Chapter 313: PROCESSION

He got into the room where Cordelia's father and Morgan were seated in. The minute sir Alberta saw him he went straight to him and fell on his knees.

"Forgive me Lord Lucas. Please forgive me of my sins, I have offended you and the throne" He cried.

"I have forgiven you a long time. You did what you thought was right at that time" He said to the man hugging his legs.

"I don't deserve this kindness you've shown me. I'll forever be grateful to you" He bowed.

"You can leave now" Lucas dismissed. He dusted Lucas shoes and got up bowing to Lucas, he hurriedly left afraid that the Lord might change his mind.

"Lucas" Morgan called, she tried to stand. He saw that she was injured and looked very ill.

"Morgan" He replied taking a seat and she did too.

"I heard about Magdalene. My well wishes to her" She said to him.

"Why didn't you go to the infirmary first, you are hurt" He pointed out. She looked at her bandage arm and legs.
