Turns out working as the PA for a world-renowned tennis star wasn't all sunshine and rainbows as I thought it would be.

The first month passed in a blur of long days, sleepless nights, and countless tennis matches. When I first stepped into this job, I knew it would be challenging, but I hadn't anticipated just how much there was to learn.

Tennis was a world I had only brushed against in passing before—a sport I might have watched in bits and pieces on TV, but never something I had deeply engaged with. Now, it was my entire world.

Every morning began with studying the rules of the game, of which there were many. Who would have thought that a game involving two people, a ball, and a racket would have this many rules? I definitely didn't.
