Chapter 3: I DO
wendy was very happy on this day. she was being escorted by her dad terry wills to the altar. she could see the smiles on everyone's faces. her life partner was waiting for her. he was wearing white suit ,shoes you can say his hair was also white. of course he dyed the once black hair to white and looked really cool in it. wendy's wedding gown was simple but beautiful and she had nude make up on. her dyed gray hair was tied into a bun with only a few strands left at the front she was putting on white slippers adorned with ivory flowers. she and her husband to be were wearing matching garlands and a wreath. seeing the two the audience could not help but clap. they were simply a perfect match.
wendy's hand was held by her soon to be husband who was too cute to be human.
"my love' he whispered
"darling" she whispered back with a chuckle
************************** 30 minutes later---------
the two were asked to stand and exchange their vows ' wendy poured out all she wanted to say to him and he did so too.
the judge asked them questions
"if this belle you are about to take as a soulmate happens not to cook well.what would you do?" asked the judge.
this village called garl had a custom of giving a to be wedded couple a soup that would bring out their true intentions on their wedding day.this would enable them ensure their son or daughter was marrying a good person. this was the most challenging yet exciting part of the ceremony.
the bride wendy had been taken to a corner . she was nervous though she trusted him very much.
the cute groom smiled and replied
"i do"
