Synopsis

"Why ship a game that isn't even complete!?"

*I don't know! Why don't you at least tell me what to fix so that we won't die?!*

***

Moriya didn't even think getting sucked into a different world was possible. Whether being a realist or being a straight-up pessimist, he never believed that the day when he'd be warped into a world entirely unlike his own would even happen. After all, why should it, right?

But then... It actually happened.

Finding himself inside the setting of an upcoming game, Moriya wandered in awe at the sight of strange environments, the various state powers vying for supremacy over the vast expanse of the seas. Hell, even infinite worlds and stars, [The Seams] seemingly had it all. Unfortunately, there was just one problem: the game was literally broken right from the start.

Joined by a colorfully dysfunctional cast and the game world's actual developer, watch as Moriya struggles with bugs and glitches as he navigates this new world. Witness our valiant hero deal with the most infuriating and rage-inducing aspects of gaming in real life. And what if... Just what if, he actually learns how to wield these ridiculous errors to his advantage?

It's rare not having a bunch of new characters at once. Just one to begin with was much welcomed. I was surprised with the rich vocabulary from the very beginning of the story, it might be a little overwhelming for someone who barely played a rpg once, but if you get past this, you'll be surprised with the comedy. I like to read and the situation with the characters are merging well. Btw Guidance is a fair name. It's far from the bunch of "God" or "GM" etc. It isn't much but that's great to me. Finally, you'll find yourself in front of a first-person narrated story. That refreshing! It's much easier to relate to the troubles Moriya casualy talks about. Modern problems(/interests) require modern solutions. Also I don't know if the cover of the novel has especially been done for it, but oh boy does it fit well. Great work so far.

Seeing as some are off-put by the MC's choice of weaponry, I'll address that with the fact that the System forces Somatics to have massive drawbacks on their chosen Manifest or power/weaponry. Having a broken ability from the get-got will result in an error in the System, and getting around is too much trouble than it is currently worth. As for the issue of death, such is addressed in future chapters. In terms of having guns in fantasy settings, the wider world already has them. Granted, they're primitive and work in a different way, but they're already being used by some characters in the setting. In terms of strength, the MC has the ability to highly specialize in whatever limited power he has. He just has to level up, navigate the System (and maybe use an exploit or two to break the already fragile System) to get the Quirks he needs to be ridiculously busted. Besides, he won't be alone. So... that's all. Look out for future Supplemental Chapters. Guidance can better explain all this stuff.

Ok, I am just genuinely impressed with the writing quality here. As an English major, I've been stuck reviewing so many books that have such a trash writing quality that I literally wanted to rip my hair out, but guess what? This book is literally perfect in the sense that it has no spelling or grammar mistakes at all, truly impressive. Now, off of that topic, the story development and character design are good so far, but not anything too special and the world is somewhat the same as some other novels, so I'm waiting to see if there will be some uniqueness that the writer can come up with. Overall, a good read that I would casually recommend.

Only the first few chapters have been published at the time of this review so it might be too early to make strong statements, however I do have to admit that this novel is a pretty good read. It flows so smoothly which is done by the writing style of the author in which they manage to grasp your attention quickly and hold onto that until the very last sentence. I was surprised to see how quickly I read just the first chapter as with every word I read, I wanted to learn more and more. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I geniunely like it! It's really awesome! It gives out a vibe of interacting with the audience (like deadpool) but without the cursing words... Sometimes. The first few parts of the story is a blast! Although it may look slow, but it's still progress!

This surprised me. The writing and story were far better than expected. My reading got interrupted and I forgot to save the novel into my library, so I had to go trawling, trying to remember the name and find the novel again. Worth the effort.

10/10 would recommend. The grammar here has a few minor errors that are clearly simple oversights, but other than that, the command of the English language here is more than what you'd expect from an amateur Author. You're really good.

Looking good, Author! Really funny story so far. The MC's internal thoughts are fun to read, and the supporting cast is growing nicely. Keep it up!

A good start. The plot is a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of transmigration stories out there. The current short length might put you off now, but it's just starting, yes? And Author said that they already have the entirety of Volume 1 written out as well, so I'll be looking forward to that
