I was liking this story, but the way you wrote yakushi vs seido game really disappointed me. I mean why is miyuki making wrong calls, why is rei not using his breaking ball, and why is rei's behavior like a child who just learned baseball.
author-San I love your work I am also working on a Novel and I'm looking at other novels for pointers but something that could've been a good feature would be adding stats to equipment like a cleat for the store can have +5 speed +2 steal sum like that kinda like a boost that comes with the equipment but overall good work bro
The problem with this is the premise. Because it's an anime and a shonen anime. You'll never get out of high school. How can you, as an anime, show the real life of a baseball player? Especially if he's so good that he would be drafted into the pro league very quickly. Looking it up, I found out there is no age limit to play japanese pro baseball. As long as you pass high school and have a high school diploma, you can play pro baseball. They've had a player as young as 15 play pro. So, with the system, that basically makes you a lock to be one of the greatest players ever. You would get out of high school quickly by graduating early. Go pro in JAPAN play a few years. Then you would go to the USA to make more money with a huge salary. That could be hundreds of millions of dollars. So the plot of the anime would be lost to a large extent. You will be in high school for a year, maybe two, then you would be in the pros. The thing is, if you're a real talent. You have it very easy in high school sports even if it's a high level high school. Just look at the records of most of the pros now in high school. Most of them have national Championships or got to the national championship all on their own talent, the rest of their teams was only okay.
Good story.first time I am reading a story diverting from seido.it is good especially because protagonist along with sawamura and furuya becoming players in seido for pitcher position.it is better if si system characters choose either ichidai third or yakushi for more appealing and branching out the story
A really fun story that only became more interesting the further I read. I won't spoil but there is a surprise waiting somewhere in the second half of the story.
I’ve liked reading the novel so far. Even the curveball there made it more interesting to read. Ultimately, I hope the updates will be consistent and hop that this will be a long fic. The only other ace of Diamond novel I read is the return of the ace pitcher which is also good.
Story would have made a good Ace of diamonds fan fic but was introduced as a baseball system book and you see quickly that the author struggled to incorporate the system into the story so instead of planning out how to incorporate it into the story with out making the MC over power the storys pace in canon(which should have been roadmapped at the beginning of the novel) author kind of just drops the system halfway through the book. Not to mention MCs stats that he gained from the system up to this point in the novel have him essentially 3X stronger than a normal human yet he still performs and fatigues at a normal human level. Anyways if you are looking for a good AOD fanfic it isn’t bad but if you were reading for the system element I suggest looking elsewhere.

It's good one of my fav anime finally have a fanfic, as for mc quitting seido im verry supportive in that one since if he can't be appreciated there he should just go look for another since the one who will have a lose isn't him anyway. im waiting for the update the seido revenge really made my blood boil and having a cliff hanger frustrated me but since i love the fic im willing to wait. Pleasssseeeeeeeeeee!! More update author-sensei

writing - i didn't find any mistake so far so 5 ⭐ story - good so far 5 ⭐ character - confident Mc (He got a skill to back it up) 5 ⭐ Update - 5 ⭐ world - 5 ⭐ Thanks Author for this Fanfic ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The main character is insufferable, there is really nothing redeemable about his character to me. The author tries to play it off as it’s not arrogance it’s confidence, meanwhile the mc is puking on teammates and picking fights for no real reason, this guys first interaction with his teammates were laughing at them when they said they were going to get into the second string. He’s honestly more annoying than those young masters and delinquents in other novels and mangas. The level of confidence doesn’t even really make sense since the only reason why he’s good is because of the system. Also, up to around chapter 20, which is what I got to before giving up, the mc isn’t even really training as hard as in the beginning, opting to game on his phone instead, like how is he meant to be likeable at all. This may change in later chapters idk because I couldn’t get through how bad it was. If you really enjoy reading sports fanfics and can switch your brain off whenever the mc interacts with anyone other than his parents, then you may enjoy this.

Binged the whole story in a day. Really the best Ace of Diamond fanfiction. I was surprised by the twist with his school situation but really like it this way. Looking forward to more!
