Chapter 20: "You invited him?"

"You must be kidding me, right? How can you help me?" he said and Luo Muchen smiled slightly.

Yes, how could a person who lived and breathed school be able to play games? The answer was simple. He played in his free time because Qie Xieling played games. From where he sat he would overhear their conversations on games and didn't like the fact that he understood nothing.

He started playing but he never asked to join them and form a team because Qie Xieling would never agree. Taking this opportunity presented to him he decided to show Qie Xieling that he could be an asset to their team.

With his hand stretched out he said, "Give it," and Qie Xieling was very reluctant but after thinking about it he handed his cell phone over.

"If you mess with my ranking you are a dead man," he threatened but his threat didn't have the same effect he thought it had.

Luo Muchen decided to take full advantage of this asking him, "If I complete the mission what do I get in return?"

Qie Xieling was positive that he wouldn't be able to win so he asked, "What do you want?"

"You will make me a part of your team from now on. I want to join your chat group as well," he said and Qie Xieling was a little surprised. He couldn't figure out how Luo Muchen knew about their group chat. It seemed they had a rat.

"Fine," he said and watched him start the mission all over again. Luo Muchen took the earphone from Qie Xieling's ear and put it in his ear his expression serious like he was about to write an exam.

From the way Luo Muchen moved his fingers on the cell phone screen, he could tell that this person was no novice. He regretted it, he regretted it big time. This was a very terrible mistake.

"Uh is it just me or Lin-ge you have improved? I can't even keep up with you," said Bo Ailun in the earphones and both of them heard it.

Qie Xieling looked at Luo Muchen and saw that smug smile on his face. He was about to say that their camp had been infiltrated by the class president when Bo Ailun continued speaking.

"How is it like sitting next to the class president? Some girl asked me for his Chirp ID and she put on a sad face when I refused now I have to ask him. Lin-ge, can you ask him for me? You are already sitting next to him," he said and Qie Xieling's body froze.

"Chubs stop ta-," he said only for Luo Muchen to place his forefinger on Qie Xieling's lips.

"What? You don't want to help me? If you ask him he would definitely agree. I will owe you big time if you do this for me," continued Bo Ailun and Qie Xieling lit a candle for his best friend. Who didn't know that Luo Muchen was incredibly sensitive about sharing his Chirp ID? The last time someone sold his details to a girl from a senior class he deleted his account and put that person on cleaning punishment for a month.

The janitor didn't have to clean their classroom for a month and he was especially happy to have some time off.

"I will give it if you give me Lin Lin's Chirp ID," said Luo Muchen just as they completed the mission. Luo Muchen knew he could block people after that so he didn't mind giving it away. In turn, he would have gained something far greater.

Bo Ailun, "..."

"You better not," whispered Qie Xieling talking to Bo Ailun but Luo Muchen interrupted him asking,

"Are you going back on your word? You said if I help you win you would add me to your chat group and team."

Qie Xieling, "..."

Bo Ailun turned around with a jolt looking in their direction. "You invited him? Wait wait wait.... that was him playing?" he spoke through the team channel but he was directly looking at the both of them.

Luo Muchen raised Qie Xieling's cell phone and waved it at him as though bragging. Bo Ailun's jaw dropped seeing this. Even he wasn't allowed to touch Qie Xieling's cell phone unless it was an emergency which hadn't yet happened.

"Give me that," said Qie Xieling taking his cell phone back. "I am logging off," he continued to say to Bo Ailun and took back his earphone from Luo Muchen.

He put the other earphone in his ear and pretended to sleep with his face resting on the window. He just didn't want to talk to Luo Muchen at first but two minutes later he really slept.

He had been playing games late last night and because both his parents were nowhere to be seen he got away with it. The problem was that today he had to be woken up earlier than usual so he was really tired.

He slept through most of the journey huddled at the window but because the small road to the campsite had bumps his body was jostled so much that his head ended up resting on Luo Muchen's shoulder.

Luo Muchen's brow furrowed as he turned to look at Qie Xieling who was comfortably lying on his shoulder.

Bi Yu who was sitting on the other side of the aisle had been silent this entire time. That's because when Luo Muchen was hanging out with Qie Xieling in any shape way or foam he didn't like being interrupted. She understood that boys liked hanging out together and if girls interfere then boys might not like you anymore. Taking this code into consideration she barely interrupted her deskmate but this time she couldn't keep silent.

Who didn't know the class president was particular about people touching him? This troublemaker actually had the audacity to sleep on the class president's shoulder.

Without warning she said, "Qie Xieling get off the class president!"

Her voice was so loud that the people around thought they were fighting. They turned around to see the good show but were destined to be disappointed.

That's because instead of a fight, Qie Xieling had just woken up and found himself lying on Luo Muchen's shoulder.

Some tsked and looked away completely missing the death glare being sent to Bi Yu. Luo Muchen didn't need to use words. His eyes said everything and right now they were threatening her.

Luo Muchen helped Qie Xieling lie back down and like an obedient little pup, he lay there. It seemed he wasn't fully awake and his brain hadn't registered what was going on yet.
