To prove my point the next few grunts we came across, all dead of course, were either strung up without any external wounds or slightly crispy but clearly dead before they could understand that fact. I wasn't just wasting the oppurtunity that this base presented though as I regularly stopped to loot store rooms , ingredient containers in labs and even a three fossils that could be revived though none I would be interested in. They were a normal Dome fossil, an ancient wingul fossil and an ancient azurill fossil.-

The MC needs to do a few knock-off cultivations for the body or go to a world that will allow him to strengthen his body. MCU has plenty of surems to use. Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon just for the power-ups alone? It makes the world worth it. Plus, that is a dangerous world for the current MC. Maybe SAO for body training before that? Harry Potter, to me, is a must for the Stupidly useful magic spells. IDK if going there is necessary, but that magic system is helpful for daily life. Maybe Fairy Tail for the ridiculous magic there?
5. if you have any other ideas that you are willing to share with me, they might just end up in the novel so feel free to leave your ideas here.

Definitely Pokemon World for a side story. It would be fun and a good time for Sephira to grow stronger.
6. in the far future, after they travel to a world or two, I was thinking of doing a joke world as a side story. Like Yu-Gi-Oh but when they arrive Saphira turns into a duel monsters card and Eragon gets a deck with custom cards with the characters, items, and locations from the novels. so your ideas for joke side stories would also be appreciated.

No one from Eragon and LOTR worlds would really fit MC. It needs to be a different world to pick up a wife. I am always a fan of King Arthur from FATE!!! She needs some loving, and she wants to have a new life away from responsibilities.
3. Love interest. Who should Eragon fall in love with? I have left his options open for the most part but I could easily decide to wait until he goes to LOTR or the multiverse. If he does choose someone from here, will they follow him in his journey or stay in their respective worlds?

Honestly, LOTR is a weak world, too, so keep the same system. Just let MC experiment a bit, like with runes. There isn't anything dangerous in LOTR for MC, with a dragon backing him up and a bunch of dragon hearts going along for the ride. Only the sheer number of enemies is the danger. But if LOTR doesn't have magic defenses from one of the seven words to kill with, then even that is not much danger. So, it depends on where you want the story to go.
2. I Have come to hate the Eragon magic system with a passion. High tier mage battles are just who has the weakest mind or the most Eldunari. You just make wards for anything that your opponent can do to try and kill you but have all of that prep work be invalidated by just having more energy then the other person. and all of that is inconsequential when you take into consideration that wild magic just goes through any ward you make, even if they use the true name of the ancient language. so what I am asking is, do I get rid of the ancient language and wild magic when Eragon heads to LOTR and make up a magic system that is more LOTR friendly, Or do I keep what I have until he heads into the multiverse?

Learn about the Dagon bloodline. Learn to purify it cultivation style. Make Saphira stronger than, say, a five-claw golden dragon.
1. I feel that Saphira is going to fall behind in power level compared to Eragon. I have a few ideas for how to improve her strength when they head into the multiverse but I would still like your opinions on what I can do to help her from within the confines of a Eragon/LOTR world.

Just FYI, anyone with a stupidly strong body can take a haki-infused punch. It all depends on who is doing the punching. Kaidou does take this even further, but never take what OP says as fact. Work it out yourself. There are plenty of plot holes to be found; just work around them.
Number two, it is actually canon that there are a few devil fruit abilities that can bypass Haki. For example, Kaidou's physique was super strong, but it was his devil fruit abiltity that made him invulnerable, to the point that even Haki can't harm him, this is canon and is confirmed in the Wano arc 909-1035.
