet. I brought my hands to the handles, and before opening them, I took a deep breath,

Please actually be something in here, I prayed.

Then, I opened the wardrobe cabinet. However, what I saw immediately made me fall onto my knees,

A bunny onesie pajama? I lowered my head in depression upon seeing the pajama that the divines had prepared for me.

I'm just me. An ordinary high school boy with no girlfriend, not too many friends, and no talent.  What I enjoy doing after school is roaming around the halls, hoping that like in the cliche anime and manga, I'll bump into someone that'll change my life. Of course, nothing is going to happen. What do you expect? 

But, this APP on my phone is kind of weird. I don't remember installing it. If I click on it, it asks me to complete missions. But how the hell am I supposed to do these embarrassing tasks?


Update Schedule:
I will post new chapters usually once a day, but that is subjected to change depending on my schedule as I am a student in my final year of high school. During breaks, I will usually post multiple chapters per day.

- Next Day - 

Bai Chen felt his muscles were sore. This was a result of the push-ups he did yesterday. He didn't feel bad, he felt good instead. No pain, no gain. He wouldn't do push-ups today so he could give his muscles time to grow. He would do a different exercise today and that was running. He decided to do this to build his leg strength, cardiovascular strength and endurance. 

He jumped up from bed then left his room. After receiving a kiss on the forehead from his mom, he left the house and went out into the street. There, he began to run. He ran at moderate speed as he jogged and exhaled in and out with every step. His aim of doing this was to increase his lungs capacity. 

This caught people's attention which made some of them greatly surprised. What was this boy doing and at such an age? He was too young for this. While others looked at him with the idea that he was trying to get attention. They smiled over it and continued with what they were doing. 

Not very long, some people came to join him. These people were young kids just like him. Five to six years in age. "Bai Chen, wait for us. Let us join you in your fun". But he ignored them and continued with what he was doing. 

The kids that ran up to him, although they met him, couldn't continue. They were totally out of breath. They returned to their parents' homes while Bai Chen continued. He was tired but he still continued to push himself. He had reached his limit but he didn't plan on stopping anytime soon. 

Few minutes later, he couldn't take it again. Then he returned home. When he got home, his mother and sisters were taken aback by his appearance. He was all soaked in sweat. 

"Feeling strong now?" Bai Meixue asked with a mocking voice. Bai Chen smiled and only looked on without responding. "Bai Meixue go bath your brother" His mother said. "Hey conscious fellow. Come with me now" Bai Meixue said in a commanding tone. Bai Chen could only obey or she would seriously spank him. Especially now that she had been given authority. He followed behind her like a docile cub to the bathroom for her to bath him. 

After dressing up, he went to eat. Then he went back into his room to relax. He thought back to the jogging exercise he did which he only lasted for twenty minutes. That was pretty good for a five-year old child. 

Right now, his legs felt heavy like they were filled with lead. But he didn't care. Then he began to move about in his room doing martial art footworks. He had begun to practice martial art.

Back in his world, he was an expert martial art fighter and a good boxer. He knew about twelve martial arts which he learnt from his maternal and paternal family. 

He was born into a family of martial art experts who all knew individually two martial arts or three. He learnt the martial art moves from them pretty fast and mastered them. He was a martial art genius which made him an highly skilled soldier. He was unequalled amongst his peers. 

After practicing for hours, he hydrated himself and laid on his bed. He was really tired from practice. 

......... 

Bai Chen continued to practice for months. He did squats, bicep curls, push-ups, pull-ups, presses as his father had gotten him a few weights and ate a lot of meats and vegetables. By now, his body had been conditioned to the maximum.

People in the neighborhood were surprised by Bai Chen. The boy they thought that with time would stop all that he was doing when he became fatigued or gives up continued on for weeks to months to years. 

- Five years later - 

One day while he was running back home from a pretty far place he had jogged to. The cloud darkened and rain began to fall. It was a very heavy downpour that could cause strong floods to appear. 

Many minutes after the rain started to fall, Bai Chen looked for a place to shelter himself from the rain but he he couldn't find a place. He had no option than to run home but he was extremely far away. He wished he hadn't jogged today. But if time was reversed and he was told rain would fall, he would still jog. This was because it was his personality. He's not the procrastinating type and he is very disciplined."

Then he saw a small building far in the distance to his left. This building looked abandoned and was dilapidated. 

He didn't think much about it, he simply ran there to hide his body from the torrential rainfall. He had even begun to shake. The cold brought about by the rain had gotten deep into his body. 

When he got in. He saw an old man resting against a wall. He looked really old and he had long white hairs. He wore a hat and a tattered grey robe. And when the old man raised his face to look at the person that had barged in. He was surprised when he saw a boy that looked twelve. Then his eyes turned white. 

Bai Chen's heart suddenly immersed in fear when the man looked at him. 

When Bai Chen looked at the the old man's face and then at his completely white eyes, he suddenly felt that the gaze was powerful as he felt a strong sharp itch in his eyes and on his entire body. 

It was like he was suddenly pierced by millions of thin needles in an instant. 

Then a realization suddenly hit him giving him a hint of who this old man would be. 

He is a cultivator!

This was his first time experiencing the power of cultivators. He quickly clasped his hands and greeted in a bow. "Senior, this junior pays his greeting". The man nodded with indifference. 

Bai Chen became curious. He had always wanted to know about cultivation and the powers cultivators could gain by practicing it. 

The idea of having supernatural powers greatly unsettled his mind. When he was young, he had always imagined himself flying, talking underwater, shooting beams off his eyes, swim to the heart of a lava pool etc. 

He now wants to know how the old man did that. He was very careful of bad guys but this old man although looked terrifying seemed harmless or perhaps he was too powerful to bully a child. 

He moved closer to the man and said with his hands still clasped. "Senior, when I saw your eyes, I suddenly felt I was pelted by thousands of nails in an instant. Can senior please me how you did that?" 

Then the man's indifferent eyes shone with interest. He smiled and said "You want to learn how I did that?". Bai Chen nodded. "Hmm. Very good. Then you must pass a simple test"

Henry Chen was a battle-seasoned soldier that fought in the ultimate war against zombies that had mysteriously appeared on earth. Then a nuclear bomb was detonated and everything was reduced to ashes. 

He wakes up as a child named Bai Chen, in a cultivation world where evil seemed to be overpowering good. 

Someone must come up and strike a balance between these and that person would be him. For he would study certain antiquated methodologies that would enable him to possess superhuman powers that can unleash destruction at a vast, astronomical degree. 

Journey with Bai Chen as he studies these ancient methodologies and how he would gradually climb up to be a peerless expert in a world full of terrifying experts.
