Chapitre 112: Chapter 111 Plan
The Ninja World which had been quiet after the end of the second ninja world finally found an end to this calm, a shocking news from konoha spreading like wildfire.
Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen having stepped down as hokage and the man who nearly put the whole second ninja world war to an end all by himself succeeding him.
Kazuki Aoyama, The Blue Storm of Leaf, appointed as Fourth Hokage.
The moment this news reached the other four great villages, emergency meetings called immediately.
Iwagakure, Iwa Council.
"Konoha keeps getting stronger every day and there's not a single thing we can do to prevent it; if only Iwagakure could give birth to one genius after another like konoha"
The council which was called for immediately was led by Onoki who sat at the front seat, addressing to the council with a helpless look on his face.
Onoki had fought two wars with konoha already, both wars in an attempt to throw down konoha from its position as the strongest and make Iwa great yet they failed miserably both time and were left riddled.
But Konoha despite fighting couple of shinobi villages in both wars only kept on getting stronger, the first war ended and white fang and students of third hokage rose to fame and during the second war kazuki aoyama, clearly the difference maker emerged.
Today that difference maker who was rumored to have even surpassed third hokage in terms of strength had taken the position of hokage, Onoki at the emergence of one talented shinobi after another in konoha truly jealous.
Unlike Konoha, Iwagakure didn't even produce someone who he could pass on his particle style.
At Onoki's words the council members all showed helpless faces as well; just like Onoki had said there was nothing truly they could do to prevent konoha from progressing and the only option that had failed twice already was to launch a war and hope for others to join and siege konoha.

In the kazekage building, inside the kazekage office stood four figures, Third Kazekage, Chiyo, Ebizo and a man with auburn hair and a slash mark on his closed right eye.
"So that kid has grown up so much already to replace the likes of Sarutobi Hiruzen; perhaps that day I shouldn't have escaped, killing him successfully would have been worth the risk"
Spoke the third kazekage with a hint of regret in his eyes that were playing the scene from years ago.
That day when he had ambushed Tsunade, Dan and others in the jungle and had managed to kill Dan and leave Tsunade on the verge of death; at the end he faced Kazuki who was definitely weak enough for him to kill but picking the chakra signatures of reinforcements he decided to escape.
Now he regretted on his decision to not to stay a little longer and finish kazuki off.
"Hokage… how can I take revenge for Pakura if he keeps on improving like this?"
Rasa at this news seemed to have a lot to say as well, frustration and anger very easy to spot on his face, hands clenched tightly into fists.
Four years ago during that ambush Kazuki had killed Pakura of the scorch release and he himself barely escaped with the help of Third Kazekage, after returning he had vowed to take revenge for her and his vow included not healing his right eye till he completes his revenge.
His lost right eye would be a constant reminder for him to get stronger for revenge but despite his efforts over the years the gap between him and kazuki only seem to have widened.
Even now he couldn't defeat Third Kazekage in a fair fight and Kazuki was rumored to have surpassed the third hokage, someone who even the third kazekage feared in a fight.
The news increased the awe and fear of the young hokage in the ninja world but also the worry of other shinobi villages, worried at the increasing strength of Konoha.

The hammer struck the wall as the workers worked under the sun diligently to carve a new face on the hokage mountain, right next to the third.
Under the hokage mountains was the hokage building as near the window of the hokage office stood the newly appointed hokage.
Donning the white cloak with the red hokage hat on his head, Kazuki gazed at the village below with a deep look in his eyes, seemed to be in a deep thought.
Now that all the preparations are done its time I perfect that technique and then move with the plan
The plan that will neither stop killing or remove the feelings of hatred, jealousy and envy as no one is capable of creating a perfect world like that, even god failed to do so
But it will surely be a far better world after everything is brought to the______
With these thoughts running in his head, Kazuki raised his right hand as chakra bubbled out of it and quickly took the shape of a small moon.
BOOM!!
The small moon suspended above Kazuki's right palm suddenly turned red as chains began to extend out of it but just after extending out a little they burst as everything dispersed into nothing.
"Just a little more"
Kazuki didn't show much disappointment at this development and just muttered with a determined face.
