I think this premise is great and hope you continue this fanfic someday though I believe that im order not make drake grow to fast you should make it so he is at a major bottleneck from too much mana absorption at the moment as he already is able to nearly cripple an ultimate class being which is kokabiel. I think you need to slow the strength gathering WAY down though since you made the setting back during the great war it gives a great platform for you to do a very long time skip somewhere down the line to get to canon where at the end of the time skip he breaks through his bottleneck idl just ideas
Amazing story, I love the idea and the way your executing it. Hope you don’t drop because I’ll be spending all of my power stones on this.
