Chapter 67: The Devil's Authority

"CRAP. Why do I keep on remembering that scenario?"

Louisanna was sitting in front of the fire pit— her new favorite place in her most hated cage— as she stared on her reflection while she rested her cheek on her other hand. Her eyes were sloppy as she wanted to do something, but couldn't find any interesting thing to do.

"He isn't watching," she added as she noticed that the color of the fire in the fire pit was light orange.

Surprisingly, on the days that she stayed in this place, she noticed something about the fire pit. She already knew when she could do everything like crazy, and when to behave like a proper, noble woman. 

The fire pit shows two different colors— light orange and dark orange— although it wasn't noticeable even on how many times people would stare at it. The light orange means that Domhall isn't watching the room, while dark orange means otherwise.
