Chapter 206: THE COUNCIL ELDERS

"Sire the council elders has arrived and they are waiting for you in the courtroom" Roderick announced and Lucas nodded standing up from the bed in his room. Roderick wanted to say something else but he was still a little hesitant.

"Go ahead" Lucas said and Roderick nodded.

"Sire, Lady Cordelia father is also here with the eiders. From my own perspective I think lady Cordelia should be forgiven for her rash behavior." He said.

"Hmm. She won't and can't be killed so easily Roderick. Her father is a Council elder and killing his daughter is like call for trouble, the council won't execute her. A little stay in the dungeon will reset her brain don't you think so?" Lucas smirked and Roderick cleared his throat.

"Do you have something more to say?" Lucca asked him.

"About the lady Magdalene. Do you really intend to marry her?" He asked hoping he hadn't crossed the line.
