Dexter inhales sharply feeling out the room before eyeing Marcy and Ian. "We weren't excluding you, you and Ian both made it clear you had already made your choice now if you have nothing else to add..." "Actually I do" Marcy interrupted. "You're right I did make my choice. I chose my family, the girl I look at like a sister and the man I love and I will protect them at all costs. I have already rearranged my whole life for them and done everything asked of me since the day I found out about who and what you are." Marcy glares at Dexter. Ian's mouth gaped open at Marcy words. She said she loved him. Marcy looked at the shock on Ian's face and suddenly realized why he looked so taken back. They had barley talked about their feelings yet let alone had she told him that she loved him nor did she know if he felt the same way. "If you are done, Marcy. We have already concluded our vote and are allowing Ian to bring you into the pack since you to so clearly care for one another and it appears you would protect each other at all costs. It is clear there is a great love between the two of you. We have left it to Ian to teach you our history and traditions over the next year when you two are expected to perform the unity ceremony. That is usually fallowed by a wedding immediately after. But we have chosen to put no time frame on the wedding as long as you agree apon the ceremony per Storm and Ian's request." Marcy fixes herself in her seat clearly uncomfortable, it appears her speach was not needed after all these were terms she could live with. Marcy nods her head at Dexter in agreeance "sounds reasonable" was all she could muster.
"Okay, then moving on... The hunters all apear to have been taken care of the other night and our intell tells us that they were independent so there shouldn't be any others coming as long as we lay low. It appears we have eliminated the threat, this time. However storm and I still believe that with the measures we had to take to eliminate the threat we need to remain put for a couple more days before me intergrade back into our lives a couple at a time so we don't raise any suspensions. Are we all on the same page?" Marcy zones the rest of the meeting out hopeful for her future replaying all of it back in her head. They will be heading home soon, her and Ian have been voted into the pack as mates and Ian and Storm both chose to buy her time on a wedding if she so chooses. Untill Dexter had mentioned it Marcy hadn't thought about marriage nor did she know wolves got married. Not that she wasn't already prepared for forever with Ian theoretically, but was it the same thing. Marcy abruptly jerked out of her thoughts as the wolves began to stand and walk out of the room. Ian stood over her with his hand out stretched to help her up. Marcy slid her hand into his and lifted herself up, kissing him on the cheek as she stands. "Are you okay, I'm sorry I couldn't postpone the ceremony any further than a year I..." "I'm fine, I would have done anything they asked me to." Marcy states plainly as she exits the room.
