Synopsis

So in this story is Captain America created by the super soldier serum or compound V ? Or my personal favorite both and it would fit in with the death of Erskine the government/ Military will be left without a way to make another Super Soldier like Rogers thus paving the way for Fredrick Vought to be sheltered by the US and having him create the super soldier serum but instead Compound V. Now Steve would again be one of the first human tests subjects and he would probably be the best first subject to test it on because he is stronger than any other candidate and could probably handle the side effects Compound V if it has any thanks to the Super soldier serum in his veins. And again you can have Fredrick to be the scientist who had helped Erskine complete the Super Soldier Serum.
