I think if you would mention a 6 month or 1 year time skip, it would feel more realistic (according to the one-piece world). But we could just assume that Uchiha Prodigies are just built different like how Otohime and Aisa were born with Observation Haki.
(I wanted to address some of your comments from the previous chapter. I agree with you—learning Observation or Armament Haki this quickly feels a bit unrealistic. At the time, I was more focused on translating and didn't think it through carefully.
