They didn't visit their parents that day. Mar decided that it will be better if they do that the next day, seeing as it was the start of a new month in Merima.

Bin wasn't supporting the idea of going to visit the parents the next day, but he had to, as his boyfriend said.

In a throne room, sat the king and queen of Merima. The king was dressed in a red royal robe that has blue intricate designs woven around it. The glittering gown and beautiful crown on his hair caused him to sparkle. His green eyes and clothes were the only thing that was bright on his body.

The king was a dark man whose teeth far outshone his face.

Looking at him, you wouldn't believe he was the one who birthed Mar because of his dark skin. However, the similarity is in his nose.

His long, pointed nose and sharp eyes were one of the few beautiful traits in the king's body.
