Synopsis
7/31/2024~ In the process of editing and updating my earlier chapters. I personally believe the story starts to improve and find it's way a bit more around chapter 50+. Hopefully can make some adjustments in earlier chapters when I have the time, but pacing slows down into a more measured rate as I start finding my groove. I give the content more time to breathe instead of going so fast.

In the realm of Nexaria, where elemental spirits and divine beings shape the fate of the world as a land of mortals striving to become gods against the demons of the Abyssal universe, a young boy named Lassim Vanthar embarks on an extraordinary journey of advancement, adventure and becoming a bastion for those around him in their fight against the Dragal.
Born into a noble family with a legacy of Fire elemental martial prowess, Lassim possesses an unparalleled gift on his 8th birthday—a connection to two differing elemental spirits, a feat unheard of in the history of his world. A gift and a tampering of the order until now that is an omen. It is a sign of the Gods influencing the future fate of Nexaria on a more serious level.
Lassim must harness the power of his dual spirits to protect his loved ones and confront the looming threat of the Abyss' encroachment on his universe, but one step at a time as he grows from just a tool of the God's to a major power as the hero of
not only Nexaria, but the entire universe.
Lassim faces daunting challenges, battles fierce adversaries, and unlocks the mysteries of his own destiny that has been tampered with by the Gods of this universe. How will he react and adapt to his situations?

This is my first ever novel. I’m a new author and still learning how to tell a story. Please understand that when reading. Thank you.

Write a reviewFirst chapter: A couple of cosmic beings dumping exposition on the reader about how amazing and strong the main character will be some day. Second chapter: Main character as a young boy just running around outside, dumping exposition on the reader. Third chapter: A family feast where the family dumps exposition on the reader about family background and politics. Fourth chapter: MC meets his uncle and flies away with his father, and about 30% or so of the chapter are just descriptions of how the surroundings and the uncle look. In short, more exposition. Fifth chapter: an absolutely enormous wall of text talking about what wind wolves do. We get our first little bit of action, and it's a controlled battle against the wolves while much more powerful people look on. The author's note is the funniest of everything, calling it a "serious battle". It took five chapters to come to anything even remotely interesting with a tiny hook. 6000+ words of exposition about a world no reader cares about yet. Additionally, while the writing style obviously shows a good grasp of english with a varied vocabulary, every single person talks just as "lyrically" and "verbose" as the narrator himself. Take any of the quotes and read them in a vacuum. I promise you, without clues like them naming themselves, you won't be able to guess who says who. The entire thing has the same tone, and you might as well have every character voiced by an AI. That about shows the same personality. All in all, while the grammar, flow, and vocabulary are decent, the novel itself is as stale and mundane as a schoolbook. Might as well read a dictionary. That gives about the same result. 2.2/5
Reveal SpoilerShameless author giving myself a 5 star review to help promote my novel. Doing my best to try and attempt at least one chapter a day, but please forgive me if I experience writer’s block and can’t achieve that. I’m doing my best. 🙇
Love the concept, and the way the book was written(The style of the book), and I also really like how u released 12 chapters in just one day, that one won me in, on top of that the synopsis was pretty nice. Really love the book keep up the good work author!
Extremely good story! The plot is well thought out. The descriptions and writing quality are out of this world. If you happen to come across this review, give the novel a try!
I’ll keep this short, as I’m not very far in the book. The age of the characters is a very big issue for me, 8 year olds don’t act like that, shit sometimes 18 year old don’t act like these characters. The age really pulls you out of the narrative. I’m trying to slog through these chapters because the idea of the story seems interesting but I really do hate reading about children doing these types of things.
Very slow, if you're not a fan of super long descriptions and wordcount filler, this isnt the book for you. Author needs to work on making the characters dialogue feel natural and less robotic.
Book is really good love the way it’s unfolding so far can’t wait till the mc gets stronger and the battles evolve to a whole new level
I rate this book a five-starThe plot is fascinating. If you're looking for a great fantasy story, search no further.
Very interesting, mesmerizing from start to finish. Can't wait to see the potential of this. Perfect for fans of fantasy looking for a captivating read that will leave them wanting more.
An intriguing story that caught me by surprise. I've read my fair share of novels but this one is really good. I love reading novels with little to no grammatical errors and this novel has that. the world building is amazing and it is a non harem book what else are you waiting for, just hop in and enjoy the ride. Thanks you so much for such a wonderful read.

it's a good story decently paced with some rougher areas around world building. my biggest gripe is the ages thing. everyone lives to 10,000. what ages is it normal for people to have children in the world the main character is interacting with people at minimum 1,300 but none of them have kids even though they mature at 18 it seems.
